The place is disgusting! Carpet really dirty with very visible big dirty spots everywhere!!The bathroom is old dark, the mirror is so old that are some spots that is not a mirror anymore! Lamps are broken, sheets dirty! Air conditioner filter clogged with dirt! OMG i want my money back!!! this place worth 20 dollars the night!! TV doesn’t work! Now I know!! I went all over the place they trick people!! Floor 1and 2 are normal room hotels, floor 3 and upper are where they keep students and when the semester is over they leave the rooms and the hotel rent them as regular room from the hotel!! It is so disgusting! The woman at the front desk she don’t even care about my complaints!! Hope some manager see my complain here and i get my money back!! They make money out of students then they make money with guests without even cleaning the place!!!! 😡😡🤬🤬

I would never ever book here again I do not suggest anyone should It is highly unsafe for out-of-towners

I booked a 2 night stay and on the second night, my room got broken into and luggage was searched I was not in my room when the event took place but found out once I got back around 2am My room door was wide open once I got back Fortunately, it was a short stay and nothing valuable was packed and I had all of my jewelry with me at the time It took place some time after 930pm There should be no reason for cleaning service after 930pm so I truly feel as if I was targeted and it was a planned ” robbery ” They have got to do better to keeping their guest safe and the last thing their guest should ever worry about is their safety I would say im happy I was safe the 1st night and they were kind enough to refund my money but its a little traumatizing to know something bad could have taken place on the 2nd night

This Best Western is so spectacular, I can’t say enough good things about it I am a picky guest and I’ve stayed at numerous hotels in my life I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for five years as well, so I have very high expectations for guest courtesy and customer service

Brian, the general manger, went above and beyond for me I wasn’t satisfied with my room and he personally made sure that I was assigned to a room of my liking He is kind, caring, sincerely empathetic, and efficient He is a great asset to the franchise and they should be proud to have someone like him representing them Evan at the front desk is wonderful as well He is friendly, sincere, professional, and efficient He is knowledgeable about the hotel and the area and answered all of my questions while being the charming, friendly soul that he is This is a great place to stay because great people work here It is clean, friendly, and affordable What more could you ask for??

Kelly Kube

I did not have a good experience Here are some of the reasons why:-The front entrance was packed with people smoking cigarettes all hours of the day-The hotel smelled like cigarettesThe room was grimey, especially the bathroom

– There was a lot of suspicious vehicle traffic happening in the parking lotAll and all, this hotel was dirty and smelled I would never stay here again

Very comfortable beds, pillows, and items in the room don’t look dated, dirty or worn and torn at all Clean lobby area (as of 2-12-2022 there is a mask mandate in Nashua, as well) Staff is wonderful, amenities are perfect appreciate everyone keeping this place going during the pandemic

If you come here, prepare to treat the hard working staff with respect They seem to go above and beyond my expectations whenever possible It’s nice

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay This site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area

I’ve been coming here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you won’t be let downGreat stay Staff was great Room was super clean Great bar and outside sitting area Would definitely stay here again

Scott Whiting

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed and other room furniture were comfortable The building itself seems old, however, despite the efforts to make it look and feel modern One particular inconvenience was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom

Although I could see there was an exhaust vent, it was clogged with lint and seemingly inoperable (neither light switch in the bathroom controlled it) This, plus some other cosmetic defects, can and should be addressed by maintenance

Well to start there was dog food, yes I said dog food all over the carpet ( someone must have snuck in a dog and no one vacuumed) The toilet would run for 15 min after flushing NO SOAP in the shower! when I asked for some they said the entire hotel was out of the liquid soap in the shower and brought me a tiny bar, like too small to use

The AC started to smell after a while and I woke up stuffed, and with a sore throat ( been out of that room for a few hours now and I feel fine) disappointing

Spent the night on my way to a family gathering and was informed upon check in that I was being upgraded to a 2 room King Suite That was a nice surpriseUpon entering my upgraded room around 4pm I was welcomed by the endless barking from the dogs in the next room

Their barking continued until I left around 5pm Upon returning at 9:30pm I was again greeted with the relentless barking of the dogs next door until I went to the front desk to complain I was then told I had been placed on a dog friendly floor (something I did not request)They offered me a room change that I accepted so I could get a nights sleep but this then required that I had to repack and move to a new roomThe new room I was given was a queen room, (original reservation was for a King-and was told I was to be upgraded) The room was nice, a bit dated, as is the entire hotel complexAs a Diamond status Hilton Honors member I expected a better experience than thisI was told by the manager at check out they would compensate me some points, to date I have not received them nor do I expect to receive themHope it was a one time issue, but while checking in overheard other guest complaining about issues

Ashley Swords

The two-bedroom suite had some maintenance issues (towel bar and toilet paper holder falling off the wall) At the breakfast buffet, the coffee creamers were warm and curdled We mentioned these things to a front desk clerk, who said he would send maintenance up to the room

The next day when we checked out, I told the front desk manager about the issues so they could be addressed She said the coffee creamers had ice crystals in them and suggested I was lying about the issues in the room When we got home, I emailed Hilton corporate, whose reply said the hotel manager would get back to me in three days That was 17 days ago, still no reply I don’t want any kind of refund or compensation, just acknowledgement of the issues At $220 per night,, it was WAY overpriced for the quality of the suite we got (The kitchenette cabinet doors also have chunks missing, but we figured that’s not immediately fixable and didn’t mention it) The front desk manager was rude and not helpful We will definitely not go back It’s a shame because this property has potential to be a great hotel

Samuel Burgess

The lady manager was rude to my wife and there was a mess up in a two bedroom room and a two room room On our reservation confirmation from the booking agent it said a 2 bedroom suite so when she got there they did not have any So my wife proceeded to ask what can we do about it and she was talking to a real nice lady at the front desk In this lady was talking to her manager I was back then that would not come out she also proceeded to give us a nada room across from the room we rented and she charged this for the room

The issue is that I don’t want any money back the issue is who is my wife and her daughter playing this special weekend and they didn’t get the room that we ordered Jordan and instead of nicely coming to the desk and talking to my wife she rudely stayed in her office and backed out directions to the real nice front line In fact It was handled so badly I will be contacting her boss Is Monday morning The hotel isn’t too bad it’s just the manager that is horrible

Rooms are decent I was there during the 2 foot snowstorm due to work needing folks close by and able to get to work And they did not plow their parking lot until late Sunday night

The only reason one could get out was because truck drivers were spending the night and they flattened one lane enough to get by That was really bad The Continental breakfast is pretty awful All microwaved and processed food So it was okay for my purpose and I wouldn’t recommend it if I was coming to the area to stay in though Nicer places to stay with much better food options

Malina Coleone

Pools heater was broken so it was freezing They don’t even bother telling you like it was my main reason to go there in the first place Even after covid pool hours still didnt change (same time & only weekends)

My room felt dirty I saw hair everywhere all over my bedding and pillows, it felt like it was never even cleaned I used to love this hotel but not anymore Never going there again Thank you for these last few years though

neil henry

Most of the time the Hotel seems to be clean yet there’s always situations that never get resolved Things seem to break down and not work Researching the owners “The Jamsan Group” out of Lexington MA seem more content with buying more hotels vs making sure the ones they already own, have what they need to make the existing one’s more efficient

Shortages of towels and linens and removing the outside dumpsters that smell are just some of the reoccurring issues the owners don’t consciously address My gut instinct making money 1st and caring about their patrons less

I was put in a different style of room than the one I reserved without being notified, when I arrived I was told it was because the hotel was already full, even though I had made my reservation well in advance Never had this happen to me before and I stay out of town quite frequently, so it was disappointing considering what a room goes for now The room itself was fine, and at least similar in size and accommodations, so they did the best with what they had

They also charge for coffee in the lobby because it’s Starbucks and not whatever generic brand other places serve, another first in my traveling experience, and an odd choice since coffee downstairs is included at just about every one of their competitors Nothing too egregious, just a weird business decision to me Budget accordingly if you’re the type to spend a long morning having multiple cups Other than that, the property was clean and well maintained, and the staff was pleasant I found all the front desk associates fun to chat with when I had time to kill, and there is a small river that runs in front of the building so you don’t have to go far for some scenic birdwatching I’d stay here again if I plan to travel to the area

D Magnus

The front desk guys were super helpful and super friendly The hotel is renovated and the lobby area but I’m not sure about the roomswe could hear the people above us in room 303 walking back and forth not sure why someone would do that for over an hour lolThe beds definitely need to be replacedThe bathroom is super small and we didn’t have any soap

that was really odd when I saw the housekeeper the next morning they do have bars of soap so not sure why we didn’t have soap in our roomI do not recommend going swimming haha the pool was not ready for the season Even though we visited mid-June

Josh Dietrich

We booked a separate bedroom living room an were put in a studio We asked to move to what we booked and the TV’s and phone didn’t work and there was a weird stain that my dog tried to eat The front desk staff took a 10 minute phone call while I waited in front of the desk for service

Also the put a few thousand gallons of water through their sprinklers every day during the hottest part of the day in the middle of a drought That water could’ve been used to fill the pool they advertise but it was empty

While traveling north, I decided to stay here for an evening I booked late in the day and there were no issues checking in They do have coffee and tea available all the time and a hot breakfast in the morning

The food was pretty good This hotel is cleaner compared to others I’ve stayed in the past from the area This hotel is right off of a highway so it is really loud from the traffic It is personally no issue for me to hear the traffic but for some it might be an issue The only issue I did have was that my digital clock in the room was running fast I fixed the clock timing twice during my stay but by the next morning it was nearly 40 minutes ahead of time But, again, fine as I was able to rely on my phone and my watch to wake me

Susan Harris

Excellent We would stay there again We came in as an emergency for 1 night late April 3/April 4 after our disaster with a late check in at Super 8 and an unaccommodating overnight staff

So, we called Sleep Inn and she was so nicetold us to come right overeven though it was probably 2 am or so She was very helpful and personable at the desk We ended up relaxing for a second day/night and found everything including the breakfast buffet to be outstanding

f r

Pretty Comfortable and accommodating for the listed prices Breakfast choices was a little narrow but it was actually very enjoyableBedrooms where clean and sanitary and there is even a athletics room

There is a large amount of parking area for even busier daysWhile not a fancy hotel Its very pleasant for within its ranged price Great for staying over the night

We booked this hotel because we got a good rate on it through Hopper Pretty much have to say the same as everyone else It’s very outdated

But that’s not necessarily a downside for us My complaint is that the website mentions restaurants/breakfast but they aren’t actually functioning anymore So that sucked Second, the beds were awful We had a room with 2 doubles Not comfortable at all The staff was friendly though I didn’t run into the same problems some others have Check in and out was easy The pool was open There aren’t towels in the pool area but that’s not an issue because we always bring our own anywayBottom line- this wouldn’t be my first choice if I’m ever in the area again but I would stay if I was in a pinch

Katie קשת

This hotel really exceeded my expectations My husband and I arrived from the airport and took a long uber to this hotel We saw this hotel from an app called Hotel Tonight and booked two nights

We walked into our room and felt like it was old and outdated We asked the front desk if they could upgrade the room for us and they did it without any issues We walked into the bigger room with the King bed and it was much nicer They were very nice and accommodating We swam in the warm pool, which was beautiful (I wish the jacuzzi was full of water and working, but we can’t have it all, right?) Overall, great experience and I would stay here again THANK YOU!

Lydia Parlee

I had a great check in The person that checked me in was friendly Once I got the keys I was confused

They were real keys like if you were opening your door to your home I proceed to go to the room instantly I smell a bad odor of mildew and cigarettes I open the door to my room same smell Carpets were horrible curtains were yellow I decide to try pool no towels and pool was just not what we thought it was going to be I literally checked in and checked out within an hour

I’ve stayed here in 4 different occasions now and everytime I get 0 sleep The walls are paper thin you can hear everything the person above you and your neighbors doOne trip it was late night phone calls until about 2 am, another was people sleeping with the TV on, the third was people being loud in the hallways, and now the fourth someone snoring so loud I can hear them even with ear plugs in

Plus people in the quad causing a ruckus until midnight before I had to actually call to tell the front desk to do something about itAt this point the extended stay isn’t even worth it I’d be better off at courtyard with worse rooms and no kitchen, but at least there they have solid walls

I just had my wedding at the Barn at Gibbet Hill and we set up our room block at the Groton Inn The location and proximity to the venue is perfect but this wound up being the right call for 100 other reasons as well The hotel and rooms are beautiful and the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating

I can’t say how much I appreciate everything they did to help us out with our wedding weekend during a blizzard The hot breakfast included with our stay was also delicious and so much better than I ever expected from a hotel breakfast!

Kaylee Devincent

This inn is adorable and spacious!! I got married 2/4/22 the day of the freezing rain, sleet and snow, and they were so accommodating to some of my friends that needed to spend the night there last minute! The breakfast was delicious with a large array of options including some gluten-free! My husband and I are still in awe from the heated floors in the bathroom!! After a night of dancing we both stood there in heaven!! The bridal suite was huge!! I had a bridal party if 8 plus hair and makeup artist and family members popping in the room and it was not too small! They were kind enough to bring extra chairs to my room the night before!! We will definitely be back!! Thanks so much!

Cate Harty

Our group reserved the entire Inn for a weekend wedding event Everything was just perfect, from check-in to the comfortable public spaces to hang out, from the great service and upbeat energy from the front desk, Inn staff, servers and bartenders to the absolutely delicious food The event manager was easy to work with, always available to talk, paid attention to all the details and facilitated a magnificent weekend! Room were spacious and comfortable; the guests never stopped comparing who had better rooms because they were all great

All around great vibes We literally wouldn’t have changed a thing!
