At check in the 2 gentlemen at the front desk were friendly and helpful!! Went out of their way to show us things to do and how to get around!! Once we got to our room and opened the door I was impressed! (I travel a lot so this is not easy to do) The room was super clean, great view of the city! The big bathroom was beautiful and super clean!!! The beds were comfortable We did order room service and it was delivered very quickly and it was yummy!!! They offered us water at check in and told us the water in the room was complementary and if we wanted any more just let them know! This hotel pays attention to detail! Location is fantastic, close to everything you need! They made sure my stay was perfect and that we were well cared for Thank you Grand Hyatt!!!

Grand Hyatt Seattle made me and my family feel like we were the most important people in the hotel The hotel was absolutely beautiful, it looks like the person who designed this hotel really took his/her time to pick out every detail I also wanted to acknowledge Gary at the front desk
He is absolutely the most respectful young man I have ever met and truly went out of his way to get my family dinner and some stuff from a store when we arrived late to the hotel We arrived just when he was getting off work and I asked where we could pick up some stuff but everything was closed in downtown Without asking, he managed to find a store and bring us what we had been looking for (on his own time) and when I tried to reimburse him for it, he eagerly and politely refused I have never seen someone go out of their way to help a guest like this young man did I will a loyal guest for a long time to come Thank you Grand Hyatt Seattle

The rooms are posh but the hotel lacks gathering spots; there’s only a Ruth’s Chris in the lobby but no bar or other option if you’re looking for a place to meet colleagues for a drink after your meetings Best thing about this place is the proximity to the convention center Made it to meetings at the conference in under 3 minutes while other convention hotels were 10+ minute walk

This is an amazing boutique hotel with attention to detail The staff even noticed that I wore colorful socks everyday! I was greeted upon my arrival with champagne, and from there the wine kept flowing I got married here in 2014
The grounds are beautiful This is truly an experience and not just a stay My room had a fireplace, jacuzzi, and a comfy bed They were very knowledgeable about the area and sent us to the local wineries such as Chateau St Michelle I will remember this day forever thanks to them R I P Peter Nault

I booked a one night stay for some relaxation while traveling through, and this looked like the most posh spot in the Woodinville area It seems to be a popular retreat for weddings and corporate events, and there was one of each happening that weekend so occupancy was quite full Very nice spacious rooms with large soaking tub and all the perks you’d expect from a boutique resort
Beautiful gardens to stroll around and look at wildlife, including the two resident miniature pigs It’s great to have several dining options right on site rather than venturing further away to find somewhere to eat (the restaurant had staffing issues, but that’s a separate review) I only wish we could have stayed longer, but at $1k per night I’ll wait for it to be on the company’s tab next time

We loved the Four Seasons in Seattle! Such a beautiful hotel with beautiful, luxurious decor and great amenities The rooms were decorated beautifully, and in great condition Excellent downtown location as well! We were within walking distance to everything from the ferris wheel, Pike Place Market, well-known restaurants, etc
Caitlin and her manager, Ronald, at the front desk were phenomenal! They went above and beyond to deliver exceptional 5-star worthy customer service Four Seasons never disappoints when it comes to customer service, and the Seattle location was not an exception I highly recommend!

I only stayed here one night since I was staying overnight to go to North Cascades, and wow I’ll have to come back again for a longer time! The views are absolutely spectacular, the lodge is very nice yet still rustic and lodge-y The restaurants have amazing views as well The resort has so many different activities (aside from pool, food, and views) such as a spa, biking, hiking, horseback riding, etc! I myself did the horseback riding and it was SO fun
All of the employees were so helpful/friendly/genuine I also enjoyed that everyone there was respectful of each other – it wasn’t too loud or anything Highly recommend checking this place out, and thank you Sun Mountain for the wonderful stay!
Kaylee McGovern
We really loved our stay in the Mt Robinson deluxe suite for a romantic evening in the valley It was a big anniversary splurge for us even with a discount, so we stayed one night after camping in the area (one night stays are only available on a weekday) We enjoyed a horseback trail ride and dinner in town before settling into the large soaking tub with beautiful sunset views of the valley
The bed (and all the furniture) was super comfy and excellent for enjoying the scenery Checkout time was generous and we enjoyed sleeping in before enjoying breakfast in town and hitting the road When we can afford a splurge, we would love to come back again
Mike & Elaine
06/19-06/22We keep coming back to Sun Mountain Lodge periodically because of the incredible views from the rooms, bar, and dining roomHighly recommend the Mt Robinson rooms, as they are large, nice, and quiet [farthest from the main lodge]
We took a suite this trip, which made things even more roomy Bed was very comfortable Large bathroom with soaking tub was a definite plusDid I say the view from our room was incredible? ;<)

Our stay was fantastic We wanted to take a weekend trip to a place we have never been before A place that didn’t have that standard “hotel” feel and somewhere that was quiet with a view
Well… we got all of that The property was just what we were looking for It was quiet but comfortable Almost like a cabin in the woods feel with all the modern amenities The view from our room was fantastic The people that run the place are great as well They are willing to go above and beyond for the people they are taking care ofThe attention and care from the hospitality staff is unmatched Will definitely stay at this place again Hopefully longer next time Thank you again Domaine Madeleine for everything

Absolutely amazing place to stay! I personally really liked the location being separate from Port Angeles itself and feeling more quiet and secluded The cottages were wonderfully comfortable, the amenities modern, and the interior decor appealing The guidebook provided was comprehensive, the owners were extremely communicative, and the lobby was well-stocked and very convenient
Two of my small but favorite things: 1 I was absolutely blown away by how amazing the gardens were – I didn’t expect them to be so immaculately cared for, and beautifully relaxing to stroll through! It put my own yard aspirations to shame 🙂 2 It was a small detail, but I loved that the water they provided in the fridge was in a reusable metal water bottle and not plastic water bottles, and that they had a refill station in the lobby and not just more plastic water bottles I greatly appreciate the effort to reduce waste whenever possible!I’d absolutely recommend and come back here again!
Saundra Mulkey
We stayed in the Hurricane Ridge suite The views from the private balcony are stunning We saw a pair of bald eagles sitting in one of the trees at the edge of the property
The rain/steam shower was a great way to relax after a day of hiking The lobby is fully stocked with extra towels, toiletries, beer, wine, snacks, and a nice variety of board games We had such a wonderful relaxing anniversary weekend I would highly recommend and am looking forward to coming back soon

When it comes to hotels, my reviews are based on cleanliness, customer service, facilities and of-course comfort of the mattresses This hotel nailed everythingHuge lobby with a cafe and restaurant for everyone
Spa is in house, valet parking is convenient but little pricey Its in the heart of downtown so what you can expect but the vehicle is safe and sound They were doing the carpet flooring on top floors so i got 9th floor room which had a decent view of the office buildingsRoom was spacious and no comparison to newly installed carpet I really like the simplicity and style of furniture and bath fittings installed Pool is big and they also have sauna n steam room for the guests Little details were taken care of in the ladies room Jacuzzi is awesome Fitness room is actually a full fledged gym with a separate yoga roomI am loving my stay here as each and every staff member is really professional and doing great job from janitorial to front desk
E.
PROS:-The hotel is clean and spacious & the pool area is nice- Your key card controls your room lights- Walking distance to Pike Place Market- Complimentary Robe & SlippersCONS:- The customer service at the front desk could’ve been a lot better
– The rooms have very, very thin walls, unlike anything I’ve experienced during a hotel stay I could hear the people in the next room clear as day- Parking is expensive! It’s valet only and costs $55
Rajen Doshi
Arrived, less than helpful check in staff Asked what may be open close by to grab a bite, was told to door dash with no recommendations Hotel room was large and fairly nice
Phone did not work Could not regulate the shower temperature, either scalding or cold Asked again the next night for recommendations and was told can go to capital hill and walk around, no specific local recommendations Staff was rude on check out Definitely not worth the price Will not stay here again

Very nice hotel overlooking the Pacific Really nice room with shower and tub separate(a really nice tub for taking baths) and a fireplace Perfect for a romantic getaway or just general relaxation
Staff was super friendly and the On site restaurant was really good Overall a very good hotel The one negative thing is that it’s very close to a train line(they do provide ear plugs) so it can be noisy at sporadic times during the day and night
Hannah
The Hotel Bellwether may be a better option for those searching for an elevated experience and warm hospitality The staff is lackluster and jaded- not too friendly I sat outside my the hotel as I waited for my room to be ready for over an hour
Just to describe the scene, I have a toddler and a nursing infant We sat In the car I called a couple times and the staff acted bothered every time I called Finally, 10-15 min after the public was allowed to officially check in, I still didn’t have a room (04:10 pm) (My friend who isn’t a Hilton member got a room right away at 3 pm) Once in the room, there were pack-n-plays for the children but they were pretty filthy Not worth “bothering front desk” My friend spent her honeymoon night there and she didn’t receive any special treatment I had to request to get her room cleaned I could write a full review but I already think the reader must understand at this point This hotel doesn’t go the extra mileGorgeous views though Get a drink and save the money on overnight stay!
Wayne O
We’ve stayed here several times over the last couple years and have always been pleasedThe rooms are clean and well appointed They are near the boardwalk it always makes a nice stroll
The view is fantastic if you like the bayand trainsSo we are both railroad train fans Saying that, if you are a rail fan too, you may really like it here as the trains pass very close We noticed on the last visit that the train horns were not being sounded as they past directly by the property But you’ll hear the rumble It’s never been a problem for us, and they do provide ear plugs

Ritz-Carlton prices for Holiday Inn experienceThis place definitely has a monopoly on location and knows it The views are beautiful but for $400+ a night (plus resort fee and parking) I expect a level of experience and service
Granted, they have welcome champagne and a “Raid the Pantry” offering that gets you some free food and drinks (actually its part of the $25 resort fee) and there is nothing wrong with the place as it is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the space is nice However the experience (minus the location) felt like a Holiday Inn experience with regards to Staff interaction and the overall ‘vibe’ It didn’t help that our $400+ room got us a view of a canopy, parking lot, and office buildingIf you are in Kirkland, it’s really the only place to stay, but just know what you are getting for the money
Matthew Kent
I stayed here during a move, so I wasn’t able to fully experience the hotel, however my brief time there was very pleasant I highly recommend getting a room overlooking the lake as it is a wonderful view in the morning and at nightThe rooms are nicely appointed with plenty of towels and soaps (surprisingly this has to said)
If I ever find myself needing a hotel in the area this will be my first choice
Doug Harker
I stayed here previously for the Boeing Classic Proximity to great food at Le Grande, Como, & Beach Cafe’ a definite plus Facilities are superb, view beautiful, staff warm and friendly
I always will in the future as well Highly recommended!

My experience was an over-the-top delight From the start it was easy to navigate to and find the hotel, even after a stressful day and a challenging drive I pulled into valet to be pleasantly welcomed and I hadn’t even gotten out of my car
The individuals working (Eric) were pleasant, sharp and communicated well, very helpful Then as I entered I was met with a visual delight The lighting, the art and decor, the layout and design were all great However, the staff provided to be the true delight Check in was a breeze, (Erika) was so informative and vibrant I felt at ease by her disposition as she spent just a few minutes sharing with us about our amenities, opportunities and entertainment Really a pleasurable experience that rewarded me with calmness and excitement, how refreshing So as we took the elevator we noticed we couldn’t feel a thing while riding it Then we turned our attention to being excited with what our room experience would be like, given everything so far As we opened our door we were very impressed It was a wave of awe, a sense of appointment, intentional if not deliberate thought was given to the tiniest of details The room was glorious, the king size bed comfortable, the freshness of the comforter was incredible The pillows were a little stiff and over large but otherwise fine There was even a bottle of wine to greet us with real glassware located through the room An umbrella to use (how thoughtful) and many many amenities for use, including the ever needed vanity kit Really an immersive room experience Absolutely nothing was in want in this room Except those pillowsThe pool and hot tub, I will say is by far, the absolute best in the entire City of Tacoma or Ruston, as far as hotels go Those jets melted away the tensionBut, let’s talk about the restaurant/bar The food was absolutely divine, atmosphere was euphoric and the view was majestic The staff (Katrina) was excellent Really high caliber people serving in a high quality environment Check out those pictures!Anyways, I could go on and on why I would give this one night stay the highest rating ever, but really you gotta experience this for yourselfBy the way, little extra tidbit, I met another customer that drove all the way from Seattle, just for the steak and eggs breakfast! Even after a twelve hour work shift! After my first bite of mine, I understoodThank you for rescuing my hope in hotels

Where do I start The front desk staff was nice when we checked in, that’s about it We were “walked over” to this hotel because the Marriott Downtown lost our reservation and was over booked
The Marriott told us AND the front desk at this overly priced hotel they would be covering our room and taxes etc This was confirmed at the front desk when we checked in The supervisor was advised by the Marriott to bill them for the charges I signed a paper and was told I would only have a $100 hold on my card for incidentals The girl while he was talking to the Marriott about them paying for it said “you guys are going to LOVE this room, the only thing we have left is a King Jacuzzi Suite”…Awesome, not necessary but we were just happy to have a place to stay after a long day of traveling, we probably would have taken a bunk bed in a hostile at that point we were so exhausted Fast forward to today when I find that this hotel has now charged me over EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR THE ROOM!!! Not only did no one pay for our room as promised but they charged my card WITHOUT my authorization for $812…for one night The hotel we had booked at the Marriott was $330 When I called to speak to them about the charges the girl I spoke with very rudely said “I’ll send you to accounting please hold BYE”…Waited on hold for a few minutes then got immediately transferred to a voicemail and no one has bothered to call me back This is completely unethical and unprofessional Oh and we rolled in there with a 2019 Toyota Camry and got looked at like we were trash by the valet, quickly shooed out of their MANDATORY $32/night Valet as soon as 2 Lamborghini’s pulled up behind us Negative 1 star is I could…
Chris K (Chrislk1986)
Didn’t actually stay at the hotel, but came and visited family during a weekend stayThe rooms are very nice and there are some great views to be had The pool was nice, weather was perfect
We ordered some takeout from outside of the hotel and the restaurant forgot to put plates/utensils in Front desk staff was able to provide some plates and forks–And with amazing speed! We very much appreciated the effortThe restaurant in the lobby is great as well It was packed the weekend we were there (maybe a wedding nearby?) And everyone was professional and worked hard to get everyone’s orders in and fulfilledThe location? Perfect Right in the middle of the bustling Ruston Waterfront There’s a park, public market, movie theatre and a great selection of dining outside of the hotel Farmers market is right there too, not sure when it starts, but keep that in mind on Sundays, it’ll be pretty busy Oh, there’s also an ice cream shop right across the street, which is sure to be a popular on a nice day

Great experience in this hotel Can enjoy the lake sitting on the sofa The sofa can accomadate 4 people, 2 each side
Great for close friends to have a talk, play card games, drink cups of cocktails and enjoy the night The room feels clean and fresh The swimming pool is comfortable The restaurant give me the opportunity to have a great brunch sitting on the patio just next to the lake Will definitely stay at this place again next time I go to Seattle

This hotel is probably optimal for Boeing visitors but the location is terrible for anyone else Rooms are fine but I paid extra for a partial lake view
I could only see the lake looking sideways very close to the window This is rip-off I requested room service and the bed was made, but the room and bathroom were only partially cleaned Last, nothing to do around No decent restaurant walking distance (the only good one is closed half week) The lake shore walk is pretty nice though

I love the Hyatt Regency at Lake Washington It’s always a pleasure staying here The rooms are very clean, the staff amazing and very helpful
The location is close to various restaurants and shopping opportunities at The Landing and a movie theater is also at The Landing Lake Washington is right outside the North side of the hotel and a park with access to the lake is available to the public Amenities are available upon request The restaurant food looks great and is on the high side price wise I’m looking forward to trying it on my next visit Update will be posted after I have a meal there!

Location, parking, amenities, comfy bed – all were great! Loved the view from my room, and loved the in room coffee Check-in was easy, accessing conference rooms and using the sky bridge for food/shopping was a breeze Conveniently located near the freeway as well! There is a card that you have to enter all the way inside the door to allow lights to come on, it is a cool way the hotel helps save power, but good to know before you are in a dark room unsure why the lights aren’t working 🤣 I would definitely stay here again! Loved that a room key was required to get to each floor as well, nice added security

Years ago I spent many nights at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue while traveling on business, so I was curious to see how it had changed in 20 years It is in great shape The rooms have been updated and everything is new
The lighting in the room is mostly indirect and is very nice There is coffee service with a Keurig machine in the room The staff were friendly and helpful It was great to be back and see the place reasonably busy Our car needed attention because we had run into a swarm of locusts in southern Oregon, and the valet staff were very helpful in getting our car into the wash and cleaned

We recently moved to Bellevue and booked our stay here as we knew it’s a pet-friendly hotel The stay was so good I was worried about my dogs because staying in a hotel for long could stress them out
Hyatt provided a comfy stay for us and my two dogs My dogs loved it here There are a lot of eating options around You can go for a walk in the city Everything is easily accessible And the Hotel staff is always gentle and polite Always there to help and always available

Wow! What a beautiful hotel with such wonderful front desk staff!Tamara at the front desk was incredibly personable and fun to talk with! She gave us a fantastic breakfast recommendation for the next morning and also remembered to say happy birthday to my partner (we stayed at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront to celebrate the birthday) once we got back in for the eveningTamara was very charming and VERY knowledgeable about the local area as well, she was a great resource for information for us and really went above and beyond to make us feel like the only guests in the hotel! She really made our stay brilliant and put a lot of effort into us in terms of her outstanding customer service!Immer the Valet was also incredibly nice, he was very nice and VERY fast! He certainly made us feel like VIPs when he brought the car around I’d even recommend staying at this hotel just for the Valet!

The service is super rude when checking in My partner booked us a room and they would not let us check in when he hadn’t arrived yet even when I had the confirmation, insisting that we call him up to verify that we are in fact staying in the room It was late – did we really look like we were going to steal some random person’s room reservation? Also they needed to check our IDs and take our card information when they had his on file – which I think is intrusive and just bizarre because we’ve never had an issue with any other Marriotts
The rooms are also really outdated – old wall paper, old carpet The bathroom tile is also really slippery when wet in the bathroom so hopefully nobody trips on that There were only two towels for the two of us – so we ended up using our wet towels constantly since they didn’t dry The walls are super thin and the air conditioning is exceptionally loud There was some blood(?) on the door way trim in the bathroom Your view will be blocked if there is a cruise ship docked The concierge lobby has no services except for some snacks The coffee tastes pretty burnt in there too The hotel breakfast is at the Hook & Plow and is pretty good food if you manage to get a table If there is a cruise ship at the pier, there will be a ridiculous amount of people waiting in line and you just won’t get hotel breakfast unless you wait at least 30 minutes It looked like they had the ability to serve food in the concierge lounge so I didn’t understand why breakfast was not there instead to cater to hotel guests Parking is $65 per day The location is definitely ideal if you are going on a cruise at the pier, but otherwise, it’s really not worth it to stay here

This hotel was phenomenal If you like unique hotels with historic charm then I would highly recommend We didn’t even stay in the schoolhouse, we stayed in the cabins but we’re still able to get our fill of it
They offer great spaces that are well diverse and perfect for all ages We travel with two young children (3, <1) and it is so hard to be able to enjoy ourselves without being able to set out baby down or feeling like we need to coral our children They have a great gym with lots of room to play around, games, etc but our favorite place was the Sanctuary Beautiful, private, yoga room There was nothing our baby could get hurt on and he was able to freely crawl around and enjoy himselfTheir spa is also great, perfect size with more amenities than mostOur cabin was cute and the floor plan was well designed Two separate bedrooms with a living space, FULL Kitchenette (mini fridge, hot plate, convection oven, cooking utensils, etc) so you don’t need to feel like your only option is eating out, and a good bathroom We loved having a picnic table and hammock on our porch also, Felt like a very private space our family could enjoyWe will definitely be coming back as this hotel has instantly grown to be our favorite place we have visitedTo make this hotel even more perfect I wish I could pick it up as-is and drop it in central Oregon

The hostel was lovely There was lots of storage space and privacy curtains kept light and sounds at bay People were respectful and though it’s a shared space, it felt like my own little vacation cubicle
Very fun Very clean Very restful The spa was so relaxing The sauna and cold plunge were rejuvenating and the staff very friendly and helpful

My partner and I have come to Society every 1-2 months for the past year or so It used to be a wonderful, quiet retreat from the city The views are beautiful, and there really aren’t many spa retreats like this
Unfortunately, the past 4 times we’ve stayed, it’s everything but relaxing The spa has turned into a water park with kid pool toys, splashing and yelling You can’t even escape it in the sauna, which seems to echo louder My partner has kids, and the last thing we’d do is bring them to impact others trying to relax and recoup It’s really unfortunate that policy of a serene experience isn’t fostered and this is allowed We probably won’t be returning unless this gets better

An absolutely wonderful night spent along the river My wife and I stopped through on a brief road trip The Grandparents were kind enough to care for our toddler for the weekend and The Lodge provided a much-needed getaway
The room was spectacular, well appointed with a nicely stocked wine selection The view of the river was gorgeous, the walkout patio was peaceful and serene, and the bed provided the best night’s sleep in what felt like monthsAccess to the Riverfront trail is literally steps from the balcony and a peaceful evening walk was the perfect end to a long day in the carIt seems silly to actually talk about now, but the lotion the hotel provides in the bathroom is exceptionally nice Unfortunately I didn’t catch the brand, but my wife raved about it!The restaurant, Drumheller’s, is almost unbelievably good and blows all other potential dining locations around it out of the waterOverall, the experience was so good we are now trying to find out how to return with our son and (large) dog for another wonderful weekend Thank you to the staff for making our stay exceptional!

This is our second time at the lodge Booked the king suite this time was amazing! The views are exceptional especially during sunset! The customer service with the cookies was awesome! My family loves coming here! The restaurant for Father’s day was good
services was a little slow and not because of our server but it was busyit was fathers day so completely expected The cheese board was A+!
Brynn Palomera
This was a somewhat last minute trip as my grandmother passed away unexpectedly Booking was extremely easy, as was check in & check out The only reason I’m not giving The Lodge 5 stars all around is because of the room we were in smelled HORRIBLE! We mentioned it at checkout & were told it was probably the new carpet
It smelled like formaldehyde & it was absolutely overwhelming Thankfully the room had big doors we could open for fresh air Wine available as well which helped too lol Would we stay here again? Yes! Do we feel that room & new carpet should’ve been aired out or ventilated prior to occupants staying? Also yes! Someone had to have walked into that room prior to our reservation & known it was damn near unbearable!

They helped us host a fantastic, intimate wedding in less than 2 months The staff was accommodating, professional, and friendly They even got us into our hotel room (the lighthouse) extremely early so the groomsmen could use it as a place to get ready as well as utilize it for photos
The food was excellent, the wait-staff prompt, and the bartender was friendly and made excellent drinks
Megan Howard
Lovely hotel on the water with plenty of character The staff are all very helpful and cheerful The hotel has bikes and helmets that you can borrow to cycle around the area which is a really nice touch
Breakfast was also good The only downside is they have a decorative fire outside the building which looks cool but is a waste of fuel and emissions
Ina Stap
Extremely disappointed My husband and I came here for our wedding night as we got married nearby I had heard only great things, loved what I read/saw online and even thought it would be a beautiful place to comeback to for anniversaries
We are big fan of jacuzzis and booked here solely because they had a room with a jacuzzi tub available When we arrived, we discovered that they upgraded our room to one without a jacuzzi We told the front desk staff that we’d be willing to downgrade to a smaller room with the tub we wanted but no such rooms were available We couldn’t speak to the manager until check out the next morning and I was surprised that after hearing how unhappy we were, he offered us a 10% refund We both left pretty dissatisfied and the whole thing left such a sour taste that we didn’t take his offer Now, whenever we are in the area (we have a lot of family nearby) or the hotel comes up in conversation, we don’t feel like staying there nor recommending it What’s worse, our negative experience at Hotel Bellwether is all we think of when we remember our wedding night
