Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a hotel This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area

I have been coming here for years If you stay for a few days you won’t be let downReally enjoyed my stay here You can tell that the rooms are older The view of the lake was just what i needed daily I started here for bushes and it was perfect for my needs They do have a bar and food selections are limited They also serve free breakfast in the mornings

Rachel Phương Lê

Very comfortable bed, spacious They have a walkway with a little bridge that you can walk across to restaurants and shopping, great for jogging as well They are also pet friendly, great area to stay!Downside is they don’t clean the place very well so our room smelled like dog pee

Their selection for breakfast is extremely limited There were instant eggs and sausage patties, instant oatmeal and cereal Ask for drinks milk and Orange juice, extremely limited The pool is very small, and there are no microwaves in your room, you must walk down to the lobby to heat up everything

Steve Flaherty

Customer service is severely lacking I don’t blame the staff, as I question the management The keys are always having to be reconfigured

They might have Diet Coke or Coke, but rarely both Nice rooms and location But in all my travels, this place does not meet expectations! I don’t look forward to coming back every week only to be confronted by a hotel that doesn’t appreciate the ‘customer experience’ They have good people but their hands are tied Not a typical Hyatt, from my experience Wish I had something better to say I’m disappointed with this place

Disclaimer- my son reserved the room and checked me in due to time constraints I had a double king size room with a full kitchen The room and bathroom appeared clean

Here are the things I didn’t like- the bathroom had individual bottles of soap, etc I was hoping it had the shower units that had shampoo, etc like other hotels I’ve stayed at The kitchen had nothing in it, it was completely bare The refrigerator was an apartment size but adequate The kitchen had a four chair square table Housekeeping staff were friendly but did not empty trash cans when the towels were refreshed On to the breakfast- it was okay It had scrambled eggs, sausage links or paper thin bacon, potato cubes that had an odd taste, a waffle machine, cereal, biscuits and gravy, bagels, different juices, and coffee I had breakfast at the hotel once during my stay Side note- there is a Starbucks next door (didn’t go there) There were many times I passed the front desk and there was no one there The ground floor area by the elevator had a funny smell, I couldn’t place what it was There was one elevator and the Housekeeping staff used it to move around the building which is no biggie except when I was waiting for the elevator and a housekeeper came out of the elevator not looking to see if anyone was waiting in her path We almost collided Overall my stay wasn’t bad

Susan Taylor

Very clean, BJ is very nice, front desk service is great! Best breakfast ever, lots of choices, real food! They have biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles you make yourself, cereal, yogurt, bagels the list is endless amazing! The pool and hot tub are clean and work well! The only if you thing was the room with the jetted tub, the jets could have worked a little better! Not enough pressure I guess

Gemini Love

11/13/2021: At first I loved the room! Until I woke up the next morning to find a dead roach on the floor next to the bed my 7 year old son was sleeping on The hot tub was great but the pool was waaaaay to cold!!!! I thought I was going to catch hypothermia!!!!! I didn’t get up early enough for breakfast but who could eat after seeing a dead roach in your room anyways!!!! The hotel prices are to high to be charging people to stay with roaches!!!!! I would have stayed here again if they didn’t have roaches!!!! Hotel staff did confirm with me that they knew they had them when I checked out They informed me the hotel gets sprayed once a month and that I didn’t have to stay there that next time I could stay in a different hotel if I wasn’t satisfied

Pretty rude to say to a paying customer!!!! I booked this hotel on the Priceline app From now on I will be staying at BEACHFRONT PALMS HOTEL in Galveston when I visit Houston!

I stayed here this past weekend and I have to say everything was just lovely I was staying with my daughter, her husband and baby so we reserved a 2 room suite, the hotel offered to let us use a pack and play free of charge while there so that my grandson could sleep The pack and play was new, like it had never been used which was wonderful

The staff was so welcoming and nice, the breakfast was delicious! I really enjoyed the quiches for breakfast! First time staying at a Residence Inn but it will not be my last! Thank you for a pleasurable stay!

Michelle Solomon

Residence Inn have not changed one bit from the early 2000’s when I was traveling for work It’s 2022 a lot needs to changeHere is my list of concerns

1 The first room couch bed was broken and the room smelled like mildew, we requested a different room2 The second room smelled the same as the first one, so that tells me they don’t service each ac unit regularly and with covid still prevalent, it needs maintenanced at least every other week3 The rooms are outdated even though they added stainless steel appliances to have it appear updated4 The Marriott name when it comes to Residence Inn is being tarnished all because it appears that upper management doesn’t care about making sure the customers keep coming back to The Residence Inn5 The only reason I even stayed here is due to someone else paying for it The last time I stayed, my team had to be moved to another hotel6 I have a proposal for Marriott/Residence Innif you need assistance with rebranding I am more than willing to assistfor a fee7 Today, you need to be brought up to standards so you can stay in competition with the likes of Hilton and their brand

Matha Goram

The small team of dedicated and hardworking staff can only do so much when their hands are tiedThe age of the place can be deduced by the soiled carpets, chipped furniture and non-existent pest control servicesThe breakfast was a joke compounded by the failure to label the ingredients of the prepared food to assist those with allergy or dietary concerns

Wins the race for the worst Residence Inn experience in 35 years!

The manager at Lakeview and her great crew are top notch! Customer Service and security are their priority Shower houses are beautiful!! Super clean Laundry facilities are great! Grounds are well kept

A great dog park Two big lakes We’ve stayed for several months and short stays too for medical reasons and it’s great to come back to a peaceful serene setting

Habib Bilfaqi

We enjoyed our stay here Some of the spaces upfront by the gate are tight, like the ones around 57 but there is something about that area Internet was reliable for Zoom and Teams calls, when it was working

Internet went out a couple of the days when we stayed there so we relied on Verizon Hotspot which worked fine Walking path around the pond was nice I will return here when in Houston

Rick

A large RV park The site we were on was narrow compared to other sites It probably had to do with how much we paid as we were just passing through

Seems like a lot of seasonal units We did not see any sites that were not a concrete pad The pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to go in There is a convenience store outside the gate at the gas station Nice dog park Person checking you in was very nice Great lounge where they have a book exchange They have a pond for catch and release and a path that goes around the pond I would ask about pad size if we were to stop in again

Won’t be back to this place I’m really tired of “partial updates” for hotels instead of full renovations I feel like Marriott is becoming the new Ramada (and that’s not good)

These partial updates are like putting lipstick on a pig Had a 2 night stay and switched to 3 different rooms Comfortable bed Service was very friendly but the rooms are lacking-especially for the price Pearland is in desperate need of new quality hotels

Gaylord Miller

Celeste! Nice hotel, what you would expect for a Springhill Suites The coffee bar needs some extended options (flavored creamers?) Breakfast was serviceable

The staff, most especially Celeste, made all the difference Welcoming, attentive and definitely going the extra distance to make sure guests were well cared for I noticed the entire staff treated all the guests this way

Phoung Nguyen

Shower controls would stay on hot or cold no matter what I did Called front office The young lady said she would send a tech in 5 mins, 20 mins later I went to front desk and young lady forgot about my issue cause she was busy making waffles for herself, she said there was nothing she can do but give me points on a membership thing that the hotel offers

U fortunately this is my first time here, I couldn’t take a shower and I spent 150$ on a room that can’t even shower in, I’m very upset how this was handled, I didn’t want a refund, maybe just a discount on my next time around here, horrible way to treat a new client I was referred by my company to stay here, I will be making a note of this experience to my company, maybe we should take our business elsewhere with better customer service

Great, friendly hotel – especially if you have pets I love that the housekeeping is opt-in instead of opt-out Made me feel so much more comfortable staying here with my cats

Bed was super comfy Staff was helpful & friendly Digital check-in option was great The only thing that could have been better was available restaurants in the area for food delivery I came in after 10pm on a Sunday and there were no good options to deliver in a reasonable timeframe

Emil Mathews

An excellent place to stay! Extremely clean and a well equipped room especially for families (microwave, dishwasher and fridge) Comfortable beds; spacious; clean bathrooms and a clean environment Let’s not forget about the amazing breakfast selection

Definitely a spot to come back to and relax Hats off to the friendly staff and the cleaning crew for keeping the place a wonderful place to come back to

I enjoyed my stay The room was comfortable enough and the bed was really nice The staff was incredible

The area was very user friendly and I loved that I never had to get in my car for anything except work My only complaint is the elevator situation There was only one working elevator and I got stuck inside for a short time The staff responded promptly but I think the elevator acted up several times while I was there Otherwise, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful I will stay here again on a lower floor

Elizabeth Wise

This hotel is nice, newer, and clean That is the best I can say about this hotel We stayed here several nights on a couple of occasions

They have a shuttle sitting outside, but it has not run once since we have been here We asked about the ability to get a ride and each time we were told it is not running today, so if that is a selling point I would recommend staying somewhere elseThe staff is nearly nonexistent most of the time when I go down to the lobby Normally the front desk staff is in the back or somewhere elseIf you have status with Marriott do not expect them to offer you any benefits or upgrades They would not Honor the guaranteed late checkout for Tutanium members, and we did not receive our breakfast vouchers this time and had someone argue with me last time I asked I did not bother with breakfast this morning It was not worth itOverall would not recommend this hotel It is nice and quiet with comfortable rooms as well as a workout room and indoor pool If that is all you are looking for this place may not be too bad for you

Lisa Hetrick

The people, the location, the food, all wonderful This hotel was recommended, I’m doing the same! So many delicious restaurants within walking distance; shopping tooBut what will bring me back to this place is the customer service

From the first chat online to the final wave goodbye, my family and I felt truly welcomed here Thank you for a lovely stay, hope to be back again soon!

Overall an alright stay Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were clean There’s a park with a creek right next to it

But I am a young female and had a male house keeper walk into my room at 8:30am and again at 9:30am unannounced They did not knock or say they were entering, just walked in They told me they are not aware what rooms are occupied Which okay, but they could at least knock and say a verbal warning?? I would leave a do not disturb sign on your door while staying here

T Diane

Your key card system was apparently down and no one could tell me if this was a 30 minute emergency issue or a two day emergency issue Associate did not seem to care despite disgruntled guests, offered to refund me for my entire stay, but had the nerve to still implement a $75 pet FEE Horrible and did not make sense, when you are inconveniencing guests with having to get escorted to and from their room all hours of the day/ night on top of there only being one person working

So others are having to wait on you while you put a Be Right Back sign out, and you are still implementing a pet fee makes no sense when there is a card for incidentals on file and you are protected either way Apparently they do not care about business practices, because it’s fine to loose out on a $130 room but not a $75 pet fee My family had to spend an hour trying to cancel and rebook somewhere else in your lobby while your associate was on speaker enjoying a personal conversation laughing the entire time because of your key system and lack of compassion Do better

Meagan Reyes

I was there from Thursday to Sunday loved every other time I’ve gone there never had a problem at all hotel has always been great Until this stay Mind you I was there 4 full days 3 nights

Night 1 we went to lay down at the end of the day had not be on the bed at all it was still tucked in like it should be when you arrive and it had an odor to it I asked my husband am I crazy? He says no I definitely smell it So I called the front desk she said ok I’ll have a cleaning lady go clean the room for you I said okay thank you That cleaning lady never came My son had to go and flag one down to ask if we could have towels because there was not 1 towel in my room after we used them and put them by the door as instructed by the housekeeping and we then received a small fleece blanket Not the down comforter that was supposed to be on the bed Okay no big deal right? Well every day after that I had to go ask for freaking towels because they never came to leave any We stayed 4 days! And had to get our own towels every single day Also the trash was unreal I had to go buy my own trash bags to put the trash in because NO ONE EVER CAME TO CLEAN THE ROOM And to top of this less than mediocre stay on our last night there 7 trucks get broken into One of them being mine Everything was torn up and they stole items from my truck in the parking lot of this establishment WHEN I TELL YOU THIS WAS A HOTEL STAY FROM HELL I AM NOT KIDDING

Basic, but barelyThe good:- rooms clean- front desk polite and professional- high capacity rooms, for families- indoor pool- parking free and seems plentifulThe bad:BREAKFAST – The absolute worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel, let alone a Marriott- no eggs- no sausages- no bread (except for bagels)- no coffee cups- no forks (which aren’t needed without the food)- HORRIBLE attitude when approaching the single person kitchen staff, and asking her to refill anything

She was obviously overwhelmed and stressed, but was unable to remain professional Slammed serving dishes, while making several comments that people eat too damn much and that’s why she can’t keep up Regardless, I sat for 45+ minutes in the area watching family after family standing around waiting on food, and ending up leaving with their children disappointed and hungry All while 3+ staff members at the desk stood back doing nothing but watching Guess it’s not their job?- rooms look recently updated, but left unfinished (light fixtures missing covers, wood trim over restroom access hanging dangerously (ready to fall)- pool extremely small and room enclosed in was about 100 degrees- no towels in pool area (not restocked)- hallways not air conditioned and air stale and pungent- snack/necessity area very under stocked and expensiveSummary – If you need a fairly inexpensive place to sleep with a family, this place may fit that need If you’re counting on a great Marriott experience, breakfast or anything above average amenities, I would not recommend this placeI suggest any member of Marriott management come and sit in the dining areas during breakfast time on the weekend Just observe

Due to a miscommunication, a hearing accessible room was booked instead of an ADA room which was needed Reeta was kind and understanding as she worked to find us an appropriate room She managed to fix everything so our room and stay was perfect

The ADA room we got was very large and very comfortable The roll in shower was wonderful Hotel is very clean and whenever we asked for anything, we got it right away The location is great as it is very near to the relatives we were visiting Staff was friendly and courteous Definitely would stay here again

Our stays at this hotel have been great and very accommodating! Rooms always clean to our expectations and the housekeeping staff has always been kind and very accommodating to every single request! Rohit ( the hotel clerk at the front desk) is wonderful! He was accommodating to every single need my family and I had and his customer service skills are beyond exceptional! He remembers my family by name whenever we see him, his conversations and suggestions have been so helpful and sincere, and he always has a welcoming and compassionate personality that lights up a room! It’s the staff that makes a hotel good and he does an absolutely great job!

Roach in our room Bathroom door latch was broken & wouldn’t stay closed Requested new room but was told none were available and maybe maintenance could come in the morning

I was fine with that However, went back to the room to find a cockroach crawling around Absolutely unacceptable Checked out within an hour of being there Horrible experience

My husband and I came in from out of town on April 29, 22 for our niece wedding We called the hotel and asked for early check in, they were short on housekeepers, but was able to grant our request Eugenia at the front desk is Amazing! She is professional, caring, understanding, patient, kind, and she remembers your name

We stayed here for 2 nights this month for my bday getaway and had no complaints The front desk staff was very helpful and sweet Breakfast was provided and was good for a more simple menu

Our room had a king bed and was clean when we arrived I just wish I knew where they purchase the pillows from because they are so comfy 2nd time we stayed at a Drury Hotel and would recommend to anyone

This hotel was amazing The breakfast was good every morning, the lunch/dinner was always on point, and they gave you free drinks to go along with it The manager was super friendly, all the employees that we ran into during our stay where also very friendly, the facilities were in great shape, really no negatives to review about on our trip

They are also super close to a gas station and pappasito’s restaurant if you need to get out and get something you can walk to them

Room was visually nice, but improvements needed on housekeeping Clothing from previous occupant left in the closet Side table was dusty

Maintenance was needed in the bathroom in room 517 Door to bathroom did not latch Shower door appeared to either move a little during a shower or was not sealed well This resulted in a lot of water on the floorWalls were thin We could hear someone talking or yelling They were like 3 rooms down with their door closed

The building has a gas smell The smell is very strong when entering the building When I entered the room it smells like urine

The smell is coming from air conditioner There is no hot water for the shower The Kerig coffee maker in room just disgusting looks like it’s hasn’t been clean since it was placed in the room When contacted front desk she did not suggest anything to accommodate these short falls I’m not sure the bathroom was cleaned well There is little to no tissue on the roll upon arrivalThis is the worst Hilton I ever stayed at

location is convenient to many restaurants Staff is friendly, but seem stretched thin There is often no one at the front desk When I request service like feather pillows via the Marriott App, they are never providedeven when I call to front desk, som times I still don’t receive them Seems to have gone downhill I will be finding an alternative

Great design and aesthetic – one of the nicest looking clubhouse areas I’ve seen at an RV Resort Enjoyed the fitness center, community room, outdoor grill, pool and hot tub very much Oh, and we absolutely loved the super clean laundry room with excellent machines

This location worked well for exploring downtown Houston and the surrounding areas The only drawback to staying at a resort with mostly long term residents is that some of them had extra vehicles parked on their sites, excessive outdoor clutter, and did not maintain their trailers very well Had we not been parked right next to one of these, we may not have noticed or been affected

We loved our 1 week stay here Many campgrounds call themselves “resorts” but don’t necessarily live up to that title but Eric & Jays definitely does! We felt spoiled with the delicious coffee in the mornings, relaxing hot tub in the evenings, and the spacious site we were parked in Friendly staff, friendly neighbors, such a great stay! Highly recommend:)

Update: 7 months later and we never left! We love it here 😅Close to everything you could need and this has more of a party vibe Very kid friendly and excellent amenities Wifi is good! We should have gotten a bigger spot but we love how close we are to the amenities

Live music on the weekends and food trucks and a blow up water slide! Super cool vibe and my fiance loves the bathhouse They really take care of their people
