I booked this hotel as a place to stop overnight while traveling from FL to IL I had called ahead to let the hotel know I would probably be arriving late When we arrived the woman at the counter (11pm on 8/5) was super friendly

Our room was clean, but you can tell it is probably older and could use to be updated The bathroom was super clean as well I felt very comfortable staying here My only reason for 4 stars is I felt the pricing was a bit high for being in an older room This is the ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of 5 I would recommend this hotel and would stay again Also, the breakfast was yummy, but the area to sit was smaller

We checked in late in the evening after a longer than expected trip We only stayed one night We had two kids with us so when we found out the room was by the elevator we got a bit worried but we’re just too tired to ask to be moved

Well there was no noise the whole night (weekend night too) The room itself was very clean and nice Breakfast was pretty standard but very good Staff was friendly Beds were very comfortable

This hotel is very clean and in a good location The front desk clerk was welcoming and efficientThe pool is very warm and not in a good way

The hot tub is cool and not in a good way either But the pool area was clean with plenty of clean towels laid out for guests to useNice fitness room with a variety of equipmentAlso, I had a surprise getting into the elevator on the fourth floor A staff member with a housekeeping cart was on the elevator ready to leave the elevator as we waited to enter I don’t know if the staff member was the man or the woman But they were DEFINITELY “playing around” in the elevator The man had to turn and face the cart to put his *** back in his pants and zip/button them up There was another person getting on the elevator with me and he definitely saw what I saw I am SO glad I didn’t have my children with me

Stayed 3 nights, the warmest hotel pool I’ve ever been in, the pool was fantastic and my kids absolutely loved it Really good breakfast and friendly staff (especially the Asian gentleman working the front desk) A lady working the front desk forgot to bring us an extra blanket one night we requested, and it was too expensive but the rest of the stay made up for this and I think if I booked earlier I could have gotten a reasonable price

When I looked at my bank account I was charged for 3 nights I only stayed 1 night Called the corporate office and was told it would be taken care of

Checked again in 3 days The 3 days were removed but 2 days had been added back on Called Corporate again who then called the motel and was told I had made a reservation for 2 days past the time I stayed and did not show up I had my receipt and was told they did not need a copy They were believing the motel Told them that 200 people could vouch that I was 500 miles away from the time I was there I told them my money was to be back in my account in 3 days or other steps would be taken It was back in my account in 3 days I believe this motel needs to hire new desk people Please check your receipt as it has no address or phone number for this motel Only the corporate number Also if you have stayed here check you bank statement (I was on the phone with the Corporate office for over 2 hours!)

Probably one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in The host had breakfast items, snacks, and some drinks to start us off We enjoyed seeing the groundhogs right beside the house and a visit from sunny! This is such a cute home and it was perfect for my husband, our 10 year old beagle and myself! We will most definitely be making a trip back soon!

If I could leave 0 stars I would We planned this trip for months for a family members birthday she was turning 4 and we are familiar with the area so this was a perfect fit Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable and all of the accommodations that it came with

It was after we checked out that the problems happened We stayed June 2nd through June 4th – Originally we were supposed to checkout the morning of June 5th but we cleaned most of the day on the 4th and abided by all directions that were given by our host while we were there including stripping our beds and carrying the laundry down stairs even though we pay a cleaning fee Personally me and my boyfriend paid the deposit to use the paddle boards while we were there and locked the lift and the storage room by the dock right after we were done using them They have denied to send us our deposit back saying we did not lock the lift they claim we damaged a shelf that was damaged upon arrival and from the pictures you can see the obvious wear and tear from over time They also complained that we left the microwave and freezer dirty But again we pay a cleaning fee and did our best to wipe everything down and do the dishes before we left We also did not shoot any fireworks during our stay because they had asked us not too after we arrived but we abided by what they asked A coke was spilled but we also had children and said they could gladly keep the deposit to cover that They also messaged a family member after blocking us and said how disappointed they were that we left the place so dirty which is extremely unprofessional Mind you that they are out of town and have been and will be for a while It seems that they should keep a better check on their rental property or their cleaning staff before putting the blame on their paying customers We even wrote a very thankful note in their travel book before we left it is sad that I have to leave this review but this is sad we have been blamed for something we simply did not do and our deposits withheld after spending so much to rent this in the first place

Was the perfect getaway for our family We wished we had booked for longer, we didn’t want to leave! Joanne is the perfect host and has thought of everything The place is so inviting and cozy, love the glass front living room, and the downstairs has much to do in case of a rainy day (ping pong, darts, kids toys, etc

The early 8:00 not asked for wake up call was not appreciated When we went down to the front desk and complained about it, the lady justified it by saying that we “her staff” had some confusion and it needed to be cleared up I mentioned that we would have wished it to be cleared up at or after 9, she made it sound like it was our problem

When we checked out, she said the she wished that the rest of our day went better than the morning hadAn apology would have been all I needed to figure it was a mistakeThe night before we changed into our suits and went down to the hot tub only to find that the tub had wood decking permanently screwed over the top of itThe hot tub on the hotels web site was the only reason we chose your hotel that night Not being told about it being closed at reservation time or at check in was a disappointmentThe breakfast was above averageThe overall experience made me feel like I way overpaid compared to the hotel I found the next night

Book a room with two beds in advance for a trip where I would be driving more than 6 hours Got to the hotel was informed there was only one room left with one bed This is 11:44 PM

Making the story short Called Priceline where first agent informed she could see that my contract said I booked one room two beds butt the hotel only had one king bed 30 minutes of tactical talk trying to find something I did wrong like why did you get there so late, is not Priceline fault that the hotel oversold rooms I told her look , you confirmed my contract stated 2 beds two rooms I understand that as a worker is not your fault of what happened but the fact is I paid your company for a product that you are now not delivering Was passed to her manager who proceeded to lie to my face that he was talking to the hotel front desk and I was literally in the office where no calls ever came in Any way second time I get scammed by Priceline if anything goes wrong your money is gone The hotel will tell you they are not responsible You will die on the phone before you get a resolution and will be forced to get a room somewhere else

I stayed in room 220 A two bed room with one other person It appeared to be clean, it was cold which I like, and it provided amenities like shampoo and conditioner

They were sold out of water at all of their vending, even at the front desk The only thing I would change about the room is the DOOR Our door would not close all the way No matter how many times or how hard we slammed the door, we were able to push it open from the hall without needing a key Our solution to this was to dead bolt it and use the door lock We brought it up to the front desk and all they said was that they’ve had issues with it before I suggest you get it fixed by a professional and in the mean time, don’t have guests checked into that room

Beware, if you are disabled!I recently stayed in a handicapped accessible room at this hotel There was a roll-in shower The bench seat collapsed when I tried to use it!!!I am able to walk a short distance so the shower was step-in for me

Before getting in I put the bench seat down and it appeared level I then faced the showerhead and reached back with my hand to guide myself to the bench Just the weight of my hand made it collapse!If I was not cautious and had just sat down, I would have slid off the seat and landed on the shower floor possibly breaking my back I would have probably also hit my head on the bench, potentially breaking my neck and/or causing brain damageI’m giving 2 stars to be fair, because the room was nice otherwise and the breakfast was good But if you are disabled I suggest finding someplace else to stay!I have photos but can’t seem to post them here

We had booked for an event with a group rate ($149/night, plus taxes and fees) – which, turns out was even more than their usual rates (according to Google, right here right now which says from $118/night for the SAME NIGHT!) Unfortunately, our event was cancelled The hotel offered us a refund of 1 night, even though we were booked for 2 nights And then, I asked

hey, I’m traveling in about 2 weeks can I use the credit towards that night instead of loosing it NO Of course course Well, what are my options? Pay $169 for 1 night What? Even though it’s listed way less than that on Google rates This is just ridiculous I am so disappointed They actually DON’T want people staying at their hotel They are negotiating GROUP RATES that are higher than their actual rates – first of all – and then our cancel date was like 3 weeks out from our actual travel and rather than offer it as a forward credit to be used during another weekend, instead, they are giving us 50% refund for a hotel we didn’t even use! Yes $350 for 2 nights with taxes and fees – totally ridiculous! And then half of it as a refund Complete bummer and no way to actual use the value of what we paid for unless we go stay there for the 2 nights (these specific 2 nights) Again, they just seem like a hotel where they don’t actually want people staying there (That’s what I said to them on the phone) We all have choices as to where we stay I am not going to choose to stay here, even though I STILL had to pay for it and they would NOT offer me a credit towards another tripEDITED – The hotel did in fact contact me to let me know that I should glad they only kept $175 of our $350 2-night stay We should be glad we got the 1 night refund Period Again, no mention at all that I actually requested that I could apply the funds to a future stay, which they flatly refused The whole thing just really pisses me off $175 for nothing and NO FUTURE CREDIT ALLOWED

We had a Cub Scout trip in Chattanooga and needed a place with 12 available rooms at a reasonable price for our large group I called multiple hotels in the area and The GM Mary was the most helpful She was very accommodating and communicated with me about our group over a month before our stay

They had a great pool which my grand children loved The staff were very friendly and helpful The parking lot was well lit so I didn’t fear that my cars would be broken in It is conveniently located to pretty much anything you can think of They are complementary products were very high-quality and their bathroom was very clean and well it I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it

The location is a bit difficult to get to if you miss that last turn, but the location is quiet and secluded at the end of the road The lobby was inviting and clean The rooms were clean enough

The beds were uncomfortable and everything appeared to be in the middle of a remodel The pull out couch was stained and broken and desperately needs to be replaced If you want a suite with an extra bed, don’t let them give you 213 Lots of broken things and chipped paint The pool was broken and closed The breakfast was hot waffles and the usual continental selection This is a great spot to stop if you need to sleep for a few hours

I have come to love staying at this new brand of hotel with Marriott They are all new with great chic modern styleThis particular hotel I have stayed in a few times in the past and nothing but exceptional service with nice clean comfy rooms and bed

The bathrooms are always spotless the sheets, linen, and pillows are always clean crisp and freshI like how much room these rooms have not even being a suite, but it sure feels like oneI love the new modern design furniture theme everywhere in the hotelI didn’t get to swim because it’s was cold but the outdoor fire pit was invitingThey do have an great restaurant on the property in the evening with drink or a cigar choicesThe breakfast was great but wish they have potatoes everyday with more gluten free options for my allergy I didn’t go away hungry with the big oatmeal bowl full of brown sugar almondsI also love the gym with all the equipment and actually having free weights is always niceI would highly recommend this place and tell them I sent you The only downside is if your a light sleeper there is a train that goes by during the night but they furnish ear plugs tooFantastic place see you there soon

The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! I recommend this for a family All five of us fit in the double queen suite and did not fill cramped at all The closet was very spacious and made a great extra changing space
