You can hear everything on top of you Running stomping etc Not very insulated

My room was dusty to the point I had allergies all night I could write in the dust on headboard on TV The sheer curtain so old it was falling apart This hotel is dated and overpriced Small TV no premium channels You can get a modern room up to date furniture and better beds big screen TV with premium channels for this price And clean no dust Do your research you can find better The manager does not care because he can over charge and get away with it Please do not put the generic response up

Initially, we thought this hotel was great The female front staff was very friendly and nice and the room was tended to each day However, on the 2nd to last day (of 5), my special needs daughter unexpectedly had her cycle and it got on to the sheets

We requested that the room be serviced and gave the staff a heads up about why we needed the room serviced We specifically told the front desk and the staff stated it would be cleaned However, it was never cleaned We had to get creative for two days This is an UNACCEPTABLE response and the reason why we will never use this establishment or any Best Western again especially for the lack of customer service with the amount of money we spent booking five days at a Mass hotel

I’ll tell you this Sam and his wife are the most personable people I’ve ever met at a hotel They run the buffet and I’m seeing him at the front desk Housekeeping does not work in the afternoons and nobody bother telling us that

So when we left the room in the afternoons it didn’t get cleaned After two days we asked about it and they gave us clean towels and took our garbage They are very centrally located And have a beautiful indoor pool

Please read if you’re getting married here, or having a large event – otherwise, nice hotel in a great location!- Poor staffing, hotel management provided no assistance for staff Fully booked hotel on NYE with only 1 person working at the front desk, 1 waiter for breakfast for the entire hotel – both leading to extremely slow/limited service Not fair to the staff, nor to the guests

– Worked with team before the wedding to clearly communicate information regarding welcome bags for the wedding guestsOnly a few of our guests received welcome bags (even after calling the front desk to remind them that our guests needed to be given one)- Guests from another event/wedding party received our welcome bags We saw a few people return their welcome bags to the front- Welcome bags had information regarding brunch the next morning, which very few people showed up to (but we were still required to pay for the anticipated amount of guests)- When the B&G arrived downstairs, there were other guests eating and drinking that were not from our wedding party at our private post-wedding new years day brunchRooms:- There were extremely limited amenities, which was unexpected The rooms are very simple & small- Check in at 4pm and check out at 11 am is just inappropriate Again, unexpected given that the hotel is utilized for weddings, large events etc- *An alarm was set on the alarm clock for 6am on my wedding day* it was beyond upsetting This should always be checked before new guests check in- No speaker in the room, very limited lighting (only side lights, desk lamp, reading lights- no actual room light)- Brides, there is no where to hang your wedding dress up other than the closet

Hotel is beautiful and in a great location Staff were friendly and we were lucky enough to get into our room earlier than check in Only downfalls: the room is temperature controlled, so the room didn’t get colder than 65, and the pillows were very thin

I always love super fluffy pillows at hotels, but sadly, not this time Oh and no jacuzzi

I don’t understand how this hotel & the Hilton next door are okay with up charging over $1000 for the same rooms, just one week apart Will my room come with a servant that night? Are they going to ensure my sheets are made of genuine silk and provide me with a solid gold shower? This is pure robbery Please book well in advance if you are planning to stay for an event or you’ll be charged what your monthly mortgage is for one nights stay

Really enjoyable stay Ice cold air, dependable housecleaning Great location and an extremely hospitable front desk

I engaged a few and one especially (Nicole?) was incredibly helpful She went way out of her way for my family and it is greatly appreciated SO many good dining options in the area, parking was always available close to the lobby Unfortunately we had to book last second so it was $$$$ but if you’re booking in advance this is your best bet in the area, hands down

just started traveling to the Raynham/Taunton area which I’ll be traveling to for business several times a year My intent is to find a clean hotel that is reasonably priced to use as my baseI just stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Arena

The nice things about this hotel is that it was clean and the staff was professional and politeMy 1st disappointment was when I checked in and asked if there was any coffee available The receptionist at the desk said not until 6:30 in the morning She said that there were coffee pots in the room, however when I got in the room I found the typical tiny coffee pot with the teabag type coffee (which you need about four coffee bags to make it the strength of a cup of coffee) And of course, there was no cream or milk… the little powder packets of non dairy creamer) In the morning when I went out into the lobby at 6:30 and I asked where the coffee was and they said the hotel had no complimentary coffee, but I could buy it at the Starbucks counter in the lobby I would say this is probably the only hotel I’ve stayed at in years (in addition to traveling with my family) that didn’t offer a complementary coffee in the lobby in the morning I also asked if there was a complementary breakfast and they said I could buy something at the Starbucks counter Just for the principal I decided to wait till I was enroute homeThe other issue I had was that the light in the hotel room between the two queen beds had a plastic casing over it which was cracked on the end The fluorescent lightbulb inside was glaring when you turn the light on The whole plastic casing with worn or damaged I mentioned it to the male clerk when I checked out and he said he was sorry and would have it looked at I just can’t understand why the cleaning staff never reported this or any other customer in the pastMy hotel bill for one night was $150 Sometimes little things mean a lot and in the future I will find another nearby hotel to stay at

A reasonable enough hotel in the vicinity of Gillette Stadium, though the rooms are a bit outdated and the AC clearly needs an upgrade (as our room had a store-bought unit from Home Depot or Lowes in the window vainly trying to supplement the woefully inadequate central system)The service is remarkably, though, and make up from any aging of the propertyOne note: if staying here for Gillette, use Great Woods Shuttle and not Allready Taxi

Both put literature on the front desk, but only Great Woods is a professional, organized company while Allready is a fly-by-night one-man show

A comfortable hotelLovely breakfast room with delightful ambience However I subtracted one star because the lobby areas, elevato and guest roomcorridors looked upswept

I was there for two nights and the carpet has light debris that never seemed swept I think their cleaning crew can do a better job of keeping the carpets spotlessly cleanAlso the hair conditioner in my room was empty Housekeeping needs to do a better job

Amy Weintraub

Stayed 3 nights Rooms are spacious, breakfast room is clean and a lot of good choices However housekeeping does not exist Room was not clean, old apple stem on kitchen counter and dried toothpaste on bathroom sink

I bring my own lysol wipes when I travel I asked for new towels in person at the front desk nobody ever came This hotel doesn’t follow “Marriott”Covid cleaning protocol that plays on the TV over and over Too bad since it’s a nice hotel

I’d highly recommend this hotel ! Super convenient, everything was clean and the service was impeccable! But by far Nancy was the best part of this hotel !!!!

This Fairfield Inn & Suites is immaculate! The staff was unbelievable helpful, friendly, responsive and just plain a pleasure to speak with When we checked in, the lovely young lady (long brown hair, I did not catch her name), was so nice and friendly We are so impressed with this hotel, if I’m ever in this area again I would go out of my way to stay here

The room was just as clean as the rest of the hotel I did use the gym and it was adequate and very clean as well Our shower ran out of shower gel and the young woman immediately came up and replaced The breakfast was very good, all the bread items were individually wrapped, that was a nice detail They even had real oatmeal, my personal favorite The serving area was also very clean This hotel is doing it all right!!! If you have a chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed with anything

kyle reale

Very nice little hotel Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff The room was very quiet, we didn’t hear any noise from outside window or in the hallway

I am a big proprietor of hotel bathrooms/showers The facilities were well stocked and clean However the sink was not in the bathroom, it was in the main room around a corner Helpful but also inconvenient at the same time Shower was good and hot but low water pressure and it leaked into the room slightly Plenty of options for breakfast and good coffee Overall good stay!

Great hotel Pool and gym are well taken care of They have laundry on the premise

The breakfast is fantastic The design of the loony and rooms is cool and modernPro tip: for those staying while a family member is in a nearby hospital of which there are many the staff get very angry if you want to extend your stay Hampton is supposed to let you but the employees at this location are not having it Book 2-3 weeks no matter how long you plan to stay, you can always cancel and leave early for no cost and guarantee you have a roomIn general the employees are unhappy, complain out loud about their misery or having to work a night or morning shift

Looksies with Lipe

Very standard room, the bathroom was something to be desired in the maintenance department The caulking and tiling was really wornDidn’t use the pool but I did use the gym

The treadmill is dated and does the bare minimum, needs some updating and careStaff were friendly enough and kept out of the way, not sure if they really wanted to offer much if anything else thoughComplimentary breakfast was just scrambled eggs and sausages/bacon with some basic fruit and muffins All of it is either freezed or refrigerated then put out Nothing to rave about but I guess if you’re desperate then it’ll do If not, there are plenty of options close-by

Decent hotel if you need to stay in the area Great parking with accessibility Fine location, coffee shop and gym just steps away

Helpful and responsible staff members Room was cleaned and bathrooms were scrubbed Large contemporary breakfast room downstairs Hot breakfast with waffles! It is complimentary, as well Check-in, Check-out was simple There is a convenience store, fitness center, and full-service laundry facilities Even local shuttles and transportation at Mansfield train station

Mike Leone

The hotel itself was fine, although it was worrying watching a member of housekeeping walk up and down a hallway emptying an entire can of air freshener while we were stuck in the lobbyOur main issue was that our room was not ready at 6pm even though check in was 3pm We were forced to wait while other guests were allowed to go to their rooms without issue

The hotel staff that night were unfriendly One informed me I should be grateful that out room was ready at all due to call outs With how much this hotel charges per night I find it shocking that they can’t afford to staff adequately for the rooms they bookAfter waiting for 40 minutes our room was finally released to us It reeked of bleach to the point that our eyes burned for the first couple of minutes in the roomThe morning staff at check out are the only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 They were at least professional and polite when we were checking out

I have been waiting to write this review for over 10 months! My husband and I had a hotel block for our wedding on 5/20, and Staci Johnson is the best person we had the pleasure of working with to ensure our hotel block and wedding arrangements were all set (manager of hotel) Staci is the definition of amazing hospitality! From the minute we contacted the hotel she was attentive and always willing to help! She made sure our hotel block could check in early, that our welcome bags were being given out and helped coordinate our after party activities/pizza We are so happy to have met such an amazing person with a great heart

Staci goes out of her way to make sure her guests are happy and comfortable Ben and I are excited to visit Sonesta Foxborough post renovation to see the great work Staci is leading It is hard to find employees like Staci who go ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure the guests feel like their big day is in great handsWe also LOVED Britany in the front desk, who greeted us and all of guests with a big smile and a warm welcome!THANK YOU Sonesta Foxborough (main shoutout to Staci) for helping my husband and I have the best hotel wedding logistics – we love you!G+B

We were told there was a working fitness room when we checked in There was a paper on the desk in the room that indicated it was ok to use It was being renovated

They also put a large hold on your debit card I stayed there in the beginning of July and still haven’t received the $100 hold they put on my card They said it can take up to 30 business days if you used a debit card, which was not told to me ahead of time The day of checkout, the front desk staff said I would receive the $100 immediately, which was incorrect Also, the place was a construction zone all over and we weren’t told this was going to be the case upon arrival Never staying here again

John Keefe

Would have been great to know that the lobby, the workout room, the pool, and every single thing other than the rooms were closed for maintenance Not to mention even the hallways were somewhat still under construction Didn’t have a walkout patio either cause I guess that’s another part of the construction

Went to go see what they meant by having breakfast there and the lady at the desk offered me a shelf of cereal boxes I could buy And the TV screen in my room that i was expecting to use for work doesn’t even turn on And for some reason you need to spend 10 minutes signing up for an account where you enter your personal info including your address and stuff and then go confirm your email just to get into their wifi (unless you have cellular data you cant even confirm your email) And the walls in the bathroom look like they’re falling apart and have black spots on them (idk what they would be, maybe deferred maintenance from moisture damage?)I mean, cmon man Seriously?

The front desk ladies where nice friendly and informative! They helped me find a good local Mexican restaurant within reasonable distance, mezcal But the most important, was the withing 5 short minutes they showed me hospitality at its finest and were absolutely so kind even tho I was not there to actually stay! I was just in the area for the day and was clueless as to anything in that area But they helped instantly even tho I was not actually staying as a hotel guest

I would defiantly like to stay at this hotel whenever visiting again if I’m in need of a room for that mere fact, because it’s hard to come by genuine people now a days!Thank you girls! Your awesome!

First floor has very strong smoke odor, as soon as open the door Room that was given was smoked in as well Second room we got was on the third floor

It was bigger and did not have smoke odor I was not invited for complimentary breakfast like the guest who was checked in after me It is a small thing, we most likely would not do it anyway due to the odor in the lobby, but it definitely did not make me feel welcomed

I booked this hotel for one night last minute The renovation here is amazing Loved my studio bedroom

Overall hotel is very clean Beds were a bit hard Rooms came with Netflix (you have to sign in your own account) and YouTube also (great for the kids)I was able to bring in 4 guest to come visit me for a few hours and swimOne thing I didn’t appreciate was the one receptionist that was mumbling things under her breathe I’m not going to talk much on her but she did make me and my family feel very uncomfortable and unwanted thereOverall everyone else was nice I booked on hooper app and wasn’t aware of the $250 incidental charge that gets put on hold during our stay but gets refunded after 3-5 business days so don’t forget about that! Other than that I enjoyed my stay and will book again when I come to town, mostly likely the only hotel I’ll ever book in Brockton

We stayed at this hotel for a Cheer Competition in RI just this past weekend in April Originally the competition was supposed to be in January, but a blizzard cancelled the competition This hotel was calling everyone that was booked through the cheer company to make sure they wanted to keep the reservation in the days leading up to the competition

Unfortunately we had to keep it at that time since they weren’t planning on cancelling When it finally got cancelled, they made it extremely easy to just cancel with only a few hours notice I knew that when we were rescheduled we needed to still support them I am so glad we did The facilities were clean, well maintained The pool was a great size & kept the kids busy Hotel staff was very accommodating, even opening up breakfast a little earlier than normal on the weekend due to the early morning compete times We will definitely be booking this hotel for every Providence competition we go to next year It was easy on and off the highway in both directions & less than 10 minute drive

Julia Garcia

Well this stay was beautiful The staff was friendly and room was beautiful and the service of room was very helpful and on point as well and the pool was perfect Gym, laundry room (you’ll need quarter’s), beautiful paths to walk around the hotel

Good vending machines, breakfast was good I stayed in a handicapped room due to that I was late asking for a room But it still was beautiful I have one suggestion though The shower head holders in the handicapped room need to be replaced with something a bit more easier cause I have carpal tunnel and it took me awhile to figure out how to tighten the holder for the shower head But I was successful The hotel has easy access to the highway, Entertainment things, gas stations, walmart, food Beautiful spot for a family get away

We had the best three night stay at On Cranberry Pond because of the owners, Jose, Paul and Elia who make you feel so welcome and comfortable The room was clean, beautifully decorated with every amenity needed The grounds are manicured and the cranberry bogs are interesting

The breakfasts are delicious and filling and if you need to take and go, they are accommodating A quiet resort like stay close to Newport, Plymouth, ferries to Provincetown, Boston and Cape Cod We highly recommend On Cranberry Pond for your next stay in the area And get to know the owners; they are the best!Barb and Ken Blanke
