The hotel was clean, rooms were modern, and the bed very comfortable The breakfast basket was awesome and I loved getting breakfast that way!However, the area is extremely noisy, with very loud sounds occurring all night (loud enough to wake you at 3 AM), and construction right outside I also had an unfortunate incident with staff where they entered my room (despite the do not disturb sign) while I was changing, and did not leave immediately when I screamed and tried to cover myself

Had a wonderful stay here! We were welcomed by Tracy who was amazing! She was very friendly and helpful! Her personality easily started off our stay here on a great note Other than the nice rooms, she is one of the reasons we’d come back!The room was very clean and comfortable It has everything you need (coffee machine, toaster, microwave, tv, fridge)

My only complaint is that there was no options to have tea (herbal nor caffeinated) in the morningThe inn is located in a great location as it is walking distance from rest of the marina and restaurants I would recommend this place for a nice stay with your significant other or even for a family stay

Great staff especially front office Every one was pleasant, helpful, warm, welcoming and hospitable! Found this gem through someone about a decade ago The room was great and had it’s own hot tub which was a pleasant surprise! Fast forward a decade later, the name had changed from Navigator Inn to just Best Western Plus

Hotel is clean Staff is world-class! Complimentary hot, fresh array and scrumptious breakfast! Pool, hot tub, business/office and fitness centers were open and clean, as well! Exterior awning is an actual airplane wing which is pretty cool! Interiors are great, too! Kudos to the hard working and pleasant team!

Reading some of the reviews has me glad we ran for the hills We didn’t even care if we lost the entire 3 night’s stay worth (luckily we did get partially refunded through Expedia) There was no way we were staying in that place

After driving around looking for parking (there was none) we passed by a tiny parking garage a few times with about 6 people having a little tailgate doing god knows what We had to ask where to park and were given a super shady spot (it wasn’t even a parking spot) or park by the gas station We decided on the gas station As we passed the party-goers we noticed one of them rummaging through the garbage! Another man slumped over was going in and out and eventually went up the elevator before us Had me dreading what we’d find, especially taking into account the other man walking around the lobby We were at risk of being towed because the cars parked on either side of us had us parked wonky As we grabbed things from our car we had the pleasure of young men walking past us screaming We get up into the room and can smell cigarettes The room looked nice, I can definitely say that But there was no way I would feel comfortable with my car parked down there and with these people outside and up and down the halls our entire 3 night stay Absolutely not We immediately checked out and went back to the Hilton on Paine Field where we stayed the last time we were here

elevator is broken Water pressure is better in the pool shower than your room For $100 it’s a decent hotel For $175 a night which is what they charge, it’s trash I will stick with best Western alderwood from now on

I really don’t understand how our experience was so different from people that have left positive reviews The room was dated and the bed sank in the middle & was creaky any time you turned over The shower was gross and I took a pic of the remote because it was so disgusting I couldn’t believe it

We couldn’t park in the garage because so many cars were double parked The only positive thing about this place was the location in relation to visiting my family Otherwise, I would not recommend anyone stay here I don’t expect 5 stars with this kind of price, but feel that the standards for cleanliness and EXTREMELY low, especially just coming out of a pandemic

Small workout room was perfect with up to date machines and provided towels with a dedicated water cooler Indoor pool with a jacuzzi worked well and was kept clean The water pressure was a little low but I could fit under the shower head so it really wasn’t much of an issue for me So many things within walking distance as well Thank you for a great experience

My husband and I have watched this casino grow from the time it is open to present day it’s one of the best casinos to go to in Washington It’s are go to place for a birthday anniversary and just a quick vacation the hotel is wonderful We stayed at the hotel for about the 6-7 time and last night was just as great as the 1 st stay

From front desk staff to room readiness and very clean and I NO CLEAN (retired executive housekeeping management) so we will be back! And dinner was good and had more fun at the slots didn’t win there but a quiet room and a very comfortable bed and pillows made up for it Thank you for the best time in the middle of the week

We were moved here from our original hotel and it was a nice clean room and the staff were friendly We had a bit of an issue with the room but the morning staff had it all sorted out when I got there to inquire if we had to change rooms or not It was a little out of our way but nothing major

The beds were comfy, it was nice to have 2 separate rooms, but the place could use some updating – carpets, curtains, furniture The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment but the french toast was pretty good

We arrived on a December evening after a wind storm The Inn has its own generator so while not every light in the room was powered, more than enough were on so as to make the room comfortable to be in Also, the staff member at the reception desk stayed a couple of hours beyond their shift to make sure that all late arrivals were taken care of

He also handed out flashlights Thank you Austin! Also, the breakfasts are amazing! They are all vegetarian You can choose between 4 items or have all 4 on your plate You can also request toast, english muffins and/or oatmeal Good food, a clean room with a comfortable bed, a gas fireplace (at least in our room), easy walking distance to Langley’s shops, and a generator to deal with Whidbey Island’s winter windstorms Perfect

Tulalip Resort is a wonderful place to stay for a few days or more You should spend more than just one day/night because it’s just not enough time to enjoy everything this resort has to offer The casino is the best in the area

I like to gamble and this casino is not only the nicest, but it has a bigger payout than I’ve experienced at other casinos The customer service is amazing at Tulalip The employees definitely go above and beyond to make your stay is a good one The pool is beautiful and so fun for the kids The gift shops are my favorite – from the designer purses and handbags, to the gorgeous jewelry, I own so many things from there!Oh! I was surprised at how long it would be because it did not look busy So what else do you do when the wait is that long Play the slots My guy sat with me while I played and within 10 minutes I won a couple hundred Of course I cashed out and at the same time our buzzer for our table went off, perfect timing We were seated, and the server was a nice young lady I got a bacon, ham, and mushroom omelette w/ hash brown and instead of toast I got a single pancake My guy got the chicken fried steak, no gravy because he doesn’t like the white gravy The omelette was very good and to me, it was a huge serving I only finished half We had coffee, orange juice and apple juice The morning started off fantastic and after breakfast, of course we hit the outlet and got lots of fabulous goodies 🙂 It was an amazingly wonderful day Can’t wait to go again!

I’ve been wanting to stay here for a while, but finally did it! This place was really nice, a lot to look at whether in daylight or at night My favorite part was the colored water fountains shooting out of the ground at night Only part that I think could have been better was the size of the room

I imagined it to be bigger, but was pretty small for a hotel room at that price Other than that, it was a great experience, even the food in the hotel restaurant was great You should definitely check it out!

Room was nice Housekeeping staff was so friendly and sweet Breakfast at the Jetty restaurant was underwhelming Only one waitress on shift Had to wait to be seated when the dining room only had three tables seated They were out of wheat bread, apple juice 🙁 When I got my breakfast my potatoes were cold/old and my omelette was watery Coffee wasn’t hot Pool was great Kids loved it Although in the morning they were out of clean towels For the price of the room, I’m not sure I’d return

It’s a really nice hotel with friendly staff and a nice secure gated parking option The room was really amazing! The beds were super comfortable and everything was really clean The bathroom and shower was very clean! My only complaint is that the microwave in the lobby was dirty but that’s definitely not a deal breaker

The free coffee was really good! We will definitely stay here again

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Delta Hotel in Everett The place was very clean, rooms were spacious, easy access to local freeway and majority of the staff was friendly They have a fairly nice breakfast buffet and nice little bar downstairs

The only negative was with Kelly, who was one of the staff who handled the breakfast buffet, was not very friendly I asked her for a to go coffee cup so I could take my coffee up to room and it was if I asked her for free breakfast for life! I saw her interact with other customers and all I can say is she should not be interacting with any customers Kelly aside, we had a nice stay and would definitely stay here again

Quite possibly the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in at this price point The interior of the hotel is simple but nice My room was excellent with a couch and sitting chair

The Cascadia is an older property that is very well maintained and managed Our check-in could not have gone better We were clued in as to a good place to park near a useful entrance for the quiet room that we had requested

All expected options were available at a well presented very typical complimentary breakfast We stayed three days and found it to be completely satisfactory Although we started staying here because we had friends in Everett, we continued our stay and used it as a base of operations for tourist activities in Seattle The hotel is but a 20-minute drive to a light rail free park and ride lot The train goes directly into the city

A hidden gem in the corner of this world!A perfect get way from the city! They even have 2 EV chargers- one for Tesla and one for other chargers We stayed in the Corner King Waterfront room which is different than regular rooms as it’s in the Corner and has no room at one sideThe rooms have a balcony facing the calm sea

They have a large king bed with a mini fridge with free soda & cola! The wine & beer are paid There is also a bath tub with salts and a water view while you take a bath in the tub!The Spa and Dinner were closed during our stay but they still have free amazing breakfast You are given a breakfast card where you need to chose your breakfast and drink The breakfast is delicious but little less quantity if you like a heavy breakfast!And then there is the city of Langley which is beautiful and everything around is walkable from the InnLastly, the folks running the inn are super friendly and super helpful! They have lots of snacks in the front desk for you!

We stayed here in May, 2022 and enjoyed our stay, however, when we checked in we were charged $7500 for incidentals, and were told it would drop off our card if it was not needed We had no incidentals and the charge did not drop off

I talked with the manager several times but he said he did not know how to remove the $7500 charge that it was up to my bank I ended up having to file a non-fraud dispute claim with my bank, which they took care of I was disappointed in the hotel manager’s lack of knowledge and willingness to take care of this incidental charge, which was not handled properly or professional

The room was disgusting, there was blood on the wall in the bathroom Hair in the sheets, dog food and fruit snacks under the bed and big yellow stains on the pillows on one of the beds, torn shower curtain Their solution was to move rooms which we did The manager was no help He was like I will give you $25 back Worst customer service I have ever experienced I have photos and will up load if possible

A very nice clean hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful It has a lovely pool and hot tub Our room was clean and organized

The breakfast was great, with a nice selection of items, hot and coldA great hotel if you can’t get into the casino or want a cheaper alternative There is also a free shuttle bus to the casino and bingo hall But be aware it can get busy with sport events teams My only criticism is the parking stalls are a little too narrow and parking can be limited

I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel The price was actually on the low side, so I was pretty skeptical about renting it out for a night The location is awesome since it is right off the freeway, and there are some food options about 10 feet away

The parking was plenty for most part, and the staff told me that I could park downstairs in an enclosed parking lot that requires an active hotel key The rooms were clean, and they had a lot of free drink options as well as a good water fountain for refilling reusable water containersWe called and got an early check-in, which the staff allowed us to check in as early as 11am – completely unheard of especially during a holiday weekend where all the rooms were supposedly rented outWhere I was caught off guard was actually their breakfast Holy heck it was a feast I normally don’t associate inexpensive hotels with food but their gravy and biscuits were top notch – paired with sausages and scrambled eggs – I had to fight myself to not eat moreOverall, very pleased with our stay Looking forward to coming back here on our next trip up to Canada

Will definitely check in again

3 stars for cleanliness and comfortable beds Overall, just ok for the high price You can easily find another hotel that offers free parking and breakfast, which I would do if I were to look in that area again

We got two rooms, called to request connecting rooms, called to verify the two rooms we wanted were a connecting room option, again asked for connecting rooms on day of check in, and at check in we were placed two floors apart from each other, not even the same floor! One room was a one bedroom king corner suite, which was much smaller than what it looked like in pictures, and only had a twin size pullout The fridge is tiny, like cans of soda or a couple water bottles only Our other room was a king and when I opened the drapes, our room was in some sort of corner, and our window could see into another room It was weird The pool is pretty small but we were the only ones in at the time so it was a perfect size for just my family Overall, if you are a family with kids I would look elsewhere There are better options at the same price point of this hotel Not much going on here

Great place to stay Clean, modern and comfortable This time we got the room with the view of the police station, usually we get the view of the water which is nicer

There is a great breakfast place, Childrens museum and Shack art gallery within walking distance, which made it great for staying with kids Pool is on the smaller side I love that you can crack open the windows in the room :)All in all – this is a great place to stay

What a beautiful place The view from our room of the lake was awesome It’s just a very cool building, with a ton of character

Booking was super easy online, there was an issue with one room so they called me and we got it fixed with no issue I got a text asking when we were expecting to be there, I let them know and they actually got the room ready early for us Great place I would recommend! The snacks were great too!
