Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a hotel This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area

I have been coming here for years If you stay for a few days you won’t be let downReally enjoyed my stay here You can tell that the rooms are older The view of the lake was just what i needed daily I started here for bushes and it was perfect for my needs They do have a bar and food selections are limited They also serve free breakfast in the mornings

Rachel Phương Lê

Very comfortable bed, spacious They have a walkway with a little bridge that you can walk across to restaurants and shopping, great for jogging as well They are also pet friendly, great area to stay!Downside is they don’t clean the place very well so our room smelled like dog pee

Their selection for breakfast is extremely limited There were instant eggs and sausage patties, instant oatmeal and cereal Ask for drinks milk and Orange juice, extremely limited The pool is very small, and there are no microwaves in your room, you must walk down to the lobby to heat up everything

Steve Flaherty

Customer service is severely lacking I don’t blame the staff, as I question the management The keys are always having to be reconfigured

They might have Diet Coke or Coke, but rarely both Nice rooms and location But in all my travels, this place does not meet expectations! I don’t look forward to coming back every week only to be confronted by a hotel that doesn’t appreciate the ‘customer experience’ They have good people but their hands are tied Not a typical Hyatt, from my experience Wish I had something better to say I’m disappointed with this place

I came to Houston for vacation and stayed at this hotel for an entire week I was placed in a hearing impaired suite, which was very clean and well maintainedPros for this Hotel are location, cleanliness, excellent staff and free breakfast

Cons were that the water pressure was low, with the hot water not working very well in both the kitchen and bathroom sinks My keycard also never seemed to work on the first few attemptsThe excellent location and friendly staff was what made my visit very enjoyable I would not hesitate to book this hotel in the future

Elvis Ruiz

Stayed here for a competition with my family The hotel looks like it was designed by Ikea, so yay! The room was clean and efficiently laid out The staff was friendly and professional

The breakfast was on par with most free hotel breakfasts I ask the hotel and Hilton in general, to pay more attention to sustainability Using styrofoam plates and single use plastic utensils and cups is no bueno

Justin Ofor

I wish i saw a 0, I would have scored you a 0, my experience was horrible, after booking through a third party for 6days, on my final day i missed my flight and requested for an extension which was done for me, went out came back to see the room cleaned all my stuffs were taken off including my anointing oili spoke to a front desk staff who put me through to the manager and we ended the call on a cordial note, but was rudely called by the same front desk officer and she started telling stuffs that i couldn’t understand, i told her to calm down that there was no need for her giving me attitude, next thing she said i going to check you out and i should leave the property, i said no and demanded to speak to her manager, next thing she did was to called the police on me, that was very scary and traumatic, i was eventually asked to leave by the policeit was really a sad day for me!!!I will never come to any home2 or Hilton subsidiary hotel again

I stayed here this past weekend and I have to say everything was just lovely I was staying with my daughter, her husband and baby so we reserved a 2 room suite, the hotel offered to let us use a pack and play free of charge while there so that my grandson could sleep The pack and play was new, like it had never been used which was wonderful

The staff was so welcoming and nice, the breakfast was delicious! I really enjoyed the quiches for breakfast! First time staying at a Residence Inn but it will not be my last! Thank you for a pleasurable stay!

Michelle Solomon

Residence Inn have not changed one bit from the early 2000’s when I was traveling for work It’s 2022 a lot needs to changeHere is my list of concerns

1 The first room couch bed was broken and the room smelled like mildew, we requested a different room2 The second room smelled the same as the first one, so that tells me they don’t service each ac unit regularly and with covid still prevalent, it needs maintenanced at least every other week3 The rooms are outdated even though they added stainless steel appliances to have it appear updated4 The Marriott name when it comes to Residence Inn is being tarnished all because it appears that upper management doesn’t care about making sure the customers keep coming back to The Residence Inn5 The only reason I even stayed here is due to someone else paying for it The last time I stayed, my team had to be moved to another hotel6 I have a proposal for Marriott/Residence Innif you need assistance with rebranding I am more than willing to assistfor a fee7 Today, you need to be brought up to standards so you can stay in competition with the likes of Hilton and their brand

Matha Goram

The small team of dedicated and hardworking staff can only do so much when their hands are tiedThe age of the place can be deduced by the soiled carpets, chipped furniture and non-existent pest control servicesThe breakfast was a joke compounded by the failure to label the ingredients of the prepared food to assist those with allergy or dietary concerns

Wins the race for the worst Residence Inn experience in 35 years!

First time staying at a Hampton Inn and Suites and my experience was a very pleasant one The hotel itself is nice I reserved two suites with king beds and both were nice

My only complaint is that the shower water pressure was extremely low I think the shower head probably needs to be replaced My suite came with a microwave, a good size fridge, and a little bar area with a faucet Also had a couch and a table so I could spread out and do some work The bed was pretty comfortable but will probably need to be upgraded soonMy main reason for this review though is for the staff The staff here are very friendly, very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to help everyone After I checked out (late checkout is 1 pm), I had to wait around for about six hours for a friend to arrive and thankfully, they let me sit in their lobby area which had plenty of tables and chairs I think the area is also used for breakfast which they offer every morning The staff checked on me to see if I needed anything and made waiting pleasant In particular, Brandy, was probably the nicest person that I have ever came into contact with at a hotel She was very friendly, very accommodating and always had a smileAlso, the pool is great! Always has sun on it and crystal clean water The chairs were comfortable too Also, right outside the hotel to the side is a large soccer field area with a track and tons of grass Great for jogging and for dogs, if you have them Enjoyed my time by the pool as well as my stay here Overall, great hotel!

Patia LaCour

Our stay was nearly perfect The hotel is older, but it was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating Our rooms were comfortable when we arrived

The check in and check out for easy The breakfast was sustainable The location was safe and near some shopping We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice We had some noise issues of kids running up and down the hall, but management handled the situation when we called

rogueacosta

Stayed here last weekend and it was not the best of experiences Had to call for the elevator on the third floor due to the button not functioning Staff was less than pleased to get the calls about this despite having heavy items that I needed to take down two days in a row

Not my first stay here, but this was quite the inconvenience made worse by the discontent at providing service Breakfast was generally poorer than normal as well Long time Hilton traveler but this was below expecation

Though the hotel was adequate, the catalytic converter was stolen from my vehicle overnight while parked in the hotel parking lot, completely rearranging my plans for the next day The security camera pointed directly at my car turned out to not be working when the police were checking the security footage The parking lot lighting shines just as much on upper floor windows as illuminating the parking lot

I am a frequent guest at Choice Hotels on travels, but this one is now off my list

Lei Ana Chavana

TV sound was distortedTV was sitting directly on dresser Manager was notified and said tv speakers were under tv, that’s why it sounded distorted

She said she would bring tv stand and never did We lifted the tv up on rolled up towels ( ghetto ) When we first notified her of tv she offered another room but we had already unpacked everything The room smelled musty, sofa and carpet were stained She gave us a can of Febreeze for the smell Really! We put a sheet over the sofa to sit on it When we woke up there was a huge dead roach next to desk The Manager was rude and unfriendly! We will never stay at this location again!!! The Manager said she spoke to Owner and he offered nothing!

Very friendly staff at the front desk and clean lobbyHowever, our room was very humid, enough to make me feel stuck to the bed Sliding door to the toilet kept getting stuck, and the toilet had refilling issues in the tank that I fixed myself

Lighting in the bathroom / over the bed was a little spottyLastly, there was a powerful smell the entire time, either some strong cleaning chemical or worseOverall, the price at the time ($90) is ok for a single night stay, but I will look at other Marriott properties in the area in the future

Marissa Rodriguez

Room smelled like urine! Bed, couch and floor felt humid, then some kids were swimming til 2 am and were being so loud Which we didnt make a complain because THEY WERE KIDS!! BUT the next day we tried swimming at 10 they kicked us out, because apparently we were being loud

I’ve never had a bad experience at hotels but this one has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER it was HORRIBLE We stayed for 2 days and didn’t get any clean towels or room service I’ve worked at hotels before and they could at least give us clean towels Hopefully they make some changes soon but we won’t be staying here again

Unfortunately I must give a bad review Hate to do that We stay at Marriott a lot

There were several problems: 1 The water pressure was low We checked out several rooms and they all had the problem 2 The chair for the desk was really bad We had to find two chairs from the hallway and from another room 3 It was difficult to read the labels on the microwave 4 The in-room telephone did not work at all 5 The breakfast was really bad If you are looking for hot food, good luck Only the bacon was OK, but even it was overcooked Good things: 1 sleeping was good 2 A/C was good 3 Room and hotel was clean 4 Parking was great 5 The carts for moving luggage was good 6 The hotel was cool 7 Access from highways was good

Jacqueline Strickland

Staying here now my 1st day out of a 4 day reservation has not been a good experience I walk out of my room this morning and in the hallway you see trash, foods of containers in the hallway How did the general manager solve the problem

Trash in the hallway isn’t unusual Housekeeping doesn’t come in until 9am Then refrigerator leaks and ruin my MOD pizza I ask if I can change room where the refrigerator is not leaking, since the receptionist said that a room is available on the fourth floor Manager said no we have no rooms available for you, we can only have maintenance fix your refrigerator

Milano Don

Guy my advise to you is this is the hotel to book for your stays for real Majority of the hotels I have been in during my travel exploration has always had something wrong with their gym or something There’s free coffee, gym, where you can actually workout and stuff

I enjoyed my stay here for real Lol they also had a machine for free juices What I didn’t ask was if they had an outside pool I guess that will be for next time

I enjoyed my stay The room was comfortable enough and the bed was really nice The staff was incredible

The area was very user friendly and I loved that I never had to get in my car for anything except work My only complaint is the elevator situation There was only one working elevator and I got stuck inside for a short time The staff responded promptly but I think the elevator acted up several times while I was there Otherwise, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful I will stay here again on a lower floor

Elizabeth Wise

This hotel is nice, newer, and clean That is the best I can say about this hotel We stayed here several nights on a couple of occasions

They have a shuttle sitting outside, but it has not run once since we have been here We asked about the ability to get a ride and each time we were told it is not running today, so if that is a selling point I would recommend staying somewhere elseThe staff is nearly nonexistent most of the time when I go down to the lobby Normally the front desk staff is in the back or somewhere elseIf you have status with Marriott do not expect them to offer you any benefits or upgrades They would not Honor the guaranteed late checkout for Tutanium members, and we did not receive our breakfast vouchers this time and had someone argue with me last time I asked I did not bother with breakfast this morning It was not worth itOverall would not recommend this hotel It is nice and quiet with comfortable rooms as well as a workout room and indoor pool If that is all you are looking for this place may not be too bad for you

Lisa Hetrick

The people, the location, the food, all wonderful This hotel was recommended, I’m doing the same! So many delicious restaurants within walking distance; shopping tooBut what will bring me back to this place is the customer service

From the first chat online to the final wave goodbye, my family and I felt truly welcomed here Thank you for a lovely stay, hope to be back again soon!

To start with the good

the room was clean The breakfast was ok, meaning it was ok, not great but could at least eat I paid for a premium room which should have given me faster internet and complimentary snacks daily This did not happen I had to request daily snack refill which did not happen until I complained then only happened after I complained agian which was still during my 6 day stay, yes 6 days So beware, if you book premium you will only get substandard room service

Sofia Flores

If you will be staying in the room next to the laundry beware every time someone is doing laundry the room will shake I literally freaked out since I was in the room alone with my 2 children had to called the front desk to ask if an earthquake was reported or what was going on It would have been nice to be warned about it or even better asked if we didn’t mind If I could add a video to this review I would

Basic, but barelyThe good:- rooms clean- front desk polite and professional- high capacity rooms, for families- indoor pool- parking free and seems plentifulThe bad:BREAKFAST – The absolute worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel, let alone a Marriott- no eggs- no sausages- no bread (except for bagels)- no coffee cups- no forks (which aren’t needed without the food)- HORRIBLE attitude when approaching the single person kitchen staff, and asking her to refill anything

She was obviously overwhelmed and stressed, but was unable to remain professional Slammed serving dishes, while making several comments that people eat too damn much and that’s why she can’t keep up Regardless, I sat for 45+ minutes in the area watching family after family standing around waiting on food, and ending up leaving with their children disappointed and hungry All while 3+ staff members at the desk stood back doing nothing but watching Guess it’s not their job?- rooms look recently updated, but left unfinished (light fixtures missing covers, wood trim over restroom access hanging dangerously (ready to fall)- pool extremely small and room enclosed in was about 100 degrees- no towels in pool area (not restocked)- hallways not air conditioned and air stale and pungent- snack/necessity area very under stocked and expensiveSummary – If you need a fairly inexpensive place to sleep with a family, this place may fit that need If you’re counting on a great Marriott experience, breakfast or anything above average amenities, I would not recommend this placeI suggest any member of Marriott management come and sit in the dining areas during breakfast time on the weekend Just observe

Due to a miscommunication, a hearing accessible room was booked instead of an ADA room which was needed Reeta was kind and understanding as she worked to find us an appropriate room She managed to fix everything so our room and stay was perfect

The ADA room we got was very large and very comfortable The roll in shower was wonderful Hotel is very clean and whenever we asked for anything, we got it right away The location is great as it is very near to the relatives we were visiting Staff was friendly and courteous Definitely would stay here again

Our stays at this hotel have been great and very accommodating! Rooms always clean to our expectations and the housekeeping staff has always been kind and very accommodating to every single request! Rohit ( the hotel clerk at the front desk) is wonderful! He was accommodating to every single need my family and I had and his customer service skills are beyond exceptional! He remembers my family by name whenever we see him, his conversations and suggestions have been so helpful and sincere, and he always has a welcoming and compassionate personality that lights up a room! It’s the staff that makes a hotel good and he does an absolutely great job!

Roach in our room Bathroom door latch was broken & wouldn’t stay closed Requested new room but was told none were available and maybe maintenance could come in the morning

Great Hotel! The staff (Eugenia especially) is AWESOME!! My husband and I came in from out of town on April 29, 22 for our niece wedding We called the hotel and asked for early check in, they were short on housekeepers, but was able to grant our request Eugenia at the front desk is Amazing! She is professional, caring, understanding, patient, kind, and she remembers your name

She make the guess feels at home We enjoyed our stay and yes, we will be back!

We stayed here for 2 nights this month for my bday getaway and had no complaints The front desk staff was very helpful and sweet Breakfast was provided and was good for a more simple menu

Our room had a king bed and was clean when we arrived I just wish I knew where they purchase the pillows from because they are so comfy 2nd time we stayed at a Drury Hotel and would recommend to anyone

This hotel was amazing The breakfast was good every morning, the lunch/dinner was always on point, and they gave you free drinks to go along with it The manager was super friendly, all the employees that we ran into during our stay where also very friendly, the facilities were in great shape, really no negatives to review about on our trip

They are also super close to a gas station and pappasito’s restaurant if you need to get out and get something you can walk to them

Room was visually nice, but improvements needed on housekeeping Clothing from previous occupant left in the closet Side table was dusty

Maintenance was needed in the bathroom in room 517 Door to bathroom did not latch Shower door appeared to either move a little during a shower or was not sealed well This resulted in a lot of water on the floorWalls were thin We could hear someone talking or yelling They were like 3 rooms down with their door closed

The building has a gas smell The smell is very strong when entering the building When I entered the room it smells like urine

The smell is coming from air conditioner There is no hot water for the shower The Kerig coffee maker in room just disgusting looks like it’s hasn’t been clean since it was placed in the room When contacted front desk she did not suggest anything to accommodate these short falls I’m not sure the bathroom was cleaned well There is little to no tissue on the roll upon arrivalThis is the worst Hilton I ever stayed at

Rooms are large and spacious Having a full sized fridge, dishwasher, and half stove is wonderful Pillows and bed were marvelous

Only two issues: they seemed to have run out of towels on our second day during the stay, and there was a small bug on the counter in our room when we checked in Would have been 5 stars if not for those two issues

Room smelled like smoke and mildew I told the front desk and asked to be moved to another room, “we don’t have any more rooms Let me go to the room to check it out” he came back down and told me he sprayed the room

(It really didn’t help much) I found mold on the curtain above the a/c The bed headboard had greasy smudges maybe from someone head and hands in multiple places Same thing on the closet doors Mold in the shower I booked for 3 nights and no one came to clean my room Went down to the front desk to ask why, they told me on weekends they don’t clean rooms and if they do you have to ask and it will be a light dusting No one told me this on my first day and even so, that’s terrible service to not clean at least once No one answered the phone when i called to ask for towels I had to pick them up from downstairs and no one apologized I truly wish I would’ve stayed in a different hotel because I felt nasty being there Only thing that gave me relief was the breakfast

Actually I’m not done, the Expedia account is under MY name She is listed under me and I booked the whole thing for her! And I’m sure there is recording of ME personally assisting with her checkin! My ID etc That’s the only reason I referenced “we”

She told me that night she was not comfortable with her stay so I told her to inquire about a early checkout and the refund process Hence the 6am inquiring Your staff said to contact our 3rd party so we did! At the end of the day Expedia wanted to issue me my refund but you all refused so don’t tell me to take it up with them?! 8+ years and I have never had this problem with them! They handle things accordingly and with professionalism unlike you all

Again, I really can’t explain why I booked 3 nights, but the system booked for 4, as I mentioned Even if it was an honest mistake by not seeing the error done by the system, until later on

if that did not impede you from booking to someone else, I don’t understand why you took advantage of that I have stayed at your hotel many times, but won’t stay anymore From your response, it seems like you don’t care about losing my business

Good value for the price It is well decorated, offers the hot breakfast that most places no longer serve, and is in walking distance to a few restaurants and a supermarket I wasn’t impressed with the overall cleanliness

My first room did not have heat And one of the beds in my second room had a huge dip in the mattress All of the staff were very nice
