My Mom recently stayed at The Radnor Hotel and she wanted to share her amazing experience:All I can say is WOW! I have traveled far and wide within and outside US and have usually stayed at big chain hotels for consistency of service I had to go to Philadelphia every month for my moms doctors appointment We tried big chains in the area for a couple of times and were very disappointed

And than we tried Radnor hotel! A hidden gem! The considerate and quality of personalized service, the consistency, attention to detail, and I can go on and on I am very impressed and pleased with my experience and will return again and again for my moms treatment

We decided to book a block of rooms at the Radnor Hotel for our wedding in May Leading up to our wedding day, we were in communication with a few people and everyone was friendly and helpful I will point out though that there were long periods of time when we didn’t get a response within 24-48 hours

A few days before our check in date, our guests who were staying over as well as us received an email basically telling everyone the “rules” stating the quiet hours policy We heard feedback from some of our guests that they have never received an email like this from any hotel and they were a little taken back to be honest The hotel and rooms were clean and simple but nothing special for the rate you are paying The morning of my wedding day, the bridal party wanted to get breakfast at the breakfast buffet Upon checking in, we received rude service from the host and they were being so nit picky about who is staying in which room when my husband and I stated at check in that everyone who is apart of our wedding block should be put under our tab When we sat down to eat, we decided to combine two square dining tables since there were 10 of us total It’s important to note that we were the only ones dining The next morning, we went again to the breakfast buffet and noticed that they placed signage up stating to NOT move or combine the tables It felt so passive aggressive and snobby I do want to point out that the food was delicious and had a wide variety of options We also ran into some issues with some of our party not being able to book a room after our block closed There were still rooms available but they would not let them book unless they stayed for two nights I don’t understand why a hotel would turn away someone who is literally willing to pay the FULL PRICE for a room when it was probably empty Again, rude and frustrating We were also extremely disappointed to find out that their bar closed at 11pm My husband and I were willing to pay extra and guarantee at least 20 people for drinks and appetizers after our wedding for an after party Again, turned away and made us feel like we were asking for too much when in fact this is a very popular Overall, if you are getting married in the Radnor area, then this is the most convenient location since it was literally a 3 minute drive from our venue but other than that, I would recommend looking elsewhere If you and your party want to further the celebration after a wedding, don’t book here It’s a buzzkill to be honest And the cherry on top of everything was the service We literally felt like an inconvenience and the staff was snobby and rude I do not recommend staying here and we will not be back

I was on a business trip and to my luck was dropped off at a Marriott but 10 mins away from this one by car I had no way of getting to the hotel since I did not have a car, so I called them to inform them of what happened The lady on the phone stated she would cancel my reservation and submit for a refund and that I don’t get charged a cancellation fee

But most likely I would get a refund but get charged a cancellation fee since it was day of I had no other option since I did not have a car to get there and also I am from out of town and was only staying for one night I received an email the next day in the after noon by the general manager (Amberlyn) who stayed that since I canceled my reservation last minute and they could not resale the room they were still going to charge me for a stay Did not even ask me any background questions to try and understand why I did not make it that day Ever since that day I have emailed her and “Customer Care” numerous times and I even called to speak to a supervisor and have heard back from no one You think that since I stayed at a Marriott and I am a new member of there rewards club/group what ever its called they would accommodate me this one time Since this was my first time trying to stay at there hotel and it did not work out Your jobs are supposed to be around Customer Care and right know your not showing that at all I am not asking for anything crazy or treating anyone bad I just want a refund for a stay that I was unable to complete You’re hotel has a lot of money refunding me won’t break your bank

The hotel was swapping out all of the mattresses I appreciate the effort but it would’ve been nice to know when I booked The parking lot was a maze, full of mattresses and massive trucks cutting off whole sections and taking up tons of parking spots

One day my wife and I came home from lunch to people in our room with our door wide open We were given no warning, at no point were we asked for permission She had her wallet and personal items in the room Blatant disregard for us and our privacy 100% will never be staying here again nor will I be recommending it to anyone I’d give zero stars if that was an option

The rooms are dated (if that’s important to you), but mostly my concern is carpet which was very dated and felt dirty (i didn’t get close enough to thoroughly inspect, just wear your flip flops and it’s fine) The AC and fridge were both pretty loud but just white noise so that didn’t bother us too muchFront desk people were all very nice and answered any questions we had

Pool looked clean but we didn’t get a chance to use it Breakfast room is small (i guess not everyone eats their free breakfast)Neighborhood: i mean the mall is in view which also means lots of restaurants and next door is dominoes which for us was a great option for a late dinner Not a great place to walk around since you’re surrounded by main roads but we managed a stroll and it felt pretty safe

Grace Gardner

This hotel was actually so awful I came here on a school trip and we got our room and it wasn’t cleaned since the last stay, my classmates rooms weren’t cleaned either The beds were messy and the bathroom was gross

We ended up getting new rooms and the sheets didn’t fit the bed The toilet wouldn’t flush and numerous other rooms had plumbing issues too The downstairs wasn’t being used because there was water damage in the basement There weren’t many breakfast options either The bedding was practically just sheets, it gave off creepy vibes and a 13 year old was hit on by another person staying here The only reason I’m putting 2 stars and not one is because the pool was great, and the outside was pretty cool I do NOT recommend!!!

Melanie Garbaini

Great location Outdated decor/ rooms Extremely dirty pool with no running filter and hardly any chlorine

Friendly employees Front desk does not answer the phones though Breakfast was very simple So not try the Blueberry waffle mix, it’s awful Bed was comfortable Rooms did not receive service Stains on shear curtains No dark curtains to block out lightThere are other hotels in the same area that are probably much better

John Westwood

Nice hotel I feel like “The Alloy” focused their expenses and updates on the lobby/ dining area (which to be fair is beautiful) The rooms are nice as well with newer furnishings, but don’t quite match the elegance of the main entrance

Staff was very friendly and helpfulMy room was equipped with a mini fridge (which was great) However, the bathroom did not have a fan, which led to cloudy mirrors after showering I could sometimes hear other guests through the walls (but it was not overly bothersome)Parking was manageable There are many restaurants, coffee, and grocery stores nearby You cannot hear any highway noise from inside the rooms

Lucero Galvan

Beautifully remodeled hotel All the main areas, including rooms, had updated features and decor Note, that the only “outdated” area, IMO, was the bathroom – however still very nice and spacious

We received a warm cookie at check in, which we enjoyed in one of their outside seating areas, with the most comfortable couches The fully-stocked bar area had plenty of seating for drinking or collaborating with colleagues The best part was the gym It had all the needed machines and weights to have a fairly good workout They even have an area with ear phones in case you forgot your own All the machines seemed new, with TV workout interactions It’s one of the better hotels we’ve stayed on our work trip in Philly

J Ra John

This will be my second time coming to The Alloy, and it didn’t disappoint The staff upon check-in were amazing, beautiful, helpful, warm, and welcoming The Hotel itself, sets very elegantly on the property

The general entrance / commons, bar, and restaurant areas are so well-kept and look great The rooms are spacious, clean, updated, and comfortable I really have no complaints for The Alloy on this stay It was pleasant, and close to everything I needed to get to All major retail, and entertainment are within seconds, to a few minutes from the property I have now made this place a permanent consideration, for future leisure or business stops in the KOP area

Great location minutes from expressway, restaurants, Conshohocken bars, etc Hotel had full breakfast buffet in the AM We were there on the weekend so not sure if served on weekdays

Room has extra large and in good condition We had a queen sized bed and a pull-out couch with plenty of space for up to 4 On site parking No valet or bell, self-service hotel, great for a day or two

Pete P

A cookie cutter courtyard and no better or no worse than other locations! They are in a good location for my business, and I booked it because of the location and the consistency of Courtyardgood or bad! The staff is very nice and efficient My beef is the construction noise throughout the day

I have no problems with Renovations, but they must be disclosed on the website at the time of booking I usually ask for a late checkout and go back to the hotel after meetings to get some work done Not here; we had to check out as soon as we could with some work not done!

Jesus Navarro

The staff was good, the location was excellent and the amenities were good except for the lack of a pool However, there are many sporting events and team reservations that are held at the hotel and they are not 100% prepared for that They even have bookings through third parties for sporting events

The laundry room has one washer and one dryer, and that is it Many of these tournaments are two days or more, which requires laundry runs for all of the families involved There has to be a way to expand and add machines, maybe even stackables

Beverly was very nice when she greeted us We made a little conversation and she made sure to tell is where to find everythingThe room was big and comfortable, love the fact that there is a mini fridge and also a microwave

Room seems well out together however the carpet and also the sofa needs a bit more love (cleaning)We stayed for 3 nights The first morning we got down at 7 for breakfast, they had eggs, sausages, cereal, coffee, tea, waffles, bananas and other things The eggs were good but the waffle were extremely sweet I think we even find some pieces of sugar that were not fully blended with the mixOther than that breakfast was okayThe checking out was smooth and fast I would definitely recommend this hotel The price was good

Vince Tran

It is an very old hotel Room is old Paint are peeling off the ceiling and walls

No fan in the bathroom Moldy airway Mattress on pullout is stained with yellow spots Bathtub was very dirty we even have to wear our flip flop to take a bath Don’t know why it is a 45 on Expedia or even 4 here Should be a 3 or 25 and I’m being generous Breakfast was basic But the most important part is the hygiene and condition of the room itself is very important

Tiffani West

I had an issue with one of the staff when I stayed at this hotel Her named was Beverly , she was not welcoming , I felt that she was racist and prejudice She did not want certain people staying at the hotel

She constantly harassed me, and did it in a slick way She would say slick comments to me She even inquired about my personal package from T-Mobile sent to the hotel Beverly is a racist , and I did not feel welcome there The rest of the staff were cool And I’m going to report her to corporate

You have to make sure you request room cleaning services when you check in because they don’t offer it and they won’t do it unless you request it We were there a week without a cleaning and had to clean it ourselves and change our sheets ourselves because they didn’t let us we have to request these things which should be offered especially if your staying extended It should be offered or let known that you have to request the service

Other than that it’s a pretty nice hotel The gym, game room, and breakfast was good to go

Holly Quimby

Wish I could give service 10 stars I wish every hotel had a Joe He was friendly but not to the point of being annoying

Told us everything we needed to know about our stay quickly but with enough pause to check for understanding He should get a gold star Then the next morning we went down for breakfast and the man cleaning the floors had the most amazing smile and was just as pleased as Joe the night before

Feroce Intrepide

We were there 5 days ago Room was nice and clean Thumbs up to that! But the pool

Neeh! When we got in, the first thing we noticed was the pool, it is not clean it was cloudy We ended up sitting there and just chill instead After few minutes maybe 3 teenagers came in and 2 of them jumped in the pool and started to kick to make the water splash out of the pool the they got out of the pool and jumped again and make a big splash and they did that repeatedly plus they were screaming and to make it even worst caught the boy spitting in the water Very disgusting to the fact that they are not the only person in the pool There are kids swimming too! When they all left we went to the side of the pool to make a closer look of the water and confirmed it is so cloudy, oily Dirty We were so disappointed because the first thing we look forward prior to booking was the pool And it looks like they are not cleaning the filter on a regular basis My husband worked in a hotel so he knew and the pool is their number one priority I hope the next time we visit it’ll be all good

I am not sure where all the exceptional, 10/10 reviews come from on this hotel, but we did not have a 10/10 experience Not sure if the other rooms may have been any better, but our room was in terrible condition – dirty, dusty and had trash left from previous occupants (plate of partially eaten pizza slices under the bed, random medication/pill and other trash on the floor), mold and dust in the bathroom See included photos

Check-in and checkout were easy, but the attendant always had to be called from the back room Pool and hot tub were good, but they were always short on towels, so they gave us some regular hotel room towels I can’t give this place more than one star based on our experience for the cost of the hotel We’ve stayed in much cheaper places that were a lot cleaner than this We had another family in our group who had to have the hotel switch rooms because of weird stains on the bed Definitely won’t stay here again It’s weird because the other reviews mention the lack of availability of the pool as only negative, but that was really the only positive experience at this hotel, based on price paid for the stay

2 Large rooms3 Pool was niceCons:1 Room was not clean and it was so hard to get house keeping In fact we had to stop by the front desk to ask for cleaning and they still missed us2 Internet speed / latency was horrible3 Hot tub was closed

I didnt stay at this hotel but my family did and I did get to see the rooms It has everything you need to feel like home It has a little kitchen with all you need to make a great meal

It is close to the mall and it also has a pool Very clean atmosphere and the staff was excellent I especially loved the firepit and the rocking chairs Definitely reminded me of Dominican Republic 🇩🇴

This hotel was a lot better the first time I visited a few years ago I am used to a high level service and energy when I stay at Hyatt hotels The service here was ok

We didn’t receive that personal and accommodating spirit we are used to at other Hyatt hotels in different locations We traveled from the midwest and stayed 6 days The breakfast was scrambled eggs and pork meat every day This was disappointing because we are not meat eaters and we were expecting the classic Hyatt breakfast since hot food was being served The room was good We traveled with our infant son and asked for a crib We were brought a heavily stained and dirty pack and play There was no way I was putting my 4 month old in that thing We had to go get a pack and play for him to sleep in A couple nights we could hear loud talking and people hanging out at the bar because our room was close to the lobby

A great hotel! Stayed f or a softball tournament to be with some of my teammates! The staff were very helpful when we had asked for a new shampoo bottle and more towels The rooms were huge and clean! We only had 1 problem which was with our bathroom door that was very heavy to open and close Other then that the hotel is great! The outdoor area is beautiful and the inside is gorgeous! Great place to go!!Reply to owner:Thank you so much!In case you need to know we had stayed in room 420! Door was a bit heavy to push and pull

But staff had helped us with everything while we were there!

Despite being a no-frills hotel, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortableI would like to give a special shout-out to Morgan from the Front Desk She is so warm, friendly and helpful

Knowing that i was from out of country and my first time i am in the area, she kindly took the time to advise and give recommendations on the attractions and facilities in the vicinity I also needed small change for purposes of tipping, and she went out of her way to facilitate the my hundred dollar bill into smaller notes

We traveled to Collegeville for a softball tournament We chose this hotel based on where other teammates were staying Check in was easy – staff was very friendly

The manager even went up to our room to make sure it was ready as we were checking in Hotel was nice and quiet, rooms were spacious and staff was constantly cleaning the hotel We did a load of laundry and they even had detergent and softener sheets at the front desk If we ever go back to Collegeville, we will return to this hotel

An overall fair experienceTo start, I had reserved a king room a few weeks ago On arrival at 5:30pm, was informed that no kings were available

We were given the option of taking an immediately available double queen or waiting for the king We had a concert to get to in less than two hours so we opted for the double queenThe room was at least very quiet, but it really looked pretty worn See the pics below for the quite worn desk chair, rusty hardware on the furniture and what I can only assume was a missing shower caddy? on the shower wall leaving a residue of adhesive Felt more like a two star motel rather than a 3 star hotel roomThe lobby area was quite nice however, and they serve cookies at night in the lobby, which is a “sweet” touch The hotel is also within walking distance of a Target and several chain restaurants which was convenientOverall, relatively affordable but I probably would not stay again unless I had a worse experience at a nearby hotel

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This place is one of the most well known in the area

I have been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you definitely won’t regret itBeautiful hotel, well kept, clean, excellent service, great location for what I went for will definitely stay again if I ever visit Philadelphia again Employees very attentive and friendly

ROOM: I was extremely happy with the room accommodations I got a 2x queen bed room Lots of lighting, desk / counter space, and closet space

Mini fridge actually got coldSERVICE: There was no room service unfortunately the weekend i stayed There was one housekeeping staff that was extremely rude and attempted to literally walk through me near the elevators as i rounded a corner It was a moment of a game of “chicken” The service staff in the lobby at the reception and at the breakfast were excellentLOCATION: very safe, with frequent night patrols by hotel security, which i appreciated The hotel is tucked away in an area with nice grass and trees Only minor downside is that it is not in center city itselfOVERALL: would return

We used this hotel for our wedding block at the recommendation of our venue Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience hereEverything was fine while we were working with Lisa to get a contract in place

They advised we could start with 20 rooms at no financial obligation and they assured us we could add more as needed We decided to go that routeUnfortunately, once the contract was signed, we were handed off to Tiffany She was extremely curt over email and did not seem to have our best interest in mind We were not notified that the hotel was quickly booking up and our room block filled up and we were left with no rooms to add It would have been appreciated when the hotel was starting to fill up or they realized how many wedding blocks they had that weekend to ask us if we wanted to consider adding more rooms We were left having to explain to guests they needed to find somewhere else to stay and find a way to the venue on their own too, since we couldn’t have our shuttles running all around townIn addition, I requested an upgraded suite for the day of as I had 10 people getting ready the morning of the wedding They asked for my reservation confirmation number and assured me 90 days out that they would book me into a suite When I followed up 90 days out, they told me all the suites were gone and I was basically out of luck?? After explaining that I had 10 people that wouldn’t fit in the room, they offered a meeting room, which I said would work fine Then 2 weeks out from the wedding I emailed to confirm and they informed me I would have to pay $300 for the conference room + order food through the hotel (no outside food?? I have never heard of that being the case in a hotel) Utterly ridiculous so I was then left scrambling last minute to find somewhere else to get ready because that additional cost wasn’t in my budget and I had to re-coordinate all my vendors for the morning of Literally no sympathy from them eitherIn addition, the breakfast was $26/day which is absolutely insane and some of my guests told me it was disgusting The only positive was that the front desk staff was polite and the bar space worked well for an after-partyI would not recommend that you use this hotel for a wedding block at all

Front desk was awfully rude when checking in There was an issue not willing at all to help resolve Terrible attitudes

Here for my brother’s wedding, I think we have over 8 rooms for our family in total Lot of money being spent Our room was filthy and there was no hand soap and the shower filled up daily The front desk staff couldn’t care less Just disgust The attitude in this place is absolutely terrible from the front desk to the manager of the bar Never have I ever been so disgusted I know our party was easy 20k spent in a weekend I won’t spend another penny at a Marriot ever Unprofessional Was charged for somebody else’s meal and drinks Confronted the server she was more than rude The bar manager then shut down the bar Telling the drunk crowds of 2 wedding party’s it was my fault the bar had been shut down My mother asked the man his name and he said King Petty You can disrespect me all you want The moment the bar manager acted disgustingly towards my mother That was a wrap Never would I ever recommend this hotel I was never reimbursed for anything Nor did I ask to be We just wanted to leave as soon as possible

We stayed for 2 nights at this Marriot and were totally impressed The entire staff we encountered was absolutely fantastic The best I have ever experienced in any hotel I have gone to

The staff was friendly, went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating in all situations and they did it all with a smile each and every time It wasn’t just one specific person or shift, it was all of them during our stay It was top notch customer service from check in to check outThe hotel itself is nice and very clean! Our room was immaculate when arrived Which was wonderful The last thing you want to have to do when you arrive from a long trip is to clean/wipe down a poorly maintained room There was not one speck of dust anywhere It was great! The room is modern and updated and has a beautiful walk in shower with a sliding glass door There is different lighting options and plenty of outlets and a few USB ports to hold and charge electronics There is decent storage in the room and if you are on a upper level, the views aren’t half badDuring our stay, things were pretty quiet I have seen in other reviews that things were super noisy and I was a little worried about that This was not our personal experience at all and our room was directly next to the elevators While we were in our room, halls were quiet and there weren’t a lot of slamming doors We did occasionally hear people talk but it was usually brief as they were walking to and from their roomsWe dined at Legends pretty much the entire weekend while we were there The food is a bit pricey but there is a lot of it and it was delicious Our waitstaff was great! The burgers were cooked to order, the Boom Boom shrimp was flavorful, my daughter loved the giant pretzel Our waiter accommodated my 10 year old daughter who wanted a salad one night but with alterations to the base salad and it wasn’t even a problem There isn’t a children’s menu, which should be looked at for a future menu addition, even if it’s 2 or 3 choices There were several children in the hotel and we saw them dining in the restaurant as well so I am sure other parents were thinking the same thingWe used the pool/hot tub while we were there The pool area was clean and had fully stocked towels and several seating options I noticed there is a outdoor space (for warmer weather) to sunbathe on The hot tub was pretty much the only negative to our trip I was looking forward to sitting in a nice relaxing hot tub to sooth sore muscles but the water was not hot at all It was lukewarm at best There should be a timed heating option on the hot tub Similar to turning on the jets I was disappointed but it wasn’t a deal breaker and the positives of this Marriot definitely surpassed any minor negativesOverall our stay was enjoyable and a positive one We would stay at this Marriot again and also recommend it to friends and family who may travel to this area Kudos to the entire staff!

I stayed here this week The hallways and room had clean and recently updated carpets, paint, and furniture The digital key check in system worked perfectly when I arrived around 10pm for both the outside of the building and for the room itself

When I called the front desk to ask for a change of room, the associate on duty handled the request smoothly and even provided an updated digital key on the app within just a minute or two (the key was updated in the app by the time my phone call ended) — she was even able to find a new room on the same floor as my first room, which made the process that much easier; very considerate The water in the shower and faucet were strong pressure and excellent range of temperatures — hot was very hot and cold was very cold The top floor (5) room was very quiet A window from the room overlooks a couple of tall trees (non evergreen, beautiful leaves in the summer but will be empty in the winter), as well as a nearby retail shopping district The location just off the highway made accessing the hotel very easy All in all, a great experience!

What a mixed experience at this Hampton Inn First off, the staff was great Very friendly, and as helpful as they could be

The rooms were relatively modern and comfortable The negatives: I paid for a king bed, but they only had rooms with queens available They next day they moved me to a king, which smelled of sewage and wet dog When I brought this to their attention, they only had queen rooms to move me back to The room they moved me to had a leaking tub Overall the staff was making the best of what they had, but for $160 a night and as a Hilton Gold member, I expect better for the price

I had a great stay the other day at this location The pool isn’t too big but there was no one in it so it was very relaxing The morning hot breakfast is awesome

Made my own waffles and had turkey sausage and a western omelet There were enough stations to watch on the TV and the bed was super comfortable Took a nice hot bath and enjoyed my night and will definitely visit again I wasnt aware of the $50 hold because they don’t even mention it (which I think they absolutely should) so beware and be prepares for that However, I think it’s a great hold price compared to other hotels

Nice boutique hotel, well appointed rooms, with decent sized lobby with seating (live music!) attached to a cool restaurant and great bar Very limited dedicated parking, tough entryway to navigate if you have more than one bag, and unhelpful/inept front desk staff makes me hesitate to come back for anything more than a one night excursion with my wife

I have stayed at the Wayne Hotel many times I lived in Wayne for many years and now return several times each year on business As long as my dogs are not traveling with me, I stay here

It is walking distance to a number of shops and very good restaurants I especially like Alessandro’s and Elegance Cafe The rooms are always sparkling clean, the beds are very comfortable and one can open the windows to get fresh air Rooms on the Lancaster Ave side of the building do get traffic noise in the early morning so bring ear plugs if this bothers you Rosalie is a new restaurant on site – I have not tried it as yet

Reviewing the restaurant My friend and I chose the restaurant in the Wayne hotel to have a holiday get together luncheon My friend called to make reservations for 12 noon and was told nothing was available at that time but they could take us at 12:15 which we were ok with but thought was strange as ordinarily if a restaurant is booked they will offer you either an early time, eg, 11:30 or a late time,eg, 1:30

even more puzzled when we arrived restaurant was half full although within a half hour of our arrival it did fill up Just confirmed for us that it was completely illogical to delay our reservation but didn’t dwell on it and proceeded to try to catch up with one another Waitress immediately approached us and took our drink order Not even a minute later we were approached by another server, (a male) asking if we were being taken care of and we replied yes that our drink order had just been taken He immediately demanded we give him our food order so we complied We immediately got our drinks and then food and proceeded to try to eat and enjoy our lunch but we’re prevented from doing so due to no less than 10 interruptions by at least 4 different people presumably a collection of servers and managers The first 2 times, we thought they were being unusually attentive but by the tenth time it became more a form of harassment We did not complain but instead hurriedly left as apparently that is what they wanted It should be noted that neither of us believes in hanging out at a table and that is not what we were doing We were just attempting to finish eating our meal which it should be noted we might have been able to do without the non-stop interruptions In summation, completely unable to enjoy our expensive meal due to the egregious behavior of the staff

The cleanliness of the rooms were not up to par There were crumbs on the floor and in the drawers The side of the bed had some food stuck to it

Hair was on one of the towels And many updates and TLC needed within the suite We had to move from one suite to another because of how dirty the first one was Although the second was better, we still were not impressed given the condition The suites as a whole are set up very nice with all the amenities, however, they truly need cleaned THOROUGHLY and we shouldn’t have to see crumbs from previous guests from however long agoThe second room we stayed in was next to the boiler room Sporadically with no warning there was an extremely loud bang which would wake us up during the night and startle us out of our sleep It wasn’t a loud bang You could just ignore but it literally shook our entire room and scared us every time We alerted the front desk staff, but they just matter of factly said we were next to the boiler room and didn’t really seem concerned about us losing sleep/being startled and disrupted over the loud noise Honestly, that room shouldn’t even be available for stay Unless you’re one that has no startle reflex then the room shouldn’t even be given to guestsI had to come back a week later and was iffy on if the third room I had to stay in would be in the same condition as the other two and it was Crumby and needing some TLC Also the window was broken You may ask why did I come back to the same hotel? Well because of familiarity and I had to rush back to see a loved one in the ICU who was passing away No time to really search for a new hotel so I returned to this one, plus it’s very close to Einstein hospital I just dealt with it due to limited time to research other places to stay and other pressing matters to attend toI really wanted to like this hotel because of how the suit is set up but they should really work on making sure the simple things are taken care of like simply sweeping a floor or wiping off a counterThe staff is friendly and are sure to greet you every time you enter and leave They also changed our first room that was the dirtiest of the 3 without an issue but other than that the hotel itself could do better with the upkeep

This place is perfect for a one-night wedding stay and World of Hyatt elite members will get wonderful treatments and upgrades I am just a Explorist yet I got upgraded to a two bedroom room upon arrival People here are extremely friendly and I received warm service during my stay

Breakfast is open and has wonderful options Great stay

The Hyatt House is a mid-level hotel meant for extended stays The suites are acceptable but they are showing their age You will be able to sleep, shower, and work semi-comfortably at the hotel

The internet is fast The main drawbacks are the space is used for a lot of party type events which can lead to loud drunken chaos, but it’s not a deal breaker as you really cannot hear it in your room There is no room service or restaurant, there is however a small bar where they may serve food but I cannot speak to that at this time There is also a pool, though I have never used it There also is not any assistance in dealing with luggage or valet parking There is however a very convenient lot and the staff do try their best to go above and beyond for you as best possible They are pet friendly as well
