Great accommodation! The deluxe king size bedroom was great!!! The balcony view was great too It’s like a west elm decor inspiration all over This is one of a kind hotel where you could stay in dorm size room and stock food and cook in the kitchen 🙂 how cool is that! Now that being said, not everyone loves cook during vacation!!! The hotel bar did not have any snacks or food

Knowing that they carry only a smallest menu of snacks, they should actively STOCK IT! Also, they should update their website for full details of their offering for transparency

I loved staying at the Pad! It was so modern and clean! The staff were so helpful and friendly Met so many cool people The bar and the hot tub were an awesome addition

It was nice to sip a drink and soak away the soreness after a day of skiing The location was great, really close to a lot of ski resorts The prices are great too I’m worried it’s going to get so popular it will be hard to get a room next year!

I have stayed at The Pad 3 nights at this point and the experience can vary greatly depending on the room chosen First off, this hostel is new and well maintained The staff is great, and the location can’t be beat

The rooftop hot tub is nice The atmosphere in the common area is welcoming and a place to meet fellow travelers There are also quieter areas to setup for getting remote work doneThe bunks in the dorm rooms are pretty comfortable, but they do transmit movement of the other person more than I have experienced in some other hostels As always, dorm room experience vary greatly depending on your roommates for the nightThe private “micro-family room” I stayed in is a very noisy location There are shared bathrooms on either side of it and a door to the common area just outside the entrance to the room As a result of the location, there is constant noise of doors shutting at all times of the night The window is also facing the parking lot on ground level With the full size bed right next to the window, a lot of parking lot noise is present while you are sleepingWith that said, I will definitely stay at The Pad again, just be wary of the room you are booking if you are booking a private one

Room and the place was great! Very cute and warm! Highly recommended place for that! However the breakfast was very disappointing… I only got a tiny piece of omelette and I had to request twice to get some bread Nothing was really available (except coffee and cereals – but no bowl)…

Morgan DeCola

Totally lovely place to stay – here is our review:POSITIVES- So very accommodating, a lot of thoughtful touches! Ex: champagne for anniversary, tea & cookies available 24/7, shelf of DVDs to choose from, extra towels kept by the hot tub- Wonderful wine & hors d’oeuvres every evening! Super fun, very unusual for a B&B to provide- Very much worth its value! A lot of ‘extras’ included in the price of your stay – bikes to use, hot tub, wine & hors d’oeuvres hour w/local musician, etc- Really lovely spot, as Frisco is such a beautiful, welcoming mountain town

Fun to be able to walk out the door & stroll the street and shopsCOULD BE IMPROVED- The bed was honestly not very comfortable (rm #1), could use a mattress upgrade We didn’t sleep super great throughout our weekend unfortunately- The breakfast is good, just nothing special I’d expect a bit higher quality/more interesting menu from a nice B&B, especially at the pricepoint- Sharing 1 bathroom between 4 rooms is not idealI wouldn’t do that again We knew about it in advance, of course, but let me save you the hassle – don’t share a bathroom

Julia Anna Moore

Imagine, every hallmark movie you’ve ever seen Snow falling, lights twinkling, beautiful girl in an old homey lodge tucked away in the mountains of Colorado Upon entering, you will find a piano that is tuned and operational, as well as, and acoustic guitar for the leisure and entertainment of anyone nearby

Complimentary evening wine and soup were delicious and warmed the soul Breakfast filled the gullet with love Charles dickens could walk into any of these rooms and feel as he is walking into his own parlor Not to be omitted -> hot tub Lastly, Susan made us feel as though we had made it home for the holidays We were genuinely cared for and even took a lap for her at A-Basin Arapahoe or die

We were treated exceptionally well by the staff They were pleasant and efficient They gave off the impression of being proud to have us staying in their property

It was cool to feel so valuedThe rooms were spacious and in good shape We had a great view on the 5th floor and the multiple hot tubs was an awesome addition Breakfast was hot and consistent, and we were allowed to self-park because the hotel wasn’t busy I will definitely stay here again!

Zellner Household

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, every staff member was welcoming and ever so helpful Martha was absolutely amazing and made sure we had the best time She upgraded our room, plus got us a view and made sure we got a roll away bed

Her kindness and positive attitude alongside “knowing” us, was unmatched The hotel is older, yet exactly what we expected Super clean, hot tub on rooftop was great and pool access at Keystone Lodge & Spa was great – they have a good pool, sauna and lockers all available The walking trails and beauty around the hotel was gorgeous, and walk to River Run Great running trails and right off Snake River trails We will come again for sure!

Carolyn Stone

Nathan and Saul were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful at check in The hotel room has a gorgeous mountain view and a great walking path I wish I weren’t so exhausted when we arrived or I’d be taking advantage of one of the hot tubs on property or the fire pit! Or the bar in the lobby

Currently I’m tucked into a super comfy bed and only sad we don’t have a second night to spend here There’s plenty of extra linens and extra blankets in the closet, too Bonus: they are dog-friendly! Will certainly be back Honestly every time I stay at Hyatt Place I find myself liking it more than Grand Hyatt

We absolutely love this place As a lodge guest, they provide so many amenities including reusable water bottles and glasses instead of all the paper/plastic throw-away Their staff is exceptional and always helpful

The on-site spa/pool and fitness area is lovely and has great hours The food and beverage options are very decent and the Bistro downstairs even has a happy hour Great walking, hiking and snow shoeing options nearby, in addition to other sports We love the river areas in spring and fall We will be back again soon!

Warren Arnold

We tremendously enjoyed our stay at Keystone Lodge and Spa The ladies working the front desk made our stay very special Shoutout to Abigail, Anna, and Courtney! They went over and above and accommodated our every need

We stayed in a one bedroom loft with 3 people The breakfast buffet is great and is 50% off for people staying at the hotel The cafe serves Starbucks coffee The hotel is located on the bus route, and there is a shuttle available for hotel guests However, currently (March 2022) the hotel shuttle only runs from 4:00-9:00PM

I’m a truck driver my dispatch pays for my room, I stayed couple of different nights in this hotel but I noticed some deductions in my bank account by the hotel, I called them and she told me that was for “parking fee” so my personal card was given for incidents only and I explained I even used the parking lot, I parked my truck at mc Donald’s lot She is rude and doesn’t careThis is like a scam

This hotel has been open for less than a year so they are still working on everything but overall provided us a great stay! The continental breakfast saved us a lot of time and money getting ready for the ski day It is by no means luxury diner food but was perfect to stop by and eat something quick There is also a Wednesday evening social that provides free drinks

Only recommendations for guests: keep the QR code that has the hotel info, there is not a paper visitor guide so if you throw this away you lose all info about the hotel Pool and hot tub were heated and nice

P Kauble

We booked one room for 3 days to ski at the end of the season The overall experience was great! The breakfast included saved us a lot of time in the morning, we only needed to drive for less than 30 mins to Keystone and Breckenridge, and less than one hour to Vail We loved the hot tub, which was a great relief to legs and knees every night

The room setting was also good, with a large TV and comfortable temperature control system It was quiet at nights, so we all had very sound sleeps

This is now my go-to location for when I’m visiting the high country The rooms are incredibly clean and the staff is very friendly The breakfast has a nice array of food and if you get a room facing lake Dillon, your experience is even more elevated

My next trip is already booked! The walls are a bit thin, but it’s nowhere near a deal breaker Other than that, this is a great place to stay

s s

It’s an older set of buildings so the walls aren’t the thickest, but it’s not a party hotel so still got a great quiet night’s sleep Our room was soo clean I just can’t believe it They really take care to clean the corners and tucked away spots unlike many other hotels

I was wiping the tops of picture frames, behind the appliances, and light fixtures, none of them had dust The beds are comfy, so are the pillows Breakfast was what you’d expect, hot and cold items, coffee and juice I will say I really liked the fact that they offered a good decaf coffee, which is rare anywhere but home And the view from our room was exactly what we were hoping for, lake and mountains!
