My baby nose was bleeding and soiled the bed, thankful it did not go through to the mattress and we went to Walmart and came and cleaned up the room and ask housekeeping to give us clean sheets to make the bed The manager came up and said if we ask for housekeeping again she will charge us for lining so we did not get any housekeeping the whole 10 days we stayed there We would have to get trash bags and take out our own trash and clean up daily which I was fine with to avoid the fee

I checked out and they charged my card additional $405 for the lining I assume I called the hotel to speak with the manager and she hung up on me Mind you I payed over $2k for the 10 days I stayed at this place

Don’t stay here unless you’re forced to Our group was promised free to order breakfast and they don’t even have a kitchen Rooms are below average at best

Holes in the carpet with horrible “patch” jobs AC needs to stay at 64 degrees otherwise it’s screeching loud Water pressure in the showers is horrible The bar staff has no idea how to make drinks either An old fashioned costs $13 dollars and they made it wrong both times Take your business somewhere else if you can

Diana “D”

First the staff were all friendly, thank you Chris for making my check in swift and east The room was clean, fresh linen, thank God for the microwave in the room The Bistro was a nice addition to the hotel, it was a place where the family gathered also, so it was a quaint little spot

The hotel is located in a good area where there lots of places to eat from and there is a CVS and a Wagreen near by The only downfall was that the atm machine was out of order and I really needed some cash

My entire stay has been so pleasant from top to bottom, but I really want to commend Jocelyn (the bartender at the 2nd floor lounge) My boss and I pretty much posted up in the lounge every evening/night over the past week to get some work done Thankfully, Jocelyn was here every night and was such a pleasure

She is incredibly attentive and friendly Even when she was swamped, she never missed a beat The food was great and served quickly and the drinks were perfect Jocelyn is the type of employee I think any establishment would be lucky to have! Will definitely be staying here for my next work trip

Eric Ellingworth

Stayed here for a 24 hour work trip I spend over 100 nights a year on the road for work and let me tell you, Joscelyn, the bartender at the AC Lounge was by far the best bartender I’ve ever had ANYWHERE I’ve stayed She was extremely attentive, took time to have genuine conversation with her customers, and even had her own personal signature cocktail menu

And let me tell you, this girl knows how to make a good drink! She had me sample a few and they were all remarkable Seriously, the best bartender I’ve had ANYWHERE She CRUSHED it I’m in Miami 3-4 times a year for work and will only be staying at AC Dadeland from now

Jacob PS

Terrible service No one bothers to help with your things, and no bell service to take your things to your rooms either Breakfast is nice but too pricey at 24 dollars

They also charge extra if you drink more coffee Rooms are big in size and look nice, but the toilet paper feels like it is made of sand paper Great location, almost inside a mall If you want to shop in a supermarket, you have to cross a street Overall, great place if you are not going to have breakfast here and bring your own toilet paper They allow deliveries straight to your room which is great

The rooms at one point were probably really nice Would rate them as 4 stars at the presentThe Sun for the pool deck is now blocked by the under construction Aston Martin Building next door

Not their fault but def something to note if you want to take advantage of pool from 8-11 in the morning Sun on other side of building in the afternoonWe were lucky with the valet but some in our party were not as lucky Waited an hour for his car trying to take his daughter to urgent careAttended a wedding which was great!! Beautiful ballroom and service during the eventFloors were dirty in our room when we arrived and there was still trash from the previous party in the room No body wash, just one bar of soap you have to use at both the sink and in the shower They can do better in this areaSummary: This was probably really nice before COVID Service around the hospitality industry is down as whole and they are no exception The under construction building blocks out sun for what probably used to be a great pool deck which was a major bummer for our stay

The Absolute Best

The service is incredible (shout out to Isaiah, spelling?) and everyone else at the front desk who made us feel so warm and welcome and at home after many days of flight cancellations We needed that and are so grateful! The views and hotel rooms are also amazing and it is walking distance to so many great spots Highly recommend!

It’s not worth it I do not recommend this place Melissa has horrible customer service

They over charged 8100 for room service we never received They had the audacity to blame me for not receiving the food, when it took over an hour to deliver a pizza and wings We were told not to worry about it and they will remove it That wasn’t the case We were LIED to And it is a violation of their policy to charge for services not signed for They charge a resort fee… but there is No RESORT They have a pool That’s it Overall it’s not worth they hype or the money Save your money and go to a more worthy, customer driven hotel Melissa does not have any customer service skills The valet lady was RUDE, and the valley take 20-30 minutes! They offer free rose at social hour but it was so cheap and disgusting, I was not able to drink my glass This is not a 5 start resort, this is not qualityAlso, I paid for water views and received a pool view When I called down to complain upon entering the room the lady tried to convince me it is a water view However, I explained I can’t see the water, I only see the pool She claimed that’s is the water viewAfter some back and forth she reluctantly offered to move my room the next day, to a room WITH a water viewThere are 2 pools but the pool with the cabanas is only for residents, the smaller pool, without cabanas was the one we were allowed use I felt segregatedThe rate is not 200 a night, after all the fees and 50$ parking it’s closer to 400$ a nightBeware! Go to a MUCH nicer, better, more accommodating hotel for this rate

Location the main attraction Also view from the room is simply amazing, you can stay for hours just looking the city from the balcony Rooms are nice and spacious but the quality of everything in the room is coming from a two stars motel

Bed sheets are awful, the quality of the mattress is also way under the level you expect from this building For the last two days almost half of the elevators were broken therefore going up to your room or down to the lobby was like going in rush hour in some big city metro (subway) Price vs quality balance is far from good

I’ve stayed at 5-star hotels before and this one is surely not a 5-star hotel even though they’re designated as such Service was terrible for the most part New hires at the front desk did not know the answers to my questions, they did not address every concern I had while checking out, and I felt I was talking to a wall

The attendant’s eyes were lost, she had no idea what to do when I asked about simple room charges, I was so tired I just left Food selection was very limited and the menu description barely resembled the actual food There is no in-room dining from 11 am-5:30 pm, so if you’re hungry during those times you’ll have to order in or go to their restaurant 😓 the staff doesn’t wear/use uniforms, they wear what they want and they look scrappy There is no mini bar in the room and when we requested a bottle opener they stated they would bring one once we ordered food, but we wanted to drink some of our own wine before ordering We had to go downstairs with the bottle so they could uncork it for us Bc they would not lend us a bottle opener In my room, one closet light was out, the toilet would not drain correctly and water would just run unless I moved the handle The shower was not perfectly clean as there were parts in between the tile that were black and pink as when someone doesn’t scrub them Room service came and just left a pile of towels by the bathtub, they didn’t even have the decency of hanging them where they belong or folding them appropriately They would take forever to come and pick up the dirty dishes, and one has to place the dirty dishes outside the door I will never book here again

Ioana Rider

Less than impressed Room wasn’t ready at 4 pm check in so we had to wait over half an hour They said we were getting a $100 dining credit but then they forgot to apply it to the room

The bath tub faucet came off and we couldn’t use it The mattress was incredibly hard and uncomfortable Woke up with back pain The restaurant was good but nothing special Definitely very overpriced Not worth the over $750 paid for one night There are much better options in Brickell Will not stay here again

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any room They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you won’t regret itA 20 something year old hotel with open spaces and water features this property is large, clean, and relaxing The room was perfect for our 1st night after our long plane ride It was comfortable and quiet I hardly ever heard another person and we arrived in the middle of spring break We will come again if we travel this way again

Daniel Rocha

Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful Efficient in cleaning the rooms and help at the conference rooms as well The room although great and clean, had a weird layout in the bathroom making the shower stall very small, and the height of the shower very low

The location is great Walking distance from the mais street in the grove Lots of things to do around and close to the water front too

Channa Borman

Beautifully appointed rooms, elegant lobby, delicious food at the restaurant, great service from front desk staff But maybe most fun feature was the hospitality of the bellman Steven who gave us great restaurant recommendations when he took our luggage to the room and was hilarious in his descriptions of the options Great choice

Can’t go wrong here

We attended a wedding at this beautiful hotel The hotel was amazing it was old but historic So much history at this hotel which was very cool

Everything there made you feel like you were experiencing a event from the 20’s As for attention the wedding it was also a great experience, as a groomsmen we had are own room to get ready in and they were very attentive to our needs The food was great and the room we had was amazing and historic and you could walk right outside to a huge I mean massive lighted pool This hotel is a most visit, next time I will have to get a room

Lorenzo Racana

Location and building are beautiful Pool is massive and is very nice Rooms are tidy, spacious and beautifully decorated

The Views from the rooms are great and you can see stretches of green trees and Miami’s skyscrapers Staff are very kind and welcoming and make you feel special Tennis courts are very easy to get to and the courts are free Gym is very large and has great equipment Overall a luxurious and excellent stay at the Biltmore hotel

Superb experience in a beautiful historic property! We drove out here for the Sunday Brunch while staying in Miami Beach last year, and were so impressed with it then that we decided to stay here this year for one night following our flight out before we drove down to the KeysWe took a red-eye flight out and arrived at the hotel around 7:45am, fully intending to just check our bags at the front desk and wander around until our cabana became available at 10am You can imagine our surprise when at 7:45am, they told us they had a room ready and we could actually check in! After little sleep on the overnight flight, it was so amazing to be able to go straight to our junior suite and lay down for a couple hours before going to the pool

The cabana experience was also very enjoyable The price was extremely reasonable (about half the cost of the average cabana in Miami Beach), and our attendant (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) was very courteous and checked on us often without being obtrusive By afternoon it had warmed up enough to go in the pool, which is gigantic and beautiful Even if a lot of other people are there, it doesn’t feel crowded thanks to it’s sheer size Also love the grand lobby area (and the mini aviary with the little finches was a delight for this bird enthusiast!)Overall we had an amazing timewish we would have spent more time here and less in the Keys Thank you to all staff who made our stay memorable!

I just stayed here for a night while I got my son moved in to start his last year of college, I loved staying here and will be staying here from now on Staff was helpful and friendly, place was so clean, food was real good at the restaurant If the staff wasn’t so helpful and nice it would have been a totally different experience so I hope they get credit for their service

Thank you!

The Hilton lived up to my expectations and standards This was an experience not just a stay The food was amazing and fresh, even though I only eat breakfast

The room was clean, and they followed covid protocols, so I felt very safe I loved the sealed doors which indicated this room had been cleaned and covid protocols where followed The bathroom was spotless, the shower had great water pressure and safe from slips The room was big enough for my husband and myself, we sleep great but the only thing I struggled with was the pillows But I sleep on very expensive pillows at home Overall, I give this place a 10 out of 10 The staff was professional and provided excellent customer service

Ramon Rios Jr

Nice modern Hilton in convenient area Stay was not good though Food services slow, messed up order on first morning and then didn’t deliver one of the meals at same meal

Restaurant out of a variety of food and one beer on tap Housekeeping on demand didn’t show up to either of the two rooms I had booked Needed fresh towels and front desk didn’t pick up the phone so we had to go downstairs 2x to ask for towels over a 90 minute period We took out our own garbage Not a Hilton service standard quality First time I had to write a review before checkout Very unfortunate I had write this

It’s 3am and I am writing this as I lie awake on this terribly uncomfortable bed in the Hampton Inn As soon as I plopped down on it I knew it would be a problem and it is It’s like the thin, pad less, springy bed you would feel in a little kids room

It has zero cushion I am supposed to stay here one more night but I don’t know that I can when I just can’t sleep Tomorrow I will ask if they have any different bedsThe hotel seems clean and the front desk guy was very nice on check in Like others, I was surprised that there was no mini fridge in my room So the food I brought home went bad At this point I would not stay here againUPDATE: (from 2 stars to 3)We tried to cancel our second night, but because we made our reservations online on the HILTON website (not even third party), they would not allow us to The hotel said they couldn’t do it, the website had to The website people said they couldn’t do it, the hotel had to After some back and forth and some serious dedication from Gabby at the front desk (she spent an hour on the phone with the website rep), they decided that we have to wait until tomorrow when we officially check out THEN the front desk can refund the second night We were fine with that plan, we went to the Marriott but they were full SO… here we are back at the Hampton However, the guy at the front desk switched our room and the bed is WAY better The bed in 307 was just so worn out It was hard as the floor but also concave This bed is flat and still has some padding to it I am grateful to the staff for putting forth the effort to help The new room had a really loud rattle coming from the ac unit but I was able to fix that If you have a room with this problem, try popping out the air filters and cleaning them They pull straight up from the top Our air filters were so full that the unit was having trouble pulling air through them which is what was making the rattle Now I have a quiet room with a good bed

A Muncie Experience

Spent 5 nights in a King Room and it was fantastic! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the hotel staff was helpful and very friendly! Free hot breakfast served every morning was delicious with a different main dish every morning Waffles, omelets, hash browns, French toast, and scrambled eggs are to name a few The lobby was beautiful with free cookies, coffee, water and lemonade

Exercise room and business center as well The pool area was like paradise! Comfortable seating, lounge chairs and plenty of towels Covered and open areas available around the pool area Plenty of parking Numerous restaurants and shopping within walking distance and close by! Easy on and off access to the freeway! An absolute must stay hotel when visiting the Homestead area! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! You will too!

J B

The wait staff was good complimentary breakfast was good however I did get some insect bites on my arm and parts of my body that were not under the covers so therefore I do not expect any of these were bed bugs but probably no seems Other than that no issues at the hotel The downside was that we had to request the room to be serviced which I found to be less than acceptable at this point because of the rate that we pay for these rooms

It seems that ever since covid the customer care has dropped off and it seems to be a consideration from the hotel establishments that this is acceptable

This hotel was immaculately clean, extremely modern and quiet I worked from the hotel during my stay, the desks in the rooms made it a perfect work space, I did not even need to use the lights due to an entire wall of our room being windows overlooking the city If you have pets this is a pet friendly hotel, the restaurant located downstairs is a little weird as in you may or may not be serviced but that seems like an entirely separate issue on its own

10/10 would recommend staying here if you are 21+

Cianni Chatman

I don’t know where to start As soon as we pulled in the valet drivers were so quick to help us get situated even before check in Without expected they’ve opened and closed doors for me on many occasions

The front desk workers were so sweet, helpful, attentive, and presentable at all times! Our room was beautiful and the view of the pool overlooking the city was my favorite part of the stay The rooms were cleaned every single day The beds were made after my outings everyday, all of the towels that were dirty were replaced, even down to the hand soap bars were changed and the trash cans that were barely full were empty coming back You can have room service to the room if you aren’t a morning person For the price, location, and accommodations I would highly recommend and come back here every time I am in Miami Super close to shopping centers, and not too out of the way from south beach, a less congested traffic area

Keema S

The hotel itself is beautifully renovated I am someone that is all about the aesthetics especially when a certain price point is reach per night The room was lovely with the spiral stairwell that adjoins a loft

Quite honestly, I feel the two could have been swapped But it’s understandable for servicing purposesYou can definitely hear conversations taking place in the hallway as well as what is going on outdoors This can be disturbing if you turn in early While scoping out the loft upstairs, I was quite surprised to see the microwave stacked on top of the small refrigerator They can do better than this Again, for the price per night, you would expect more I truly feel we were overcharged But maybe is the locale and surrounding amenities that brought about that price pointRoom 547!

Almost all reviews comment on the physical aspects of a Hotel We celebrated a wedding anniversary knowing how clean and comfortable the Colonnade is, how great the location, all of the things that everybody asks about Well this review is a little different because it is just about the people who work there

We are neither rock stars nor millionaires and do not expect special treatment But that is exactly what we received from the Parking Valets, House Keeping staff, and especially the Front Desk Reception Staff: Ross, Adriana, Hayden, Isabella, Audrey and Mia Sincerely gracious, warm, attentive, like your closest best friend are the adjectives I would use to describe them all They, and not the thread count of the bed sheets, are what makes the Colonnade a truly great place in which to stay When you meet people who are genuinely kind, attentive, and eager to please it is like winning the hotel lottery My wife and I consider ourselves winners

Kia Graham

My stay at this hotel was horrible! You have take two elevators to get to the room not to mention the parking each time you leave the hotel you have to payThey don’t clean the room on a daily basis We have to ask for clean towels

No microwave to warm food The Receptionist at the front desk , who work on 5/12 night shift came to the room door accused us about noise , when there was no noise not even the TV was onThe noise was coming from the hallway I didn’t appreciate what he did We pay for the room and was not staying there for free I have always stayed at Marriott Hotels and never had this experienceI will not stay at this Hotel in the future

My husband & I stayed here Sunday-Thursday because I had a procedure Monday that required me to be on bed rest The welcome was very gracious & kind We got exactly what we wanted- peace & quiet

The hotel was clean & the staff was kind I especially liked the window sill/sofa in the room to get a little sun while I was on rest! When it came to the food- we couldn’t go wrong We tried almost everything at Edge during breakfast, lunch & dinner & everything was delectableMy only issue would be the valet I’ve always been hesitant to do valet (no matter the level of the hotel) & this left another bad mark on me My app notified me that my car was unlocked & had the windows down all night When I woke up I notified the front desk & they resolved it, but I truly believe that’s something shouldn’t have occurred My car now has a peculiar smell

We stayed at the Four Seasons Miami-Brickell for two weeks this June From the moment of our arrival to check-out, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay The entire staff went above and beyond to make our entire family comfortable and satisfied

From meeting our every need to sending a sizable chocolate tennis racket arrangement when my daughter got into medical school, the staff exceeded our expectations in every possible manner The food and drink was world-class—the chefs and bartenders worked tirelessly to prepare meals and beverages to our specific preferences While the entire staff was fantastic, Santa was a particular highlight of our stay Throughout our trip, she ensured we were always taken care of, from valet to housekeeping, restaurant booking and much more The manager at the pool was equally wonderful, and helped us book a last-minute reservation at an extremely popular restaurant in Miami The housekeeping staff was clean, efficient, and incredibly warm to each member of our family—always doing their best to meet our various needs I give my highest recommendation to the Four Seasons Miami-Brickell and look forward to returning as soon as possible for another stay

Older hotel but I believe they are in the process of renovations Lighting in the rooms need to be updated and brighter especially in the bathroom and entry hallway and closet Although I could see brighter lights would have been better

Also, it would be nice if they cleaned the windows mine were rather dirty The customer service was excellent Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful No matter the time or day front desk was willing and able to engage Great job people!!!

I personally went to the Spa to book a massage for my wife and the attendant looked at her schedule and booked it for 4 pm along with my credit card info About 2 hours later we find out from the attendant that they could not honor our appointment because the masseuse scheduled to do it left to go to a “sister property” They offered to change the reservation for the following day but we would be leaving by then

I explained our displeasure with this and asked why we were not told about this when we booked it the response we received is that their scheduling system does not let them know when the masseuse is scheduled elsewhere! I am completely flabbergasted by this response and cannot help but wonder how a hotel with such a reputation to uphold could run such and AMATEUR operation? Somehow we are considered lesser clients than the sister hotel that we were left for When I asked to speak to the manager we were told by the attendant that he would email us and they also gave us his email to contact him As of now, we have received no contact email from him or any other communication Please understand that I am writing this with no prejudice of this location and no hidden agenda This is totally unacceptable behavior for a place of this category and they need to be called out on this I hope this helps others who are trying to book the same spa Beware!

The room/suite is old and dated ! Very old fashioned and run down … the bar super quiet and bad drinks ; tonight the server told me they have nothing but Chardonnay which I don’t drink and later the other waiter says that’s not true, I got my glass of yummy wine but what a zoo! The pool is not appealing at all in a roof top with fake grass !The bathroom doesn’t even have towel hooks or cabinets to put your clothes away in a suite ! Won’t be back

Amazing Hotel in the Heart of Downtown MiamiGreat bed with great sheets helped us sleep really well – and isn’t that the most important thing! The artwork and exclusive vibe is great, but you do share the facilities with the JW Marriott including the exec lounge and the pool, etc

But again, the bed was great, the room is really cool and modern and it’s a great stay!

Dontbother asking

I left a $3,500 USD Dior suit jacket in the room When I arrived at the airport I realized it and called the front desk to ask to keep my jacket safe My jacket was “not found” according to staff

There is a bunch of thieves working here Do not forget anything in your room at this hotel The staff was very unprofessional about helping me locate my suit jacket

I booked a weekend getaway My flight gets canceled, and I’m unable to travel I called Amex travel which connected me to the hotel to get a refund or reschedule the trip The hotel stated they were not going to refund nor reschedule the trip

What kind of customer of service is this? By far the worst customer service I’ve experience I’ll never booked at the hotel Beaux Arts!!!

Such a beautiful hotel My fiancé and I booked this hotel a night before our cruise and it was such an amazing stay and bonus to our trip The hotel has beautiful rooms which feel like luxury and we were even upgraded to a larger room with amazing views

Everything looked fresh and new, we truly loved our stay The staff were all pleasant and helpful and Andres the chief concierge helped with information about getting to our cruise and helped with printing our necessary documents which saved us so much time We can’t wait to visit again!

Do not stay at this hotelIt’s the worst Hilton I have stayed at in ten years Let me start with my room

The balcony door won’t stay closed because the whole locking mechanism is rusted beyond repairNever mind, we’ll just go downstairs for dinner and a drink Nope The hotel has 508 rooms and no restaurant It’s the pandemic was the explanation No, it’s really poor management that can’t retain staff because they treat them so poorlyBut you can eat in the bar I got an $1800 Cuban sandwich that wasn’t edible I complained to the waiter, and then the bar manager who didn’t apologize or offer a replacement She shrugged and walked awayBeyond the lack of food, the hotel has jacked up the prices of drinks A glass of wine is $1700 The wine costs less than $1500 for a bottle They know you can’t go anywhere nearby and do they are happy to gouge their guestsSkip the wine and have a draft beer to beat the heat No, the draft system has been broken for 10 days now But, they explained, it’s sure to be fixed sometime soon(ish)I repeat, do not stay at this hotel

We were pleasantly surprised with what we received The staff were amazingly nice and helpful The hotel is great for the price you pay

We got to check-in early without being charged I know, it sounds like everyone should expect that but I don’t except anything more than what it states in the contract This facility went above and beyond for us I would highly recommend it and hope everyone receives the great service that we did Thank you for making our honeymoon unforgettable

We made a brief overnight stay here on a Friday night before cruising It’s a beautiful hotel with a lovely pool on site It has a restaurant, convenience store, and coffee shop on site

It is also near other shopping and restaurants and very conveniently located to the airport with a free shuttle service The suite we stayed in had a lovely room and bathroom with a separate living room, television and balcony overlooking the pool The hotel is reasonably priced and staff was warm and welcoming
