Highly recommend I have stayed at the Dhotel numerous times It has a little bit of everything for everyone

Pool and hot tub are well cared for Beds are super comfy Breakfast is included and always a plus But mostly the staff are very attentive, and accommodating This hotel beats any chain/corporate hotel, which is an even bigger plus to support local entrepreneurs! Will definitely be back!

The reason for the low rating is the terrible staff The front desk called my room at 4:30 AM and woke me up to tell me my son was on the lobby and had arrived My son was sleeping in our room! When I asked about it later that day, the man said that this person had our room number so he called us to see if we were waiting for him I asked if he checked his name or his parents’ names before ringing a guest’s room He said he had not I was woken up because of incompetence When I spoke to the manager the next day he was very nonchalant He did admit that his staff needed to be trained better His attitude was not very apologetic Also- I was there for 2 nights and my room was never cleaned When I asked they said they only clean upon request I wish I had known that I had to request That should be told to guests at check in I asked why I wasn’t told and they said that most guests just know that How can I know if I’m not told The staff is poor with terrible communication with guests Although it’s a very nice hotel, because the staff is so awful, I would not go back nor would I recommend it

Breakfast was delicious Rooms were clean and provided that home feeling The only negatives would be the beds were very stiff and uncomfortable The elevator takes a long time to go from point A to point B When you exit the pool area you have to walk to the other side to use the elevator and water is noticed on the floor Sure you can put a wet floor sign down but if it isn’t picked up people will walk all over it and make mud from the dirt from the bottom of peoples shoes

My room was neat and clean, and the staff was super helpful and personable! The morning breakfast waitress, Lake, was super nice and on top of her orders and kept our cups full! The location was easy for me to get to after a long drive, and since I typically like to Stat at Hilton hotels, the team here only reinforces my choice! I didn’t make use of the gym this time around, but definitely got in soe pool time in both the pool and the hot tub! This made for a good night’s sleep!

Nice hotel Hate the Covid restrictions We stayed for 5 days for an outdoor show

Our room was never cleaned With 2 small garbage cans they got full after the 1st day We had to ask for them to empty the garbage We had to request more towels as if 4 towels between 2 people would ever be enough for 5 days We had to request more coffee pods and creamer etc Hopefully the next time we visit, these restrictions will be lifted

The ONLY problem was the horrendous smell of marijuana all over the hotel, even in my room I could not escape it and it was really difficult not to let it ruin my stay People were allowed to smoke right outside the entrance doors and in their cars, but that smell goes everywhere People were obviously smoking in their rooms and there was nothing that staff could do about it The smell would come into my room from the hallway and through the heating vents It was awful I can’t believe that a big hotel like this cannot address this problem

Stayed for 3 days for work the room was very clean when I walked in I mean you could smell they just finished cleaning it was great The bed is really comfy has a really nice comforter and pillows The bathroom was very clean only problem with the whole experience was that the toilet kept getting clogged when I first walked in it already needed to be clogged before using it and also the sink wasn’t letting out water seems to be a little plumbing issues but room was comfy and cosy most of the employees were very nice and accommodating the pool is very nice it’s heated no salt water the gym also has a few good things to use and a water station

It’s a decent enough hotel Clean, friendly service, etc However, it appears as though it hasn’t been updated in quite some time

Decor was much more dated than many Hampton Inn’s I’ve stayed at Television was also quite small Location is okay, but there’s virtually nothing within walking distance unless you like crossing very high vehicular traffic areas, there is at least a Starbucks across the parking lot

I wish I could give more than five stars honestly We came for our daughters birthday and we’re looking for somewhere to stay because we were doing some shopping in the area I have never been so happy with a place we have stayed

We ended up not doing much shopping because we all wanted to it stay at the inn We stayed in the kinda cape room The detail and thought that went into these rooms is so apparent The beds were insanely comfortable The breakfast, oh man!, hands down the best breakfast we have ever had I will be dreaming about that breakfast! I sat and talked with the owner for a bit and she is the most kind hearted and down to earth person ever You can tell she has put her heart and soul into the inn and it truly shows We can’t wait to come back!

This was my first time staying at an actual bed and breakfast and Marci and crew did not disappoint! The rooms have different themes, are very comfortable, and you can tell that a lot of thought has been put into every detail! I did some extensive research prior to booking here, and read many reviews If you’re reading this one, you’re probably doing the same Take my word for it, the owners here are extremely accommodating, kind, and put so much effort into making everyone’s stay relaxing and memorable

This hotel is super outdated It needs to be completely renovated We had a problem with our plumbing in both the toilet and shower, the heating system emitted a burning smell, the ceiling entry light flickered constantly, and the electric keypad on the door was broken so we had to keep going down to the front desk

I couldn’t express my frustration to the housekeeping staff because the ones on duty didn’t speak English well I would have given 1 star but the staff was very accommodating and the manager helped us a lot I love the Marriott brand but I wouldn’t stay here at this location again until they bring this place up to code

This is our first time staying here We have stayed in other area airport hotels but with a very early morning flight we felt this would be a good choice It was more expensive than we typically pay in the area but we were paying for the convenience

Because it is 86 degrees out, I programmed AC TO 65 Three hours later the room is still hot and registering at 76I travel for living and have figured out that some hotels actually control how much power the AC is blowing out and on days where business is low, they ration the AC and keep it from pumping out the maximum cold airIt’s too warm in room not improving even though i set temperature to 66 I can’t sleep because it’s too warm I will never come back to this hotel during Summer Hours If you are a person who needs to sleep in cool conditions, consider my reviewUpdate: Another 4 hours and heat became unbearable that I couldn’t sleep Over 7 hours after setting the Air Conditioning system to 66, the room temperature remains over 75 I called down to front desk several times and no one answered phone I know the phone system works because I called after I checked in to see what floor the gym was on So now they aren’t answering the phoneIt’s supposed to be 90 degrees this whole week Thankfully I only have one night here and I definitely will not be coming back to this hotel I also will be telling my work colleagues and company to avoid this hotel, especially this Summer with their Air Conditioning system not working properlyStarbucks in lobby, very quick walk to Airport Security

Floating dirt in the hot tub (not the first time I saw this during a visit) and someone from maintenance put too much Epsom salt in the pool so the pool area was closed for most of my stay This upset me because the hot tub was the main reason I came to the comfort inn Also, there’s weird brown stuff in the toilet and the ceilings are developing brown stains

However, the bed was comfy, the coffee is unlimited, and the people at the front desk are pleasant to talk to Not the best stay, but certainly could have been worse

The Tru Hilton manager Rachel generously offered us a bereavement rate as we traveled to Chicopee for my aunt’s military funeral service As always, our Tru stay was excellent The rooms are clean and cheerful with nice desks and office chairs

We left for the day to visit schools and came back to dirty towels still on the floor and trash not emptied I called and asked for clean towels and was told I had to bring the dirty towels and get new towels After asking for the GM information I got “noise complaints” of music being too loud when no music was playing I then got noise complaints of talking too loud Which no one was We usually go to Marriott brand hotels We will stick with Marriott Very disappointing for the price we pay to stay here

We had a 3 night stay at Candlewood Suites The room was very decently sized, clean and all the appliances worked great The staff was friendly and explained where everything was

The store area across from the front desk had plenty of food, snacks and games and appliances you could buy or borrow The food prices were really good There’s a gas station and a few restaurants within walking distance It was a very nice stay! Highly recommended

The check in was smooth and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful The room was clean and in good shape It had been modernized, but still had some older features

The closet door didn’t latch and there were just 3M hooks on the back of the bathroom door for towels The shampoo/shower gel dispenser had at some point fallen off the wall in the tub, and was just sitting on the vanity in the bathroom; the tape was still there in the tub The HVAC was loud and the wall thermostat didn’t work (even though the controls indicated to use that one) A clever little fan was provided to move air into the bedroom — it worked well The ice maker worked and the dishes were clean The hotel is dog-friendly, and our dog was very comfortable

I reserved a room for 8/5-8/7 and tested positive for Covid 8/1 As a responsible adult, I cancelled my reservation as to not spread the illness Because of this, I lost almost $500 due to their garbage cancellation policy that required a cancellation before 7/29

I would recommend staying at literally any other hotel that does not employ predatory cancellation “policies” during an unpredictable pandemic

We stayed here and blocked off rooms for family and friends for our wedding weekend It was the best hotel experience any of us ever had Tamika (the manager) would bend over backwards for you and all the maintenance workers were right there offering to help with anything

They set up pull out beds for bridesmaids to all be in one room, Gabe set up a wedding website for us to use on the invites so everyone had ease booking the rooms, the breakfasts were free and delicious, maids cleaned rooms first so people could check in early and get to our wedding rehearsal Everything was perfect They made our very busy weekend and our first night as husband and wife so easy and magical!

We chose this location due to proximity of Six Flags Very simple easy stress free ride to the park within 15 minutes The entire staff was very helpful and attentive to the details, always observed diligently cleaning all day

If you’re black and stay here please be cautious because they(the manager and some of the staff) really don’t want you there You’re black/African American presence is an issue for them and all it takes is for one white guest to complain about you before they ensure they go out of their way to call the police or do something to tarnish your character They will smile in your face but will quickly do something shady behind your back and laugh in your face as their doing it

This hotel can’t seem to decide what it wants to be In many ways – room comfort, decor, and friendly staff – it is more than a 3-star hotel But then as a guest you see room service plates on the floor from the night before long into the day, random food like potato pieces on the floor in the hallways, and experience shaky elevators that clearly need to be updated

Definitely a mixed bag, but we’ve stayed here twice and would do so again I’d just like to see a few more improvements

The building looks nice, the pool is nice and so are the rooms Staff were all very pleasant The reason for only 1 star is because I couldn’t get any sleep

All that covered the bed was a couple of thin sheets It was a snowstorm And very cold, all we had was just some thin sheets on the bed My room had an adjoining room with some sort of bachelor party happening When we went to the pool we waited forever for towels and were stuck at the pool without tows to be able to get out The whole time I was there I was cold

There’s a sense the 90’s haven’t left the hotel Let’s be honest, barely 2 elevators working but what’s worse is the black mold in the supply vents in the rooms So if you think you have an allergy reaction it’s not pollen

Our friends room had mold as well, so I assume it will be in majority of the hotel Bathroom has no powered ventilation The open concept of all the hallways inside makes this place noisyThis place needs more than bleach cleaning If you like nostalgia from the 90’s this place is for you

After 8 hours at Six Flags coming to this warm, inviting hotel was fantastic The place is immaculately clean My little fella and I loved the room! The bed, pillows, and comforter were so Comfy

Breakfast is amazing! Many aren’t doing breakfast anymore but this place has many hot and cold options for breakfast It’s why I will be back Everything is clean and modern

Staff is very resourceful and happy to work hospitality Parking is free and the lot is big enough to accommodate ANY vehicle They have a bar and restaurant on site A nice gym as well as a nice outdoor pool The only complaints I had are the ice machines are hard to use The business center printer was not working(sweet girl at front counter still took care of my needs) tho Another very nice plus was it did not sleep like marijuana Most places nowadays do Either way you can’t go wrong
