This trip was an emergency so no time for planning After 14 hours of straight driving, we were exhausted All the other hotels were full, this was our only choice; unless we slept in our vehicle

The lady at the front desk was polite and courteous, this is the only reason it receives a starOur room was 144 to begin with however we had to change immediately due to the behaviors of the room next door Motel 6 was not the only one financially making a profit We were moved to room 135 The TV had to be fixed, the heat kept stopping throughout the night & the neighbors above sounded like they were in the board game Jumanji We thought a Rhino was coming through the ceiling The interior and exterior walls need insulation for privacy and warmth The winds were howling so strong it sounded like the window was going to burst open There were not enough towels or washcloths As a woman it requires at least 1 towel for hair and 1 for body The front desk would not respond to my call, why? There was no employee available!! Seriously!? A number was provided to call, however no answer or option to leave voice-mail There was no hairdryer available or any way to get extra towels This hotel needs shutdown until it is running smoothly and properly prepared for guest I would never stay here again This place is not even fit for a fur baby to stay Keep on driving!!

The manager is very Rude Did Not care to hear any of my concerns very racist Never experienced anything like this in my Life She told me my Rooms towels were dirty to keep them clean and a very insulated tone

The back lobby door stayed constantly open Did Not feel safe or welcome You talk to the other staff no one knows anything they always say ask the manager when she comes but never know when she comes Very terrible management at this Location

We stay here so we don’t have to drive home when visiting friends We booked a room online and when we checked in we thought all was good Got the keys to a room that wasn’t clean

The door was open, bed unmade and clearly dirty So we went back and requested a clean room She said there were none left We asked to then cancel the room we would go somewhere else She then makes a call and she clearly was getting yelled at by her supervisor She ended up giving us a “complimentary” upgrade to a king One of the keys didn’t work, the TV didn’t work and it was just grimey We will never stay here again It seems like a very trashy druggy type vibe Very disappointing I do NOT recommend I felt like I needed a shower after sleeping there

Breakfast is always amazing, the wine & cheese hour was up & running again which was a pleasant surprise! I’m pregnant & appreciated they had non-alcoholic options The room was so clean & super spacious (218) with 2 fireplaces and a massive whirlpool tub with skylights I loved it! Loved the housekeeping option for just having towels/toiletries dropped outside room

There are so many cute shops & restaurants in walking distance We always love our stay here and can’t wait to come again

We had a wonderful time at that Washington Inn If you are looking for a quiet getaway with a comfortable, clean room then consider this inn We were in 305 and as another reviewer noted it was really quiet

We hardly knew anyone was staying there besides us until breakfast The room has a very nice double shower The breakfast was delicious Baked good made on-site were amazing! We brought our bikes and rode to Port Washington and back on the Interurban Trail It is a really scenic ride, not difficult and it ends up on Lake Michigan (or you continue on) We enjoyed the shopping and walking around the downtown Great vacation!

My husband and I stay here yearly for our wedding anniversary and are always in awe of the service and rooms The staff is all so incredibly helpful, kind, and absolutely go out of their way to ensure visitors have the best experience Our room is always very clean, breakfast is incredible (definitely get the cookbook- totally worth it!), and it’s quiet

We stayed an entire week this last time and we had the best time relaxing, rejuvenating, and simply existing Already looking forward to our next stay 🙂

I am not a big fan of hotels, but if every hotel was like The Harborview, I would be! We arrived early, but our room was ready and we were able to check in Everything was as it should be The room was clean, the views were good, everything was as advertised, no complaints

I kept finding little things that made me appreciate this hotel more The alarm clock can also charge my phone! The blackout blinds actually fit the window so well that it was actually dark! The lemon sage body wash in the shower smelled amazing! We had a “deluxe” room, for whatever difference that might make

I could see some mold in cracks in the shower and they have only one towel hook by the shower We had 4 people in our room and one hook isn’t enough We also ran out of toilet paper and the toilet clogged and we didn’t have a plunger to fix it

The block out curtains were great and the view out the window of the harbor was beautiful There’s no breakfast and few options within walking distance We went during the week (Tuesday through Thursday) and a lot of the shops and restaurants were closed There was a deli nearby that closed at 3 that we ate lunch at Then we ate dinner at the Steerage which was also walking distance from the hotel We also walked to an ice cream store that had cow benches outside That was fun The walk to the opening of the bay was worth it It was fun to be able to walk to wherever we needed to go

We had a nice relaxing stay here while we were in town for a wedding The rooms were clean and modern and parking was easily accessible What really stands out about this location was the staff

Sherita at the front desk was very welcoming and fun and gave great local recommendations for food Really the staff and their hospitality stood out the most on our trip and we would be happy to stay here again should we have the opportunity Highly recommend to anyone traveling

This is a very clean and thoughtfully designed hotel Lots of amenities in the room, nice kitchenette, and comfortable bed Downsides are: mediocre breakfast, receptionist not there for any questions during check out, highway noise, and rather sterile cold environment

Not particularly cozy ambience, and hotel parking light is unnecessarily bright like crazy enough to light up next town over Doesn’t hotel know light is not good for sleep? Overall, decent stay for the price

Deborah C

Room was nice, bed comfortable and staff was decent The bathroom door didn’t close, not too big of a deal as I was alone But the bad part was that the entire floor reaked of pot

Not just a little, and not just occasionally It was so strong it actually set off my allergies I have to come back in two weeks, I will stay somwhere else

I should have read the reviews before booking This place is very outdated Hallways and rooms were musty smelling

The shower curtain had mold on it Our stay required multiple rooms on separate floors Both rooms we had trouble just getting the doors open with the key card No coffee in the room and the machine in the breakfast area was not working Speaking of which, breakfast was merely a few pieces of fruit or a bagel Pillows were half the size of a normal pillow Air conditioning is very loud and it seems there is no setting between ineffective and arctic blast The fact that Baymont attaches their name to this place Is kind of surprising considering they’re a fairly reputable brand I will not be returning

Mark V.

Do not book at this hotel States it has a hot tub, but does not work Piece of plywood and a small amount of caution tape over it

Looks as if it is not maintenanced at all “Non-smoking” room smells like stale cigarettes Mini fridge in the room doesn’t work When using the microwave, it smells like it’s going to catch on fire ANYTHING ELSE IS BETTER BOOK A SUPER 8 INSTEAD, PROBABLY BETTER

I was looking for a place to go relax and get away This wasn’t it The hot tub was out of order and there was a state tournament going on in town so the place was packed with kids

The hotel was ok but just not what I had in mind They were very understanding though and let me cancel my second night I had booked so I only stayed one night

Justin Stripe

PROS Great staff and service Great beds, good nights sleep

Best breakfast for a gluten-free individual like me at a self serve breakfast ever seen Good coffee CON: Ceapest plastic utensils and paper everything, paper coffee and drinking cup in the rooms and at breakfast,( plates, cups) paper coffee cups ruined the taste of what might have been good coffee
