Wonderful stay!! I had to come to weslaco for 2 weeks of management training at buffalo wild wings The company picked the hotel ahead of time There were several hotels closer to where I worked but I was so pleased with the room and the staff especially Alex(at the front desk) , I didn’t mind the drive

And after a 12 hour shift of training in a busy restaurant, I really appreciated the huge comfortable bed I would highly recommend Comfort Inn in Donna Texas to everyone And if I ever have to go out of town again, I hope they have a Comfort Inn because I don’t wanna stay anywhere else

Ok Breakfast was barely worth eating-no eggs, all carbs & they didn’t have a cook to see after things Had to ask the girl at front desk to restock butter, jelly, fruits etc

Enjoyed the pool Would probably pay a bit more for a nicer hotel next time

First off, I need to make sure that everyone knows that Lala in the breakfast area is so delightful, she was always happytosee us every morning That being said, the rest of the staff except for Jason (manager) were all very uninterested in helping ! They seemed to be more engaged in their cell phones than the guests! I understand its hard to find good help these days, but perhaps management should address this daily and encourage guest contact to all employees! The rooms were clean and everything seemed to work properly as expected!

I am not sure if this is a place to REST or BAR Starting @3:00 AM till 6 AM a group of people continuously talking loud and laughing in the Lobby I used the room phone to call the front desk but no answer

I called using my phone and no answer After several calls, the front desk answered and said will ask them to keep it down “wow” The group went outside and I could still hear them talking loud, then came back in , and the noise and laughter continued I drove in from another city, worked all day and then this jokeI signed in for 3 days but will be checking out as soon as day breakIt seems I am not the only person complaining about noise , read their reviews before coming hereI am not sure how this is a functioning business

Do not stay here AC in my room didn’t work and management thought that giving me a fan would make it okay The AC and fan stayed on all night, and it never got below 79 degrees

Worst night I ever spent in a hotel They called after i left the hotel for work and said they would switch rooms But when I could not get off the jobsite and get back to move my stuff until 5:45, they said that since it was after 4 they could not move the rooms They never told me there was a 4pm deadline I am Gold Elite status with Marriott and they still treated me this way Stay away! I packed and left and went to the new Hilton Garden Inn across the street It is much newer and the AC worked I am glad I found a new place to stay when I am working down here

Jess Alexander

IDK how the room we we’re supposed to get would have been Since they gave our room away!!! And advised it was because we didn’t answer a call 2 hours prior BUT as we checked in… ON TIME! And they told the people in front of us they would be getting the style of room we reserved👀! I’m giving them 2 stars only because we had such a short stay

Sophia Hinojosa

I been going to same location for years and always receive A 1 service with a smile !! That is was keep us returning

4th if July weekend we had an emergency trip to take and were saddened we couldn’t stay a our favorite place Needless to say we had the worst experience else where I will NEVER stay in another hotel other than Marriot!! Thank you to the BEST TEAM AND COOK!! THEY GET 5 STARS FROM ALL MY FAMILY!!!

I searched out the best rated hotel in the valley and it is by no accident that this place came up first We absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed in the Hummingbird suite and I must say that it was the cutest place I have ever been to It was an overall welcoming atmosphere

Keith was very accommodating and understanding of every question I had This is the perfect place for birders and non birders alike Also the price was the best especially for a suite Definitely going to stay here again, if we are welcome to

Joe Torres

We stayed at the garden suites The place is amazing, very close to many birding locations Keith is a great guy that goes above and beyond for his customers

I can’t recommend the place enough If you’re looking for a birding guide, Mary Beth is one of the best around Coming here was a birding bucket list location for my wife and I and it didn’t disappoint

This hotel is in the middle of town off the expressway but in a very quiet area The parking lot was quiet and felt safe I highly recommend this hotel Will definitely be back

Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel chain and my husband and I have stayed at many across the country This was the best one we have stayed at It was so clean and beautifully decorated with very current styles

The bathroom sink was beautiful I loved the shower with two heads As always, the bed and bedding were super comfortable The staff was very helpful and friendly The only room for growth was that the oatmeal was not cooked enough (we ate when breakfast started–I’m sure it was cooked by the later breakfast hours) Overall, I rate it 5/5 stars Thanks!

Nice older hotel Room was pretty standard and the king bed was comfortable Very nice front desk people we were able to speak with during breakfast on Sunday morning

They are also struggling with having enough employees to take over some of their hours so are dealing with potential burnout Dave, the omelet guy, served a great breakfast Sunday but was off on our last morning there Missed him and his service! There was still adequate food but no plates or bowls and we couldn’t even make our own waffles? If we had been staying longer, would have checked to make sure Dave was there for breakfast first!
