We needed up in this hotel out of pure coincidence and I’m glad we didVery clean, everything is new Smells nice, the staff it’s really polite

I would have given 5 stars if the jacuzzi was still open The indoor pool is open but for some reason the jacuzzi was eliminated They covered with concrete Besides that I loved it, plus a lot of parking spaces Covered and uncovered parking spaces options Consider this a 4 stars and 1/2 honestly

The Mosey is a best kept secret! This hotel is easily accessible, clean, centrally located for many restaurants and stores in Williamsville, and had a very friendly staff Room rates are reasonable, beds are comfortable, parking is ample and bathrooms are updated The pool is small, but a perfect escape for the kiddos to burn off energy! Erin at the front desk has been a consummate professional who clearly has a lot of experience and provides first class customer service; honestly, she might be the most friendly, knowledgeable and skilled professional we’ve encountered in the hospitality industry

We will be back and certainly will recommend friends and family to The Mosey

Halle Sipple

I called Tamara to see if we could check in early, and she kindly looked up our room and told us we could come at any time (it was about 9 am) Tamara and the other front desk individuals were so kind and professional at check in; they really made us feel welcomed The rooms are clean, spacious, and the jacuzzi in our bathroom is unreal

We’ve had such a pleasant stay so far We’ll be back!

Enjoyed our stay The room is very spacious and well organized There are two entries to the room and several exists to the parking

The pool side entry of the room is what we liked You can get a beautiful view of the garden alongside pool The fitness center is clean and nice The location of this hotel is perfect for shopping and lot of food options around

The customer service is Awesome! Every employee I spoke with was polite and usefulIn terms of the room, I was disappointed I stayed on the second floor with my family, including our pet

On our way to the room, we noticed none of the doors open automatically The doors are heavy and none are open with a door stopper either I found it tiresome to constantly have to struggle opening the door and pushing my baby’s stroller through the doorwayThe cleanliness of the room was good-clean sheet, towels No bugs or anything either Overall, the rooms should be updatedAnother thing that made my stay difficult was the access to a microwave There are only two microwaves, which are located in front of the front desk, which is such an inconvenience Imagine being on one side of the hotel and having to constantly go to the front desk to use the microwave—food, sterilizing bottles, etc I think there should be a microwave on each floor for guestsBuffalo is my hometown, and I always wanted to stay at this hotel—meaning excited However, I feel this hotel was top notch and prime 5-10 years ago, but now it could use some updates

It’s a bit older residence inn It’s good for what it is when traveling with a slightly larger group for a week or more Airbnbs in this area can be harder to come by unless you want to stay downtown

The rooms and lobby have been updated more recently but it still shows it’s overall age The hotel during my stay was relatively quiet The staff is as accommodating as they can be and very nice I have definitely had better hot breakfasts at other Residence Inns so my one critique would be that You’re better off heading down the road to Tim Hortons and grabbing a hot sandwich and coffee

Tim Beaver

I would never recommend this hotel There was garbage overflowing in the hallway The staff did not seem to care about issues

There was no hot breakfast There were a lot of maintenance issues and a maintenance guy that was terrible The elevator was always disgusting and Not mopped I stayed there for months and all the rooms have problems: dirty floors, panels off, cabinet doors broken, lose faucets, and the rooms smell musty The manager and general manager did the least as possible I finally got my company to move me to a nicer place They did not value me as a Marriott member

allie mable

so the front desk lady was super nice the hotel looked very nice from the outside there was trash all over the halls and in the elevator

the room was clean but very small apparently there were ants in the shower i personally would never step into a hotel shower, but a family member of mine said he saw ants in the shower there were mold spores in the bathroom and i’m assuming throughout the room considering how i am now sick after staying there the room was so dry that i was unable to breathe at night as one of my family members who also couldn’t sleep let me just say don’t choose this hotel and do your research when choosing a marriott usually they are the best hotels but lately they haven’t

Aloft Downtown Buffalo is an amazing hotel! I had a four night stay amd the staff was extremely nice from the moment I exited the elevator up until I checked out The hotel is very clean and great amenities! I was fortunate enough to stay in a corner suite with ceiling to floor windows surrounding the hotel This location is perfect for anyone staying in Buffalo – the hotel location is defiantly the social spot, there’s multiple bars and restaurants connecting the hotel

Great happy hours until 8pm I’m the evening as wellstay here and you will not be disappointed at all! I will be returning on my next visits to Buffalo

jason coleates

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly Great location with numerous entertainment and food options on site The in hotel bar/restaurant, VICE, has a trendy vibe with plenty of seating

Ordered a wood fired pizza which was very mediocre You would swear that they were a ghost kitchen for Dominoes if the oven was not in plain site Bartenders were attentive and drinks were acceptable After a couple of drinks I was approached by one of their in house security staff He proceeded to strike up a political conversation with me regurgitating the past weeks episodes of Tucker Carlson in one long moronic rant I could tell that he was not capable of critical thinking and did not grab a drink to talk politics with staff so I finished my drink and headed out As I walked out I saw him move on to a couple at a table to continue spreading his gospel All set with that place

Perseverence Opportunity

Stayed for 3 nights in AloftAfter a much delayed arrival time at two, there was a receptionist available to check us in quicklyThe room was very spacious

with two very comfortable beds The bathroom was clean with a large shower and large sinkHowever, I noticed that the paint in the room was falling off in some areas and there was a large amount of fruit flies present Minor problems though

Everything you want in a B & B experience Check-in was very easy, our third floor room was lovely and spacious Everything in the room has been updated really well while maintaining unique charm

Comfortable bed too! Our host had lots of tips of things to do in the area and the yogurt, granola, fruit, and banana bread breakfast was just right for us We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and taking in the neighborhood with coffee

laura pascell

Five stars aren’t enough If you’re looking to stay in Buffalo, look no farther It is a restoration in progress but still a breath taking example of Victorian architecture

All amenities are top of the line Beds are extremely comfortable and all the rooms have a fridge and a keurig The bathrooms have heated floors which were a real treat during a cold Buffalo winterThe common rooms were all beautiful and our host Ellen made us feel right at home, I can’t think of anything that I could have needed or wanted that wasn’t already supplied for us Absolutely a perfect experience!

This was probably the best hotel experience I have ever had The staff was amazing We asked them questions about must-see places and they delivered

The pool was closed for maintenance during our stay and they coordinated with another hotel for use of their pool The breakfast was great The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable

Sairam Rajagopalan

Pro – Very good location and was given a spacious 2 bed room for the stay Beds were goodHowever the maintenance within the room was bad, the bathroom shower handle came off many times The front desk did not have any DVDs

It was like a place which flourished once upon a time and now lost it Breakfast also was pretty limited in variety All over the hotel, there was some food smell (kitchen was provided but can’t understand how smell goes throughout) Had better expectations with IHG (am a member), seems only holiday inn has some standards maintained

I was a bit uneasy after reading a few horror reviews from recent visitors Upon arrival the hotel looked promising as the lobby and hallways appeared to be clean and well maintainedHowever once we got into the room we were assigned, there was food crumbs on the floor and the bathroom floor was sticky/grimy

We went down to the front desk, got a new room and Steve was awesome plus apologetic He mentioned if we had any more issues, they had plenty of rooms available at the moment The second room was great, clean, sheets smelled fresh but realized there was no fridge to hold milk for our toddlerAgain, we called front desk and this time, it was quite a condescending tone from Paul He mentioned not every room has a mini fridge and microwave He so called “offered” for us to keep our toddler’s milk at the fridge at the front As a parent, I am not comfortable leaving my toddlers milk like this Paul went even further and said he knows we are only staying for one night and cannot keep giving us a new roomI was very taken back by this, I paid for this room As a matter of fact, he didn’t give me anything but a horrible feeling that I cannot trust this hotel againMy apologies for housekeeping at this point, I’m going to be using a lot of ice tonight to keep the milk cold and will never be returning to this hotel even if it was free

I booked two rooms on a weekend the rate was between $150 and $160 for the night This hotel is located just off the I-290 in Amherst, and thankfully is far enough from the interstate, you cannot really hear much trafficOur experience with check-in was positive

The staff were helpful and answered any questions we had without issueOn arrival, the exterior and the property generally look nice Same with the lobby and hallways It ends thereOur first impression of the rooms is that they are small There’s not much room to move around once you get a family inside with any luggageThe interior of the room was lacklustre to say the least The laminate floor was dirty, with giant gaps to stub your toes on The furniture is well used, and abused, and appeared to be hastily wiped down but not cleaned fullyThe minifridge was clean, but the freezer inside was full of frost The coffee maker was dirty and didn’t look appealing to use at allThe TV worked, but froze up intermittently, becoming frustrating to deal withThe bathroom is incredibly small, like REALLY small – with a toilet and small shower stall, barely big enough for a grown adult to fit in Anyone with physical ailments or a larger person would have a tough time making it workThere was hair on the floor of the shower stall, and on the bathroom floor The corners of the floor, behind the toilet were dirty and full of dustWe booked a room for two adults and two kids, but the room only had two towels Again, the staff were helpful and arranged to get us more, but was disappointing this wasn’t taken care of as part of the bookingThe beds themselves were clean, but underneath the beds (yes, there’s an underneath the bed at this hotel) were disgusting Tons of dust and dirtBoth of the two rooms we booked were on the same state of cleanlinessWe had no problems with noise, other than hearing the toilet flush periodically from the room aboveWe checked out the pool area It was generally clean, but appears that some areas are in need of being freshened upI’ve stayed at a number of other Hilton hotels in the past, and have always had a great stay Unfortunately this one missed the mark completely I would not return to this hotel again, nor would I recommend it

Joshua Wakelin

This was a great place to stay

yes the furniture isn’t new, yes it could use a touch up of paint here or there, but honestly it’s not the RitzThe place was clean and the staff were amazingly polite and accommodatingI’ve stayed in many hotels over the years and I can honestly say I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

We chose the Hampton Inn because unlike most hotels that offer two double beds, the Hampton offers two queen size beds – which makes for a much more comfortable sleep with 4 people in the room Additionally, they offer a 12pm checkout which is later than most hotels When traveling with kids, the later checkout time is most appreciated

Beds and bedding was clean and comfortable Breakfast in the morning was fine, although a little crowded Staff were very friendly and helpful which was refreshing A few items did need some attention: our bathtub drained slowly so by the time I was done showering the tub was almost full The bathroom fan didn’t work which made the room a little humid There was a ball of someone else’s dirty socks under the AC unit The pool was murky and greenish and really needs a proper shock treatment Nothing major All in all a good stay Would stay again

kortney marwood

The staff was very friendly and helpful We were not a fan of the sliding bathroom door as it didn’t block out sound from from the bathroom The room was on the small side for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids)

The fridge was also pretty small, but these were minor things The pool was nice The breakfast was good and had a variety The wifi worked wellOur air conditioning died at 3 am The front desk clerk came up and tried to help us fix it, but it continued to blow hot air, so we turned it off The hotel was full so they could not offer us another room The manager was apologetic the next morning and reduced our bill substantially I think it was a fluke and they did their best to fix it

Karen Johnson

Really nice, clean facility Easy on/off from major highways, anything you could want or need nearby Nice buffet breakfast was included and honestly it was so nice to see thst small return to normal even though we only grabbed coffee

Front desk attendant was so nice Overall a good stayDownsidesyou’re near the airport so it is noisy; bathroom is small and has no place for your “stuff”; pool was small so if you’re traveling with a team (we were) be aware

NYC Girl

I spent a generous amount of money to book at this place I asked for my room to be refreshed and for them to enter the room Upon check-in, the man at the front desk said that my rooms would, in fact, be refreshed by housekeeping

I believed him The next day, I went out for the day and came back—however, both of my rooms were not cleaned No towels were replaced It’s weird because the man at the check-in counter informed me that my rooms would be refreshedWhen I later inquired about it, he said that they are busy and could not even get me towels for another 1-2 hours I don’t want to be the difficult customer, but I am upset and VERY disappointed by this treatmentI have never stayed at a hotel (of any level or rating) who treated me like this I felt uncomfortable asking for anything else afterwards because I am not one to cause dramaThis definitely did not leave a good taste for me I will not be staying at this hotel again

Eden Nohra

This is absolutely not a 45 star hotelIt is a 3 star at the most

Look at the quality of the breakfast items Look at the quality of service Look at the quality of the front office Look at the items in the bathroomI would like to see this hotel immediately evaluated for it’s star rating—–I spoke to the manager, Matthew he assured me that the items of breakfast are under review, the staff is undergoing new training, and the housekeeping is re expanding to what it used to be Therefore I will amend my star rating to a 4 They deserve the benefit of the doubt

Ivan B

No microwaves in the room was a major inconvenience having to go downstairs to the lobby 2-3x/day to warm up food or water for tea Also, the decaf coffee and hot water were not replenished too often It appears maybe 1-2x then they’re just removed altogether

Also, there was this boys baseball team staying here Unfortunately they were quite loud as were some of the kids Running up and down the halls, letting doors slam behind them multiple times and this continued into the night from 10-11 pm They also made a mess in the hallway with chips on the floor, etc There needs to be better enforcement and rule regulation in situations like this Other than these things, it was a pretty good stay It’s a beautiful location and the overall decor is good

My stay was just okay 🤷🏻‍♂️Nice but somewhat dated typical Marriott feel Staff were very pleasant and accommodating, whether at the front desk, restaurant or exec lounge – all service was superb

Rooms were well appointed Comfortable bed Good water pressure and tempMy main complaint was lack of soundproofing I could hear everything…and I mean everything Every door that opened in my hallway Every word my neighbors said Every sneeze Everything I’ll allow you to fill in the rest of those detailsAnd while the service in the exec lounge was great, the food options were almost laughableI would stay again but wouldn’t be my first pick

Marian Rose

It was clean and bed was comfortable Had coffee and tea available in room This Marriott is older and in need of updating

It’s not as nice as other more modern Marriott I’ve stayed at I only had 1 washcloth in room and water took forever to get hot in shower But room was clean and I had no problems staying there The rate for this Marriott was lower then other Marriott, so I felt I got my moneys worth

Lynda Lynn

We had a wonderful time All the staff are amazing, informative and helpful, Tessa, Leah, Danny, Chris, etc The hotel rooms need some love and upgrades to bring them into the 21st century

We had this weird sliding shower door for our tub that was old and mildewy at the bottom and no fan in the bathroom Our room had a really odd layout and instead of maximizing the square footage of the room they crammed everything on one side of the room, leaving a huge amount of unused space There are no fridges in the rooms, no hallway/entry light inside the room and the dresser was super small for the size of the room The food and service are great, love the atmosphere and location The dining room/lounge and the bar are very nice There’s a pool table in the bar that is not necessary Takes up space that could be used for additional tables and it’s not a good quality table Elegant yet not too formal Excellent breakfast and coffee

The Harvest Hunters

I just got back from a one night stay here, and my goodness do I wish I was staying a week! I truly don’t know where to begin with my raving reviewService – 12/10 best service I have received at any hotel or resort I have ever stay at The staff was so kind and helpful, and made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable (they were so funny too!)

Value- 12/10 incredible quality A chauffeur service, complementary drinks, above and beyond service, incredible complementary breakfast need I say more?Location – LOVED the spot Not too close to downtown, but a perfect walk to either downtown or Elmwood Village Also so conveniently located to the boarder!I will stay here every time I visit Buffalo in the future And would 200% recommend The Mansion on Delaware to family and friends

Kayla Soffera

My son and I stayed at The Mansion in April 2022 for one night, on our way to Toronto After driving all day from NC this was the best place to spend the night From the moment you arrive someone is there to wait on you, hand and foot

The check in process was quick and easy Our bags were taken inside from the car and up to our room The room was not huge, but just what we needed for a night The bathroom was large and updated I would have liked a little more water pressure in the shower but that is the only complaint We utilized the concierge service and booked a ride to dinner (you need to pre-book to guarantee availability) Our driver was so friendly and knowledgeable and shared a lot with us about the city as we went A quick phone call after dinner and we were picked up I enjoyed my complimentary beverage at the bar while we played pool Breakfast was superb There were two options that could be customized as it was made fresh for you The staff went above and beyond, and the entire feel of the place was relaxed and luxurious As weary travelers a night of being catered to was the perfect stop on our trip

FRAUD Extremely dishonest and extremely unprofessional and uncaring They couldn’t possibly care any less about their customers after they check in!Any hotel that doesn’t provide every customer with FULL, complete, daily cleaning services for every room, is a youth hostel! This information is not provided before every customer books room(s) or before the customer arrives

This isn’t professional This is detrimental to the Hilton brand, to the hotel and to the customers This isn’t acceptable whatsoever It doesn’t benefit anyone! Imagine booking a hotel and driving over 400 miles to the hotel only to find out when you get there extremely worn out and tired that they don’t care about you, and that you must now look for a different hotelThe lesbian friendly advertisement for this hotel is lowlife disgusting, completely inappropriate, and it must be completely removedThe rooms and the pool are small The bathroom is large Awesome quality large TV Economical priceThe table with the free plates, bowls, forks, fresh fruit, etc is awesome and highly appreciatedThe small pool is clean and is highly appreciated by the guests An immensely larger, much deeper pool would be appropriate

My mom and I came in from Toronto and stayed here for a few days the week of July 4th From check in to check out we had a great experience The ladies at the front desk were super helpful and super sweet

The hotel is clean!! Like everywhere Rooms, lobby everythingThe rooms are small and cute and have current decor which is niceMy mom has disabilities and even tho they were sold out of accessible rooms, they were still able to get us a room with shower that suited her needs (she is not fully wheelchair dependent) We were truly grateful for that accommodationThe breakfast was good! And the 24 hour tea and coffee station is great!!The fire pit is a nice addition The weather was nice so I was able to sit and enjoy with a glass of wineThis is definitely my new go to hotel for cross border shopping trips!!

We had a great experience for our 2 day getaway Everyone was super friendly that we encountered…lots of smiles and hellos and went above and beyond to make sure they helped in any way they could, everything was very clean! The room was comfortable and couldn’t hear any sounds from other rooms The pool was kinda small and crowded and loud at times but it was not the hotel’s fault kids were screaming at the top of their lungs and jumping into the pool

The fire pit was wonderful the first night…the second night it was taken over the whole night by a group so we went and sat elsewhere outside Would be nice to maybe have one more fire pit as the other group in the other seating area with us kept commenting they wished there was room at the fire fit too The free breakfast was great and we took advantage of that both days Also free coffee and tea 24/7! Overall I would really recommend a stay here Shoutout to the lady who was working later at night 7/14 and 7/15 wish I got her name but she was so nice and always full of smiles Also the 2 young gentlemen working the morning of 7/15!

This place is a stay away situation Booked my hotel and paid in full on my credit card over a month in advance Got an email from them less than 24 hours from checking in and a 1000 miles from home saying that they could not honor my reservation and they would only be issuing me a partial refund charging me a cancellation fee

When I spoke with they told me about their fluctuating rates and that I had a promo rate and I was bumped for a priority guest who was willing to pay a higher rate They told me that that very day they had bumped a single mother with 6 children, so my situation wasn’t as bad as theirs The attendant who was the night auditor lied to me and told me no manager would be in the building until 11am the next day I work in the industry and I know this a lie Messaged the location 5 different times and never received a message or call back This place is unprofessional and filled with people who lack integrity I was on vacation and a long way from home and this made things very stressful I have contacted corporate as well and no response Fortunately I was able to book with the Comfort Inn across the road and although the location was a little dated It was very clean and had kind caring professionals who worked there and it made a big difference

Great location, lots of parking, friendly staff Breakfast and pool available Still no housecleaning service for rooms

No inspections showing in elevators (something I prefer readily available) Pet friendly Dogs were obsessively barking at 11 pm on floor 3 And a small dog with no leash ran at us in the hallway barking and growling Also someone had their small dog at the booth with them while eating breakfast and carried them around all the food No one was at front desk entire time as this happened and the dog barked at people and growled So this was the only issue for us while we stayed

paid $176 for a night of regret Save yourself the time and BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE…Jacuzzi was closed even though before booking they said it was open, pool was dirty had hair clumps in it and we got a call about us being too loud when we were just laughing at a show, (at only 7pm…) and we were threatened over the phone that we would be kicked out of the hotel if we were “loud” Honestly horrible stay and service

They allow dogs but they don’t allow a bit of laughing three hours before sunset Ridiculous Will not return (Not to mention the hallways reak cigarettes)

We were very pleased with this hotel The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the mini kitchen in particular was useful for us On our first day, we used the Hilton app to check in and unlock our room, which was convenient

The room was sanitized to our satisfaction and you have to explicitly ask for housekeeping services, which is great for those who don’t feel comfortable having others in their room Breakfast was included in the rate and was filling, although it’s the same fare everydayThe app did give us trouble unlocking the room on our third day, so we had to ask for room keys That and checkout were our only interactions with receptionOverall this was a great find and we’d recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and reasonably priced hotel in the Buffalo area

Clean room, bed and everything Nice foyer, there is a restaurant in the building which is pretty pricey The food is great but not for the price and the wine is also expensive at the bar

The location was good except that leaving the parking lot can be a challenge since you are pulling out straight into traffic All in all I would stay there again but would like to experience different hotels in the area

Fortunately for us we are Best Western Rewards members so we did not have to pay the $10 a day parking fee No complimentary breakfast Walls are very thin

You can hear everything going on in the hall My advice, leave your ac on and tv on low, it helps drowned out the hallway noise Not the nicest place we have stayed Our room was pretty clean
