Great hotel, clean and comfy Great location, walking distance to many attractions The staff was friendly
The room was a bit small but still had room for the baby pack and play (provided by the hotel) and for luggage They offer a personalized housekeeping schedule that you can define per your preference We stayed in higher floors and the elevator worked great, very fast, never had to wait long

– check in is at 3 pm No flexibility They said they had no clean rooms
But if I paid $50 extra, magically there would be a room- requested room to be cleaned daily immediately upon check in Room was not cleaned for two days despite 3 phone calls and 2 chats with the front desk No clean towels No refill shampoo etc- front desk was rude, slow, and unwelcoming- views from the lower level rooms are Into a clothing factory with workers all days of the week so you cannot keep your windows open at all Leads to a very dark experience at all hours of the day
Briana Smalls
Nice and clean hotel centralized in the heart of Midtown within walking distances of many shopping places, attractions, and most of all transportation
Very accessible to the 42nd/Penn Street subway station Security at night and the ability to use your card to access the building after dark made me feel secure Highly recommend and would stay again

We loved our rooms Having the kitchen island area to work instead of a desk was great and everything was really clean The location is great with a good view of NYC
On our last day in New Jersey we went to explore NYC We had asked the front desk if we needed to move our car or if the parking pass would still let us out They informed us the pass didnāt expire until the end of the day When we got back to our car and went to leave the card wouldnāt let us out and we had to pay $18 in addition to the $22 for parking we paid every day we were there It was a good stay but only about half of the front desk staff were great
Lilly Chris
Really great hotel! It made our stay in New York more relaxed and special Very clean and modern suite, and kitchen had all utensils necessary for cooking and eating, dishwasher was also there, and washing powder provided Personnel was also very friendly and helpful
New York city easy to reach by public transport, bus or ferry The view of New York was stunning

This hotel is so pretty Itās right by the water
the only thing is, they donāt have any rooms that are waterfront directly but you can definitely see the water from the side window The suite is so spacious and updated I love how it has a full kitchen and a huge refrigerator The woman at the front desk was very polite Parking is $22 in the garage thatās located right outside of the hotel Make sure you let the front desk person know that you will be going in & out so you can retrieve a parking pass for a one time fee Itās very close to NYC!! Complimentary breakfast⦠donāt expect a full meal It was breakfast sandwiches, cereal, quick meals Still good š the only thing is I wish they had a pool but it was still a great stay This will be my new go to hotel when I come into town Thank you Residence Inn!!!

I booked 3 rooms, got them on the same floor I wiped everything with my Clorox wipes and was happy to see no dirt or even dust! The bartender was nice, the restaurant was closed off but kitchen was still open, we ordered food and ate by the bar The location was great, restaurants in walking distance and the train to NYC was nearby too which is where we spent most of the days
Beds were super comfyā¦my toddler and infant slept well and my parents and in laws stated they slept comfortably Overall good experience here and will book again when visiting

Had to book a block of rooms for several directors for a corporate offsite nearby Karen was very nice and accommodating Everyone was very impressed with their rooms
It was much more than they were expecting I liked my waterfront view, the comfy bed, and the amenities They even offered extending our rate to others outside our company who had to meet us in town Karen even followed up to make sure we were happy Service was excellent!

Our stay was mostly pleasant My biggest complaint is that two of the elevators need to be serviced The sensors do not work
For most of our stay we dealt with the doors closing on us as we walked in, but we dealt with it because it bumped either my husband or myself But when our four year old was pushed down into the elevator and onto the floor because the door began to close on her, that was not okay Thankfully I was able to put my arm and leg in to prevent the elevator from completely closing on her feet I reported it to the front desk They were apologetic and said they would have someone come out and service the elevator We checked out that same day, so Iām not sure if it actually happened Our room was okay We didnāt use the sofa bed because it was worn and looked like it needed to be replaced The bathroom wasnāt cleaned properly There was a lot of dust and a used Q-tip on the shelf underneath the sink where our ācleanā towels were The shelf clearly had not been wiped in a while Thankfully, I always travel with Lysol wipes and Lysol spray I cleaned that area and we asked for a clean set of towels Would I stay here again, Iām not sure It would depend on if the elevators were actually fixed The other issues were manageable

My family and I stayed there for a few days while on vacation Andrea at the front-desk was AMAZING I had called multiple times prior to checking in about my room type
I was told by a young guy at the front desk he couldnāt help When I called back again to asked to speak with a manager Andrea answered and made everything great She assigned us to a room that accommodated all of our requests Andrea is really a great asset to this hotel Thank you so much Andrea for fixing this stressful situation because we had been driving from Florida to New Jersey

Great place for NYC tourists, 7 min drive via the Holland tunnel or 15 min ferry ride from port imperialVery clean, great staff, good complimentary breakfast, and most important free parkingTarget, Starbucks, chipotle and much more 5 min walk from the hotelHighly recommend
Rohit Sikand
Clean and quite rooms Cannot blame the hotel for the traffic and trucks around Entry and exit is definitely not a positive as it does seem from the back of the building
Staff is helpful absolutely courteous Rooms ( suites) are large and clean Need to advise the front desk of the room cleaning service in advance – due to covid restrictions and availability The suites have two tvs and switch on and off together ! Again not an hotel issue but need to align the remote close to the TV that needs to be shut else the remote controls both TVāsā¦Breakfast is typical – eggs were COLD !!!!

PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK! They supposedly have it posted somewhere that the shared garage (only parking available) has no security and the Marriott will not be held liable for anything regarding your vehicle Parking garage is dirty, has skunks that roam at night eating garbage left behind and also has super small parking spots that make your car HIGHLY susceptible to being struck by another vehicle parking or just trying to open their doorIn addition to that, the website is VERY misleading
There is no bar, there is no food service (except 2-3 hrs in AM) and there pretty much is no amenities You’ll be provided with 1 coffee pod no matter how many days your stay is and not enough towels I’ve been there 2 years in a row and both time there has only been 1 working elevator If you are there for the convention center, and time between running back to your room and event is time-sensitive, do yourself a favor and stay next door They have food, bar, SEVERAL working elevators and much friendlier staff Literally every person working the front desk or managing at this MARRIOTT are miserable human beings

I chose this location as it was close to home but still in a nice area where I could feel as thought it was a get away I reserved a king bedroom for Valentineās Day weekend I have no complaints regarding my actual stay but rather what took place after I checked out
After checking out I received notification of the hotel attempting to charge me $250 My bank declined it where they went on to then try for $200 that my bank allowed I called the front desk to speak with someone and was basically told a manager wasnāt on site and I would have to call back to speak with one After trying to reach a manager for 3 days, a general manager finally called me back She explained to me I was being charged the additional money because I had tea light candles in my room⦠I asked her how can that be when I was never told I couldnāt use candles I even told the check in host that I would be doing a valentines set up and still wasnāt told no candle usage was allowed The employee on the phone said to me āitās in our policyā I took it upon myself to check the policy and the only things mentioned that I wouldnāt be able to do was smoke in the room Which I did not I explained this to the manager and she said to me āoh everyone knows not toā & still decided not to refund me my money⦠Maāam what does everyone knows not to mean? Iām going by Marriott Secaucus policy which doesnāt state anything about candle use How can I be charged a smoking fee when I was never smoking?! The policy mentions nothing about candle usage, only smoking⦠as well as nothing being posted in the establishment about candle use, only no smoking signs⦠again I do not find this fair and have decided to take this matter to legal services after not being able to resolve the issue with a manager This hotel fraudulently used my card as I was not notified of any charges before hand and no one can tell me where in the policy it says no candle usage as they had previously claimed SMH so I am leaving this review so others know that they will find a way to charge you a āfeeā after check out even if it doesnāt apply I have since disputed this with my bank because I will not pay a fee for something I didnāt do You should only stay at this hotel if you wish to have your card used without your permission for things you didnāt do For future reference I will reserve with another hotel for romantic holiday stays as this one will charge you extra for nothing
Izzy Cyn
Overall good experience, but if youāre going to put recycling bins in the rooms, then please actually recycle the contents inside When we went to one of the housekeepers and asked to dump our recycling, she told us to just throw it in the garbage and when we later asked another employee where we could dump our recycling, he told us he would take it just so that he could throw it awayOther than that disappointing element of the stay, the rooms were clean, the employees were nice, and we were able to get extra necessities without any hassle

I stay in hotels over 300 days a year ( now that we can) and I love Aloft hotels Iāve only been to one that was not good This room is clean comfortable and modern
I have a 4 th floor room with a nice view of NYC, now super close be still nice to look at at night The only thing I wish they had is a microwave in the room I hope to stay here every time Iām in Secaucus ( great walk in shower too)
Lauren Notaro
Room was nice and modern but housekeeping never once came in my 3 day stay Also had no shampoo in my shower, called down to the desk to have someone bring some up and was told I’d have to wait for housekeeping to arrive at 8am (had to shower and leave hotel room by 8am) – they never ended up bringing shampoo Also ran out of toilet paper and there was no additional in the room, had to call for that as well (thankfully they brought that quickly as opposed to the shampoo)
My 4th floor room faced the highway and the traffic was so loud it was hard to sleep The AC unit in the room was also incredibly loud Left with less sleep and less clean hair than I would have preferred

Always a great place to stay during my trip to the big Apple! The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful Always trying to make sure our needs are met The front desk is always going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated
Minus one star for the cleanliness of the rooms (not very consistent), but everything else is great!
Shereen
Service was awful (or racist) When I arrived I pulled into valet and was told to park across the street in the garage I told the attendant I donāt want my car in a garage its a brand new MB, I would like it valeted
He proceeded to tell me itās cheaper, which it was not the sign said $50 for the garage and $45 for valet (it was The Fourth of July)I proceed to the front desk to check in and I would like to change the card on file I was asked āif I have enough money on my cardā before switching cards how insulting!! Iām pretty sure I wouldnāt be staying āif there wasnāt enough money on my cardāMy husband and I decide to bike on the Hudson then dine on the patio for lunch where the two host did not greet us but gave the nastiest look at me from my feet up to my head! After being seated my husband asked the gentleman was there an issue and he said āoh my friend wasnāt supposed to be at the host stand so we were just making a joke for him to go back to workā I lost my appetite after the third strike and left the restaurantI only stayed one night to enjoy the fireworks with my husband and endured all this chaos on americas holiday I guess I received the true American experience The only reason Iām giving this hotel 2 stars is because of the cleanliness of the room and the location
Haydynn Fike
I was stopping in to use the living room as I have stayed at some W properties before and I was just looking to get some coffee and do some work They were filming a movie at the restaurant and coffee wasnāt available Joanne was at the front desk, and she offered to get me a cup of coffee and wouldnāt let me pay for it
As someone who also works for Marriott, we can use more like her Thanks Joanna! Canāt wait to stay the night at your property

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t be let downItās a great hotel: comfortable, neat and classy The pool is nice and not especially crowded; a great place for a kiddo to blow off some steam The staff was friendly and graciously listened to my daughter try to check in her giant stuffed dragon to our room with us

I used the Westin hotel as my wedding room block for my January wedding Gary and his staff were amazing I must have sent multiple emails checking on my block and adding rooms, and everything was always answered and done quickly and promptly
Everything I requested for my room was there when I checked in Myself, and my bridesmaids were able to all get ready in my room They did not require you to use the hotel catering, so I ordered coffee from the hotel, and breakfast from an outside vendor All my guests were comfortable in their rooms, hotel bags were delivered timely The hotel was clean, modern, up to date All staff was welcoming and helpful from bell service to cleaning service to requesting a late check out I would recommend this hotel for any future bride looking for a room block or to stay their as a guest

Absolutely a fantastic place to stay while in NJ with a remarkable view thatās quite unique!Front desk staff is very nice and helpful During check in I received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe skyline view! The hotelās got all the amenities youād want or need if here for business or personal travel View, lively bar scene, modern decors, fitness center, business center and very helpful staff
The bar had some popping music on Friday which was very cool! In fact this place reminds me of a W hotel except even more hip! Thanks guys for a wonderful stay so far!

This is probably the best hotel Iāve stayed in NYC The staff was amazing and so helpful and friendly I stayed here for my anniversary and we enjoyed our stay that we didnāt want to go back to real life
The location was perfect the ferry is right outside There was absolutely nothing to complain about it was perfect and pet friendly The views were breathtaking
Melinda Rojas
I wouldnāt bother with this hotel Front desk needs better hospitality skills, the front desk drank on the job while checking us in! We could not get a good night sleep because of how loud the music was, room was okay, pretty clean There is no snacks or drinks in the fridge just coffee
It is very hard to get in touch with reception, due to the fact they walk away from the desk and do who knows what, but when we first arrived we saw him at the bar rushing over to the desk to check us In All in all not worth it, I would go somewhere that you can get better service for your money

Visited on Memorial day Booked online but was not charged until we we checked out This hotel is well located with free parking and enough space for the entire city
The rooms are not top notch as they are bit outdated however it was cleaned, fully ready and stuffed The service offered balance everything off The inside restaurant with fresh menu and well cooked meals will make your stay very enjoyable Closed to Lincoln Tunnel and other sites, it is worth the stay and it is very affordable We will definitely go back

We needed to find a clean and comfortable hotel, walking distance from my cousin’s apartment in the Columbus Circle area and after reading through the reviews, I was a bit skeptical to book But seeing that it was only a block away from her place, we took a chance and stayed there for 3 nightsThe location is very convenient, an under 10 minute walk from the subway stop at Columbus Circle
The hotel is also surrounded with plenty of restaurant choices, food market, coffee places, pizza shops, pharmacies and bus lines that can take you cross town easilyPrice was very affordable and rooms are very clean The front desk (morning shift staff), are very friendly I also saw the hotel manager serving their guests as well and that was a very pleasant site seeing that she was there to oversee things We did not get a chance to check out their breakfast but was told that there’s breakfast available daily between 6:30 to 9 am Front desk also allowed us to get checked in at 10:30 am because they happened to have rooms available and that was a big bonus as we were all tired from our red eye flightTruly grateful for that! Will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to NYC Keep up the great work!

The rooms had everything I needed The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size considering itās in New York The bathroom could have been a little cleaner
It smelled like urine perhaps they should use bleach They have a good size gym with the basic equipment The breakfast was not best but certainly not the worst Although the coffee was very good The hotel is located in a convenient area and itās within walking distance to major interest points such as Central Park and Time Square

Nice hotel located in a quiet area Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom Room size fine
Unfortunately if all the staff was fine One receptionist was really not helping and difficult to deal with Other negative point we had 2 rooms for 4 nights, both rooms have been cleaned (and towels changed only once)But I still would say it’s a good hotel

Great!!Parking is easy and access to New York City is excellent The bus stop right in front of the hotel will take you to Manhattan in 20 minutes The bus costs less than $10 round trip per adult
The complimentary breakfast was better than expected and included orange banana apple and other fruits, orange juice apple juice milk, coffee, tea, bread, waffles, yogurt, sausage, scrambled eggs, and cerealI speak poor English but all the staff were smiling and patient with me Check-in and check-out procedures were smoothI also asked in advance about amenities and was answered instantly, which was very helpful The rooms were spacious and clean The room was in front of the elevator, so I could hear people talking, but I was tired from sightseeing and fell asleep right away, so it was not a problem We had a worthwhile stay with our children

We stayed for 4 nights Parking was right next door and access to public transportation to NYC was close and easy Front desk staff were kind and helpful
My main issue was the elevator There are 2 elevators and one was never in function On the morning we were checking out, the elevator was out of service Our room was on the fourth floor and we are a family of 5 We had so much stuff to lug down the stairs It was very frustratingThe cleaning person did not make our beds either They took the trash and our dirty towels and gave us new ones thoughBreakfast was not fully stocked, especially the muffins We could only grab 2 muffins a day because they did not replenish them I’m sure it doesn’t help when customers hoard food The guy in front of me one morning stuffed 16 hard boiled eggs into a “to go” bag and grabbed another bag to stuff bread into But it was still frustrating because there were 5 of us and everyone wanted to have a muffin Small complaint but it was still disappointingOverall, I was disappointed with the hotel We love Hyatt Place and have stayed at many different ones across the country We have never had any issues before

This is old review “Feb 22 to 24, 2017”, was over from Ireland and stayed here for a few days, really enjoyed my stay, people were nice, rooms were spacious clean, nice breakfast, had a problem with my card on arrival helped me get through it, there is a bus outside the door into Penn Station pretty cheap and only 20 mins, keep my bag safe when I wanted to do a little exploring of the city behind the desk after check out and even dropped me to the train station for free when I was heading to the airport heading to Florida for a few days before home If I’m that way again I will probably if not definitely be staying here Thanks for all your help at the time
Wonderful really went above and beyond Thanks again

It was nice Once we got there We waited in the lobby roughly 35 minutes before someone showed up at the desk to help us
Breakfast probably took nearly 20 minutes to make All I ordered was a breakfast sandwich The room was nice and clean and the hotel itself is nice and clean The rooftop bar was pretty nice Really good views up there in the bartender and the staff are very accommodating They’re always checking to see if your glass needs to be refilled The fire alarm in my room went off twice randomly And it is ear piercingly loud One time when I was leaving a voicemail for a client and another when I was in the middle of a meeting with a client So that was fun

This was an amazing boutique hotel! Very clean! Walking distance to pier 40 and 30 minutes to little island We had a great time! Gigi , front desk, was amazing! So helpful, super friendly and kind! She made us feel comfortable and welcomed and she was always there for us to help us and give us recommendations The coffee people knew exactly what we ordered the 1st time and were so good too
The house keeper was adorable and very helpful too This is a very nice and cute hotel! The roof top bar and Azul have amazing views from the city! I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you to the staff at hotel Hugo for everything!
Rachelle Papineau
Incredible stay! We stayed at Hotel Hugo for six nights and were very impressed with our stay The rooms are very clean and have everything you need In regards to some reviews I’ve read about the rooms being small, I think you need to have some expectations when staying at a hotel in Manhattan (a standard king/double room just isn’t going to be that large) but while the rooms weren’t massive they were well planned so they still felt spacious and like I said, they have everything you need
Bonus that the beds are VERY comfortable and that the decor/vibe of the hotel is on pointEvery interaction we had with staff was very positive and the location is fantastic for exploring the city It’s walkable to plenty of great restaurants and bars and there are two subway lines in proximityThe only regret I have is we didn’t explore the cafe/dining options (for lack of time, not interest) but we did make it up to the rooftop bar for a round of drinks and WOW the view! The next time we’re in Manhattan we will definitely be staying at Hotel Hugo again – one of the best all around hospitality experiences I’ve had in a long time

Great location View depends on your room location The room was the min one should expect for a 4 star hotel
Nice bed and comfortable pillows Weird layout TV in sitting area would not turn off A/c in room kept slamming on and off and was a poor quality window rattler The front desk staff appeared to be burden by guests Security was lacking Although youāll need a room key to access floors, this is by passed by guests allowing delivery people to tailgate No cameras on the floors Parking is $35 per night but no security patrolling the lotConvenient to NYC Make sure to get out and take a stroll on the boardwalk

I had an absolutely significant experience at Meadowlands Plaza Hotel with my grandchild for a reunion- The hotel is located in a wonderful area and has free parking The interior was outstandingly elegant
However, the lobby could’ve been more clean Furthermore, the elevator was a little dirty and smelt quite odd- The king banquet hall was extraordinarily clean and exquisite My grandchild and their friend had to perform at the reunion and Nicole let them rehearse in another room She was remarkably obliging and kind :)- The staff was outstandingly helpful, sweet, and the service was very fast However, they didn’t wear masks- Our room was fairly clean and had air conditioning, although the curtain opener was a bit dusty and sticky- Breakfast is free There is a wide variety of delicious food and a few drinksI would undoubtedly recommend staying here or planning an event here!

My husband and I had a 10/10 stay! The staff — all of them — are very pleasant and easy to talk to The decor throughout is thoughtful and elegant We stayed for nine days and our room got fantastic light and was just enough/functional for the two of us to be comfortable
The gym downstairs is beautiful and clean with high-quality equipment And lastly it’s the perfect location for getting connected to uptown and downtown neighborhoods and of course for exploring Chelsea We will 100 percent stay here again when we’re in town Also, shout-out to Foragers Market next door for being the absolute best corner market!

Absolutely loved our three night stay at The Moore Fantastic location within easy walking distance of a lot of attractions, shopping and dining The rooms are small but comfortable and while there isnāt a fridge or coffee machine in them, thereās a great coffee/wine bar in the lobby

Rooms were clean and had enough space to enjoy our stay Loved that coffee bar was 24 seven – oat milk lattes were on point A plus to have wine available and some baked goods Location wise was perfect – so many restaurants, shops and subway entrances close by Just perfect all around!!!

Perfect hotel Great restaurants near by and the free breakfast had something for everyone The free coffee was good and there is a Dunkin about 20′ away
It was a 5 minute walk to the bus station that took 20 minutes to get you to the city 5 minutes from met life, but was in a nice quite location for the family I will be staying here for any trips going forward and highly recommend
Justyna Davy
This hotel and its stuff live up to Marriottās expectations! We had great stay, loved everything about it! From front desk staff to the clean spacious rooms, the pool, breakfast was absolutely delicious with staff quickly and efficiently refilling food Location is really nice too! We will definitely revisit in future if passing by that area !
Anthony’s Tech 101
Had a fantastic weekend stay at this Residence Inn Hotel with my family! Upon check in, the guy at the front desk was super welcoming, answered our questions and also a very funny guy too, it was a very smooth check in process! And free parking is nice too!Our King bedroom #324 was excellent! Very clean upon arrival, the room has a nice modern appearance, it has power outlets and USB ports all over the room, a pull out couch for the kids, and the best part: it has a full kitchen with GE appliances in case you donāt want to be eating out all the time The king bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean The Samsung TV has a good amount of channels to watch, and you can swivel to different parts of the room which is cool
Our room also had a decent window view of NYC with the One World Trade Center peaking thru, but Iām sure the higher floors have a better view than us The bathroom is large, and the shower is really nice, however, one small annoyance, adjusting and turning on/off the shower is very confusing, one way says off, but it doesnāt turn off until you turn it all the way around the other way⦠the instructions on the handle for the shower are misleading and confusingThe hotel amenities were great too! The indoor pool is small but decent and clean, and it can be crowded especially on a Saturday night with families taking a dip, but early in the morning when it opens at 7am is the best bet when no one is there so you can have the whole pool to yourself Fitness center is nice as well and has great workout equipment Guest Laundry is only $150, not bad Breakfast was great too, itās free, and it has pancakes, eggs, sausage, and healthy items too! And a nice coffee bar to get you up in the morning! Lobby is also very modern and inviting, and outside, it has a front door access to all the shops and restaurants in the mall, and a nice patio with seats and a fireplace and a BBQ grill for cookoutsOverall the stay was superb! We needed a hotel close to the American Dream Mall and the MetLife Stadium, and we felt we hit the jackpot with this hotel! We will definitely be booking here again if we come back to Jersey!*Attached to this review, I have a lot of photos I took of this property, take a look!

I’ve been staying here for a long time If you decide to stay here you for sure will love it I’m sure!Such an amazing experience Me and my friends stayed here over the weekend for my birthday because we wanted to visit NYC The entire staff was incredible, and the young woman that was working at the cafe made our coffees perfectly The food was incredible as well Not to mention the bus stop to go into NYC was only a couple minutes away on foot! I canāt wait to stay here again!!!

First let me say that the rooms were nice, clean They leave you a disinfectant wipe to clean what you might want to like say the remote, etc I would stay here again if visiting Edgewater
BUT, what is up with the water pressure in the shower??? It is non-existent!!!! Such a nice big shower and no water pressure!! I washed my hair and instantly regretted it as I could not get all the shampoo/conditioner rinsed out of my hair They need to do better!!Also, another thingthe mattress we had has definitely seen some action It has seen better days and needs to be replaced At first you think, oh how comfortable but quickly found out that my husband and I cuddled every night whether we wanted to or not, as we sunk to the middleAnd my husband and I only stayed 2 nights The hotel is in a nice area, stores, restaurants close by A police station literally right there Nice walkway along the water with a beautiful view of the city, Manhattan Ferries to the city not far Just SO disappointing that I could not enjoy a nice shower and get a better nights sleep
Monica Green
My experience was terrible Iāve been a Marriott member since 2010 when I traveled heavily for work This was the worst Marriott Iāve ever stayed at
The shower was dirty, the bathroom sink clogged and would fill with water I asked for more towels and wash clothes and only received towels In the morning my phone was ringing at 6:30am, but stopped Then an hour or so later housekeeping was knocking on the door I politely answered we werenāt requiring a cleaning They STILL tried to get in the room Luckily I had the stop lock on Around 10:30 they started knocking again!!! I opened the door and said I was not checked out yet! I then received a phone call in the room saying they thought I was checked out I kindly but frustratingly explained check out was not until 12pm and I was still getting dressed! I complained to the manager at the front desk at checkout and was offered 3,000 rewards He was very kind and listened to my concerns I was happy with the 3,000 rewards and felt valued and heard However, I NEVER received the rewards points Hence, writing this review I will never stay at this Marriott again!
