I like that they had a fan on the boat because I love sleeping with a fan I wish that they had restocked the breakfast basket for our second day, as I was look forward to my morning coffee, and there was only one coffee for our two night stay There was no place to get coffee nearby at 7 AM in the morning without driving somewhere Other than that, it was perfect!

The dock is very private, surprisingly quiet and extremely relaxing Stunning views of Queen Mary, Rainbow Park and Shoreline Village The yacht itself was also wonderful Clean, well-maintained, comfortable and cozy My only nit-picky things are that parking is a bit of a walk and the daily cleaning service was hit-and-miss Certain details were forgotten / overlooked on the 3rd and 4th days of my stays Very friendly staff – I recommend trying this unique place!

Booked a room here for a last minute trip Choose it over Residence Inn (also another Marriott hotel) because Courtyard is located right next to all the restaurants that are less than one minute walk!My room was impeccably clean and quiet, and it also came with a fridge and a microwave, which I was able to use to warm up my leftoversI didn’t get to use the fitness center but I saw a good selection of dumbbells and machines

If there’s any flaw, I’d say the elevator is pretty slow So head out a couple minutes early for your Uber ride!

If I could give this hotel is zero star review I would I spoke to a very kind gentleman first thing this morning before I left Arizona, and unfortunately our call got disconnected I called right back and got on the phone with a horrific representative name solely She was extremely rude and wouldn’t even apply my membership number then took my card information and disconnected the phone

When I called back she wouldn’t even apologize but told me that she booked the room So after 6 hours I finally get back here to the hotel room and then she tells me that she wasn’t able to book my room yet they charged me $355 So now I’m sitting here in la having to look for another hotel room because she was being fraudulent with my card information I will be submitting fraudulent activity to my credit card, and contacting my attorney for the simple fact that I believe she’s taking my information and using it elsewhere Do not say this place if you want your information to be safe When I asked if there was a supervisor she laughed at me and said they won’t be here till Monday but they won’t be able to help you anyway

Family and I Stayed 2 nights 3 days This place was perfectly located around shops, food location (restaurants and food trucks) , sight seeing, entertainment, the beach The only time we moved our car was to go to San Pedro for the famouse fish market but other than that, everything is all around

BIG flat screen TV’s I recommend upgrading for a room with a view, its well worth it The staff members were nice and super courteous We will definitely be staying there again

Love this hotel! My suite was very large, there was a nice outdoor pool and hot tub, nice and well-maintained exercise room, very good free breakfast including hot food options (bacon, eggs, etc), safe neighborhood (corporate / techy area), and all the staff were extremely professional and accommodating Rooms have balconies / patios! Standard rooms have showers but no tubs; if you want a tub an accessible room will be a better optionAn even-numbered room will face the exterior or parking lot

The view isn’t as nice but if you have a ground floor even-numbered room it will be very easy to access your car and bring in luggage through the patio door If you have an odd-numbered room it will be facing the courtyard area and be a nicer view / more secureThe ONLY thing I would change is that my patio facing the parking lot didn’t have much privacy; I wish there was a hedge or low fence rather than just opening right into the lot This is a very minor thing though and having a patio at all was amazing10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone Huge rooms, great breakfast, pool and spa, and very nice staff Will stay here again

We must note this was the beginning of Excellence in all aspects of this relationship Mr Jones set the bar high in customer service and personality but that level of service was provided to our group from check in through checkout We ended up with about 40 rooms The staff, front desk, housekeeping, and on site management (Janet was a superstar!) provided excellent service Austin represented the property well when I checked in We felt welcomed!The property is located in an excellent easy to access location, but really is in a quiet and pleasant location away from the busy street Property was well maintained and rooms were very comfortable Breakfast, under the current “Covid protocol” conditions was goodThank you Mr Jones and the entire staff for hosting our members They expressed their delight in choosing this propertyIf we have opportunity to return to the area again, we will be choosing Hyatt House Cypress/Anaheim

The only cons a:e I have seen people smoking by the doors and you have to pass through them to enter I believe this a non smoking hotel and the hotel really needs to do something about people who have the audacity to do it in a non smoking property Also, right now there is a car that has been parked in the red all night and I cannot back my car out

She is very paranoid and intrusive, she let herself into our room at 8 in the morning while we were asleep She then accused us of having more than 2 people and that my friend was not over 21, which they wereWe drove all the way from Ohio, hoping to spend the week surfing, instead we had to spend it finding other places to stay, after having this reservation booked months in advanceWhen we arrived she must have been watching us, because she called me later the night we got in while we were out to out and said the surfboards I had brought into the room could not be in there To me it seemed ridiculous that I couldnt protect my property from being stolen off the top of my car, especially given we were at a popular surf spotLastly, Mindy gave us until noon to be out of her place, so we had to pack up after only one night and leave Once we left she gave us a very disturbing phone call about how inconsiderate and rude we were for not cleaning the room I also realized after we left that I forgot my shoes in the room, and when I went back to get them she refused to let me into the room to get themOverall a terrible experience, and we did not feel safe

Terrible! It’s not like the picture The room was so small it triggered panic attacks from clostrophobia The entrance to our room located in a alley faced the dumpster and rodent traps from the bar/restaurant next door

You can hear the noise and music from the restaurant so badly that they have a white noise box in the room We moved to a Marriott because this is not what we consider a vacation accommodation The owner Global Connections whom we have as a vacation club for many years says basically that he stays there when he comes to town and pretty much sorry for your loss No refunds, no alternate options and staying at the Marriott was our choice as Global could not find any other accommodations for us so there are no reimbursement for our room There are 2 Besa Del Sol’s Make sure you get the right one Global sucks with customer support and satisfaction!

The hotel was clean upon arrival After check-in, i found the fridge was not cooling and just the freezer part worked The stove would shut off after a few seconds, i let the front desk know and maintenance would simply come in and check if the appliances were on and leave

This is why i chose this hotel for our stay in Long beach since we meant to do most of the cooking at the hotel to save on eating expenses Our eggs and milk and the rest of the perishables had to be thrown away The hotel front desk person made little to try to accommodate for this huge inconvenience The we also had to ask for towels every day of our stay since housekeeping would not bring new ones or take the old ones out The pool and hot tub were great and the lounge areas were comfortable Out of their 3 washers and dryers only 2 worked and 1 had a broken handle, it seemed unreasonable sinceit was a large hotel with many people waiting in line to use them, i had to wash our clothes at a nearby laundromat Parking was easy and affordable The morning breakfast buffet was simple but very good Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you have children or a large family if you plan to wash your clothes or do your own cooking For the price of each room and our stay, i wish the amenities were fully functional

Stayed at the Cove on August 12th for a two-night mini girls trip with my best friend and we couldn’t have had a better stay The hotel was clean & well updated with a beautiful heated pool, assorted comfortable chairs/cabanas for lounging & even fun life-size games suitable for kids and adults alike! As of June 2022, the Cove is an underrated and hidden gem of a hotel in the Long Beach area that doesn’t break the bank The rooms are renovated with modern colors and amenities along with being poolside There are also lots of places to hang out to enjoy the beautiful weather

The staff are some of the most helpful and nicest staff I’ve interacted with and they’ve made the experience wonderful I would say the downsides are the wifi signals are weak in the rooms (stronger by the front office) and that some clients do not adhere to the quiet time policies

We got the last room over a busy holiday weekend It was facing the street, but the HWY noise was not too bad We enjoyed Disney, 25 minutes away

We enjoyed the beach, 2 minutes away…faster if you make a run for it Sean helped us to check in early, we were tired from traveling, so we appreciated that Parking easy and free Breakfast delicious The building is older, but our room was upgraded & the mattress was comfortable Love that there is no smoking! I think the only thing I would suggest is an actual fan in the room (with window closed for noise, it might be nice to feel the breeze) and may be painting the courtyard hallways and doors to fresh up

Great, locally owned, hotel Super convenient location with a 2 minute walk to the beach It was great being able to open our balcony doors and hear the waves crashing on the beach

There was some construction going on while we were there, but the noise was barely noticeable in the room Our room was super clean, beds were comfortable, and check-in/out was a breeze

I stayed at this hotel with my wedding party and was treated like trash The police was called on us several times, constant knocks at the door as if it was a crime to communicate with your guess and with talking to random people that rented there this past weekend they complained there were treated the same as if this hotel was racist I love the residence inn but I will never ever recommend this location in cypress

They made my stay miserable

Stayed there for a convention at the Long Beach convention center The walk to the convention center was further than I thought but still doable The plus side of this hotel is that there are plenty of places around to grab food and the cafe in the hotel had a great grab and go breakfast selection (for a fee)

The downside: the room smelled terrible of smoke (as well as the overall hotel) I can’t believe I was placed in a room that smelled so pungent We also had a barking dog into the late hours next to us and an alarm clock in the next room that went off in the early morning It was also quite loud in the room from outside noise and noise from the hallway The quality of the hotel was not up to par with the price per room

Hotel experience was great We were in town for Star Wars Celebration The Staff were super friendly

The rooms were a good size and clean Only recommendation is the carpet may need to be replaced There was a musty smell in the room Great location Able to walk to restaurants, The Dollar Tree, and Target Love the fresh cookies in the evening!! Special shout out to Jason for calling to let us know that we left some clothes behind We were able to swing back and pick them up before we left town We will definitely be staying at this hotel again 👍

its a drag that you can only use the main entrance and keys don’t work on side doors The other thing that sucked was the attention to detail my shower was dirty and had someone’s long hair still hanging on the shower wall not cool also room service never came to refreshen the room over all maybe under staffed 🤷🏽‍♂️ but I definitely will not be staying here again not worth the money for the room kind of motel feeling And the musty smell😳🤮

I love this inn! It’s not super expensive and, yet has amazing amenities The free breakfast is the best I’ve ever had from a hotel in my life! It’s delicious and, there are so many options I also love their custom coffee machine located by the check in area! Seal Beach is super quiet and cute too

Plus there’s a Johns Philly grill right across from the Inn and, for me being a Philly native I appreciate a delicious food option close by This is my go to place to stay when visiting Seal Beach!

I have to rave about this hotel because I don’t understand why it is only a 25 star because to be it deserves a 4! It is a great location in a beautiful neighborhood, four blocks from the ocean, around the corner from Main Street with great food and shops, right across the street is Taco Bell and Pizza Hut but the best place is Glory Days Grill and fresh amazing food and drinks and live music! Comfy new beds, so clean you can smell the clean in the halls even and amazing newer updates rooms! Great breakfasts and just super nice people and super Impresses! This will be my go-to place when I come!

Clean, crisp, cosmopolitan, and comfortable The hotel is centrally located in downtown, across the street from the convention center, and just a 20 min walk or 4 min drive to the Queen Mary The rooms are well kept and very comfortable

We slept well The room was quiet with the ac on, and the bed and linens felt fresh We had a beautiful view of the city with the harbor in the distance The service was unwelcoming at times and a little off-putting They offered us a complimentary breakfast due to our status level, but it closed at 11 am on Sunday BTW, the Starbucks closes at 11:30 So, if you have a late night on Saturday, you may have trouble finding a bite to eat Parking was costly, $38 per night

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean The front desk staff is amazing! I didn’t give it 5 stars because I didn’t like that there were no servers out by the pool to order drinks or snacks and then down at the lobby bar/restaurant if you sit outside you have to be your own server for your drinks, they did run the food out which was nice I’d definitely stay here again! It’s in a nice spot, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and activities!
