The rooms are overrated It stayed hot in there No air or fan in the bathroom

We had to take cool showers so we wouldn’t suffocate, in doing that, we had low water pressure The servers in the lounge kept disappearing We had to go find them every time we needed somethingThe whole hotel smelled so great I loved it It was clean and beautifulThe employees were very nice and helpful

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel They compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area

They always remember us and provide the most impeccable care during our visits! I highly recommend this property, the ambiance and amazing staff ensure we always return!

I would highly recommend the Four Seasons in Georgetown The staff is so amazing and the Concierges is out of this world They helped us get tickets to all the places that we wanted to go around town and went above and beyond on places that didn’t have availability to try to get us tickets

Also the rooms are incredible! I can’t say enough about the service and the quality of the hotel

Betsy Juhasz

My daughter’s wedding was at the Four Seasons I have never had such exceptional service The food was beyond amazing, and the attention to detail was perfect

Excellent and unique service I enjoyed one of the best Birthdays of my life at this Hotel From the reception right up to the BLT restaurant, everything was top class and top notch

My server for the day; “Jaime, I’ll never forget you in a moment Thank you”This is the place if you’re looking for a Great Venue for your event!Recommend!

Joe Bellofatto

In our first stay at the Trump International in Washington, DC, my wife and I were spoiled the moment we arrived From the valet service, to the door man to the hotel staff, our visit was perfection The interior lobby area is beautiful (as is the building itself) and despite our plans to try local spots for a last drink and bite to eat, we instead rested in the hotel’s lounge and ordered from the menu at Benjamin’s Bar due to the terrific food and relaxing atmosphere

On our first night we dined at the hotel’s restaurant (BLT) and we weren’t disappointed with the choice as the meal was delicious and the service top rate We loved our room and all the little extras found waiting for us there No, I wasn’t paid to write this and I have no financial stake in the hotel In our travels my wife and I have stayed at some fine hotels, be they Marriott, Hilton or Regency, and despite how wonderful some of them were, the Trump International surpasses them all, easily

Hotel is in a great location, 05 miles from union station which makes it convenient Check in was seamless and were surprised to find out our room had been ready

The room was nice, a tad outdated for Hyatt standards Water pressure was good, room was nice and cool, beds comfortable The hotel does offer concierge for bags just in case you have a weird flight and still want to explore Staff at the front of the hotel were friendly, but could’ve offer recommendations on foodstuff Overall great stay, but was surprised to find out that what you pay online, is not the final bill I was charged an additional 190 during my stay Made it frustrating as I’ve never experienced such before

Maureen Jackson

Staff were beyond friendly and always smiling Made our stay very enjoyable Rooms were clean and so quiet

The restaurant was awesome from the breakfast to dinner We ate a few times in restaurant and the wait staff remembered us and made it very homey Quality of food was excellent Never had a bad meal Best hotel experience for us in a long time Within easy walking distance of the mall

Eric Hawkins

Unfortunately, I was not impressed with pur stay here The beds were spring mattresses and awfully uncomfortable The refrigerator in the room was barely large enough for our daughter’s medications

While the breakfast served in the restaurant was amazing, it is not a full-time restaurant With DC being a tourist attraction, we were arriving back to the hotel at odd hours and, often, prepared food was not available We opted once to purchase sandwiches and chips from the gifts hope for lunch and were disappointed by both the taste and the price We were hoping for a view of the city and were again disappointed to see that we could only see the skylight of the lobby from our room Valet is NOT complimentary and will run a guest ~$60 per night in addition to your room rate We stayed at two Hampton Inn and Suites during our drive up and home and both of these hotels beat the Hyatt in all areas hands down! If you want to see crackheads, this hotel has plenty just outside the building on all sides toking up in plain view do not recommend

Best hotel in GeorgetownI love the charm of this hotel right in the heart of everything The friendliest staff and impeccable service and luxurious accommodations while steps away from shopping and more dining options

The library/reception area is a cozy and elegant pace for a nightcap or to lounge The rooftop offers a fantastic view of the cityscape and is a great for private functions or if you need a peaceful place to hang out

Jay Gif

Staff were friendly and helpful Valet offered to keep Tesla charged overnight which was great! The room was THE quietest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in (no HVAC noise at all) Bed was comfortable, bathroom nice although some paint bubbling in ceiling

The rooftop spa and bar looked amazing but too cold to enjoy Deducted a star for value, was very expensive and just didn’t quite deliver what I felt it should at that price

Tania Ferguson

The Rosewood DC is remarkably disappointing More expensive than comparable rooms at the Ritz or Four Seasons, there are essentially no luxury amenities The pool is the size of two hot tubs

Sadly, Cut the restaurant had a kitchen fire and therefore there is no way to get anything to eat at the hotel I had to go grocery shopping They did not offer any discount for this inconvenience The did make the minibar complementary except for liquor…and there is essentially nothing to eat in the minibar The room is incredibly small and the bathroom hard to manage in its size The “partial canal view” is just a brick wall One must stand to look out the window if water is to be seen-and only then with great focus More accurately this is a brick wall view There is no spa, the fitness facility is smaller than a bathroom with no modern equipment in it except a single peleton bike with bad pedals The fitness facility is a really big disappointment-I’ve had to find a gym to go work out at So I’ve had to leave the premises for food, workout, spa services…It’s a travesty to the Rosewood brand They should close the hotel and renovate, modernize-or drop the prices to reflect the current facade

I stayed at the Conrad DC for a weekend and I was thoroughly impressed When I first arrived the valet, bellhop and the check in staff were all extremely friendly, and professional They made me and my family feel extremely welcome

At check in the staff recognized my Diamond status and gave me a room on a high floor with a beautiful view of the park When we first arrived, there were minor issues but Rebekah Roberts (hands down the best staff member we encountered) was extremely helpful The room and hotel were clean, modern, and spacious I will definitely not hesitate to stay at the Conrad the next time I’m visiting DC

Mike Finn

This is our very first time staying here Lovely customer service, the rooms are very clean and comfortable We had a corner room it was really nice

Bathrooms are literally stunning The lotion and soaps are of top quality The gym was awesome no one there and pretty good size for hotel gym——Oh yea the estuary is incredible food, order up or sit in – they do require mask in common areas and upon walking in to check in… I didn’t have a mask on the front desk person gently politely offered me a mask…… I mentioned to my wife how nice he was … having had very rude experiences in this matter this was a welcomed attitude If I could give this hotel 10 stars ⭐️ I’d do it We plan to look for a reason to stay here in the future 😀👍🏾

Brandon Sapienza

Conrad’s Washington DC establishment represents the pinnacle of luxury, class, and wonderful service

Not only were my most pressing needs attended to, but they were taken care of by a staff that proved how much they wanted me to enjoy my experience even for an albeit short stay The room was clean, neat, and tidy as evidenced by the TV remote placement in it’s little home, among other elements of the room The bathroom allowed me to wind down and prepare for my day with ease and comfort, something you never often receive in even the highest class of hotels Overall, I couldn’t imagine placing my head on any other pillow except a Conrad DC one, I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to visit our nation’s capitol

Everything is clean and organized to perfection! Adding to that facility is the amazing staff! So helpful and polite and willing to perform the jobs so amazingly well Proper turn down service, friendly and polite and so friendly This is the only place to stay in! The location is wonderful and extremely convenient however what makes The Hey Adams standout is the wonderful staff, attention to detail and how the hotel is maintained

Treated my sister and her husband to a stay at the Hay-Adams & it’s one of the very few times I can say that it was absolutely worth every cent Our rooms were impeccable, every member of the staff we encountered was genuinely caring, & every meal we ate was exceptional Everything exceeded my expectations

I’ve never experienced anything like it; they must go out of their way to hire the best of the best & treat them well because nothing fell short of absolute excellenceI don’t think I could ever stay anywhere else in the city It made our time in DC magical

Stayed for 5 nights 5/23/2022-5/28/2022 and it was excellent We had a standard double room Beds comfortable, plenty of outlets, large TV, very quiet

Room was spotless We even had a nice view of the Washington Monument! The staff we encountered were all wonderful We ordered room service one night and the food was very good and packaged well The location cannot be beat! It’s walking distance to just about everything depending on your stamina By the end of the trip we were pretty tired Metro station is only about 2 blocks away Smart elevators were nice! Highly recommend staying here My family of 3 had a great time

Bunny Showfety

I have now stayed here twice and enjoyed my visit to Washington Last time in September it was phenomenal Great service, very clean, and overall very relaxing

This time it everyone was nice (especially at 12 o’clock at night), but when we got to our room there were left over rose petals on the floor and smudges on the front of the sink This made me concerned about the cleanliness of the sheet, tables, etc thus making me do a scan of the rest of the room before jumping into bed Due to there being an epidemic I would only assume that cleanliness was a top priority… Otherwise I enjoyed my stay it’s great walking distance from the hotel to monuments as well as Museums

John Tucker

Great location Very nice staff I had a base room with two full-sized beds

Only concern was that my top sheet was not long enough to tuck inliterally got in bed, pulled the covers up to my chest and felt a rush of air come from the bottom of the bed Why housekeeping made the bed that was is beyond me and when I tried to tuck it in, it was too short at the top to even come within 2 or 3 feet of the top of the headboard Nice room otherwise

Worst service I’ve had in a long time – possibly ever This rating should be negative zero stars My mother is visiting from out of town (very far away) and I had planned a nice day to include afternoon tea for the both of us as a special treat

We do not get time together very often Imagine our surprise and disappointment when we arrived and the restaurant had no signs of life – closed without notice I went to the concierge desk of the Watergate and was informed it had been closed days before with no explanation and that they were sorry but the reservation must have been made through a glitch in their system The woman behind the counter was very nonchalant and not at all concerned, even when I showed her proof of my reservation Funny since I received both an email and two text reminders asking me to confirm, and was also charged for a prepaid tea service The Watergate staff did not offer any recompense, said I would have to resolve the charge to my card online, and to “try Georgetown” for something today Absolutely unacceptable! I will not be returning and will make sure to recommend against it every time I thought it would be fun to try, but there are plenty of better other and obviously better options in the area anyway I should add there were a couple of other guests in front of us who seemed extremely distraught by poor service and their rooms not being ready, so overall I would say this establishment should be passed over in every respect

Olivier Saint-Vincent

100% recommended!!If you are looking for a 5 stars ⭐️ hôtel in DC, this is the one It was perfectly located for us between Georgetown and the Mall (walking distance), and very quiet at the same time Gym, pool, jacuzzi, library, breakfast are great

You can walk by the Potomac easily… and it’s one of the best rooftop in DC The architecture is beautiful and bold The staff is very attentive and always there to help We can say that the new GM know how to make a stay unforgettable!!!

Adam Galazka

Absolutely stunning hotel Amazing location by the Potomac River Walking distance to many different stores and restaurants

Check in was great Valet parking on site for $58 a night Rooms are spacious and the most comfortable bed Some rooms do have balconies with waterviews but they are a little dirty When trying to call the front desk it took awhile for them to answer the phone Besides a couple of those negative we would definitely come back

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t regret itConvenient location, fairly close to the Smithsonian museums and national mallThe 2 queen bed (and sofa bed) room is perfect for families Service is fast and friendlyBreakfast is a bit basic but is included in your room fee which is a major plusMost of the unique amenities are closed in the cooler seasons and parking is a little pricey ($50/day) but otherwise it is a well equipped hotel

Ryan Yturriaga

Pros: Great clean rooms, access to the national mall, relatively a good part of the neighborhood Room service everyday The swimming pool is a little small for the building, and no matter how hot it gets (summer) the water is ice-cold

The room service staff are friendly and very accommodatingCons: (why the 2 stars) – it a hit or miss with the staffing Their breakfast times are 6AM-9AM so really short compared to other chain hotels If you are from the west coast, chances are you will miss the breakfast Here’s the kicker, the waitress literally swipe the food in front of us at 0905AM – instead of closing off the section, we are left just scrambling to get whatever we can get thanks to that very admirable waitress (05-31-2022 – mornings) It left a really bad taste for the 4 people left on the line without consideration at allI save about $5000 a night from Embassy Suites, but this kind of service is not worth it Consider somewhere else

Nichole Raybould

The staff is the most UNFRIENDLY I have ever experienced at a hotel We booked and prepaid for 3 nights through a 3rd party and I called the hotel the day before we were to check in to verify we were confirmed with our room as were to drive 6+ hours the following day It took 2 people on the phone and 45 minutes to “find” my reservation in their system even though we had prepaid for the room in order to get a cheaper rate

Finally they found it and said I was good to go Great We arrive the next day to check in and AGAIN, they cannot find my reservation It took 2 people and ANOTHER 45 minutes to “find” our reservation in their system They were incredibly unfriendly about it too Almost like they were waiting for us to get fed up and leave Finally, magically, it appeared and we’re good to go again With 1 night left in our stay we get a phone call from the front desk saying that we were supposed to only stay 2 nights We inform them, no, we paid for 3 nights It says right here on our confirmation and when we checked in we confirmed it was 3 nights They threatened to call the police on us because we told them we would not check out early They put my husband on hold and never came back on So in the meantime, I called the 3rd party company we booked it through and asked them to contact the hotel and confirm that yes, indeed, we paid for 3 nights My husband got tired of sitting on hold and went downstairs to the front desk to confront them in person By the time he got down there it was all “magically” fixed No apology No accommodation, nothing SO RUDE I’m being gracious in giving them 1 star but only because the room itself was fine and the free breakfast was good But we will never stay here again I have never had a worse experience with a hotel

Disappointing Can hear the highway from the room, and they supposedly didn’t have any other rooms to offer us Definitely not worth the price

Rooms should be soundproofed better Mediocre— nice Marriott at best Probably could have spent $200 less and stayed at a hotel just as nice, and way quieterThe lobby is adorable and homey feeling Service was great Location is great

Alyssa Glorioso

I had the pleasure of working with the director of catering, Liliana Klein, on a gorgeous wedding this past weekend I was the couple’s planner and was thrilled to be able to produce a wedding at Ritz Carlton Georgetown Throughout the process, Liliana was the consummate professional: warm and welcoming, communicative, addressed any and all questions, followed up after any meetings promptly, and on the day was FANTASTIC to work with

I could tell it was a high priority of Liliana to go above and beyond for the couple in making their wedding weekend a dream experience for them and an effortless celebration for their guests Would work here for every wedding if I could! Plus, gatherings of 70-90 are my favorite!! Thank you, Liliana and RC staff

Patty Arvielo

I’m sorry but hope that my review helps when making a decision on what hotel to book This is a 3 star hotel at best, it appears as though it is a Marriott not a Ritz Carlton For a better choice book the Four Seasons Georgetown

I have an Exec Suite , the furniture is stained and old, the mini bar has absolutely nothing in it Just not a 5 star hotel

You will hear the food and beverage director before you see him During our trip, he raised his voice multiple times quite angrily – it was quite concerning to hear him speak to guest service staff in such a way and that he was comfortable enough to do it in front of guests, tooOtherwise, my husband and I had an absolutely lovely stay

Our room was amazing and there were lots of friendly faces I also especially enjoyed the pillows, and I wish I had thought to ask what type they were as they were super comfy

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a hotel This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area

I have been staying here for a long time If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t regret itWe went to StRegis afternoon tea to celebrate the cherry blossom season and it didn’t disappoint The place is nice and their tea selection is amazing It’s a set menu I personally enjoyed the savory part more While the sweets were well represented and looked amazing, nothing tasted special but the sconesI highly recommend it I just wished that I have the choice of picking what I’d like instead of having little of everything They offered a to-go box for the rest of the sweets though

The hotel is amazing and me and my husband went here for the afternoon tea this passed Friday It was our 5 year anniversary and we were thinking of staying the night after a fun day of hanging out in the city Our opinion had changed when the person servicing us essentially never addressed me, even when I was the one asking questions

When my husband asked to have champagne, only HE got to taste it and I was blatantly ignored She had her back to me as often as possible That is until I was the one paying the check I have NEVER, and I do mean never, been treated that way in any service capacity This completely deterred me from book a night thereI’m sure the staff and hotel is wonderful but this was not a good look And this was our 5 year anniversary Probably will think twice before considering going here for a stay

Came to DC for a conference for 3 nights When we checked in, the staff at the front desk was very nice and understanding Lobby felt very luxurious and relaxing, and I stayed there for at least 3 hours just resting during the entire trip

The room was nice, it was decently spacious and the TV displayed a welcome screen greeting me Beds were comfortable, but I did find a hair or two under the blankets which was personally a bit sickening, but the other bed was fine so maybe it was just my luck Occasionally on the tables, walls, chairs, etc, there was a visible decay/wear and tear on them Another issue was that at nighttime, the room was always dark even though every single light was on However I don’t know if this applies to any other rooms Bathroom was also decent, with the typical complimentary shampoo/soap/conditioner you would find at any other hotel The shelves and such in the bathroom also had the same wear and tear I described earlier The windows for all the rooms have a sticker on it that shows you a “iconic location” near the hotel and how many steps away it is, which is a fun addition For breakfast, the hotel offers food at the Cabinet which is reached by going down a short escalator located in the lobby The waiters and other staff were nice, and did their job well There is a buffet in the Cabinet and it offered plenty of delicious food choices For dinner they serve food at the Cure Bar and Bistro, which is another nice restaurant Food was good, staff was nice, and place was cleanI know it sounds odd, but trust me when I say that the entire hotel smelled so good As soon as we entered it had a strong sort of fruity/exotic smell and it was just really pleasant It made you want to stay for longerWhen I checked out, the same lady that helped is check in was again very niceThe best part about this hotel is probably the location It’s located very close to Chinatown and to metro stations, and it’s decent walking distance away from popular tourist locations and other attractions For example, if you wanted to go to the zoo you could just walk to the nearest metro station for like 2 minutes, get a ticket, ride for at most 10 minutes, get off and walk to the zoo entrance for 10 minutesOverall this hotel is pretty good, would recommend if you are staying in the area for short vacations/business trips

Joshua Russell

The Grand Hyatt is a very large hotel near Chinatown, just a couple blocks from Capital One Arena They have a covered car pull through if you are arriving by car which is nice in case of bad weather but can get a bit busy as it doesn’t seem anyone really is directing people Once inside the check in desk is to the left rear of the very large lobby

The front desk staff is very nice and efficient We were able to get checked in very quickly and able to get to our room with ease The elevators are at the back of the lobby There were about 6 elevators so you don’t have to wait long to catch one The room is very spacious and very comfortable with a very nice sitting chair as well as a desk We had a king bed and it was very comfortable, though one extra pillow would have been nice as there were three pillows so if there are two people both could have two The bathroom is nice as well with good shower with perfect amount of water pressure One thing you will notice is that in the hallways and lobby areas they are pumping a scent through the ventilation system While I found it very nice others may be turned off by it Overall it was a good hotel in a great location

Melissa Marie

Great hotel location and close to major tourist areas and shopping Room was a little dirty in places, but nothing major The bathroom mirror still had water spots

Desk was dusty and chair had crumbs in it The shower head was not adjustable and shoots straight out instead of downward You may not get told at check in what the amenity fee includes If you ask, they will give you a paper, so you will know what you are entitled to There is a Starbucks and restaurant inside the hotel Hotel serves breakfast for free if you are a high level Hyatt member or you can pay for it The gift shop offers a variety of items, not just souvenirsSelf parking garage is also connected to hotel It costs $45/day with no in and out privileges Valet is $62/day, but does include unlimited in and out The garage elevator goes straight up to hotel lobby The Metro station is in basement area of hotel and easily accessible to get to and from hotel Staff was super friendly

Kyle Gilmer

My stay could’ve been better and had high expectations for the hotel First, I was very happy that they were able to accommodate my last-minute change to upgrade my room from a standard to the Luxury Corner King room, which we absolutely loved the room We also were very appreciative that we were able to check-in at 2:00 PM instead of 3:00 PM as we had just traveled from Virginia Beach, VA by Amtrak and it was our first time in DC (this was a surprise birthday weekend trip)

The woman that helped us check-in was very very nice and the check-in process was less than 15 minutes, she gave us 2 complimentary drink tickets to use at the bar which also made us really love the experience so far What was not a pleasant experience and was very upsetting and disappointing was the following: 1 We went to go get ice on our floor, but the ice machine was out of order We called down to the front desk to see if there were other ice machines and were told no, that they are on other floors We were then told that someone would bring ice to our door shortlynobody ever came nor did we ever get a call about the ice We tried to use our key to get to a different floor to use their ice machine but it was not working We were also on a time crunch/schedule to go see some museums/monuments (as some require timed-entry tickets) so we never did call back about the ice We returned hours later and finally, our key let us go up to a different floor to retrieve ice I don’t think guests should have to be going to different floors to get ice 2 There was no ice bag in the ice bucket, which is a health and sanitation issue, as putting the ice inside a bucket without a bag can make it dirty and you can get sick from this Other hotels that are not “5-star” rated always have ice bags, so this was very disappointing We ended up using the disposable shower cap to place the ice in the bag 3 One reason we picked this hotel was that there was a concierge service offered, which we were going to use to get information about the monuments, museums, and restaurants as this was our first time in DC and only there for a week We walked down to the front desk and spoke to the same woman that helped us check-in to inquire about how to get tickets to the United States Holocaust Museum (tickets were almost impossible to get/booked in advance) and we thought maybe the hotel had a select number reserved She told us that the concierge service is unavailable/suspended and that she would talk to her manager and call us to let us know what they could do She took my last name and our room number and we went up to our roomwe never did receive a phone call, and at that point, it was already too late and we headed to bed 4 Our bed was completely missing a fitted sheet on the bed and we essentially slept on top of the bare mattress The bed only had the top sheet and the comforter, and we can see the mattress pad that was on top of the actual mattress (which also was very very dirty), and that upset us a lot as we just have traveled all day, had things to do once we got check-in, and then we’re about to lay down for bed 5 The bathroom was amazing, the separate tub and shower are what sold us to getting the Luxury Corner King room, but, there was an issue with our shower The walk-in shower was missing the rubber sealant on the bottom of the door, so whenever you took a shower, the water got all over the floor and basically flooded the bathroom 6 We ordered in-room dining breakfast both days honestly, it was not good Eggs were overcooked, protein was undercooked/raw, and some of the items were completely soggy Overall, the stay was not great/OK I really expected a better experience, as I was highly recommended this hotel by others Our stay failed to live up to the “5-star” rating and the “one-of-a-kind-stay” from their website It’s upsetting how much we paid for a room yet we did not receive the experience and service that should have come with it

Kimberly Giang

Super friendly staff and great location Room was very clean and tidy Valet staff was fast and very helpful

Love that it was pet friendly My only negative comment is that the shower and sink would do this weird random thing where it would shut off mid use for about 20seconds Fortunately the water would come back on nice and hot again but it was strange My overall experience was still 5 stars and I would definitely stay here again

Renato

Definitely it is not a 5 star hotel as some mention I would give 4 starWhat I didn’t like:No concierge or help for visitors

Even a cheap city map they didn’t have, had to go to another hotel and beg for one Restaurant reservations they Google, they are not able to make a call so it is faster to do it ourselvesCompulsory 30usd tax including telephone calls, higher speed internet that most of times doesn’t work, 2 X 0,50 cents water bottles, coffee and tea at the lobby, package handling (it was useful for me, but any other hotel do that for free, except Loews or Hilton), and other things most guests don’t useNo views (luxury and higher have views to a building other side of the street, superior room has a view to a wall and back of another very close building, standard room probably hasn’t a window),Bathroom toiletries are different brands each so shower will make you smell like a fruit salad,They probably don’t use a softener when washing towels (or softener is not working),All glasses are the cheapest roadside hotel plastic or paper cups Maybe they are still very worried about covid but not about convenience or confort If using plastic glasses is obligatory they could use nice cups as this is supposed to be an elegant hotel, but the cup is the same we find in 1 or 2 star hotels, or hospitalsMinibar doesn’t cool down Probably it only freezes when we request it to be filled but I had some beverages I wanted to cool for my city walk and couldn’t do thatWhen I flushed toilet during the night I believe I woke up the entire floor It makes an incredible noise for some couple of secondsWhat I liked:Reception staff is very friendly,Location is very nice, not far from anywhere and next door to the White House and less than 20 minutes to the museumsBlackout curtains in the room really workShower is good, pillows and bed are comfortable, air conditioning worksCleanliness and cleaning service Very goodRoom size is perfectValet staff is friendly and prompt (don’t forget it costs 60usd per day)

I am giving a 5 because I have given lesser places a 5 It is very luxurious and the staff is superbly courteous without being stuffy It was immaculate

We had a king deluxe and the bathroom was amazing Linens were luxurious The food was delicious and the pig roast on Thursday night at $32/plate was a bargain They would box up what you could not eat and let you take it with you I did not use the spa or pool areas The only criticism I have is that there was no little store in which you could pick up drinks or snacks to have in your room There was a refrigerator which housed some drinks/snacks before but they had been removed So, in the evening, your only option was room service and to get a cup of coffee and a few cookies took close to an hourplus a tip There is no place within walking distance to pick up such items either If you are used to those things in the evening or have small children, bring it with you

First time staying here and definitely won’t be my last time The service was like no other! SUPERB! I can’t believe their is still service like this out there Every single employee we ran into was amazing

I’m blown by the service The rooms are very nice and clean The hotel itself is very classy and comfortable The food surpasses my expectations for hotel food and my kids loves their breakfastThe location was perfect because it was close to everything, but far enough from the crowd to keep the atmosphere intimate The hotel is very kid friendly as well being that it’s an upscale hotel, so don’t be intimidated if you have kids and would like to stay here

We thought all staff members (including housekeeping) were exceptional…attentive, accommodating, and very friendly They even gave my son a wonderful welcome gift as he is starting at Georgetown this week Our only suggestion would be to add a coffee station accessible throughout the entire day in the lobby

Our suite was beautiful My kids loved the Presidential cookies and First Lady drinks each day We had a fantastic stay I highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you decide to stay here you for sure will love it I’m sure!Fantastic staff Everything was top-notch, clean, and met our expectations Our supposed room “upgrade” wasn’t really any upgrade, but nonetheless it was a good room Breakfast was also greatAbout a five minute walk from the nearest Metro station which made it nice to get around A longer walk, but we walked all the way down to the National Mall in about 40 minutes

Location is good Easy to locateFront desk staff was rude and condescending during every interaction

Room was nice but nothing excitingThe doormen and the staff on our floor cleaning were all exceptionally pleasant They are what earned the three starsAlso, if you want eye candy, stay at the same time as dignitaries so the place will be full of secret service I felt very safe

Very nice hotel We stay at quite a few Marriott’s, and this is one of our favorites Beautiful open area with a bar, get snacks, and big tables to hang out with friends or coworkers

The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable Everything is exceptionally clean The location is great with plenty of restaurants and other stores within easy walking distance

Brett Heiken

I stay at the Marriott Marquis Washington DC every month and it is always a great experienceThe rooms are updated, have plenty of space, nice bathrooms, a large tv and a comfortable bed The rooms are relatively quiet as well so that you don’t hear neighbors

The M Club lounge has a great breakfast offering, decent coffee and allows me to eat quickly and head to workThe gym is spacious with plenty of natural light unlike some dark, cramped gyms at other hotels The location of the hotel works perfectly for me and is near several good restaurantsMost of all, the staff are wonderful They are knowledgeable, helpful and have gone above and beyond every time I have stayed

Nathaniel Dodds

Brought the family here while attending an on-site business conference The staff is friendly and attentive, which was amazing given the number of conference attendees and guests They made our stay most enjoyable

The rooms are comfortable if not a bit small for a family of four The beds in our room were on the wee-side of being doubles All-in-all, this is a great place to stay for business/conference-oriented visits, however, not so much for family getaways with small childrenFYI: There is a well-appointed fitness center located on the third floor, however, the facility does lack a pool I wish this was more clearly stated on the hotel’s website

The Jefferson absolutely delivered a 5 star experience The service was outstanding and all the little touches like a tv in my bathroom mirror or a stool for my purse went above and beyond what was expected One of the best here

They have one of the best bar and restaurants I’ve had while staying in a hotel The Quill and the Greenhouse had wonderful food and drinks ! Service was top notch Every single staff member went above and beyond my expectation A must if you are staying in DC ! So many amenities and extra touches

Scott Ordal

This was our first experience at a luxury hotel and we were not disappointed! The staff were so friendly from the time that we pulled up to use the valet all the way through picking our car up to leave the next day Every person that we interacted with was so kind and professional, they really made us feel special The room service was so good and the room that we stayed in was like nothing we’ve seenbefore

Next time we are in DC we will definitely stay here again!

Emanuel Hudson

The Jefferson: To summarize our stay in one word AMAZING! This luxurious boutique hotel is nothing short than five stars It focuses on the details from the moment you enter and check-in at the reception desk to your final moments upon departure

We stayed in the Deluxe King Guest Room and it delivered! As a person that’s all about the details, there’s one thing that stood out in our room, which was the bottom sheets covering the box spring, it had what appeared to be several red wine stains on the sheets Regardless of this one detail, the room was great and we enjoyed our stay The entire staff we encountered were professionals and attentive They were courteous and were ready and willing to help at a moments notice Shout outs to Kadir (Butler), Yolanda (Receptionist), and Mike (Bartender) to name a few team members there for making our stay memorable The In-room dinning experience was also great however the menu did differ slightly from the Greenhouse Restaurant on the main floor to the in-dinning room dinning menu that was provided on the tablet in your room We’ll be staying there again in the future

Excellent all around First off, the location is perfect, tucked away from K Street and close to Rock Creek making it more of a quiet location relative to other parts of the city The building, lobby etc all look very new, clean and crisp

The room itself was large, modern and had a very comfortable bed We had one of the Junior Suite with the half bath It was a great deal using Hyatt Points and paying $100 for the upgrade over a standard room Enjoyed arriving to fresh cookies as well from the staff Very nice touch My one gripe with many Hyatt properties is the pocket door for main bathrooms however the pocket door at the Park Hyatt was substantial and allowed for more privacyWe had both dinner and breakfast room service and both meals were fantastic, delivered on time and well worth the price I assume everything was cooked from Blue Duck Tavern which has rave reviewsI did not have the opportunity to check out the pool or fitness center, but can only imagine those facilities are top notchFinally the staff were all friendly and polite The service like that matters I look forward to returning again soon

My flights got changed which gave me an extra night in DC and I already had another (Grand) Hyatt booked, so I only needed one additional night Park Hyatt was available at a good rate, so I decided to book the one nightI got an email from the general manager about a week ahead of time asking for any additional needs or items I might need

Upon checking, which was very late due to delayed flights, the front desk staff was so professional and happy to see me and help me with anythingAs a Globalist, I was told my room had been upgraded, which was a very nice gesture Upon arriving to my room, it was so nice and roomy I had a personalized note from the manager and some chocolatesThe bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a long time and the huge rain shower in the huge bathroom was so relaxingOverall, the stay was fantastic and I wish I would have booked more nights at the Park, as my experience my other (Grand) for the remaining 4 nights of my trip, was not as nice

Peter Luu

I stayed here March 5th – March 7th, 2022 The front desk was very helpful, with the door attendants proactively asking if I needed help with luggage Service felt personal – I had emailed with the hotel prior to arriving and asked for recommendations and they provided a list of things to do, plus accommodated my requests for some small toiletries in the room

The room itself and decor of the hotel was luxurious and felt comfortable The Park Hyatt branding, “Luxury is Personal”, felt well-delivered hereI also ate at the attached restaurant, Blue Duck Tavern, and had some of the best duck and desserts of my lifeWhile the location is not situated downtown, it is still relatively easy to get to places and makes a great vacationOut of the many hotels I’ve stayed at, the incredible level of care to detail has not been matched by any other hotel I highly recommend it for a positive experience
