We’ve stayed at a few Hampton Inns and had less than enjoyable experiences THIS LOCATION IS GREAT From front desk, to condition of the gym & condition of the hotel room itself

There is direct elevator access to the parking garage which is amazing We came with our 2 dogs and we loved our time here for 4 daysPeople saying the parking is tight – it’s not so bad, but definitely not great for huge cars / trucks

Jane Li

I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone The price is reasonable, and the service is wonderful The staff was every helpful when our car wouldn’t start in their garage

They asked the technician to check what was wrong and provided whatever the information we needed to get the problem fixed We appreciate their service and help very much

Jade Alder

I really don’t understand how our experience was so different from people that have left positive reviews The room was dated and the bed sank in the middle & was creaky any time you turned over The shower was gross and I took a pic of the remote because it was so disgusting I couldn’t believe it

We couldn’t park in the garage because so many cars were double parked The only positive thing about this place was the location in relation to visiting my family Otherwise, I would not recommend anyone stay here I don’t expect 5 stars with this kind of price, but feel that the standards for cleanliness and EXTREMELY low, especially just coming out of a pandemic

We stayed here in May, 2022 and enjoyed our stay, however, when we checked in we were charged $7500 for incidentals, and were told it would drop off our card if it was not needed We had no incidentals and the charge did not drop off

I talked with the manager several times but he said he did not know how to remove the $7500 charge that it was up to my bank I ended up having to file a non-fraud dispute claim with my bank, which they took care of I was disappointed in the hotel manager’s lack of knowledge and willingness to take care of this incidental charge, which was not handled properly or professional

carmen boyce

I stayed this past Saturday I have never been so disappointed in my life I felt like we checked onto a motel 6

The room was disgusting, there was blood on the wall in the bathroom Hair in the sheets, dog food and fruit snacks under the bed and big yellow stains on the pillows on one of the beds, torn shower curtain Their solution was to move rooms which we did The manager was no help He was like I will give you $25 back Worst customer service I have ever experienced I have photos and will up load if possible

calmdevill

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel The hotel itself and the rooms are very nice and new The bed was very comfortable and staff were friendly

The only downside was the service They were not good at actually picking up towels from your room etc when you ask or really fulfilling anything regarding your room when I don’t know if they forgot or they don’t relay it to the correct people Other than that I wound recommend thus hotel

Rangan Sarathy

5 stars facilities are clean, rooms are spotless, and beds are comfortable The property looks new and feels new

The gym is very spacious and has a ton of equipment the main lobby and bar and business centers are comfortable and stylishWe are staying here for 5 days for a local wedding Absolutely recommend staying here!some cons but not a deal breaker- does not include free breakfast- no mirrors in gym

Matthew Chan

Great hotel that’s in a convenient location The rooms are very clean and updated, not loud at all from guests or staff, safe area with lots of parking, and nice staff Only downsides are the large gap under the door, the rooms facing the freeway experience louder than normal road noise compared to my stays at similar hotels (but still not bothersome), and the rooms are slightly smaller than your average hotel studio

What a beautiful place The view from our room of the lake was awesome It’s just a very cool building, with a ton of character

Booking was super easy online, there was an issue with one room so they called me and we got it fixed with no issue I got a text asking when we were expecting to be there, I let them know and they actually got the room ready early for us Great place I would recommend! The snacks were great too!

We were moved here from our original hotel and it was a nice clean room and the staff were friendly We had a bit of an issue with the room but the morning staff had it all sorted out when I got there to inquire if we had to change rooms or not It was a little out of our way but nothing major

The beds were comfy, it was nice to have 2 separate rooms, but the place could use some updating – carpets, curtains, furniture The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment but the french toast was pretty good

Karissa Colledge

The room was very clean and had all the needed amenitiesBreakfast was really good although the staff started cleaning up all the food 30 minutes before breakfast was overThe pool was ok, it looked like it needed to be cleaned and the water was very cold

Overall the space was nice

C C

The hotel is generally well kept I was really surprised at the lack of housekeeping Four days and not one time did someone come to clean

My trash was overflowing and all throughout the halls bags of trash were left outside guests doors I am a very clean person but it would of been nice if someone came to empty the trashI stay here for work and thought I would try it out Don’t think I’ll be back next month

I booked a room at this resort for myself having researched place and wanting to stay someplace unique The location was very beautiful and I really enjoyed getting to use the trails to spend some time on the beach The room was also very well designed and comfortable

The building looked beautiful and I wish I would have had more time to explore it The downside for me was the service and not being made to feel welcomed by all the staff Initially when I checked in, I went to the valet area and waited The two valet attendants were talking to each other and didn’t turn around I had to ask if I was in the right place in order to get them to acknowledge me The other instance was when I stopped at one of the bars and the staff didn’t acknowledge me after 10 minutes and despite me sitting directly in front of one of them The saving grace was the front desk person who was very kind and let me use the Library while I waited for my room to be ready Also both the day and night managers were very open to listening to my concerns when I approached the front desk later in my visit and did their best to help make the rest of my visit better Sadly the service issue continued in the morning when I checked out and was told I would get an emailed receipt but I had to follow up with a phone call then an additional email in order to get it I really hope that it was just an off day because with the amount of work that has gone into this place it deserves to be enjoyed by all

Lacey M

We came for the day for my brothers wedding Beautiful venue, fabulous staff, so much amazing art hung and displayed everywhere! Restrooms were the cleanest public restrooms I have ever seen I was very impressed

(I didn’t feel grossed out to have my kids change into their flower girl dresses in there) Valet parking staff was friendly and quick to greet you and open doors for you I would love to come back here some time and stay in one of their rooms, do some hiking, let kids play at the park and relax I thought it was such a cool place (Also, happy hour appetizers and drinks were delicious!)

Steven Chukri

Stayed here for a few days after being out of town for quite a while The staff made me feel very welcome to come back to my home state Everyone was very friendly and informative! Tried the bar and the restaurant – both were excellent

My room was super nice and super quiet The location was lovely and I really enjoyed running around the park and heading down to the water!Would definitely stay there again

Very nice people Beds comfortable got room with queen bed Unfortunately the room didn’t have a tub

Weird shower head with limited strength spray, hard to get my hair rinsed I gave 4 stars for service because people were gone by 6:00 so can’t get anything special Although they aim to please Complimentary breakfast tasty No coffee in room Limited parking behind property I like more amenities I probably would not returnCame to Whidbey to celebrate a friends life after passing

The Jolly Noggle (The Jolly Noggle)

This place is wonderfully cute The rooms were clean and nicely decorated in simple modern style decor The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower

The bed was too firm for my taste, but that is par for the course for the vast majority of hotel beds ive been in, as well as knowing that i prefer softer beds than most, so i wont ding them for that The pillows were fine, but if you are picky bring your own favorite pillow The breakfast was a highlight and worth getting up for It is very close to everything worth doing in langley, so this inn is beyond convenient

Anne Stiffler

We arrived on a December evening after a wind storm The Inn has its own generator so while not every light in the room was powered, more than enough were on so as to make the room comfortable to be in Also, the staff member at the reception desk stayed a couple of hours beyond their shift to make sure that all late arrivals were taken care of

He also handed out flashlights Thank you Austin! Also, the breakfasts are amazing! They are all vegetarian You can choose between 4 items or have all 4 on your plate You can also request toast, english muffins and/or oatmeal Good food, a clean room with a comfortable bed, a gas fireplace (at least in our room), easy walking distance to Langley’s shops, and a generator to deal with Whidbey Island’s winter windstorms Perfect

For the price and location you would expect better services at the restaurant and bar I was told to put on shoes today but for the last few days I visited the bar for drinks with no shoes If you have a policy it’s best to enforce it all the time not just when you choose to

The room smelled like mold which is why room service opens the window Last few days we were there when they cleaned Breakfast was OK not great but not bad either

Thomas Clark

Beds were too soft could not sleep on had to sleep on most uncomfortable couch ever My wife who likes a soft bed said it was too soft as well The room itself had been lightly cleaned but I use the word lightly ,lightly

Let me say that the food was amazing the wait staff and bar staff are incredible and the actual hotel staff were all extremely nice Being as it was a Hilton I expected the level of quality and cleanliness to be much higher than it actually was I have stayed in a lot of small side of the highway type cheap motels on road trips and such and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had renting a room ever I have brought this to the attention of the staff and it sounds as though the new house cleaning manager is going to make sure things are done at a much higher level of quality

melanie nuesa

The amenities and service at this hotel is top of the line! Friendly staff, spacious suite, decent sized pool, delicious continental breakfast and a great happy hour all make for a great spring break vacation! The Cascade restaurant located within the hotel have surprisingly good food with big servings and priced reasonably, great for families with young kids who are too tired to eat out after a long day of activities! This hotel is highly recommended!

This is an amazing boutique hotel with attention to detail The staff even noticed that I wore colorful socks everyday! I was greeted upon my arrival with champagne, and from there the wine kept flowing I got married here in 2014

The grounds are beautiful This is truly an experience and not just a stay My room had a fireplace, jacuzzi, and a comfy bed They were very knowledgeable about the area and sent us to the local wineries such as Chateau St Michelle I will remember this day forever thanks to them R I P Peter Nault

James Wald

I booked a one night stay for some relaxation while traveling through, and this looked like the most posh spot in the Woodinville area It seems to be a popular retreat for weddings and corporate events, and there was one of each happening that weekend so occupancy was quite full Very nice spacious rooms with large soaking tub and all the perks you’d expect from a boutique resort

Beautiful gardens to stroll around and look at wildlife, including the two resident miniature pigs It’s great to have several dining options right on site rather than venturing further away to find somewhere to eat (the restaurant had staffing issues, but that’s a separate review) I only wish we could have stayed longer, but at $1k per night I’ll wait for it to be on the company’s tab next time

10 star service Bryan at front desk was delightful Brandon, Tara, Nichole at Barking Frog were all wonderful! Food

It’s a really nice hotel with friendly staff and a nice secure gated parking option The room was really amazing! The beds were super comfortable and everything was really clean The bathroom and shower was very clean! My only complaint is that the microwave in the lobby was dirty but that’s definitely not a deal breaker

The free coffee was really good! We will definitely stay here again

Tony Sherman

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Delta Hotel in Everett The place was very clean, rooms were spacious, easy access to local freeway and majority of the staff was friendly They have a fairly nice breakfast buffet and nice little bar downstairs

The only negative was with Kelly, who was one of the staff who handled the breakfast buffet, was not very friendly I asked her for a to go coffee cup so I could take my coffee up to room and it was if I asked her for free breakfast for life! I saw her interact with other customers and all I can say is she should not be interacting with any customers Kelly aside, we had a nice stay and would definitely stay here again

hans lynch

Quite possibly the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in at this price point The interior of the hotel is simple but nice My room was excellent with a couch and sitting chair

I’ve been wanting to stay here for a while, but finally did it! This place was really nice, a lot to look at whether in daylight or at night My favorite part was the colored water fountains shooting out of the ground at night Only part that I think could have been better was the size of the room

I imagined it to be bigger, but was pretty small for a hotel room at that price Other than that, it was a great experience, even the food in the hotel restaurant was great You should definitely check it out!

Nancy Zabel

The staff was wonderful, especially the servers in the Jetty restaurant Limited staffing so they were working 12 hour shifts but they were still friendly The food was good

That’s the only thing we liked about this $$$ hotelHalls are VERY noisy because doors must slam to close and all voices echo loudly It’s very hard to squeeze into the shower because the shower door leaves no room The rolling bathroom door smashed our friend’s hand No amenities- no paper, pens or local information in the rooms The phone didn’t work, we told them but it wasn’t looked into We had to turn off the heat/air because the fan blew cold air even when we turned up the heat Not enough cleaning staff so we didn’t get fresh towels or cupsThere were 20 of us in our group staying at this hotel and we all felt the same We checked out a day early

Bonni van de Wouw

Came for a one night stay for spring break with my kids Arrived for check in at 3pm, our room wasn’t ready yet There was a shift change and the receptionist didn’t know we were waiting (?) so we continued to wait until I finally asked if our room was ready and it was (30 minute wait)

Room was nice Housekeeping staff was so friendly and sweet Breakfast at the Jetty restaurant was underwhelming Only one waitress on shift Had to wait to be seated when the dining room only had three tables seated They were out of wheat bread, apple juice 🙁 When I got my breakfast my potatoes were cold/old and my omelette was watery Coffee wasn’t hot Pool was great Kids loved it Although in the morning they were out of clean towels For the price of the room, I’m not sure I’d return

We love these places! Got our passports, and are having a blast filling them up We always meet some interesting people, too 💖😎Since there are no refrigerators in the rooms, they should offer ice, and ice chest rentals (We brought a rolling cooler) Only a suggestion

The staff really rock it The grounds are really beautiful also

Ashli Van De Weert

We had a wonderful time and stay at The Anderson School We were visiting Seattle after attending a wedding in Mt Rainier National Park and absolutely loved the hotel and room we were in The ceilings are insanely tall and the room was spotless

The pool was big and my son loved it The restaurants were good other than poor table service one night they were very busy We understood they were understaffed at the time There were constantly people stoking and adding firewood to their fireplaces and fire pits in the courtyard Lastly, we had bought movie tickets and there was a mix up with an event they were having Instead of just refunding us the money, they gave us a private showing! Absolutely above and beyond

Anna E

Really cool hotel with lots of history to learn about The restaurant on site was delicious and had a cool atmosphere The lagoon looked really nice, I’ll have to swim if I stay here again

The only downside to our room was it didn’t have a fridge Even a small one would be nice, especially since it was almost 90 degrees when we stayed there

We absolutely love this place We stay here every year to celebrate our birthday’s Staff is friendly and professional, rooms are large and comfortable but the shower is amazing

Sounds strange to rave about a shower but come check it out The restaurants are excellent, Casino is very nice Lots of new games Come see You won’t be disappointed

Ashley Richardson

Tulalip Resort is a wonderful place to stay for a few days or more You should spend more than just one day/night because it’s just not enough time to enjoy everything this resort has to offer The casino is the best in the area

I like to gamble and this casino is not only the nicest, but it has a bigger payout than I’ve experienced at other casinos The customer service is amazing at Tulalip The employees definitely go above and beyond to make your stay is a good one The pool is beautiful and so fun for the kids The gift shops are my favorite – from the designer purses and handbags, to the gorgeous jewelry, I own so many things from there!Oh! And the food! INCREDIBLE! There are so many different options, depending on what you’re hungry for Journey’s has the best Asian cuisine I recommend the Scallops and Sui Mai The pizza place has the best pizza I’ve ever eaten Ordered and made as you watch So many other restaurants to choose fromA+++++!

Lala G

Everyone we encountered was very helpful and polite My guy and I, had breakfast on Monday at the Cedar Cafe The host said it will be a 45 minute wait

I was surprised at how long it would be because it did not look busy So what else do you do when the wait is that long Play the slots My guy sat with me while I played and within 10 minutes I won a couple hundred Of course I cashed out and at the same time our buzzer for our table went off, perfect timing We were seated, and the server was a nice young lady I got a bacon, ham, and mushroom omelette w/ hash brown and instead of toast I got a single pancake My guy got the chicken fried steak, no gravy because he doesn’t like the white gravy The omelette was very good and to me, it was a huge serving I only finished half We had coffee, orange juice and apple juice The morning started off fantastic and after breakfast, of course we hit the outlet and got lots of fabulous goodies 🙂 It was an amazingly wonderful day Can’t wait to go again!

Great couples getaway! Our room had a fabulous view and the spa was timely and comforting They had a special chef instructional dinner program that I really enjoy Cuisine was fresh and carefully prepared with acceptable service

We enjoyed a nice walk around town in the morning and found a nice coffee shop to start our day FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎

A hidden gem in the corner of this world!A perfect get way from the city! They even have 2 EV chargers- one for Tesla and one for other chargers We stayed in the Corner King Waterfront room which is different than regular rooms as it’s in the Corner and has no room at one sideThe rooms have a balcony facing the calm sea

They have a large king bed with a mini fridge with free soda & cola! The wine & beer are paid There is also a bath tub with salts and a water view while you take a bath in the tub!The Spa and Dinner were closed during our stay but they still have free amazing breakfast You are given a breakfast card where you need to chose your breakfast and drink The breakfast is delicious but little less quantity if you like a heavy breakfast! And then there is the city of Langley which is beautiful and everything around is walkable from the InnLastly, the folks running the inn are super friendly and super helpful! They have lots of snacks in the front desk for you!

Great staff especially front office Every one was pleasant, helpful, warm, welcoming and hospitable! Found this gem through someone about a decade ago The room was great and had it’s own hot tub which was a pleasant surprise! Fast forward a decade later, the name had changed from Navigator Inn to just Best Western Plus

Hotel is clean Staff is world-class! Complimentary hot, fresh array and scrumptious breakfast! Pool, hot tub, business/office and fitness centers were open and clean, as well! Exterior awning is an actual airplane wing which is pretty cool! Interiors are great, too! Kudos to the hard working and pleasant team!

Reading some of the reviews has me glad we ran for the hills We didn’t even care if we lost the entire 3 night’s stay worth (luckily we did get partially refunded through Expedia) There was no way we were staying in that place

After driving around looking for parking (there was none) we passed by a tiny parking garage a few times with about 6 people having a little tailgate doing god knows what We had to ask where to park and were given a super shady spot (it wasn’t even a parking spot) or park by the gas station We decided on the gas station As we passed the party-goers we noticed one of them rummaging through the garbage! Another man slumped over was going in and out and eventually went up the elevator before us Had me dreading what we’d find, especially taking into account the other man walking around the lobby We were at risk of being towed because the cars parked on either side of us had us parked wonky As we grabbed things from our car we had the pleasure of young men walking past us screaming We get up into the room and can smell cigarettes The room looked nice, I can definitely say that But there was no way I would feel comfortable with my car parked down there and with these people outside and up and down the halls our entire 3 night stay Absolutely not We immediately checked out and went back to the Hilton on Paine Field where we stayed the last time we were here

Bring your towels from your room to swim and good luck getting more If you ask the night Lady with the chest tat she rolls her eyes and says we don’t have any It’s best Western

elevator is broken Water pressure is better in the pool shower than your room For $100 it’s a decent hotel For $175 a night which is what they charge, it’s trash I will stick with best Western alderwood from now on

I didn’t feel like I was at a hotel, but a cozy home My fiancé and I drove past initially because we thought it was a really nice apartment complex We were in town for a conference, so we were not able to experience the amenities or the room as much as we would have liked
