Really love the vibe of Element Hotel! Had previous experience in another State Enjoyed all my stays, including these recent 3 days on this one I liked the overall cleanliness of the reception area, breakfast hall, & the suite

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, & it’s quiet Only thing I didn’t like, they didn’t have the sheets ready for the pull out sofa-bed Twas a late check in & should have been available in the room But breakfast was good, varies each day & got sliced fresh fruits & berries Area feels safe There’s a nearby shopping mall Of course staff was helpful, pleasant & friendly

This hotel is without a doubt the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time Even better than resorts! Full kitchen, cabinets, spacious bathroom, COMFORTABLE BED, flat screen TVs, huge fridge, free parking, very comfortable clean pool to grab some sun, coffee available all day and washer dryer

Hotel is cleaned regularly and I have had zero issues since staying here Extended our stay 4 more nights because it’s just so comfy hereHIGHLY RECOMMEND AND PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE EXPEDIA COST WAS ABOUT $210 per night

I was supposed to land in Vegas and got diverted to Ontario at 2 AM Alex, (he should get a promotion) who worked the overnight front desk last night into this morning was extremely helpful getting me a room on 0 notice and when there was a rush of other passengers to get a room, this was the 3rd place I called and he quickly found me a very nice room at an affordable rate The ambiance of the hotel is great, beautiful lobby, pool, entrance, etc

room was very good, sheets and bed were comfy and the shower was excellent Overall extremely happy with my stay and if I find myself in Ontario again this would be my hotel of choice

Was not welcomed as a Gold member Did not receive the credit as normal no water no welcome thank you nothing Room was not clean and had to change rooms because the smoke alarm was beeper for low battery

Service people was not wearing mask and one guy came out from the kitchen couching without a mask on Did not feel comfortable eating there So I left and paid for my meal elsewhere

Hair Dazzle complete hair care

This was the worst experience ever I was here in a business trip and was completely disappointed in the property, several things such as kids playing unable to sleep, pillows dirty, hot tub dirty, cigarette butts through out the hotel and trash left for days Big ride trucks out side with loud engines starting up all night truckers sleeping in the truck Save your self the trouble of not being able to relax during your stay and expect complete filth this is not even a 3 star hotel I will never use this property again

I have pictures of everything But it will not allow me to post them The manager was not available for 3 days

Alfredo Ayala

I had the worst experience ever! My room key failed on my 3 times Came back from an event and they checked me out of my room while I was gone Had to deal with that mess in the 3 AM upon my arrival

Later that morning, my key didn’t work once again I tried to get a refund but they kept giving my credit card company the run around Super disappointed! I’ve yet to receive a call from their manager in regards to my situation

Location was good for where I needed to go The staff was nice Their little market was bare

I was thankful I only had to stay for one night because the rooms were not the best I had to switch rooms because the AC in the first room didn’t work and the temperature in the room was 80+ degrees The second room was ok The bathroom counter was either stained or not cleaned or both I wore shower shoes and made sure not to walk around with bare feet Also, both rooms smelled odd I will not stay here again

CasaDe Piña

Fourth trip this year Gym is good The employees are so attentive, the location is convenient to where I am growing business opportunities

Restaurants, shopping, parks, trails and LA Fitness Fairfield is so clean, affordable and a repeat stayTrip 5, another easy check in even though I arrived late in the evening 🤩Front counter attendant was super nice Room was clean, cool, and I really like how the tv plays the welcome music

Melissa Carrasco

I would give it a 0 if I could! Worst hotel stay- you ask for room service (cleaning) and it rarely gets done They keep apologizing and say next day it’ll get done and still doesn’t Even when they clean my room it was not all clean

My room was actually left open and I asked for days about who had access to my room that day they said it was being investigated but I didn’t see anything being done Fridge stops working randomly Upstairs hallways smell and are hot

The hotel is beautiful especially at night The staff that I came in contact with were friendly and helpful The one bedroom with pull out sofa was super spacious and very clean

I used their gym and was excited that it was updated equipment But make sure you bring your own towel The breakfast was free and very good which saved us a lot of money The free parking was a hit because now hotel charge which is ridiculous I also enjoyed the portraits that were on the first floor which gave a history of the family that started the Ayers Hotel This is definitely a hidden gem in Chino Hills California

Kobi Cordova

It’s clean, comfortable, and safe Check-in was quick and the young lady who helped us was sweet The breakfast was good and the coffee was decent

This hotel was perfect for our soccer team There is outdoor space around the pool to hangout and play cornhole and jenga The rooms size were nice and big for a hotel room

Plus there is laundry available to wash uniforms at night The staff was very accommodating and patient with our group, even when we got a little loud in the bar area I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel for team or groups

The lounge inside the Alot hotel in Rancho Cucamonga is a good place to grab a quick drink and chill for a bit Anthony the bartender can make you any drink your heart’s desire He’s got a friendly personality and he really goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable

Whether you’re sitting inside or chilling outside by the pool he never forgets about you and is always checking to see if there’s anything else he can do

We were overcharged by almost $40 after being given the receipt in an email They attempted to charge my card 5 times within a 5 minute time span rendering my card locked They then proceeded to charge my card again two days after we checked out for $36 for whatever reason and they don’t seem to know why

The manager and Martha were very helpful and very polite the morning we checked in Brenda who serviced the front desk on the night shift was the one who had quite the attitude and informed us of these over charges that we were not told about Brenda insisted that the incidental fee was a $200 charge that she would give us a discount to make it $20 What I found very interesting was that one charge on my card was the $16419 I was originally planning to pay One charge was $185 and the other three charges were $190 Regarding the cleanliness of the room and the tranquil atmosphere, that part of my stay was excellent But overall, my partner and I were extremely stressed out the entire night we were staying, and left earlier than our check out time the next morning because I honestly could not wait to go home I definitely won’t be staying at this location again, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here either The next time I need a hotel room, I will be looking elsewhere I would give this place one star but that extra star is for Martha She was great!

This is a great place to stay at for your next vacation The front desk and staff members are very kind Oscar and the ladies who work the front breakfast area they all have incredibly awesome personalities and they demonstrated excellent customer service during me and my finance stay at SpringHill Suites

We will definitely be staying there again We hope to see them at our wedding on June 18th Great work SpringHill from Dr Robert L Jamison and Verdiana Bentley-Brodie

Times have changed I was very disappointed I learned that Marriott’s ideal of a suite is a room with a sofa

It was subpar Perhaps a tiny upgrade from a Motel six Not worth the price and I asked the staff if this was a suite They lied Not a glass to drink out of It was terrible No privacy, 1 swiveling TV for both shared spaces I bathroom My grandchildren are with me and there was no way to shut out the noise

I’m giving the stars for the staff, all staff members we encounter have been quite friendly We also appreciate the breakfast provided, it had a nice variety of items The lack of stars is for the hotel itself

If we were staying more that one night we would have asked for another room Our room’s curtains wouldn’t close not because they were broken, but because they were designed this way, leaving a large gap in the middle of the window exposed to the pool area We had a safety pin that we were able to use to “close” them, otherwise we would have had the lights from the pool area and surrounding street lights in our room all night, not to mention the lack of privacy Also, this hotel has very thin walls, we were aware throughout the night of all other guests babies, dogs, etc We would not choose this hotel again

Thaddeus Crump

Stayed here five years ago and specifically went out of my way to stay here this time Great place good little restaurants around and amazing staff! The only thing was the bed…that thing was like sleeping on plywood I feel like that is something I would have remembered so I would guess it’s time for a change out on the mattresses

Other than the bed the place is easily five stars+

Megan Aldana

Overall, the room was clean but basic Be advised that these rooms do not have a mini fridge This was an issue for us and when we went to the ice machine as a backup plan, the ice machine was not working

Our TV did not work eitherService was not good – the front desk rarely had anyone there to speak with, and we weren’t informed of the need for a parking pass Thankfully I overheard another guest talking about a parking pass – and I was able to get one for us as wellWe would probably stay here again to give it a 2nd try, but I was definitely disappointed in our stay this past weekend

The hotel itself was pretty good We had a great experience at check-in with Alexis She was very welcoming and friendly

Room had everything we needed and was clean Breakfast was good Lots of options and was well stocked A major disappointment was when we went downstairs for breakfast on our last day and hear the desk clerk having a conversation with a male who did not appear to be a guest (and was possibly under the influence of drugs) speaking negatively about a particular profession, law enforcement to be exact They had no consideration for anyone in the lobby that may work in said profession and as an employee of the hotel, the desk clerk should have put a stop to that conversation the second the males started his ranting As an employee of the hotel, the employee is responsible for making guests feel welcome, no matter what profession, and we definitely did not As Hilton Honors members we have stayed in numerous Hilton hotels and never had such a distasteful experience

Alberta Cotton

My experience with this hotel started out terrible My family and I were traveling, for a family vacation We arrived to our hotel after several flight delays

I remained in constant contact with this hotel via the Hilton app(message) and the phone Our room was paid in full (through Travelocity), and yet upon arrival my room was cancelled My family and I was locked out and spoken to on the phone(in the forte) and was referred to as,”Oh yeah your the lady that called about your room” When finally allowed to enter and approach the front desk, Sophia begin to say that I called at 12:56am and that she canceled my paid in full room at 12:00 midnight because she didn’t hear from me at 11:30pm when I said I would arrive Even though I called numerous times When I messaged because I couldn’t get through via the phone, she said she was having technical issues and that’s why she didn’t answer the phone She told me that I would have to pay for the room all over again and request a refund I refused because in my email I knew I could not get a refund or modify my room So she then says she can try to get me in a room and that I would have to pay a $200 deposit (she said I would get it back in 5-7 days), I agreed She booked the room, but I expressed to her my disappointment in knowing that my room was cancelled and my money was just taken like that She begin to express how she could lose her job if she books the room under another reservation and I not pay I continued to wait for a room, because at this point my husband, four children and I were extremely tired after being at the airport over five hours Sophia was apologetic after a while for her actions and gave us complimentary water(2 bottles and one pack of cheese its) She said she would make a note of what occurred and her co worker would fix the problem As we finally begin to settle in, my phone pings and alerts me that my card was ran for $258 and $74 after booking the room, but I locked my card, so the charges were declined I asked her about that she said that her co worker would fix it because she was “new” and didn’t know how to fix this problem Well we decided to get some rest and address this situation in the morning( I couldn’t sleep so I just stayed up due to this issue) The next day was better, we met Dennis He spoke with us and he reassured us that the problem would be fixed Dennis made our entire experience better He genuinely was apologetic and he made us feel welcomedThe rooms were fairly new and clean We stayed three days two nights, we lost a day due to our delayed flight There was free breakfast from 6:30-9:30am, it was pretty good But our rooms were not cleaned the entire time we were there I’m not sure if we had to request room service or not because it was not communicated with us Overall, I’m not sure if I would stay at this hotel again, but we definitely appreciate all the Dennis did for us

Jennifer Walker

We contacted the hotel as requested by them on my last review This contact was made five days ago and no one has ever gotten back to us I think that it is interesting that they act concerned, but by their actions, obviously are not

They wasted our time a second time by asking us to contact them just so they could appear on this review that they really care about their customers I’m sure, as the other reviews reflect, that it is a nice place However, I would not take a chance on making a reservation that may be cancelled on you if they decide to give it away to someone else even after confirming our arrival time with hotel staff

The hotel charges boo coo bucks for room but you get service every 3 days with no credit to account We were there when children were running around kicking soccer “sackies> not to mention running up and down the hallways/elevators but this is not the staffs fault Parents who do not have acceptable expectations I will check out other local hotels before staying here again Bed was ok by the way

Wonderful stay Our daughter had an emergency c-section and we came from out if town We booked online through Priceline for one night and being a Tuesday, the price was comparatively low

We were upgraded because they were out of standard rooms so it was an even better deal It ended up we needed to extend our stay to three nights and the front desk was wonderfully understanding We got the additional nights for the original price The front desk woman was kind and personable, even asking at checkout how our daughter was doing Very clean rooms and public spaces VERY comfortable bed!!! Super spacious Hot actual breakfast (not a “grab bag”) We even got to use the pool and hot tub Beautiful property Highly recommend!

Todd Anderson

When I think of the idea of a Holiday inn in Corona this hotel epitomizes that image It appears as though the owner is trying to get by on the cheap not spending money on infrastructure or amenities Ice maker does not work elevator does not work, in room phone foes mot work

Door is hard to open and won’t self-close Rooms are relatively “nice” but are clean Hallways are not air conditioned so they’re nearly 100° The hallways smell like marijuana, the parking lot smells like marijuana, the pool area smells like marijuana Not a place that I recommend for families Conveniently located close to the 15 but not much in the way of amenities or value for your dollar Currently charging over $200 per room Come back in a year and this place will go for less than 100 bucks a room WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Isidra-Lynn

HORRIBLE!!! I am a disabled single mother and my 8 year old and I just checked out at 11:30 pm on our pajamas A prior guest left a spilt salsa under the bed the whole side of the bed under the night stand was soaking wet with dirt brown liquid Because they have only 1 room with a spa tub I was not offered another room of the same type

Pulled back the sheet to get in bed after a long day of 4th of July festivities and there are nasty brown stains on the fitted and top sheet I call the front desk and they bring queen sheets Being disabled didn’t enjoy trying to change the sheets myself After sweating and being in pain wresting with the linens I called again and they said they would bring another set of sheets At this point hurting tired and irritated that we are on a holiday weekend having to remove nasty sheets and lay down towels to not walk on what every the brown nasty liquid on the floor This was our 2nd time staying in this exact room If time the mini fridge smelt like someone peed on it This time new fridge but the floor was soaking wet as if someone peed on it Sheets were stained brown like someone peed in the bed Twice nasty and there will not be a 3rd Really sad because its a huge room with spa tub the only nice one in the area

I came with 20 college students, the location was excellent for the convention center, the staff was excellent, breakfast great too Rooms are clean and comfortable and appeared to be recently Remodeled

Area is close to a lot of excellent food choices from fast food to sit down dining Plenty of parking, and a circle k right next door Freeway access right next to them, but you can see out of the windows there is a homeless encampment, so the city needs to take care of that

We came to town for a memorial service and stayed at this Hampton Inn for 2 nights The room was nice, the bed was firm and large enough that I could stretch out and not leave my feet hanging off the edgePlease make other arrangements for your morning coffee or get some at the lobby breakfast

(YES, they have a couple waffle irons!) The in-room coffee is not terrible, but the packaging is supremely wastefulThe blackout shade does an excellent job keeping the sun out of the room There is a small refrigerator and a small microwave, as well as the mini coffee makerAll in all it’s a nice place which has some small maintenance issues I usually give the front desk a list of things that need attention, but I held still and the feeling passedI would be comfortable staying here again, but it probably wouldn’t be my first choice, depending on how long and why we were in town

The rooms are excellent Check-in was fest and simple I’ve stayed here several times, and each time, I’ve stopped for a drink at the Starbucks:) if you’re a Starbucks-gal like I am, you’ll really appreciate having one in-house

It makes all the difference A premier steakhouse and plenty bars and food options can come handy as well:) Fresh cookies are always a nice touch as usualI guess the best thing is having everything in-house Such a convenience

I had arrived very early, and was glad I was able to be accommodated with a room right away After check in my stay went supremely down hill I excepted better customer service for being a Hilton diamond member

I arrived and to my odds my room reeked of perfume and cigarettes, after making serval complaints the hotel didn’t end up helping me until around 8/9PM that night She offered to move me to a different room, because I’m extremely allergic to the smell but it was on a completely different floor and wing I would have to pack all my stuff up (luggage/3bags) with no help and then go to it I refused to do so because it was already 9PM at night, even though I told her I was traveling with myself and had so many bags she offered no type of help whatsoever The room was absolutely disgusting and overwhelming with the smell The security then came to my room and sprayed “air freshener” which didn’t mask the smell but made it much worse I woke up with hives, and was disappointed I wasn’t offered any type of refund only a $50 voucher to use on any at the hotel Not satisfied at all Seems they care more about taking peoples money, then actually helping to resolve the issue

The hotel is nice if you are going to enjoy the hotel But really if you are going to stay for a couple of days and go out, another Hilton in the area is better I specifically requested a room with the balcony

and they gave me that little balcony It was still next to the laundry room and there was a lot of noise I didn’t really enjoy the balcony and I didn’t go out because it was uncomfortable for me that people was walking by and I was sitting there I asked twice if they could change my room and they only told me “let’s see what we can do”

Had to change rooms 3 times, first two the A/C did not work, third room the sink only had hot water (that burned my hand when I turned it on to wash my hands) and no water pressure in the shower The nice receptionist gave upgraded me to a suite after two hours of room changing Service and location is great, the staff apologized for the trouble I went through and helped me out

Hotel needs maintenance and quality control badly Side details, no complementary breakfast and they charge for parking

We arrived around 1150pm on a Saturday The first room we entered had a smell, sort of a pet / smoke smell covered by carpet cleaning chemical smellFront desk lady was accommodating and gave a second room

This room we were given had not been cleaned The bed was unmade, towels wet and by the front door as you walked in, the trash can was fullI tried to iron my shorts and the iron did not work I went to the from desk to get a working iron The front desk representative gave me a iron that was in a cabinet behind the desk I got back to my room and this iron did not work either I took both down to the front desk to let them know that both don’t work The same man then said he would bring me a new one I recieved a new one within 5 minutesThe TV is cutting in and out like we are in a storm The signal seems to be weak or broken every 15-60 seconds and the screen goes black for one second Room 430Overall this has been the worst the facility looked in the several years I have been coming to this Marriot location Carpets in the elevators are super dirty Carpets in the hallways have never had so many items not vacuumed up The hotel went to soaps in the shower vs the small versions The soap holders look like they were installed by a unprofessional handyman The caulk looks like a motel 6 or below when these were installed; no quality control at all

Living life positively

Having held the Titinium Status for some time, I have had enough experience to know when a hotel is well-managed

Eduardo ( sp) was excellent and very Professional This individual is a must and his kindness, professionalism and organizational skills explains why the hotel is run so well Unlike nearly all the other Marriott Properties, he respects those of us whom earned the status level through loyalty There is not one item I can think of that was not excellent Thank you Eduardo for making our visit perfect

Family Chino
