New, clean, comfortable!! The best stop on our road trip back from California to DallasPaul Mitchell shampoos and body wash were great, bed was really comfortableIt was the only place we’ve stopped all week that had the hot breakfast as advertised

👍There are so many restaurants nearby Go to Wing Daddy’s for dinner, you will love itask for Shania, tell her James and Nicole from Dallas sent ya! She’s awesomeFront desk ladies were super pleasant as well I saved this hotel so we stay again!

Very nice hotel, it was clean and comfortable, you could walk around in your suite barefoot and not feel gross, I loved the roomWhy i gave it two stars:The majority of the staff didn’t speak English only the front desk (which wasn’t that bad), the worst part is the walls and floors are thin AF, I paid almost $900 for 6 days, and every night I couldn’t sleep because of stomping on the floor above me all night and/or kid or kids running back and forth jumping off the beds for HOURS! Calling the front desk was useless (Thanks Carlos)If I stay again when in town (because it’s a decent hotel), I will ONLY if there is a top floor suite available otherwise don’t waste your money!

Rooms are equipped for business attire Lots of hanger space but not enough drawers to put clothes in The fridge did not work and it was very, very tiny

Rooms are built for single person stay in which case it may accommodate I was in a room with my husband and daughter There was no place to put all of our luggage Shower in king room had no doors, which was very modern and cute but water sprayed everywhere no matter how you angled the shower head Hotel in general was nice though

Anita Allen

Wow! Service was fantastic! From Uleena at the front desk in arranging rooms, to Heather in the Bistro helping with wifi, to the maintenance guy walking by when we locked ourselves out of the room, to the young man at the front desk helping with the washing machine who then left quarters in the machine for us to use Can’t say enough good things about this place

I upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite This weekend was for my daughter to celebrate her birthday I reserved this for it’s amenities

As soon as I went to check in I was told the pool was not in service This is the reason I got this hotel My little ones were waiting to swim and excited I wish I could be refunded my credit upgrade or something Nothing was ever posted about it being closed I can’t tell you how extremely frustrating it is! My 2 little girls in pure disappointment

They do NOT care I stayed at this Residence Inn ,as well as another in Texas for a very extended stay This one did not compare

They were not friendly or accommodating I really feel like they care less about the customers I ran out of gas in the hotel parking and called the front desk to ask about a shuttle for help They simply brushed me off and did not offer to help in ANY way Even worse, i had to go to the hotel next store (at there advice) to get help The OTHER hotel helped me not the Residence Inn i am in  I asked about my mail at the desk which they lost a portion They  said sorry they would not call to let me know it was there in the future The other hotel not only would call but, would drop it in my room I used there laundry service for basic laundry and ended up with a 200 dollar dry cleaning bill which i did not ask for They said sorry not so sorry The other Residence inn laundry service only charged 30 for the same laundry  I called a lady at the desk at one point to get a card removed from my account  She was very rude and even hung up on me This all happened over a few months They have a firepit that NEVER works I ONLY continue to stay there for points Otherwise i would go somewhere else

R G

I enjoyed my stay at this Residence Inn There is an indoor pool which was pretty warm The breakfast was individually packaged for COVID-19 I’m sure

There were bacon, egg and cheese Crossiants, sausage Biscuits, individually wrapped Waffles all of which were nice and hot There were individually packaged cereal like Apple Jack’s, Frosted Flakes, Fruitloops and more There were individually packaged chocolate muffins and blueberry muffins Hot coffee, ice coffee, cranberry, orange and apple juiceThe room was a 2 bedroom suite and each room had its own bathroom One had a shower/tub combo and the other was shower only The room had 3 televisions with the 3rd being in the living room which also had a pull out sofa and an electric fireplace that actually had heat coming from it There is a 30 minute timer that you can set There was a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher in the kitchen I would 100% stay here again if back in El Paso

Check in was seamless Young lady at front desk, explained all amenities with a smile She was very knowledgeable about all hotel offerings

The room was super clean and quiet The overnight front desk female was not as happy to be there as she never smiled, not once, she was rushing to get the floor mopped and sighed in dismay the 2 times guests had to walk on her just mopped floor, or ask a question This was disappointing to watch There is a relaxation room with 2 big self adjusting full movement massage chairs This is a free service Full service breakfast from 6am-10am They charge a $100 incidental deposit fee which is to be returned within 3-5 business days after check out

Veronica Caro

Staff was friendly and welcoming upon check-in Was thanked for being a Marriott member and was given my welcome gift ( recently a lot of other hotels have forgotten to acknowledge our status) So this was nice

Our room was clean , spacious and fairly new / well keptBreakfast has been transitioning to Marriotts “new and improved “ menu, but It seems to be a downgrade from the previous choices I would personally bring a few groceries and cook my own meals using the amenities in the roomOverall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will chose this when in the area during our future stays

Jeffery Hamilton

Friendly staff Decent gym Not crazy about there only being two washers and three dryers for the entire building

And while the front desk will make quarters change happily they will only do so in exchange for other cash And getting the room refreshed/cleaned up only happens once a week so plan accordingly My room had a recycling tub, but the hotel itself does not recycle so everything winds up in the trash anyway

Joanne Salzmann

Breakfast was poor Eggs and sausage were cold There was oatmeal to make but no microwave downstairs we were told to fix it in our room

No silverware-had to ask and juice machine was broken Used public bathroom by pool area One had toilet seat up and it had dried feces in 3 places Wastebasket in our room had not been emptied from previous guest

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a place This site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of my favorites in the area

I have been staying here for a long time If you decide to stay here you won’t regret itWe had a good stay last week here for one night It is close to the airport and many restaurants The Front Desk staff members were very nice, patient and helpful They gave us nice suggestions for a scenic drive and downtown visit We would like to come back in our future visits

Our church looked all over El Paso for a venue that could fit our size for our Easter service Rebecca M, the Marriott’s sales coordinator, was excellent and made our experience a wonderful one! From the beginning to the end, she was an absolute joy to work with

She was extremely kind and helpful, reliable and knowledgeable about the venue and staffing, very timely with email responses/phone calls to our thousands of questions we had, and played a huge part in making our Easter service a wonderful memory for the folks at our church We are so grateful to have worked with her and if we ever have an event at the Marriott again, we sure would hope we could work with Rebecca againAs far as the day of the event, Jonathan and his team knocked it out of the park for us He and his operations team were always available to help with whatever was needed by us Whether it was getting more chairs within minutes of a request, to having the stage and production equipment set up ahead of time, he really made it easy for us to show up and rock and roll for our event The whole staff was quick to help and do so with a great attitude This team really served our church by helping our event run smoothlyThere were many who helped with our event, but these two folks stood out in such a big way! We can’t thank you both enough!-Cross of Grace Church

The hotel lobby was very nice Customer service was great! They have an indoor/outdoor pool which was amazing!! Super relaxing/fun vibes The rooms are outdated though

The hallways are hot We were on the 2nd floor, the ichemachine didn’t work so we had to check all 6 floors until finally the 6th floor ice machine was working!! But it was a good stay

We really loved this hotel and can’t wait to stay in it again We didn’t take advantage of the swimming pool and jacuzzi, but they looked so inviting; we will definitely, take advantage the next time around The room was spacious, clean and smelled fresh

Everything looked clean and even the remote control was in a plastic bag The bed and temperature were very comfortable We were made to feel welcome by the gentleman at the front desk and even the bartender was awesome Great drinks!

Lucas Morton

This hotel is very old Building was built in 1976, and the renovation in 2016 was clearly not a complete one If you need your room to be cooled by a working A/C, then Do NOT stay here

The old units are not A/C’s but instead are part of a central water chiller network so they do not condition the air they only chill it so the humidity level in the room was very high Also, the unit ran non-stop, but could not cool the room enough to sleep comfortably I did report this and maintenance was sent over right away, but since this is a problem with the entire hotel and not just room 120, there was nothing that could be done except to close the air vents in the living area to try and force more air into the bedroomThis hotel is also using Covid as an excuse so they don’t have to clean the rooms every day, and you have to request housekeeping in advance As a result of the rooms not being cleaned regularly mine was not properly cleaned upon arrival The bedding was clean, bathroom wiped down, and fresh towels ready, but the room (like so many lately) was in need of a thorough deep cleaning including dusting all surfaces, and vacuuming the entire suite not just the walkwaysThe bathtub faucet hardware was hanging loosely from the wall, and the tub did not drain well, so the tub would be half full by the time you finish showeringI love visiting El Paso, but as a long-time Diamond member, I will be staying elsewhere on all future trips

Natasha Thomas

Good location, nice room size, wonderful breakfast! All the other small things were just annoying and the reason 5 stars wasn’t givenFriendly staff at check in, but mix up with my payment and check out time House keeping attempted to enter room with the do not disturb sign posted

Appeared to be done upgrades but a super small bathroom

I like the rooms and price was fair My only complaint is that house keeping came into our room with out knocking and I was naked changing cloths for a funeral in the bathroom and my partner had just shorts on I jumped and I was upset

I went to talk to the front desk and they said I needed to talk to Sergio and that they would make a note for him to contact me No one did I don’t think I will return during spring break and I saw some nice hotels off George dieter heading to Montana ave Other than the invasion of my privacy I did feel safe leaving my car parked in the back of the building The breakfast was actually amazing because it offered hot and cold meals The place was pretty clean and when I did interact with the front desk they were friendly I was so worried the whole time I was at my grandpas funeral that they were going to go in my room again and take something I guess it just made my wonder why they came in with out knocking the first time We were staying for three nights and two days I had o my been there one night when this happen The view of the mountains is nice and it really is easy access to restaurants and fast food places If you are visiting make sure to check out trans mountain And scenic view I always loved going there when I was a kid

Jackie Rufrano

This hotel was the best my father and I have stayed in during our long cross-country road trip! The location is right off I-10, yet still surrounded by many walkable shops and restaurants The hotel room looked to be modern and recently updated The beds were comfortable, everything was super clean, and the hot breakfast had a good amount of options

All this for a pretty decent price I wouldn’t worry about booking a room here, it’s clean and worth the price

Jonathan Gasser

Great hotel, but please train hotel front desk what corporate accounts are And how individuals using corporate accounts do not carry the physical card with them I was polite and gave them all the info they needed to get me my room

And she kept demanding I must have a physical card in my had to confirm I told her it was through a credit card authorization and she repeated she needed the card I travel all over the country and do this all the time So I tried to explain to her how it is done as nice as possible and as detailed as possible She still proclaimed she needed a card I said sorry I don’t have one and I can call our agency and get the digital payment sent over again directly to her She said that wouldn’t be needed but was gonna give me the room But next time I had to have the card on hand bc letting me have the room without one was against company rules 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I hope she gets the training she needs

Conveniently located Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff Spacious and clean room although a little outdated

Breakfast was actually decent with a good varietyParking was limited and then packed over the weekend which made it difficult to find a spot The parking lot was also quite dirty with cigarette butts scattered throughout and transom garbage here and thereOverall it was an a acceptable stay, we were happy the hotel itself was clean!

Donna Perez

Check in was a nightmare We got into a room and the AC didn’t work, needless to say we were uncomfortable The maintenance man was great and said he’d have the front desk get us a new room

Due to a shift change we had to wait until the 12 AM shift got in Fast forward the front desk (woman) was completely unhelpful and rude! They ended up getting us into a new room and it appeared that the AC was also not working By time employee (Jay) got up there the AC had kicked in However, he came prepared to get us a new room and his customer service was on point As a property manager I understand that sometimes clients can be impatient and our response is keyJay handled the situation amazinglyBreakfast was amazing and the attendant was very nice and attentiveWould recommend this place to anyone traveling!

Abe’s Reviews

At first they had given us a room with a broken A/C So I called in and sure enough it didn’t take them long to come and check it Since it wasn’t an easy repair, we got another room with great A/C

I really appreciated the nice service we received It was fantastic Everything was good Although it is notizable that the hotel is not that new anymore

Great little hotel It was very clean, staff were friendly, and good place to stay for a low budget without staying at a rundown hotel I gave it a 4 stars only because the security back door doesn’t work, while we didn’t run into any issues, it could pose a problem

Floors were creaky, and had issues with the drawers, but overall not a bad place

A Schweizer

They leave fully printed copies of your credit card information laying on the check-in counter Every single guest is in a box laying there On the checkin counter completely insecure I’m shocked

They aren’t even in a locked cabinet or locked office No they are laying there on the counter Fully visible card numbers With security codes and exp dates Clueless desk staff I’m filing a complaint with the AG Fails to comply with SB122 ANYONE could walk by and copy your personal data

Virginia Banuelos

First when we checked in front desk told me “it was the hotels job to profile people” He didn’t want to rent the room to us when my partner who is black went in with his ID Then I got bites all over my arms back and legs

They said they had nothing to spray In rooms for bugs or disinfectantVERY BAD FOR THE FRONT DESK TO TELL YOU ITS THERE JOB TO PROFILE people cuz of there skin color

The Hilton Garden Inn at airport was one of the best Hilton stays I’ve had the staff was responsive and available whenever we needed them The managers were accommodating to my group needs, and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of

The facility was clean, and the bar and diner downstairs was a nice way to finish the evenings I give this hotel my highest recommendation

andrew stout

Where do I start? I paid an extra $75 because I had my small dog Despite paying extra for no reason, they forced us into a first floor room despite my repeated requests otherwise If I had known this would be the case, I’d have spent my money at a nicer hotel

They put us near a door, which meant we had the pleasure of hearing doors all night As if that wasn’t enough, there were several guests yelling in the halls at 3 am Something was clearly wrong with the air conditioning unit, as it was extremely loud and vibrating the wall profusely

Jordan Henrickson

This Garden Inn was a good hotel, very modern and friendly staff, the location is within five minutes from the airport, safe parking lot The only reason I didn’t’t give it five stars is because the rooms are a little small for the price and the cleaning staff walked in while I was still in the room, which was unpleasant Overall, good hotel if you are looking to stay in El Paso near the airport

Based on my experience here, I liked this hotel The room I stayed in was clean and decent The bed was fine (more of a firm mattress)

A/C worked well Curtain closed all the way for darkness (opposed to how some hotels have curtains in rooms that don’t close all the way and light constantly shines in throughout the night) No issues there Customer service from the various employees I spoke to was very good The breakfast in the morning was fine with a variety of options daily Plenty of free parking I also noticed a security guard at night Only negative thing I would say was I encountered multiple cockroaches in different parts of the hotel almost every day I understand how it is hot and El Paso is notorious for these bugs everywhere The staff seemed to clean well though in order to prevent them Overall, way more pros than cons I would recommend this hotel and would stay again

Jason Martinez

I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels in EP and I recently stayed at this location and this is really something special like a hidden gem Everyone is so friendly which makes it feel very homelike and they treat you like a new friend Leanne at the front desk and there’s another girl I can’t remember her name kinda similar to Leanne but both so extremely helpful when I forgot my iPhone charger and making sure everything was fine every time I saw them

Omg even the housekeeping crew would make sure I was all good I’ve already booked my return stay Great job guys very impressed 👍

Lydia Kotter

The staff here were amazing and gave me my own box of wheat-free cereal when I had almost no options at breakfast However, the room left much to be desired We found a 2-in long COCKROACH in our bathroom

Also, the ironing board was broken When it partially collapsed while I was using it, the hot iron almost tipped onto me The pillows on the bed were absolute garbage They had no support and left me with a sore neck every morning

This is a very nice and clean hotel The owners and staff are awesome! They helped us with a situation that had nothing to do with them, and treated us like family We are so grateful to meet these people and to see how well they take care of their property

If you’re in El Paso and are needing a nice, clean, quiet place to stay, go see them You won’t regret it

My car was stolen from the parking lot and the staff laughed at my best friend when she told them the situation they let me Veiw only the tape of some male getting in my car but suspicious activity was very clear from the beginning here They kicked us out of the room after a couple hours after checkout when we had no place to go while waiting for the police unsympathetic and acted like a no big deal

If you are looking for a safe area with decent hearted people I would not recommend here

My sisters car got stolen out of the parking lot at 3 am while she was staying here A man had to have broken into her room while she was getting ice and stolen her keys to do this When the staff was told by her the next morning, the woman at the desk just laughed at her and the man got extremely defensive and left

They acted very suspicious and weird with her experience but did allow her to view the tape of the crime

I haven’t even step foot at this business and already have the experience just through the customer service that it would not be good at all Thank you Angie for not trying to complete my reservation and handing me off to a different customer service representative I will give my business to a different hotel that appreciates their business

I have had good experiences at other Hyatt places except for this particular one near the airport You’ve been warnedV/r,TLT

I really want to thank Daniel who works the night shift I had a big presentation and the local Kinkos and Staples had closed He saw me printing some reports and offered to copy them for me which saved me an hour of printing

Fantastic Customer Service I normally stay at the the competition but I’ll be staying at the Hyatt in El Paso going forwardThank you Daniel

Room was satisfactory however we were surprised to learn there is no housekeeping until the 4th day Nevertheless everything was fine with the exception of one employee who literally ruined the entire experience for us Her name is Stephanie and how she has a job in customer service/hospitality is beyond me!! From the moment we arrived and went down for food at the cafe

It was like pulling teeth to get her to speak She had zero personality and made us feel like a complete inconvenience to her Then, while I’m standing there talking to my family she comes up to me and pokes my arm with the check booklet and asks me to sign it! The cost was charged to my room so she literally just wanted her tip! I’ve worked in food service my entire life and have never seen someone so rude, thoughtless and less suited for their job in my life Then on our last morning we go down for breakfast and I order a Starbucks coffee from her At this hotel the concierge seems to be responsible for quite a lot so I tried to give Stephanie some grace After sitting down at my table with breakfast for maybe 2 minutes I went back to the desk to get my coffee Her exact response “did you still want coffee, you walked away” lol no At this point, I’m good She has absolutely NO business being the face of a hotel

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this motel Yes, it was a little worn around the edges but the quality was very good I appreciated the little extras like toothpaste that were provided, and the comfortable bed

The staff was very friendly The breakfast was basic but adequate Packaged oatmeal and pastries, two kinds of yogurt, (Greek and regular), coffee and juices I would stay here again

Clean room and comfortable bed Clean bathroom Really appreciate extra soap and shampoo

Front desk desk service is great Book a one night room and upon walk toward our door heard baby crying Request switch a quiet room and front desk lady was really helpful for switching us to a different room Decide to stay here one more night so I told the front lady She told me, I can book through online website, it will be cheaper than book directly in front desk Really appreciate this information Customer service is good

An older hotel that shows it’s age with the decor through out the building But, I must admit the bed was very comfortable and rooms were clean The hotel staff were friendly and helpful

There isn’t a restaurant or exercise room and the computer center is one computer So, if you’re looking for all the bell’s and whistles; this place is not for you

This hotel was great!! Clean, comfy, well stocked rooms, and everything in the suite worked great! The staff was super friendly and helpful We used the pool and outdoor area numerous times to include lounging or cooking on one of the two big barbecue grills provided The weight room was also nice with treadmills, Eliptical, and a full dumbbell set

It was also quiet at night and conveniently located in a safe area just 10 minutes from downtown and Ft Bliss Thank you for the great five day stay!

This hotel was a good spot for us to stop-over for one night on our road trip west Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast (nothing remarkable, but did have eggs, waffle maker, cereal, etc) The pet fee was high ($75) but I imagine because they typically expect people to be staying there for longer

Room and shower was fine Bed sheets smelled like they had been bleached too many times, but that’s not all that surprising in a hotel like this

I’ve been there 3 time for in between 9 and 16 nightsMy company booked always this Hotel But now it’s enough and time to switch in another Hotel

I checked in online and set my arrival time for 5pm As I arrived, the room was not yet readyOn one stay I got a room on the first floor Don’t do that, I had several cockroaches in my room Another time the toilet was broken, but there is only every 4th day housekeeping , they fixed that problem very late Another day as I had to leave, no hot water in the early morning Instead of this the fridge in the room was loud as a tractor The front desk is the most time unoccupied Also sometimes this door was not usable because of maintenance, the other day another door because of maintenance And the pool is almost ever closed because of maintenance, in summer time!As I said, I talked to my employer and requested for the next travel another Hotel
