We stayed in this hotel one night and our room was on the second floor, looking at the entrance Overall our stay was totally disappointing Almost everything in the room needs renovation

I am 6 feet and the shower head was around my shoulder and I have to kneel down to wash my head There was a wedding ceremony in the evening we stay here and at around 2am, a group started to shout and laugh at the entrance, just in front of our window and all the noise was inside our room They stopped after our second complaint to the front desk but unfortunately, we could not turn back to sleep after that And at 7am, we wake up again with a blower sound! They cleaned the entrance with a blower early morning Terrible sound isolation, but most important looks like management is far away to ensure basic standards of a hotel Pricing for this hotel is like it is in the high segment but actually, the overall quality is motel class It does not deserve what you paid for

Building is historically beautiful But Worst management

Front line employees are friendly but I think managed by fear AC is too loud to turn on at night Our king bed felt geriatric We were sliding around in the lumpy plastic lining underneath layers and layers of padding Food is not good $320 per night (including amenities fee) but managed like a roadside inn Prices should reflect that bench mark State park is beautiful however

Jennifer ofHolliston

The Gideon Putnam is an old-fashioned hotel, but newly renovated, with appropriate amenities I slept well in a clean, firm, king-sized bed, and ate well in the attached restaurant It is inside the lovely Saratoga Park and a convenient shuttle takes you to downtown Saratoga

I highly recommend you try the Roosevelt Baths – a unique experience!

Overall an ok hotel Main issue is that it is overall quite dated The hot water took 1 or 2 mins to work

Heaters are old and it drys out the air more than an airplane I am a gold level member Not only didn’t we receive an upgrade They prepared a room one level below the lobby for usBreakfast doesn’t have a kids price Many guests simply paid for adults We paid for the kid as well and don’t quite think $15 is a good price compared to what’s offered

Terri Moore

Nice Marriott Clean rooms Thank you for military discount

The guys at the front desk and the bartender were all very nice The bed was the worse compared to my other Courtyard stays on this trip Too many kids in the pool to be used sadly NO breakfast included, no food to order when you arrive, not even bar food I still wish Marriott would get their act together and have all the hotels doing the same thing No close restaurants to get dinner and only breakfast is at Starbucks in hotel which is too expensive Wish the refrigerators in the room had a freezer so cold packs could be refrozen for travelers Still, I continue to stay at Marriott

My only regret is that we only got to spend one night here What an absolutely gorgeous house We stayed in the Grant Suite which was exceptional and it was amazing to be so close to history

I loved the giant whirlpool tub after a busy day The entire staff was friendly and welcoming Breakfast was ready for us and delicious when we came down in the morning and we enjoyed it out on the beautiful side porch The location was across from a lovely park and an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants on Broadway Thank you! We can’t wait to come back and visit again

Love this place Our first time visiting Saratoga Springs and this place was quite nice The staff was very courteous

Library was beautiful Loved how spacious our room and bathroom was This is an old house so there is some wear but it adds to the character of the house Everything felt clean and comfortable We could use the wine glasses and martini glasses if needed Breakfast was simple and good Very courteous I will stay here again

1922This is our second stay at the Mansion since September 2022 In September, we fell upon this gem by accident, and it immediately became our mini vacation spot the Mansion itself and all of its surroundings in Saratoga Springs!!! Our first trip we had the pleasure of meeting Doug This time, we were fortunate to finally meet Martha She remembered that she spoke with me on the phone a few months prior to switch our stay dates with a few weeks difference She is such a wonderful person, and has a pleasant demeanorAs we were hanging out in the front living room, we found Doug, the caretaker We had an awesome conversation about meatballs and possibly locking out my husband on the side porch while he smoked a cigar, haha So glad we ran into him We briefly reminisced on our previous crazy experience in September about how the Americade festival assisted us in finding this B&B gem :DMy husband and I spent some quality time in the front living room playing a game of CLUE, which is one of the games in the Study for guests to enjoyOur Saturday night pleasantly ended hanging out with other guests in the Study We shared wine, stories, and laughter Such a great timeI found it so hospitable that snacks and tea are left in the dining room each evening, along with clean plates and silverware for guests to use if food is brought in from any of the surrounding restaurantsAll amenities are clean and fresh, guest rooms are clean and inviting Everything about this place is fantastic The history is the most amazing! The staff are all so friendly and personable, always smiling Thank you for your efforts to give Mansion guests a memorable experience! This is our mini vacation spot!! Can’t wait to go back

We stay at Hampton Inns a lot, but this is by far the best of the year Incredibly clean, to start, from the showers to the phones to the backs of the television sets! Extra towels and blankets already in the room Very friendly, helpful staff

We were there eight nights, and our entire party agreed that this hotel was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long timeEven the breakfast was markedly better than the usual Hampton Inn morning choices And, again, staff were very accommodating when one of us needed anything special, be it an egg allergy wondering if something could be provided without eggs, or extra orange juice for the roomA real pleasure

Tom M

Excellent value For the money, this hotel is a gem Very clean, functional

Breakfast was included and was pretty good The dining area is huge They have a pantry with basic food and drinks off hours Plenty of parking, which was free At the time we were there the EV charger was not working The location is the best part Easy walking distance to restaurants on Broadway and Congress ParkPool was clean Barely used while we were there Hit tub (spa) is HOT, not cold or lukewarm like so many other placesThey put out free snacks & cookies every afternoon Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable I’ve stayed at much more expensive, and swanky hotels However I’m often disappointed at those price ranges because nothing should be missing, and often is At the Hampton Inn Saratoga, nothing was missing

Eric Haffner

One of the best locations of any Hampton I’ve stayed at Right by the main downtown thoroughfare – a short walk away Balcony views from the hotel

Nice rooms Beautiful lobby And easy digital key with the Hilton app if you want to check in from your phone I was able to go right into the parking garage using my phone without having to check in at the desk

Everything was actually pretty good Very smooth trip good services, reasonable amenities, and a fantastic location The rooms were laid out pretty well but the bathrooms were a little small

We had a conference in the facilities were well suited to conferences and the food served was very reasonable I’ve stayed here a few times and so far with many of the other hotels in town

E S

We’ve stayed here before during a chowderfest The rooms are nice, but small The window heater was driving us crazy, it was going off and on all night and was ridiculously loud! We’re talking you need industrial earplugs! I only got 2 hours of sleep

The plus was a large fridge, coffee maker, and microwave No breakfast included with our room (used points) which was unexpected as my so regularly stays at Holiday Inns for work and continental breakfast is usually included Had I known I would have grabbed some frozen breakfast meals at a storeLinens, pillows, and towels were really good quality

T K

If you like bugs, holes in the ceilings and FILTHY hallways, stop by! Been here multiple times in the past and have actually TAKEN multiple photos of the THOUSANDS of ants and other insects I’ve seen right in the hallways & main lobby Also their Kitchen, in NO way meets any sort of Health standard, as well as the constant risk you run of the ceiling quite literally, falling on top of youAlso I’ve attempted to use their “gym” a few times late night, and have noticed their is a large bit of homeless activity throughout the back lobbies & restrooms throughout the evening

Would give this hotel a negative rating if possible

We just spent 2 nights at Saratoga Arms and loved everything about our visit! Saratoga Arms is a beautiful hotel and impeccably cared for, but that is not the reason for my review We have stayed in many beautiful hotels here and in Europe, but NEVER have experienced the attention to detail that the staff delivers We were contacted before our arrival asking us questions so the room could be prepared exactly to our wishes

Every single member of the staff was warm, friendly and always at the ready to make sure our every need was being met! Our room was comfortable and lovely Breakfast in the dining room was delicious and abundant! If you plan to travel to Saratoga Springs, I am certain your stay at Saratoga Arms will be as lovely as ours

Regina Giancarlo

The Saratoga Arms is a beautiful historic hotel centrally located in the heart of Saratoga on the main street of Broadway It’s location makes it so easy to shop and find entertainment It is the most beautiful, clean, warm and inviting hotel to stay in! It feels like home

The reason it feels like home is because it is family run! The proprietors care deeply!! As a guest, you are made to feel so relaxed and taken care of When it comes to dining the food is delicious You have the choice of sitting inside in a beautiful dining room or sitting outside on the front porch! My husband and I just booked another long weekend in July at the Saratoga Arms to attend the Saratoga Track horse race Book a room now! You will love it there!

Joshua Berkowitz

It was a pleasure staying at the Saratoga Arms Aidan was extremely helpful with text updates about our room status, crucial updates about the local parking garage, and recommendations for food around town, and Kathleen gave us great tips for the track and stories about growing up in Saratoga It is very well positioned on Broadway right near many great restaurants and shops

The breakfast on the porch is delicious, wonderful and charming, the rooms are well maintained and impeccably clean, and I would not hesitate to stay there again should I be in Saratoga in the future

Very nice hotel, but room had repairs needed The staff texted us to be sure everything was OK, but then ignored the reply The next day they texted again and wanted a 10 rating on how great they were doing

When they later did respond to a subsequent message, they said they would make the repairs that day, and then ghosted usOtherwise, the room was spacious and had a great bathroom and a comfy bed (but we couldn’t close the curtains) Good “kitchenette” space with fridge and microwave and table big enough to eat at (but it hadn’t been cleaned well before we checked in, with crumbs all around)The lobby was a great meeting place and the breakfast was much much better than any other hotel included breakfast There was also a good snacks and beer happy hour included that was nice Great neighborhood

My mother, my daughter, and I were visiting from Florida and booked a stay for 5 nights in a 2 Queen Bed 2 Room Premium Suite The room was very spacious The breakfast was delicious and everyone working there was very friendly

However, that’s where it stops Some of the people who work at the front desk were friendly, but others need some more training on customer service To begin, my daughter found a dried up dirty hand towel in her bed, which means the beds weren’t changed It was disgusting! My mom then punctured her leg on the bed she was sleeping on because the metal hooks securing the mattress were broken and sticking out from the bottom Another hook and screws were also found on the floor We went to the front desk and explained the situation and showed the lady the screws we found and the cut on my mother’s leg She apologized and said someone would clean the room and repair the bed, and she gave us the option to change rooms We decided to stay in the room since we were already settled A manager never contacted us to discuss what happened or to see if my mom was okay our entire stay Nobody from the front desk checked in with us to make sure everything was fixed either Our beds weren’t changed for several hours, but the bed my mother was sleeping on was repaired quickly My mother continues to have pain where her skin was punctured I also had to frequently request that the water, coffee, and snacks be replenished throughout our stay, even though that is an amenity that is supposed to come with the premium suite I called the front desk to let them know we needed toilet tissue and the man who answered the phone said they didn’t have anyone from housekeeping available and that they keep some extra at the front desk that we could go pick up ourselves As a Hilton Honors member, I have stayed at many of your hotels in the past However, this recent stay was not a very pleasant one, and I hope these issues are addressed quickly for future guests

Patty P

The hotel was a very nice venue for the conference I was attending The location was good as far as being close to shops and food, but being so close to a main Street

not so good The constant brakes and acceleration of large vehicles all night long was tough to sleep through Also the bed seemed like it would be comfortable, but after 3 nights of trying to sleep (could also have been due to noises) I couldn’t wait to go home to sleep in my own bed My back was killing me! Overall, nice place, but had its downfalls

Rob Brock

Great serviceClean and comfortable furniture and bedHouse keeping does wonders with cleaning and covid regulations

Clean and quiet even with the chess tournament going on it still was quiet andPeacefulWill be going back as it is now my favorite get away spot

The property could use some remodeling but it is in a great location, very close to downtown and most importantly the room and bathroom were clean If you value customer service ahead of fancy, then this is your place I can not say enough how wonderful the staff at this property were to me and my sister during our visit this weekend! The women at the front desk were AMAZING, as well as the bartender, they were all welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating

The hot breakfast was also deliciouseven better than the popular diner spots downtown Customer service here is top notchright up there with a 5 star hotelkeep up the fantastic work, I intend to return very soon!

Valerie

The staff was really friendly; stayed during the week so a hot breakfast was only available on Wednesday and it was okay, but not free The coffee was cold the first morning Didn’t know til we got there that the pool was closed, and the building definitely needs a makeover, hence the construction that seems to be going on for a while judging from the reviews I read

The AC worked well and was quiet The firepit is a plus!

Barry Grossman

Very convenient location – close to town and SPAC / parkStaff was able to change room when we checked in ✅️Breakfast looked meh, walked into town for such

My husband and I got married at The Adelphi hotel at the end of June 2022 and in one word, it was SPECTACULARFor background we were originally booked in a different state/venue but on a visit we decided that The Adelphi was actually where we needed to get married Connie & the staff we beyond accommodating with our switch to their venue and made the end to end process so easy

We were slightly nervous when we booked because going into it we knew that there was going to be a renovation taking place on their venue area But WOW when I say the venue was magical, it doesn’t begin to describe it The style, decor and finishes coupled with the stunning glass ceilings made for a true classy, sophisticated black tie eventThe food was unbelievable, we already knew going into it that the food was going to be great, because we’d stayed a few times at the hotel and dined in their restaurants Really just lights out amazing and perfectly prepared! The staff & Connie are next level, they are extremely professional, skilled and go above and beyond to ensure the couple & guests are well attended to Definitely opt in for the Bridal Attendant, we had Selena and she was wonderful!!!All around +5 Stars!! We can’t wait to come back up and see everyone there again soon!

Paul Scott

Our second stay at The Adelphi was at least as good as the first We stayed in a Broadway Suite with a comfortable king bed and modern remote controls for shades, blinds, and lights Complementary mini-bar and lovely well-appointed room furnishings made it hard to decide on a cocktail in the room or down in the bar

In-room coffee (Nespresso pods) could have been better: only had a limited provided variety of coffees We had dinner at the bar and room service breakfast, both were delicious, plentiful and well-presented Service overall was excellent, as expectedIf you travel to Saratoga Springs you must give The Adelphi a try for a luxurious stay You won’t be sorry

this hotel deserves 7 stars tbh the staff is veryyyy friendly from the second you enter the hotel the valet, reception, cleaning staff, waiters at the restaurant are all so nice the room was decorated beautifully and i loved the touch of the antique books in the bookshelf next to the bed

i loved the historical theme and decorations of the hotel combined with the technology in the room such as the bidet in the toilet and all the lights and shades we asked for extra blankets and they gave the fluffiest and cutest blankets ever the bed and pillows were soooooo comfortable you literally melt inside the bed the room and bathroom were very spacious the restaurants downstairs are very good especially the sushi i wanted to live in this hotel tbh 1000/10 highly recommended

My husband and I stayed here when we were attending a winter wedding in the area This hotel is amazing! The beds were super comfortable, the common areas are beautiful and we loved the breakfast It’s location is perfect also, with lots of parking so it’s easy to get lots of places in Saratoga

You can tell that the hotel is incredibly well cared for and everyone was so nice Cannot recommend enough, we will definitely be returning in the summer for a trip!

My husband and I stayed at Anne’s Washington Inn for a wedding in December 2021 It was our first time visiting Saratoga Springs! When I say we had an amazing time from start to finish it was absolutely great Mr

Joe Bokan and his family are the most amazing hosts The rooms are very comfortable and charming The Inn is also in a great location very close to Albany airport and driving distance if you live in PA or NJ Ann’s Washington Inn is just a short walk into town and conveniently located just across from the State Park We will definitely be back very! soon! Thank you again for making our stay extra special

Jennifer Fink

Was searching for a place to stay for the weekend for a wedding The inn was a great choice! The owner, Joe, goes above and beyond to take care of anything you need and I think he runs it with his daughter, who had great suggestions for stuff to do and places to eat in the area! The rooms were very clean and spacious while maintaining the “cozy inn” feel! We also loved using the fire pit In the backyard!

We had an amazing stay at Saratoga Farmstead!!! Such a beautiful and peaceful retreat so close to downtown The house was clean and very unique Our room (Saratoga Room) was spacious and the king bed was comfortable

Breakfast in the mornings was absolutely delicious! Staff was kind and attentive We loved hanging out in the parlor during the evenings and using the record player We even made friends with some of the other guests! It was also a treat to have an amazing massage there, just steps away from our room Can’t recommend it enough, will definitely be staying here next time we visit Saratoga Springs!

It’s quiet, peaceful, nicely dark at night yet very close to town and all attractions Our room was comfortable, clean and inviting The grounds are beautiful with paths created to take nice walks

Very friendly owners who offer warm hospitality Breakfast is a highlight – organic, bountiful and artistically presented Special diets were no problem And you can get a massage, too Great spot!

What a quaint property right outside bustling Saratoga Springs! You’d never know you are minutes away from Broadway, and for the best if you are seeking some rest & relaxation! The property itself is stunning, the rooms cozy and clean each with their own special theme I loved staying in the Boho room! Breakfast was phenomenal & healthy! Not your regular standard menu The food is made with love and it shows! Allison the owner, is so knowledgeable with the area of Saratoga so she gave some awesome dinner recommendations for us

We actually loved the property so much we ended our night short in town and came back to sit by the outdoor fire! I have found my go to place to stay in Saratoga for the future! Highly recommend!
