This location is great! Pretty central to a lot of great areas The hotel itself is stylish and very nice We had a room on the first floor that had its own private patio with access straight to the pool— which we didn’t get a chance to use but was a nice feature

The gym was pretty good for a hotel gym Staff were a highlight especially Marilyn and another older gentleman whose name we didn’t get a chance to get We would definitely return to this location and recommend it

We chose to stay here for our week long vacationAnd it did not disappoint! The staff is incredible! They treated us like family the ENTIRE week They were super welcoming and friendly

We always try to stay at an IHG location whenever we travel (we travel a lot), and the hotel staff here blew us awayBreakfast is extra but it is worth it I would recommend adding it to the room before your stay, so you do not get charged each morning Expect a “good morning” from the staff or a “Welcome back we’re glad you’re here again” if you’re there for multiple days! The pool area is super nice and well kept! The overall location is great! We weren’t too familiar with California as I hadn’t been there in years, however I knew I did not want to fly into LAX This hotel is super close the John Wayne Airport as well as within a 15 minute drive to Disneyland and Knott’sberry Farm Neighboring towns, such as Irvine, are close and very nice to go shopping It’s central location allowed us to drive about an hour south one day to San Diego which was a very pretty drive and about 45 minutes north to Downtown LA But there were a ton of things to do in Orange County as well! The room was very well kept, very clean, and comfortable! Plenty of space and furniture10/10 would recommend!

Very noisy both inside and out Located on a busy street and with thin walls In this dated hotel there is a lot of interior noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms as well as outside

It wouldn’t have been too bad if you were able to have some white noise from the air conditioner, but there is no fan selection and I could not set the AC low enough to keep it running Slept very little before my flight and would not stay again or recommend this hotel to anyone Also, the room did not have a remote control for the TV I did call the front desk and let them know and they just said thanks We’ll make a note I travel often for business and fly in and out of SNA You can definitely do better Was very disappointed

I would absolutely come back here The staff is very nice and so professional The suit we got, had a stocked kitchenette (stove, sink, microwave,fridge/freezer, dishwasher

The shower was so clean and pretty Beds were comfy and clean Had its own mini living room / office desk Since I was on the first floor My patio led straight out to the pool and basketball access They also have a communal fire pit on premises Loved my stay

This hotel looks nice on the outside, but on the inside, it honestly looks very run down and filthy, compared to the more upscale and recently refreshed Marriott properties I recently stayed at before coming to this hotel at the beginning of the month The carpets in Room 215 (the room we were assigned) were stained The paint was starting to come off the walls a little too

Not only that, but the mattresses were a little too hard for our liking One of our showers was dripping all night long as well We even found a strand of hair in one of the bathrooms! The lighting in our room could have been better in my opinion as well It was so bad we went ahead and checked out the first morning of our stay and went to a different hotelThis is honestly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in my entire life! With that said, I will never be coming back to this particular hotel again!

Joe Swantek

Suite is spacious and the main suite room has too much empty space Feels like the room could be designed more efficiently Pillows are flat

:(Location is perfect for Disneyland Only 20 minutes away and way more cost effective

What a wonderful hotel for the business traveler From the moment I checked in I was impressed with the friendly front desk staff and then the spacious and very well designed room The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in and the workspace was ample with plenty of outlets and room for my laptop and everything else I needed

My only complaint is that the desk chair was a bit hard Otherwise I loved the room and the hotel and would gladly stay there again

Homewood Suites by Hilton in Irvine/John Wayne airport was fabulous hotel for my 6 baseball teams We came into a hotel that welcomed us with open arms The kids and all adults had so much fun using all the amenities at the hotel

Everything was so clean everyone felt safe and at the hotel All the staff were so friendly that we all can’t wait to stay again The team enjoyed the basketball ball court and the pool! The game room was also a big hit!

Summary: For the price, I would not stay here again unless there wasn’t anything available around I would have rather gone to Holiday InnCons:- Cost of parking was about $36 for inside the garage

Staff did not offer other suggestions (apparently across the street was cheaper)- Breakfast was too expensive at $26 per person for a buffet I’d rather go to a restaurant and be waited on- No microwaves in rooms- Ice machine not working- No valet because “Covid”- Floor was outdated The place needs a remodel- The patio door was heavy to open Trees blocked a potential view- No laundry room- No garbage bags in trash bins This must result in extra work for the housekeeping- Water from sink does not taste good- Swimming pool was closed during the time frame it was supposed to be open- Even credit card machine was not working at check in- Internet was not greatPros:- Friendly staff- Location Gas station across the street and freeway and shopping very close by- Starbucks in lobby- Parking is secure

A huge thank you to Carolina and Katherine for their absolutely above and beyond customer service I called from Australia to arrange a surprise birthday gift for my sister who was staying as a guest Both ladies were not only professional but kind, generous and went out of their way to make my sister’s birthday special

If I could give them 100 stars I would! Thank you so much for your hospitality

Brian Crane

The room was fantastic! The location was great! And the amenities were great as well! However, I had a not great experience with the check in staff I had booked 2 rooms on Hotel Tonight, and I thought they were both “double queen” rooms When I went to check in they only had one “double queen” available

They said the other rooms were being cleaned and that I could come back in 1-15 hrs to get it The front desk gentleman even wrote down a note I called a few hours later and they went on to tell me there were no double queens available and I feel like they didn’t work with me nor try to go any extra out of their way to see if there was some sort of compromiseOther than that, great hotel

Incredible service! The manager of the hotel Vanessa made the difference I have never felt the need to leave a review on a hotel stay (much less a courtyard) but this was the best customer service I have seen in a long time! Vanessa’s upbeat personality and care for each of the guests I saw her work with was second to none It’s been a long time since I’ve written a positive customer service review, thank you Vanessa !!

060622Be careful to decide to book this hotel

I lost my bags at the entrance I understand that was my fault and try to reach out the hotel for support to identify the suspect to file the police report and they tried to get away from this by many unreasonable reasons First they said there is no camera until my friends come there to point out that many cameras out there Then after that they said that all of those cameras are not working OMG!!! I cannot believe that If somethings terrible happens, you definitely got no help from them Just be careful and think about yourself first to book this horrible hotel Nobody is going to help you out if you accidentally have trouble They will lie to you and try to get out of the situation No security camera working means they don’t care about your safetyUpdated – 060722Lie after lie Your employee, Patty, confirmed to us that you have some cameras at the front entrance Unfortunately, they had been replaced and currently not working ???!!!!!! Anyway, no camera at the entrance is still an unacceptable explanation!!!!! I can’t stop thinking that you know the person who took my bag and try to hide that to protect your name Stop lying 🤥 Wish I could rate 0 star to this hotel

Everything was absolutely perfect! From the front desk staff very friendly and professional, our suite was fantastic! We stayed in suite 223, it was immaculately clean! All the sheets had that crisp fresh clean scent! The 1 bedroom suite also has two bedrooms! Genius! The breakfast buffet one of the best we’ve ever experienced great food, friendly and accommodating staff, parking was a bit tight on Saturday night but otherwise everything exceeded our expectations! 💖 We are very picky! The management at this property knows service excellence! Congratulations not easy to accomplish post pandemic! Amazing experience we will definitely be back!

I personally was blown away at this hotel It’s beautiful, with a VERY comfortable bed The staff is friendly

They welcomed my daughter and I with a complementary cold water and warm cookie I saw some complaints recently about the elevator and room service The elevator is operating now, and the staff does inform us upon check in that room service is by request only (I personally don’t like room service anyway I don’t go in and clean my house every other day, so I think I’m okay going a weekend without them cleaning after me) my only complaint would be that there’s no microwave in the room I know there’s a cafe in the lobby but I’m not here on vacation, and I just can’t afford to order food on top of all the travel expenses I bring my own food for these trips It was unfortunate but if you don’t need a microwave then I’d say you’ll love this place

Sheela Mika

This hotel is the perfect place to stay! It’s surrounded with everything you need plus bigger attractions are not that far either! After staying here for 3 nights, I’ve noticed a lot of great pros and a little bit of cons:Pros:- Great location- Super Friendly staff including housekeeping and waiters- Restaurant on the first level- Aesthetic gym and small pool area- Bakery with hotel store located by the lobbyCons:- Charging on card seems to be a little confusing (currently double charged for 700+)- Weekend parking is atrocious and have to pay ~$25/nightI’d recommend this hotel on a week day, but maybe not during busier days Their parking garage is relatively small and management have explained that they are under staffed during events We also did run into a concerning situation where one person at the front desk double charged a two cards and wanted to hurry along everyone instead of clearing up the situation

This is a nice hotel I stayed here for a night and was satisfied with my experience I booked this hotel online and checked into it

When I checked in, I was given a room key, which is required for guests to access their room as well as the parking garage The parking garage is big and has many spaces, but it has a $30 overnight parking fee, which is annoying The rooms, however, were much nicer than the price of the parking garage The room I stayed in had a living room with a fold out couch bed, a bathroom window, a giant TV, a closet, and a complimentary travel guide/magazine for Orange County I didn’t know what you can do in Orange County, so this guide was very convenient This hotel also has a separate bedroom, which has a comfy bed, another giant TV, and a balcony The bathroom in the hotel room has an average sized shower with two shower heads: one in place and one you can take off the shower pole to help you wash hard to reach areas The bathroom is very bright and clean, which is nice This hotel has a bar as well, but I didn’t go there I gave this hotel five stars because it has amazing rooms with comfy beds and a travel guide about Orange County, which I found to be very helpful This hotel is much more upscale than I expected, and it’s conveniently located by attractions such as South Coast Plaza, the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, and John Wayne Airport The only problem I had with the hotel was the price of the parking garage and the temperature of the hallways, which were warmer than normal for some reason

Qihua M

This Marriott at Costa Mesa is quite nice, the pool was full of people on a hot Sunday afternoon in Southern California I only stayed here for one night after three days of conference at an airport Hyatt Regency, it’s quite relaxing The business lounge here is open 24 hours and fully stocked with bottles of orange juice, cold spring water, and some biscuits during non breakfast and non evening happy hours, it’s next to the swimming pool so a lot of customers come in and out for drinks by the pool

I got a complementary suite upgrade with my Titanium membership, which was very nice All in all, it’s a very pleasant and relaxing stay ! Cheers!

Difficult to rate Was there for an art gallery reception No real display space, and just a few pieces were hung in a narrow hallway which got blocked too quickly

Nice outdoor space, beautiful view of landscaped terraces with waterfalls and small ponds, not a bad indoor lobby though a little small, excellent guitarist singer who was for the affair and the staff serving the bar were friendly and very entertaining as well So the experience was good, outdoor was nice, indoor was just not appropriate for the needs of the weekend art reception Absolutely not the fault of the marriott, but I feel a poor selection by the art gallery that put on the affair Still, it was a pleasant eveningI did not stay over so I cannot evaluate the staff or the rooms

This hotel is fine

Not great, not terrible Fine Comfortable bed, clean room Decor was sparse, not as “put together” as most Holiday Inns Grounds were a bit overgrown Staff was friendly enough, and efficient Location is fine, but not great Again It’s just fine If you need a place to put your head at night, it’s less expensive than some in the area, but it’s not somewhere you’d say, “I can’t wait to go back there!”

I stayed at this hotel before, and I gave 5 stars for that stayI am giving 5 starts again for my stay this time, tooEveryone was very friendly and responded to my request fully and quickly

When I made a reservation directly with the hotel, the operator who answered my phone was very helpful, explaining various discounts that were available to me and responded fully to the questions I hadUpon check in, the room assigned to me did not have a bath tab, and when I requested the room be changed to a room with bath tub, the receptionist was very helpful and accommodated my requestWhen I requested additional amenities, room cleaning service responded quicklyThis is a great hotel!

Brian Cole

A wonderful hotel elegantly appointed with a fantastic staff In the past I have stayed many times as close to Disneyland as possible

I thought I would try something different this time and was so pleasantly surprised The problem with Disneyland hotels is that the closer you are to the park the less the hotel cares about quality and you Ayers is close enough for ART and yet far enough away to be nice And I mean very nice It has the best quality to price ratio of any hotel I’ve stayed in next to the parks We will be back!

Russell Betts

Really nice stay! Super accommodating and friendly staff! Nice facility and property! They helped make my wife’s birthday trip a complete success! Paulina and Sunny (sorry if is misspelled girls!) were awesome! My wife enjoyed their fun and helpful demeanor! We also tried their food, we had breakfast sandwiches and burritos! 5-stars! Surprisingly REALLY GOOD! They also had Starbucks coffee and small bottles of bubbly for you “mimosa in the morning types”, like me! 😛Thanks to the owner and staff for doing a great job! Room was nice too! If I could suggest one small affordable upgrade that would really top this entire stay off (and for future guests), it would be to upgrade the shower headsThey were a bit dated and low pressure My only slight “gripe” if any! More of just a suggestion, than really a gripe! Keep up the great work! Loved the beautiful palm trees and landscaping too! Took many pics and just stared at the beauty often! We even had some cool hummingbird friends that would come visit our front porch area and hangout in the trees! So cool!

The hotel was fairly clean and nice for the price; however, I was told my room would be cleaned the third day due to covid regulations I called front desk at 8AM the same morning confirming my room to be fully serviced I get back after 12 hours in Disneyland for my room to have my sheets, pillows and garbage STILL there ON THE FLOOR! Of course, there are only 2 people working and one said to me “I don’t know why your room wasn’t serviced but wait until the morning when a manager comes to talk to them

” This establishment needs people that actually care and want to help I was basically SOL It wouldn’t have been such a big deal if I wasn’t told and REASSURED my room would be cleaned when I got back Great way to end the day

Upon arrival, the front desk told us they gave our two queen bed in which we reserved months ago to someone else! After talking back and forth for a few minutes, the best they could offer us was a single bed, along with a sofa bed, which on their own website stated sleeps 3 In my case, we were a family of 4, resulting in 1 person with no bed to sleep in They didn’t reimburse us for the cheaper room they substituted

Instead, the manager threatened to kick us out of the hotel for us requesting them to give us the correct room which we reserved and had paid in advance for After being about our situation, the first thing the manager said “we have explained we don’t have the room you booked, we will do you a favor by canceling your reservation” To make matters worse, the manager forced me to formally apologize to her, or she would cancel our reservation for questioning why they gave our room away, getting no answer in response each time A manager centric awful solution to leave me as the costumer without the room that I prepaid for in advance It was take the room for 3 people which was the managers solution or take the highway Left with no good option, we finally walked into the reassigned room, there was a dirty sock in the middle of our sofa bed Taking a picture of the sock and showing the front desk, they said, and I quote, “we are sorry” The manager escalated the situation way further than necessary, and was completely blind to reasonably accommodate our reservation My family tried to be patient, and the front desk employees were doing their best, but the way the manager treated me and my family was unprofessional, disrespectful, and uncalled for

Ellie

I stayed here for one night in 2022/8 and the cleaning condition was below average There was a pillow case left behind the sofa and a hand tag (from the previous customer) on the floor inside the closet I think it’s unacceptable for a 4-star hotel

The next morning, a staff mistakenly opened our room door via universal key while my partner and I were still in the room I found it very disrespectful and will not recommend this hotel

I was sorely disappointed The service provided by the service staff was disappointing Several issues occurred starting with check in

The manager had to be called He took his time coming to assist After about 20 mins of waiting, the attending clerk had to go look for him After about another 10 minutes, she returned with the manager He was unapologetic and confirmed what I had already told the clerk with the exception that he stated they had no suites at the hotel I later found out what I was told was untrue through asking of the cleaning staff on our floorOn a separate day, a different manager was in the lobby asking guests if he could be of assistance Our party asked him if the restaurant was available for lunch He said no, but there was food and drinks available in the second floor pool area We went up to the 2nd floor only to be told by the person working the pool area bar, that all that was available was snacks (chips) and drinks She did mention that food was available only on weekends, however, this was a FridayOn check out day, I was treated differently from another guest checking out at the same time I was just told that I was was “done” I had to request a copy of the receipt since I had issues during check-in and want to make sure I was not charged for anything as my stay had been pre-paid While I waited I notice the person checking out at the same time was being treated very differently, asked how they wanted their receipt and if they wanted any water for their return trip home I don’t know if how I was treated was because I was a different color and gender than the person checking out at the same timeThe valet staff was very different, they were very attentive and their customer service outstanding

Please stay somewhere else if you can!PARKING NOT FREE- they hide this little tidbit until you see $12/night charge on your bill Please read reviews online, and you will see this mentioned multiple timesHotel room smelled musty, bed hard AF, and carpet is ugly and disgusting

Location convenient, but loud as it’s right next to the freeway Needless to say, I didn’t get good sleep I have no idea why I was put on the side of the hotel directly facing the freeway when the hotel didn’t appear to be crowded The staff seemed passive and stoicThere were some benefits-free breakfast-free meeting rooms available on a first come first serve basis-Hotel lobby very clean and inviting-bathroom located within hotel room was remodeled and clean (lighting poor though)-Clean outdoor pool and nice firepit area Clean groundsOverall though, I expected more for the high price I paid hereI will not stay here again

I went through hell getting to Marriott due to the lack of due diligence of my travel accommodations The staff went above and beyond their assigned duties to ensure I was accommodated appropriately and had an enjoyable stay Not to sound cliché, but the staff truly acted as a light at the end of the tunnel from my horrid transit from point A to B to make stay a great one

PLEASE GIVE YOUR STAFF A HUGE RAISE as they have made me a fan of Marriott Hotels I will now only book with this hotel chain for future lodgings due to the great experience they had created for me

Asked twice to get the room serviced Both times we were assured that housekeeping would take care of our room Returned to room to find it untouched

Called the front desk and was told that despite a three day night stay that service was only after checkoutUnhappy Especially since we were assured of service with each request

The bathtub is extremely slippery but there are no hand bars installed on the side wall Bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap fixed on the wall above the bathtub make things worse as drops from these bottles coat the already slippery surface of where you are standing Called the management but been told there s nothing he can do about it (which is true

) This is simply a matter of time someone gets seriously injured if left unattended A complaint but also a genuine adviceRe parking, found out only after check in that they will charge $10/night even for IHG members Don’t remember seeing this at IHG website during reservation and never told during check in They did not even ask whether I have a car (or asking for plate number) at check in so wonder how they will justify their charge at check out Trust exempting charges for members would encourage new subscriptions Nonetheless, it seems most other hotels in the area do charge for parking tooOther than the above two issues, as a 2 star hotel, the room condition, location, breakfast and staffs were generally satisfactory

Came here with a large group The employees were super friendly and accommodating to ALL of our needs Even for asks they couldn’t fulfill themselves, they found a compromise! Their breakfast was also really good for your typical bed and breakfast

Loved the basketball court, pool, fire pit, and den/lounge! Definitely recommend staying here especially for families

The staff were really friendly and polite We checked in a little after 4 and got a room that had the Disney fireworks view at night The room was spacious

It did had a strong smell when we walked in but figured it was from the cleaning in the bathroom The room is outdated but still functional as the beds were fine Wish there was a mini fridge in the room along with a fan in the bathroom The location overall was a nice spot as it is close to the Orange outlet mallCookies were delicious of course and they were nice to provide more when asking We would probably stay here again next time Hopefully by then they update the rooms

Nice hotel, rooms a but dated but overall great stay Hotel has parking at additional price Restaurant on site, Starbucks kiosk inside as well

Meeting room was well set up Hotel bar was busy, nice to see during these times Staff was friendly and went out of way to help Lobby is spacious and great spot to hang out Walking distance to orange outlets, and one exit away from downtown Disney

Our stay at the Doubletree was thoroughly disappointing I had 2 rooms for four nights and I would say it was the single worst stay I’ve ever had at a Hilton property Between work and personal travel I spend roughly 50 nights a year in hotels across North America so I have exposure to a variety of different properties

The staff at this particular hotel would be best described as cordial but apathetic It was a strange experience for me and completely out of step with other Hilton propertiesThere appears to be ongoing investment at the property and it is needed! The office chair in one of my rooms was worn to the point where there were holes through the seat with hardware sticking through! The shower would sometimes supply only hot water making showering impossible, fixtures in different public places were damaged and falling off the walls The pool was dirtyThe staff appeared to be in another world at times, for example: when I checked in my two different rooms I went through the full set of questions twice, presented my ID twice; not a big deal but very strange explaining a short time apart that I still don’t have a vehicle to park……?The most frustrating part of the whole stay was certainly related to the cleaning of one of our rooms We checked in Wednesday and asked for our room to be cleaned Thursday and Saturday We were out Thursday morning and stopped by our room early afternoon and it had not been cleaned so we went to the front desk to confirm it was booked, which they assured us it was Our room did not get cleaned that day We then stopped by the front desk Friday morning to ask that the room be cleaned as it was missed the day before, again we were assured it would be addressed Again as we returned in the evening nothing had been done At this point I spoke to the manager on duty and expressed that I felt this was unacceptable, they let me know they had no one to clean the room, there was nothing to be done, and there would be no consideration on my bill I also emailed the GM of the facility about our stay and have received no response Our room did get cleaned Saturday…… finallyI give this hotel 2 stars only because of location (walking distance to outlet mall and Angel’s Field) otherwise it would be one for sureFind another option, the room rate and brand of this hotel had me expecting a far better experience than what I had

The room was beautiful The bathrooms are very nice No free breakfast

We thought the toast put out and unattended was free but after placing two pieces of toast in the toaster, a woman walked past and greeted me After a moment, she watches me grab a few items (butter and jelly), she asked if I had paid for vouchers I turned and said “no I didn’t know we needed vouchers” She then told me the “breakfast” (toast and jam) isn’t complimentary and that I could I love you for vouchers at the front I then walked away and left my toast in the toasted and I apologized for assumingMind you, there are no signs that say anything There was also no attendant while I was preparing this, it CLEARLY advertised FREE BREAKFAST all over Google and it was only TOAST so I was quite confused when I was asked to pay Either way, NO FREE BREAKFAST

Be careful that you might have to endure loud music right across the street at midnight and rude front desk if you choose to stay at this hotel The music was so loud and continued until 12:30 am I couldn’t sleep so called the front desk and asked if they know when the music would stop, the male staff suggested me to call the police about the situation because there is nothing the hotel can do about it

While I was shocked about the man’s attitude from the other side of the phone, he just hung up on me!! Very poor location and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Lonnie Hoggard

Hotel staff was great! Breakfast area needs help Crew working in the breakfast area needs to be trained on how to clean and interact with customers! One breakfast worker was down right rude! She complained and cursed at how much she hated the kitchen equipment and just stood around looking at the dining room area rather than walking out and cleaning up!

I had a lovely stay for business at this hotel Elite members get a $10 breakfast credit and the restaurant is quite nice The furnishings are a little dated but the hotel is maintained nicely and it’s in a great area for walking, restaurants, shops

Also not far from the airport or beach! Staff is great, and accommodating I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, my only complaint is the gym being quite small Also Note that it is pet friendly and there are lots of dogs including ones from the nearby condos, if that’s not your thing I loved it here

I came across Avenue of the Arts in my search for a hotel in Costa Mesa My husband and I selected this hotel because we thought it was very beautiful and looked upscale from the picturesA few complaints i have during my stay are as follows: When i first arrived i originally booked a room with a balcony and was given a room with a ledge

You were unable to walk on it, i also booked a city view and instead i was looking at a wall I called the front desk and they did address my complaint and did give me the appropriate room which i am thankful forI was unhappy that i had a 6 day 5 night stay and there was no room service I had to constantly come to the front desk for towels and toilet paper i was also very upset that i was not advised i would have to pay $132 for parking when i booked this hotel Also it was very disgusting that people ordered room service and would leave their trays in the hall way and the food would be there for hours leaving the hall smelling horrible Also there are signs all over the hotel that it’s non smoking which i don’t really understand This was not advertised when i booked this hotel It almost made me decide to change hotels because i am a smoker and instead i had to walk off the property which was a huge inconvenience for me on my vacation Meanwhile i did see people smoking on the property, instead of doing the same i followed the rules because i didn’t wasn’t to incur a $250 fee Also the restaurant in the hotel was not great and had few options for breakfastOtherwise the staff was very nice and the hotel lobby was nice and the rooms were clean Also the doormen were nice and helped carry the lugged up to the roomI do like the hotel but these things defiantly should be addressed

Leopoldo Martinez

Stayed for 1 night and loved the room, the on-site restaurant and its surroundings More importantly, the staff are excellent – from greeting us as we came to and from, to helping understand our bill (Danny and Evan – who emailed various documentation in minutes, to Julie – in locating garments left behind and calling back in minutes too) Also, walkable to South Coast plaza and restaurants

Definitely, a gem in Costa Mesa Truly exceeded its AAA 4-diamond rating This is the hotel to stay in CM and the surrounding cities

This place gets a 5 for all hotels in its Price Range It’s close to pretty much everything you need in Anaheim The room was big and clean

The parking was GATED! Which is big time for me, I got a lot of stuff in my car The breakfast was complimentary-no cooked food but I won’t let that negatively affect the rating… complimentary is what it is But the rest of the place was awesome Pool was clean, jacuzzi was clean and both were not full They do a good job managing this hotel

Hannah Vlieger

This was the best hotel experience we’ve had in a long time, and certainly at this price point Staff was kind and gave water bottles when we needed them, breakfast was included and easy to pick upWe loved our room–it was spacious, extremely clean, and updated

We had a very comfortable king bed, excellent air conditioning, and such good blackout curtains that both of us slept in two hours later than usual! It was refreshing to use the warm, beautiful pool and hot tub We wish we could have stayed for longer and walked over to the neat nickel arcade nearby! We will definitely visit this place again when we’re in town Pick here if you’re on the fence for lodging like I was!

Tien Quach

pros: very friendly staff, check in was really fast, price was good for the area room was nice and bright with huge king bed hand sanitizer freely distributed in lobby and room

great location, near all attractions we wanted to gocons: wall is thin, so you probably hear the neighbors towels are rough, worst than dollar store towels i developed skin allergic reaction after stay, but can’t confirm from hotel sheets, so questionable cleanliness
