Very large and nice looking room, but when A/c was off room smelled of smoke, and bed was rock hard I slept well as I do anywhere but my wife had a rough couple of nights We did advise staff of smell and they were prepared to apply some kind of deodorizer but I told them it was fine as A/c was effective in removing it while we were there

All round staff was great with every encounter Was located conveniently close to where we were working

Christina Steier

The hotel was clean and modern The price was reasonable I was slight taken aback by the fact that nobody came in to clean the room between nights because I haven’t traveled in awhile but the party I met for work advised that this is the new norm which I’m ok with

My only suggestions would be to offer a restaurant and rethink the bathroom cabinetry First, there were dining options a short drive away and some basic snacks in the lobby Breakfast was offered and good, but a dinner option would have been nice since it was a work trip and I needed to attend to some business in the evening Finally, it would be best if the faux door fronts in the bathroom didn’t have handles on them They looked like doors which I attempted to open The decorative panel came down when I pulled on it and struck by bare toe It was painful and then mildly sore for a few days, but was an unnecessary injury Overall, the stay was good and comfortable

Chose this Marriott property due to proximity for a business trip It was apparent from check-in that management doesn’t care about the property or customer experience Lobby items like grab & go areas were empty, only one elevator worked, mini fridge wouldn’t lower below room temp, shower items like shampoo and conditioner were not only empty but the canisters were removed entirely, and the linens and towels weren’t cleaned between guests

I found multiple types of hairs in towels and sheets Tried to make it work as I’d had a long day and an early morning Asked twice for a clean set of sheets to be sent to my room Both times sheets were too small I decided not to stay and went next door to Hampton Inn Front desk told me to call the manager tomorrow regarding billing Spoke to GM Fernando, who told me the room was 100% non-refundable even though I checked in 4 hours ago and was not staying the night Period I’ve never been so disappointed in Marriott, and will be removing this property from our corporate group booking option

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any resort This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you definitely won’t be let downWhat a steal for this hotel Price was great for what you got Rooms were large, clean and bountiful Hot tub and pool were available Decor was very Chic and my son loved the fish tank Staff was friendly Train station nearby, so the coast was my friend

Rosie A

I’m giving it two stars instead one because of the staff The staff is great, and very friendly This review is by no means a reflection of the staff

The hotel it’s self is in really rough shape and for $300 a night? Must be a joke I would expect at least in the minimum a decent place It’s outdated and in dirty We changed rooms twice First room was due to mold issues, and then after spending the first night in the room they moved us to, we realized the AC was not working So we spent 2 nights without an AC Luckily the friendly staff member moved us after the two nights in warm damp room Over all I would say, stay away You’ll find something better, specially at this outrageous price It’s a Robbery

Ryan Whedon

Hotel has decent bones, starting to show a lot of wear but the staff makes up for it Very friendly, willing to help and always with a smile You should expect standard courtyard stuff here, nothing crazy fancy

I appreciated the courtyard where you can sit in shade if you want, as well as the large pool and covered hottub Fast shuttle service back to the airport, left on time If you need a quick overnight before catching a flight that’s easy on the wallet, this is your place

We stayed for 5 days at this casino and we really enjoyed it You really don’t even have to leave once you arrive They have several dining options and the food is really good

My favorite was the rise and the council oaks They have an amazing spa (pricey but worth it) I have never experienced a spa any better! They have different clubs, bars ,nice pools and shopping places You honestly couldn’t ask for anything more The only cons are : valet is $30 a day and the beds in the rooms are not comfortable

Thomas Dzielak

Such a great casino Stopped here on my birthday weekend Very clean, nice food court to grab a quick bite to eat

A few gift shops to get some souvenirs In Wish they would open more table games earlier in the day The Seminole rewards card isn’t as hyped up as they make it to be Played tables, slots, etc and only got a few comp dollars Hotel rates are absolutely overpriced, even for in state residents which supposedly have promotional rates All In all, it’s a great getaway and a quick day vacation Free parking garage which is certainly a benefit

Lee Syrop

We had not been here in several years The renovation is beautiful and everything was in excellent shape The stores were beautiful but empty of shoppers

The restaurants were busier – yet the prices were high (but expected) We ate in the food court at the Asian Fusion location Food was good Prices not too high I did not gamble but enjoyed watching my girlfriend play She had fun even though she lost

Albert Garcia

First time staying at this particular hotel I loved it Even though it was 12 miles away from the convention center, I didn’t mind the drive because it is a world better than the hotels right by the convention center

I loved the location Staff was very nice and eager to assist with whatever you needed Exactly what you would expect from a Marriott property I will stay there again and hopefully Plantation Walk will be open Very nice!

Minh Hua

I have stayed over 1,000 nights at a Marriott branded Hotel This Hotel is significantly below average compared to other Sheratons I stayed atLet me first start with a positives

The guy in the club lounge was super curious, responsive and wanted to help Excellent service mire commonly found in Asia or Latin America that the United States The lobby gets lots of natural light and it appears was remodeled not too long ago It’s got your standard breakfast area, a little bar and some conference rooms There’s a fountain outside and there’s plenty of parkingThe reason why I’m getting this two stars is because the rooms are just very old and kind of dirty For example, there is scum in mildew all over the bathroom Another example of the coffee table was scratched up Except for the mattress, it felt more like a old courtyard Marriott than a Sheraton The room is large as you would expect in a suite but again in bad need of updating The drapery seem like it came from the 1990s The shampoo and soap they give you is from big bottles of fixed to the shower wall There’s some hygiene risk there given I’m sure they don’t replace the whole bottle after every guestI have included photos so you can judge for yourselfThe AC unit was loud and didn’t respond to the thermostat very well I think I might have caught a head cold or something after two nights

Maggie Lou

Did a weekend staycation, this hotel is located in the heart of the upcoming area of Plantation Walk For that reason, make sure you get a parking pass because they do ticket cars There is security patrolling the area on a cart

Just a reminder parking isn’t free The staff were really nice and helpful The Sheraton Suites appears to be renovated from the outside and lobby area There are places were upgrades can occur such as the pool and hot tub area The room was nice but it has it quirks like turning the switch down to turn on the light, the noise the sink makes, the struggle opening the closet, and the movement of the refrigerator when you opened it They have a dining area where they serve breakfast, Starbucks, and a small bar Aside for a sign saying they have a breakfast buffet, if you don’t inquire about its most hush-hush There were not many people eating meals when I pass by in the morning or evening If there was a menu available in the room or during check-in, I’m sure they would have more people The hotel was reasonably priced but certain days the price fluctuates tremendously especially weekends and holidays

I’ve already stayed twice here and I recommend it to everyone Really fast service and check in/out process People are really nice and the hotel is extremely clean

Location is 10/10! You have so many restaurants, workout places, spas and more around the same block It feels really safe, the rooms are big and they allow pets! They will certainly see me again!

Laura Clinansmith

we were there for a few days at the beginning of March and just want to warn new visitors about a couple things – first, the only bar on the property doesn’t open until 4pm Not great if you were planning to drink at the pool Speaking of the pool, not sure what was going on with the water but getting my hair wet resulted in a disgusting residue that required multiple shampoos to remove

Other than that, the hotel is adequate, but nothing special Oh yeah, no microwaves in the room, which is unusual and inconvenient

Zae Dareus

Associates at the front desk told me that I was good to go with parking, and now after my trip I see a charge for parking I called the business they advised I CALL THE LOBBY & speak to the manager about it Manager basically acted as if I was lying about the charge

She claims that her associates did tell me that parking is a charge when in fact they did not So I asked basically I have to pay the charge even though the associates did not inform me of it She said blankly “yes” This is poor customer service, the room had not microwave , barely any air

The area where the hotel is located has a lot of suspicious people walking around The hotel is upgraded a little but it’s cheap upgrades The water pressure in the bathtub/shower area is horrendous

If you want hot water, you have to let the water run for 5 to 8 minutes If you want to take a shower, good luck because the shower pressure is really badThe gym area is OK My only issue was it was cold one day The next day it was really warm I asked the front desk agent to turn the ac cooler but he wasn’t very helpfulI’m definitely not staying here again There are better hotels out there

Robert Mccaslin

This place was amazing we stayed for 5-6 days minus the little hick up at first it was perfect for us it was our anniversary and we had a great time the staff was perfect the room was perfect the bistro really knows how to cook Unfortunately my husband got food posion from the sushi he stopped and picked up from the Publix as a surprise for me because I told him that was what I wanted to eat for dinner but it got really warm so it went bad we were heading to the keys for our anniversary but we stopped because he was tired of driving and we ended up staying the whole vacation at courtyard Marriott hotel by the airport and we had a great time it might not have been the keys but the hotel was quiet and beautiful and staff was great and helpful And like I said before the bistro really knows what they are doing

And the Starbucks coffee was perfect to

Jeff

Called the front desk, @5:30pm 4/29/2022 needing to set up 5 room for employees that where coming in on business for 22 days The lady at the front desk told me she didn’t have time to set up any reservation and she wouldn’t ever look to see if they had available rooms So I did what any consumer would do and took my 19k in business to their competitors down the street

If she was that rude to me on the phone, I wonder how she treats the guest after they have your money

The rooms are spacious and clean Some things we did not like restaurants on site is only open Thursday-Sunday, no laundry service at all You can not check in early to your room earliest is 3pm

The bar was closed So we had to go into Doral to a restaurant and sit for two hours until our room was readyKitchen comes pretty stocked with dishes, cups and plates, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher Best way to describe this place is apartment/condo complex No view out your room accepts for a bunch of tree branches It is gated and the pool area is pretty, very small hot tub for guests to use Only allowed house keeping every three days They will bring extra towels and things if you ask Not all what we thought it would be false advertising as far as views on the room’s But if you don’t care about that, then it is okay place to stay Side note a lot of traffic and construction on the freeway going to Miami Beach so give yourself time to get to activities you’ve planned We would pay the extra money next time and stay closer to downtown Miami

S.R.

The location is close to the airport and that’s a positive, however, our experience with the actual facility was just okay The folks at the reception are not very friendly and it took us over an hour for us to get checked in; They also didn’t have the villa we had booked and instead had our group split to two different rooms in two different buildings The rooms are okay; they show their age but if you just want to sleep for a few hours and move on, i guess it works

They have a swimming pool which looked nice (we didn’t use it) and a gym thats open after 7 am Their porter is a nice guy but it takes forever to get a ride on the golf cart to go to your buildings (some can be a good 15 min walk from the reception) They have a breakfast buffet which is pricey and not associated with the hotel, so there is always confusion about payments The waitress at the breakfast place is wonderful though Overall, my recommendation is to find another place Not worth the money

Gioconda Vidal

Very nice place, in this opportunity I wasn’t staying or showing any of the rental units (I’m a realtor and have leased a few units here) so I was using the amenities for a professional event The staff was very nice and courteous, the place was impeccable clean, the lunch served was delicious and healthy The parking situation was a little crowded, however, I found a spot pretty fast

I have leased several units for Asian clients in different buildings and they were OKOverall I had a good experience ✅

Overall real nice place to stay Our first room smelled like smoke and we had to change rooms Our next room needed a little maintenance but overall was really clean

The pool was disgustingly dirty and not well maintained The little restaurant and bar they have is really nice The food is good and convenient You don’t have to leave the premises

Yadira Peets

Worst Courtyard I have EVER stayed at!!! First they charged me again when checking in after I had already paid for the stay online Then they posted it back to my account but it takes days to stop pending Then during the night they charged another incidental fee

Second the pool is disgusting!! Third, they were banging on our door at 8 am so they could change batteries to the door lock that was working perfectly fine Fourth, the bathroom mirror had not been cleaned God only knows what else was not cleaned properly WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN!!

Kendra and Jonathan were ABSOLUTELY Wonderful A1 customer service is definitely what they providedThey explained every single detail in regards to the room, dining, parking, events being held at the hotel, local things to do and much more

The room was very nice It was clean, the towels were great quality compared to a lot of hotels I’ve stayed at recently, elevators were clean I also like the fact that there was a microwave on each floor to accommodate the guests that needed oneI will definitely stay at this property again in the futureMy opinion for the negative reviews I read, closed mouths don’t get fed A hotel should not receive a bad review because you didn’t speak up for them to address your issues with your stay while there There are a lot of staffing issues due to COVID and unfortunately the hotel industry is probably seeing a impact just like every other businessThanks again for wonderful stay away from home!

Aubrey Devine

I’ve been traveling to this area often for work and have had a hard time finding a decent hotel in the area This Renaissance met all of my expectations Clean, quick and friendly service, updated rooms, quiet and has a nice gym

See Hugo if you go to the restaurant, he’s fantastic! The beds here are SO comfortable I slept great every night I also liked that while they don’t have a microwave in the room, they have one for guests in the grab and go areaMy only wish is that they had coffee options before 7am, as I’ve been heading out early for work I’m happy to have had a great customer service experience after what feels like far too long Will be staying here going forward when I travel here!

LAUREN CALTA

While the hotel itself was clean with an attractive lobby, the customer service was below what I would expect You must give 24 hours notice if you want your room cleaned and then I would recommend that you follow up to make sure your request is recorded I stayed Thursday through Monday and although I requested the room be cleaned twice, it was never documented in the computer and therefore never cleaned

I had to request twice for someone to come get the dirty towels from the room and getting a full set of clean towels was a chore The housekeeping staff was less than accommodating , as I had to chase down a cleaning cart to get fresh towels as the chamber maid ignored me while pushing the cart right by me Certainly not worth the money and I would not return

Best local Broward hotel I have been at so far I had a room on the 5th floor which had a great view of the Hard Rock Guitar hotel in Hollywood, the Miami Dolphins Stadium and the downtown Hollywood buildings etc in the distance

The room featured a large window, microwave, small refrigerator which was great as many higher end hotels don’t always offer microwave and refrigerator As an added bonus, free breakfast was included dailyAs some have mentioned, there is an occasional odor mainly when outside due to a sewer plant down the street but did not impact my stay Will definitely be returning Highly recommended

Nice property, rooms were really bigThe breakfast its free and good enought! Our room was accesible and the o ly inconvenience was the bathroom get’s really soak with a small showerNice stay

After a lengthy extended stay, I am throughly impressed, and very grateful to the Serena staff They provided a comfortable and pleasant stay for me and my family over many days Even through the height of the pandemic—it was challenging, but I can appreciate their safety and management

The kitchen and service staff are very pleasant and are very busy The food is great Entertainment is available on the rooftop The rooms are clean and comfy The pool is refreshing, and the ping pong table and pool table add a fun twist Thank you Serena staff!

Firstly let me say the hotel is BEAUTIFUL! I was met with a dilemma, and it was quickly resolved! Major kudos to the front desk staff Tina and Julian, as well as housekeeping staff whose names were Barbara and Eddie I love the hotel and the atmosphere in there is so calming Phenomenal job through my entire weekend there! I did not want to leave

They made it so easy to check in and check out

TheaLynn K

This hotel is located in a sketchy area There is loud construction across the street and in the neighborhood Do not stay on a higher level as the night club noise will keep you up all night

My room smelled like mildew My room service was cold and soggy tacos that fell apart The guacamole looked pre-made There was a used, dirty mask behind the night table This place is WAY over priced I had to ask for a glass of sparkling wine that they are supposed to offer me They did not acknowledge my status as a Hilton member

It was decent with a small refrigerator but you have to ask for them to bring a complimentary microwave to your room The cleanliness was alright Don’t worry about having any bugs The bed isn’t very comfortable but satisfy for somebody not staying long The breakfast is not complimentaryOverall, I would come again if I stayed in Weston but definitely not as a first choice

Staff was friendly and the room was as expected and similar to other Courtyards The area is fairly quite (a little bit of ambient highway noise but nothing out of the ordinary) Location was convenient for us, specifically, but there’s not a lot around the area other, though the restaurants nearby within walking distance are pretty decent – nice not having to drive every time we went for lunch or dinner

Our breakfast was included in our rate and it was pretty good, we were able to order off of the cafe menu, better than expected and better than the typical “continental” breakfasts at other chains

This was such a great experience We actually had a small get together in the downstairs area We met Denise as part of the wonderful staff at this Marriott

She offered her services and elevated our little get together She helped set up our platters and actually brought glassware for our wines She was extremely attentive She was so helpful and pleasant Thank you Denise you were a lifesaver I will also say that the water pressure was fantastic Did I say I brought my dog with me and he also enjoyed the stay Thank you Marriott for exceptional service

Far from the madding crowd A great quiet location with everything you could need for a quiet vacation within a 20 minute walk On site breakfast bar has a wide variety of delicious snacks and meals with pleasant attendants

Many local restaurants and bistros within a 10 minute saunter, although it does get crowded at normal feasting times! A wide variety of rooms to suit most peoples tastes, and the in room a/c is adequate for the climate Bathroom supplies were plentiful and housekeeping were always somewhere on hand for top ups or little extras A great little find

This is my go to spot for when I’m in town for work and the ladies at the front are so wonderful! Natasha always remembers me greets me with a smile as soon as I walk in I enjoy her conversation and look forward to my stays here because of her! The entire staff is so gracious and kind There is a nice little Starbucks and bar

Rooms are always clean and hotel is maintained extremely well Great work to this staff!

There were major problems with noise coming from a party in the hotel’s pool past 11:30 PM at night The hotel allowed 20 or more people to stay in the pool past the stated 11 PM closing time (the pool is in the middle of the hotel property) When a phone call was placed to the front desk at 11:30 PM about excessive noise still coming from a party happening in the pool, the desk attendant explained that the hotel cannot ask guests to leave the pool area even though it was time for it to close for the evening based on the hotel’s own rules

This was an absurd answer for a Marriott employee to give to a guest I’m all for people having a good time but what about the rest of the guests going to sleep? Hotels have rules for a reason This is second time we have used this hotel and won’t use it again

I love this hotel! The staff, management, employees are very nice, professional, accommodating, and greet you with beautiful smiles! Even housekeeping is like no other! Our assigned housekeeping staff was so good and our room so clean! We tried to tip the staff The young lady politely refused and informed us, “it was her pleasure!”The location is great! The security and cleanliness are evident! Everyone was professional, it’s close to everything!I celebrated my birthday 🎂 the beginning of this month and it was a perfect location! I had an awesome time, loved the room view, and the pool, and hotel amenities! Thanks for being such a great part of what makes Marriott so great!

The hotel is beautiful, lots of areas to openly engage with family friends or colleagues There is decent shopping, average dining and bowling/cinema nearby Lighting inside rooms is rather poor

Valet is quite horrid and there is a daily fee $25 This needs to improve to make it valuable Overpriced for this experienceThere is construction happening next door, so it’s a bit noisy As a newer hotel, these opportunities will improve over time I would more than likely stay again

Angela Keith

Located a block from the beach, great location! A minute or two from all the fun beach area bars Great spot! The hotel is beautiful , newer and clean Has all the amenities needed for a great vacation

Good:Off the Turnpike exitClean roomsStandard room is spacious

Quiet hotelBad:Not too many bad things, so I’ll say needs improvementBreakfast was kinda limited as far as continental breakfast goesOnly dark roast coffee?!? YuckNo hot chocolate Not even the single packetsDefinitely a work location (not near any attractions)Its lakeside, nice looking outsideDid not visit weight room or pool but they have both

Happy Girl

The room looked nice However, there were dozens of small black bugs by the sink and coffee machine We asked to move to another room

The second room on another floor had the same issue The third room we got moved to still had the bugs but less of them They were also at the front desk I’m dissatisfied with this location due to the bugs and now I don’t feel comfortable eating the breakfast there since there are bugs on that floor too Not a good experience

Jennifer AMADOR

The hotel is a very nice place, the rooms are huge This is a pet friendly hotel they need to tell guests they are staying in a pet friendly floor or room

I had to ask if there were animals in the room as I am allergic to pet hair and dander I was wheezing and coughing the whole visit, I literally went through a whole inhaler I just feel they should notify guests or ask if they are ok staying in a room that has had animals stay

Liked · Overall, hotel seemed like it was recently redesigned with modern interiors Crib services were provided upon request The TV in the room was huge and had streaming services

Blackout curtains were great Shower, mirror, and lighting in the bathroom were nice (The sink looked modern but was not designed for families with children though) Plenty of charging options in the roomThe pool, fitness room, lounge areas, bar were also nice The location is within minutes from the airport but guests would need a car to get to neighborhood spotsDisliked · Despite asking twice, housekeeping staff didn’t clean the room Toiletries were not replenished for a 4-night stay The bed was comfortable but the sheets didn’t stay put Only one robe was reserved for 2 adults Staff could also be more hospitableThe coffee bar in the lobby was also closed the entire duration of our stay Overall, the experience was pleasant but not great They could improve with more attention to detail

We could not be more pleased with this hotel! The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was more than perfect! We had an early flight They didn’t hesitate to check us in early and promptly sent the shuttle to pick us up at the airport Our second stay we had a late flight and they accommodated us the same

The Cafe was nice with very friendly staff The bar was perfect Toro/ tequila library and restaurant exceed our expectations! Can not wait to stay again in the future! This will be our go to from now on!

What a nice hotel! Check in and out was fast and courteous The room was clean with a comfortable bed and ample charging options And I especially enjoyed wine and an appetizer at the lobby lounge bar

The s lounge service was much appreciated after a long dayOne recommendation I would offer is to add Keurig coffee and tea machines to the rooms As a business person, who logs much hotel time, I’ve come to enjoy quality coffee and tea at night and again in the morning I actually carry my own tea bags and coffee pods with me during business tripsCoffee and tea aside, Le Meridian was an enjoyable experience

We had such a pleasant experience at this hotel prior to going on our cruise The hotel was a quick shuttle drive away The hold time was long when I tried to call for a shuttle

Luckily, another guest already called one and it came before the front desk staff answeredWe requested a crib when we made reservations However, it wasn’t in the room when we checked in We called front desk and within 10 minutes, the crib was deliveredThe room is spacious, modern, and cleanWe had breakfast and dinner during our stay The woman who served us for dinner was so friendly and provided great service Food was actually good for a hotel chain and it came out quick Breakfast was a bit slower as only one server was working the entire floorThis hotel also provides shuttle service to the cruise terminal which was very convenientWe would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the area or need a place to stay before your cruise

Victor Stanley (Shar and Vic)

Very new Marriott that’s also attached to the AC Hotel This place was very nice and the staff even nicerThe M Lounge was well stocked and that helped us out a lot with being a trip and getting back at odd hours

The lounge/ restaurant area was very nice as was the patio area outside The bar staff and the wait staff we very good at their jobs and made you feel right at home Even when it was busy they didn’t put you off or make you feel rushedThe bellmen and valet Staff were greatIt’s also in a great area that has shopping and many restaurant options to choose from if you don’t want to eat at the hotelThe food at the hotel was great we had a breakfast omelette that was outstanding There is construction going on around the motel so watch out for the trucksThe only thing that odd was the pool hours it closes at dark No one knew why just the policyHelen, George, Randa, V among others made our stay great The Stanley’s truly appreciated all you did for us

Pete P

A new hotel, as such very clean and modern With hard floors and nice showers Very good service with courteous employees

The location is a bit out of the way for an airport hotel, and the shuttle service is very slow! Even though they advertised airport shuttle service, they refused to pick me up from the airport after I dropped off my rental car! The next morning, I almost missed my flight because the shuttle made an unannounced stop on the way! I was impressed by the bartender and quality of food though

The guy at the front counter very nice, however according to him he was the only on duty that night Our room AC was set on fan and I could not adjust/change the settings (room never got cold), the TV would NOT come on at all, we unplugged it and try a different outlet and it never came on, they did NOT have toiletries as they were completely out (front desk guy stated) and we was never offered to change rooms Will definitely NOT be staying there again

Charissa

No hot water in shower or sink, called front desk twice- no answer- went down to front desk no customers around Front desk lady was unhelpful, unfriendly and acknowledged they knew that there are numerous rooms that the hot water doesn’t work Refused to offer us any compensation for our troubles, wouldn’t switch rooms when I requested it, stating, “ I don’t know what other rooms don’t have hot water…” she stated that other customers are having hot water issues as well

So they are aware, yet, not offering compensation for their problems Hotel old and dated, photos look better than in person, very loud room…next to freeway and loud elevator, mold in shower on ceiling and walls Dark, poorly lit hallways and rooms need attention and updating Outdoor pool is freezing cold Workout room is lacking, only one machine functioned (when I tried all four)Front Staff unwelcoming and unfriendly Didn’t welcome me or acknowledge me as a reward points member- I had to ask at check out if I was given my points Not the greatest area, very far away from the airport & no hotel shuttle as advertised on their website For the price we paid, very poor value Would NOT recommend staying here Worst Holiday Inn property we’ve ever stayed at, we are frequent travelers I choose Holiday Inn properties for their reputation, this hotel doesn’t fit the Holiday Inn standards Find someplace else

shannon Conway

This hotel service is terrible Do not recommend staying here You should not put your diamond elite customers in the rooms that have no hot water

Then tell them oh sorry it’s something we can note, but there is nothing we can do Then when you ask for a hair dryer 3 times and you say ok no problem and it never comes I don’t usually post bad reviews but I do expect a hotel to make traveling for work suck less, not more I don’t think that’s asking too much
