We were traveling back to New England at the end of a long road trip and were looking for somewhere to spend the night before our final stop in New York City We thought that Easton seemed to be a comfortable distance from the city We didn’t do a much advance checking as we usually do, but we found a gem! The innkeeper/owner couldn’t have been more welcoming, attentive, andaccommodating

The inn was lovely,, our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed The food was great including freshly baked cookies in the evening and a delicious breakfast with many choices served in a bright and sunny dining room that was a wonderful start to our day We highly recommend the Lafayette Inn

Ashley

The most amazing complimentary breakfast each morning! The waffles were the best I’ve ever had and delicious quiche too We added on the date package that came with a $100 gift card to a nearby restaurant, a bottle of wine, and a bouquet of flowers! Our stay was quiet and lovely, the owner did an amazing job catering to everyone and I highly recommend staying here!

Tyler Brodniak

Staying there is great: rooms, breakfast, etc but looking to book next year, and now there’s a 3 night minimum for Thanksgiving Eve Absolutely ridiculous, not going to work well for the new owners

The only reason people want to stay here that night is for the Easton-P’burg game, requiring a 3 night stay is absurd A 2 night stay would be more reasonable Missing the old owners already

Great rooms you can actually live in – sleeping section is separate from the living area without losing any floor space Super helpful staff, and a good breakfast setup in the morning suited to both sitting down and relaxing or grabbing something on the way out the door Very convenient business area which I found myself using when I wanted the speed of a keyboard rather than thumbing into my phone

And located close enough to a number of places if I want to grab a drink or a bite to eat Hyatt is the only place I stay when I’m in the ABE area

Ken Yeh

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a hotel This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area

I have been staying here for a long time If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t regret itStaffing is short, especially at night Similar experiences in other hotels I’m sure The rooms were clean and spacious The pool is quite subpar, both extremely small, cold, and without a hot tub to supplement that frigid water The breakfast was well stocked and the staff was very accommodating to folks requesting alternative foods

Corey Gilbert

This was a great hotel The room was really spacious and updated We arrived late after a long and draining trip

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and professional The staff in the morning was friendly as well The only complaints I have, and I’m being picky, is the shower wasn’t as hot as I like, the breakfast could have been better but it was free, and the pool was small and cold But the room itself made up for all of that I’d definitely recommend this hotel

The Classic Victorian is a best kept secret for those who are traveling and in need of a peaceful, luxurious stay From the fine china, linen table cloths and crystal chandeliers to the exquisite bed linens and towels, the Classic Victorian will check all of your luxury boxes The attention to detail is evident inside with the tastefully decorated rooms and outside with the beautifully maintained gardens and the wrap around porch

The gourmet breakfasts are another example of attention to detail and include an assortment of fruits, teas and coffees and often individualized soufflé’s or other choices made available to you and served hot and with a smileDan and Irene, the host and hostess are hospitable and if you need something, they will find it for you My stays at the Classic Victorian have all been positive and memorable and I recommend that you book a stay and enjoy the luxury, the service and the fine food

Cindy Adams

The whole house was just amazing! I was in the area to visit family at the holidays and there was the largest, most breathtaking Victorian Christmas tree right in the foyer! My room was cozy and very comfortable, but the best part was Irene’s breakfasts! She made the most amazing souffles with fresh fruit salads She even served tea to my friend and I with homemade cookies I highly recommend this place right in the heart of one of the the oldest parts of Nazareth

Sherrie Peters

Irene and Dan are amazing hosts This is our second time staying at the Classic Victorian Estate Inn and we were still blown away Irene is such a wonderful person and her breakfast is to die for

The rooms are so beautiful and comfortable I can not express enough how wonderful this place and the hosts are!!! We can’t wait to return

The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and professional during my stay My room was clean, room service was prompt and the beds were comfortable The suites are more spacious than standard hotel rooms and we needed the extra space

The continental breakfast was decent but no attendant was present to ensure everyone was following sanitary guidelines I would have given the hotel a 5 star rating except for some sanitary issues I noticed during my stay The breakfast area attendant put old scones back into a bag filled with scones from another day These were unwrapped in a glass case The outdoor patio was not sanitary during my stay and the pool looked unclean We didn’t eat outside or use the pool

Jenn Tagle

I found all of the staff friendly and the rooms were very clean and fresh The bed was firm and the pillows felt like I was on a cloud Probably one of the best sleeps I’ve had! I liked the fact it was just off the main road so I didn’t hear traffic

There was also a nice area to sit outside I would definitely recommend and stay again! 👌 There was also a small pool and workout room but I didn’t get a chance to utilize these

Chris

We stayed in this hotel for four nights I was glad I chose this hotel I got two rooms because my family and my sisters’ family were all staying here

The breakfast was free, but we never tried it The rooms were great It actually looked more modern than I expected The two rooms were exactly the same They came with a coffee machine which was a great addition to the room It came with a mini fridge, microwave, desk, and Tv The desk was super useful Some complaints are that the AC in the room is very loud The AC seemed to only turn on during the night when it was cold so that was annoying We did change the temperature, but it barely helped So, we usually had to sleep with the loud whirring noises The walls and floors were also paper thin You can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms, but I guess that’s more of the guests and not the hotel

**EXCEPTIONAL** I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This stay from the time of check into the time of check out was exquisite, the front desk staff is warm and inviting just like the lobby itself, you walk into a fireplace well lit but comfortable lighting, full bar and restaurant! The pool is perfect and they even have a hot tub, fitness center is extremely clean Have fun enjoying the rooms I found them to be immaculate, beds are super comfortable, I was able to get myself a nice little bite to eat and then I lounge by the fireplace for part of the evening, morning time offers a simple complimentary breakfast Continental style or you can purchase a breakfast, the food all around was believe it or not five stars today, I know this may be a smaller hotel but it feels like I was at a resort, I’m not overly expressing this I really was impressed and the price was absolutely affordable! I recommend staying! And I’ll be using this location from now on in my travels

Jennell Arthur

My son and I stayed just for a night to do some swimming since the pool hours are great, open until 11pm! Only complaint is being an indoor pool it was absolutely freezing, but for a child he didn’t care 😅 Room was clean and comfortable Signs were posted that renovation was going on and could possibly hear noise but we heard nothing and was still quiet

Good overall!

Jonathan Schumacher

The food was very good, they were very hospitable in accommodating us because our air conditioner was malfunctioning and they brought us a brand new one We were only sad about the tissues and toilet paper in the bathroom being either empty or almost empty with 3 people in 1 room And we had technical issues with our in room phone from one room to another

Wish we had more time so we could’ve checked out the pool and hot tub Lovely place, great people

CONVENIENT LOCATION TO GO SKIING!This hotel is in close proximity to Blue Mountain Ski Resort, about 20-minute drive, which is great if you’re planning to go skiing with your family For the most part everything at this hotel is standard, small but adequate breakfast, tiny pool to relax with your kids, no hot tub (what a bummer!) and easy parkingThere are plenty of restaurants nearby, just a few minutes away, in fact there is a decent dinner just across the road, just be careful if you decide to walk, this road has high traffic and drivers don’t check for pedestrians

The only reason this location is not getting five stars is because the bed Oh my God! it was extremely uncomfortable, for a moment it felt like I was sleeping on a hammock! Not recommended is you have back issuesAs usual, living in a Covid world, housekeeping is done by request, all you need to do is call the front desk and they will make the arrangement to clean your room and replace those precious towelsDespite the bed issues, I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are on a budget

Gary Jester

Immediate attention to our needs once room ready – had an important family function and Sabrina handled our needs incredibly well Her tone and ability to navigate our needs was above and beyond our expectations Additionally, we heard her deescalating a caller on the phone demanding an exception to policy

Her grace under fire was recognized and we will definitely be back The room was exceptional, and everyone so kind and approachable to solve any issues We were incredibly surprised! Thank you Sabrina and all!

Tina King

There was bugs all around the pool Not to mention clumps of hair In the pool as well! Our shower had black hairs all over

The coffee area was a mess and trash pouring out all overWe have 4 little kids A large group took over the common area till 10 pm Very loudWe stayed at a Hampton 3 weeks ago and Tru last year Great experiences at both of them Poorly run here

I have been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I’m sure! The location was great; walkable to restaurants and shopsThe room was nice, small bathroom but clean, neat and provided all the amenities we needed The guest robes were a nice touch It’s a very nice hotel with interesting history The people we came in contact with were friendly and provided suggestions for places to see Will definitely return

Within a minute with the sun shining brightly through the room window it was easy to see that the room was horribly cleaned and never sanitized There were several screws laying on the floor with some wood debris scattered about The bed headboard was covered in dust that had to be there for a while

There were used coffee pods mixed in with the new ones at the coffee maker and just the room in general had dusty floors under all the baseboards The manager took a look and with no explanation offered us a room on the floor above that we could move into in 10/15 minutes Maybe it had to be recleaned also? Upon entering that room it was clean but had the fresh annoying smell of the spray that is used in some resorts to give the clean appearances Our dinner there was nothing above average There are many restaurants within walking distance with much more appealing menus We live here in Bethlehem and had to stay 2 nights as some work was done on our home I am glad we did but disappointed as I always had such a high regard for this establishment but felt that we were just brushed over Certainly not the standard for a number 1 ranked USA Today historic hotel

Patricia Daniel

We spent one night at this historical hotel It is lovely If anything could be better it would be housekeeping

We stayed in room 416, a superior, corner room The door handle into the bathroom was really dirty as was the cleanliness of the stool, which gave the impression no attention to detail Sheets on bed are par, rough, and pillows are not quality Over all, disappointed Staff is amazing Doug the parking attendant and front desk staff! Real gems

I stayed here about two months ago for a few nights while I was making arrangements for a more permanent place to stay while having renovations done to my house, and overall it was a decent experienceThe associate at check-in was very friendly and helpful, and she and I had a few great conversations over the days I was there I was placed in a high floor room facing away from the highway so it was very quiet (which I appreciated), and the room was very clean

I did a small amount of cooking in the room and the kitchenette was sufficient I also made use of the pool, which was cold but refreshing, and the hot tub, which was more relaxing Breakfast wasn’t awesome but it was pretty good by the current Marriott (lack of) standards that mandate free breakfasts be worseRight now the hotel is still in good enough shape, but it’s going to need some repair work beyond basic maintenance in the next year or so The outside of the building needs attention like a deep cleaning and new lights, and the pool area needs to be revamped and rusted items replaced But for right now it’s still okay and I was satisfied given the hotel categoryLocation is great as it’s very close to many restaurants and stores, including a supermarket If it were in a walking-friendly area, you could walk to pretty much everything, but it’s a bit too inconvenient and dangerous with all the highways Still by car everything is 2 or 3 minutes awayI’d definitely recommend this property for either short or long stays It’s a bit outside of the cities in the Lehigh Valley, but it’s close enough to not be a problem

Samantha Pettis

Very thankful for our stay at this hotel We broke down on our way west traveling with our fur baby, had our vehicle towed to Firestone next door The staff here are phenomenal and so friendly, helpful and answer any questions or concerns

They have a great breakfast, fresh coffee, pool, laundry, fitness equipment, and convenient location The rooms are comfortable and quiet Pet friendly!

Chris Rowe

This hotel has been one of the most amazing stays I can remember in recent memory My girl and I (both from MD 4 hours away) got stuck in the Easton/Nazareth area with car troubles and this Townplace Suites by Marriott was right next to the shop Once we walked in, the staff at the check in desk were ANGELS

They told us about 24- hour laundry services, free breakfast, a pool and gym and we were blown away by everything Google put this as a 25 star hotel, but honestly the room was better than the last four star we had stayed in Amazing Kitchenette, a sparkling clean bathroom, the comfiest bed on earth (we passed out almost immediately) and we had access to tons of utensils, appliances, and all the comforts of home, things we NEVER expected out of a hotel stay The front desk told us about all sorts of places we can get to from where we are and were super sympathetic about our situation being stuck there Even after a shift change and seeing other staff members through the night, each and every one of them was nicer than the last Absolutely blown away by the care given by the staff and the overall experience here I’d recommend this hotel to literally anyone!

I was traveling alone to TN from MA I got two flat tires and needed a hotel I found this hotel and I’m so happy I did! I felt so safe being alone! They have so much to offer

I went downstairs to get snack and the woman at the desk was super friendly and told me about the pool they had there The rooms were clean and spacious I would definitely recommend!!

Leigh Klein

Would not stay here againTLDR:Couldn’t adjust AC in room (a panel is bolted to the wall and fan settings couldn’t be adjusted) fridge was not cold enough to keep food at proper cold temperature (no temperature settings were visible), shower hot water would stop working every few minutes and would turn ice cold, went to talk to front desk and someone was complaining of black mold in their room Not nearly enough outlets, needed to unplug bedside lamp for outlet nearby

Couple, looking for a nice hotel during travels Booked online Arrived after hours, around 9pm Got buzzed into hotel, for safety The front desk was on the phone with a customer needing to cancel a room, so I stood waiting to be helped She didn’t even look at me to greet me or acknowledge I was there After she started helping me, she was yelling past me to another customer sitting at a table Was strange Online request for a quiet room, she politely switched my room, which she initially put me on a floor with dogs While waiting to get my room key, a guest came down to complain about dogs on her floorWe got to the room, tried to adjust the AC as it was not cool enough for our liking Called front desk for help, maintenance came up to evaluate, but didn’t understand we wanted it colder Kept telling us he could bring a heater Front desk eventually brought up a fan Ordered food, went to put leftovers in fridge, which was barely cold No controls to adjust it Tried to shower, small wait time for hot water to warm up Started shower, twice the hot water completely stopped and water turned ice cold Husband had the same issue, freezing water in the middle of shower But the tub hot water was fine and hot immediatelyComplimentary Continental breakfast: coffee, teas, hot chocolate Egg patties, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, breads, granola bars, packaged mini muffins, milk, juice, yogurtComfortable bed Blackout curtains Updated decor

The only downside to our stay was it rained all weekend This historic property in downtown Easton was treat! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the city! I have to say stay at this hotel was lovely 😍, Quiet 🤫 and cleanThe staff was very friendly from the front desk all the way to house cleaning people I remember there was house cleaning lady (Denise) training a young lady name Amanda and it was her very last day but the joy Denise had i could see 👀 that she was a very friendly person ❤

I was talking to both of them Ladies 🚺 and just Joking around usually house cleaning won’t care much for fun or jokes but Denise knew how to be funny and made my experience at this hotel very enjoyable It feel like I was home 🏡 and never left new yorkThe room I was staying in was the king room on 2th floor (201) I have to say the room was very big, they had a kitchen toward the side and coach/Murphy bed 🛌 in itI was there for a funeral (03-09 to 10- 22) for the church revival fire 🔥 but like I said it didn’t feel like I left home and I make this review because I love how everything was at this hotelThe Hotel food which is breakfast was good 👍 as well The gym was small but worth using and the pool was big 👌My stay here was a 10/10 stars 🌟 you guys did amazing job so thank you

Daniel Deyette

Friendly, professional service and a clean, spacious room with many amenities even on the basic level Yes, it costs more than bare bones motels, but this isn’t a bare bones motel Good value for what you get

There is a free hot breakfast for guests But beware the snack bar at the front desk They wanted $4 for a snack sized bag of Cheetos

Lisa Carrodus

I wish I could say we loved our stay, but this simply was not the case Check in was great, the front desk clert was kind, efficient, and attentive Once in the room, my daughter immediately went to the restroom to find very old strong scented urine in the toilet

One could deduce that the toilet was not cleaned from the previous guest, otherwise this would have been flushed The smell was out of this world I cleaned myself and moved foward knowing that staffing is difficult, and often these housekeepers are overworked Still, it stuck with me that cleanliness is important and that was bothersome The day of ckeckout I was stripping the beds for housekeeping prior to leaving and found a large ball of red hair tucked under the sheets of our bed Now I question if our sheets from the previous guest were even changed! The friendliness continued consistently throughout our stay and we had lovely interactions with the staff up until checkout this morning I spent my morning trying to locate the front desk clerk, and once I did I recieved no hello, or acknowledgement in anyway The same at checkout She allowed me to lay my key down and refused to make eye contact We are long time holiday inn stayers and love the brand This location definitely has a lot of employees who care, and are wonderful, but there are definitely a few that may need some additional training

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and extraordinarily accommodating I added breakfast to the room charge when I made the reservation The front desk lady apologetically told me that it wouldn’t be as nice as usual

It was convenient, but not worth the cost Especially since the room had a microwave and fridge There is a Panera nearby, alsoOne interesting featurethe bathroom fan is a silent exhaust fan so if you want to obscure your bathroom soundsyou’ll have figure something outOverall, highly recommend

42 minutes ago on GoogleThe housekeeping was literally none existent We were there for 3 nights & had to demand that our linens be changed & our room be cleaned Management was a joke! Unprofessional & UNreliable

Save your $— go to another, better hotel On a positive note… the young man (KeShawn) I hope I spelled it correctly was the one sent in @ 3 am to fix the housekeeping issue—he did an awesome job & he was very polite, professional, & he deserves a raise

Our experience at the Marriott Courtyard in Bethlehem, PA was awesome The staff was so accommodating assisting my husband and I with an early arrival, treating us like royalty providing us with tea, bagel, muffin at our early arrival So unexpected

The room was clean and accessible for me and my husband We felt so comfortable staying there and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great to stay

Booked this hotel for a long term stay due to a fire in my homeFirst room

a mess Mattress cover on one of the beds had horrible stains and what I truly pray was ketchup We called the front desk and there was no one to come up and change the sheets so we had to do it While moving the mattress to change the sheets, there was a bunch of trash at the head of the bedThe next morning we see food in the garbage disposal and when we turned it on to clear it, the smell nearly made me vomit Called the front desk, they offer another room on the 3rd floor we were about to take the room and they call and say they have a better room on the 1st floorOn the 1st floor the room smelled HORRIBLE and the cushions were stained (see picture) We told them we’d take the 3rd floor room (not even 5 minutes later) and the manager (Derek) says we can’t have that room He tells me they promised the room to someone else while the assistant manager tells me it was an occupied room that I walked into and fully inspectedWe leave the 1st floor room with all our stuff to sit in the lobby and wait for the manager, because there was no way I was staying in that room He comes (no apologies) and offered to change the cushions I declined because the room smelled terrible He then said he’d look for another room and never returnsFed up I go to the front desk to check out because enough is enough at this point the manager comes to the counter and still never says a wordThis place is such a bad representation of Hilton I can honestly say I’d NEVER stay at another Hilton

I’m a long time Hilton member and have stayed at many different Hilton brand It’s been my first choice when traveling for business or pleasure When traveling with family the Homewood Suites are usually great because of the suite arrangement

This hotel was just ok The room was good except attention to detail; there were only 2 towels and 2 washcloths and no bedding for the pullout bed They did provide more when requested but they should have been there already I understand the pandemic limited some items, but the breakfast was probably the worst I have every seen at a Hilton Almost nothing there and nobody attend to attend to it But the worst thing was that the pool door lock was not working and anyone could open the door I was concerned that kids could get in unsupervised and told the front desk The next day it still wasn’t fixed

I was there on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend Ebony at check-in was friendly and accommodated my request for an early check in, and I appreciated that very much I liked all the nice features in the room

Nice pictures of Bethlehem and the Lehigh Valley My room was clean and had a comfortable bed I was there just one night to visit family and I wish I could have stayed in the room longer I enjoyed breakfast the next morning The hotel is in a great location in Bethlehem, my hometown It is not on the busy main Airport Rd and in a quiet location I look forward to my next visit and I want to stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Bethlehem again and would ask for the same room

Thanks so much Widow McCrea for quickly helping us with our wedding arrangements on a pinch We really needed a place to give the bride a private space to prepare for her Frenchtown fall wedding This situation really worked out well

The grooms men were staying at the National Hotel Since you are a few blocks to walk downtown, yet that far away from the hotel, it was just the amount of privacy that our bride needed The bridal party, bridesmaids, flower girls, etc, met at your “private suite” for their hair and make-up session the morning of and it was the perfect location The room also worked out as a “honeymoon suite” the night of the wedding The decor was very romantic for the couple to spent your their first night together as a married couple Thanks again!

My wife and I decided to get away for our anniversary weekend We were delighted to stay on the Widow McCrea House The grounds around the house are beautifully kept and the outside lights accent the exterior nicely

There was a feeling of warmth as you walk into the house and see the beautifully vintage decorated dining room and continues with the very cozy living room with a fireplace Our room was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable As if all of this wasn’t splendid already, the warm welcome and hospitality of the owner, Lynn, definitely put it over the top She interacted with us in every opportunity she had and made us 2 delicious breakfasts Her honey baked grapefruit and french toast are a must! The laid-back pace of the area, the coziness of the Widow McCrea House and the warmth of Lynn were just the experiences we were seeking and thankfully received We would definitely recommend the Widow McCrea House for a nice getaway
