I recently stayed here with my son for a trip to tour the University of Central Florida Being in the airport made our trip so easy and convenient The young man working in valet parking was extremely professional and went out of his way to assist us with transportation

We couldn’t ask for a better experience from check in to check out! Paul and Daniel went above and beyond by reaching out before our stay to ask if we needed any special accommodations We requested an early check in and a late check out so were able to leave our luggage in the room until we returned from the tour to catch our flight back home I really didn’t expect our room to be ready for early check in but sure enough, it was! Our room was extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet We returned to the hotel from the college tour arriving just after our 2:00 late check out time due to traffic so our keys were deactivated One of the very sweet cleaning ladies was able to immediately find a manager to unlock the room so we could grab our luggage I cannot remember their names but they were all very kind and professional This will definitely be our hotel of choice when returning to Orlando-I can’t wait to visit again!! Thank you so much to this amazing group-you all deserve to be recognized

This is a nice hotel, but it is expensive and you are paying for the location and convenience of being in the airport I have had much nicer, more updated, and more spacious rooms at other hotels for much less money Staff were very polite and professional when I was able to talk to them

However, when I tried to call the front desk several times on the morning of our checkout day, no one ever answered the phone The hotel was completely full on the night of our stay – the Friday of Memorial Day weekend We did not get the room type that I reserved, and since there were no other rooms, they were not able to move us My daughter had to sleep on the couch (sofa beds are torture devices, not beds!) But the manager gave me 25% off my rate and 6,000 Hyatt points for the inconvenience Note that some rooms are VERY far from the lobby – we walked as far as you could possibly walk hauling a huge amount of very heavy luggage when we arrived on our flight at 1 am (not fun!) The rooms are nicely done, but they are not very big, the ceilings are low, and you are not allowed to go out onto the balconies The motion-activated night lights under the bed seemed cool at first, but are actually really annoying when someone needs to get up to use the bathroom during the night

This hotel was clean and friendly! The housekeeping staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make my stay a good one Every time a passed a staff member they greeting me with a smile I even overheard two quest on the elevator say they were enjoying the comfortable beds and the location

Nearby Italian restaurant and grocery store, you don’t have to venture to far Laundry room and pool are also located on on property if you wanted to use them Highly recommend staying at SpringHill Suites, Lake Nona Just ask a friendly staff member to assist you!

Went for vacation with my husband and daughter We loved our room Clean, clean clean

Housekeeping was great Staff was also great! We were about 20-30 minutes away from Disney depending on traffic (no biggie) We would rather stay in a hotel like this and drive the distance than staying in a resort close to the parks which are dirty and outdated (some of them)Breakfast was great also! Honestlyno complainsI just wish the pool was heatedThis will be our go to hotel as long as they are consistent with their cleaningness, politeness and good service We definitely recommend!

Very nice

newclean! Small rooms though and the bathroom is right in the middle, so there is not much privacy Plus, there is not a separate door for the toilet area, so only one person can use the bathroom, as the shower, sink and toilet are all behind the one centrally located door Walk-in closet is large enough to sleep in, so probably would have been a better use of space to split up the bathroom in order to have a private toilet area, and have a smaller closet!

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any resort This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you definitely won’t be let downI was extremely satisfied with the hotel the rooms and the service It is located very close to the airport and they do have shuttle service to and from the airport The pool area has a gray bar as well as the lobby, very quiet and peaceful A lake in the back is also a nice addition I would definitely stay here again

I used to love this hotel! I looked forward to staying there every year for a conference But now it’s certainly not what it used to be and they’re still charging high pricesThere’s no room service

It’s a pandemic If you don’t have the staff to do both restaurants and room service, do room service! The room decor is awfulThe showers are awful There’s only one tiny metal shelf to put things on and if you try to do so the things will slip right off because it’s poorly designed The water is sporadic, you can’t get the temperature you want, and the floors are slipperyMy friend ordered gluten free pizza and then had a medical event because they either didn’t clean before making hers and it was cross contaminated or they used regular flourThey’ve taken away all breakfast options except for their expensive buffet Even the coffee shop in there doesn’t have pastries, sandwiches, etc They barely had enough coffeeI understand that the pandemic has forced major changes on hotels, but it doesn’t feel like this Marriott is making decisions based on what will keep most people safe They charge Marriott prices for a Raddison experience and that’s not okay

Madison Obryan

Very disappointed in the staff member Monica – the assistant manager at the front desk She advised us at 6:30 am when we checked breakfast was included and that it would open in 30 minutes even going into detail how they would make us omelettes in front of us I only needed the room due to a flight delay for 6 hours

I paid nearly $200 for a room The room was nice When we went to breakfast we were turned away and when speaking with the front desk we were told we had to wait until she was out of a meeting and when she approached us she became very defensive and stating she didn’t state this which both of us heard clear as day and repeatedly talked about This was our first Marriott and this wasn’t a good impression We were then told we could be taken to a restaurant near by and when we said yes they advice us the shuttle wasn’t even available and it was at the airport We chose to opt out to avoid missing the shuttle to return to the airport I didn’t appreciate the staffs tone or the misinformation I will not return to this location because of this first impression

The room accommodations for my stay while attending the Independent Broker Mastermind were fabulous! The rooms were spacious and clean The room included a desk where I could work, and good wifi The bed was comfortable

They provided a complimentary breakfast that was very good! Breakfast included a chef making omelets (fabulous), hard boiled eggs, toast and bagels, yogurt, a choice of cold cereals, fresh fruit, whole milk, and juice and coffee You did not leave hungry! They also provided 2 complimentary drink coupons good for a limited selection of beer and wine, plus well drinks I would definitely stay there again

Jessica Keno

I stayed here a night before a wedding and it was excellent I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed at a few properties but this one definitely stood out Prior to my stay, I forgot that my card on file was expired

Someone kindly reached out and helped me to fix that, provided recommendations of things to do in the area, and was just personable When I checked in, it was so smooth We got lucky and our room was ready early After we got to the room, the was a slight problem with the bathroom; the toilet was wobbly I informed the front desk and then left for dinner and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently THANK YOU!!!! And my favorite part breakfast was simple yet delicious and clean I cannot wait to return Thank you to everyone and especially Corie who helped us when we checked out

A

Just got back from a two night stay here for the Monster Jam World Finals Overall, not bad It’s worth noting that sounds does travel quite a lot from the atrium to the room but since the bedroom is set back, that helps with that

Luckily, our son sleeps through anything so the noise did not disturb him on the sofabed We were in a premium room & would not recommend it You are paying extra for a tray of snacks that look nothing like the picture on the website That was highly disappointing Breakfast was very good for being complimentary The evening reception should just be called a drink meet, “snacks” were goldfish & some crackers I was expecting more there Shuttle service is helpful if you’re not planning on renting a car Pool could have been much cleaner – toys were a nice touch but many were broken

This was one of my favorite vacations! The rooms are nice and clean, the patio with that breeze was great and the service was amazing When I requested extra towels and toilet paper it came in no time Manny at the outside bar was my favorite!!! His energy was warm and uplifting and he went above and beyond to ensure my food didn’t contain garlic (I have an allergy)! The pool was also great! Nice and spacious and very relaxing

I plan to come back soon!

I’ve been staying here for years If you choose this place you won’t be disappointedTop notch facility and staff The pool was plenty warm even during the cold snap we were there for Hot tub was clean and accessible Room was spacious and clean, all the appliances worked well, and showers were hot with great water pressure HGV does a great job and I’m considering ownership next year

We just returned home from a 5day/4night stay Our stay was in a 1 br suite The highlights were – friendly and accommodating staff(5 stars for them) , spacious rooms, cleanliness around the whole property was great

We were especially appreciative of the spacious bathroom since there were 4 of us We got a lot of enjoyment out of the outdoor games (pool table, ping pong, corn hole) Location is pretty awesome for getting around town, most things we wanted to visit were within 15 minutes of the property, it’s just outside of the really busy areas while still being close to most things The traffic nearby wasn’t bad at all I’d expect that might be different if a large event is scheduled at the convention center across the streetThe things that weren’t so great – during our whole stay, every time we tried to utilize the water slide, it was closedThe bed on the pull out couch was dreadfully uncomfortable unless you prefer a very firm bed Only on the last 2 days, we had issues with hot water Our room was in the second floor and it was explained to us that could was likely the cause for it taking quite a while to get hot water If you smoke, there is only 1 designated section out front and away from the front lobby We found it a tad inconvenient to have to use the key card in the elevators, especially if you’re carrying stuff and have you hands full

Luvianca Navarro

I stayed here for just one night with some girlfriends and overall really enjoyed my stay here Good location, great amenities, room and bathroom were clean Bathroom was a nice size with a large shower, lots of counter space, and large mirror

We checked in and checked out with Wilma who was great at the front desk! She was very kind and personable and truly added value to our experience! Excellent hospitality overall

Em Di Santo

Went to Orlando for a concert and everything downtown was booked so after looking for an alternative, found the Courtyard Marriott and it certainly came through ~ and at a much more reasonable price Similarly priced hotels outside of downtown had horrible reviews with talk of cockroaches or a lack of cleanliness but not here The room was large and included a fridge and microwave, large desk to get ready and two comfy beds for my friend and I

It was clean and seemed recently built so no smells Bathroom was spacious and I had a little trouble with getting the water right, seemed either really hot or cold but no big deal, I managed There’s a bar at the entrance, items to purchase (pop, toothbrushes), a Whole Foods nearby and it was an easy, 10 minute drive to the venue, Camping World Stadium Would stay here again if downtown is not an option Staff were nice too

Loved our stay It was very, very clean and the service was the superb Ritz! We loved the Maid attendant, Maria Very sweet and hard worker

Spa, Golf, Tennis, Brunch, Dinners, a couple of meetings and just far enough, but close at the same time for visiting any of the Magic Kingdom ParksWe’ve stayed here before and will again Just keeps getting better!

Andra DelMonico

The hotel was beautiful and well cared for Whatever cleanliness and maintenance issues other guests experienced of the grounds was not our experience We had no wait to check in upon arrival

While we waited at valet, it was never more than 5-10 minutes at the busiest timesOur initial room was a two queen that was freshly renovated It was lovely, until we took a shower Upon stepping out of the bathroom we discovered that the hallway outside of the bathroom that leads to the bed area was flooded Like legit flooded with water flowing onto the carpet in the bedroom area We started drying it with towels, only to discover the water was bubbling up from under the flooring We called the front desk and an engineer was sent up right away We were moved to a king bed room with a better view on a higher floor The second room was also newly renovated and lovelyService was on point and exactly what you would expect at a Ritz Maid service stopped by three times a day to ensure we didn’t need anything Every employee we encountered was friendly and asked if they could be of service When my husband went to checkout, I stood in the lobby waiting for him I repeatedly saw employee after employee approach guests and offer assistance They did everything from escort one gentleman to the FedEx office to another carry boxes for a woman leaving after a conventionWe chose to eat off property, so I can’t speak to the restaurants We did order the two egg breakfast for in room dining one morning It was expensive, but there was more food than what we could possibly eatWe spent one afternoon at the pool, and the staff there are super friendly and caring We’ve gone other places and waited forever for food and drink service Not here The pool was clean and all of the fountains were on

Derek Hunter (DHO)

Great place for a conferenceAll of the meeting rooms are well appointed Some of the best hotel staff I ever encountered

Very discrete, but attentiveRooms are exactly what you expect from the RitzLarge pool and a lazy riverDown sides are:No self parkingNothing within walking distanceHotel restaurants and bar are delicious, but pricing is ridiculous

I just got from staying at Lake Nona Wave Hotel What a wonderful experience, from the minute you walk in the door From the bellmen to the front desk, I was greeted with a smile

You walk in and you feel positive energy, you feel happy with the bright colors, beautiful art work and not a detail is missing The rooms are beautiful, so well appointed and in each room one of the most comfortable, soft robes to wear The food and beverage was awesome and the chef is so creative Meeting space is lovely, banquet chairs very comfortable and the banquet and wait staff was always very hospitable I cannot wait to visit again

Ryan Kaufman

We had our room block here, rehearsal dinner and after party for our wedding this weekend If I could give 10 stars I would We were a little nervous about things going smoothly due to how new it is

Usually a brand new hotel takes a little while to find its rhythm from an operations standpoint We were the first wedding room block they had there They not only handled us in stride, they knocked it out of the park Every detail was thought of carefully, every staff member went above and beyond to make it a great weekend for us and our friends/family This is hospitality at its finest I highly recommend you give this place a visit/ stay Angela the event manager is a true professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with Thank you for making our special weekend the best!

The Lake Nona Wave is an amazing property! I’ve been to several hotels and what makes this hotel different are the people They are all so caring and sweetThere’s live music on Wednesday nights, and the food is delicious! In room dining is great, the Living Room bar is the most comfortable, but elegant place, and the decor is fabulous! As a guest and local, this is the place to be

Lisa, Patricia, & Sebastian from The Living Room bar are attentive to their clients; while Val & Kyle will make sure you have everything you need for a successful and pleasant stay

The is a true resort hotel The grounds are well kept and immaculate The hotel is really spacious and very inviting

Had the buffet breakfast at Citron, food was good As for the room, the bed along with the pillows were amazing, absolutely comfortable The outside lounge and pool are in a class by itself and the grounds are so well maintained Enjoyed my 6 hour stay

Travis Lane

The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because the hotel itself is very beautiful I booked the room in advance and paid a specific price to get a balcony facing the pool When we checked in the room did not have a balcony

They agreed to move us after calling the front desk but we needed to come down to get a key I went down to get the key and then went to our new room The bell service did not show up with our luggage for 30 minutes so I called front desk who assured us the bell service was aware of the new room number and to wait for our luggage After another hour I went down myself as we needed items for our autistic daughter who is 4 The bell service advised they came up to the previous room and no one was there so they were holding our items So 2 hours after arriving we finally have our room and luggage This ruined our entire afternoon and time in the pool before dinner The next morning I called the bell service to come get our luggage to checkout and contacted valet to get our car We arrived downstairs only to wait for 30 minutes for our car in the heat with our 4 year old This was after a 15 minute head start with my call providing my valet ticket number Absolute joke with the price I paid for the room, valet, dinner, and drinks I highly recommend finding another place to stay There are too many beautiful hotels in Orlando to deal with this headache

Eric Matos

Love the place When you are there you feel that you are really away from home even though I live close to this place There pool with their lazy river is the BEST

You do have to try their Breakfast buffet is amazing So many to chose from Although on my last visit I was somewhat turn off with the waitress serving us Waited more than 5 min for a cup of coffee Cordial with the table surround us but us It never happened before but this time But please don’t let my experience opaque their delicious breakfast

Always a nice stay Would’ve given 5 stars but housekeeping doesn’t turn in the items you forget I contacted the property a few hours after I left yesterday 7/27/22 as soon as I remembered

Today they informed me nothing was turned in by staff, not surprised yet I am Reflection of upper management and housekeepers character Just wanted to put this out there if we forget our items, accept the it and unfortunately expect it? Enjoy your stay, we always doTo general manager:Try offering an incentive to staff, to turn items in left behind and help keep employees honest and feel valued Even if food items are tossed as required when left, document those items before tossing Make staff accountable and keep a reward system them for it

The location was perfect as it was close enough to everything and also quiet and not busy We had everything we needed in the kitchen Everyone loved the pool and the hot tub was great after long days of walking through theme parks The staff was also great We had a small maintenance issue where one of the bathrooms has a very slow drain I called it in and because it was already the evening I wasn’t expecting anyone until the morning, but they showed up in about 30 minutes and fixed the issue My only complaints were the clothes dryer was extremely loud and squeaky and took way too long to dry when you put a regular size load in and one of the beds was very uncomfortable We tried it with just a couple items and it didn’t have an issue so it must be a weight thing, but the loads were unreasonably small As for the bed in the largest room, it was extremely lopsided The bed frame slats were broken so the top corner wasn’t supported and was impossible to sleep on with the mattress sagging so low The people who slept in there had to sleep upside down on the bed The mattress was fine but the frame is basically unusable Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be going back the next time we have a large family vacation

Beautiful resort Very quiet, large rooms and well kept Love that some units are pet friendly

Conveniently located to all area theme parks, restaurants, shopping and lots of other fun activities The concrete walking path all around the lake is very nice and an excellent place to walk, run, walk your dog and enjoy the wildlifeBE aware They STRICKLY enforced, no outside alcohol at the pool They actually approach you every time and sometimes more than once, if you bring a cooler, cooler cup or insulated cup to pool They are nice about it but extremely diligent We have vacationed at lots of resorts and I believe this is the only one that didn’t allow you to bring your own alcohol to the poolThey do not have a designed parking spaces for each unit, so sometimes it is difficult to find a space close to your unit Also, there appears to be no luggage carts for loading and unloadingThe overall stay was very pleasant

We had a great 5 day stay! The condo was clean and met all of our expectations Denise was extremely helpful in getting into our unit The pools are clean and the staff was very friendly and professional

There is a Publix right next to our unit as well as many different restaurants within walking distance I would definitely recommend and we will be returning again

Normally (we stay at Lakeshore about once a year) I’d give this place a 5⭐️rating but our most recent visit (July 2022) we had several issues with the room Nothing really bad and they addressed the issues once notified of the issues, but this time we’ve noticed that the place is in need of a real renovation The sofa bed at some point must have been broken and the “fix” they did was shotty

The front of the sofa both leaned in and out simultaneously due to the “repair” The washer sounded like it was trying to take off and the plumbing gurgled the entire week we were there The pullout cabinet for the trash and recycling wouldn’t stay closedLittle things that don’t seem that bad, but as owners we expect better from Marriott

This place is massive! Have you ever been in a place that when you walk in your eyes are drawn up to so many things – that you’re walking not noticing where you’re walking🙂😃The grounds are breath taking The hotel is amazing

The rooms are larger than your average hotel room The service is superb from the valet, check in, bell service to housekeeping Superb! The hotel has many activities on-site Lots of sitting areas to conversation, laptop time, relaxation or just people watching There is a bird cage with Finchesnice to watchIf you valetit’s worth it! The parking lot is a good distance to walk – and it’s hot They gladly and quickly retrieve your car Best valet we ever paid

Our stay was lovely we came for the convention over the weekend and I had a blast The whole hotel is beautiful and the pool is nice to take a swim in The hotel was a little too big in some regards and it was like going through a labyrinth to get to your room

The golf course was the best though I am super happy I got the chance to pummel a few balls out on the course The layout is phenomenal and the scenery is surreal! See you next year Shingle Creek 👋

First time when hotel opened it was great staff, service, and breakfast, and room Parking was never an issue, because the location was still developing It’s been 5 years 2nd visit was a bit disappointing

Room had a dampness in the air, which ended up making me sick Bed was super uncomfortable, which is shocking Breakfast was eggs, sausage and waffles at times, also with muffins and yogurt, but they had to go boxes which was nice to have Staff was not welcoming Except the bistro attendant Alfredo, he was very nice There is no reserved parking for the hotel, so with the surrounding of restaurants, searching for parking is not fun especially with kids TV channels is limited for kids, only Nickelodeon The surrounding area there’s lots of restaurants and a playground The area is beautiful

I stayed using a free night but I definitely would have paid the rate Studio king room, basically full kitchen VERY quiet room did not hear people in the halls while I was trying to sleep

Nice area to do makeup/hair as well Lots of drawers/ areas to put items away Only thing bad is a complaint I have in all hotels Lighting is never conducive to putting on makeup Can never get it like at home But as I said all hotels have this issueWould definitely stay again!!
