W Dallas is an interesting place! It’s in the heart of South town and so it is surrounded by many restaurants and bars There were so many cool places to eat around the hotel which made finding food that much easier The rooms are pretty standard with nice finishes and the beds were comfortable

The pillows were a bust but that’s pretty typical for a hotel in my book! And the pool closes pretty early on weekdays and so we didn’t get to experience the pool The gym was really nice and on the top floor and so it’s fun to look out over the city while you work out We ate at the restaurant just off the lobby and had a burger and a kale Caesar salad… Both were extremely delicious! The staff was friendly and accommodating and I really appreciated the lack of COVID-19 precautions! It’s time to be done with those!! Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Dallas!

Anjala Ferguson (finergyglobal1)

The service was great! They have a restaurant inside They do have a slight dress code Hotel has a Nice decor

I didn’t like how the shower is out in open If someone opens door to come in room you could possibly just be getting out of shower and all the come in see you These aren’t good rooms if you have children Room does have an older safe in wall It is a decent size No microwave in room Great view Our phone had to much static when needing to call front desk The pool was lovely design The workout room was very nice Wonderful equipment Up to date equipment

Keith Kelly

This was a great hotel for my stay The beds were so comfortable, I felt like I was in heaven The rooms are so clean, and the large rooms have a living room, dining room, and the bathrooms are amazing

I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future The staff members are very kind, and the restaurants are a great place to eat The parking is a bit of a pain you valet The garage is not free, and it can be quite expensive Its right downtown so not many places to park except in the garage

Very accommodating staff and good service After using the shower in my room, there was an overwhelming sewer smell that got in the room I called the front desk and they moved my wife and I into another room and gave us an upgrade for the trouble

No fuss no issues Was in a new room within 20 minutes In a nice location in uptown Dallas

Jessica McBurney

We attended the Bridgerton Inspired Brunch

run by Louis Ford what an experience!!! From the cocktails to the fresh brewed tea to scones and tea sandwiches everything was perfect! Endless champagne and treated like the Duke & Duchess themselves the live music was incredible- everything was perfect Highly recommend attending an event here

Jene Ebest

Decent hotel with a beautiful lobby At one point we were locked in our room as door was stuck, had to call the front desk Resort fee not included in price of room which is a bit much for a hotel in Dallas which is not a resort area

Luxury hotel so expected expensive but then add parking and resort fee Won’t be staying here again, just wasn’t worth the cost when there wasn’t even a bartender at the pool, that’s not very resort feeling

Overall the hotel is fair at best The hotel is fairly new and is very well decorated and appointed The on-site restaurants and rooftop lounges are very nice

The rooms themselves are nicely decorated The bathrooms are very spacious and the showers are hot and have a good pressure However for this price point there are a few things that are important to note One the valet service is horrible The price quoted within the app is $39 but in fact the price is actually $49 plus tax The service is extremely slow not sure if it’s because the parking is far or if it’s a staff issue But be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for your vehicle It is recommended that you request a vehicle well in advance of your departure Second we booked a regular king room and in the description it stated it had a desk and a chair in our room had neither Once again at this price point even their basic room should have at least a chair and someplace to write with Overall if you have business in the downtown area I would recommend this hotel, but if your trip to Dallas takes you other parts of the city there are far more higher quality hotels in the area of customer service, especially in the Uptown area of the city

Frank Chen

Great service, great location and great space and decor Stayed in a corner suite and the room was large and had beautiful mid-century modern decor Staff was super professional and went out of their way to ensure you had a great stay

Rooftop pool was very nice, although I didn’t get a chance to go into the water as it was surprisingly chilly The mini bar was surprisingly affordable, which was honestly the biggest shock

Jerold Varghese

Excellent experience!Check in was a very friendly and informative experience We got a room upgrade that gave us a good view on the pool and other building around us The room was very nice and cozy

There was a wedding party at the hotel the same day we checked in so room service was delayedBreakfast was good pool was perfect drinks were good overall an excellent experience Would definitely visit again

Very nice hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and very comfortable We loved the view and the location put us within walking distance of everything we wanted to do on our weekend trip I only dinged them a star because they don’t service the rooms at any time during your visit

Having to remember to request towels, coffee cups, etc, every day was annoying

Christine

I was nearly scared out of staying by some of the reviews but I’m glad I wasn’t It’s a beautiful hotel and really central within Dallas The room was clean and well decorated

The blackout curtains are very effective The closet was huge and generally the room was comfortable Check out and check in were also really easy My only complaint is that there seemed to be no heating in the rooms because it was rather cold I would not recommend bringing a car because it is valet only and the valet is expensive but other than that it’s a great hotel experience

Ronda Martin

This is definitely our go to hotel Downtown Dallas Each time we stayed we are amazed the service is the best The valet goes over and above to make checking on and checking out easy and they are very helpful while we are here

The front desk and the other employees always have a smile and make sure we are satisfied Thank you Magnolia for being accommodating to our situations!!

I was greeted by an employee hard at work with linens He was extremely kind and had amazing customer service While checking in I mentioned the reason for my trip was for my husbands birthday and I booked the room for us

Our concierge upgraded our room with a great view His effort to go above and beyond did not fall on an ungrateful heartWe took the glass elevator to our room and recorded the ride on our Snapchat accounts and our friends immediately wanted to know where we were, loving the luxury details this beautiful hotel has to offer The fountains leading to the lower level were beautiful and clean! We went to our room and were not disappointed The bed was AMAZING! We had the best nights sleep we have had in a long time on the ultra clean and comfortable bed The restroom was immaculately clean and I loved the lighted vanity mirror Over all our experience was amazing We will definitely be returning and staying again in the future! I appreciate all the hard work the hotel employees put in to maintain a beautiful/trendy atmosphere 💖

Rio Ramirez

Valet was sweet, quick, & friendly even late at night which is refreshing Stephanie, our valet driver, is a hard worker and gets the job done With this heat they need some fans out there so it’s not too hot for them

The lobby is beautiful & employees were attentive, you won’t have to wait on elevators, and the corridors on each floor are stylish in ambiance but still well-lit All around a great experience & would definitely stay again

Nicole Cook

Valet was kind, quick, & friendly even late at night which is refreshing The lobby is beautiful & employees were attentive, you won’t have to wait on elevators, & the corridors on each floor are stylish in ambiance but still well-lit In the room the bed is comfortable & sleeps well though I would prefer softer sheets at this price point, showers are nice with both a rain shower & a handheld, the windows are a little cloudy so the view of the city is beautiful albeit a bit distorted

The door to the pool deck & gym is giving platform 9 3/4 vibes because it’s very inconspicuous at the end of a hallway, so don’t miss it! :)All around a great experience & would definitely stay again

My husband and I just had a wonderful stay here! Our room was clean and quiet The decor was modern and beautiful The AC was cold (thank goodness because it was 113 degrees outside)! The bed and pillows were comfortable

The staff is so friendly and accommodating The location of the hotel couldn’t be better! So close to everything! We will definitely stay here again!

Yvette Arriaga

I went to Dallas for a quick stay, and the Highland was the perfect spot to relax We ate the best dinner at Knife Steakhouse, located inside the hotel I also had a massage at the Spa right before check out that was perfect, and the sauna was super clean

It was too cold to get into the pool, but I did walk by it, and it was super clean The hotel and valet staff were lovelyI would stay here again because I had such a great experience, and it’s a plus they allow dogs 10/10

Pat Goaley

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary It is a great location though the first time it will be hard to find the turn into the drivewayKnife is a great restaurant for breakfast and dinner

Be aware you can order a half of a saladWe stayed in 719 a spa room with a huge spa tub with shower Be aware that it is a huge climb over the side to take a shower with only the towel rack as a hand rail The room has a refrigerator and coffee maker The only over head lights are in the bath and in the sitting area on the other side of the room The bed has 2 lights on the stands but it is pretty dim at night The desk had 2 open wall outlets for chargingThe staff were great though they did not inform us that the restaurant was closed Mon and Tues due to a lack of staff and for that I took a star away No options were given though there is coffee and tea in the atriumValet only 31dollarsRoom was clean and comfortable with a king bed

Location: 5/5 – The location is walkable to bars & several fine dining restaurantsRoom: 4/5 – The room was clean & comfortable I had one of my best sleep in a while on the very comfortable bed

However, I understand that they’re going to remodel the rooms which is much neededService: 5/5 – The service was excellent All of the staff were welcoming w/ friendly smilesAmbiance: 4/5 – The hotel & its common areas were small, didn’t feel grand

Nick Pipikios

When we arrived on Saturday night, the hotel lobby was like a nightclub And with a nightclub setting, it takes away from the luxurious feeling of the place Way too many people that were not actual guests of the hotel

So, it took away from the ambiance The room itself was good but not great I liked the foyer area in the room and the spaciousness The bar cocktails were a nice touchThe service was excellent from the front desk to the doormen and valetThe room service dinner we had was also good, but not great It was an overall good experience but not worth the price point of around $1,000 for a night

Cutest hotel ever! Everything is so beautifully designed inside and out They have a club/lounge for those who like to party and right outside they have a beautiful pool, cabanas, with food and drink services! They are pet friendly and even brought a dog bed and treats upon request I should have taken more photos but I was too busy enjoying my mini stay

I brought my friend and she said she felt like we flew to another city The garden outside by the jacuzzi is so gorgeous They also have an upscale restaurant downstairs called the Commons Club I need to come back and explore the rest of the hotel but I was in awe with all of the amenities and beautiful views I will DEFINITELY be back!!

Review for Common Club restaurant on the ground floor, not a review on the hotel Very pretty restaurant, excellent outdoor patio Food was nothing, special but it was tasty

Bagel board had very soft buttery bagels The chicken from the chicken and waffles had a unique and delicious seasoning The servers were very nice but they just did not have enough staff We waited too too long for our drinks, several rounds Once we were done eating we hung around to take pictures, like I said very pretty restaurant Oh and the bartender, I believe his name was Troy, super cool Recommend you sit at the bar for a bit

I have mixed feelings about this hotel because of two small things that made a big impact on me Here’s the good firstGood:-Very, very clean-Super nice staff

One of them noticed my toddler frowning and rushed to offer her a glow stick It worked! She was smiling again in seconds-Love the balcony option The view was great!-The rooftop bar was coolBad:-The cable on the TV was messed up leaving us very few channels to watch without a working TV guide and they didn’t have smart TVs which seems pretty lame for a hotel at this price point I’ve had nicer TVs at a Garden Inn This seems petty but I really wanted to watch TV-The bed was so hard that I woke up 6 times in the night uncomfortable and clutching at pillows to tuck under myself

Launi Stoepel

I really wanted to love our one night stay here, but some significant issues left us unable to feel that wayPros — Valet service is EXCELLENT! Extremely friendly, kind and accommodating I cannot recall the name of our valet when we stayed, but that man can work with people unlike anyone I have ever seen

What an absolute gem!- Stylish & comfortable! Great aesthetic and design, timeless and modern without being overly style Bed was delightful and AC in room worked perfectly!-Plenty of space! Our room had lots of storage surfaces and areas, very well done!-Excellent location! Located centrally near plenty of resources-Very dog friendly! Love the nearby dog park and the strip of grass immediately outside of the front entrance for taking pets for walks-Staff! Overall very friendly and helpful!Cons — No Hot Water In the less than 24 hours we were here, we never had true *hot* waterit only just got warm enough to be tolerable for a REALLY quick shower, and nothing more We could not figure it out and did not have time to ask the front desk to change rooms or to have someone try to fix it Huge disappointment considering just how muggy it was outside resulting in us needing to shower several times during our stay-Dirty room Visible stains on carpet and chaise lounger, splatter marks on floor around the toilet Unfortunately, I dropped something in the shower that got lodged between the piece of tile that covers the drain and the wallI had to pry that cover up and it was my biggest regret because it immediately became apparent that housekeeping DOES NOT clean that part and it was repulsive with all of the hair and goodness knows what else lodged in it and under it Nightmare material-Low Quality Fixtures & Finishes Handheld shower did not stay in place and kept spinning and falling each time we turned it onresulting in getting soaked while fully dressed Sliding door between bedroom and bathroom/entry area seems to stick/be jammed and was very difficult to maneuver-Refrigerator Did Not Refrigerate Loved the concept of the pull-out/drawer fridge, however, did not love that it did not keep our items truly coldonly just barely cooler than room temp We did not feel safe eating the leftovers we had stored in because it was so “warm”-Front Desk Unable to Meet Request We requested a room as far away from the elevator as possible, and instead were given the room closest to it Very light sleepers and did not enjoy this aspectOverall a decent stay, but maintenance and housekeeping need to step it up in my opinion We hope to visit in the future and be able to entirely enjoy our stay in each aspect!

Kim Davitt

Great staff Especially Stacey the valet/ porter Actually everyone was friendly and helpful

Rooms comfortable with great beds Location is very cool Easy walk to many eateries and shopping Rooftop bar fantastic with overlook to downtown Nice outside seating too Very comfortable hotel with modern conveniences that are warm and pleasant Really well thought out planning!!! We will be back

My husband and I were hoping to have a relaxing time by the pool for our anniversary weekend and were greatly disappointed We almost got charged to enter the rooftop pool area (Waterproof) until we showed the staff our wristbands (they didn’t even ask if we had any, they just automatically told us it would be $25 to enter) Honestly, not sure the point of the wristbands though because the pool was completely packed, and you had to reserve/pay for seating near it

We decided to try the other pool which A) turns out to be the actual hotel guest pool and B) we only knew existed because our room was facing it I’m not sure which pool was worse? This was basically an apartment complex pool: lounge area, plenty of seating and cabanas (that’s a plus), a covered area for grilling (?), no bar/service, no view, they were out of towels, and you lose sun at like 3:30pm I politely informed the front desk we were not expecting this and that I didn’t see any events listed on the hotel site prior to booking We are obviously stuck there now for 2 nights and it was too late to book something else… I was told that this is a “public hotel,” that it’s “packed almost every weekend” and the events aren’t posted on the site because they are not sponsored by the hotel I was told there wasn’t really anything to be done about it but they would have the manager contact me That was Saturday, I have not yet heard from them We ended up checking out early and purchasing resort passes to The Omni’s pool

Nicole Swart

First, the good: Very nice hotel Very clean, great amenities, and overall a fun vibe Location was very convenient too

The bad: the parking is a bit of a walk and it’s not easy to be able to park by the lobby to get your bags in without having to haul them in from the far away parking lot Overall I’d stay again, but the parking thing is definitely good to know

Brynn Smith

This has been one of the most impressive Hilton stays we’ve had in a while I’d compare it to the service we have received at the Conrad in DC

Check-in process was fluid Since we are Diamond members we were given a great room upgrade, bottled water, and chocolate bars by Luis who was very welcoming He was very thorough in explaining all that the Statler had to offer from restaurants to amenities The room provided the perfect getaway we envisioned I always base my opinion of where we stay on three things: The bathroom, the view, and the quality of sleep The bathroom shower and tub were amazing! Great water pressure! The bed was one of the few hotel beds that I’ve found myself wanting to sleep in on So comfortable! Dallas isn’t too far from where we live, but we will definitely return for a stay-cation in the future!

Unfortunately the front hotel rooms are not really cold and my A/C did not work , I called front desk but they only offered a fan, never to move my room until the 3rd day of sleeping in the hot room, I had to remind them to send someone to fix the A/C on the second day, they came but could not fix On the third day they moved me to the larger hotel in the rear and that room was nicer and the A/C worked Would have been nice to be moved as soon as I arrived

Over all the hotel resort is nice The water park is nice And Yes I am a diamond member so they could have been moved sooner Probably wouldn’t stay there again, next time I’ll chose a different hotel since we travel for work often

I stayed here for a convention The convention itself was good However, the hotel is a large facility that is very dark and cavernous

I stayed for 2 nights and never had any warm water for a shower and the staff was not overly helpful or friendly In fact, housekeeping never cleaned my room even after multiple requests For the money, I would recommend staying somewhere else

The hotel lobby is quite lovely A lot of beautiful sculptures and greenery Some tranquil sitting areas surrounded by flowing water and beautiful plants

A very vibrant, beautiful light sculpture hangs from the ceiling illuminating the dark hallways on the way to the rooms Once inside the room however, leaves something less than to be desired I’ve seen and slept in way more beautiful and comfortable rooms at 25 star hotels for a fraction of the cost I had an exhausting day upon my check in, and I did so around midnight- there was a long, slow line with maybe 2 or 3 employees working to get everyone checked in and on their way One thing that I thoroughly do not agree with, and believe that for the amount of money I’m paying to stay at this hotel, the least they could provide is free parking for paying guests I paid $25 for 8 hours of parking In my absolute honest opinion, unless you’re here to vacation at their summer water resort, take your money elsewhere

Incredible views, nicely kept stellar rooms, glass elevators, dining and more will be found here at this beautiful downtown Dallas location We stayed in room 1056 which has beautiful views of the city during the day, and the coolest lit hotels at night! The Hyatt Regency is a beautiful hotel The atrium leading down to the Texas Star is a site to see

Our room was clean and the restrooms were freshly caulked Rooms contain an iron, refrigerator, and hand held driers A microwave can be found downstairs, but are not in individual rooms The mirrors and lights are beautiful and provide indirect lighting for each guest room The Reunion Tower is gorgeous to view or to go up into and see the best views in Dallas, especially at night This hotel offers a variety of conference rooms for all kinds of meetings and events From ballrooms to basic meeting rooms this hotel has it all Beautiful lights and chandeliers are seen around this hotel Certainly worth a visit Up to date and beautiful hotel

This is by far my worst hotel experience The hotel may sit in downtown but there are no restaurants, shops, etc located around the hotel

It sits off in its own little corner Part of the excitement and appeal to staying downtown was the access to explore My fault on choosing this locationSecondly, I paid a large amount to valet only to wait forever for access to my vehicle Ultimately, I had to ask for my keys and go get my own car Now, understand the expense of self-parking vs valet is not a huge difference so why not benefit from valet The room service was not accessible, as neededThirdly, the room is old and furniture is worn Items are not clean The list could go on After a long day of traveling this is not what I wanted to walk in to Overall, I will not return to this hotel One stay is more than enough!

I stayed at the Hyatt for an event that was being held at the hotel It was mostly quite positive with one negativeFirst the good: The people were wonderful and very helpful

There was a nice variety of restaurants, and even the food choices at the event were very good The rooms were quite nice, very clean and had a great view to the south overlooking the freeways (which I prefer to just looking at buildings) The HVAC system was pretty good, keeping the room cool There was also plenty of hot waterOne downside to the rooms: The vinyl covering around the bed frames and on the walls above the beds were dry rotted and flaking Every night before bed I had to sweep the flakes of vinyl that were all over the nicely made bed That really detracted from my experience I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for that

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay They compare thousands of booking web sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in the area

I have been staying here for years If you decide to stay here you won’t be disappointedThis is the only hotel I will now stay at in Dallas We booked a suite and it was above and beyond all expectations The staff from valet to front desk was exceptional The room was immaculate and gorgeous We stayed in the original wing and had a direct view of the giant eye ball I cannot recommend this hotel enough

Prof C

We chose the Joule for our Anniversary and our expectations were far surpassed Upon check-in we were given an upgraded room due to a scheduling complication but it would be an understatement to suggest the upgrade selected for us was warranted

nay, the hotel manager went well above our expectations to remedy the situation Regarding the hotel, it was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and the room was magnificent Additionally, each element of the hotel experience was brilliantly executed During our stay we utilized valet, sipped drinks by the pool, toasted champagne in the room, and ate breakfast on the terrace; each element served with a care for a customer appreciation generally unrealized by most in the industryI would return and I would highly recommend any friend of mine to stay at the Joule

Sarah Ortiz Shields

We chose The Joule for a birthday celebration trip to Dallas and were not disappointed The Lead Concierge, Nick, helped me arrange a few special somethings for our trip Check in was easy with the valet, and staff were friendly when checking in

When we mentioned we missed the Eyeball last time were were in town, the front desk ensured that we had a corner room overlooking the park and Eyeball The room was very comfortable, the bed was luxurious and soft We had an excellent stay and will definitely be back

We have stayed at this hotel many times before The last time we were here, there was no valet service; self-parking was just fine and, actually, preferable Now, they are back to charging $30 per day for it, but the service is slow

There never seems to be enough valet staff The TV remote was needing batteries, and the bathroom’s electric plug didn’t work Our first morning there I requested maid service for our room and was told that I should have ordered that a day ahead How was I supposed to know that? I was to check in with the front desk upon arrival Requests must be made a day ahead However, the front desk was not staffed when we arrived, and I used the hotel’s app to check in and get my room key Perhaps, the app should have a “request housekeeping” tab When you pay $200+ a night, one doesn’t expect to have to go down to the lobby to get fresh towels I look forward to the day when the hospitality industry moves past Covid protocols and returns to full service in all aspects

My wife and I stayed here the weekend of March 4-6 It was a getaway to watch my nephew play baseball and the following Monday was a very difficult surgery so we just wanted a quick getaway We arrived Friday night checked in everything was good Saturday morning we realized our coffee pot did not work So I went to the front desk and an hour later a new one was brought up

Then while showering we noticed that the drain was clogged and water actually flows out the top of the shower floor tile border We made the best of it and as we left I spoke to the front desk and she assured me it would be taken care of immediately We arrive back Saturday night to shower and prepare for the evening nothing had been done in the shower No housekeeping had picked up the wet towels that we used to mop up the water Just a blatant disregard for customer serviceOn the way out to dinner I mentioned it again and to make a long story short it was fixed that evening We checked out Sunday morning I asked to speak to a hotel manager and was told there was not one available and since then I have called the hotel four times and left messages and never been called back and was even told that the hotel manager/Director does not take customer calls I did not want to write this review but since no one Will return my correspondence I found I have no choice Very disappointing way to spend an important weekend

I’ve stayed here multiple times on business trips I always enjoy this location Exactly what you expect from a Hilton

Clean Modern Professional Decent food Great location Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants Rooms are quiet Try and the Gem juice place just down the block Very good smoothies! And look at the Avocado toast from the hotel restaurant!

This hotel was very clean and the location was great Very close to the North Park Center shops/mall One small thing I wish we had known in advance- the bathroom doors are a barn door style and do not close completely or offer much in the way of privacy

This is probably fine if you’re staying in a room with family, but with non-family you might prefer to be able to shut the door completely There is a large gap on each side of the door so others can see/hear/smell directly into the bathroom Thankfully no one in our room was super modest, but it was a bit awkward

Avoid this hotel or it will cost you I booked a stay here when my father and I flew into Dallas to visit my son When we arrived we were abruptly told they didn’t have a room for us because of a known system glitch and we needed to go to the Hampton Inn next door

I was charged a no show fee of $19781 the next day This was on 6/25 It’s now 8/12 and I still haven’t received a refund for the cancellation fee Additionally the Hampton Inn cost me over $310 additional to what my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn would have been I attempted to email the hotel manager and have not received a response I contacted Hilton Corporate and they failed to respond as well Here I am out over $500 because of their known system glitch and I can’t get a response or my money back This is not how you treat your guests period!

Brady Traywick

DO NOT STAY HERE!My catalytic converter was stolen while parked at their front door They cannot protect your property even with a security guard The GM even admitted this was not the first time this has happened at the property

There is a reason why all their doors require key card access This is not a good area to stay for the aforementionedAs a Diamond Member, I stay often with Hilton properties This was my most expensive stay! While empathetic, they do NOT take responsibility for a repeated problem This trip cost me over $5k Skip this property and find a safer option

The Fairmont was amazing From our arrival, we were treated like VIP Valet helped us out of the car and with our luggage

The luggage was promptly brought to our room and unloaded We were brought ice as well We were taken by the shuttle service long as it was within 2 miles The pool was relaxing and really nice The staff was very attentive Room was very clean and had comfortable beds Again upon leaving, valet loaded up our luggage and couldn’t be nicer We will definitely stay here again

Vic Vic

I was setting up a wedding reception The staff seemed decent, if you’re a private vendor the kitchen staff can be upsetting but some were okay Other contractors had a more negative experience but for the most part the overall experience was a 4

They do have nice rooms where they host very nice extravagant parties and such If i was here for leisure and for business I would hope to rate better than a 5 but until I can afford to have a all out party in one of there rooms it will only get a 3 star And they do have valet parking or 7 dollar parking a 4 min walk around the corner They have Starbucks inside, a souvenir shop in side, a snickers Is 4 bucks Bottle of soda 6 bucks Deodorant 6 bucks for small But its conveniently made available and in stock

Brian Johnson

Beautiful, although the room we got was quite small (and the price was very high), with wonderful amenities and highly professional staff Romantic upscale atmosphere and exceptionally cleanThe self-parking situation was slightly confusing at first and we encountered several issues with their payment system for the parking deck (including at least one too many “overnight parking” charges)The infinity pool was absolutely one of the highlights of this hotel, it was HUGE with the perfect view of the hotel and Dallas skyline

It was breathtaking, just a little overcrowded when we went (around 9pm)All in all, it was a gorgeous experience and I believe it was fairly priced for what you get Worth it if you’re trying to decide where to stay in Dallas

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you won’t be disappointedFrom the time we arrived at the place and service was awesome! Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful The rooms were very clean spacious and nice! We spent some time at the pool it was a great place to be and hang out We will definitely stay here again!

John Crenshaw Jr.

Rooms are cozy; outlets are positioned inconveniently but doable; self parking is tight and tricky; location is convenient, elevators are fast and secure but can become crowded during seminar/convention season Toilet/sink water pressure for the room I had at the time was low but shower pressure was good Love the “card key in the slot near the door for power” feature

Advice: bring your own water/snacks Good hotel overall

This hotel is amazing! The service is spectacular Very top notch The valet drivers are extremely kind and helpful

The front desk was very accommodating I asked about parking near the Majestic Hotel and they printed out specifics on where I should park The hotel restaurant was delicious and the bar was a great experience We also ordered room service and it was delivered within 20 minutes The pool was clean and neat with iced cold waters and plenty of chairs and umbrellas Pool side service is quick We loved our experience and we will be back

I had stayed at The Mansion before the renovation, and, at the time, was so impressed by the staff and experience The only downside of that visit was that the rooms were a little past their prime It was still very comfortable, just not as luxurious as the rest of the stay

I was so excited to stay this time, knowing that the rooms and bathrooms had been renovated I had high expectations, and I was blown away!! I think this is in the top 3 hotels I have stayed in, and I’ve stayed in some of the world’s best They are comfortable, luxurious, and elegant

TC “BTSeeYa”

Might be the best customer service experience I’ve ever had anywhere for anything No exaggerationThe hotel was so well-designed, and the staff was so happy and thoughtful, that I literally felt like a better person after leaving here

I was in for a small gathering event for Humane Society donors and they made us feel like VIPs I’m basically demanding we stay here again, whenever there’s another event in Dallas

Pros: Nice common areas including the pool, patio, and dining room Loved the modern aesthetic and decor throughout the hotel The bathroom was nice and updated with a beautiful shower and plenty of counter space

Comfortable king bed Large TV Room had a fridge, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer I felt my car was safe due to cameras around the buildingCons: There was no microwave in the room so we had to go down to the lobby each time to heat up our meals The check in experience was slightly stressful as we booked through Priceline and our room was never actually booked in the system The manager was able to make sure we got a room for the weekend

K C

Retro coolSometimes that’s hard to do without going overboard to the retro side The Beeman doesn’t try to be overtly retro but rather has some retro touches to keep it interesting

It’s like the Dean Martin of hotels, knows it’s cool and doesn’t have to try Great pool area Nicely appointed bar facilities The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable with a definite nod toward using sustainable products

Chelsey Ryner

We have stayed here twice now It has always been nice and clean and everyone so far seems to be friendly The location is perfect

The issues we had was one morning a child (and his family) was screaming in the hallway at 730am (not the hotel’s fault)but the only issue with the hotel is we requested a late check out of 1 o’clock We got the okay from two people at the front desk We get a knock on the door at 11:01 asking when we would be leaving This irritated me a bit as we had our DO NOT DISTURB sign on the handle and they could have at least called the front desk to check with them rather than waking us up After telling the person who knocked when we were leaving, I called down to the office to be sure we weren’t being charged for an extra night and we were assured that we weren’t and they would let the staff know 5 min after the phone call, we get ANOTHER knock from another employee asking us when we were leavingWe got so annoyed with it all we just packed up and left earlier That put a damper on things as we booked this to relax a bit and needed the extra time to unwindReally want to go back, but a little put off Otherwise, the hotel is a good place
