My partner and I have now stayed at two different Lokal properties and have had great experiences both times We loved the special and thoughtful touches, we made use of the heated pool over Easter weekend and loved the location! We were in a ground floor studio room at the front of the hotel – so two notes – the bed is a queen size and a bit small for two people (esp on vacation!) and there are no sheers on the windows, making it feel very fishbowl like! Overall, we were happy and will stay again (probably in one of the bigger rooms upstairs!)

Amazing spot to stay! We had a blast swimming in the 90 degree heated pool in early April — so much better than a yucky indoor hotel pool Perfect location, so close to the beach and an easy walk to the shops Thoughtful hosts, low-key, and very family friendly without being too kid-focused; it still felt like a very nice adult getaway even though we brought our 2 little kids, but had all the amenities needed for kids also

Our family has been here a couple times now and are always looking to come back! The rooms are super clean and fully stocked for a beach day, a pool day or for staying in and cooking The location is great, across the street from the beach and close to many restaurants We always have a great time even when the weather doesn’t cooperate since even in the cold and the rain, the heated pool is clutch
Looking forward to our next stay

I hosted a family brunch here and would highly recommend doing so There were 15 adults and few young children coming, so in booking Maria asked if we wanted to use a private dining room I was thrilled to be offered that option, and luckily the Regency Room was available which overlooks the pool and boardwalk/ocean
The staff was nice and accommodating and the food options were great

A stone’s throw from the ocean, The Breakers on the Ocean Hotel and Restaurant is a superior establishment by any measure Featuring an unbeatable location; beautiful views; clean, comfortable, quiet rooms; a delicious made-to-order breakfast; and a refreshing outdoor pool with plenty of chairs, towels, and umbrellas, The Breakers is the perfect place to relax and get-away-from-it-all Lunch ordered and served by the pool was quick and easy – the house salad with house-made dressing was delicious
A drink before dinner on the expansive porch leaves time for reflection, reading, or conversation while the sun sets behind the hotel and the cool breezes blow The restaurant was an added, unexpected bonus In a comfortable dining room with excellent service, the food was scrumptious The Cold Antipasto for Two, Veal Scallopini and Shrimp Scampi are highly recommended Mashed potatoes for the table rounded out the meal leaving no room for dessert Miles of boardwalk (free of t-shirts shops and carnival rides) provide respite for walking or running alongside the ocean and away from cars On top of all this, Spring Lake, within walking distance of the hotel, is a quaint town with a wide variety of shops Highly recommended!

My husband and I have been going to the Breakers for years It is a family owned nostalgic oceanfront hotel with an excellent restaurant We love going there in the winter time when it isn’t busy
The restaurant is quiet that time of the year and you never have to wait for a table The waiters and waitresses work very well together they even compliment each other on how one and other are hard workers and they seem to get along very well while working together They even compliment the chefs when you ask about food suggestions Carlos and his team were awesome We had breakfast lunch and dinner there I think the prices are fair and the quality of the food is excellent Housekeeping does an excellent job as well Our room was very clean My only complaint about the room it was hot I had to crack the window and we didn’t have the heat on We did have a little hiccup with our room upon checking in which never happened before We were assigned the wrong room category I spoke to the manager on duty and she was super accommodating along the same lines as Disney I was super impressed I have never been treated so nice and professional outside a Disney Resort The main reason we vacation with Disney is because of how the staff treats the guests and I think the Breakers rates right there You do not normally find that level of service at the Jersey Shore You can see the staff really take pride in this hotel A lot has changed for the worse with some of my favorite places since COVID but not the Breakers Please continue to keep up the good work and we will be back Thank you so much for a much needed enjoyable relaxing stay over President’s Weekend

Christina at the Westin Governor Morris was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was always so responsive, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and was so organized The Westin in newly renovated and looks gorgeous! It is sleek and the chandeliers when you walk in are breathtaking! I was able to drop off my guest hotel bags any day the week of my wedding which was super easy and accommodating! The Westin provided shuttle services to/from my venue and there was no complaints We also had a breakfast the day after my wedding which was delicious! This hotel really welcomes their guests with warmth and respect
Would recommend to anyone!!

Pretty hotel with that old charm The building is old though and I’m writing this review at 4am because as comfy as the heavenly bed is, the room is way too hot and I can’t get the AC to work right I’m not the only one with this problem
This morning another guest was telling me she had the same problem in her room while we rode the elevator down to the lobby Maybe something to be expected, given the age of the place? The hotel restaurant food isn’t great Better options downtown Morristown, just up the streetHotel staff was great, the grounds are gorgeous, and old building makes the idiosyncrasies tolerable…but I’d do anything to be able to open a window right about now…

This resort is absolutely amazing! The room, the view, the food, the location, and the staff are ALL outstanding A serious highlight to this resort is the staff! They are top notch, so helpful, professional, and attentiveWe reserved a corner suite with ocean views, it was fantastic! Spacious, comfortable, and luxurious! The bed was perfect and the shower was large, clean, and very modern
I highly recommend booking a stay at this lovely resort, I wish we could’ve stayed much longer!!

I booked this hotel for myself and a friend to celebrate her 50th and I Highly recommend it Very clean, updated modern decor, great bedding, and AMAZING views from the oceanfront room The staff was professional, efficient, kind and very welcoming
The front desk manager Patrick Muir went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and then some The addition of a note and chocolates in the room for my friend was a wonderful extra The cafe downstairs that’s open very early for coffee and muffins was so convenient, and lunch at the Catina that’s also attached was delicious! There’s a whole pool area with views of the beach very cool, and there’s separate beach area for only hotel guests is set up with chairs and umbrellas that was awesome This has now become our go to at the Jersey shore
Janie Schmidt
Great location, great service, good for families This is the second time we have stayed here and really enjoyed ourselves Only a few suggestions: Please replace the balcony furniture, it is very rusted
Also, some of the furniture is very stained in the lobby and the sofa in the rooms I wish guests had free access to the ice machine That would be much more convenient than asking for ice to be delivered It’s a great destination for a shore vacation and we plan on returning!

I am torn about this resort and let me tell you why
The resort is very lovely and the staff was also great The reception manager actually upgraded us to a suite since it was our anniversary/birthday week-end get-a-way, which was very much appreciated The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the children and crowds at the indoor pool was out of control There needed to be someone there supervising the situation I think the resort is offering day passes for locals to use the pool for the day which makes it difficult for guests who have come to stay from out of town to really enjoy the pool It was overcrowded and rowdy for lack of a better word When you pay thousands of dollars for a week-end you expect more of an upscale environment, not a day at wet-n-wild Not enough lounge chairs so one guy actually plopped his stuff down in the middle of the walkway while his family went into the pool We decided at that point to just leave (without ever going into the pool) so that we could give that guy our 2 chairs They also had girls who were supposed to be walking around taking orders from the guests but all they did was walk around and stop to talk to each other If you didn’t see their resort logo , you wouldn’t even know they worked there While my husband and I enjoyed most of the time at the resort and loved our suite, this will most likely be our first and last visit
Lisa Y
The Grand Cascades Lodge is very overpriced I booked a king room for my friends bachelorette party Upon check in I requested a room on the same level as the suite, but was told nothing was available
Understood, but for $600 a night I was not expecting to be put in a lower level room It’s considered ground level, but below the main hotel level and felt very dark, dreary and unsafe I’m appalled that they charge the same price no matter where the room is located and on what floor If I knew I was going to be put on the lower level and the price was cheaper than the higher levels, I wouldn’t have been so shocked with the situationThe bed was very hard, the hair dryer had one setting and I could not figure out the heating situation They also have these very bright lights on the head board which several of us in the group could not figure out how to turn off and had to call the front desk before bed Walls are very thin and could hear people running up and down the halls & talking until at least 1 am The one plus was that the room was cleanI did not complain at the time because it was a quick trip and the focus was on my friendI would not consider this a luxury hotel The prices have gone up dramatically since my last visit several years ago and I would not return unless something changed for the better
Kimberly Darling
I will start with the room, it was nice but broken window shade and no control of the temperature in the room The adjoining room door was so thin that we heard our neighbors talking and playing cards both nights until 2 am, so it was very hard to get any sleep The pool was not clean
We kept finding garbage in the pool, we would take empty cups out of the pool but noticed the empty cups still sitting in the exact same spot next to the pool the entire weekend we were there Pool staff was very polite and did a great job The slide was by far the highlight of the weekend The food was good for adults but the option for kids was terrible Ordered macaroni and cheese at the restaurant which looked like melted butter and had no taste Additionally, we went to a show (which was great) but again the kids option was very upsetting It was pasta with butter and chicken fingers With a theme dinner at the show of Mexican we thought there would at least be a quesadilla option for kids My husband got a massage which was great but went to shower and found the shower was broken For the amount of money a night, I was very disappointed

I have stayed at every casino in Atlantic City but Caesar’s is by far the best I stayed in the centurion tower this past week The room was super clean and had every modern feature you could think of
Phone chargers were everywhere Every detail was clearly thought out when these rooms were designed The lighting button by the headboard was a great feature The shower with a handheld option was perfection The bedding was by far my favorite I have been searching Google for the past 30 minutes just to find out what kind of linens were on these beds I was so comfortable and cool and felt like I was sleeping on a cloud I had an awesome time and will definitely be staying again This was one of the best hotels rooms I have ever stayed in I don’t write many reviews but I felt compelled to Now please tel me where I can get your duvet

Spur of the moment getaway with the family Suggestions or things I will remember to bring my players card with me so I can earn rewards on my hotel stay Overall, it was nice
There was a fee for late checkout and it was an increased rate due to a concert It would have been nice if the fee wasn’t charged since I didn’t check in until 3am and checkout was 11 am but America
William Slowenski
Stayed here recently with my wife Hotel was beautiful and the bed was comfortable The casino is great other then the drink system on the slots
Why make customers wait twenty minutes between drink orders? Especially if you just want to order something non alcoholic like a soda or a water It doesn’t make any sense I like the casino but I would rather be at Hard rock where I can order something whenever I want It’s too bad because Caesars would be my favorite otherwise

The hotel and casino were immaculate and well appointed There was a good selection of table games and slot machines Several restaurants are on the premises that offer a good variety of food
The one complaint I have is in the waitress staff on the gaming floor There isn’t a self-serve drink station where I can get water and we are forced to order it through the waitresses After waiting at a machine (and spending $$) they bring you a tiny water bottle The kicker is, they stand there until you tip If you don’t, they get visibly upset and make nasty remarks I’m all for tipping for great service but water is a basic necessity that should be available without feeling shamed Buying a bottle of water from the resort stores is over $4! Just seems like extortion when the main revenue stream is gambling and booze
dongying jiang
It is very first time I been in a casino, so it is hard for me to rate it well I went there only for an hour or less, but the parking is twenty dollar flat (it could be for full day $20) It will be $10 if you are a card member
Highly recommended to get a card if you want to play The voucher can only cash out round dollar amount, but not the cents You won’t have these problem if you have a card There are lots of machines and not as much tables In general, It was a good experience They separated the smoking area and non-smoking area, so it is more environmentally friendly to me
Tanika Casimir
Pros: my first time here at this casino and my room was clean and it felt sanitized The casino looks refresh and definitely my new place to come toIt’s right off the boardwalk and the restaurant and food selection is amazing here
I love the characteristics of some singing legends you guys have hereCons: However I did not care for one of your employees her name is DONNA and she is an African American lady with small figure and is one of those drink serving ladies on the casino floor, her attitude is disgusting and she messed up my night and even my stay here just because she didn’t want to show up to work! And do her job she also cursed at me and my boyfriend because she didn’t like our tip of choice and even another employee caught her in her act and stated that she always acts this way I also find that a lot of your employees here have slight attitudes or just don’t care to serve your customers, that’s very sad hope a day of customer service training or maybe the need to pay them more can help change their attitudeSome of your machines have a delay when pressing buttons especially the touch screens and it didn’t help when it made me loose on some of the slot games waiting for drinks sucks when u have to order it now only on the slot machine itself Miss the old days of ordering drinks would come out faster and I was way happierPs I would give 5 stars but I couldn’t get over the attitude and bad customer service here at the hard rock I could have went to Tropicana with better customer service

Always a great place to stay during my trip to the big Apple! The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful Always trying to make sure our needs are met The front desk is always going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated
Minus one star for the cleanliness of the rooms (not very consistent), but everything else is great!
Shereen
Service was awful (or racist) When I arrived I pulled into valet and was told to park across the street in the garage I told the attendant I don’t want my car in a garage its a brand new MB, I would like it valeted
He proceeded to tell me it’s cheaper, which it was not the sign said $50 for the garage and $45 for valet (it was The Fourth of July)I proceed to the front desk to check in and I would like to change the card on file I was asked “if I have enough money on my card” before switching cards how insulting!! I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be staying “if there wasn’t enough money on my card”My husband and I decide to bike on the Hudson then dine on the patio for lunch where the two host did not greet us but gave the nastiest look at me from my feet up to my head! After being seated my husband asked the gentleman was there an issue and he said “oh my friend wasn’t supposed to be at the host stand so we were just making a joke for him to go back to work” I lost my appetite after the third strike and left the restaurantI only stayed one night to enjoy the fireworks with my husband and endured all this chaos on americas holiday I guess I received the true American experience The only reason I’m giving this hotel 2 stars is because of the cleanliness of the room and the location
Haydynn Fike
I was stopping in to use the living room as I have stayed at some W properties before and I was just looking to get some coffee and do some work They were filming a movie at the restaurant and coffee wasn’t available Joanne was at the front desk, and she offered to get me a cup of coffee and wouldn’t let me pay for it
As someone who also works for Marriott, we can use more like her Thanks Joanna! Can’t wait to stay the night at your property

My boyfriend booked a hotel here and I live in Florida I was super excited about it but unfortunately was astonished at the service their staff is offering Not only was the front desk person extremely rude and acted like he was too good to be working there The ENTIRE room and level of floor we were in was extremely HOT
When we asked for help, they brought a fan and said they couldn’t do much about it I got into an argument with the front desk person and so did another guest The bar said it was supposed to be open from A certain time and nobody was ever there Cops were called from his side and my own as well We spoke to the manager in the morning where she said she would follow up with me and recently called to say they can’t do anything about it Nice decor in the room but Absolutely the worse place I’ve ever stayed I highly recommend going somewhere else
Alan Smith
Location was very good, as were the size of the roomsNegatives – breakfast was stale bagels, no microwave in the room – apparently you had to ask for this at check in despite no one telling us this until check out – staff were pleasant but not helpful, room furniture was tall enough to be designed for a hobbit, AC in the room leaked, room safe didn’t work, one of the TVs in the room didn’t work, smokers in the corridors, no cutlery in the roomNone of the negatives were in themselves deal killers but at the price this hotel is charging you expect it to be pretty near perfect It far from it

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I’m sure!Stayed here for a friends wedding and everything and everyone were absolutely fantastic!! The rooms were extremely clean and smelled terrific (due in part to their no smoking inside property policy) The bed was comfortable and the amenities were nice! The entire staff, from the front desk to the bartenders were extremely outgoing and helpful Would definitely recommend and I would absolutely stay again!!

We love Cape May, and the last time we were there, we saw Ocean Club Cape May and knew we wanted to stay there on our next visitIt did not disappoint! Our room was very much a standard hotel room – very comfortable and exactly the space we needed (and the VIEW! We loved loved loved the ocean view) What we loved about this hotel, though, were the people
This trip was a big deal for us because it was our first trip away from home with our baby I want to give a shout-out to Torey, who not only eased my mind when I called in advance about a crib setup for our daughter, but talked me through options once we arrived about where I could store her bottles most safely (the mini fridge in the room turned out to work great, but he was so considerate and understanding of what we needed to make sure our baby girl had a great vacation, too)Also, do yourself a favor and order some of the chocolate cake from the hotel restaurant It was such a delicious treat after a long day of exploring the areaOcean Club is definitely worth a stay! Thanks, Ocean Club team, for a great experience!
A War
Penthouse just means top floor don’t let yourself believe it might be fancy There was only one very narrow and aged elevator We had to wait for two separate families to descend from our floor before we were able to fit
I saw another reviewer mention how uncomfortable the beds were and that they woke up with neck pains, and honestly none of the four of us slept very well either we kept waking up to fidget with our pillows and adjust our bodies The private beach had chairs and a single umbrella set up for you but it was so incredibly packed in that you can’t enjoy the sounds of the ocean over all of the conversations around you If you experience sensory overload this is your warning it’s incredibly loud and overlapping and stressful We were charged $720 (plus $100 in taxes for Jersey) so we assumed it might be very nice, for a very narrow room with only two chairs to sit in and when someone sat in a chair you could not walk around them so you ask them to stand or clamber over the bed We couldn’t play the card game we brought because there was no table or open space to gather It was very difficult to maneuver around the room because of the narrow walk space so if you have any accessibility problems or a bigger body I advise you to reconsider Room did not come with a fridge for that price in case you thought to bring creamer for your keurig, and bathroom was even smaller What’s interesting is there wasn’t even a curtain rod to hang your bathing suits or beach towels over, working space was very limited for the price I don’t advise you hanging things over the balcony either due to the ocean breeze so it ended up in a wet pile on the floor We only had maybe 3 outlets in the entire room, in a lamp we couldn’t charge unless the light was on, a floor lamp, and I believe one in the bathroom Distance to the beach was great Staff working at the hotel were very kind and welcoming The room itself was a huge detractor from the experience
Gregory Dodd
Exceeded expectations Incredible staff works diligently to cater to your family Exceptionally clean and updated
Private beach with chair/towel service Honestly, simply perfect Pool feels like you’re at a Caribbean resort Private ample parking Pillows could be better but that’s if I’m searching for a complaint Will definitely be back again and again Highly recommend!!!

Stayed 3/19/22 for my cousin’s birthday Besides the room & hotel being unmatched in beauty & cleanliness, the experience we had from the minute we walked in will be impossible to top The room took our breath away, the hotel was gorgeous and the staff went above and beyond any experience we have ever had
Special shout out to Daniel, the most wonderful person we have ever had the pleasure of engaging with Not only did he answer every silly question or request we had when we called, he went above & beyond to make us feel like the most important guests at the hotel no matter the situation Your staff is top notch We will undoubtedly be back in the future, it was money well spent and this place has ruined us for any other hotel in the future Fabulous place Worth every cent Five stars! ❤️ #room34

Definitely a three star hotel Rooms were very very clean and staff was friendly and helpful for the most part There is a problem with dampness/moisture, at least on the ground floor, though
Our bedding, carpet, and eventually even the clothes in our suitcases were very damp and clammy The only thing we could think of was that the a/c felt like it was blowing moist air instead of dry air The first time we took showers our bathroom was absolutely dripping because the exhaust fan wasn’t working I asked for maintenance and they tried to fix it but it didn’t work The next morning they moved us to a room down the hall but that fan didn’t work either so we just put up with it So for a big nightly rate we couldn’t store anything in our bathroom and had to shower with the bathroom door open to at least let some steam escape But the hotel is all brand new inside and has a very nice location behind the dunes The bar and beach staff were great-all very nice kids who worked hard! And our kids had a blast swimming all day in the ocean and the pool and sleeping hard at night

This is a very lovely hotel The staff are friendly The decor is very nice and feels luxury

My husband and I came down to set up a wedding (We are florists) We took advantage and stayed the night We have stayed at the Icona in the past and know how beautiful it is
This time was extra special because of Stephanie at the front desk When we checked in our room it was not correct When I called to see if it was possible to change rooms Stephanie right away said come down to front desk She greeted me with apologies and a smile She worked quickly to resolve our issue She is definitely the type of employee all us business owners want Thank you Stephanie! Hope to see you soon!We also enjoyed drinks and food next door at the Avalon Brew Pub There the service and food were excellent Hubby really enjoyed the mussels! I loved the pretzel that came with the most delicious mustard sauce And the service there was excellent also from our very helpful waitress Sue to the delightful bartender Krystal

I have stayed at the Golden Nugget 5 times I like the layout of the Casino, the hotel rooms are spacious, the restaurants are delicious and there is free parking for guests I also love the pool area and bar
The staff is always helpful and welcoming I took one star off because the last time I stayed at the hotel, I found a cockroach in my room I believe it was brought in on the room service cart when we ordered breakfast, because there were no insects in the room before this We alerted the manager and they removed the charge for one of the nights we stayed ($450) I’ll continue returning the Golden Nugget because they really do try to make their guests happy
Carol Ruth Weber
If I could give 10 stars for the staff alone I would
staying at this hotel is rewarding as the staff takes care in assuring comfort Victoria, a front desk manager, proves her worth in doing her job – it is evident that she is a star when it comes to customer service Tamika, a front desk staff member also makes sure all are happy the staff at Golden Nugget takes pride in making each visitor feel welcome all the workers that we have come to know have worked at this casino for an extremely long time and their loyalty shows Rooms are nice and comfortable We continuously return for the welcome we get from the long time valuable staff
Aubrey Martin
I don’t visit AC much but I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the Golden Nugget I like the fact it is not on the strip, but close enough Free parking is a super plus
Room was spacious and comfortable (had king room with sitting/lounge sofa) Room has a small mini fridge and solid bathroom toiletries Walls are a little thin and the TV channels went in and out at times (dish) Elevators all worked and were fast Some restaurants were only open on the weekend and others closed early during the week, so plan your meal times if you choose to eat on site The best part was the pool and hot tubs Both are outdoor and weather permitting Both have open and close times We will visit again and see how it is on the weekend

Rooms were ok Shower was nice and bed was comfortable Sofa pull out was a nightmare so my daughter just slept on it as a couch
Pool was broken and didn’t know until we checked in so kids were bummed Tried to get a discount but no go They charged a daily deposit on our credit card, after we checked in Usually hotels don’t charge your card until you check out We had an extra $500 charged to our card at check-in over top of the cost of the room for 4 nights Glad that wasn’t all of our vacation money Guy at the counter said every hotel does it this way Not true, that was a big charge all at once And the refund of the deposit would take 3 to 5 business days So be prepared to have deposit money tied up for a while

If I could give this hotel (if it can even be called that) 0 stars I would I’ve stayed in motels that were in less disrepair than this The price is ASTRONOMICALLY OUTRAGEOUS compared to what you get
My husband and I paid almost $200 per night for a room that had WET and musty carpets throughout Many things did not work in the room including: the coffee maker and the hot water The shower was dirty with hair and had mold in all of the cornersThroughout the hotel, there was more “under construction” than there was in operation, including: the pool, the gym, and the laundry facilities The entire upper floor was also under construction, but no work was ever seen being done, so it makes one wonder why the upper floor was under construction in the first placeWhen we addressed these issues to hotel staff, we were brushed off and ignored Both managers were suspiciously not at work nor available to discuss these issues We insisted that we could not stay for the full duration of our originally booked nights, as the conditions were clearly unsafe and unfit This hotel is pet-friendly (one of the main reasons I booked here in the first place), however, I feared my cat would get sick from the musty, moldiness accumulating throughout the roomWe left after staying only one night and luckily found a room at another hotel nearby that was satisfactory We even learned from one of the hotel staff at this 2nd hotel, that Hyatt House has had NUMEROUS Health & Safety violationsAfter calling Hyatt customer service FIVE TIMES, the only resolution we received was 5,000 points toward our Hyatt account No refund No apology nor compensation for the risk to our health and safety, not to mention the emotional stress we were put through, just to come to some sort of resolutionI sincerely hope this hotel is permanently shut down one day very soon I honestly don’t ever want to stay at ANY Hyatt hotel ever again after the way we were treated throughout this experience
Scott Calkins
I desperately needed a place to stay on my way down the coastGreat location to the highwayvery comfortable roomIt was just weird that I had to go upstairs instead of an elevator, having bags with me, but I will definitely use this place again

Spacious, clean and quiet rooms with comfortable bedding Otherwise, the facilities lack considerably As is the norm post-Covid, services are reduced to the bare minimum, while maintaining or increasing prices to offset the effects of the pandemic
Don’t expect restaurant/bar service, housekeeping or room service The gym was clean and well equipped, the indoor pool was heated to 50F too cold to spend more than 15 minutes in it

I would give them 10 stars if I could We arrived at 2:30 in the morning and we were treated like royalty The gentleman who checked us in was so polite and very helpful
The hotel is gorgeous it’s pictures do not do it justice, the atrium is so relaxing with water fall and coy fish The room was nice and warm for our arrival, it was very clean and comfortable, the best 4 nights sleep in a hotel ever I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go backAbigail Boyko, Mar 17-21, 2022
Alex Schwartz
A solid hotel experience that fits directly into the Hyatt Regency brand pretty well The hotel is attached to the Carnegie Center and well located on US Route 1 Very easy to get to from my home in Philadelphia
Arrival and check in was really easy Parking is free, but uncovered Hotel had three weddings going on simultaneously and one of them was exceptionally large Not that the groups were loud or noisy, just not what I was expecting when I entered the property I was upgraded to the largest King bedroom available and it had plenty of space for my family, two year old toddler included Room was spacious and it felt recently updated The restaurant has a full dinner and breakfast service The dinner was really good but a bit pricy The breakfast was free to me as I have Hyatt status Breakfast was either an entree or a full buffet After breakfast, my son enjoyed the indoor pool which was really well covered from the massive amount of rain All in all this location made for a great staycation for our family and I will make sure to come back!

Erin was fantastic to work with! She answered every phone call we made We had a huge wedding and needed a lot of rooms We also needed a hair and makeup room and a room for brunch the next day
Our friends and family can’t stop talking about how elegant the Archer was Our wedding used the pool, the bar area, and it was centrally located to everything The shuttles picked up our guests timely for our wedding at the Crystal Plaza only a short 10 minute drive away The Archer even gave us a wedding gift which we will treasure in our new home we just bought If you’re looking to be treated like royalty, book the Archer and ask for Erin!-Rachel and Adam Marcus

We really enjoyed our one night stay for a wedding Front desk staff was pleasant and efficient and were able to check us in early The hotel has a great esthetic and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with lots of nice touches like books at the bedside and complimentary salted caramels and water
Would recommend and would stay again

We booked this hotel to attend a wedding Overall the place was pleasant and comfortable, and everything was clean The only complaint is that the staff were a bit lacking in hospitality; we were presented with a check for breakfast as soon as we sat down, and I requested an item only for it to be brought up hours later
Other than the minor complaints, we enjoyed our stay
