We had a wonderful stay here! Cody atthe front desk was so sweet and veryhelpfulThe front lobby and side sitting room areboth nice and modern while also beingcomfortable A very nice ambiance!Breakfast was great, and they had agood variety of items

Having two wafflemakers was a nice touch helps to avoida line! The eggs were great and seemedpretty fresh They had frittatas thesecond morning and they were deliciousThey do have on-site laundry available, but it only takes quarters – would be niceto have a card readerAlso, we found the mattresses prettyfirm and not super comfortable Still gota good night’s sleep though Plenty ofpillows and fresh linens of courseThis was our first time at a Best Western, but we will definitely return!

Rin Kyubi

Hotel and rooms were filthy Not sure if they only clean the upper floors but the entire bottom floor besides the lobby was gross We even had to wait on our room to be “cleaned” despite being 30 minutes late to our said arrival time

Certain staff were unhelpful when requesting items such as towels or even having questions about their services They have a weird policy when paying with Debit cards that they will not tell you about until it becomes a problem Otherwise the free breakfast is nice and most other staff members are friendly

Kayla Duzan

My stay was so excellent because front desk Cody was truly amazing, understanding, and helpful We were in Norman because grandma was in hospital he made us feel welcomed and very easy to check in Thank you Cody it really meant alot

Breakfast was hot and devious Will definitely recommend this hotelAgain Cody you were amazing!!!

we stayed a night in the wagon and really enjoyed it the idea to do this was great and the execution to pull it off was great too they thought of every little detail

The other perks of staying including getting to visit the farm and activities was a big bonus we visited during the off-season (middle of February) and had the whole farm to ourselves Feeding the animals and all of the activities make the trip even betterStaff was really nice too, easy check-in and thorough details to welcome usMy only small suggestion, it would be nice to have coded locks on the bathrooms so you aren’t worrying about a key

Jennifer McKee

I really do like this place The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 starts is because the lack of changing tables! I think I found one in a bathroom in a really isolated area and that was itThey do have a great variety of games and activities for kids

Great place to spend the day!

Alyson Chapman

My family and I stayed 2 nights in one of the teepees and I really wanted to love this place The teepees were very nice and well maintained along with the restrooms The kids loved the activities, although any that require employees were closed along with all of the food and drink options

The bad part was the lack of enforcement by management/ownership Other guests were lighting off loud fireworks right next to the teepees as well as blaring their radios well into the night This is supposed to be a family friendly place but management took no action and made it very difficult to make it through the night with two young kids and no noise or safety enforcement

This was a nice place to stay at The bedroom set up was great My family enjoyed the fact that the toilet is separate from the showers

Also the couch that folded out into a bed was nice If I had to complain it would be about the swimming pool It was small We allowed the kids to swim because if us adult swam too there would have been no room at all

Cliff Burt

Location was great, price was good, and service was awesome Clean rooms and lobby, they have coffee, tea, hot chocolate in lobby constantly Rooms were big, clean, and have a big desk area

The only problem I had in the room was the bed, not very comfortable, the pillows weren’t either, and the coverswere lack lusterAlso the light comes in a good amount around the curtains, so it’s pretty bright in the room at nightIf they got better beds and it’s was more comfortable I’d be staying here everytime, but the beds for me it wasn’t as comfortable as the IHG holiday Inn next door, but the rooms are better and bigger

Janet Bailey

It was okay Our 2Q room was large and clean The shower is in a separate room from the toilet, which was nice

Both rooms have sliding doors Our room has a large closet Our sink didn’t drain, and the towels are both smaller than normal, thin, and scratchy The beds and pillows are comfortable The lighting is poor in the bathroom The carpet has stains There is a MW and mini fridge in the room

Braided 2 Perfection LLC

We stay here for our 2022 spring break Our visit was amazing and pleasant Stay was 4 days and we enjoyed every day of the stay! The front desk worker did an excellent job

Becky and Allyson were my favorite I loved seeing them at the desk during the morning hours My babies was upset about the pool being not open but other then that we enjoyed our stay Thank you to the Best Western Team

Savannah Angel Vogel

We stayed 2 nights Check in was fast and easy The ladies at the front desk were very nice

The room was very clean and I always do a walk through and check the beds before unpacking my stuff We took advantage of the free breakfast, it was good and had more selections than the average hotel breakfasts They have Tesla charging stations if you own a Tesla We do not, but thought worth mentioning The only issue we had was the second night our tv would not connect to cable but we were so tired it didn’t matter to us so we did not attempt to complain to get it fixed The price was good We were very happy Would recommend and stay again!

Choosey Gilliland

My children and I had the best time and enjoyed our stay tremendously during the 3 days we were there Everyone was so nice and helpful with anything and everything we asked for Kim, Justin, Rebecca, and Allyson were phenomenal

They made us feel at home although we were temporarily passing through Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting in the city We will definitely stay again in the near future You guys ROCK!!!!

Everything was kept up, clean, and the staff, including the front desk were friendly and helpful I had one little issue when I got to my room The remote for the TV did not work

I took it to the front desk and they were very prompt with exchanging it for a working one No hassles and room was prepped (cooled down – was a very hot day) and ready for me Breakfast was very good too Some people traveling during the summer need to be realistic in their expectations I travel for work fairly often and have stayed in my share of hotels Some places are short staffed and overwhelmed Yes, many places are priced a little high too What isn’t lately Have a little patience, understanding, and treat and talk to the staff the way you wish to be treated Some people you can’t please if you rolled out the red carpet This location has done well and I will gladly use again, the next time I have work nearby Thank you It was a pleasant stay

The hotel is at the end of a street and backed up to the Norman airport The hotel has done a great job of sound control The room with a king bed and couch with a pull out bed is open and comfortable

Has a full width closet, drawers for folding clothes is a little limited but good A large walk-in shower and shower head is fine for the tall people

Brian Reynolds

Great hotel! Rooms are really well planned out with ample space Very modern and new USB ports and 110v outlets everywhere

Beds are comfortable and the pillows are on point Window coverings make for super dark rooms which is a plusAlso the rooms have full cable so there’s plenty too watch The exercise room is a huge plus with super equipmentStaff is great and location cant be beat!

Travis Gagnon

It’s a great hotel next to the OU airport Don’t worry, it doesn’t have that many planes coming through and is very quiet The rooms were nicely laid out and very clean and the best thing of all was that my father-in-law was disappointed in his hotel when he came to visit this hotel

Way to go Hampton, now my in-laws want to stay here too because your hotel was so great Perhaps that is not the best thing but is still a good indicator of how nice the hotel was I’m sorry about the 39 empty water bottles we left in the room and the sugar left in a cocaine line on the desk We weren’t doing anything nefarious I promise we’ll be better guests next time Please let us come back What a great hotel!

Came in around 8pm and was immediately greeted by a young man named Anthony Moretti front desk clerk He checked me into my room and was very nice and professional I was in a box truck and wanted to be able to view it so that nobody messed with it

He suggested parking it in the back of hotel and gave me another room with a perfect view of my truck 🚚 I slept so well in a clean room and really enjoyed my visit I will definitely stay here again and I recommend this place to anyone that wants a good, nice, sleep in a clean and friendly atmosphere Breakfast was great 👍 as well, plenty of variety

Walter Conrad

We stayed twice at this hotel within the last 2 weeks I would actually give this 4 7/8 stars ! My only complaint was that the room airconditioner very slightly put water on the floor

( OK folks, it was 111 and humid outside It was cool insideso a bit of condensation happening I would think) Put a towel down and good to go Everything worked This is a ” 2 star” hotel that played above it’s weight I have been in some 3 star hotels that weren’t as nice ! Prices were reasonable Breakfast was good Beds were good It was CLEAN Did I mention the staff in general and especially the front desk were top notch !?! Both times we stayed were positive and I would stay there again ( Dont pay extra to stay somewhere else that is more big brand name than anything else)

For the reasonable price, this place was great: clean, updated rooms, nice pool, and good hot breakfast Really appreciate enough towels in the room (didn’t have to ask for more) and a powerful hair dryer Those are the little things that kick the rating up to 5

And the young man at check in was so friendly and helpful He made the whole stay start off on a great note

Roger Coles

This place is very clean – in the rooms, the lobby and the hallways Everyone we met that works there is friendly and helpful All the essentials for a place to sleep while visiting the area

I will say it is 5 stars for the price It was almost as good as the Marriott hotels I am used to and for about half the price I like the beds and pillows of the Marriott, but cannot complain about the good night’s sleep we had at the Best Western

Jake Dilbeck

Power was out in our neighborhood thought we would get a pet friendly hotel for the night for our dog and 2 kids We have a 6 month old baby and a three year old Huge mistake!! Upon walking in the room a quick glance at the bed let me know everything

Looked liked someone peed all in the bed and made the bed over it The pillows and sheets were stained everywhere even had blood or brown spots after I took all the sheets off and requested new ones Upon getting more sheets they were dirty as well Had dog hair in them and were also stained in various places I felt so dirty just touching them We had to resort to staying at the house without power bc everyone was booked and no more rooms were available Definitely would not even let a homeless person sleep in something like that much less our children Lost a customer for lifeDO Better!!

Brad Baker

This hotel has extremely large and very nice rooms The reason for the star count is due to the gym being closed and the indoor pool room being so hot you can’t go in and enjoy it Staff was very helpful and nice

The location is great with plenty of nice restaurants to choose from I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone do the same

Olivia Bogan

This hotel has gorgeous lobby and hallways (with corresponding pictures on their website) When you walk in, it feels like you are in Ritz Carlton; however, when you get in your room or try to use amenities, you are transported to Econo Lodge/Days Inn (or any dive you want to insert here)Wall paint in the room is dirty, lighting is non-existent and furniture reminds me the Extended Stay America (old and stained)

Fitness center is under construction, swimming pool and hot tub are located in a dark room and breakfast might give you a heart attack (biscuits, gravy, eggs, questionable meat sausage patties tasteless oatmeal, lack of fruit & no healthy options) Additionally, a front-desk convenience store was always out of bottled water and there was no water dispenser on the property Do hotels not offer complimentary water any more? Or at least make sure they do not run out?The price for night is way too high for what this isThe only reason I gave this hotel 2 stars is because Holiday Inn’s beds and pillows are always comfortable

Sabrina Nunn

The stay was good They serve continental breakfast which is really nice The only thing that I did not like was there is no cleaning service during your stay

Cleanliness daily is important and not doing so leaves a BIG mess! I noticed the bed comforters weren’t all that clean neither There was a cup left on the side of the bed and somebody’s belongings I wouldn’t do no more than one night in this hotel

Room was very spacious, shower hot, and pillows perfect Bed was good but not great Room keys didn’t work upon arrival

Breakfast was “heat in your own room”, but our microwave was broken Rooms were somewhat outdated Pool was questionable and very outdated New flooring needed Work out facility was a joke It served its purpose of a good nights sleep in between days of driving, staff was helpful, but I wouldn’t stay here again

Latata _

Not bad, but definitely not goodLady at the front desk was very sweet The WiFi is spotty, sometimes going out for hours

There was a strange hissing in the room every 10 minutes from the AC The doorknob was ready to fall off to the bathroom, and room cleaning felt VERY surface level The breakfast food was bread-based and even the packaged cinnamon rolls were dryIf you’re staying, good luck It did not feel like a $100, I’d stay at the hotel across the street

Doug Williams

First off the bed was very uncomfortable 2nd the next morning my wife woke up to a roach on the desk 3rd we didn’t have any face towels to take a shower with

4th the phone in the didn’t work so we had to use our phones to call downstairs 5th wasn’t told that there wasn’t any breakfast until the next morning after we get downstairs We’ve stayed here before and it wasn’t this bad I think this was our last time staying here We checked in Friday 3-18-22 and we checked out Sun 3-20-22

Our group took over half of the main house on my recommendation Reviews were great and location was great It is a quaint family owned B&B that includes rooms in the main house and cottages next door if you need more space

Breakfast was divine! Homemade bread, egg casserole, fruit, smoothies YUM! We stayed in the Sports Memorabilia room in June The room was spacious and bathroom was ample However, it is the warmest room in the main house They were gracious enough to turn down the AC — Sorry other patrons we froze you out Other members of our group reported their rooms were chilly If you like to sleep with it cold, then avoid this room but DO NOT AVOID the Montford InnThe lounge was a great place to recharge and visit with other patrons and the other members of our group Wine available for free Fresh baked cookies daily for free Beautiful patio that I would love to enjoy when it is no blazing hot summer Easy access to University and restaurants nearby either on foot, in car or with scooter rental Ideal locationSome of our group opted to stay in hotels by the interstate and were jealous of our accommodations, food, location and amenities offered They all agreed that Montford was the better option

Montgomery Moon

Me and my husband had an amazing night here Everything was perfect and there was so many cute things to look at It had a very cozy comfy vibe and I loved looking at all the potted plants

One of the lady’s there even let me take a small plant snipping home with me We both loved it and will definitely be coming back some dayThe only problem we had is that the heater in our room didn’t work, it wouldn’t get very hot and it also wouldn’t stay on more than maybe 3 minutes Fortunately we just grabbed one quilts in our room and it helped a little bitAlso the breakfast was very tasty, I got a gluten free cranberry French toast muffin thing with cream cheese in it I loved it so much❤❤❤❤❤

Sarah Ingram-Mitchell

My husband and I traveled here to spend a weekend away for my birthday We stayed in the Scissortail and had hands down one of the best stays and experiences we have ever had We travel all over and this Inn is top notch

The family and staff running the business are very nice and accommodating and the rooms are cozy, clean, and very comfortable The jetted tub, 2 fireplaces, and outdoor patio space was a great perk of the room Extra points (wish there were extra stars) for the amount of blankets in the room, as many hotels lack that feature The breakfast was delicious and we loved the delivery to the door

Stayed here for 3 nights Staff was always so sweet and accommodating Room was clean, and the full fridge, dishes, dishwasher, microwave were very convenient and we used them daily

Beds were too soft for my preference, but that was a minor thing Breakfast was good with waffles, bagels, English muffins, toast, yogurt, fruit, eggs in various forms, oatmeal, juices Pool was outside and the kids had fun using it Was a little cold for them Would definitely stay here again!

Taraiza Bennett

We truly enjoyed our stay at Home 2 Suites South! From the moment my parents and I checked in, we noticed the cleanliness of the lobby and friendliness of the front desk representative Shannon! She was a great help that night and throughout our stay-she is an exemplary employee! I must add every front desk representative was great and provided great service, but Shannon stood out! I was also impressed by the housekeeping staff! They keep the hotel and rooms very clean, smelling fresh and looking nice; they were also very friendly and helpful! I was weary about staying at a hotel that is pet-friendly but because they clean so well, I didn’t smell any pet smells or see any pet hairs or poop anywhere-thank you so much for doing such a great job!

Charles Williams

My family and I always stay at a Home2 hotel when we travel We really enjoy the experience Unfortunately this time I experience unfavorable parking

After checkout heading to my vehicle I noticed the driver’s side front window was busted My truck got broken into during the daytime I hope this never happens again and the property’s manager can beef up his security team and surveillance cameras to make the environment more safe and secure because I really like staying there Other than that the staff, manager and employees are all wonderful people super friendly and professional I hope we have a better experience next time Safety first!

This place is wonderful and food was the best I have ever had I don’t like to eat out because home cooking is better than eating out Not this time and that is the restaurant for dinner and also the in room breakfast

Jacuzzi was great and the room was very comfortable I actually relaxed for a change Thank you and hope to stay again soon when the trees are full of leaves

My husband and my brother-in-law booked a Mother’s Day getaway for my sister and me, and we loved it! It was quiet and homey, and the pictures did not mislead on the size and comfort of the rooms We stayed in the Secret Rose Room, and while I definitely think it’s better suited as a romantic getaway, it was a lot of fun going with my sister We loved the grounds- my favorite part was the koi pond with the blooming lily pads and the red eared sliders swimming with the koi

The king-sized bed was comfortable, the bathroom very nice, and the decor elegant and pleasant And that’s not even mentioning the food We ordered dinner there, and the food was excellent I ordered the sirloin, and the generously-portioned food had great flavor, as well as beautiful presentation Breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning and was also delicious I definitely want to return with my husband to this comfortable, cozy and beautiful bed and breakfast!

I made a reservation for 6 pm on Saturday, July 23 for 4 We arrived and it appeared that they were setting up for a wedding No one was at the desk, but a gentleman appeared and asked what we needed

We told him we have a reservation, and he looked stunned No reservation has been made for you and we are setting up for a wedding When I did talk with the person who I had made the reservation with, her response was “can I rebook the reservation”? Well no, we drove all the way out here for dinner and now you want to know if you can rebook us I will never go there again

I have stayed in Marriott’s and prefer themto most hotels I’m not one to even write reviews but this hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever utilized I know because of COVID that the 4pm check-in seemed plausible but when I arrived two hours ahead of schedule, I was one of three cars in the parking lot so I assumed that checking in at the least an hour early would not be an issue

When asked, the front desk staff said housekeeping was still cleaning rooms As I sat in the lobby I saw no housekeeping come through the lobby I waited the two hours and when I got to the room I was disappointed I asked to be on the end of the hall and was placed right outside the elevator The ottoman in the room had a huge stain, the bathroom toilet paper was not fresh and new and I noticed that the fitted sheet had a large hole and yellow stain on it There was absolutely no reason why customer service and a spotless room was not at the foremost of this visit especially when it was during the holiday I was extremely disappointed and highly discourage the use of this hotel

My FAVORITE hotel! We’re not world travelers by any means but we have been to several countries in Europe, had the privilege of going to Israel and our stops in the US range from Alaska to Maine including Kansas City & many others in between Hands down, Embassy Suites in Norman, Oklahoma is by our favorite! We always ask for the 2 room suite-1king bed The bedroom is at the back and has a door to separate it from the rest of the suite

That allows me to sit & read without disturbing my husband There is a couch and a chair in addition to the desk chairs, so great sitting options for us who would rather chill in the room than stay out lateIn addition to the desk that has generous work area, we also really enjoy & use the separate ‘kitchen’ area equipped with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and safe The water pressure and temperature were great-better than our home The complimentary breakfast bar has a wonderful variety and convenient hours The complimentary evening reception with beverages & snacks is above and beyond anything we’ve experienced elsewhereThe towels are very nice quality, the hotel very clean, ample parking and well lighted Extremely safe with many choice restaurants nearby I’m sure I’m forgetting to share other pertinent details but bottom line, we are repeat customers and these are just some of the reasons why!

Check in was quick and easy We received a text less than an hour from the hotel asking how our room was We have little kids and they love going to the pool

The pool water was a good temperature and not too cold for the kids The pool also kept lots of warm towels near the exit which made getting out of the pool with toddlers much easier Lots of restaurants close by and a cute bakery (that my kids loved) was close too The breakfast had lots of options and the staff did a great job keeping it fully stocked We will definitely be back

Such a great family friendly hotel We always have a good time each visit Most of the time we come for a stay-cation, this time we are here while our home is remodeled

The managers reception is always a nice way to relax at the end of a day, the food is good and the atmosphere is a delight The pool is huge and is great year-round, the fitness center has plenty of equipment for a good workout, the staff is always nice and the breakfast is everything you’d want to start your day The only thing I would love to see is more Gluten-free options on the menus

I want to start by commending the staff at this facility While there was one behind the desk who was not very personable (she will be easy to pick out), the rest of the staff did a great job to make sure the stay was great The rooms were typical, but for the price and the service, it definitely deserves the five stars

The hotel is conveniently located off 35 with restaurants all around and a gas station close by The drive to campus is quick and convenient The next time I head to Norman, this will be the first place I look to book Good service seems to be a waning characteristic in this industry, and being around pleasant people will get my vote every time

Kiev Hill

The price was okay for the location to campus and retail and food The hotel shows signs of 8ts age The AC unit in my room was window unit, I would expect better of Fairfield inn

The unit was off and on constantly to maintain the temp to no avail and the room was muggy The staff was friendlyI would not recommend unless no other option

Nice enough for a stay But the pool was closed Even though it seemed operational from looking in

The pool had a current going, looked clean, and smelled of chlorine from the outside The website doesn’t mention that the pool isn’t working But reviews from as far back as March of ’22 Said “pool was broken” So why is it that 3 months later the pool is only for looking at and not for swimming in for guests? The ladies behind the counter were nice and helpful but their nicotine addiction gets the best of them
