I stayed at this hotel in early March Was a very pleasant stay, staff always checked in to see if they could make my stay more comfortable-especially Stephanie (I hope that was the evening front desk rep name!)The hotel room was gorgeous and I was surprised with a free upgrade before I checked inDefinitely try their restaurant for breakfast, everything tasted fresh and was nice to have before heading out for work
In walking distance to most attractions, I even walked to the Seattle needle with no issues and of course a few coworkers for safety!Overall would highly recommendDay picture is view from their outdoor area on the 7 th floor and night picture is the view from my room!!

The Sound was the best hotel I have stayed at in Seattle The hotel is very clean and modern, with beautiful rooms While the chair next to the bed was very uncomfortable, everything else about the room was amazing
Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping I would definitely return!

Very disappointed in this Hilton Booked & did online check-in Selected & hotel confirmed 3 rooms side-by-side as start of a large family vacation
NCL Alaskan Cruise Upon arrival before 6pm, our room had been given away Had 2 small grandchildren with us & had thought to enjoy a wonderful family breakfast in downstairs restaurant NOPE! Mostly small tables for 2-3 & was told the larger table open was reserved At no time were we advised by front desk knowing we had a large family party that we should make reservations for breakfast So our family made the best of it & simply rotated family members out to eat at the 1 table available However, the waitress became disagreeable & made a snide remark NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL Almost booked MARRIOTT ON THE WATERFRONTNow I wished I had

Check in was easy, staff was polite Parking is on site and convenient The room was clean when I arrived and housekeeping keep it spotless my entire stay
There was no noise, the bed was comfy and they provided bottled water in the room I was there for work but there are many restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance The view was also a nice bonus I am very particularly about where I stay, I would definitely give this place another go

Modern rooms We had a great view of Mt Rainier for about 1 hour (rainy weekend)
The shower only has glass across half of the opening, which I’ve never seen before The mirror light has a dimmer (very cool and useful for applying makeup) I was grateful for the little coffee maker in the room which I used on the day I had an early start I wish the room had a microwave so that we could heat up leftovers On our last day, the hotel was able to hold onto our luggage after checkout until it was time for us to go to the airport A good thing, since I wasn’t able to go through security at the airport until 4 hours prior to my scheduled flight The concierge will call you a cab if you need it Just be careful that someone doesn’t steal it from you! (We ended up calling a Lyft which arrived immediately after our cab was stolen) The location is walking distance to Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, the monorail, tons of cafes and restaurants, and the mall Great hotel!

The staff are very polite and helpful We asked for an upgrade and they were able to accommodate us Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable
The have a coffee machine in the room and give you bottles of water which we love The gym is very modern with up to date equipment We had drinks one evening at Rick’s Whiskey bar Our server was super friendly and the manager even came out to chat with us I love the snack bar on the second floor Perfect for morning coffee We stayed here for six days and will definitely book again when we are back in Seattle

Very nice clean friendly hotel and staff No problem with noisy guests The rooms lobby and property were very clean and smelt fresh
The roof top patio offered an awesome view of downtown Seattle, the waterfront and Queen Anne Hill Location is totally awesome with being a block from Climate Pledge Arena, Seattle Center and tons of restaurants all within walking distance Felt very safe walking around during the day and night It was well worth the overnight stay and cost Maybe someday they will offer continental breakfast and frequent guest points Very nice experience

It’s an older hotel, but that’s not a bad thing My wife and I stayed here while we were in Seattle during our wedding anniversary The hotel met our needs and was great
The price was very good We don’t need a $500 a night hotel to be comfortable The hotel has roof access with an amazing view of the Space Needle It was really cool I would stay here again for sure
Tony Rector
Checking in the staff was friendly and helpful The rooms are fantastic and smells so freshlike the other reviews the beds are soft and not many Hotels you go to where you can still open the window for Mother Nature to give you a cool breeze
Our view from the window was a great angle of the Space Needle Wonderful experience Will recommend this place to everyone

We had a great stay at this hotel Front staff was very friendly and accommodating They were able to check us in early which was amazing
We had a corner suite and you could just barely see the water, but still a pretty decent view Bottled water is complimentary which is always a plus too It was fairly conveniently located to plenty of things to do The aquarium was about a half mile and we were able to walk there with no issues I would definitely stay here again

I have NEVER had such a smooth or welcoming experience at ANY hotel in my life From start to finish, booking was easy, the staff were warm and generous, they made early check in and late checkout accommodations, they answered every question and did everything they could do to make our experience wonderful I booked the room for my daughter’s 21st birthday and they sent her sparkling rose and gave her a beautiful city view
They remembered my name and helped with every detail to make it perfect From valet to concierge to management and customer service representatives, I cannot express my gratitude or my happiness enough If you want a warm Seattle welcome, this is the place to go!

Wow! The front desk staff was great Room was perfect even with a view of pikes market It was pouring out so we chose to eat at the hotel
Unbeknownst to us it’s such a great restaurant that lots of people had made reservations Even with that in consideration we got in I was very impressed with the food The staff was hustling to take care of everybody What a fun atmosphere right in downtown Seattle!
John Neighbors
Very nice place The staff is top notch and serves you well We would definitely stay here again
I will say, the amenity fee is a joke No real value to it, just a way to make the nightly room rate look smaller than it really is I wish people and businesses could simply be straight forward and honest, instead of playing all the gamesNevertheless, great hotel If you are considering it, you won’t be disappointed
Anna Luberg
Couldn’t be any happier with my stay! The hotel is pretty neat, with a cool artistic twist and a laid back vibe Location is fantastic, everything you probably looking forward to see is within walking distance It was a nice continental breakfast and a bunch of different snacks throughout the day
Staff is very sweet and welcoming, especially manager, Rowen, who welcomed me to check-in very early and upgraded my room to the room with a view, which by the way is stunning!

Hotel was beautiful! We loved the location and that there was a Starbucks in the lobby The one thing that keeps me from ratings 5 stars is there restaurant bar The food was nasty for the price
We were expecting higher quality from such a nice hotel My mother got the French dip and I the pizza Hers was dry and very plain My pizza looked like a 5$ frozen grocery store pizza heated up and tasted like it as wellAll around service was great, room clean, and hotel well maintained and updated

This hotel was so beautiful!!! I wish I could’ve stayed longer The Starbucks and restaurant in the lobby were really convenient Perfect central location where I could walk anywhere downtown
The biggest plus for me was the firm beds, I had an incredible night sleep there Only cons were that the facilities like pool and gym required elite status accounts

Excellent service, lovely historic building with modern updates, great food We stayed here 3 nights for a trip to Seattle in a suite It was spacious enough for the king bed, pull-out couch and a rollaway
The building is historic and each room has a picture book explaining the history of the hotel They’ve updated the rooms and made them very nice We couldn’t hear any street traffic or other hotel guests The beds were very comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms neat and filled with provisions We ate at the hotel restaurant the first night, and enjoyed the live music in the lobby bar the second night Each time we had outstanding service and the food was delicious The hotel is in walking distance of a few restaurants, and an easy drive elsewhere Slightly longer walks will take you to the touristy parts of the city It’s nice the hotel is slightly set apart and not in the middle of the hustle and bustle Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Seattle

I love staying at the Sorrento! It’s such a great location between Capitol Hill and Downtown I’ve been coming here for trips to Seattle for 20 years and I love the dark wood lobby and the clean, classic rooms The service is always warm and professional- and the value is really good
I just stayed here again after a cancelled flight meant I had an unplanned stay in Seattle and I was surprised to see how good the rate was

I booked my husband and I a Valentine’s Day getaway to Seattle using American Express’s Hotel Collection This place was amazing! It’s an older hotel that has been remodeled with a more modern flare The room we got was very spacious and welcoming
It’s about a 5-10 minute walk down to the Pier where there’s plenty of food and other shops There is no self parking but they do offer a valet service The front desk had a bottle of white wine and a welcome card ready for us upon our arrival The rooms were very clean and we really enjoyed the stay Very friendly and attentive staff Made you truly feel welcomed This is a dog friendly hotel, we saw a few people with their dogs there, the hotel has water and snack bowls at the entrance for your furry friends! Wish they would’ve had breakfast options, although it wasn’t a huge deal since there’s many options around
davisgrant1968
What a cute hotel! the room was very clean and stylish as well The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the valet and made my way up to the counter where two lovely associates were waiting to check me in a timely manner The bed and pillows were super comfy and the bathroom had everything I needed
Attached to the building is a beautiful furniture / decor store MOES as well that has some great pieces to check out!
Ylime
This place is awesome!! Rooms are modern and comfortable Staff was friendly and accommodatingThe only change I’d make is to the lack of a coffee setup in the room
They do offer coffee in the lobby from 5am – 10amPlenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the ferry was about a 3 minute drive!

Alexander Santo
Overall, this hotel is just good enough The hotel rooms are clean, but in need of an update The bed felt caved in, and the sheets and towels felt like they’d been through a million wash cycles
The breakfast bar is fine I stayed a week, and by the end I was getting tired of the same selection That said, everything tasted good, and it felt very sanitaryNo problems at all with the service Everyone was friendly and helpful
Meri Smiley
The location is great and is within walking distance of a lot of Seattle’s best attractions, including the piers, Museum of Pop Culture, restaurants, and the space needle The breakfasts each morning featured a satisfactory selection, usually including eggs, potatoes, fruit, sausage, cold and hot cereal, and juice The rooms were very spacious and had fantastic views, especially at night
When I arrived, my only complaints were that there was no toilet paper in the room, the toilet paper roll holders were in the sink, and that there was a popcorn kernel on the carpet when I walked into my room The rooms are not very soundproof eitherOverall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the views really were lovely from the 3rd and 4th floors
Lisa Marie
First, the good points of this hotel The staff is pleasant, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean when we arrived and there is a decent breakfastNow the not-so-good
We were told no housekeeping available for our two day stay I know there is a staff shortage, but they wouldn’t even empty the trash, which is gross People put trash out in the hallway (pizza boxes) and it stayed there for more than 24 hours attracting bugs and rodents There was a used teeth flosser in the hallway for more than a day Housekeeping left dirty sheets out in the hallway, partially blocking the hallway and making it difficult for people in wheelchairs to get byWe were given a note when we checked in that said masks were required in public areas Not a single staff member in the front desk area wore a mask Few guests wore masks The front desk area and the breakfast get very crowdedThe hotel website claims this hotel has 24/7 dining They don’t We checked in after midnight, very hungry after a day of travel I asked the front desk clerk if there was any food available to purchase There was nothing How hard is it to stock some snacks or microwaveable meals? Or get some vending machines? So, it’s an OK hotel, but needs higher cleaning standards If they aren’t going to offer housekeeping services, they should lower the cost of the room And tell guests the truth about masks and availability of food

I was on a business group rate trip for 3 nights, so maybe that’s why it was mediocre I’m vegetarian and my husband is an omnivore The meals that we were served did not taste flavourful or fresh
It was Russian roulette whether you would get a soft or hard dinner roll Even the steak and fish were dry and unappealing The only meal that was good was breakfast, very well done Besides the group meals, the room service options were sub par and the cocoa we ordered arrived lukewarm Husband said restaurant food was a 5/10 Very kind busboy and attentive staff Rooms impeccably clean Beds and pillows very comfortable
Gareth Lynn
Just had a wonderful stay at this hotel The standout feature was the truly excellent standard of service and support from all staff A big shout out in particular for Sayaka at concierge services who was simply outstanding
Lovely building with fascinating history, well proportioned rooms and very comfortable bed Superb location for central Seattle and a great bar and range of drinks It was the staff and their level of service that made this a 5 star review

Love this place! My favorite place to grab a late night drink with friends! Was there the other night and had the best time ever thanks to Andrew in the bar area! He was very attentive and friendly to my party! He was quick to provide us with drink and food recommendations He kept the Lastword drinks coming and made sure my friends wine glasses where filled with great selections! Would highly recommend The Fairmont for a casual get together and great drink selections!

The Westin Seattle is a great place to stay in the city! The customer service we received upon check in was exceptional Tina at the front desk went out of her way to upgrade our room for free, and she was so personable and friendly and excited that we were celebrating our 17th anniversary at The Westin The Westin beds are heavenly, with crisp, high thread count sheets (you can even smell the bleach they were washed in, which makes my cleanliness obsessed heart happy)
Overall, the rooms are very clean The bathroom gets a 7/10 on the cleanliness scale for me… the first thing I check (after the toilets), is under the rim of the sink, which most housekeeping services overlook Surprisingly, ours was clean and not caked with years of dirt and grime 🤢 However, the overflow hole (for lack of a better word), WAS caked with grime… and same goes for the light switches Everything else was satisfactory The only other “complaint” I can think of, is that the interior is a (bit) dated It could benefit from an update, since the decor is very much a mid to late 90’s aesthetic All in all, a great option for your stay in the city

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any hotel They compare countless booking websites and typically will have rates much cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area
I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you will love it I’m sure! The Seattle Westin is a fabulous hotel with amazing staff, a grand view of downtown with 40+ floors in each tower, and a location that puts you within minutes of all that this city has to offer I came here for the Housing First Partners Conference #HFPC2022, the first conference held here since the beginning of the pandemic, and I can confidently say they did not forget how to provide top notch service over these past two years They were very attentive to the needs of the conference attendees which probably numbered around a thousand From the conference rooms to the amenities, I can say I would be very happy to return to the Westin Thanks to all the staff for an awesome week of work and fun

There is no complimentary breakfast or even coffee, they charge you for parking For 200$+ I personally don’t prefer to stay here when you have hotels that offer more for a lesser priceYou can purchase from Starbucks near the lobby , but that also open only till 10 am
Also only half of the hotel get good view of the lakes, rest is just partial view and mostly facing a bill board or the road , so nothing much thereThe rooms are normal as you expect, nothing exceptional or more spacious, there is no microwave in the rooms and they do have the coffee machine and tiny fridgeWould prefer a hotel that provides great views or breakfast for this price

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful I got a room on the 3rd floor with lake view and was really looking forward to it However the room window was covered with pigeon droppings and I barely enjoyed the view
And since the room was so close to the street it was quite noisy during the day I was really disappointed and ended up switching to a room on the other side of the hotel

This hotel is in a perfect location! Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable and most importantly, the staff is amazing!!!This property follows all the rules of safety and though the restaurant is open only tor breakfast, all other food delivery options are available and plenty of restaurants and shops around the corner There is a little convince shop on the first floor, where you can find anything needed for a night or soHotel staff is friendly and is always ready to help, replying our calls immediately
I am not sure which delay on call replies was mentioned in previous reviews There is an ATM machine on the first floor, several vending machines on various floors and a microwave in case you want to warm up your ordered food! We highly recommend this hotel!

Convenient hotel 15 miles from the airport There is shuttle service every 20 minutes on the hour Very basic amenities
Rooms have been upgraded The bathroom door is a bit odd Just make sure it’s fully closed or else everyone sees you business 😁 Not all elevators were working, so that slowed down the service There are snacks, and water coolers with regular and lemon water Concierge service is friendly and accommodating Room service for food is pricey but convenient, since the location is a bit remote and there are not many eating options outside Beds are situated on very high platforms! They are huge but comfortable with many pillows and extra blankets There is A/C which is very necessary since the windows don’t open and it tends to get a bit stuffy in the room There’s also a desk where you can work as well as a refrigerator and a Keurig coffee machine I do highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel! The fish and chips, burger and fries, lobster and salmon fritters, tea and coffee are excellent! This hotel is recommended of you’re looking for basic accommodations at a reasonable rate

Good location, about 4 blocks from the waterfront and pike place market, was nice to walk everywhere Lots of rooms here which can make the elevator situation slow The beds are comfy here and I know that is always an important part of the stay
We asked to have our room cleaned twice during a 3 night stay but was never done once, which was disappointing They should upgrade the showers and no fans in the bathrooms

This is a newer property conveniently located within walking distance of the convention center, downtown, and Pike’s Place We stayed in room 327 and it was a great size with an excellent shower plus very quiet We couldn’t hear much outside noise, just our heater/AC unit blowing
The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were too soft (down-filled) for my tastes Staff was super friendly and helpful when we requested early check-in World highly recommend this property for business or leisure (like we were) travelers Good job, Hilton!
Ashley Lutz-Lyons
Overall, we had a good experience We stayed 4 nights and loved the convenience for walking the city The room was super clean and comfortable with tons of windows which I loved
The only negative was that we paid for the park and stay package with our room so when we checked in, I assumed our room key would be ready to go for the parking garage since I had called and asked ahead of time We go to park and it’s not working so I ended up taking a ticket and paying to avoid blocking other drivers I went to the front desk and a different employee told me our reservation wasn’t showing we paid for the park and stay and said she would add it for an additional $40-$45/night I agreed but then we pulled up the original email and I was able to show them that we had indeed paid for it It got sorted out but from reading reviews, it seems maybe the system is not communicating properly when people pay for the upgrades Could be worth looking into but overall, good experience and we’d stay here again

Wow! What a beautiful hotel with such wonderful front desk staff!Tamara at the front desk was incredibly personable and fun to talk with! She gave us a fantastic breakfast recommendation for the next morning and also remembered to say happy birthday to my partner (we stayed at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront to celebrate the birthday) once we got back in for the eveningTamara was very charming and VERY knowledgeable about the local area as well, she was a great resource for information for us and really went above and beyond to make us feel like the only guests in the hotel! She really made our stay brilliant and put a lot of effort into us in terms of her outstanding customer service!Immer the Valet was also incredibly nice, he was very nice and VERY fast! He certainly made us feel like VIPs when he brought the car around I’d even recommend staying at this hotel just for the Valet!

The service is super rude when checking in My partner booked us a room and they would not let us check in when he hadn’t arrived yet even when I had the confirmation, insisting that we call him up to verify that we are in fact staying in the room It was late – did we really look like we were going to steal some random person’s room reservation? Also they needed to check our IDs and take our card information when they had his on file – which I think is intrusive and just bizarre because we’ve never had an issue with any other Marriotts
The rooms are also really outdated – old wall paper, old carpet The bathroom tile is also really slippery when wet in the bathroom so hopefully nobody trips on that There were only two towels for the two of us – so we ended up using our wet towels constantly since they didn’t dry The walls are super thin and the air conditioning is exceptionally loud There was some blood(?) on the door way trim in the bathroom Your view will be blocked if there is a cruise ship docked The concierge lobby has no services except for some snacks The coffee tastes pretty burnt in there too The hotel breakfast is at the Hook & Plow and is pretty good food if you manage to get a table If there is a cruise ship at the pier, there will be a ridiculous amount of people waiting in line and you just won’t get hotel breakfast unless you wait at least 30 minutes It looked like they had the ability to serve food in the concierge lounge so I didn’t understand why breakfast was not there instead to cater to hotel guests Parking is $65 per day The location is definitely ideal if you are going on a cruise at the pier, but otherwise, it’s really not worth it to stay here
