This is the 4th time that I have stayed at this hotel I have family in the area and at times, I need to stay in a local hotel This hotel was very clean and the rooms and bathrooms are well appointed and comfortable

The desk staff, especially Shannon was friendly and helpful! After a mix up with a reservation ( my fault ) Shannon came to the rescue This Hampton Inn is my go to when I am in Cazenovia My only complaint was that the breakfast eggs were very salty

Chelsea was so sweet at check-in and gave us a lovely room It’s a historic property and I loved that Way better than a Hampton Inn

We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant White table cloths Some details in the room deserve attention Some noise transmission room to room, not as evident in modern hotels Complimentary breakfast was a little sparse Location was town center We will stay again in the future

Came here to eat for the first time Overall the presentation, environment, and service is very nice Makes you feel like you’re eating at a really proper fancy dining spot

However, when the food comes out that all changes Whoever they have in the kitchen is severely uninspired and doesn’t care about what they put on the plate and serve customers My girlfriends popover was completely raw in the middle Like she could still see the yeast inside The mozzarella sticks were bland, and most likely not made in house The house chips weren’t fried long enough so they came out like limp scallop potatoes My steak was rare even though I wanted medium rare, and they topped it with burnt mushrooms which then made my steak taste burnt and nasty I didn’t even eat the whole steak $24 for that gone Idk how you can call yourself a cook raw bread, half fried chips, unseasoned burnt steak, burnt mushrooms, and put it on a plate and send it out to someone to eat Like would you want to eat that? They really need to take in feedback and remove whoever is in that kitchen that clearly doesn’t understand or care about the art of being a chef Go to the braeloch inn the head chef there is one of the most inspired chefs I’ve ever had the chance of eating from And I always have a great time and food that was made with love

Room was clean but smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking unless it was in the carpet Good continental breakfast, but only 4 tables Lady working there today was excellent

She kept food up and tables clean I had a good nights sleep anyway even with a noisy bed Wasn’t impressed with towels and wash clothes hanging in shower on bars and shelf

Robin Whiteley

The room was not very clean A used coffee filter was left in the coffee pot The pancake maker was broken and it was a very busy weekend

I have stayed here before and have enjoyed my stayI believe next time I am in the area I will pay a bit more but stay at a better hotel There was not enough parking for all the guest I had to park under the awning out front

Pros: Ian at the front desk was great! He answered all of our questions, & was right there to help! He has a great personality! The hotel (including our room) was immaculate! Not a speck of dust anywhere! It seems to be newly renovated which was nice; considering we booked the room online based upon photos and reviews alone The bed and pillows Both were super comfortable! Cons: There wasn’t a pool or anything to do inside of the hotel itself

There was only a shower in our bathroom (no bathtub) which was fine for us (2 adults) but for someone traveling with children may be a slight downer Also, the description states that its adjacent to turning stone And it is, HOWEVER the hotel is NOT associated with turning stone so there is no shuttle bus offered to & from the casino Big downer for anyone who intends on partying We resorted to Uber at the recommendation of Ian and the other front desk guy It turned out okay but definitely put a little rift in our night The price seemed a little high for our room but based on the location and the fact we stayed on a weekend, I get it All in all it was a good, clean place to lay our heads with some AMAZING staff

The rooms were clean and the decor was nice, but very mismatched The check in lobby was outdated My husband and I stayed in the tower while my sister-in-law booked a room the the regular hotel (both are attached to the casino) and the rooms were almost identical

On our next stay, we plan on saving the extra $50 and staying in the hotel The only difference is the view which consists of a birdseye view of the rooftop, but tons of natural light! Overall we were satisfied with our stay

First time at this hotel and the staff was so nice as soon as we came to check in We got to our room and the room kinda smelled weird but not a bad smell at all It was clean and price was very reasonable

They only thing I would change is the breakfast, my fiance went down to get breakfast and all he found was bagels, banana and that was all When they told me breakfast would be there 7am-10am I thought it was going to be like french toast or pancakes and eggs, etc And they had no toothpaste which I found weird because every hotel I go to has toothpaste But overall stay was great, bed was comfy and I would book again Thank you 😊

I have stayed at this hotel regularly for the last 2 years We save our points for free room When our kids are stressed by every day life we do mental health days at the hotel

Well we stopped staying there for a while because the pool was closed and the breakfast was granola bars in a paper bag Well we finally get told the pool of back open and breakfast is being served again The We book a stay I usually love the stay but the breakfast is a bunch of cold cereals and yogurts A bagel and pancake machine and a juice machine that was basically empty Well we hope the pool will save the trip We go in we have a great time but the pool smells really strong and we are informed it had just been closed for a yearly cleaning Then the hot tub kept over flowing across the whole pool area It was still OK but when we get home the clothes have an aaaaawful chemical smell We figure washing them will help but it just made it worse and the whole rest of the basket of clothes We can’t even wear them and we are going to have to rewash them a few times before they will be wearable if at all It made out whole living room Stink the first time we washed them I have one more visit before I get a free room and I am sad that we just may not even use it after being so faithful to this hotel Some one is welcome to reach out for more details and to find out if the smell ever comes out Shoot I would even bring the swim suits there to show the smell My daughter is upset because we bought her a new swim suit for the summer and it may have been ruined by this trip

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, I felt safe there Other than that

I was offered an “executive” room If I were an actual executive I would not have been happy But I was just a traveler exhausted from the day’s drive so did not complain b/c the thought of switching rooms was too much Carpet was snagged, desk chair was adjustable but quickly sank to the lowest level so my chin was nearly resting on the desk Heater barely put out any heat (was about 20 outside), was noisy, then finally in the middle of the night it kicked into high None of the charging docks on the lamps worked so I had to plug my phone & laptop into the wall outlets Couldn’t get back inside using my key card, even though I was told I could so had to trek to the front door (Did I mention 20 degrees?) Breakfast was uninspired but the coffee was good Not terrible for one night but pretty disappointing

The Lodge was very nice but for the price of the room I was left feeling disappointed Just to name a few small details; not enough trash receptacles throughout the facility as well as the rooms; the coffee in room is nice but a few more k cups and more sugar and creamer can make a big difference, we were left to grab some from the casino and bring to our room The updates especially in the bathroom was nice but unnecessary expensive treatments, I think a bigger shower area with better drainage, no tub and a nicer seated vanity/ desk area would have been more useful

The staff was exceptional and service was quick We were very disappointed that breakfast was not available during the week but understandable considering staffing isn’t up to par however the casino should offer vouchers for buffet service if the in-house restaurant is not operational It was a nice touch to have the smores bar option however, we did not partake

Third time at TS, courtesy of our daughters, and as previously, an exceptional meal Had incredible service and delicate and delicious filet mignons as well as loaded baked potato and maple glazed Brussels sprouts One potato is more than enough for two

Sides are ala carte Also sampled artisanal cheese board with nice variety Yes, it is pricey, but for a special occasion and great views, highly recommend

If you are in upstate New York and want to feel what “decadence” means, this is the place Wonderful staff and knowledgeable staff, great bar and wine choices, and food and view to match You can find this as one of the four elevators on the Turning Casino Tower side

You can still go up to see the view and sit at the bar when it’s open; The other three elevators are hotel tower sideTips: Would recommend reservations ahead of time, they do not “squeeze” people in and overcrowd, though you can do stand by Limited days as well, so call ahead to check for it There is a recommended dress attire of at least business casual if you were wondering the vibe There are four elevators, only one that goes to the restaurant

Dioguardi Auto Sales

This was our first time dining at the steakhouse We were very impressed from start to finish Great ambiance on the 21st floor, our reservation was ready upon arrival

Prices are a bit expensive overall, but $200 for two people didn’t seem excessive The best thing was the overall food quality was delicious Filet, cooked to perfection, and the sides are amazing Wish one was included in a $60 streak, but it is what it is We’re talking about a potato here Overall 9/10 in my book Would definitely recommend and come back

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel on March 18th for the weekend There is nothing wrong with my experience at this hotel Open entry, we were in an out of check in, in under 1 minute

The lobby was nice, clean, open and the floor shined Our room was prefect Even though we didn’t have any towels when we asked them for Saturday because they were sold out, they did what they promised and received them once they were done in their cycle in the laundry But the best and most memorable experience would be the shuttle driver Christy She verykind and generous throughout our ride to the casino Thanks Christy, we will be back again

Viddhesh Betkar

Overall the hotel is good, but have two complaints1 They need to provide water bottles in their rooms2

My check in was delayed by 25 hours cz they were short staffed Normally I would have been ok with this but their front desk who attended us had no etiquettes Talking to her was like talking to a rock and if the check in is delayed front desk should offer complimentary refreshments which they didn’t

For the price I paid, the rooms were ridiculously small and overcrowded, the big cabinet needs to be taken out or put in the corner cuz there’s no room to move The beds weren’t that comfortable and they didn’t have extra blankets available The breakfast wasn’t what I expected, there was no meat, eggs, toast, bagels or anything like that

There also was no fruit The rooms were clean, the staff was great and the shuttle service was definitely a great thing!

Wrestle Art

Very poor overall I couldn’t hold my laughter when I saw the size and style of TV Room(s) has/have an odor

Somewhere between “covering up smoke smell with an air spray” and “cheap lady of the night” Not surprised because it is a free room This is after all what you get when turning stone takes $1000 from you Boy, I hope you didn’t pay to stay there

Whilly Silly

The staff are great! Beds are tiny, small TV, literally nothing else in the room, not even a safe for your gambling money, the breakfast doesn’t have much to offer, after I got my waffle she asked if I was going to eat anything else as if it was going to be an issue I i wanted to eat It’s not the workers fault for the place being so terrible and cheap though Should’ve stayed somewhere else

Amazing food!!! The Brae loch never disappoints! I’ve been to the Brae loch inn many times & it is amazing each time I recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for high quality food The food is amazing & so are the drinks

Many people have also slept there, I haven’t personally but I hear a lot of good things about the Brae loch inn The Brae loch also has food for kids which I think is good because it opens up the menu to more people, whereas some restaurants aim their menus towards adults, & have more adult food instead of children food I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone I know!! Overall, 5 out of 5, everything tastes good & the costumer service is on point!!

Lisa Sovik

Wonderful service and restaurant! We celebrated a family birthday here last night and had a great experience Our table was large and spacious with high backed chairs near the fireplace Beautiful Scottish setting with friendly and helpful table service

Food was fabulous, as always Thank you for making our family dinner party a wonderful experience!

Aaron Schantz

Loved it We both ordered the prime rib and it was prepared well Super friendly staff

Good wine selection and reasonably priced French onion soup was excellent as well and worth noting We also stayed the night and it was very unique The room we stayed in, called Robert the Bruce, is pictured The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean I believe this establishment is family owned and they seem to take a lot of pride in what they do There are only a dozen or so rooms so plan ahead We will definitely return
