My boyfriend and I stayed here for prom for 3 days and loved it! The room was very clean, and we enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning We got the executive suite and enjoyed how big the room was There was a balcony and it was very pretty to look at the city

I wish you could turn off the light on the balcony but other than that we enjoyed sitting up there Again very clean room which was a necessity, so I highly recommend

Cons: Have stayed in larger rooms for the same price in the past, however the view of the mountains was incredibleWe saw the prices for breakfast and decided we could get more for our money driving to a restaurant near byPros:Arrived very very late

Kept the front desk posted of my late arrivalShannon was at the front desk upon my arrival Greeted me with a smile and a wonderful welcome Didn’t have a single problem checking in We stayed 4nights and enjoyed every single nightHotel and rooms were very cleanBeds very comfortableStaff very friendlyHad an issue with the beverage cooler in the room Eva immediately came to the rescue with a new fridge Would recommend to others for sureI will definitely stay here againThank you everyone for a comfortable stay

PJ

Much better than most other brands because they have fresh air in lobby instead of strong chemical fragrance and it’s beautiful atrium and public spaces Pool is one of the most peaceful spaces I’ve been Luckily the music isn’t too loud in public areas but it would be better I’d they just turned it off because it sounds like there is someone with a boom box at the pool and in the lobby which is not the best experience

Selfishly, I almost don’t want to write this review because I want to keep this beautiful gem all to myself! The property is absolutely dreamy with gorgeous plants and southwestern architecture and decor It was the perfect backdrop for the relaxing getaway that I needed Everything, from the grounds, to the pools, to my room, were all very clean

The staff were the cherry on top of the sundae–warm, welcoming, beyond helpful, and catered to burnt out people like myself Rhea, at the front desk, was so kind and friendly and helped me with almost everything I neededNow, lastly, but most importantly, I had THE BEST massage from David at The Spa I’m sure they are all wonderful, but if you need to melt away your aches and pains, he is the massage therapist to schedule with He was professional, listened to my needs, and removed a knot from my upper back that I thought would never go away, as multiple other massage therapists were unable to resolve the issue I also received a facial from Lois, which was hands down the best I have ever had My skin has not looked this refreshed in so long Thank you to everyone at this resort, from the cleaning staff to the owner, for such a beautiful and restorative experience I will definitely be returning

Benjamin Kastelic

Shelley Johnsen

This hotel is certainly top notch in customer service Ann at the front desk, the lady who services the breakfast and the female bartender in the evening were exceptional Everyone greeted us no matter who they were or what they were doing

The pool is large, the outdoor sitting area is fantastic and the view is incredible The suites are very adequate and clean They do allow pets The only bad experience we had was that a room a few doors down had 2 large dogs that howled all day while their owners were out of the room The restaurant has good food, large portions The free breakfast buffet has a huge selection We would stay again if in the area

Andra Pittman

Our stay was great! The suite was more than big enough We didn’t have too much interaction with housekeeping except for asking for towels, housekeeping is upon request but I can’t say enough about the front desk and the ppl that worked in the food area The restaurant area is great! Breakfast was as good as , if not better than most restaurants

Cooked to order eggs, pancakes, yum! It is free but I recommend tipping Everyone from the cooks, waitress and bartender share the tips and they completely earn those tips They also have a great happy hour from 5 to 7 that can be anything from bagged snacks to prepared in the kitchen small plates It was delicious and the bartender was great!

Gina Schrock

I walk with a cane, I called to see if my room had a walk in shower and if I could be close to the entrance or a elevator spoke with Allison who double checked on the shower and delivered everything was perfect had a great view of the pool and mountains, room immaculate! Breakfast was great many choices and healthy ones too! Service was great for breakfast I will definitely be back for we visit family who lives here and everything was great!

***EDITED*** The romance of the southwestern architecture, sitting room and beautiful desert landscapes brought us back for some local R&R I’ve stayed at the Arizona Inn over the last 15 years and little has changed

Maybe some modern interior design upgrades and implementation of local artist toiletries might spark the interest to return For now all I miss is the lovely dinner at the Audubon Restaurant experience we had

Erin Marie Bradley

Super disappointed with how the Arizona Inn handled their guests who had events booked that were affected by Covid I had my wedding planned for the Spring and then rescheduled for Fall and the staff failed to contact me about cancelling the event BOTH times Instead, they called my wedding guests that had reserved stays to inform them that my wedding was cancelled and asked if they wanted to cancel their reservations as well

They also requested that the guests not tell ME about their reservations getting cancelled because the Inn wanted to contact me Shouldn’t you contact the person hosting the event BEFORE you call their guests? In any case, they NEVER CALLED ME I was under the impression was wedding was still going to be held during the Fall when I rescheduled it for Weeks leading up to the date, I called to confirm I was told that they were not holding any events until further notice No apologies from the staff or manager, Patrick, that I spoke with I lost many deposits on the vendors that I had booked because of their lack of communication and it was also a struggle to get our funds back that we had paid ahead of time for the entire wedding It seems they wanted to keep our money for a wedding they had no intention of holding? And they did not consider communication being essential during a time where they let go most of their staff? Needless to say, I have never been so angry with an organization before and their administration’s lack of empathy and action is appalling

This hotel is amazing!! It was my last stop in a string of many hotel stays on a cross country road trip, and boy, did I save the best for last!!Very friendly front desk staff, very clean rooms with high quality soap/shampoo, comfortable beds, and great water pressure The hotel breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen, with lots of options and a large, tastefully decorated space to enjoy it Plus, I love the fresh lemonade & cookies offered by the front desk, a thoughtful touch

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!! Can’t wait to come back!

Lindsey Lou

We were pleasantly surprised We choose a king size bed room with a pullout couch It had a microwave, fridge, and sink

Plenty of space for a pack-n-play as well The front desk people were courteous and they had complimentary cookies, juice and coffee in the evening For breakfast, their food was better than other hotel breakfasts The egg omelet was soft and they had oatmeal, cereal, and waffles as well Highly recommend

Hayley Stansell

My ONLY con for our experience here was that our room lacked a microwave and the fridge didn’t have a freezer portion I feel like I have never encountered a hotel room without a microwave That said, clean place, well-maintained, just meets the criteria you would expect at a place like this very nicely

The breakfast has the usual items for a hotel in this price range – BUT, it is better attended to than most The items were prepared WELL, the eggs were good (also were just eggs, some places add ham which screws over vegetarians), they had lots of toppings for oatmeal, waffles, etc Overall just an example of a well-run hotel for it’s class Great experience!

El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton ResortHotelPLACE DETAILSa week agoBecause this “resort” didn’t send me a survey or request feedback about my stay like most Hilton’s do, I will post my review hereThe resort is beautiful and looks like a lovely place to relax Unfortunately for me, that wasn’t why I booked a four day stay there

Coming from Pittsburgh, PA and never being to AZ before made it difficult to decide where to stay I chose this hotel/resort becauseit was the closest place I could find to where I needed to be to tend to a family crisis I would’ve chosen elsewhere if I knew that there was no way to park closer to my room I wish this was indicated on your website or that someone in the Reservations Dpt warned me, Because I was in Tuscon to help clean out my family member’s house, I returned to the hotel each evening with several heavy bags and binsto sort through which forced me to rely on bellhops every time I was coming or going I waited up to 45 minutes for a bellhop on oneoccasion and then at least 30 minutes for all the other times I’m pretty sure there was only one bellhop available per shift and thatone bellhop always had the only cart with them so I couldn’t do it myself I must say that all my interactions with the bellhops were pleasant, and they all apologized when I told them how long I had been waiting Because the bellhops were the only highlight during my stay, I then had the unexpected task of making sure I had enough cash on hand to give them a well-deserved tip ($30 in $1 bills) I need to add that there was one front desk associate (Jolleane) who offered to walk me to my room as it was late at night, and she knew I had safety concerns This offer was greatly appreciated

Joyce Donnelly

This hotel has beautiful views but you certainly cannot credit the staff for that This is just a hotel that happens to have a nice viewThere are no microwaves, which is extremely inconvenient

If 2 star hotels have microwaves and a free breakfast, I would expect a 4 star hotel to have that as well It really deterred me from spending any money at their over priced restaurant since that is clearly the motive in having no microwaves Luckily there are nice restaurants close byThe hot tubs were not very hot Felt like bath waterRoom service was sub par, I had to ask for full sized towels because they forgot to give me some No real cleaning was done, just a quick towel and garbage grab and they were goneAlso, do not expect to do your laundry here They charge you per item, not per pound You’re better off driving 15 minutes to a laundromat and doing your own laundry for less than $3 (Opposed to $450 per shirt and over $8 per pant, etc)Overall it really seems like I should have gotten a lot more bang for my buck here

Wow I don’t even know where to start This place is adult Disneyland I just had the opportunity To visit this place for the first time for three days and two nights

Because I booked it so far in advance and it was during summer, I got a discount on the room It was unbelievable It is hard to describe in words The customer service was unbelievable Everybody has the intention of bettering themselves, connection, unplugging, and re-charging They offer a variety of courses from cocktail making, beekeeping, obstacle courses, massages, reiki, Acupuncture & more! The robes they give you to wear are unbelievably soft I was disillusioned into thinking this place would be filled with a different type of attitude because of the costs associated with it however it was nothing like I imagined This place is the most down to earth, centering, and grounding place I have ever visited It is magical The Catalina mountains are stunning I am so excited each and every day because I know I will be going back here soon

Shelly Bellavita

Discriminatory!!! My fiance planned a mother’s day spa experience and was told by the spa to bring me by after work to tour the location When we arrived, they could see us through the Camera and asked us to leave When he explained why we were there, they had us wait for 10minutes at the gate and then sent security to literally escort us off of the property

We will never give this place our business The second they see someone is of color, they deny service

UPDATE: MOTHS IN ROOM!!I stayed at Miraval Arizona for 3 nights in a Solace room with an outdoor hot tub The base rate was $1,279 before adding the resort fee and taxesThe room and patio were very spacious

Upon entering I was greeted by many flying insects including large and small moths Fortunately I had packed a fly swatter however they seemed to keep getting in throughout my stay If I grabbed a towel or moved bedding these little moths would fly outthey were everywhere Alive and dead I asked front desk for solutions but they had noneThey flew out of my luggage when I got home I opened my suitcase again a few weeks after I got home and more moths flew out I went online and identified them as possibly being clothing moths My hotel room seemed infested!! I regret staying there now Now these moths are at my home ☹️ The room was not as clean as one would expect and the plush carpet in the room was stained and flattened There was dirt on the walls and the paint was peeling and chipped The outside patio chairs were stained The hot tub was very dirty and I had to request it be cleaned Every time I used it I got hives on my legs Fortunately they went away after a few hours I wish I had brought toilet paper from home, it was thin and rough The towels were also rough, some were dingy and had a strange odorThe resort itself was very large and I enjoyed walking around it Because I was staying at the Retreat I got in a lot of walking in which I really enjoyed, I easily got over 10,000 steps a day before dinner! I would warn others that don’t enjoy long walks in 100 degrees to pick a room closer to the main buildingsThe activities were plentiful and I enjoyed most of them Most of the instructors seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing with one exception Maybe she was having a bad day My favourite was the Clairvoyant reading with Janet Rae, she really surprised me with her ability to tune into who I was and my feelings I also really enjoyed the Stress Mastery Class, the instructor was so genuine and pleasant The past lives regressions lady was hilarious and just fun to be aroundI was the only one who didn’t seem to successfully experience a past life but I still really enjoyed the experience The activity rooms were very basic, like conference rooms at a lower end hotel with old carpet and square panel ceiling and lights that flicker annoyinglyI booked a couple of spa treatments which were good but the spa was a bit underwhelming and dirty The carpet in the hall was so dirty and riddled with stains The loungers in the relaxation area were stained and I didn’t want to sit on them I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have these things cleaned It did not feel very luxurious The first time I went to the spa I was offered flavored fruit water which was delicious but the second time I was offered nothing despite arriving well in advance of my appointment timeThe food was plentiful but of average quality The menu and buffet was very repetitive and limited in variety I enjoyed the food but would have been happy to pay for more varied and high quality meals in a seperate restaurant Being an all inclusive resort I guess this means having limited options At dinner I noticed the chairs and floors had crumbs which seemed odd because the restaurant is closed for hours between lunch and dinner I guess they don’t clean in between The staff were lovely and friendly thoughWhile I really enjoyed my stay I found the resort to be a bit shabby and dirty overall It is need of some maintenance and cleaning It’s a shame because it really is a beautiful and special place The prices they charge don’t seem in line with the quality and cleanliness however maybe the value is in the many included activities and food The decor is pretty plain Most of the paths are dirt and the landscaping is very natural, not many lush green areas It used to be a rehab center so maybe that’s why it’s not very fancyOverall it was a really great experience but I would not go back to this location

We stayed here for two nights in February and wished we had booked a week! The Adobe Rose is a very beautiful, immaculate adobe styled bed and breakfast inn with gorgeous outdoor spaces including an in ground pool There was parking on and near the premises

The rooms were all well appointed, clean and very comfortable Tom and Bob were wonderful hosts Communication regarding the reservation, check in/out, breakfast menus and the like was excellent And as other guests have pointed out, the breakfasts were amazing!! It started with wonderful coffee (and juice if you wanted) Followed by a fruit platter, main course and then dessert This delicious meal lasted us all day The neighborhood was very quiet, quite charming as well as very conveniently located to the convention center, the university, the botanical gardens, zoo, etc We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Tucson I am very grateful we were able to stay at this wonderful Inn!

A lovely get-away location for visiting Tucson The central courtyard is a beautiful oasis with plants and birds to make one feel totally relaxed Lots of tables to sit at outdoors

Indoors, there is a wonderful common area with a fireplace And the breakfast is divine The proprietor Tom made accommodations to my vegan boyfriend to ensure he had a beautiful breakfast to enjoy Wonderful food and great central location to visit many sites in Tucson!

Barbara MacLeod

I LOVED my two nights at the Adobe Rose Inn I visited Tucson for a quick professional appointment and was so glad that I had done my research to find a restorative, beautiful spot in a quiet neighborhood Everything was fantastic – I reserved the king room with the deep tub and was glad I did

It reminded me of what a Tucson quaint resort would be It was a referral for us to check Lou check out and it lived up to what was described to us as a quiet get away for us as a coupleThe staff was awesome! Especially the gentleman that was running the breakfast every morning

He was very kind and Thoughtful and we saw him 4 mornings in a row The options were awesome for a free breakfast the views were one of the best parts, you do not have patio or inside were both great choices Free mimosas were awesome too!We didn’t try the regular rooms we did get a suite that was pretty cool because it had its own patio in front and patio in the back and a Mini kitchen… There was no bathtub So for warning if you want to soak, but they do have a Hot tub that was nice and a well kept pool, though it was showing its age One of the small amount of pools left that still have a deep end so it’s nice to do a little dive :)They have a good event center that I’m hoping to do a wellness event ato vent at so I encourage anybody wanting to easier access for traffic and parking place to do an event to check it outIf there was one thing that stands out that I would ask them to improve it would be the elevator😬 I know it’s older but the smell was odd and it just seemed rickety and wasn’t a good 1st impression when taking things down to the rooms It could make a world of difference to have a nice elevator to greet people for their 1st time on the property It would be a great investment for that establishment Outside of that everything else was well maintained, comfortable, quaint, totally Southwest to Tucson vibe, and nice Courtyard gardensWill be coming back again

Cherry May

Quaint, cozy, clean and affordable are the words that best describe this little hidden oasis We love that it is the most pet friendly hotel we’ve ever been to Staff were nice and accommodating

Only reason why I cannot give it 5 stars is because 1) There is no on site laundry facility and 2) The bathroom does not have a vent fan Other than that, this is the best place to take your family and your pet(s) while in Tucson

Jim Mash

This is a cozy hotel, we enjoyed our stay The staff are exceptional, they gave us great accommodations because we are with our kids, the breakfast were great, more than the standard hotel continental breakfast The hotel layout and architectures are quite unique, like in south Spain or some Caribbean town

Location is close to lots of shops and restaurants, very convenient Will definitely come back next time!

This is a 35 star review There are many good aspects and a few not so good things about Lodge on the Desert

Based on the pictures on the website and the room we were given there is likely a renovated half and a non-renovated half near the restaurant While we were on the restaurant side, our room was not as bad as what was noted in other reviews The carpet had not been vacuumed, but otherwise the room was clean enough and rather large Bathroom was fine and the large closet had the coffee service and fridge 3 stars The restaurant atmosphere was nice and they had a lot of outside seating The breakfast was free and was a set menu and not very exciting but tasty enough 4 stars The grounds have a great cactus garden and a lawn for pets and one for kids and events The pool is on the small side and there are not enough seats for everyone to enjoy 4 stars Very friendly front desk! Convenient location to everything in Tucson and local parks Will try to get a room on the renovated side next time

Next day, We received a call from the hotel staff asking if our stay was going well and if we need anything Daily complimentary breakfast was more than our expectation Everything was perfectI would recommend this hotel to my friendsMike and Nina

Family comes here every year to visit Love love this place The vibes are always the best

Great out door seating at the restaurant which serves some of the best hotel breakfast out there It’s a buffet that changes every day, so yeah it’s awesome The rooms we stay in are always great We did get a room this trip that had a broken AC and they compensated us and moved us immediately to a room that had working AC and it was peachy Keep up the great service

Comfortable bed, quality materials in the room, plenty of swimming options including a swim up bar and large water slide Golf and tennis The breakfast was great! Staff was really friendly

Great views of the Catalina mountains Beautiful resortWhy is this not a 5 star review then? I’ve actually been in a 5 star hotel and there is quite a difference in quality and luxury Here are my critiques (minor gripes):The resort is very large and you’ll need to do quite a bit of walking to get to anywhere The pool area is in the middle; however, there is no direct path from the rooms to the pool This is the same with the dinning area Go from your room, to an elevator to the lobby, down two flights of stairs Need to leave to go anywhere in your car? Again, you’ll have to hike quite a ways to the parking lot from your room There was a tub in our room, but it was a single person tub Not exactly romantic if your plan is a romantic getaway

They are in the process of updating the rooms, the bed was a little too firm, the fridge in the room is way too small I hope they upgrade them! What a beautiful location! However be prepared for lots of walking, the resort is very spaced out and you can’t park anywhere near your room! The bellhop have lots of golf carts to shuttle everyone aroundWe were able to utilize the spa and enjoyed a couples massage, it was awesome! Nice facility

The pools are awesome, even had a guy playing music! Loved the waterfall, my husband loved the slideWe ate at both restaurants, good food Contigo was awesome! Highly recommended It was a great stay!

Justin Montgomery

The rooms were nice but honestly the beds weren’t queens and they were very uncomfortable Besides that it was great Service was on point

Everyone I encountered that worked there was great It is a bit pricey We stayed on the 4th of July so I don’t honestly know if we paid more or less than normal but my girl and her daughters had a blast The pols and slide are fun I’d definitely go back

We only stayed one night but I wanted a clean room and a welcoming atmosphere after a long day of driving The resort delivered The room looked just like the picture and it was clean and relaxing

The thermostat was easy to use which made our stay comfortable The staff was so kind and welcoming They helped us figure out dinner and get settled The waitstaff was amazing and the food was delicious We spent a few hours at the grill and had a wonderful time We are planning to come back with our full family to enjoy the other accommodations Worth the price

Doug Wicks

It’s a nice resort, beautiful environs Reasonably priced, good facilities, very nice staff Like a lot of properties, I think it needs a little refresh after covid, seems like certain things have not been attended to as perhaps they would have if Wyndham was flush, and staffing was not an issue

Paths around the property need repaving Less trafficked areas of grounds had bits of litter Carpet fraying a bit at the junction w hard floor of the bathroom Mostly very nice but

We had stayed previously at the Loews Resort and had such an awful time there we decided to give this place a try, and I’m so incredibly happy we did The staff was so nice and our check in process was quick and easy, we booked through bookingcom and had no issues at all

Valet was present and able to help us to our room immeadiately and he was such a sweetheart The staff working along the property are incredibly knowledgeable about its history John Wayne and Dean Martin had stayed here before and the room they use to stay in is now the cutest gift shop The room service was amazing, everything was fresh and clean We tried all the deserts and couldn’t pick a favorite they were equally so wonderful in their own ways We walked around the gardens and the chefs garden was so amazing We saw so much wildlife including a snakes, cardinals, lizards, and lots of different species of butterflies We learned about a ghost that also roam the property and in the beginning of my stay I swear I had seen her standing in our bathroom checking on us We are huge paranormal fans so this was an out of this world stay Definitely coming back Thank you so much to everyone here!

we will definitely be doing this again We visited months ago and we still talk about it all the time Hands down the best family vacation we have ever had Every person working on that ranch is friendly and happy to help! We enjoyed making friends with the staff and our stay in general We loved it and recommend it to everyone

The ranch was exactly what our family had hoped for during our spring break The rides were great especially the fast rides We participated in all the horse activities, archery,

22 shooting, entertainment, and e-biking, which was actually very fun Makayla did a great job My older son enjoyed the basketball court , my in-laws enjoyed the hot tub, and my younger son and I enjoyed feeding and petting the horses during any down time We enjoyed every minute here! Customer service is excellent Special thanks to Kristy for picking us up at the airport after many delays and going out of her way to stop by the store for us and having the items waiting in the hacienda! We highly recommend this place!!! We will very much miss the horses especially the ones right out by our house! We stayed in the hacienda It was a lovely home with beautiful scenery from the front looking at the horses to the back by our own fire pit with the mountains in the background

Tanya Wallace

We took a group of 11 people to the ranch for a work trip All of the staff were very accommodating Carol and Stefanie were awesome at arranging our group activities

Everyone had a blast We had a lot of beginner riders Some had never been on a horse before The wranglers were very patient and encouraging with us all The shooting range was well organized We Definitely recommend the White Stallion Ranch and hoping to bring our kids back for a vacation soon

I really liked this hotel!! The staff were all very nice, the property was beautiful and in a great location The decor in the lobby as well as the rooms was really cool We enjoyed drinks at Noble Hops as well as the lobby bar

The breakfast buffet was very good The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 was because our bed felt a bit old and uncomfortable/hard, and then also there was no fan in the bathroom for showering and ventilation

Joseph Fimbres

Hello everyone, i only put 3 ⭐ due to that fact that i did not interact with there staff Nor did I personally receive any services for them I will say that that room my wife got was clean & neat

Really enjoyed this place from the moment we arrived The property is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly, especially enjoyed chatting with Cliff(?) Clean rooms as well as the entire property

Really enjoyed the oversized tubs Truly felt like a resort compared to other resorts i have visitedRoom service was great, but the quality of the steak was less than desirable Only other complaint was that you can hear every sound made in the hallways from your roomBesides that it was very quiet

Charles Isaac

Absolutely wonderful staff! Welcoming, efficient and friendly Rooms were large and comfortable We had a great view to the south over the valley and Tuscon

Hiking trails right from the property Dining was a bit limited due to covid but what was offered was delicious; meaty pizza!Absolutely coming back!

Danielle Sydnor

Great location and spacious resort The bars are outstanding The rooms were very nice

I enjoyed the robes provided There is an extra $15 per night for the microwave Excellent customer service My only concern was the pool I did not like that there were a lot of bugs in the pool We asked if they could clean it, but they mention when it wasn’t busy in the pool It would help if they had the skimmer on to get rid of the bugs Other guests did not get in the pool as well because there were a lot of bugs in the pool Other than that it is a beautiful resort Awesome gym Take a short walk to the waterfall, it was beautiful and a great place for photos

Coming from the hospitality industry myself, I think my standards are high and I’m a bit picky I have never been more impressed with a hotel I was allowed an early check-in (due to unforseen events) and a late check out

The front desk staff is exemplary The attitude and professionalism of every single employee I encounteredsuch a friendly, “all is good”, relaxed attitudethe maid staff whistling tunes and singing while they clean It really has been a pleasure staying here and seeing genuinely kind people enjoying their jobsThis has been a difficult phase of my life, relocating and not feeling on solid ground and this hotel and this wonderfully kind staff made all the difference THANKS SO MUCH, I APPRECIATE EACH OF YOU!Also, the rooms are very comfortable and very clean and all the breakfast options are delicioustoo many options, I’m pretty sure I gained a few pounds

Andrea Maria

We have stayed here once before but never again after this stay There were small bugs in the bathroom that kept on coming that we eventually found on the bed We asked Linda in front what she could do about it and was told that it was common for the area

We have stayed in dove mountain and other Marriott hotels before where the wildlife is a feature, but we’ve never had these problems Housekeeping is doing their best to take care of them but there’s only so much they can do Kudos to the housekeeping staff for being friendly and helpful but Linda not so much We asked her twice to move us to another room, and no resolution was offered other than a reluctant move to another room We will be contacting general management on Monday

Halsey Hall Lindquist

Very impressed with the service Very nice breakfast I’m not that impressed with the rooms

Parts of the bathroom floor were constantly wet because the shower curtain didn’t seem to work the way it should and the showers faucet was so confusing One knob to turn on and one knob to change temperature We also had a broken window screen and a cricket in the window clearly due to the broken screen Would definitely stay here again But would try and be aware of some of those issues before hand

JW Marriott was gorgeous The property was expansive and there were lots of focal points that caught our eyes The warm climate kept us outdoors almost the entire 3-day weekend and our balcony overlook a beautiful golf course which none of us ladies golf but we enjoyed our wine on the balcony saying hello to the golfers

We had an amazing time The staff were attentive and informative Guests were eager to chat and find out where we were eating and our ladies group grew to a nice round 12 I think! I can’t wait to go back and explore more Oh, we ran at 6 am though because weather was dry and hot very early Have fun!

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a place This site will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area

I have been coming here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you definitely won’t be let downWe loved our 3-night stay at JW Beautiful resort We were initially placed in building 6 but we requested a transfer as it was too long of a walk and we wanted to watch kids doing lazy river from the balcony Kids really enjoyed the slide and the lazy river plus ping pong tables Signature Grill had nice breakfast and we really enjoyed cocktails near fire at night Do go visit Saguaro NP and see all the beautiful cacti Check out Valley View short trail Some nice cacti there and a good view

Priscilla Alvarez

The location and grounds are beautiful Service impeccable, my only complaint is the walk from underground parking to check in, my God😱 As others have said the property is expansive

They do offer Valet right in front, but if your self parking be prepared for a walk The rooms are nice, overpriced in my opinion Your paying for the location, so keep that in mind Lovely pools, beautiful golf⛳course, and a few dining 🍛 options Definitely worth a visit if you desire some peace and pampering🏜️

We (my wife, two kids, and me) just wrapped up a two day/two night staycation at Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain This was a great experience from top to bottom Customer service was top notch from every department and employee we encountered

The rooms were comfortable and decent sized, not to mention great views There are plenty of dining options to chose from and they are all great We didn’t have a bad piece of food at any restaurant There are two main pools in the resort One is clearly geared to be a kids pool, with a splash pad and water slide, and the other is geared to be an adult pool (although it isn’t an adults only pool) Both pools, while different vibes, are great Food and drink service around the pools is also top notch and if you’re hungry or thirsty, you won’t wait long before being able to get an order inWe’ve stayed at a few high-end resorts since the pandemic and it seems like most of them have taken a step back in terms of the quality of customer service Not at Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain I can’t recommend this resort enough! We will be back

Cindy Wulbert

I loved the Ritz-Carlton at Dove Mountain The rooms are great and the staff was excellent Everyone was professional and interested in making our stay enjoyable

I would love for them to offer additional items such as a shrimp cocktail by the pool but the food was great at the pool The staff is well developed to offer the type of service you expect to get at a 5 star hotel I also liked the adult atmosphere at the upper pool while the kids were mainly at the pool with the water slide It was very peaceful and relaxing

Carmella Weatherill

What a hidden gem! So quite and serene – the grounds are beautiful and the property is tucked away off the main roads for a peaceful experience – decor has a very rustic feeling The indoor lounging areas are very inviting if you just want to hang out and have a drink by the fire or at the wine bar Highly recommend if you want to get away and chill

Great hiking, golf and spa! Staff was very friendly and available
