I have stayed here twice within a span of three weeks for business trips, this week being the second time The facility is semi-functional There are maintenance issues such as phones not toning out, and lights within the room not working

Upon arrival after receiving a notification to check-in on the app, the receptionist tells you “just for future reference, there’s a fee for early check-in” I don’t know why this is the only Courtyard Marriott I have stayed at that has hassled me about this, especially since there are rooms availableI hope you guys improve your internet infrastructure Either there are not enough access points in the facility due to saturated access points from too many wireless connections from guests, or you need a bandwidth upgrade from your internet vendor Internet is basically un-useable past 9PM It’s actually bad enough that I think “Free WiFi” should be removed as an incentive amenity for this locationTons of great restaurants around the place, though Love that

sp1dey 15

I have to admit, the rooms were a 6/10 Nothing to fancy they were just good not great, but, here is the reason to the 3 stars First the WiFi that was free to the public was absolutely atrocious!! Like oh my! That is not where it ends though

My friend and I decided to just purchase the premium WiFi for 4 something which is …eh alright price I guess for better WiFi(or at least what I thought at the time) well it charged double ! Nine something! And the WiFi was still horrible !! 21 mbps!! What is that ! Like seriously if y’all want to be a top star rated hotel, please please acquire decent WiFi

Dionne Washington

I was double charged at this establishment As they refunded me one amount after complaining They charged me 4

99 twice for upgraded internet fees When I asked about overdraft fees they didn’t show any empathy or acknowledge the fact that I was upset Please check your charges once you leave this establishment It’s all about customer service for me Had they righted their wrong the rating would have been a little better For the record I only slept there one night and didn’t have time to get on wiFI because I was attending a conference They gave me false hope that someone would return my call about the overdraft fees( lady said she had my phone number) but when I called back She said she couldn’t give me overdraft fees I thought Marriot could do way better than this So disappointed

This by far was the best customer service experience I’ve ever received at a hotel Coming in exhausted after a very long 18 hour drive I needed to just rest and I was so happy I chose this hotel to rest for the night The price was a little more than I anticipated to spend but the overall experience was worth it

Also it was the holiday weekend and i had no reservation, it was also about 9-10pm The beds were very comfortable, the bath water reached perfect temperature and the HOT breakfast was awesome! All the different options for breakfast really was satisfying I took a nap after breakfast and when checking out the guy was just as friendly and kind as the guy from the previous night They really made it an enjoyable experience

Kaleb Holley

+ Breakfast staff was amazing and the ladies made some incredible food for a free breakfast+ Staff was kind and understanding every time I interacted with themBiggest Con- My room had bedbugs, did a sweep of the beds when I first checked in but after the second night found a lot of bites and sure enough found a bedbug when I checked the unused mattress a second time

I know this is a hotel with lots of traffic, but finding a bed bug after being in the room for a few nights raises concerns on bringing them home so this is not a location I will be returning to and unfortunately will not be returning

Durand Sentinus

We had seen some decent reviews of this Holiday Inn and since we had business in the area we thought it would be more convenient to stay there than a long drive early in the morningFirst thing we noticed is that while the outside and check in area may look updated and in good shape it is deceptiveThe staff is not well trained and more inexperienced than you would expect at a location with so much competition close to their location

They are not very friendly and several would rather chit-chat on their phones or with other staff than give guests priority attentionAs for the rooms, the bed was fine and the whirlpool tub in our room were good The heating/aircon worked well and there was not any issues with noise from other guestsThe wifi is not up to the level we have found at other Holiday Inn locations and there were no USB ports in the roomThere were also obvious signs of “wear and tear” with the carpet, bathroom door, light fixtures and furnitureThere was a breakfast included with our room, but even that was below average for a Holiday Inn and we didn’t try anything that was availableIt was not the best of stays or the worst, but it is doubtful we will stay at this location again

Vanessa, that works front desk, is the sweetest, front desk, young lady I had the pleasure to meet and be checked in by in Austin, tx She informed me on so many things normally hotel staff fail to mention because I assume they feel it’s irrelevant But she’s very well trained and just makes your long rough day leave your stressed out thoughts

Gets you feeling right at home Her smile just makes her amazing customer service even more welcoming The rooms were very clean and comfy This is my first night and just had to share my experience If your on a trip in Austin and just want a relaxed and home like place to rest Hilton Garden Inn Austin/Round Rock is a MUST STAY AT PLACE I think a business and the 1st impression they make is always with the front desk and its very important She went above and beyond Hilton should be honored to have their Inn’s 1st impression represented by her And I know it may seem I’m over exaggerating a bit But if you have stayed at hotels with horrible front desk employees You really want to appreciate the ones who love their job and they show it the moment you walk in She even took the time to talk to my 5 year old daughter with cancer and help her feel all grown up by just acknowledging her and her little thoughts with conversation while she picked out snacks from their food and beverage display, that they have ,that is fully loaded with a great variety of items Thank you Vanessa keep up the great work Definitely have my 1st pick when I visit here in Austin

Allison “Allie” Gard – Class of 2021

Decent hotel Unfortunately when we went into our room the toilet was broken and would not flush, the front desk staff was polite though and had it fixed right away We were greeted by 2 cockroaches when we entered the room, and found another one later that night

The microwave was weak, and the shower pressure was lacking The overall cleanliness was fine, comfortable beds, but overall not the typically nice Hilton stay

Jorge rivera

They first impressions go a long way I was blown away by the presentation of this room I have the room for one night for a little staycation for my birthday and the room is worth every penny and then some!! The staff was very friendly, I forget her name but she was nothing short of amazing!!! This is my new favorite local hotel for a staycation…I love it!

This hotel is pretty perfect! It’s very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable I slept so well here! I appreciate thin comforters on the bed: I usually get so hot and sweaty under hotel comforters that I can’t get a good night’s sleepBut the real earner of the five stars has to be the manager Marlene! A day or two earlier, I called to change the reservation for our company because I thought it was wrong

I sat trying to explain to a BARELY English-speaking call center guy who could not understand for the better part of 15-20 minutes when he finally gave up and put me through to the hotel, to MarleneYou know how, when you’re on the phone with a stranger, and you can tell she has a smile on her face ALL the time? That’s MarleneAnd she was so incredibly helpful She adjusted the reservation (still smiling), told me no problem, and everything was good She did the same thing when I called back (mortified with embarrassment) to tell her the original reservation was correct after all: Marlene gave a little laugh and said, “No problem These things happen” Still smiling! And I think Marlene’s smiling, gentle attitude affects the other employees, unless this hotel got really lucky in hiring, because everyone was very pleasant and helpful to usTru by Hilton in Round Rock, in my opinion, is a GREAT place to stay!

David Kebo Houngninou

Very poor experience There was no hot water in the bathroom, and there wad barely enough water pressure to take a showerThe amenities in the room are very limited

The room has no microwave, not even a coffee makerMaintenance had to come twice for repairs of broken windows curtains and for fixing the water issues in the bathroom The place looks nice in pictures but not well maintained

The staff deserves a 10 We were here 3 weeks, so they began to feel like family Whether we needed quarters for the laundry room or didn’t see a favorite item on the breakfast buffet, they were gracious to accommodate the need

Kept the facility clean and up to dateThe only reason I deducted one point was because of the trains Whoever chose the site didn’t factor in the railroad tracks parallel to the motel and roadway I am a light sleeper, and was awakened about once a night by a train whistle

MaryAnn

I have stayed in a dozen or more La Quinta and Wyndham hotels, and this location is the best for staff courtesy and helpfulnessWell managed, clean and quiet Convenient location

All staff members were cordial and responsive Thanks to all for great customer serviceSpecial thanks to Eric, Richard, Vera, as well as Jake and Sabrina for taking the extra steps to ensure a pleasant stay

This place is very nice Not sure why it’s only a 2 star, it’s as nice as (or better) than some 3’s Very clean, modern, nice sized rooms, comfy beds, pool, etc

Staff at check-in were wonderful There’s a small bar if you want a beer or a drink Not too far off the interstate Restaurants, coffee shop and gas stations nearby Nice place, I would certainly stay again

Hotel was clean and quiet upon arrival Parking was tight as it was kind of busy The room was nice, quiet and cold with a view over the outdoor shopping mall

Keith was very down to earth and enjoyed singing along with us when we told him it was our anniversary The room had some minor issues which we dealt with Tv wasn’t as loud and didn’t have an array of channels Shower door wouldn’t stay closed so the floor was wet and uncomfortable to stand on wet towels by the sink Hotel was in great proximity of everything in the area which made it easy to walk if needed be It’s possible I’d stay here again due to it’s location

Chelsea Collie

We had our family vacation a week ago for 2 nights 3 days Our girls had so much fun, the rooms are so nice and clean, the water park is huge We had so much fun! The arcade was the best, we did the escape room, did bowling night and we ate dinner there

Everything was just perfect for our mini vacation That my girl’s want to go backgreat great place for your family!

Jamie P.

The water park and outdoor pool area were both amazing! Our family had a blast! My review is more concerning the hotel and dining experienceFood and drinks were decent, but you will pay arena prices Highly suggest going to HEB down the street and picking up snacks and bottled water

The room (we had a 2 bed/2 bath) was new and clean, but a bit sparse in decoration I am curious as to why ice buckets are unavailable as it is hard to keep it solid with just a plastic bagHousekeeping did not make it into our room once during our 4 nights/3 days trip We were out of our room plenty of times for them to take advantage of cleaning and tidying up We finally just called down for fresh items to be delivered We had turn down service included in our VIP package but that never happened We also had housekeeping knock on our door the morning of our final day and ask when we were leaving Our package included a 2:00 pm check out so shouldn’t this be something that they are already aware of?

Lilly Defee

It was a great time The food was good It was a little pricey, but you expect that at places like this

When the food and service are good, you don’t mind the price so bad I would have personally liked more lighting, especially in the bathroom Makes it difficult for applying makeup I think the bungalows should have had a lower price if you are an overnight guest We all had a really good time Thank you!🤗🤗

This hotel was perfectly placed for us We traveled to Austin to visit friends and family and after searching many hotels we came across Residence Inn Round Rock and it was the best decision out of everything we seen Tish, the front desk administrator was amazing in getting us exactly what we needed for such a big family and even walked us to our room to make sure we were settled! Breakfast was great, we had fun swimming in a clean pool and the hotel offered many other amenities

We had a 2 bedroom that comfortably suited us and even felt like a fully functional apartment Tish really made us feel like family so this is our new spot to stay from now on when we travel Thanks for the awesome experience y’all

Snow McCall

I had the opportunity to stay here for several nights! Such a great safe and secure hotel! The complimentary hot breakfast was really such an amazing way to start the day with so many choices! The rooms are clean and spacious Honestly the staff is really what makes the stay here

i highly recommendsthis hotel! Pool, basketball court, workout area and attentive staff! Plus it is walking distance to anything you might need! Book your Room Here!

Joshua Wells (Ogre Banani)

The stay here has been great! The staff are all super friendly and very helpful! The rooms are a bit outdated and some of the small things are a bit old(remotes for televisions, for instance) but overall very nice! They were accommodating of our two kitties and even for the package deliveries needed for the new job that brought us to Texas in the first place! The complimentary breakfast is very nice, but during our stay here the eggs seemed to be off The taste was always as if they had started to turn or were cooked in fry oil that was quite old Could just be the scrambled egg mixture used, not sure! The internet was mediocre, at best, even when we paid the 4

99 extra for “hi-speed” it just wasn’t very goodtldr: Staff was friendly, rooms were nice but dated, food was mostly good, would recommend staying here for sureEdit: Bumped this up to 5 from 4 because the staff here really does go above and beyond! (Plus they got rid of the eggs on the breakfast bar!)Seriously can’t recommend this place enough! It was a delightful stay!

Such a cool hotel!! My daughter and I stayed here for a night and both loved it The theme/decor is different from a lot of hotels you see in the area and was really fun The room was amazing, had everything we needed, and was really cute

Also the staff was very friendly and helpful both the night we checked in and in the morning when we left!

UPDATE 6/5/22: Two weeks after the stay, I realized my credit card was charged $46 two days after my stay for no reason (room was paid with points) My Marriott account, however, does not show any charges I called the property three times and GM Ellis was suppose to have called me back

He never did I did learn from a helpful front desk associate that their records do not show any charges either I am now disputing the random charge with Chase Check your bank or credit card statements for erroneous chargesPoor excuse for a Marriott property Everything is dingy from the lobby to the rooms Attempts to provide a modern ambience are overshadowed by lackluster amenities Will not be staying at another Aloft branded property On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and had great attitudes

Lindsey Ray

Edited to add: as of today, there is a pending deposit from AloftNot a great experience 2 nights of our 3 night stay we had no television

They came and looked at it and said they would fix but that never happened Our last night there, the shower head dripped and was hitting the metal drain pan I tried jusr closing the bathroom door but the rolling doors don’t close all the way A plastic piece of the door kept falling off but we could just put it back The chargers on the bedside tables seem like a great idea but they don’t fully charge even when on for 8 hrs Last day, our air conditioner couldn’t seem to get the room cool but maybe it was just so hot outside, it couldn’t keep upI told the lady at check out all of the issues and she was very nice and apologetic She said she didn’t have authority to really do anything about it and wrote it all down in a spiral and assured me someone would call No one did so I called a week later and spoke to front desk manger and she said we’d be refunded a night’s stay in 3-5 days Never happened I called again, still nothing Called and talked to GM,he assured me we would get the refund Never happened I have now left a couple messages and talked to a couple other people and while all mostly friendly, they are doing nothing I should have demanded it be taken care of at check out but I’ve honestly never dealt with such a shady hotel Our stay was Memorial weekend and still no resolution

The atmosphere was nice and the hotel was very clean Beautiful hotel The staff were very nice and accommodating

Unfortunately the good review ends there We ate at the restaurant in the lobby Paid 68$ Each for 3 inedible steaks covered in so much spice and salt you couldn’t tell they were steaks The manager was the worst however We have a service dog with us He asked what job he performed which is illegal as hell We told him and he finally left but what the hell? Why don’t you ask a person in a wheelchair why they’re in a wheelchair? The next morning we put out breakfast door tag out before midnight Nobody picked it up If we hadn’t had to take the dog out and seen it was still there then I guess we wouldn’t have gotten breakfast and we had a meeting that morning The eggs were beyond over cooked So in general yes we love the hotel but the kitchen and it’s manager need some work apparently

Soleil M

Room was large, lovely and clean with a huge balcony and fireplace I loved it Service was generally friendly – the one drawback was the check-in process

The man checking me in at the desk asked too many probing questions about my personal life He read the details of my ID aloud and commented on my address saying he knew where it was, then asked who I was “getting away from” at home, along with repeated questions for my plans that night that were beyond what I’ve ever been asked while checking into a hotel I’m sure he was clumsily trying to make awkward small talk, but for the money I paid, I didn’t think this was great guest experience and it started my stay off on an uncomfortable foot Just gentle, hopefully constructive feedback Everything else was wonderful

My wife and I just stayed in the Archer’s Den w/ Balcony Suite between 6/11 to 6/13 The suite is nicely appointed The tub in this suite is phenomenal and excellent for couples to share

The Nespresso machines are a nice touch and we enjoyed using them Now for the bad Our suite was on the Rock Rose side of the hotel So for the 1st night we had to endure the music from the clubs on Rock Rose that only seemed to get louder after 10:00pm and then kept going until 2:00am We didn’t even fall asleep until 2:30am I went down to the lobby in the morning and politely asked to be moved to the same suite on the other side of the hotel which I felt had to be quieter The front desk staff were nice enough to acquiesce to my request They also had our bags moved to the new suite The 2nd night in the suite on the Nordstrom side of the hotel was very quiet compared to the 1st night Unfortunately the water pressure wasn’t great in the 2nd suite and the sprayer head barely sprayed even when redirecting all of the water in the shower through it Both suites had some intermittent cooling issues with A/C during the night I had to sleep on top of the covers due to getting very hot with the thermostat set in the 60’s When you are paying $60000+ a night for your suite, you don’t anticipate dealing with these issuesBest Advice: Make sure to ask for your room to be on the Nordstrom side of the hotel, so you can actually sleep (especially if you are getting any of the suites with balconies) If you are on the Rock Rose side, I recommend staying at one of the clubs/bars on Rock Rose until last call and then going to sleep at 2:30am in your room

I am a very satisfied about the exceptional service I have received at this property Last night my A/C broke at my home and rented a room at this Marriott property (close to my home) The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and quickly accommodated to our room by Ms

Sue Kunz, which was very pleasant and professional, and was overall very happy with how clean the room is The bed sheets are very clean and smell so good, too The staff are very professional at all times and will likely recommend this Marriott property to our family and friendsThank you!-Luis

I grew up in Round Rock and remember watching this hotel be built as a kid That said, it’s more than 20 years old and it’s starting to show While it’s still very nice and the lobby is updated, the rooms could use a refresh

Still giving it 5 stars because it was very clean, staff were nice, and the price reflects that it’s not the nicest, most modern hotel in town I also loved that it’s pet-friendly, as normally I have to stay at not-so-great places in order to have a pet-friendly hotel Would stay here again (Stayed here at Thanksgiving, 2021)

Our hotel room was clean, very roomy, comfortable and quiet Conveniently located off I35 with a nice selection of restaurants to choose from all within walking distance The continental breakfast had a good selection of pastries, oatmeal, yogurt and breakfast sandwiches which were cold in the middle

We will stay here next time we’re in the area

Erica Agudo

Great location across the street from our event which was super convenient Rooms recently remodeled and were very spacious Hotel was quiet considering it was completely booked for the weekend

Complimentary breakfast in the mornings had a great selection of items to fit pretty much anyone’s tastes Front desk staff was very friendly and professional Hope to stay here again when we return to the area

Very disappointed The staff was very friendly, no complaints on their friendliness However, the hotel itself was by far, a dirty disappointment

We asked for a crib for our baby, and without the sheet on the pack n play, you can see huge urine/vomit stains dried up on the mattresswith zero attempt of it ever being washed You have to request housekeeping, which we did We even stripped our bed and the pack n play and piled up all the towels for them We got back to our room late at night with a tired baby and no housekeeping resulting in no clean towels or bedding for any of us After complaining, housekeeping came the next day, but didn’t wipe the suite sink down or anything it still had dried up formula residue everywhere I could go on and on, but that paints a basic picture of our experience Terrible

Stayed three days on a business trip The staff was great Very friendly and helped get multiple rooms on the same floor

The rooms are really nice, with comfortable beds The facilities over all where really nice Now the shower in the room was the worst To management when I left, so hopefully the will fix It is all clogged with hard water deposits Take 5 minutes to try and wash shampoo out of hair and conditioner forget it The breakfast is the worst I have ever seen Noticed I did not say eaten The sausage gravy for Biscuits was half full 5 minutes into the start of breakfast It looked like it was sitting in the warmer from the day before Had dried out and they added a bunch of water to dilute the congealed mess The waffles oh one the great things about hotel breakfast Well the add extra water to the mix to stretch it The waffle are crispy ok nothing but crispy The soft fluffy inside is nonexistent This was the food I put on my plate One bite and decided not to eat The eggs looks dried out and very unappealing All three days I looked at the breakfast and was extremely disappointed Ended up skipping breakfast everyday

My husband, son and I booked this hotel for 4 nights based on other wonderful stays we’ve had at homewood suites I paid up front non-refundable as I assumed our stay would be the same however, it was notOur room was not clean

The shower head had pink mold, the sink was broken, hairdryer was broken, there were ants in the room The first night we killed over 6 ants in our room, including one on my arm as I sat on the couch The second night my son woke up at 3am with ants crawling on him The next morning there were several ants on our bed I have pictures of all of thisNot only that, the second night, from 2-4:30am whomever was in the room next to ours was blaring music and going in and out of the room, pounding on the door every time to get back inThe next morning I went to the front desk to let them know our experience and although I was offered a different room, was unwilling to take it based on the condition of our room We asked for a refund and let the lady at the front desk we were leaving She said it wasn’t refundable and gave me a number to call for additional helpI called the number The rep said they would speak with the hotel manager and would take care of a refund I should hear from someone within 48 hours I received an email confirmation with a case number (the email said I’d hear back within 3days though) Today has been over 3days so I called the number again and spoke w/Roxanne She said she couldn’t figure out what was going on and transferred me directly to the hotel manager Unfortunately Roxanne connected me to a hotel in Maryland w/a rude hotel manager I hung up, called customer service again and spoke w/Abby who told me I needed to wait longer for a resolution-at least 5 days I was sent a final bill from the hotel today and nothing was refundedI expect more from Hilton…severely disappointed

Mary Dudley

I have stayed at this exact location multiple times Because of my disability we always get the same room Room was clean, front desk staff and housekeeping were all awesome as usual

We love this hotel Lately, 2 things have ruined our stay The pool was extremely dirty, and I mean cloudy and gritty Gross The next thing may possibly make me never go back The people serving breakfast are rude, like you are inconveniencing them Also, we went to breakfast about an hour before it closes and everything was about gone When we asked the person rolled their eyes and walked away We came back 30 minutes later and everything was gone They shut down breakfast early and the person we asked about food earlier was walking out the door with her purse on Next day, breakfast was closed down 15 minutes early and another customer was speaking to the staff and was told when the food is gone its gone They put stuff out first thing in the morning and that’s it The customer was irate and the staff member couldn’t care less Breakfast problems and rude staff are a deal breaker I’ve been loyal to this place, but I probably won’t go back I’ve got hungry kids and no patience for rude people on the job

Thankyou so much for making our stay comfortable Excellent hotel Best price as compared to others

Clean rooms Professional service Book this hotel and you will enjoy every moment To tell the truth I was a bit skeptical at first but I am proud that I made the right decision If you want to make a memory this is the place to start Trust me on this one

Terrie Kasemeyer

Stayed there for State Championship Baseball tournament at Dell Diamond The hotel was great Breakfast ended at 9:00 which was a little early for my schedule

Slight glitch when I discovered that housekeeping personnel on my floor did not speak English So communicating need for certain service was impossible But the front desk was very responsive and remedied my issue quickly All in all I will stay there again if I’m ever back in the area Convenient location

I don’t know where to start The quality of service we were given was second to none We arrived to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday, and the entire staff from management to housekeeping went above and beyond to make this weekend so relaxing, intimate, and special

Eli, the manager, clearly is so invested in making sure everyone has a great experience and a great part of that is his respect and relationship with the employees The entire staff that met us was so warm, so professional, and so friendly Our room was immaculate, peaceful, and comfortable Not only do I highly recommend Hyatt Place Austin/Round Rock, we will be back again Thank you Eli, Asmoon, John, CJ, and others whose names I’m trying to remember, for making this one of our best mini vacations in a long time You all are the best❤️

This hotel was fantastic The staff was so friendly The room was great

We had a full kitchen minus the stove/oven, and the shower was amazing I loved that we got a card with all the information such as checkin/checkout time, wifi password, pool and breakfast hours, and workout room hours The breakfast was delicious one of the best breakfasts I’ve eaten at a hotel The only bad thing was the pool was cold I highly recommend this place!

Trinity Thornton

Checked in on the Hilton app, my room was supposed to be ready at 3 o’clock Upon arrival my room was not ready and had to sit in the parking lot for almost 2 hours When my room is finally ready, my card was charged twice

I was lied to multiple times about the refund, I had to call Hilton in order to get it resolved Also the breakfast sucks, I couldn’t eat anything that was served Not sure why they couldn’t do simple eggs, sausage, or bacon separately instead of combining it all on a bagel (Which I’m allergic to) cook something fresh Manager was very helpful, and the guy at checkout Other staff members were very dismissive I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t have appreciated the way they treated me if they were charged an extra $300 Won’t be coming here again I have never had a problem with any Hilton hotel except this one

MaryAnn Moreno

First impressions are very important The 1st room I was given was dirty, the cushions to sofa were on floor, both beds were not made up, dirty glass in sink, and the door that connects room was open I was disappointed and embarrassed because I had company with me

I would have given a better rating if Hilton had gone the extra mile to give a discount towards this stay or offered one for a future stay or even upgraded room All they did was give me a clean room which should have been done in the first place, especially with COVID-19 existence Staff is friendly, halls are extremely hot, and breakfast is okay

I could rave on and on about this place! Comfortable beds with soft sheets, gorgeous spacious bathroom with nice big bottles of JR Watkins toiletries, good grab and go breakfast with hot and cold options, coffee all day that actually tastes good, and just an overall clean facility (no carpet in the rooms is a huge plus) Our room did have a small cube fridge and microwave, which wasn’t clear when booking, but a very nice surprise The whole place is just super well put together, and we were thrilled with our stay

This place had absolutely everything I look for in a hotel I’m definitely hooked on the avid brand and will be a repeat customer if the prices remain comparable

We literally just checked out, and this modern hotel is Absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed in…and yes, that is considering the high value hotels! As an Army veteran, I have traveled all across this country, and one thing that makes my stay the best is the customer The customer service here is second to none!!!! No matter what concern I had, they were prompt, professional, and kind while addressing this issue!Additionally, the breakfast options were amazing! My children loved everything they had to offer, and that’s rare 😁 The hotel is kept clean and stocked with some of the best snack option And the coffee was freshly brewed in a machine that literally grind up the coffee beans to order! Wow!!!!!!From Becky’s great welcome, the young man on 3rd shifts’ integrity and professionalism, housekeeping’s hard-work, maintenance’s kindness, to Erin’s generosity to my children before leaving, WE LOVED this hotel staff!!! Don’t be fooled by the low cost, you will be getting top notch service!!

I booked this hotel for a work trip that I had in town I feel that the hotel was clean – check in was easy and every encounter that I had with the staff there was great! Everyone was very nice and friendly The breakfast was also nice

One item to note is that the room is TINY – even by NYC standards I could barely walk around the bed – which was not I expected It is also close to the highway so it was a little loud at night There are also no drawers for clothing or a closet in my room (one king)I liked the gym – I will say that it was well equipped and fully functional! A highlight of the property for certain! The other item to note is that there was no housekeeping I feel that is just ridiculous So everyone can be congregated at breakfast with no masks, staff does not have to wear a mask (which is consistent with CDC guidelines so no issue there) but you don’t have housekeeping because of COVID? That does not make a whole lot of sense and just looks like a cost saving effort on the hotels part It was frustrating to have keep asking for fresh towels/soap etc from the front deskIf you are going to reduce your rates to account for the lack of housekeeping, that is one thing – but to charge full fare for no housekeeping, I did not think was fairOverall, liked the property so I would stay here again though

For a one night stop over this hotel offers value for money – anything longer and you may struggle to find the positives in this place We stayed for a month after moving to Austin and sadly the room was cleaned just 3 times in 4 weeks With a family of four including children this was awful

We asked on a number of occasions for the room to be cleaned and reception staff were always agreeable but it often either didn’t happen or when it was cleaned, full bedding was not changed or not replaced I think in peak season the cleaning staff may be overwhelmedAgain on the breakfast – for one night it would be ok, but with very limited to no healthy choices (all yogurt and cereal is sugary) my family really struggled By the end of the week the options are very slim and we had to buy our own cereal outside of the hotel to have a few days a weekStaff were polite and the pool was reasonably clean However many communal areas such as the stairways and laundry room were astonishingly extremely dirty The laundry room is free which is an added bonus, but it was regularly left in a state with dog hair and lint from the machines all over the place The stairways need a regular deep clean and carpet shampoo as they are all stained and with only one lift, they are in regular use

Kimberly Carrasco

Arrived at the hotel with two children around 9:00 at night including a baby only to wait at the front desk for literally 40 minutes! Lots of guests were at the front needing things and she was nowhere to be found Some housekeeping ladies were so sweet and trying to contact the manager to help me check into my room I get into my room FINALLY and there is one towel for three people and I could not go back downstairs to get more because I did not feel like waiting on her to disappear again

Such a shame because the room was nice

Ali Moosavi

Me and my family decided to spend a night here while visiting the Austin area We had gotten a double bedroom suite and a single bedroom suite ok where do I start

The room had mold marks on the walls They did not provide us plates which come standard in rooms They did not have blankets for sofa the beds and when asked said they had none available!! When asked for pillows they said they had only ‘one’ pillow available!! one single pillow The room did not have a hair dryer and when asked for one said they had no hair dryers available We had an infant with us and when we requested a cribthey said they do not have any cribs I mean honestly what could we expect from this establishment when said they only have one pillowlet alone blankets and other amenitiesWe go down for the complimentary breakfast downstairs the next morning and some people amongst us who had dietary restrictions asked the chef who was there if the omelette has meat in it and he guarantees us no meat and when look in it had ham in it When we get upsetthe chef has this i do not care attitude and when we say we will report this to the manager actually takes us to the reception and asks us to do it when we tell him we will put in a review his response in from the manager is go ahead make sure you put my name in it too The manager himself act likes he cares either Bottom line is that this being run worse than any hotel or even motel I have every stayed in let alone a IHG hotel

It was my first time using this establishment and the decor was nice Once in the rooms I found them to be spacious and neat The couch was too hard for my liking but that’s just my opinion

The restroom, beds, tables and kitchen area was clean I would suggest the housekeepers check the pull out bed under the couch because food from a previous guest was found but mistakes happen and I don’t hold it against them or the company The staff at the front desk was professional and nice I didn’t have the pleasure to meet any other staff I did not get the chance to try the breakfast downstairs so I have no comment on it I did notice the gym downstairs and the restrooms and they were both clean The view from my room was amazing I could see the pool and the lights it was beautiful to look at I wish I had more time to enjoy all the amenities they had to offer

Matthew Rogers

I’m sum it up like this great ambiance and atmosphere the decor pulls you in and there’s a lot to look at The service is top notch everything is well stocked the breakfast is better than average with a lot of healthy options The rooms are really set up well with wide entrances big closets cuz you never know

They have large TVS and even larger bathrooms and come equipped with those common amenities, hair dryer, etc The staff is more than eagerly willing to do and complete almost any requests made, also they’re very knowledgeable of the surrounding area when it comes to activities and local restaurants new and local favorites

Jeremy Cline

Well-appointed rooms and surprisingly good breakfast Stayed here for a work conference going on nearby Two strange things happened while I was there: (1) this hotel has a bar, but no one works it at night – what?! (2) A few of us were working in the lobby area and were asked to relocate to make room for a staff luncheon

How’s that for good ol’ Texas hospitality?
