This Hotel is definitely a beautiful hotel however I’ve had better for the price You don’t get room service if you do not ask we was told we had to ask for fresh clean towels and if we wanted our beds made

Our hotel room floor was extremely dusty The jacuzzi wasn’t available for use Only 2 elevators were working from the 4 that was available We paid $$850 for 2 days Definitely not worth it Only great part about this hotel is the view and the aesthetic of the rooms

Kyra Timberlake

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view of Norfolk! The rooms were also very clean! The staff was very nice and welcoming There was only an indoor pool and it was a bit outdated There were 2 family reunions and some other event going on this weekend, so it was very crowded

It took us over an hour to get our wings and fries but it they were delicious so I guess it was worth it The drinks from the bar were also very good! Will definitely stay again, hopefully when it’s not as crowded

Candace Armstead

The hotel is very beautiful The waterfront view is amazing! The bar is open until 1230 and they have an indoor fireplace as well as outdoor fire pits The room is clean and modern

The service is awesome! They allowed us to check in early when we arrivedHowever, the breakfast was terrible quality The eggs are powdered, the potatoes had no seasoning, the bacon was thin with no taste The French toast was soggy and undercooked We ended up leaving and went to waffle House The toilet paper is only one ply and there is only one towel hook in the bathroom There is also no microwave in the room but there is a small refrigeratorOverall this hotel was great for entertaining Close to the strip and a cute boardwalk But they cut corners on quality

The place is modern and looks pretty but lacks in selling an experience First thought I would treat myself and use the valet service but was told the service was not for guests staying at the hotel only for dine-in guests The receptionists were quite pleasant and easy to work with

The room was modern but lacked in being clean There was quite a bit of dust buildup on the bathroom shelves, desk, and the tabletop still had crumbs and coffee stains on it The room itself was not very soundproof as I could hear the local bars all night The bathroom could have used some work as the shower curtain was quite visibly ripped and had spots of mold on the corners On the last morning of my one night stay, they ran out of hot water and I had to take a cold shower not exactly the way I wanted to start my morning Overall, not an entirely bad hotel, but for the name, hype, and price I would expect a lot better experience than this The Courtyard down the street is just as nice, friendlier staff, easier to navigate, and has cleaner rooms (with hot water)

This hotel is exceptional…2night stay & upon check in we were greeted by Tyler, he made this experience worth it for us, he immediately explained everything around us & specifically met all my requests being a Hilton honors member, he is such a gem front desks needs people like Tyler to uphold that 1st impression I believe every hotel strives for He truly made a lasting impression We felt welcomed

The rooms were very clean, great view, breakfast was delicious, the restaurants located around the hotel offer great food & options The staff is very nice It starts from the moment you walk in & Tyler gets what guest services means for this Hilton Thank you for making our experience at the Hilton amazing We will be back

Clarette Lozowy

Food was very good, service excellent

If I would have known that I should have worn jeans and a baseball cap on Easter Sunday, I would have fit in perfectly There should be a dress code Especially at these prices Workout music during dinner – not relaxing I gave a credit card to secure reservation – not necessary Place was half full

Calida Miller

Home2 Suites front desk attendant was very helpful on the day of my arrival The rooms are modern and spacious My room was pretty clean except in the cabinet under kitchen sink was two bags of garbage and a trashcan full as well

I called the front desk and it was handled My second morning I discovered someone had broke into my car along with six other cars The hotel assumes no responsibility for vandalism The hotel also do not have cameras for the parking lot or security So the next morning I get back to the hotel from working overnight and notice a truck with the window busted Another vandalism vehicle I talk to the front desk attendant she seemed to have a attitude So i asked her for the manager who wasn’t in I waiting for a phone call from the manager Nice hotel, but horrible at making me feel like my vehicle is safe

chris camp

The staff is rude and are not concerned about the condition of the rooms There was hair all over the bathroom floor The room looked like a preschooler had done the “cleaning”

The bed was not made well, pillows looked like they were just tossed there Cases did not look washed The stairwell is just as dirty as the rooms I was told they had cleaned the room twice and both times checked by a managerAfter arguing with me and telling me the pictures I took were not from this hotel I had to escort one of the staff to the room to show them the hairs everywhere before they believed meI decided to cancel and find another hotel Do yourself a favor and don’t book hereThis is a shame because I’ve had great luck with the Home2 in other locations This one is definitely nowhere near the same quality The staff just don’t care

Over all great kid friendly place to stay In the rooms have refrigerator but the ice maker really didn’t work and we asked for ice because there is not ice on each floor but the person wasn’t really nice when we asked for some, the kitchen didn’t have all it says it says it has Why I have a 4 star

But again still would come stay again

M Reaves

Decent hotel that is walking distance from downtown Norfolk The front desk staff are great I was upgraded to a two bed and two batch suite with a kitchen

The room is big even though I didn’t need the space The road noise outside (from the 6th floor) is pretty loud And the room is a little dated and worn It will need a refresh in 2023 or 2024

AJ Sanders

EXCELLENT Customer service by hotel staff and beautiful property Although parking was a long tedious process during our stay because the garage key/enrty wasn’t working the hotel staff was kind and patient with a few rude inpatient guestsWill definitely return

Thank goodness for great customer service Aliyah was super awesome! She works the front desk I had an issue and she quickly jumped in and resolved my problem without a sour face! Her customer service skills are unmatched! The hotel itself is okay

I wouldn’t necessarily book there again The place needs to be cleaned better House keeping definitely needs a do over With better management the place would be pretty cool The modern feel is there but lacks cleanliness I love pets, but you could definitely hear the dogs 🐕 barking all night Walls are very thin So if you are looking for a good night’s sleep, forget about it The only reason they get 4 stars is because of the great customer service

N. Rey

For the price, stay somewhere else They do not provide full housekeeping service (even when you stay Monday – Friday) They only gave us new towels

Our bed was never made Our sheets were never changed The building is HOTThe bar service & food are good Stay somewhere else and visit the barThe building is generally hot throughout The air in the room doesn’t actually ever meet the temperature on the thermostat It completely went out one night Maintenance came the next day and got the temperature down But still not to the 67 degrees on the thermostat

Gary Burghart

Modern hotel The rooms are small but clean No drawers to store clothes

Two things were very irritating The HVAC controls were pretty locked down You can pretty much just increase/decrease temperature…and it takes forever, you can’t hear any fan or feel any air! Spent my first two days sweating and my last two days freezing Secondly, I was there with a group of five other rooms They have multiple types of federal and government rates, due to a technicality, mine did not include breakfast but everybody else’s did even though we were all paying similar cost I brought this up to the hotel and they refused to adjust my rate Breakfast is included at practically every other hotel in the area One highlight, we enjoyed the bar in the evenings—-the bartenders were friendly and the live music was great Bottom line from a Hilton diamond member who decided to give Marriott a try—-disappointed in this hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful Please inspect your room to ensure it has been cleaned fully It was definitely lacking some professional cleaning in the room I stayed in

Dead bug on the ceiling, rust on fixtures, mold, stains, and build-up of dirt throughout the bathroom I even had used product in the bathroom; they weren’t even the same brand The bed was clean and comfortable I stayed here before, and it was nothing like what I expected based on my previous stay The lobby was Hilton’s standards, but the room wasn’t

Gifted

45 starsI would’ve given the Hilton Garden Inn Hampton five stars, but the bathroom was a little outdated The shower with the tub was extremely deep and hard for my older auntie to get in and out of

Other than that, the hotel staff were very courteous and complimentary The overall ambience of the Hilton Garden Inn was very warm and relaxing It’s very family friendly environment

Styles C

I enjoyed my stay overallI want to give a huge shout out to a young man working at the front desk who helped mitigate a challenge I was having with one of the staff members He was so patient and sweet to me and I also learned some things about myself to carry me forward in life, which is priceless! This young man was amazing! I wish I remembered his name! The only real con I experienced was that there was no parking available over the weekend which was very dangerous for a single woman coming in late from an event

I had to park my car illegally in the front in order to access the hotel, and was chastised by the worker about it, when there was clearly two other cars parked there too I mean this lady acted like she was Hilton herself but she allowed me to park there temporarily to get some sleep I have never been to a hotel that didn’t have any parking that was very disappointing and a turn off if you ask me

This is an ideal location to visit ODU and anywhere around Norfolk The hotel is clean and more than adequate for the rate without any frills The main drawback is the loud noise from Hampton boulevard traffic all night and all day! The breakfast had some warm items, but it seems pretty much like your typical free breakfast in the lobby

The coffee was robust and flavorful, which was better than expected The staff was extremely friendly and helpful Overall,it was a nice stay

Francina Thomas

Marriott properties never disappoint We picked this Springhill Suite by ODU because of the downtown location was closest to my family Check in was fast and efficient

It was 10:45 pm and the change of shift The young man was very nice, professional and knowledgeable, he explained all the hotel amenities in detail The young lady taking his place was just as nice with a beautiful smile The hotel lobby was clean, openly spaced and well lit Our King room was clean and fresh smelling It was spacious with all the hotel features we needed- microwave, refrigerator, full length mirror, and good lighting Parking is across the street and costs 8 dollars The hotel has a indoor pool, continual breakfast, and fitness center The prices are comparable to the other hotels in the area if not better We would definitely stay again

Kati Van Ness

The air wasn’t working in our room, and we were just told “Sorry, maintenance left already” No offer to switch to another room, bring a fan, etc The breakfast wasn’t well stocked and we had to ask for forks, tongs, etc

Food was cold, coffee had tons of grounds in it Hand sanitizer was empty and the front desk staff didn’t have any or offer to refill Nice size room, fairly clean, but this hotel is short-staffed and staff that are working don’t seem to care

Other hotels should takes notes on this place This hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, and well-run I stayed one night on business and I was very impressed

The bathroom is spacious, the rooms are huge, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the temperature was comfortable Also Shani and Erica, the front desk associates, who also serve as the kitchen cooks and the bartenders, were wonderful A+ customer service!

Kerrie Miley

Excellent hotel will definitely stay again! Modern decor and very clean Room was beautiful, clean and spacious again with a modern look Shower was amazing, hot water and extreme water pressure

Check-in and check-out was easy and no contact by using the app with mobile room key My husband interacted a little with staff at the front desk and said very friendly Breakfast is included nice variety, hot food is served in individual containers for no contact Thank you Hyatt for a great experience⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ebony Jernigan

This hotel looks new, it was absolutely spotless The staff was polite and helpful as well We stayed for a week, room service never came, but I just went and asked for fresh towels and trash to be removed

They do serve breakfast, both hot items and cold, however, I think the food staff is short We always had to wait for fresh coffee and hot items when we went down for breakfast, but the kids loved itThe pool is small and perfect for kids, and the gym is very neat and clean, as were bathrooms

Esther Stratton

I am currently staying hereThe service is very good; almost all staff are courteous and friendlyThe location is great; it’s the hotel right next to the convention center and right across from the coliseum

There are restaurants and fast food places nearby, and Norfolk is only a few miles away (unfortunately depending on the hours, traffic can be an issue when attempting to cross the tunnel)Cleanliness could definitely be improvedBed skirts were dirty and stained when we checked in, and our dogs found an old chicken leg under the couch There was trash underneath the bed, and stains in some of the cabinets The hallways and ground floor have crumbs and other small debris scattered aboutOverall, not a bad place to stay, as the layout is very nice Definitely needs some more attention to detail though

B S

I have stayed in this hotel more than once and it gets worse and worse In reading previous reviews I see the elevator has been an issue for quite sometime Shame on you Hilton, this should be a priority to get fixed due to how it is inconveniencing your customers

Upon check in we waited over a half hour to get to our room(10th floor) due to the line for the elevator There never wasn’t a line to get up and down to floors Not only were you inconveniencing your customers in time but, also you were putting their health at risk by they way people were squeezing into the elevators Although I choose not to wear a mask I haven’t been this close to a stranger in years and honestly I was very uncomfortable and had no choice You also need to take a look at staffing You offer a happy hour with free drinks and you staff one bartender This hotel was packed and we waited in line 45-50 to get 1 drink How do you offer this and only staff 1 bartender? My biggest issue was with the elevator but, like many others our rooms were missing soaps, clocks and towels The rooms do need updating and beds were not comfortable at all We will not stay here again and we are Hilton Honors members You got our money and I know nothing will come out of this but, for those who read reviews DO NOT STAY HERE!

In short, you can have the same quality stay at a cheaper hotelMy first time here and will be my last I have to say even though the front desk staff was great, the hotel was not clean

My biggest issue was the fact our room floor was not cleaned properly as well as the shower drain was clogged and didn’t drain the water quickly enough You will be taking a shower while soaking your feetAside from that, the room looks great

T. Brandon

Cleanliness and location good Starbucks inside the lobby area was convenient for my morning coffee The room was good, TV and a/c great, really good water pressure too

The beds were not as comfortable as I like though The hotel lobby had an odd smell Beware of the road noise, and this maybe only because our room was on the front of the building but the outside noise is awful!

Raine

Stayed here on a quick weekend trip Staff was courteous and professional We checked in super late as our flight was delayed

Check in was quick This is a boutique hotel Rooms were small, clean, smoke free Only concern is security as there was an individual lurking on the 5th floor on our return from dinner We called the front desk and security was sent right away but you could tell he was not a guest Scary

I attended the Marriott for a conference and I live 30 minutes away so I did not get a room However, all of the conference rooms were clean and the bathrooms were spotless Every single bathroom was amazing all day and I was there from 7:30-5:30 and used every single one from the second, third, and fourth floors

Parking was not the best but I partially blame myself for missing the garage with the tunnel you can walk through I parked a block away but the walk was slightly refreshing The service staff were friendly and kind It appears to be a nice hotel Maybe I’ll stay one day and review the rooms

It’s a very pretty hotel, but I HONESTLY do think that it’s a bit priceyThe rooms and the hotel itself are pretty clean, and they have such AMAZING grounds There are many activities that you can do here and they are located in a great area

If driving a bit to the beach isn’t a problem to you, then you should consider this placeOne of the reasons why I will not give this place 5 stars is because of the showers in the rooms They are great, spacious, and THANK GOD no tubs… BUT, the only problem that I found a bit annoying was how a lot of water would “escape” in between the doors while me and my family showered We had to ask for extra towels to put on the floor and in front of the doorAnother thing was that the outdoor pool didn’t seem to be cleaned in a while It was such a pretty pool, but I believe that with just a LITTLE more care it would be perfectThey do have life guards on duty, which is good if you have kidsLast but not least: DUCKS! They are everywhere and they are just SO CUTE, seriously, mama duck and her ducklings were stealing the showAlso, before I forget, they do have a restaurant inside and their food is very good Here you can see the menu attached with the prices The pizza is good enough for the price!

Julie Poole

This is a quiet hotel with a lot of room and nice amenities The decor is a bit dated, but the rooms are quiet and clean They have a great dog park for people traveling with their pets

Made the stay much easier for me The staff was friendly and helpful They were shorthanded, but, I think that is the way all of the service industry is at this point Even so, they did a great job 🙂

Megan Abbott

I didn’t want to leave this hotel! Super friendly staff upon arrival Gorgeous lobby & grounds Cozy room that felt spacious & clean

Separate buildings really cut down on noise You felt tucked away in a little private oasis We had a view of the courtyard from our room It was great to wake up and see the water from our room Ducks greeted us as we walked outside! Great all the way around, highly recommend!!

I love several hours from my children My son had a band competition Friday evening and I can’t safely make it back home at such a late hour In those cases, I always choose this location for a few reasons

This stay, was beyond unacceptable But I felt bad I reserved a king bed Then my kids ended up staying too so I requested a 2 queen bed (which I always get) and the price was going to be almost $400 That’s half my monthly rent NoSpecial events that weekend or anything, I was simply told “it’s just the weekend” Good to know you raise the prices like that even for your member When I declined, as my king bed cost me $333 with taxes and I can’t swallowSpending even that I should’ve just paid a littleMore and stayed at the beautiful beach then However, the clerk gave me the king room for no additional cost and I thought that was really nice We checked in at 10pm and until we tried to go to bed at 1, our upstairs neighbors were doing acrobats up there They were so loud, and consistently When I called down to the staff, they called the upstairs neighbor and the noise subsided Checking in at 10, after driving g 6 hours and attending a band competition, the only thing I cared about was enjoying the kids and sleep I always check for bedbugs because I had them in the past, if there’s no bugs, I’m good There were however, what looked like multiple blood stains in the mattresses and frames Like blood had once pooled there It looked like someone was murdered in there or blew their brains out I have pics I expect a refund back as that was just unacceptable Replace the beds in there for goodness sake!!

Will be back! The hotel staff was friendly all weekend and very helpful There was a lot available on site, pool was open, snack bar, Starbucks drinks, a bar until 11, hot served breakfast and hotel service daily if needed Plenty of shopping with a mall across the street and other shopping centers around

Plenty of restaurants to choose from as well 30 min drive to the beach for a whole day of exploring if you opt to as well No complaints here

Rooms are clean and comfortable Pool was open daily and heated with towels provided at the location Multiple entrances and easy to use keycard

Breakfast switched up every morning Nothing super impressive, but still a mix of cereal, toast, fruit, eggs, a grain and a protein, and even oatmeal (which I personally appreciated the most)Very modern feel inside the room Shower looked to have the tile taken care of Water temps were nice and hotVery nice staff Always greeted us and we’re very polite

If you’re looking for an elevated level of care and overall view then look no further! From the moment we walked in, my husband and I were greeted with champagne and wonderful customer service The front desk receptionist made sure to make us aware of the details on the parking garage before we made our way to our room Side note, my husband and I are on our honeymoon and wanted a hotel located near several activities as well as restaurants and bars

This hotel provided the perfect escape for us newlyweds who wanted to experience the most of Virginia The room itself was stunning with an incredible view of Norfolk, and very clean The hotel is located in a perfect area not even a block from the waterfront and also more than a dozen restaurants and bars for our picking The main thing my husband and I enjoyed was that the Lime bikes and scooters were so accessible we were able to experience every area of Norfolk This hotel is far more than three star hotel and has solidified our choice in where we will stay whenever we come from New York to see our friends and family

Coolest hotel I’ve stayed in The gallery is wonderful, entertaining and very interesting I loved the decor in the room

It is a incorporates modern amenities with the existing architecture of the building and definitely does not feel cookie cutter The water pressure in the room was weirdIt seemed to ebb and flow like maybe the pump is surging This didn’t really affect the utility of the sink but I didn’t use the shower so am unsure of the experience from that aspect The staff was helpful and friendly Parking is a downside as it costs $20 to self park in a garage

Robert Willinger

The glass was beautiful and elegant Had some of the same structure of the original building Assistance was great and very helpful as well

The hotel rooms themselves were very reflective of the Glass art A/C unit was quite did not hear neighboring rooms Was located on the corner so valet was almost a need to properly park besides paying for a garage Very enjoyable experience overall, staff was extremely welcoming at the front desk as well

I just ended a long trip and was in need of a little R&R This hotel was perfect for what I needed The room was super clean and comfortable

And the spa tub was a nice touchThe location was great, everything was in walking distance Right in the middle of downtownThe best part of this hotel is the staff They made me feel at home, were friendly and checked in on me when I walked past the desk During breakfast the restaurant manager came out and asked every guest how things were going I had a nice chat with the front desk manager and even caught up with the housekeeping managerI also enjoyed everything about the lobby area (shout out to the fruit infused water!) I definitely recommend this hotel

The desk staff was wonderful and friendly The problem was the cleanliness of my room A 7 day stay and my room was cleaned once

Not acceptable in this day in time especially with all the viruses and germs in this world now days I kept asking housekeeping to clean my room but no show Bathtub, toilet, and sink remained dirty with dirty towels all over my bathroom floor I’m so disappointed in the Hilton I hope they get better after this post so others won’t have to experience the things I went through Just expected more from an expensive hotel stay

Rebecca Jackson

The location is great if you want to stay near Town Center I prefer more near the beach but since I wasn’t paying for the hotel, I just enjoyed it as much as possibleThere is a pool

Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to use it because there were a lot of people using itThe rooms are big, at least for the king roomThe staff is GREAT! They are very nice and friendlyThe breakfast was ok I ordered 2 scrambled eggs which came with turkey sausage and potatoes The white of my eggs was a little runny I didn’t send them back because they were very busy so I ate around it and left the uncooked part on my plate The potatoes needed salt but otherwise good and the turkey sausage was good

An incredible stay! It was only for one night, but I am in love I was greeted with a glass of Prosecco and shown to my room where the attention to detail was outstanding Snacks, drinks, etc

Walking distance to really yummy restaurants, and the breakfast that was delivered to my room this morning was AMAZING The bed is comfy & luxurious, so is the bathroom So worth the money! I can’t wait to come back

I’m actually a wedding photographer (and didn’t stay here myself although I did spend the whole day) but I’m reviewing because people need to know how amazing of a venue this is for small weddings/elopements! My couple decided to elope in Norfolk’s Freemason District at the Inn because they loved how cute the cobblestone-street neighborhood is and because of how charming the Inn is itself They booked the whole Inn for their family and wedding party to stay for the days surrounding their celebrationAs a photographer, I loved how much thought was put into the design of the rooms

The bride got ready in the room on the top floor and it made my job easy- Large windows and a skylight in the stairwell to let in plenty of light, neutral colored yet fun pattered walls, beautiful furnishings that made for great backgrounds when capturing their details, and a bright clean room off to the side for the bride to slip into her dress without the bridesmaids seeing- it all made for great pictures and a laid-back fun getting ready experienceAll day the staff was so helpful and friendly! And not just to the bride and groom, but to their family, and myself and the other vendors as well They went out of their way to make sure that I had ordered something to eat and had a place to sit as well (which is less common than you might think + the food was delicious) When the wedding timeline needed to be adjusted on the fly, the Inn’s event staff was easy to communicate and collaborate with so everyone was on the same page and things kept flowing smoothlyThe couple had their ceremony and dinner/reception in the backyard patio area and it was seriously so perfect for their small guest list The staff was quick to transition the versatile space from ceremony to dinner during a short cocktail hour and the table setup turned out stunning! And the patio’s bulb lights were bright enough to light photos and keep the magical ambiance of dining and dancing under the starsI’ll definitely be recommending this venue to any couples wanting a small wedding in the area!

The Inn is a lovely Beautifully decorated in a calm welcoming fashion Breakfasts are tasty and plentiful

The innkeepers were friendly and helpful The cost was equivalent to a major chain but the experience was far superior The only two downsides might be that there is no elevator and that the noises from the street and the light rail might bother some I found them soothing I know, I am weird

I love it here very safe and comfortable Real food and not brown bags of food The front desk will help you anyway they can

Housekeeping real fast on changing out your sheets and towels This is my first time staying here but me and my husband have been here almost five days 🧡❤️Only issue I had was the door you have to pull it all the way or it won’t shut if you want to stay in Hampton stay here🧡❤️

The cleanliness and status of the room was very good, but the configuration of the room was a little inconvenient The toilet paper was hard to reach when needed, the TV had to be swiveled to be seen from either the main area or the bed, the ac was constantly running since the bed was cut off from the vent, and there was a light blinking above the bed (which was annoying when the lights were off, for sleep) Not sure if all the rooms are like this, but it was for mine

DO NOT STAY HERE I don’t normally leave reviews, but I checked in and 10 minutes after I got my son and I and all of our luggage upstairs- I called the front desk for a refund because I refused to stay in that dirty room The walls looked like they haven’t been washed since they built the building- almost like there was a coating over them

Hairs around the sink, huge water stains on the ceiling, stains on the lamp, phone, grout in the shower looks absolutely disgusting and had black mold in some corners, base boards looked like they’ve never seen soap I mean, it was the worst hotel I’ve been to I don’t normally complain or ask for refunds, but I could absolutely not stay there I will say they didn’t fight me on it when I told them I wanted to leave and with a refund She told me okay and released the charge on my card Haven’t gotten the refund yet, but I’m sure it’ll take a few days I don’t recommend

This hotel has a lot of promise that it will, hopefully, one day live up to On the plus side, location is good, hotel looks newer, room is comfortable, the valet parking is nice and staff are friendly Unfortunately, I experienced a few issues during my stay: 1) when I went into my room there was this really loud noise that sounded like a fire alarm going of – it was confined to my room though

It turned out the alarm clock malfunctioned and was going off continuously This was addressed once I called the front desk 2) This hotel uses “environmentally friendly” soap dispensers Unfortunately, to be environmentally friendly they leave them completely empty 2 out 3 were completely out (body wash and conditioner) I stay at hotels every week and I HATE these dispensers because hotels never check them They are my biggest pet peeve I’m so happy when I see the small bottles and a soap bar since I know I have everything I need and I’m not some idiot hopping into the shower realizing I have no soap at all to wash myself with 3) The shower in my room was not clean There was an array of hair on the floor from different people (long black hair, blonde hair, brown hair) Either a family had just stayed in the room (unlikely due to the size) or this represented poor cleaning across several different guests

Maggie Ballantyne

This hotel is clean, close to the best attractions downtown, and has the friendliest and most accommodating staff Loni at the front desk made sure our stay was beyond our expectations and our family had everything we needed She was fabulous! If you are planning a fun filled family get away, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott and it’s staff

Janel Rossetto

First management did a very poor job in that my reservation was disregarded to allow for a baseball team to extend their stay After 4 hours of driving and arriving late, I was forced to go to another hotel (which was very dirty) I had a meeting at the hotel so I had to stay somewhere else and come back for my meeting

Anyway, once they had room for me, I came back and fully enjoyed the hotel My room was very clean, great size for working and working out, fitness room was perfect and the conference room was comfortable Staff were all very nice
