The nicest hotel we’ve stayed at yet! Honestly, I was expecting mediocre at best So long as our room was clean & no bugs

I would have been happy NO!! THIS PLACE WAS GORGEOUS! COMFY! CLEAN!! And had great customer service!! The bed were so comfy that we didn’t want to wake up We checked in around midnight so we came in & hit the sack But everything was clean to the point you smelled the clean That made it even more comfy The room we stayed was huge! It had a lot of home comforts we didn’t need but was nice to have The small things some hotels over look, they didn’t here! The shower head was clean & clear of build up, the corners & crevasses in the entire room was clean with no dust bunnies, bugs, or cob webs The hotel gives the vibes of a fancy expensive hotel, customer service & all, with the pricing of a budget hotelThis place is marked as a favorite & we will stay again if we are in this area!!!

Charlie

Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful The room had a large jacuzzi tub and was beyond expectations, the breakfast was varied and of quality and the pool was open and had a very large jacuzzi as well Overall one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time

Total worth the price We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

I reserved this hotel for my family for a short, overnight stay so that we could go do a fun activity in the Dallas/Fort Worth area We arrived around 7 PM and were welcomed nicely The hotel was clean and well cared for

We had a 2 bed and pull out sofa room, which was great for my family of 6 and our little dog The room was a plain old Best Western room, nothing fancyI did have to go ask for more toilet paper because house keeping didn’t leave any extra and the roll that was out was basically goneThe breakfast was very disappointing We were to breakfast by about 7:45 and there was a single banana, 4 small oranges, buiscits, sausage, eggs, bagels, cereal etc While I was eating, the biscuits and sausage were restocked to HEAPING, but never any new fruit My wife ended up not eating because she couldn’t find anything she wantedBreakfast at the hotel is a big deal for me and my family

Very clean, easy to get to, there are a ton of restaurants within a 2 mile radius I have stayed here about 4 different times on business Every time the rooms have always been clean and never smelt of smoke

Also the value is great You can find rooms on a continuous basis at or below $100/ night Well worth what you get Have a nice free breakfast with a bunch of options

Julissa De La Torre

The best part of my 2-week stay was the BREAKFAST!!!When I travel for work, I typically do not like to eat the hotel food, nor coffee I’ve had bad experiences in the past But this was very different at this location 🙂 The food was good, and never boring

Their selection changed everyday, and very clean! It felt home-made <3I really wanted to take the green-salsa home ;-)The room cleaning was also exceptional Sheets were so soft and towels were changed every day,As a road-warrior--I highly recommend this Hotel :)

Great room, great service, but don’t expect your car to be there in the morningWe stayed one night at this hotel and had our truck stolen from the hotel parking lot It was caught on the hotel footage and everything

There was nothing we could have done to prevent this, but we now no longer have a vehicle and had to fly out of Dallas in order to return home The hotel manager mentioned that this has happened before but yet there is still no warning or prevention methods We will never stay here again

Vicky Dupree

We rented 2 cabins One homestead and 1 Premium king cabin Our cabin floors and sheets were dirty, we brought extra sheets thank goodness but the cabin needs a good wipe down

Our homestead was very small, smaller then the pictures eluded My husband is 6 ft tall and didn’t clear under the doorways When we first got there the initial cabin they had us in was around a construction zone and had do not enter tape around it, but the staff was so crazy nice and helpful too and changed our location The place is old and overpriced though It’s like a summer camp place and the apps are nice for all the fun things they have, but all the attractions they have are very old and dirty The golf carts were nice to have The petting zoo was nice Some of the things in the cabins didn’t worklike light switches, the back burner on stove, locks on the door, screen doors have holes or were missing Don’t go with grand expectations, it’s camping, but our family had fun It’s good for an overnight but we wouldn’t pay money to do that again

Travis Reid

Overall it was pretty good Only issues were zero music playing at Pirates cove water park and the water park being closed early one day for weather The weather was 10 miles out and actually cleared up nice and sunny within minutes but the life guards were celebrating when it started sprinkling

I overheard then say things like “yes! It’s only 2 hours until close so we should just keep it closed”, “finally, I hope we are shutting down” I mean, I get the safety factor for sure and I also get the young teens being excited to not workMaybe suggest to the staff that it’s not very professional nor considerate to the guests to do that Also, they have a nice DJ booth in Pirates Cove I’d suggest paying something, even a playlist, anythingOther than those, the park was huge compared to some others Pretty maintained and pretty clean (other than the several long term guest’s sites, those were a little clustered) Everyone was nice when talking with them Lots and lots of new additions coming (being built) now which will make this park pretty dang awesome Paintball and the other games were fun!

Brianna Glasenapp

Our family of 5 stayed for a week and had an absolutely wonderful time The staff was super friendly and helpful The cabin was beautiful and spacious

The water park was awesome and there was something for all my kids (ages 3-14) to do The camp grounds were clean and well maintained Staff engaged with the kids during the activities which is a plus All the crafts and extra activities are either included or only cost a small fee which was well worth it The family dance party was so much fun and the dj was fantastic with keeping the crowd pumped up We had so much fun during our stay and will definitely be back!!!!

The staff was outstanding! My room was clean, as well the beds were so comfortableI have stayed in several hotels while travelingVery few hotels had comfortable beds, to where your body was so damn relaxed, you just did not want to move

My girls’ loved swimming in the heated pool, while meeting new friendsOut on one of the patios, you can sit around a fire pit and just shoot the breeze all night long, if you wanted too There was no time limits of when the patio closedThe breakfast was good and the coffee was too This was our second time within the past two months staying at this hotel

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay This web site will compare thousands of booking web sites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in the area

I have been staying here for years If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t be disappointedI called ahead to ask that we have a room by the elevators and was assured we did At time of check in we were 1 room from the end of the hall way opposite of elevator I informed the gentleman of what I was promised and he stated there was nothing he could do about it We were four and there were only towels for 3 I was also told that breakfast was included with our stay as it has been with all our stays at different Hilton properties BUT was told as we approached breakfast area that free breakfast was not included

Irene W

Overall, I enjoyed my stayPros:- Beautiful hotel in a great location Easy access to highways and close to shopping, food and entertainment

– Room was comfortable and clean Equipped with microwave, fridge and Keurig Good water pressure in the shower- Breakfast attendant was very helpfulCons:- I didn’t like $895 for cereal, toast and some fruit- 50% of the time I stopped by the front desk, it was empty Once I did see a sign that they had stepped away but every other time, I had to look around to find the staff member When I did hunt down the one guy, he wasn’t exactly friendly when I mentioned that I had been looking around for him But everyone is entitled to a bad day, I suppose- On the day I was checking out, housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30 am and then again an hour later They were polite each time but if check out is 11 am, I didn’t really appreciate the constant checking on my room before that time

Terrible pillows We had an issue with the toilet, let the desk know but it didn’t get fixed in the 3 days we were there The pool area is beautiful (but seasonal the kids from Kansas hoped it would be open and heated)

The gym is a decent size if a little small for the size of the hotel it was completely full when I used it The bottle filler was wonderful The lack of cleaning supplies disappointing The 2 double beds are fully so these rooms will be snug for a family or 4 people, they’re fine for an individual (except the terrible flat feather pillows) the concierge suite is nice the hosts wonderful (wine and beer are charged to the room)

Michael Rodriguez

This is an excellent place to stay Everything was very clean The rooms were nice with comfortable beds, great pillows and a very large tv

The lobby is beautiful, very spacious with plenty of seats The workout room is better than what you get at most hotels with a free weight rack in addition to the usual treadmills and stationary bikes

Myra Ald

The hotel was decent The staff was very nice and helpful The bar was convenient

We checked in early and they had a room available so that was great! The room was hot all night The bed or the sheets smelled like urine The room had a smell to it as well The bed isn’t the most comfortable but it wasn’t bad Over all it was an ok stay

What a great experience at The Sanford House Inn! The hosts were kind, welcoming, and accommodating during our stay in the Bristol Cottage The cottage was decorated very nicely, clean, and had all the amenities we needed It was nice to walk around in the courtyard and secret garden while sipping on some wine

The courtyard also looked like a very nice location to hold an event Breakfast was a great way to start the day with ample seating, a rotating menu, and friendly service Also, we enjoyed the location as it was only a few blocks from a brewery, coffee shops, restaurants, and other businesses Our schedule was a bit packed so we did not get a chance to try the services at the Spa

Rhonda Hughes

The overall experience could have been so much better if not for the individual quality of the services My husband bought me a full day package which was $400 + with gratuity and only two services were top notch and they were both provided by Margo She did an excellent job with massage and body scrub

I was happy with the chef’s preparation of a vegan lunch but I was not offered dessert and watched the neighboring couple have sorbet, chocolate cake and strawberries for dessert so I assumed I would be offered fruit or at least strawberries but I was not offered anythingThe pedicure room was not large enough for both technicians, so every time the other tech needed to get by , my service had to stop so the tech could get up and allow the other one to pass , including to go ” tinkle” which she announced loudly to her last clientThe other nail tech also audibly dominated the room , which was not conducive to relaxation and adjusted the room temperature to suit her because she was hot I mentioned twice afterwards that my legs were cold because of it, but was never acknowledgedMy husband had paid extra for ” hot rocks” that were actually only warm Serena did a nice manicure though and is super sweetThe facial was the biggest disappointment I’ve never had a tech put a mask on and tell me to find my happy place while they leave the room For half the price, I’ve either had them massage my neck, arms and or hands during masking and for $80 , very little was actually done No extractions although I asked about it and no massage other than cleansing My face isn’t exfoliated or hydrated Normally my face is glowing and super hydrated after a facial, so total waste of time and money on that !The environment was super nice if only the services were as good as they claim to be My husband is so upset

Beautiful Villa and feel at home stay Comfortable bed, great jacuzzi and the lay out was perfect Not too small not too big, you’ll want to stay another night

We had reservations for the restaurant but they let us have dinner to go in the villa which was great as they worked with us to make it happen The dinner was great as well as the cheese cake We really enjoyed our quiet and private stay Will definitely be back and highly recommend for a wknd get away from kids or a nice romantic evening to yourselves

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay They compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area

I have been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you will love it I’m sure! The deluxe suite with jacuzzi was spacious and very nice Very clean Front desk ladies were very nice I will definitely be back Hopefully next time I will try and go to the restarting and club Heard it was nice

Catherine R.

FYI – There is no spa I really liked my jacuzzi suite The jacuzzi tub was huge! The only issue was the water kept draining and I kept having to refill the tub (waste of water)

The tub kept draining even though I had the stopper in it Because of that the jacuzzi jets would spray into my face essentially making me feel like I was drowning So, I had to soak in the tub without them on Still a great room though

Santino

Absolute the worst hotel experience ever! How does this have 4 star overall review here is mind blowingI was charged twice at the bar in which they refused to give refund stating it was a hold and would go away (it didn’t, had to dispute through bank)Restaurant and bar employees lacked menu knowledge and experience

I back to my hotel 2am with AC not working properly, the person working front desk was incompetent and could not get the keys to work to move me to another room Absolutely crazy! Ended up having to go to another hotel at 3 am Of course they didn’t give refund and had to dispute that aswellThis hotel is nice, just lacks qualified owner, manger and employees to run the place Do NOT stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel All of the staff gave us excellent care and service but I want to specifically mention the entire valet service – these young men were professional, courteous, and consistent with excellent service; and the staff member who greeted us each morning as we entered breakfast in the ballroom was a delight Her genuine smile and gracious greetings were a beautiful way to start the morning

As was the delicious breakfast and delicious coffee served in the ballroom It is a beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable accommodations Highly recommend!

Brett Harmeling

Cool ambiance in the heart of Dallas sports Location was epic! Clean and friendly staff but also very strict about bringing alcohol in My roommate tried to bring in a six pack to enjoy and they made him put it back in his car

Restaurants were classy and came with a cost Bourbon selection was good Pool area was 10/10 except service was lacking Overall I definitely recommend this place

Diane Reynolds

If you are looking for a bargain, this isn’t the place for youWe stayed on a Tuesday and Wednesday when there weren’t any sporting or entertainment events going on The hotel is very clean, the staff pleasant, our room faced the entertainment area (which I liked) and our floor had a baseball theme which was appropriate

It’s an easy walk to AT&T and Globe life stadiums It would be a blast to stay on game day when all the restaurants and bars are open but just know that it will be crowded and loud and you may not be able to sleep if you are facing the restaurant side or are on one of the lower floorsOn non-game days not all the restaurants in Texas Live! are open Overall, it’s just bar food, the service wasn’t the best and the food was meh The next day we ate at the hotel bar; the bartender was efficient and friendly, the food came out exactly right and the atmosphere and view was pleasantThey have a coffee shop in the lobby which serves breakfast, lunch and beautiful desserts; we did not partake either morning as the line to order was short but the person behind the counter had to take the order, ring you up & then prepare the beverage and food, one order at a timeThe property, landscaping and patio areas are well kept and provide a perfect setting for an evening stroll There were couples, singles and families walking around and it felt very safeThey have hook ups for electric cars in the parking garage across the street We parked our own car and walked across the street to the hotel, it was easy but we pack light

I lived here in 1990 before the hotel was restored The Grahams have transformed it into the best version of itself The place is full of history from as far back as 1894

Great value! Very home-like atmosphere, yet maintains professionalism as well The innkeepers are sweet couple who live in another building on property Upon check-in, you get physical keys (one to a shared back door and one to your room) and access to mini fridges filled with soda, water, beer, and wine

In the upstairs common area is a Keurig station with coffee, tea, and cocoa The rooms are upscale (lots of hardwood), fully updated, and clean There were robes in the closet and full-sized toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face wash in the bathroom The bed was super comfortableHaving plenty of off-street parking was a great amenity in such a busy part of town Easy walking distance to the University of Texas at Arlington, and a short drive to the stadiumsBreakfast is included and was delicious Coffee, juice, fresh fruit, bacon, and homemade breakfast casserole was served family style at a table set for six They will cater to any special dietary needs as requested!10% discount for active duty or retired military (with military ID) if you purchase on their website! Best Hilton Garden Inn stay ever Everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers were pleasant, professional and attentive The lobby is impressive, nice workout room, convenient to a lot of places

The breakfast was prepared to my liking and everything was delicious! The view wasn’t too shabby either, and when I came in from a long, tiring day, I felt like I was on a cruise The housekeeper had made a bunny for my toothbrush When I come to work in Fort Worth again, this is definitely where I will stay Thanks Hilton!

I only stayed one night & left early to work & happened to forget my purse in the room & money was taken from it & also a credit card!! The fact someone went threw my personal belongings makes me u comfortable! I’m hoping whom ever it was is held accountable!

The lobby area for the south tower elevator is not very inviting The rooms feel like they were partially remodeled about 4+ years ago but everything is super dark and heavy feeling My A/c filters were completely caked with dust I had to wash them to get the room to cool down and to get the “closed up” room smell out of the air

the overall overhead lighting in the rooms entry area needs to be updated and actually usable

We stayed in this hotel for almost a week It is nice, clean, modern look, rooms were good, bathroom was nice, great breakfast options and staff was very polite Pool was good and overall amenities were great

The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is the fact that in the lobby/dining area they had Newsmax channel on all day, every day It is a notorious, very biased network, with questionable sources and conspiracy theories on air I don’t know who thought that was a good idea to have, was it the management, a guest that complained and demanded it being on, I don’t know I was shocked to see that on at all times at a reputable hotel chain I get switching what is playing on tv day to day to please every flavor, but on at all times was odd I would think something more neutral would be on, generic local Channel 1, 2, 3, whatever it is, some light entertainment, comedy etc But this was definitely a turn off Other than that good hotel

I was in town for a business trip and chose this hotel as it was close to the location I would be working atThe hotel hasn’t been open very long so the rooms are clean Not signs or wear and tear

The desk area in room was great for getting work done and the couch gives a great option for relaxing without having to be in bedThe staff are friendly and helpfulThe pool appeared clean, although it was too cold to use And there is a nice fire pit and sitting area for enjoying time outdoorsThe location is convenient to highways, restaurants and shoppingI will absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others

Beautiful hotel right across from the Conference Center The beds are incredibly comfortable and the robes are so soft! Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping our room tidy while also being respectful with all of mine and my roommates belongings We had a lot of makeup, hair products, shoes, and clothes everywhere from changing multiple times a day for events… Truly felt like we had maid service

They deserve extra praise! 10/10 would recommend

I mean

the room was nice and the view was okay, but it’s a bit dated for the price Our room was pretty clean and very comfortable The floors were really dirty and I had to clean the hair and trash off the floor I noticed the dirty floors in the hallway also There was something that I hope was just chocolate on the light switch that I used a sanitized wipe to clean off I do like that they use large bottles in the shower that they refill rather than individual bottles which tend to just get tossed out The room was nice and cool, well appointed I forgot my macaroons in the fridge, so, hopefully they found them 😅 the lobby is beautiful and the front desk staff was amazing and answered all my tedious questions Room service was excellent 👌 👏 great food! This was our second visit and I’m thinking there’s no need to upgrade to a corner room for the view next time Valet service was also nice

I did not stay in a room, my family went for Mother’s Day brunch and it was fabulous The flowers and ice sculptures were beautiful! The food was fantastic, so many options to choose from, and there was even a section of items for children My children enjoyed decorating their own cookie! The service was great, everyone was very nice and polite

This is our second year in a row for brunch on Mother’s Day and can’t wait for next year!

It was a decently clean hotel It was just really old Very Dated

It just needs some updates The floor we were on received new mattresses during the stay There aren’t any microwaves in the room The staff was friendly, welcoming, professional and helpful It’s located near different spots to eat and the mall isn’t too far from the hotel Until they did some updates to the hotel, I wouldn’t probably recommend I would only recommend because the staff members were great The hotel itself is a 2 and a half star hotel

I had a king bed suite at $185 a night before taxes (Room 209) The bed was very comfortable, and there was very good selection on the TV Room was also clean

Now I must advise that the bed was soft, which I like But I understand that isn’t for everyone, so do keep this in mind if you decide to stay at this location Also, as nice as the room is, the furniture is worn in a few places, one of the outlets where I plugged in my phone was loose and moved, and the desk lamp flickered Breakfast was very good, with plenty of selection My only annoyance was they had churros this morning instead of the pancakes and waffles yesterday I love Latin food, but I don’t care for churros Pancakes and waffles should be offered everyday, especially the waffles, which have cinnamon Overall, a nice hotel that needs a refresh

My family came down for the weekend for a family members wedding and at first there were a couple of oopsies but the staff was amazing and compensated us for the mix up! Also shout out to the amazing staff members we worked with, in particular Kimberlee (I low key would not have made it through the weekend without this incredible woman!), Paige (such a kind soul and was such a fantastic person), and Cameron (I’m sorry if I spelled his name wrong but he’s doing the Lord’s work at God knows what time in the morning 🤣) Also cleanest hotel I’ve been through in YEARS! Thank you guys so much!!

Hands down one of the best B&B we have been smim all of our trips Located in a quiet and green neighborhood 10 minutes away from the Stockyard and 5 minutes walk from Magnolia Ave (plenty of restaurants, bars and shops) This beautiful Villa from the beginning of 1900 offers a few rooms, a beautiful garden and a communal area for breakfast (which was very delicious)

The room was spotless, full of vintage charm but with all modern life’s commodities As said breakfast was out favorite time of the day: yummy homemade and abundant The staff is caring, polite and welcoming As a plus Rufus (the house dog) is the sweetest 4 legged companion We would definitely come back to the Rosen House Inn Highly recommended!
