Full kitchen, comes with skillets and pots Nice pool, doesn’t have floating bandaids Lady at the desk is new but super nice n pretty

Very nice central heating n cooling Breakfast has cranberry juice so it’s lit Would definitely recommend this place Pretty sure house keeping only comes 1 time a week and you have to ask for anything you want When ever I ask, they always give So kinda lit there’s not a housekeeper at my door every day

TONY DFW

Fairly clean location stayed here twice in the last 6 months Be sure to bring your own soap

The in house dispensers are always empty oh and if you plan to cook prepare to have no cooking utensil I called the front desk waited over an hour for a pan Not sure if these inadequacies are a result of poor management or shortage of staff or both At a rate of $179 night, neither is a sufficient excuseOther than those gripes, location was in a good location and safe and near many food spots

Menevero Stanton

The staff were absolutely wonderful!! Great personalities all around from the cooks to the mechanics! While that helps to make a lot of things pleasant, my room had ROACHES inside of and around the dishwasher! The room also had an old sweaty sock smell coming from the ventilation unit! That made for a not-so-pleasant 10-day stay Nobody wants to bring roaches home with them after an extended stay at a roachy motel For the price per night, where is that money going?!

Really nice young lady at check-in Hotel is in a really good area Clean & well lit parking lot

Lobby and hallways were clean Nice little breakfast nook Room #120 was clean and bed was comfy The full size fridge, stove top, countertop with sink and microwave were a nice extra Bathroom was clean other than there was a paint run on the mirror and the toilet lid was cracked and a spot of silicone on the seat All can be easily fixed quick Price was 1/3 the cost of Downtown Memphis hotels and it was a short drive away About 20 minutes or 17 miles

THE CREEP INN MOTEL!!!Not fit for a special occasion Went for my 9 year wedding anniversary The first thing I saw was a shirtless and barefoot male smoking right in front of the building

very unpleasant, unprofessional, and down right junkie looking I checked in at about 9pm and checked out of 11pm I was trying to clean the roman suite but after an hour of that we decided to just go back home No refund and you must pay upfront Save your money and night $18000 gone If yhis is all you can get Check room before paying On top on that the customer service is nonexistent Lastly it’s a extended stay type of place Trap room, wh*re house, you name it oh yea weird stain on sheet and mattress pad yucky

Haniyyah Memphis

The jacuzzi was everything and more👌🏾The room was clean and everything was near perfection except for the bed

could of been a little softer and the mattress a little more thicker to prevent hurting your legs on the wood Nevertheless, the bed was beautiful and matched perfectly with the stars aboveI will definitely book here again and recommend friends

This place was an amazing choice for my daughters 5th birthday party I purchased a conference room for the day and everything turned out amazing I was able to have as many guest as I needed as long as I kept the noise to a minimum

The hotel staff was very friendly and checked in frequently to make sure everything was good The room was clean, I had no problems when leaving The hotel overall was very nice! I had family from out of town stay the night and they loved their rooms and the accommodations as well My daughter enjoyed her party and it was definitely one she’ll remember for a long time It was a pleasure to do business with this location! I have not one complaint

Jenny Wright

The room was sleek, slender, and lengthy with modern furnishings The room also had full kitchenette with appliances, hardware and utensils Great for those visiting a while

The beds were slightly hard, but decent The only complaint, upon initial entry, the room was super warm, and because of the length of the room, it took nearly 4 hours to cool to a comfortable temperature My puppy probably drank 2 gallons of water that afternoon Would be nice to have someone cool the rooms prior to check-in Now, all of the front desk staff seemed to be super polite and helpful and the breakfast hostess was courteous and hardworking She kept most stock replenished immediately BUT honestly, I was most impressed with the housekeeping staff, one in particular I didn’t get her name, but if she reads this, she’ll know it’s about her She literally went out of her way to greet people, to include us, everyday of stay She would ask what our plans were, wish us safe travels, and so on She was the true sentiment of southern charm, pure kindness, wholesome honesty, and so super welcoming If I didn’t have to return home, my son and I would have stayed an extra day just to have told her, “goodbye” in person She worked the 4th floor each and every day of my stay Thank you for your kindness to my family, to include my dog We all truly appreciate the work you do for Hilton If I could promote you, I would Your personality is one for the front desk Meet and greet, girl!! 😀 Yes, I would recommend this facility for a short or long stay Perfect distance to Memphis, but not apart of the hustle and bustle

Hotel is very clean and comfortable The beds are comfortable and supportive The shower is spacious and a welcome relaxation

The swimming pool area is nice with plenty of seating available Restaurants in hotel have weird hours and are even closed some days The prices are high but the food quality is good They have live music in the evenings, but again not all evenings So your visit may be hit or miss The staff are amazing and make you feel very welcome They have a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, just call ahead to make arrangements

Denise Bermudez

Well, what can you say about The Guest House at Graceland, it’s no Heartbreak Hotel It deserves the rating it gets, as the location is great Staff is wonderful

Food is delicious Room was wonderful The vibe is fantastic and the entertainment was wonderful The front desk gentleman who checked me in, was awesome, I didn’t get his name, wore glasses, told him he looked like a young Elton John and said that was the best compliment anyone could give him Make this your place to stay in Memphis

One word describes this hotel

FABULOUS!! The interior has been so well thought out throughout! The color schemes and decor is unbelievable! It’s feels so classy when you walk in the front door all the way to your room! The textures and glam really shine here! The service is FANTASTIC as well! Everyone that works here is so nice and friendly! The staff really love their work, and it shows! The only downside to my stay was that there was no hot water when I took a shower I tried every knob in the shower, however it did not get hot A cold shower late at night is not something I enjoy, however the rest of my experience was great!

Our experience began before our arrival when Myron called to confirm all of my noted preferences The staff were all notably friendly, accommodating and provided exceptional customer service Our suite was great, we enjoyed the layout of the room and the new large-screened smart TV’s

The in-room amenities well suited our comfort We did not eat the breakfast offerings, but did enjoy the restaurant options surrounding the hotel Overall, it was an excellent experience! Our family will return and appreciated the service and comfortable stay I am happy to favorably recommend with a 5-star rating Thanks again

Ashley Boatright

Looked for bed bugs when we arrived, but saw none until after our second night We left immediately after packing all of our belongings into garbage bags for a 12 hour road trip Was told I wouldn’t have to pay the $85 fee for checking out early

Then I overheard staff say the room wouldn’t be booked until the day after Also, the mattresses had MANY stains It was pretty gross I was also told I’d be charged for drinking too much coffee I think it was supposed to be a joke but the staff was clearly not amused by his own joke Not impressed, but glad my dog was welcomed there! So, that part was nice!

DO NOT STAY HERE! The girls in the room next door were having a very loud party After several complaints, the police were finally called The ended up arresting at least one person and evicting the girls

We finally got to sleep at 12:30 AM The next morning, the desk clerk refused our request to no be charged for the room, despite the sign in the lobby that said if we were unhappy we would not have to pay My wife called the GM and he was rude and argumentative Avoid this place and spend your money where you are actually valued as a customer

Typical low cost hotel Nothing special about the breakfast Outdoor pool closed for the winter

Nice clean room with a nice new modern bathroom Like the shampoo conditioner and body wash Dispensers in the shower A must so I don’t have to pack soap and wait for a leak in my luggage friendly staff Can’t say enough about how nice everyone is

Stephanie Davis

Rooms were mostly clean, shower was definitely not clean though I keep my own cleaner for these types of things Definitely appreciate the large squeezable bottles of shower gel and shampoo on the wall in there and the self defogging mirror

The breakfast was disappointing though I’ve stayed at other 2 star hotels by Wyndham and had way better

Lauren Burris Myhre

There are rude/passive aggressive notes taped up everywhere from management about what you can’t do and how much they will fine you The toilet had urine marks The shower had hair and grass

The toilet paper roll was not new and there was an open bottle of lotion with a broken seal There were some cracks in the wall and the laundry room was out of order I think if everything would have been clean and maintained, I would have liked it here, but it was kind of ew I ended up bleaching the bathroom and going to the store for better/more toilet paper The silver lining- there’s a Target across the street I wouldn’t plan to stay here again, though

Rooms could use a better cleaning, had issues with the a/c leaking on the floor and a maintenance guy was sent to verify it was leaking then we was told someone would be by tomorrow to fix it, they placed 2 towels on the a part of the wet spot Then the next day noone showed up So we eventually changed rooms

The new room was missing nearly all the dishes, and the stove top only partially worked We was also moved to the 4th floor, which walking down the hall you fill soft spots in the floorsPlus side laundry is free

The two gentlemen that work the desk at night were AMAZING! It was Memorial Day weekend and I couldn’t find a room anywhere, not even with my “precious Marriott ” The guy was so accommodating! The other gentleman that worked the next two nights was super friendly and helped me with no problem The only rude person was the housekeeper

I asked her if they could replenish my towels while I was gone and get me new linen The bed sheet was on top of the comforter and the pillows were too small for the pillow cases I also found a few hairs in the shower, which I always find at all hotels, so I didn’t complain, because everything was pretty clean Anyway, the lady said, ” No ma’am not for ‘stayovers!’ ” She could have found a better delivery and offered me a solution So then I asked can she just give me the linen and I make the bed when I get back She refused until I gave her the other linen in return Keep in mind, I’m on my way out to a meeting and here we are going back and forth about sheets That was the only drawback from my stay The rooms were also very large!

Annie Wagenpfeil

Front desk lady was very kind and helpful However there was no conditioner, the shampoo that was in the room was used from the previous guest and the “clean” towels were folded back damp I had to go thru a couple towels before I found a hopefully clean dry one

There was garbage on the floor in the bathroom and the only plus is that there’s a fridge in the room!

Christina

They took my reservation months ago for a room and I identified I had dogs After checking in and taking my money they refused my dog, by just looking at the soft sided crate and said harshly your room is canceled (not even seeing the dog), demanding the return of the key They were really rude and of no help with dogs in the car at 100 degrees

When asked what hotels accept dogs they said I don’t know you need to leave When asking for a confirmation of refund and cancelation, they provided a letter saying “I” canceled, I requested a correction she refused My husband asked for corporate card to call and talk to corporate management, they provided their personal card instead of corporate, he will look up laterBTW I have watched multiple people walk in with dogs the same size as minesomething is not right hereIf you have a dog AVOID this hotel!!!I am a Wyndham Platinum memberthis is how they treat their ownDrury across the parking lot was lovely and accepted our dogs with open arms and no pet fee!!! Stay With Them!!

First and foremost I just want to say I did not like the stay whatsoever The housekeepers would come in people rooms and touch and take our belongings They don’t do their jobs

Let me elaborate Don’t vacuum the floors, change the sheets and blankets, give enough clean towels, and tissue Sometimes they would just make up the beds without the sheets begin CHANGED Most nastiest thing ever! Not sanitized whatsoever and I don’t play that Also, the spacing is great there’s a lot of space in the rooms Latonya and Keisha they are very cool always laughter and friendliness with them a long with the rest of the staff Breakfast was great I loved the biscuits, eggs, sausages with the gravy The location was decent surrounded by restaurants and gas stations could literally walk to them but I wouldn’t walk alone So when y’all read these reviews take them seriously because 99% of these people that have stayed are telling the truth

Michael Villafranco

First starting off by saying a few things about this hotel This is the best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in

High quality rooms and high quality service I have stayed at dozen of hotels in and around Memphis but this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine Thank you so much Overall, I had a great experience with this Best Western and not to mention the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for my experience while going through school in Memphis Excellent hotel with excellent location located just outside of Memphis Did I mention the hotel was extremely clean & comfortable? Also, housekeeping was very professional and very prompt on taking care of my needs with the few things I needed Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and always taken care of by the staff throughout my visit I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It’s a true sample of excellent hospitality

D’Andre Carter

They treated me like family here, specifically the ladies! Keisha always conversed with her diners in the eating space, kept it tidy and displayed her food in love Tammy & Angelica are both a sight for sore eyes, & indeed beautiful individuals😌 Last but not least Auntie LaTonya thank you for always going the extra mile for the guests, I enjoyed the laughs and conversations we exchanged

And of course the rooms were spotless and smelt amazing -Andre from Florida 😇

I can’t say enough good things about our stay We were in town for a baseball tournament The room was very clean

The shower had great water pressure The AC worked really well in the Mississippi heat The kids LOVED the pool area The food from the bistro was delicious And the staff?? Oh my goodness! Each and every staff member was so very kind and attentive They even had our team name on a welcome board and snacks for the boys when we checked in I’m certain my son will continue to play baseball and every time we are in the area, Courtyard by Marriott will be our home away from home Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay!!

j wimmer

Fine enough Super nice folks working there Slightly older accommodations compared to other newer places

Nice room layout and cool A/C Shower curtain was odd, wouldn’t stay in place but awesome water pressure :)Room had a funny older musty smell…and we had to kill a big spider in the morning…which kinda yeah, freaked me out! 😉 other then that, it worked nicely Bed is SUPER firm, just a heads up, but very roomy and work up without any stiffness or aches for those sensitive to beds (like me!)

Randi D

We stayed here for 3 nights Both the room and bathroom were clean and I found nothing at all wrong with either one The walls are thick so even though we were across from the elevator, we were not bothered at all

The pool and hot tub were also clean and despite it being August, there was no one else in either when I went down there The gym was very basic but the equipment they had was fully functional The only thing that was disappointing was no complementary breakfast or self serve coffee like you find in lobbies of most other hotels They start taking orders at 7am and it was only a choice of eggs and toast and meat as the other items like yogurt etc were unavailable We ended up going to Cracker Barrel Jerrita at the front desk was amazing! Very helpful and super sweet!

A bit premature as I’m posting this as we’re settling in; but, I’m impressed!Cleanliness isn’t superb (found a penny on the floor in our room), but no funny smells and bathroom is obviously well sanitized—not a single hair in sight (my biggest pet peeve)Most importantly: the customer service I made a mistake during the booking/check-in process

Shelby took great care of us and quickly got us in a room despite my errorMy toddler has been looking forward to this trip for a chance to swim, so we’re off to the pool!

Dane Coffey

First of all, I understand that a hotel cannot totally control the actions of other guests So the little league team running through the halls at 10pm isn’t their fault However, I was very surprised how much noise I could hear from regular activity in such a new hotel

I could hear every footstep in the hallway I could hear every move the people upstairs made Not, stomping or throwing, just walking and setting things down on the floor I could hear footsteps in the hallway upstairs My wife and I slept terribly I mentioned it to the desk in the morning and they said we weren’t the first to mention it We were offered free breakfast at our next stay or 5,000 Hilton points

G Roberson

I am here now staying in a 2 queen room on the 1st floor Over all the hotel appears nice aesthetically The #1 most important thing & why I have them 1 star

The beds in our room are hard as a rock and so are the pillows I could over a lot of things as I’m not horribly picky but a hard uncomfortable bed isn’t one of them Tonight and 2 more nights of these horrible beds and pillows makes me dread the rest of our trip visiting family and I just got here I expect soooooo sooooo much more out of Hilton than this I could have stayed at cheaper motels and got a better bed My 1st and last time ever staying here I’ll stick to the place down the street that I’ve stayed before and was comfortable As a Hilton honors member I trusted Hilton to be better

Hotel was very nice, staff was super friendly It was never hard to find anyone to help Everyone was always asking how you were or at least saying hello

Hotel was clean, except for the pool water needed some adjustingIt was the guests that were the issue!! We were woken up at 2:30 am but a group coming in that was screaming, banging, running, waking the dead for over 30 minutes Once they finally stopped we managed to fall back asleep only to be awoken at 3:40 to someone attempting to make the bed above us come through the ceiling for the next half-hour Trying to not explain what was really going on to my child was so much fun So if you plan on staying here bring some ear plugs

Customer service was poor with attitudes especially by the manager Eugene Perez he was getting loud with me for no reason at all All the workers seem to have attitudes and they don’t greet youMy trucking company booked my room I’m sure they have an account with the hotel as they spend lots of money with best western

They treated me poorly and very inconsiderate The refrigerator didn’t work and it was dirty, it was an issue talking to them to have it fixed I couldn’t believe the poor hospitality that they had My co workers also had issues being here I tried to get corporates number and no one seem to be able to provide it Such an unwelcoming stay I don’t recommend
