The rooms were very clean The hotel staff was excellent when we checked in and when needing towels and a blanket When I called for more towels and an extra blanket for our room, it was delivered within 10 minutes

I loved how quiet the hotel was even though the room opened to the large courtyard inside We all slept great! We only stayed one night but, we would come back!

Our family and we stayed here for for our wedding that was a few miles away from this beautiful Hotel The staff has been very accommodating and really took care of our family needs as we stayed here The staff was very pleasant and always smiling which we loved, and the morning breakfast crew was cheery and welcoming

We had many kids on hand while we stayed and we loved how there were complimentary treats for the young kids in the afternoon We would definitely stay here again Thank you for a great experience!

The pool was out of service, which was the whole reason we chose this hotel The receptionist offered us a bag of chips as consolation And suggested our kid take a bath in the room, our room only had a standing shower

We should have received a discount for them not providing all of the services listed at booking and we should’ve been made aware of the pool closure at booking We booked directlyThe Room was clean and modern The mini fridge was very loud The AC sounded like a jet engine We had to turn both of them off in the night as they were too loud to sleep The hotel itself was quiet The room was nice and dark with the curtains closed Staff were friendly The breakfast was fine, but ends too early at 9am They used single-use very small paper plates, plastic cutlery in bags, and paper cups for tea/coffee which was very disappointing and inconvenient What a waste! The hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes) was cold, but tasted good They had cereal, bread to toast, fruit and little yogurts No donuts as the receptionist mentioned

I went here on our way to Monterey I booked it specifically so that my brother could go swimming Starting with the good: The room was clean, the lobby was gorgeous, everything looked pretty good

The issues started when we got back from shopping There was no light in the pool area so we called down to the front desk to ask about it When I asked, “Is there a light in the pool area you can turn on?” the response I got was a snotty, “Does it look like there’s a light in the pool?” I was then told that the hot tub wasn’t even turned on, the jets were broken and the water was as cold as the pool Honestly, it was just the customer service part that annoyed me

I stayed with my husband and kids for 4 days Walking in to the lobby everything looked nice although the front desk lady was not very inviting Going up to the room the toilet was not cleaned, everything was dusty

Badly folded towels and beat up walls The tub could also use a good clean After the issue with the bathroom the front desk lady was helpful and went up to clean and sanitize She then had to go back to check the tv I tried and she tried and couldn’t get it to work It was fixed by the next day The pool area was not very clean the water specially We found a frog inside the pool and another about to get in They were very small and a housekeeper took it out We slept good The comforter was very lumpy and old, nice cotton sheets though It wasn’t to loud and the ac kept the room nice and cool Breakfast was a plus Good variety and delicious!

Appearance and esthetics are great! The location is key and easy access right off the freeway with plenty of fast food locations near by, A large grocery store is very close as well Rooms were fairly clean although there seams to be no insulation from room to room If your looking for a location for deep sleep and peace I would try a different location

Weather its kids running in the hallways with no way to block the noise or its fellow renters in the rooms next door/ up stairs with loud moaning / snoring

Had a night’s stop here during a surfing trip and really enjoyed it I used to think badly of La Quintas before, but after giving them a try, I realized they’re pretty good This one is newly remodeled and indeed looks modern

Rooms are clean, the breakfast area/lobby is really nice looking, they’ve got free breakfast and all that Amenities are great However the furniture was slightly damaged My only real complaint though is that the dog policy is weird Many chose this hotel because it allows dogs, and even though our German Shepherd was allowed to enter, others could not They have a full list of “banned” dog breeds even though it is not specified anywhere on hotel booking websites I am sure many people read the “dog friendly” claim but then got kicked from the hotel because they didn’t allow their dog Pretty sure that Dobermans, Rottweilers, certain Bulldogs, and Wolfdogs aren’t allowed Also make sure your dog is 70lbs or under It feels like discrimination I would give five stars if they change the dog policy

I always call and confirm my reservation the morning of my stay, added my husband’s name to the reservation as well Got a call from my husband inquiring which hotel we were schedule to stay at, this after a 4 hour drive I told him the hotel he stated they couldn’t fine our reservation and sent them to another hotel

I called immediately and was put on hold several times, finally they said they found the reservationSince it was late My family jumped over to grab food and settle in as we had soccer the next morning During the morning we realized the one bathroom had NOT been cleaned or serviced There was mold on the ceiling and a dirty rag on the shower rodThey stopped by and asked that the bathroom be done and extra bath towels be left Guess what later that night when we got back , the bathroom was still NOT CLEANED, NO EXTRA TOWELS, nothingUpon Check Out this morning husband mentioned all of this again only to be told , the issues had already been dealt with with their manager??? Nothing had been dealt with I’m very disappointed in this hotel and their lack of communication and cleanliness

Frank Gorgenyi

The friendliness of the staff is the main redeeming quality of this property At every turn they helped out The reason for three stars in what would have been a four star stay was housekeeping

We had a few issues like our room not being fully cleaned the first night, housekeeping getting the drain stuck down the second, no house keeping the third day so I had to fetch towels

James Trunkenbolz

Lied to my face Asst Manager, Manager, Night Auditor

Called the cops on us for citing their own policy to them about late checkoutAs Titanium Elite members, we were GUARANTEED a 4 pm checkout They started knocking on the door at 11am THEN THE VACUUMING THE HALLWAY FOR TWENTY MINUTES ONLY IN FRONT OF OUR DOOR then the leaf blower right outside our window only This happened Not at all what I come to expect from a Marriott brand hotel

Overall:The hotel was just average Some of the areas looked dated The first floor smells of cigarettes

The elevators were hot and had a slight odor The elevator never gave us any issues The water did go out on our 2nd day This was one of the closest hotels to Silver Creek Golf Course There’s a shopping center across the streetCleanliness:The rooms were okay My friend found a Cheetos underneath the couch and I found a pill next to the bed I’m not sure how clean the carpets are, but they can go a wash Bathroom and beds were maintainedComfort:Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on The pullout couch was slightly better The beds were okay They weren’t hard nor were they softService:One of the rooms my friend booked had a broken AC unit Took them the next following day to fix Very unacceptable service Maids were seen one of the mornings at our stayAmenities:Breakfast was free There’s a large selection to choose from They don’t change the menu ever so whatever you see is the same thing the next day There is a small gym Sufficient enough for someone to stay in shape The water fountains do not work There’s a basketball court The swimming pool is tiny There is also a patio area for guest to loiter atIn the hotel, there was a full refrigerator, microwave, stove, dish washer, sink, silverware, and plates They provided only 2 towels per bathroom unless requested forSafety:There are homeless people walking randomly in the parking lot I would not recommend leaving anything in your car Traffic tended to be moderate with a Jack in the box next door There are keys required at all the side doors Never really saw and suspicious people in the hotel itselfParking:Parking is $12 for overnight Guest can park for free before overnight hours Supposedly there is a security guard, but I never seen one

I stayed for only one day and air conditioning didn’t work in our room ki and toilet was not flushing well Couldn’t go to the toilet till 9 am as maintenance person couldn’t come Asked for a new room and they told all rooms are booked and we could use toilets in the lobby

I was staying on second floor and i was asked to use toilet at the lobby in another building Horrible experience for one day stay

This hotel is worst than a motel 6 they have stains and rips on there comforter Rooms smell like people have been cooking in there as if they never cleaned the oven! And too make all matters worst they don’t even wash there comforters daily which is absolutely absurd from a guest point of view They should be shut down!! It’s looks like a homeless shelter in there

You go in the pubic restroom after breakfast and you will find homeless cleaning up and sleeping in there!

The bath tub had not been cleaned There was spit from someone prior sitting in the tub I took a picture and showed the front desk at checkout

The guy working up front offered no solution except sorry and they could moved me The front desk was calm, polite, and very professional There is also no information about the restaurant except hours The breakfast hours are not on there I added breakfast only to find it would be too late for me to have breakfast I asked to just credit it and was told no No one can change the package I bought I asked for the possibility of getting an early to go and was told no as well I also think that when you have a large party that you should at least let the guests checking in to a room right next to the event space that there will be music that shakes everything in the room Thankfully it was stopped at 10 This place just really fell short

Teddy Chu

The hotel is a historic Manson with hotel rooms added in the back The main building does look gorgeous but the hotel rooms were pretty standard While the room is nice and clean, it is a bit small

I also agreed with other people’s comments that they really need to add more staff to improve the service PS this is a popular venue for wedding and other corporate events If you want to avoid the party noise in the evening, ask for a room away from the lawn and pool area

Angela Mooney

The property itself is gorgeous I enjoyed some extra amenities like the hot tub and on-site restaurant Unfortunately, during our stay this week the hotel was extremely understaffed to the point where attempting to get basic needs like a cleaning or extra towels was a horribly long process

Also, during our check out day housekeeping entered our room twice very early in the morning and waked us up without apologizing or an explanation I tried to contact the front desk multiple times but no-one picked up the phone and no-one was available physically at the front either The restaurant was also very understaffed to the point the busboy had to take our order It’s unfortunate because otherwise we really enjoyed the suite itself – the bedding was very comfortable and the room boasts two large televisions, a nice velvet couch, and a bath

I’m struggling to figure out how this hotel got 35 star rating Checked in for two nights

Outside of the hotel is dirty and debris everywhere (cups, plates, cans, etc) We have a first floor room with no ability to change the temperature above 71 degrees Room smelled like an old Vegas hotel room A non-smoking room that was clearly smoked in No stopper in the tub so baths for my kids were out Not that I would want to give them a bath with all the rust around the drains Bathroom ceiling had lots of water damage and no attempt to repaint I could hear people screaming in the middle of the night Wasn’t sure if it was a guest or someone outside Apparently no TV’s working due to a cable provider issue Pool unlocked so anyone could go in from the parking lot Area around the hotel is nice but this hotel is not!!! I have read dozens of reviews from the past few months where this hotel was given a 1 out of 5 and the only response is “we are sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay and we will forward to management” It’s clear management doesn’t care and zero effort has been made to address any concerns A family put their child in the water with no diaper on to swim while my daughter was swimming So unsanitary I literally had to pull my daughter from the pool All she has been asking for since we got here was to swim That’s a solid no go Would switch hotels in a heartbeat if I could

A. Tracey

Well, I would never go back!!The service was awful, lines very long to speak to anyone at the deskThey ignored you until you spoke to them Asking politely for the name and contact number of their manager took 10 minutes and they ( the two females at the front desk) acted like we were asking for something they had no idea how to obtain and tried very hard to avoid giving it out

The room was barely ok clean wise, but the beds were very uncomfortableThe microwave was broken, the TV had no service( which they knew ahead of our arrival and never said, as they claimed they were upgrading it) The toilet was loose, the toilet paper roll was soaking wet & you had to use a wash cloth to plug the tub if you wanted a bath as there was not a stopper in sightThe phone in the room rang but you could not hear anyone when you picked up the receiverI had to try to call the front desk from my cell phone Then they called me back on the room phone, because they don’t care that it is broken and it cannot be answered I had to call them again on my cellThey do not listen, and when you finally get through to a manager, she does not offer any real help She wants to blame the fact that we booked through a third party, and she cannot adjust the bill at allThen, after going around and around about that, now she wants to cancel our reservation and refund us, but there is no where for us to stay if she does that, because we are 300 miles from home and it is 9pmFinally, she tells me she will take care of me and issue a refundAs we all know that never happened and when we contacted her the following day, she claimed she never said that She did, but it was just to give her a way for her to end our conversationI did not expect a complete refund but I did expect a discountWell, here is another place I have put on our do not stay listPS Don’t expect to find a cart for the luggage They allow it to go into a room and stay

Julie Chang

Very poor service I booked 2 rooms for my family because we have 6 children and the maximum capacity per room is 4 I requested the rooms on ground floor and together or with a door in between the rooms

When checking in, the front desk took forever because he said their system is slow then downfinally system is back on and he then said they don’t have any rooms together We were given 2 rooms at opposite wing, 210 and 270 What kind of service is this It’s already pay and can’t cancel We checked in but didn’t feel safe so we all end up in one room They have no map of their hotel, FYI for first time stay No breakfast (false advertising) Service phone seem to be fake I called from the room phone and no one pick up I called using my cellphone and front desk pick up Not sure if anyone else notice it There’s only one way to get into roomsthe entrance Expect long walk if you’re given room 50-80, it’s far from the elevator as there’s only 1 elevator location The only good thing is that it’s close to the highway Had a bad experience Don’t recommend it at all Go elsewhere unless you have no choice at all

Stayed in a family suite this weekend and it was nice 2 queen beds in one room and 1 king bed in another The room with the king sized bed had its own restroom

The only complaint is we had the room next to the laundry room so early in the morning my mother-in-law got woken up by the laundry going We all shared one shower(not horrible but a second shower would have been nice) Lots of parking in the area we stayed inSunday morning my son was able to feed the huge koi fish so a huge shout out the hotel employee that invited my son to feed the fish

Members get one free night on a future stay for every two nights they book! Idk if this is ongoing or for the summer, but it’s great I’ve been traveling to this area quite a bit in the last two years to visit family and this hotel is down the street from our family members home And they allow pets for only $20!On my last stay, the room was dusty and there were some cobwebs on the lamp going to the ceiling

The spider was on the ceiling over the bed I don’t do spiders so, I stood on the bed to be able to reach it when I noticed the ceiling fan was dustyWhile this visit may have rated two stars, I’m giving four stars because I’ve stayed here before and there were no issues The staff are friendly and they have coffee all day and a continental breakfast Coffees good, but I can’t comment on the breakfast because I haven’t tried it

shanda rial

Bed was a sheet of plywood disguised as a mattressKids swim party till 10 PM Yelling and screaming the entire time

Heater was extremely loud!Shower was moldy and not comfortableNo sleep Am super happy to be going home! We’ve stayed there in the past Used to be good Will never stay there again!

Loved everything about the hotel and golf experience including the food Very good service including the golf course Nice also that we could shower in clubhouse before heading to airport after the round

The course was top notch, only complaint was paying $250 for twilight golf during the week Paid it because we really wanted to sneak in another 9 holes at 5pm but seemed a little unreasonable Would absolutely go back and play again though

Kara Couch

We recently stayed at Cordevalle for a three night stay and were blown away by the staff professionalism, accommodations, views and facilities! Cordevalle is private, discreet and conveniently located in the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains The website images and photos don’t do justice to the suites, bungalows or villa homes The bungalow photos on the website looked great, but to our surprise they were even better in person with goose-down comforters, original artwork, a stone fireplace and a Nespresso machine

There was an open-air patio with a superb views of the golf course and a spacious bathroom with a roll-in shower To our delight, was an outdoor shower and a private jacuzzi! They had thought of absolutely everything! My husband is handicapped so we worked with Talia to make sure everything would be accessible for him Talia was extremely detailed and thorough in making sure everything was just right for him! Christian, our golf cart driver, was very timely and pleasant We highly recommend a stay at Cordevalle! What a special treat and memory for our family

Dan Clark

We were only there for a work project, so I can’t comment on the rooms, golfing, spa, etc The staff was very helpful, especially since we were starting very early in the morning It’s a beautiful place, tho’ it’s isolated, not really close to much of anything else

I had lunch there, and it may have been the best Reuben sandwich I’ve ever had The braised red cabbage with pickled mustard seeds, rather then the usual sauerkraut, was an inspired replacement

We stayed 2 separate evenings a week apart, the reason for choosing this facility was due to the pool and proximity to 1011 Facility was pretty clean (Other than a few full time residents spots not kept up)

2 Great 101 access and to some stores3 In my estimation I would say this park has about 90% full time residents (No biggie) unless some of those residents dont keep their spot somewhat clean and tidy I walked around the park and its mixed bag of very well kept spots and then some that looked like they just didn’t care)4 Staff were very nice when making the reservation and even when I called to ask about the pool closure (I cant speak about the Manager as I did not have direct communication with them)5 Pool was not open (This was a major factor in deciding to stop here) I called the office after out stay, after a discussion with the staff I was told the pool was closed due to maintenance that was being done ahead of schedule) I would not have booked or stayed if I knew the pool was closed (Which I was not informed of) I asked if there could be any type of compensation but the Manager stated no I know this seems like a small issue, however I specifically asked about the pool and was never informed it was going to be closed or scheduled for maintenance I do understand things happen, but communication could have helped resolve this, unfortunately, I was never advised either by email or phone I would have cancelled if I was informed We will not stay at this location again due to this issue and how it was handled

Cynthia Haltom

We stayed here because it was close to our family that lived in the area The park itself was fine as far as location and area services available However, it is very expensive, $430 a week, which is why we cut our visit short by a week

There is nothing special about this place which would warrant the cost It looks just like many other parks and had the same accumulation of trash on the ground around the garbage

Terrible Wifi Pool is drained, sites are crampedI’ve been trying to work online tonight and I’m literally twenty feet from the office with stellar WiFi connectivity, but I get kicked off every five minutes

So here I am on my phone writing this instead of working on my laptopI booked this place because of the “sparkling pool” (as stated in their list of amenities on their website), but arrive to find this isn’t the case It’s been drained and now I have disappointed kids who thought we’d be swimming this weekendI’m tired of paying prime rates for subpar service If the amenities aren’t functioning, then please tell me before I book or before I arriveI didn’t realize that at every RV park in California on my trip (over 15 this year so far for me) that I actually have to ask if the WiFi works or if the pools can be used When did this become a thing?

This is an excellent hotel I love staying here with my girlfriend when we are in the area The front desk staff is very welcoming and friendly

They do not have a very expensive incidentals deposit either The front desk manager even upgraded the room for us to our surprise The room is very clean and smells wonderful It even has a gas fireplace! Awesome! If we could, my girlfriend and I would live here instead of the apartment Thank you Hampton inn and Hilton hotels

Grateful to the staff for our five day stay in the suite Met every need we had the housekeeping even did their best to work around our schedule due to the fact that they cleaned rooms while our newborn baby would sleep Front desk did their best to serve the customer and make your stay comfortable as possible

Would recommend staying here if you have a family

Update 1 day layer

I’m satisfied that Hilton Honors settled everything that I had to go through and I’m happy with the results I also got to speak with the general manager and we got to touch on a few points overall I’m satisfied with the communication with the management as well as Hilton Honors This employee is very sharp intelligent and focused and I believe he has a good future in the hotel business maybe even general manager someday but just needs to work on his customer service
