Stayed for 2 nights 1st room we were given smelled as if something had died in the room Was given another room but was not cleaned after 1st night and had to ask several times for towels

Breakfast was horrible, eggs were sitting in water, sausage looked as though there was barely an attempt to heat it up Would not recommend at all Cleanliness was lacking, apon arrival hallways needed to be vacuumed Trash cans by elevators had other guests who had bagged up their own trash from their rooms sitting around trash can, my guess is because their rooms weren’t cleaned either daily

Ken T

Overall an awful stay experience Entered the room to find trash on the floor including a condom wrapper Parking lot lighting was turned off so visits to vehicle at night were dark, and guy at front desk was completely unhelpful when asked why they were turned off and if they could be turned on

Multiple roaches in room during stay Called front desk multiple times to get more towels – nobody answered front desk, so I walked down and same guy was sitting there watching videos on his phone I woke up to music outside my door from cleaning crew Later, same guy at front desk provided water bottles and said they were complementary, but they showed up on my bill Entire experience was bad from start to finish

Ronnie Gonzales

There was several kids running around unattended while the parents were drinking Those kids were seen in the pool area lifting other people clothes off the chair looking for personal belongings & ended up taking my daughters iPhone & our room keys I had gone to front desk requested new keys, the keys taken were found in laundry room so I requested to see video to see who had taken my daughters phone but was told they don’t record

The kid seen taking my daughters phone came around & demanded him to give phone back He pointed to table where his parents & others were drinking, my daughters phone was plugged into a Mac book but yet they didn’t know who it belonged too This was very interesting as we had asked them & they were watching run around like idiots, way to go parents Those same kids ended up throwing hot chocolate on the door that I had to clean up When bedtime came, we lifted the blankets & founds hair & live ants in both beds as well as a pile of ants next to the garbage Obviously blankets were not changed which is absolutely disgusting I’m going to try & post pictures with this review Never had a situation like this in a Hampton hotel, the guy working front desk didn’t know what to do The fire alarm was pulled at least twice that night

Wow, that is definitely my reaction I was there in Saturday celebrating my wedding anniversary From the moment we walked in they were so nice

So caring, we forgot out toothbrush and they hooked us up We asked for extra blankets and they brought them up quick They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne 🍾! I was blown away with how amazing it all was We had a room with a balcony and the view was amazing The bed was so so sooo comfortable and the room was nice and big Our balcony had a little table and two chairs We sat out there Friday night and had coffee there Saturday morning They have free valet also They are fast with getting your car to you When checking out I really didn’t want to leave, she suggested we come back during the Christmas season and let me tell you I am definitely booking! If you have the chance to stay there you will not be disappointed, there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance See you guys in a few months again!

This was our first stay at this property though we had shopped at the Southlake Town Square for over four years I decided a stay would be an excellent birthday gift for my lady! We were NOT disappointed! In spite of significant remodel construction, our stay was not disrupted by noise and the rooms are sound proofed extremely well such that no noise is heard from highway 114 nearby The hotel amenities are impeccable!

This has to be one of the top Hilton Hotels I have stayed in I am a Hilton Honors member so stay in them frequently and lately I have been disappointed with the Hilton brand This hotel has renewed my love for the Hilton chain

The hotel is clean and well kept and in a great area to walk to get to stores and restaurants Once I checked in, the concierge texted to ask about my room and if I needed anything I have not had that service in years They also offered waters and actually explained that you have to request the housekeeping to clean the room I can’t tell you how many Hilton hotels have not done that since COVID You find out after the fact usually, but these guys are on top of it I asked for directions to a few stores and they text me a map of the town center They also text to make sure my stay was still going great Hands down some of the best customer service I have had in quite a while from the Hilton grooup I particularly remember that Cameron and Stacy were exceptional at the front desk Hilton needs to model all their customer service after this hotel Very pleased

This Hotel is awesome considering the location We just went for the bar after a dinner and it was great The bartender was great and the bar area is really nice

There is also an outdoor area that has a stage for live musicWe will definitely be back to hang out when the weather gets cooler And for the adventurous the train tracks are right at the edge of the outdoor space so you can enjoy the bar, jump a train to Ft Worth Stock Yards then come back to a comfy hotel room Does it get any better than that ? Maybe but you’re going to have to catch a plane to find outSave a few thousand and make a weekend of it right here

I have stayed here many times for 3-5 days each time I have always been very pleased with the hotel rooms and the staff It is pet, kid and family friendly

The rooms are comfortable and simple There is no clutter here, just the stuff you need The beds are just right comfort level There is plenty of parking and easy access to the nearby roadways The one time I had an issue, the staff corrected it immediately, with no excusesI have met the Executive staff members during my many stays and I truly believe they will do what ever they can to ensure your stay is everything you expected and moreThanks Tru,See you next time I’m in town

Devon Younge

We probably will not choose a Tru hotel again because we need more space (two dogs & a baby) but this hotel was so clean and the staff was so friendly! We sat in the lobby for a few minutes while my partner loaded out our room and noticed Danielle chatted with any guests that came through The rest of the hotel team said hello every time I passed them, too Aside from us needing a bigger room – everything was wonderful! If I were traveling alone, I would definitely stay here again

Valerie S

This was a great hotel The staff were amazing I’ve never stayed in a Tru, though I usually stay in Hilton properties

The rooms were super simple and clean I loved that there was no carpet I also loved all the USB ports The amenities were awesome The pool table was great as was the quality of the gym Not a big fan of breakfast There were not many healthy choices but it was pretty typical for a hotel Boiled eggs would be great for future I would stay here again

The friendly and helpful staff is what mostly made my stay go well The fitness center is a tad small, however guest are able to use the huge gym next door for free There are rumors of that gym closing however

The food could use improving as far as expanding the menu and having it at an affordable price The beds are alright Could be more comfortable

Canceled flight and the only one out was the next morning Saw the Grand Hyatt on the board for the train and figured that was the simplest solution I was able to make a reservation easily over the phone and check in was a breeze

I wasn’t sure about a room with a view of the runway but it was really lovely at nightBut the best was the staff at the Grand Met restaurant So friendly and kind The cocktails were on point and the food was delicious They packed me up some dessert and a glass of wine to goI would definitely stay here again

Guillermo Martinez

It was surprisingly a very nice hotel Employees were amazing, everywhere Room was very nice and comfortable

This is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed at

and I am picky You are always greeted by the nicest people at the desk and then again in the morning when getting your warm breakfast My parents and I stay here several times a year for the car shows The gentleman that greets you is always professional and kind The lady that warms up your breakfast is always smiling and pleasant She is a DOLL! Their breakfast is yummy and good coffee too I really like the common areas to visit with friends and family They have a beautiful patio with a fire table and comfy areas to relax Stay here, you won’t be disappointed

Jessica Maison

We were looking forward to our stay at this Home2 because we stayed in Plano a couple times and had nothing but a great experience! This one, however, was not so great The cleanliness of the room had a lot to be desired Dirty carpet, bathroom shower and bathroom floor around the shower was gross, like they forgot to clean it

The kitchen sink couldn’t drain without using the disposal and even then, it barely went down We asked for more silverware because we only had one spoon, but we were told they were running low My husband had to fix the toilet in the back each time we needed to flush it because it would break every time On our last night, we found a roach in the bathroom We stayed here because of the great experience we had in Plano at the Home 2 there, but are sorely disappointed that the quality is not the same here We were waiting for our house to close and had a few days between arriving here, and getting our keys We decided not to stay another night at the hotel and would rather sleep on the floor in our new house while we wait for our beds to arrive What does that tell you about the quality of hotel this is?Unfortunately, We will not be coming back

Aniruddha Roy Choudhury

I had a wonderful stay of 21 long days at the Home2Suites, Northlake This was my first time outside my country, first time at the United States and one can never expect anything better than thisThe rooms were clean, full of amenities and well maintained

The breakfast was enjoyable along with the breakfast operators The entire property was a bliss for me and my wifeAll the people there were lovely too I apologise for not remembering their names but I would like to thank them all individuallyGreat experience 5 on 5 And I would surely revisit this property

Elizabeth Wise

The hotel it’s self was beautiful and perfect for what we needed I felt like the staff appreciated our Marriott status, and took great care of usWe were with our nephew who wanted to see the planes

The front desk staff set us up in a beautiful room where we could watch the planes landing right over us That being said the building seems to be well insulated and we didn’t have to listen to the planes all nightI was able to catch the shuttle to the airport early in the morning It was a quick, easy, comfortable rideThey do have a beautiful, large lounge for platinum and higher guests, and they are pet friendly

Jacob Tidwell

Overall, it was a regular Westin experience It’s a deceptively large conference space Room was comfortable

The lobby/atrium ceiling opens up 4-5 floors, which made it incredibly loud at all hours for those of us on the end of the hall Most of the interior restaurants were closed or barely/poorly operating, which has become the norm in hotels during the pandemic Staff was exceptional friendly and accommodating Banquet food was wonderful!

N S

Great hotel!Very clean, nice shower, awesome rooftop pool where you can see many airplanes pass byTheir bar is opened until midnight Beer selection might not be too wide, but I liked Dallas local beer

Food was great I ordered salad with salmon, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned!I lived the room somehow the floor was partially dump, but I only stay for a night, so it’s not an issue for me Phone was taken by nobody So I removed one star

The hotel itself is wonderful Nice rooms, beautiful lobby, nice amenities The complimentary breakfast buffet is great

omelettes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, fruit, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal A variety of juices, soda fountain, water, tea, coffee A complimentary snacks happy hour The front desk staff and management and shuttle drivers are unpleasant and at times rude The staff doesn’t seem to be the quality of typical Embassy Suites/Hilton Staff which are known to be professional and top notch/customer oriented

Deepak Patil

Shuttle arrived within minutes after requesting Easy 5 min ride to hotel from airport Front desk was very welcoming

They had cocktails and snacks when we arrived Room was very clean Next door neighbors were very loud and it felt like walls were paper thin Complementary breakfast was amazing Omelette counter was super efficient and made some good omelettes

Teresa Baker

Love this hotel, very clean The staff is friendly, food and drinks are great Shuttle to airport runs every 30 minutes

The only Downfall was long-term parkingWhen I called Hilton they quoted me 1000 per night for parking even with me staying the night before my flight I went online and found a parking offer by a 3rd party that was much cheaper, and you don’t even have to stay at this location

If you have kids under 40” skip this place and check into the Great Wolf I attended a conference but kids were too small for slides One person maximum going down slides and 300# weight limit(was no where near limit)

Had a three year old that loves slides but he wouldn’t go down by himself like you can at Great Wolf Reception/Staff was not very knowledgeable about water park kept referencing the map Guidelines do not list a one at a time rule Tons of cute things in hotel for kids but posted notes that they are for pictures only, no climbing/touching Two kid meals on menu Again had to reference website for more options Indoor pool is part of a spa and people getting spa stuff done groan on kids actually playing Outdoor pool is hot Weather was over a hundred Nothing inside hotel was for kids except a tiny place you could paint a small cheap canvas or put something together Great wolf is literally next door Valet is high if you don’t use it I will definitely stay at Great Wolf next time and use valet to park Three hour wait on dinner was insane I wish I had known

Glenda Delling

Absolutely fantastic! Everyone was super nice and helpful So many things to do! The shuttles to see the shows were great and the drivers were super cool! My only complaint is that we did not get our room cleaned the last two days we were there and our coffee supplies had run out I called the front desk and they delivered more coffee after about a 30 minute wait

I really need my coffee in the morning! I guess I should have called the night before but I was too exhausted from all the fun!

NeverMask Beauty

Stayed here and found our room ready early, which was quite nice Room was clean overall with comfortable & fluffy beds (2-queens), plenty of towels, high pressure shower and not far from elevator Service is super friendly too, here! The hotel is beautiful all over with it’s spacious gardens, water fountains, coffee shops and more

Four tickets for their water park were included which was awesome great water park with slides, zip lining, splash pad and more! I highly recommend it, even if it’s just for a nice walk around the hotel and having a refreshing cup of coffee with a loved one! 🌺🍃

I was very happy at the hotel with my overall stay I was not happy with my experience at the bistro Most days I was waiting for several minutes before I was greeted, then when I was greeted, I could tell I was an inconvenience

The young lady was rude to me, including no eye contact or thank you I thanked her for helping with my order as I know sometimes I change my mind, but she let me know she was annoyed with meNext time I’ll go to the local Starbucks, like she recommended 😌However, I absolutely loved my room and OMG Gina was so great and funny too! 😂😂There was also a young man in housekeeping that was doing such a great job! Super upbeat and friendly!! 😉😁Wonderful location with a beautiful view! Will stay again🌻🌻

Especially Nicole We were cheerfully greeted, as we came and went, by guest services, kitchen staff (great to begin each day with a smile at breakfast) and housekeeping staff Several went out of their way to accommodate our special needs The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever experienced The room was clean and comfortable well designed one of the best accessible rooms we’ve stayed in We look forward to our next visit

I absolutely love this location, very friendly staff, easy check in, breakfast was served from 6-10am and I like that, being I wake up a little later so it gave my family time to get to breakfast The location has a store within walking distance where you can grab necessities or groceries I love the Town Center! This Hampton was a great experience while we were in the process of moving The rooms are big and nice, the front desk staff were all attentive and friendly, the location is good, the water pressure and temp were good, and it had great amenities, solar shades and window treatmentsI’d like to especially commend Ingrid who runs the daily breakfast buffet – we stayed for nearly two weeks while in the process of moving, and her great breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay / experience the whole time

Beautiful inviting ambience and lovely rooms (Please see full review) I was accommodated with an early check-in And later, my room was quickly switched after having some noise disturbance

‘Fee’ at the front desk showed compassion and helped in both instancesThe downside – When I booked my room online, I was given an option to buy breakfast vouchers After checking in and receiving the vouchers, I asked for the breakfast time and menu I was directed to the restaurant (Sky Creek Kitchen) to get more information They were clueless So I asked them to please call my room when they find outBy the morning no one called Around 10 amI went down to eat, and staff said my breakfast voucher must be for Easter brunch, referring me to the special menu I told her that I didn’t purchase a holiday dining experience She had me follow her to get information, and eventually I was redirected to the dining manager After showing her the voucher, the manager said continental breakfast was over at 9:30 The day prior, I was told breakfast either ended at 10:30 or 11, but no one knew? Tracy apologized for all of the misleading confusion, and said “they hold themselves to more professional standards” She quickly bagged a continental breakfast to-go, pastries and a yogurt parfait Megan at the front desk helped resolve it I had to speak to SEVERAL people both days about breakfast alone This was totally unacceptable No one followed up with meWhen I initially booked the room online, it gave me the option to pay an extra charge, including breakfast for two I did it for the convenience In the end, it was a HUGE inconvenience I won’t do it again I had to speak to several people before I received a simple breakfast that I already paid for

The hotel is very nice The lobby looks great and the rooms are well appointed My only complaint would be at check-in the person was cold at best

If you’re not happy with your job don’t get a job where you work with customersOutside of that it was a great hotel

I absolutely loved this hotel It had really pretty decor in the main areas The shower was also so comfortable and the room was really nice and clean

My only “complaint” was that the restaurant kitchen was slow It took a while for food to come out but I know a lot of places are having staffing issues so it was no big deal Just leave yourself time I would 100% stay here if I come to the area again
