Prien st and I am so glad we did!!!We were tired and frustrated from traveling for several days trying to get home and other places we tried to get reservations didn’t allow dogs!!!We got to this location and the 2 women Lexus and Monet were so amazing!!! The ladies got us checked in and answered all our questions and were so understanding and helpful of our situation They made the stay so much better than we thought as we had never taken out dogs to a hotel before During our stay the entire staff was welcoming, the place was very clean inside and Monet was there the next morning She helped us with a late check out so we could get the vehicle fixedOur room was amazingly comfortable, clean and quiet Each time we took our dogs outside the ladies and staff were so kind and always smilingI can’t thank Lexus and Monet enough for their amazing hospitalityMy only recommendation for this location is since you do allow dogs a dog park area fenced in would have been the cherry on top And the trash along the back canal area was a bit off putting

Clean But our refrigerator was not working and at breakfast, the pancake machine was out of order, two of the three columns of cereal were empty, and the juice dispenser only had water (small juice cups were provided) The staff were great

The front desk was helpful when I had questions and the hotel allowed me to use 4 parking spaces since I was towing a trailer I’d go back

This was the WORST hotel experience I have had Arrived at 2:46pm for a 3pm check in and the front desk said we had to wait until 3pm to check Really??? When I finally got called up, a different person was checking me in

She said the cost included a $10 incident fee When I asked if I would get that back she was sarcastic and unprofessional in her response I asked for her manager and she said she was the Manager De Lane was her name I asked for a Regional Manager at which time a man walked up to the counter, said he was the Regional Manager, and saw how she was responding and argumentative with me and relieved her and said he would finish checking me in I finally got up to my room only to have a dog in the room next door that would not stop barking The front desk would not answer the phone so I walk down to the front desk I explained the situation of the dog barking to The “Regional Manger” and asked for a different room His response was was short and dismissive He said he didn’t have another room to put me in I advised him for $200+ a night room I expect to be comfortable and enjoy the stay Again in frustrated manner, He said he had spoken to the person in the room and that if the hotel received 3 complaints in the dog, they would have to contact Animal ControlI didn’t travel 6 hours to spend my family vacation to spend 2 hours going back and forth so we were at the mercy of the hotel staff and the barking dogWhile I understand there are processes in place, there is no reason why the staff could not be professional about the explanationTHE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
