The hotel itself is wonderful Nice rooms, beautiful lobby, nice amenities The complimentary breakfast buffet is great

omelettes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, fruit, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal A variety of juices, soda fountain, water, tea, coffee A complimentary snacks happy hour The front desk staff and management and shuttle drivers are unpleasant and at times rude The staff doesn’t seem to be the quality of typical Embassy Suites/Hilton Staff which are known to be professional and top notch/customer oriented

Deepak Patil

Shuttle arrived within minutes after requesting Easy 5 min ride to hotel from airport Front desk was very welcoming

They had cocktails and snacks when we arrived Room was very clean Next door neighbors were very loud and it felt like walls were paper thin Complementary breakfast was amazing Omelette counter was super efficient and made some good omelettes

Teresa Baker

Love this hotel, very clean The staff is friendly, food and drinks are great Shuttle to airport runs every 30 minutes

The only Downfall was long-term parkingWhen I called Hilton they quoted me 1000 per night for parking even with me staying the night before my flight I went online and found a parking offer by a 3rd party that was much cheaper, and you don’t even have to stay at this location

Brian Poller

The hotel staff was extremely friendly Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and we were always being greeted in a friendly manner The reason I am leaving a 3 star review is because I thought the coffee at the breakfast was absolutely terrible

Now I write this review and a professional reviewer I understand it is complimentary coffee, but it doesn’t take much to serve a descent cup of coffee You guys certainly serve a great “real” cup of coffee from the bar that is not free but the free coffee served with breakfast was just tan water It is probably better that you do not serve any coffee, then that coffee Every single person I asked agreed that the coffee was terrible I do also feel like the rooms need a good carpet shampoo as well But for the most part the hotel was nice and I most likely would stay there again if I traveled back to Dallas

kat

I’ve stayed in quite a few Hyatt Place hotels these past few months so I’m basing my ratings on comparisons with those While the room is great, the bathroom was dismal There was absolutely no where to stand in the shower/toilet room

The door took up the entire area In two of my pics you can see the door actually touching the shower stall and then the toilet They definitely should switch to pocket doors here or just redo the bathrooms The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a good location Free parking doesn’t hurt either!

Vada Abrahamson

I had to stay one night here after missing a connecting flight All of the hotel staff were so friendly, but the free shuttle to and from the airport is what topped it off They sent us a shuttle after the closed shuttle time and William still seemed so please to serve me and my sister, telling us all about the beauty of cruises and making us laugh the whole way

On the way back to the airport checkout was extremely smooth and our second shuttle ride was great as well Tim was such a calming presence in the middle of a truly chaotic flight, if you get to ride with him sit back and enjoy the ride while learning all about his life adventures He inspired me and my sister to stay calm and experience more of the beautiful parts of life in just a 15 minute drive

This Hotel is awesome considering the location We just went for the bar after a dinner and it was great The bartender was great and the bar area is really nice

There is also an outdoor area that has a stage for live musicWe will definitely be back to hang out when the weather gets cooler And for the adventurous the train tracks are right at the edge of the outdoor space so you can enjoy the bar, jump a train to Ft Worth Stock Yards then come back to a comfy hotel room Does it get any better than that ? Maybe but you’re going to have to catch a plane to find outSave a few thousand and make a weekend of it right here

I can’t say enough good things about the DFW Marriott Hotel and Golf Club at Champions Circle From Mallory to Bill to Toni and EVERYONE in between there seriously aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe what wonderful people run this hotel They went above and BEYOND in accommodating us

The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are impeccable, breakfast was awesome, and Jackdaw went out of their way to provide our crazy requests to keep the grand-kids happy Every last person made you feel like you were their best friend; and the service was exceptional Fabulous menu choices included everything from salmon to steak to mac-n-cheese and chicken tenders – which pleased ALL of our palatesThe Executive Suite and connecting King room were exquisite and was absolutely perfect for the three granddaughters, myself, and daughters The granddaughters were tickled that every time they walked past the front desk they were acknowledged – to the point that one night, at 11:00 pm, one of the granddaughters even wanted to go down to the front desk to show them something they made! The entire hotel from the rooms, to the hallways, to the restaurants, and restrooms was immaculate Housekeeping service remains your prerogative For our stay the housekeeping personnel furnished us with anything that we requestedCannot come up with even one negative about this location The hotel, the people, the locationjust couldn’t have been any more perfect

Jessica Gavin

I came here to meet a family member in town for business From the lounge to the restaurant it was 5 stars! The lounge area staff was so friendly Please go visit Tony in the bar area, she’s great and will take amazing care of you! The food is amazing and HUGE portion sizes

Great happy hour specials! And the outside seating area is spectacular, overlooking the golf course, with a gorgeous pool area!

Luis Cuellar

Pulling into this location, I saw the guest parking lot and assumed Google given me the wrong hotel I’m booked my room through a third party, so I didn’t know exactly what this was a golf enthusiast place It’s rate for the night certainly didn’t indicate it (meaning it was very reasonable) when I booked it

Walking in, well, it’s very nice The room was excellent and had fantastic non-golf amenities such as the gym and pool area Didn’t book this intentionally but the traveling gods smiled upon me on this one Wonderful stay!

Brian Poulin

Great hotel, especially for a long term stay I was there 15 nights on business and loved the studio room with the kitchen and full size fridgeMy only two complaints are 1

the outdoor grills need some attention/replacement One would not light any of the burners and the other would not heat the back because of the burners having degraded and blown out And 2 The in-room entertainment was nice, but the cable was slow to respond when switching channels It takes 2-3 seconds to display the next channel which is irritating when there is no TV guide to scroll through The remote would only transmit 1 volume per second (taking the volume from level 15-30 takes 15 seconds) Both minor inconveniences! The pool is outstanding and was 70-75° in the middle of a summer where the temp has been 100°+ for weeks The hotel has a basketball hoop outside and the front desk has a ball to use The breakfast was pretty good every day and the staff was pleasant to work with We’ll be coming back next time we’re in town

Kimberly Makay

Very clean, very nice staff Did not partake in the breakfast but as we checked out the breakfast area was full of apparently happy munchersWe stayed in a premier suite that was fully stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks

Plenty of spare blankets and a comfortable sofa The TV swiveled completely towards either the sofa or the king size bed Would highly recommend

Fernando Uribe II

The hotel was great and the staff was all very friendly, there breakfast was fine but the dining area was beautiful They had a beautiful pool and the outdoor area was nice even with a basketball course! Overall it was enjoyable and we may be staying again if we are in the area!

The friendly and helpful staff is what mostly made my stay go well The fitness center is a tad small, however guest are able to use the huge gym next door for free There are rumors of that gym closing however

The food could use improving as far as expanding the menu and having it at an affordable price The beds are alright Could be more comfortable

The hotel it’s self was beautiful and perfect for what we needed I felt like the staff appreciated our Marriott status, and took great care of usWe were with our nephew who wanted to see the planes

The front desk staff set us up in a beautiful room where we could watch the planes landing right over us That being said the building seems to be well insulated and we didn’t have to listen to the planes all nightI was able to catch the shuttle to the airport early in the morning It was a quick, easy, comfortable rideThey do have a beautiful, large lounge for platinum and higher guests, and they are pet friendly

Jacob Tidwell

Overall, it was a regular Westin experience It’s a deceptively large conference space Room was comfortable

The lobby/atrium ceiling opens up 4-5 floors, which made it incredibly loud at all hours for those of us on the end of the hall Most of the interior restaurants were closed or barely/poorly operating, which has become the norm in hotels during the pandemic Staff was exceptional friendly and accommodating Banquet food was wonderful!

N S

Great hotel!Very clean, nice shower, awesome rooftop pool where you can see many airplanes pass byTheir bar is opened until midnight Beer selection might not be too wide, but I liked Dallas local beer

Food was great I ordered salad with salmon, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned!I lived the room somehow the floor was partially dump, but I only stay for a night, so it’s not an issue for me Phone was taken by nobody So I removed one star

10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I have managed for hotels for over 10 years and never write reviews! However, I can honestly say I have never seen a more disgusting property! Not only is the staff unprofessional anddisrespectful but the management staff, including the GM, are never there! I’ve had multiple different events and given multiple opportunities to this property but after constant unknown charges, stealing, and uncleanliness I wanna make sure no one ever has to deal with a property like this!

Verna Serra

Jillian on the events team was fantastic Our box was delivered late and she went the extra mile to deliver it to us (outside of the hotel) after our event was overThe front desk staff was pretty nice

A couple less than impressive things:1 The hotel didn’t seem overly booked and they put me in a room with a flood light beaming into the window all night long2 The bartender was unfriendly, unwelcoming and unhelpful

Second time I’ve been here, both for 2-day conferences Relatively surprised by the professionalism, amenities, and quality for an airport hotel Easy shuttle from baggage claim to the hotel, easy and polite check-in, good quality king sized bedroom with working desk area

Above average but not excellent coffee shop, very satisfactory restaurant and bar Conference rooms are easy and comfortable

Bevin Clare

The hotel is a bit of a dinosaur, but the treatment we experienced as a globalist from Toni and Ashley was much appreciated! Maria was also wonderful and cleaned my room each day at the time requested Breakfast was diverse and always fresh, and it was easy as a globalist with the full buffet I really loved how you could text them with requests

A solid stay!

Stan B

I was here for a few days attending a conference and enjoyed the stay The staff was always accommodating and friendly while the facilities were modern and clean Stayed in a Jr Suite that offered a view of the airport and room to work

Would definitely stay here again Don’t forget if you do stay here to get your parking validated Safe travels

We really enjoyed our small family vacation at this location For reference, it was my 11 month daughter, husband and me We didn’t really do any extra add on activities

Our room was very nice and cleanBreakfast was delicious! Definitely recommend getting the add on breakfast package My husband had chicken and waffles each morning and I really enjoyed their French toast Also, make sure you make your reservation for breakfast the night before It will make your life easierThe water park was nice It stays relatively busy, which I feel is to be expected My daughter loved seeing and playing with the other kidsAlso, my husband loved the pizza place on-site

Melisha Camile

The most amazing family trip we’ve had in a very long time It was everything and my daughter had the most amazing time ever as did my husband and IBest Christmas destination hands down

The pool, hot tub and the water rides were glorious to say the very least I loved the fact that we could have breakfast, lunch and dinner on site so we had options to eat anytime which was greatThe arcade was so very enjoyable, we spent hours and hours there as a family having lots of funThe atmosphere was amazing, staff was just amazingIt was our favourite trip and certainly looking forward to our next trip to Great Wolf Lodge and having an amazing timeDefinitely recommend this place for the family 10 times over

Chris Hearn

Ignore some of the negative reviews and see and experience this place for yourself This is three star hotel and it doesn’t disappoint If you go in expecting a five star hotel and resort, then you should have gone to one

There are a couple of five star aspects, one being the clean rooms My wife knows a clean room and she says this one is better than any The staff were five star helpful and friendly The water park is honestly a five star attraction It was clean, fun, had enough exciting slides for even my teen It definitely competes with big name water parks, just on a smaller scalePro tips:These come from reading the reviews and our experience- Get there at 1 pm for check in It was a little hectic, but organized After check-in you can immediately go to the facilities before actually getting into the room- Wear your swimsuit at check-in That way you aren’t changing somewhere like a community restroom (or your car) since the room isn’t ready- Leave the luggage in the car until your room is ready- Ask for a room on a floor you don’t mind taking the stairs to There were lines at the elevator throughout the day- Pool towels are available as a free rental However, be sure to verify how many you checked out and how many you check in!- Make a breakfast reservation the day before You’ll thank me later :)- Late checkout at 2 pm was worth it

Wow, that is definitely my reaction I was there in Saturday celebrating my wedding anniversary From the moment we walked in they were so nice

So caring, we forgot out toothbrush and they hooked us up We asked for extra blankets and they brought them up quick They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne 🍾! I was blown away with how amazing it all was We had a room with a balcony and the view was amazing The bed was so so sooo comfortable and the room was nice and big Our balcony had a little table and two chairs We sat out there Friday night and had coffee there Saturday morning They have free valet also They are fast with getting your car to you When checking out I really didn’t want to leave, she suggested we come back during the Christmas season and let me tell you I am definitely booking! If you have the chance to stay there you will not be disappointed, there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance See you guys in a few months again!

This was our first stay at this property though we had shopped at the Southlake Town Square for over four years I decided a stay would be an excellent birthday gift for my lady! We were NOT disappointed! In spite of significant remodel construction, our stay was not disrupted by noise and the rooms are sound proofed extremely well such that no noise is heard from highway 114 nearby The hotel amenities are impeccable!

Lori Greenwood (SummerG TV)

This has to be one of the top Hilton Hotels I have stayed in I am a Hilton Honors member so stay in them frequently and lately I have been disappointed with the Hilton brand This hotel has renewed my love for the Hilton chain

The hotel is clean and well kept and in a great area to walk to get to stores and restaurants Once I checked in, the concierge texted to ask about my room and if I needed anything I have not had that service in years They also offered waters and actually explained that you have to request the housekeeping to clean the room I can’t tell you how many Hilton hotels have not done that since COVID You find out after the fact usually, but these guys are on top of it I asked for directions to a few stores and they text me a map of the town center They also text to make sure my stay was still going great Hands down some of the best customer service I have had in quite a while from the Hilton grooup I particularly remember that Cameron and Stacy were exceptional at the front desk Hilton needs to model all their customer service after this hotel Very pleased

Beautiful inviting ambience and lovely rooms (Please see full review) I was accommodated with an early check-in And later, my room was quickly switched after having some noise disturbance

‘Fee’ at the front desk showed compassion and helped in both instancesThe downside – When I booked my room online, I was given an option to buy breakfast vouchers After checking in and receiving the vouchers, I asked for the breakfast time and menu I was directed to the restaurant (Sky Creek Kitchen) to get more information They were clueless So I asked them to please call my room when they find outBy the morning no one called Around 10 amI went down to eat, and staff said my breakfast voucher must be for Easter brunch, referring me to the special menu I told her that I didn’t purchase a holiday dining experience She had me follow her to get information, and eventually I was redirected to the dining manager After showing her the voucher, the manager said continental breakfast was over at 9:30 The day prior, I was told breakfast either ended at 10:30 or 11, but no one knew? Tracy apologized for all of the misleading confusion, and said “they hold themselves to more professional standards” She quickly bagged a continental breakfast to-go, pastries and a yogurt parfait Megan at the front desk helped resolve it I had to speak to SEVERAL people both days about breakfast alone This was totally unacceptable No one followed up with meWhen I initially booked the room online, it gave me the option to pay an extra charge, including breakfast for two I did it for the convenience In the end, it was a HUGE inconvenience I won’t do it again I had to speak to several people before I received a simple breakfast that I already paid for

Jonathan

The hotel is very nice The lobby looks great and the rooms are well appointed My only complaint would be at check-in the person was cold at best

If you’re not happy with your job don’t get a job where you work with customersOutside of that it was a great hotel

Lauren Williams

I absolutely loved this hotel It had really pretty decor in the main areas The shower was also so comfortable and the room was really nice and clean

My only “complaint” was that the restaurant kitchen was slow It took a while for food to come out but I know a lot of places are having staffing issues so it was no big deal Just leave yourself time I would 100% stay here if I come to the area again

This is an older Courtyard but it has been updated and appears to be well maintained The staff is attentive and I have actually had housekeeping service for the three days I was there The gym is larger than most hotel gyms and they have a nice outdoor area part of the original Courtyard design

The bistro offers Starbucks in the morning and a reasonable dinner menu at night My only complaint is there is a lot highway and airplane flyover noise (path of DFW)

I stayed due to us having Regional meetings for work They took great care of us We stayed 2 to a room

The vanity was small, so only one of us could brush teeth, put on makeup, fix hair, etc The rooms were nice, clean and the beds were comfortable We had 2 meeting rooms, and lunch was provided each day, and was good They have a bar in the lobby, and a free shuttle that took us to our dinner location

This is a fine place to flop for a night if you want to be close to the airport It’s definitely an older hotel, but seems pretty well keptThe staff we met with were all very nice

If you stay there, you can park and fly from there for $20, which is pretty amazing The shuttle was beat up and seems like it could use some suspension work, but the drivers were nice and knew where they were going so definitely $20 well spentWhen we needed to be picked up upon return, they got there super fast and had the same good serviceMy main gripe with this place is that our room stank Sort of mix between old, musty hotel and cat pee Or maybe like rotten fruit Hard to describe Not sure if all the rooms had this or just ours We didn’t want to change rooms because it was really late and our kiddo was already crashedI’m giving this place 3 stars because of the smell, the age of the property, and because it’s pretty much just a plain hotel with good service If you’re just going to the airport, the location is perfect If you’re doing much else, it’s not a great spot

I was there only for a big conference and the facilities for that purpose are great! Very spacious and well equipped, they can provide you with both rooms and catering, if neededI love their lobby, so bright and open, it gives a clear overview of both the ground floor and the level just aboveI peaked at the pool from one of the corridors, and it looks really cool, with a jacuzzi on the side

Only thing I would mention, the carpets could do with a little updating, as they look a bit old and in need of a deep clean Maybe they could be stripped all off and replaced with those beautiful tiles they have in the lobby 🙂

This is my favorite place to stay! Staff is always friendly They have a very large indoor heated pool and hot tub Breath taking outdoor pool that over links the lake

I really enjoyed my stay at dfw lakes The lake and grounds are gorgeous The pool is on the lake

One of 2 pools 1 is inside However the hot tub outside did not work Other than that I enjoyed walking the grounds and being in the pool Breakfast was very good , even for a buffet The bar staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming, even though they were clearly over worked like everywhere else Hotel is dated But it’s got a nice charm And lots of amenities and space
