Kohler charged me 3 times on my credit card for my one stay Booked 9 months early Charged me half at that point ($200), and then two times after my stay (Two additional charges of $200 each, for a total of $600 on what should have been a $400 cost)

I can imagine Kohler gets away with this on a routine basis against unsuspecting guests who don’t analyze their credit card statements, or make good notes of how Kohler bills you on your credit card This kind of fraudulent activity will lead me and everyone I tell to book elsewhere in the future while staying in Green bay Embarrassing for a world class company

From the moment we were greeted at the front door, every interaction with any staff member was friendly and professional The care and attention to EVERY detail is seen and felt throughout your stay This was our honeymoon and they made sure we were well taken care of

The Leaps and Bounds Cafe food and drinks were tasty The Taverne in the Sky had the best bartender and servers Excellent service and the food was incredible Try the sturgeon! We spent four days in the Kohler Waters Spa Every service was awesome We had massages, facials, manicures and pedicures and all were well worth it Do the 80 minute massage! Get to the spa early so you can enjoy the whirlpool, cold water plunge, pool, sauna, and steam The rooms at the lodge were clean and comfortable The showers were incredible with 3 shower heads and temperature control They even have one soft pillow and one firm pillow on each side of the bed to be sure everyone is comfortable We will be back!

Great place We stayed for a Packers game and when the roads turned into gridlock, we were able to hike it homeIt’s a bit of a hike, but we were moving faster than the cars

The hotel itself was clean, new, and very accommodating The room layout was nice and really well insulated, didn’t hear any noise from hall or adjoining roomsWill stay here again

Sue Lieven

I had called to adjust our reservation a week in advance and was told this would be no problem Upon arriving at the hotel I was told that we were considered a no-show and would need to enter a new reservation I was assured that we were not charged for the night we cancelled but upon coming home found that they charged my credit card

I’ve contacted the hotel multiple times and was assured that the charges would be taken off I was then today told that the charges will not be taken off because our original reservation was non-refundable It is not the responsibility of the staff to know that or shared that information when guests are calling in or looking to make changes to their reservations In additional to now having to pay over $375 for a single room with a single bed for a single night, when we got to the room the bed was soaked and I was unable to get anyone to come change the bedding We ended up going downstairs to get new bedding and changed it ourselves so that we could sleep It was obvious that the room and bedding wasn’t cleaned before we were given the keys The entire experience was disappointing and money I will never get back

All of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great Everyone we came into contact with was absolutely amazing They set the tone for a great stay and we really loved everyone we met

Our room was clean and spacious Only complaint was that our thermostat was a bit wonky It was either too hot or too coldFitness area and pool were small but nice and clean Water in the pool was also a bit chillyBreakfast was good Egg sandwiches, waffles, sausage, toast, bagels, etcGreat pizza place right across the street Also very friendly staff and excellent food All major stores/restaurants are 15 to 20 minutes awayOverall, it was an excellent stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone We will be definitely making this our go to when we have to come to Green bay

Marie Piccirilli

Staff was extremely kind and accommodating Facilities, including pool area and lounge/breakfast area were well taken care of and stocked The beds left a bit to be desired and we could have used the option of housekeeping every couple of days during our extended stay rather than the Covid policy of “only between guests”

Overall, an excellent stay with kind and attentive service!

Stayed at the Union Hotel November 1st – 3rd of 1999 We left Kitchener, Ontario Canada on October 31st 1999 for our Honeymoon Decided last minute to Go see The Green Bay Packers! We had no tickets, no Hotel reservations

We stayed in Sheboygan on October 31st since we got a late start heading to Green Bay We got into Green Bay around Lunch time on Monday November 1st Mission was to get tickets to the game Which with some help from the Wonderful, Friendly People of Green Bay we were able to get! So step 1 accomplished! Then we needed to find somewhere to sleep after the game beside our car We called around with no luck We decided to stop at a New Looking ( Still construction work being done) Motel The rooms they had finished were fully booked just like every other Hotel/Motel in town especially since Da’ Bears were in town for Monday Night Football Made especially important as it was the weekend Walter Payton passed away The Wonderful Desk Clerk at the Brand New Motel we stopped at informed us that Every Motel/Hotel will be booked solid… Then she said “Hold in a minute, let me make a phone call” A few minutes later she told us That she had a friend at the Union Hotel and they had a room for us if we could get there quickly to get signed in After giving us directions we Thanked her and headed to DePere and the Union Hotel We got there and were immediately so Glad to see the Hotel The character when you walk in, The Smell is still in my head We checked in and were given a brief history lesson as we were walked to our room As we headed up the narrow stairs behind the Front desk we learnt it had been a family owned Hotel for years As we stepped down from one section of hallway floor to the next we were told the year it was added on to the original building, again as we stepped up to another section of hallway floor same thing with the date when it was added on The charming room with Antique furniture and a sink in our room Being shown the Common Bathroom and showers what an amazing experience, We couldn’t have planned a better Honeymoon Seeing Michael Buffer in person to say his Freshly Trademarked “Let’s Get Ready To Rumble” as the Pack came into the field, The wonderful tribute to Walter Payton by the Packers Organization Staying a few days in the Green Bay Area was wonderful Especially for a life long Packers fan All the people were so nice and friendly The Union Hotel felt like Home each evening when we got back for the night We had Breakfast and dinner there all 3 days we stayed there The staff was so wonderful, The food at the restaurants was top notch, delicious It was an experience I will never forget… I have been back once since then, I do plan to go back again Hopefully soon

We booked this hotel through a travel site and somehow it got a 4 star rating It was ok, but there were some surprising issues The check in was easy, staff was very nice

The rooms are all in separate buildings situated around the main building Each building has 4 separate rooms in the downstairs I’m not sure about the upstairs The outsides of the buildings are pretty run down Patio screens hang askew, everything needs paint, concrete is chipped, lots of weeds, litter, etc The rooms are spacious, there was a full kitchen including a dishwasher The bathroom was huge The bed was a full sized bed Everything was clean, but again, very dated and smelled musty and like decades long smoke had settled into everything Shower was good, clean with good water pressure Bathroom fan was obnoxiously loud Bed pillows were the size of couch pillows Breakfast was free and not bad, there was sausage, eggs, waffles, coffee was good I would probably stay here again if I could get a good deal

Lee Bacon

What can I say! Check in was smooth, front end desk was very professional and helpful… Room was GREAT! Clean, spacious, huge bathroom and came with dishes, stove, microwave, full fridge and even a dishwasher Staff was just awesome and very accommodating! Barb and the “GM”, YOU GUYS ROCK! Thanks for the needed time away from home We will definitely be back!

Angie Huffey

The room is very spacious for my family to stay comfortable in The kitchen was nice and big very convenient to cook in The room was very cleaned had clean sheets and blankets as well on the pull out bed in the couch

We are Hilton Diamond members We stay at Hilton’s of all shapes and sizes This property got 2 stars knocked off immediately when I was told that my reservation was cancelled the night before check in

It is IMPOSSIBLE that we cancelled this reservation The front desk made it sound like it was my fault It certainly was NOT I made the reservation months before for 2 queen room They were unable to honor the reservation and gave us a king bed We were 2 friends in town for the Green Bay Marathon It was disappointing that we didn’t sleep as well as we should have considering our shared King The property was nice and clean I have a hard time with the service

This was our first time in Green Bay and this hotel worked out great for us It is centrally located, close to restaurants and shops We were greeted by smiling and knowledgeable staff

It was clean and inviting The highlight of our stay was the pool, you must make time for it! The continental breakfast was a huge plus And the coffee bar in the lobby was perfect as we’d grab a cup just before heading out on our adventure for the day All in all, it was a great choice for our family, and we hope to return one day

Angelique Seidler

Been staying at this location for close to 20 years Prices are reasonable, very helpful and polite staff Miss the waterslide that used to be in the pool area but the water is so warm and relaxing

Very easy steps to get in and out of the pool Beds are extremely comfortable Only complaint would be the carpet is filthy in your room Needs to be shampooed or replaced Breakfast buffet lady was very helpful and attentive

B. Moen

Room was nice, but we’d requested a 1st floor and got a 3rd floor Since it had an elevator, it still worked Breakfast ran out of food, but there was a large wedding group which had attended a reception across the street

They were all catching up their lives over breakfast Everything was very clean and neat I think we just picked a busy weekend We would definitely stay here again when in the area

I’ve been coming here for over a decade and never had any issues This last stay was a disaster At check in, I was charged over $300 for a room that was fully compensated

The staff is unresponsive and in general seems like they don’t care at all My room keys didn’t get me into the pool and hot tub area that is supposedly open 24/7 during the week Tried to call the front desk twice and the phone rang forever Just all around disappointed and don’t think I’ll be returning in the future Get it together

Dan Heidbrider

Directly across the street from the airport Very friendly staff Huge very nice meeting rooms and the catering was fantastic

Perfect location for an event, meeting, reception etc Rooms are decent size, clean and well stocked 2 restaurants and a coffee shop on site as well Oh and there’s the casino attached as well if you’re into that

John “Captdrac” W

We were here for a “boys-get-a-way” break I reserved here because the boys wanted to gamble at the casino We only used the room to sleep for the most part

The problem in the room was the pet hair on the white bench & floor The floor had paw prints all over the bathroom floor and around the A/C, heating unit We got pet hair over our clothes just by laying our clothing on the bench I also noticed it on the bottom of my slippers (Lately, I always bring something to keep my feet from touching the floor) When I addressed it during checkout, the clerk only response was simply “I’ll notify the housekeeping staff about it” Any compensation? Of course not She tried to go pass the conversation while one of the guys was showing her the remaining dog hair on his pants and shirt even after he used a towel to wipe most of it offFor the price that doesn’t include breakfast, coffee, and complimentary cookies that most other Radisson Hotels provide, at least the rooms should be sanitized and cleaned much better than what we experienced! Next time we can walk accross the street from the Wingate that for the lessor price include hot breakfast

Very quaint hotel with a lot of history My father in law hosted his business clients here many years ago and the charm is the same now as thenBig shout out to Brenna who manages the hotel

She is always available and keeps everything running smoothly The continental breakfast and coffee is a nice opportunity to enjoy the beauty and history of the hotelAmazing location on the river, huge rooms, nice restaurant, and great staff

Jennifer Cross

Terrific location just south of Green Bay with interesting shops and restaurants in walking distance The Ennis Inn has the potential to merit 5 stars but not before a management team is brought on site to address problems with the front desk (not there after 3pm on both days of our stay & nonexistent the day before), housekeeping (missing one day, lacking attention to detail the next) and breakfast (a mess) The 2nd floor pub style restaurant looked inviting; we did not have the opportunity to try it

The front desk attendant offered thoughtful amends at check out but that does not make up for precious lost vacation time We would not stay here again under current circumstances

Our family was in town for our daughter’s gymnastics meet Everything from making reservations to checking in went smooth The staff were all very friendly

They were accommodating and offer a military discount The hotel has been recently renovated and was very nice Rooms were clean and the pools (3) were great including a water slide for our kids (and us adults😀) We will most certainly be back Cheers 🍻

Shawn Royster

We’re had a large group of hockey families attending a tournament in the area and the stay was just terribleWhen kids typically head up to sleep, the parents will stay up and gather around and have some drinks We were in the lobby at normal levels and were asked multiple times to quiet down

We had rented one of their rooms for the weekend but they would not let us in during the evening So we had to sit in the hallways on the floor! Then when we did have one of the rooms they had a minimum food purchase and the food was terrible! Some of these same families were just at the State Tourney this past weekend in Pulaski at A Cobblestone Hotel and it was such an awesome experience compared to what we experienced here They let us use their breakfast/lounge area all weekend at no cost as long as we cleaned up the area which we did This kept the group in a central location which was so greatWe will be staying here again as we already have another tourney and we booked as a group before our last stay Hoping it was just a one time issue as I am willing to give a place another chance, but know that if this weekend is the same, we will never book here again!

danielle barth

The queen room was extremely disappointing and depressing, with absolutely no natural light The only window faced the dark, unlit pool area While the first floor rooms had access to the pool, the 2nd floor rooms have no purpose to overlook an indoor pool area with no windows

We requested to change rooms, and were open to switching the # of beds, however, because we had already checked in, the front desk staff could not figure out how to change the room Additionally, the hallway our room was on was open to the lobby, and a group of guests and their children were allowed to mingle, loudly, until nearly 2am We were patient, understanding it was a Saturday night, but this was excessive The cleanliness of the room was mediocre, with moisture damage from the humid pool window, apparent on the wall paper and ceilings The hot tub was also disappointing, with too cool of a temperature, and too few jets I booked this room for the pool, and what I thought to be a nicely updated hotel At the price point I paid, I will go downtown for something better next time

We stayed for a Thurs, Fri and Sat To see my daughter who lives in Green Bay We never had our room cleaned but I’m sure had we called we could have

Beds are pretty comfy but the pillows are pretty flimsy Cute little pool, hot tub area Breakfast is typical free breakfast at hotels We had a lovely stay and employees were friendly Pets are allowednext time we may bring our dog

Mattresses were like being in a crater Springs poked us No hot water for showers in the morning

Rooms need updating Noise level is high with just normal hallway conversation Can hear every noise in adjacent rooms, including the bathroom The employees are friendly and welcoming, but the actual property is not up to normal Marriott standards If you enjoy paying for a heated hotel room but are unable to sleep well on the beds, or expect hot water, you will do well here

What a great experience at The Astor House Tom and Linda were excellent hosts that made us feel right at home on an already amazing game day weekend in Green BayUpon arrival we were quickly greeted and brought into the warm hearth of the house

Tom explained all of the pertinent details to staying in the house and proceeded to give us an excellent list of local recommendations I’m still upset we didn’t try that Italian restaurant! (But we did love St Brendan’s!)The room was spacious and comfortable It even had a jacuzzi! Plenty of blankets to stay warm, tooBreakfast both days was an absolute revelation Three courses and your very own carafe of coffee Linda thoroughly enjoys her craft each day and it shows in each and every bite We enjoyed dining in the parlor in the mornings, though if you don’t want to socialize then you can have breakfast delivered to your room at the time of your choosing by the hostsReally, this was a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to return!

A delightful experience start to finish Well managed property with associates who work together to ensure attention to detail & a positive guest stay Nicely appointed queen deluxe room with terrific bathroom; clean & uncluttered although plumbing noises from other rooms can be heard (attribute of an older building no doubt)

Breakfast was a nicely arranged continental sort highlighted with ramekin quiches We wouldstay here again & recommend St Brendan’s Inn to others

We were out for a walk along the river and decided to drop in for a drink The first thing to catch my eye was the size of the bar They have many tables that would give you a chance to spread out when it’s not as busy

We decided to sit at the bar The bartender was very friendly and of course mixed us some great drinks I even kept asking her what kind of drinks she was making and she happily engaged in conversation with me as she made them It’s that kind of friendly atmosphere I would comeback for I highly recommend a visit

We swung in here after a meeting downtown I thought this was a hotel and didn’t realize it had a restaurant too It looks like they had just got done with some pretty big Saint Patrick’s Day celebrations

It wasn’t super busy for a Monday night They were also one of the only places in the area open! I had chicken stuffed with goat cheese which was delicious Someone in our party was having a birthday, and they gave her free cake and we had a lot of fun with that Interested in their other locations as this seems to be some sort of affiliated chain of hotels and Irish restaurants

Perfectly fine hotel Comfortable and clean, with large beds and fluffy pillows The room was big with the biggest TV I’ve seen outside of a Best Buy

Parking was listed on Hotwire as being free…and that is not true $10 a day, but in and out as much as you want You can reduce the price to $5 if you’re a Hyatt reward member, and you’ll want to ask how to use the gates so you don’t get overcharged The views out of the windows are pretty good and there’s a large towering atrium with glass elevators Good shower – water pressure is nice and so is the shower head Breakfast available in the atrium in the mornings – a bit overpriced but there are lots of other options nearby too

Room was very nice, bathroom was tiny and cramped but decent enough Odd patio sliding door that fully opens with no patio Seems like a very odd choice to me

Service was absolutely awful for breakfast Pay $20 roughly a person and there’s no staff available to get a refill? You have one guy tending to all the tables and he only is able to stop by once? Bar service was excellent for the most part, knowledgeable bar staff but I did see them throw out a ladies drink when she went to the restroom and they just offered her a free sprite instead of remaking her drinkPool area was nice and had a sauna and steam room Security seemed like a joke, all they did was stand by the front desk and wondered around but didn’t interact with anyone or do anything with the kids running around or playing with elevators pressing every button then running from the elevator Staff said they were on it but kids never stopped and were disrupting elevator service and running rampantHopefully you’re not looking for a great view, we were on the 6th floor and if you’re below that you’ll just get a brick building to look atCheck in staff did not inform us of anything going on with the convention center but mentioned they were connected to it So why tell us you’re connected without telling us what’s going on?First time in the area, there for a comedy show but would be nice to have pamphlets available or given by check in staff to let us know what’s in the area to do, or what’s near by Or some recommendations given while we stay

Very uncomfortable pull out couch I felt every spring all night long The lobby and other floors boomed and echoed constantly

The front desk did not inform us that there was a delivery down in the lobby and our food was cold and the pizza box was opened by the time we found it Extremely crowded hot tub and very over-priced food Don’t recommend the Hyatt, you can definitely find something more deserving of the Hyatt’s price
