This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, and we’ve been to a lot The front desk staff was always very pleasant and helpful, and requests were tended to right away Our room was comfortable, spacious and very aesthetically pleasing

LOTS of counter and storage space everywhere and spacious vanity with bright lighting in the bathroom Whoever designed the layout and details of the rooms did a phenomenal job We couldn’t have been more comfortable except maybe a bit more seating options in our King room (the loveseat was too deep to be comfortable without lots of pillows) And as is with all the Marriott branded hotels, the bed was oh so comfy That’s our first requirement when looking for a hotelThe lobby was spacious and absolutely beautiful We ate at The Bistro, conveniently located in the lobby, and breakfast was amazing That’s the only meal we had since our stay was just one night After continuing on our journey and staying at the next hotel, we wished we could have stayed at this wonderful hotel the entire time We will definitely be back

Yolanda Y

The window in the room does not open so there is strong chemical/paint/furniture smells in the room Can smell it even when lying in bed trying to sleep The staff said that it’s for the safety of the guests but there are definitely better ways to protect the guests than making them feel trapped in the room they pay for

Told the management but they did nothing Would not recommend staying here

Cheryl Roberson

Pros: spacious, updated, bed is comfortable, pillows were comfortable and the staff was incredibly niceCons: NOISY! So incredibly noisy The soffit, above the bed, hold the pipes for the rooms above, so anytime someone flushed the toilet you heard it

The walls are incredibly thin! You can hear the TV in the room next doorI’d stay here again, in a pinch, but it wouldn’t be my first pick

Excellent hotel Hotel was clean, modern and comfortable The room was cozy and the bed was super comfortable

Really liked the room layout Hotel lobby and staff were nice also My only complaint is not having a safe in the room Other than that everything was great, even the view from the room was nice Location is good Parking is well lit and felt safe

Kaychia Clark

Great hotel! I enjoyed my stay It was clean, comfortable, and great service Great for people who are in town on business

The lobby is set up in a way where you can work and feel comfortable Also have a small bar in the lobby which is very nice if you do feel like having a drink In addition, it’s in a great location with stores and restaurants close by I asked for a late checkout because I had a conference call at the exact time I was supposed to checkout and the staff was very accommodating My only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable for me I woke up with some back pain Other than that, nice hotel 🏨

Linda K. Riles

The hotel was super clean I would’ve given a 5 for facility and a 4 for roomsIt was the shower floors that was messed up in 3 different rooms that we asked to be moved to

We gave up and settled for one(we were exhausted)But Miriam, front desk customer Assistant was STELLAR She hung in there with us making sure we were satisfied So patient, cordial, understanding and apologeticOverall, its really a nice location and nice clean environmentThank you Miriam for free breakfast 😋 😄🙏🏾

I would Not recommend Aloft in Northwest Austin I had stayed in Plano Location and it was very hip I was so excited to pay the extra $ to take my new GF there

This place was disappointing I wonder if this was built after it got bought out by Hilton? Small Bathroom with No fan I thought that was against building code There was like no counter space on bathroom cabinet- truly smallest in any hotel I have ever stayed in They sell Breakfast in a paper sack , Really?? The pool was nothing to talk about Indoor pool reminded me a Super 8 or something Plano location had outdoor pool with fire etc and had music on weekends It was a place for locals to hang out on Friday night Not this place They claimed to have live music It was one young kid with guitar Nobody was even sitting in there; although; the bar looked nice

Alejandra Santamaria

Here staying during a biz tripFront staff was trash when i checked in — asked me three times how many keys i wanted, talked to other people while helping meAC in the room did not fully work properly

Hotel staff did not check on me once — i was there for four daysThe noise during the weekends is BAD I don’t get woken up by noise easily This was LOUD Also, people staying here looked like trashNot my kind of hotel Won’t stay in this chain ever again

Ruth Howard

The staff was friendly but the room was completely inadequate It seemed like they spent so much time trying to make it look trendy that they forgot about function The tiny closet wasn’t long enough to hang a dress

There wasn’t a microwave No shelf in the shower to put anything on and the built in shower products smelled like men’s deodorant It was also very noisy

What a lovely stay! The hotel is perfectly situated away from downtown, but also close enough to downtown to enjoy both The vintage vibe is wonderful It truly felt like a country get away despite being in the city

We loved the room So many snack and drink options for a reasonable price The pool is nice and heated We will most definitely be back

Rob E

Our family with two kids stayed here over fourth of July We had a really great time! We stayed in the standard double suite which was great because we were away from the pool area which has a party atmosphere in the evening The kids loved the fires in the courtyard and the room was excellent

We enjoyed the fridge and snacks provided in the room and found the prices to be reasonable While you can eat on site there are food trucks around so we tried a lot of different places to eat They also had charging for our EV on site free of charge We did the three night stay and it was perfect

Savanna Garde

Stayed at Lone Star Court for a weekend getaway with my husband We were blown away by this property Modern luxury and amenities intersected beautifully with campy (pun-intended) fun

The staff members were friendly and accommodating The grounds were very well kept and serene The rooms were comfortable and so fun to look at We felt like we were sleeping in an art installation Clean bathroom Comfortable robes Extremely comfortable bed – we slept very well Extensive mini bar selectionSo happy we stayed here! Felt like we had a true Texas experience We will be back!

This hotel was fabulous! Plenty of parking, and the room was very clean and modern and included fluffy nice towels and little toiletries Had everything my daughter and i needed for her gymnastics event in the area We where greeted with very friendly staff when we arrived

The lobby, hallways and common areas where all very well kept We did jump in the pool and enjoyed it We also did eat the breakfast buffet, they do charge extra for the breakfast which we though came with the room but we paid it and where satisfied The server even went above and beyond and brought my daughter a bowl of strawberries because the buffet fruit bowl had run out and that’s all she was wanting Location was also nice, it’s close to enough fast food places to grab and go when running to the event and back We would definitely stay there again

Eden Rule

Rooms are typical for a hotel, the only staff member we experienced was nice They add odd amounts for deposits and incidentals so keep a close eye on your bill and charges I experienced this as well as others ahead of me in line discussing it at check in/check out

The worst part is it is very loud outside being as it is right off the freeway I’m usually not bothered by noise but between the loud cars driving by all night and the a/c system turning on and off every 10-15 minutes, this was a terrible place to stay if you want uninterrupted sleep Hope you are a heavy, heavy sleeper Sounded like a drag race going on as cars revved and sped past all night Had the a/c set as low as it would go because the room was very stuffy feeling, and I guess they have a timer set or the system is guarded because it would not stay on I’ve never had this happen Between the noise of the system shutting on and off and then the temperature getting stuffy, cool, stuffy, cool all night, I couldn’t sleep Overpriced to start with and then difficult to get any sleep made it worse Oh, and don’t even get me started on the sorry excuse for pillows Don’t waste your money here if you need to sleep and have an early morning or long drive the next day

Kerry Coleman

Shared management with the Marriott next door (huge conflict of interest)Been staying here for 3~ years now, same account same company card, no issuesManager needs more training himself, as well as better training the staff at the Marriott next doorThe guy at the front desk here was great, was on the ball “ya no worry just need to verify it now, but my manager has to do it”

Manager says no because I got upset when given the CONFIRMED WRONG info next doorWent to a different location, had no trouble getting verified and checked in, 3 years down the drain due to bad management

Tiffani Schlueter

I enjoyed my stay here The rooms were fully stocked with full kitchen and small couch living area separate from the bed space We had their basic level room with king bed

The kitchen was stocked with utensils and plates/cups which was nice The bathroom was large with nice walk in shower which got plenty hot water and was cleaned and fully stocked with nice little touches The bed was clean and so very comfortable, it was hard to want to get out of it The a/c was incredible given it was well into the 100’s while we stayed and we found ourselves needing to turn it off at times because it was so efficient at cooling the space They were open and accommodating for our dog as well which was truly appreciated given how spotless the facility was Usually places this nice are hesitant to allow dogs Not here They even had treats awaiting them at the front desk They had fresh, cold fruit diffused water available at the front desk which was also a pleasant surprise and was much appreciated during these extreme hot days We were bummed that we missed the breakfast they offered in the morning as it is available only for a short period (by 9:30 they closed it up and we couldn’t get anything) The pool area is rather small and could only comfortably house two small families and during our stay it was always full so we never got the chance to use it Would’ve rated it a 10 if it weren’t for the short breakfast and underwhelming pool

Urvish Shah

Super friendly staff Nice clean rooms Really liked their breakfast

Great location, very close to shopping center area in The Domain Right next to Top Golf, so much so that it may seem that they share the parking lot 🤠 For some reason you need to specifically request for daily room cleaning If you don’t, your room won’t be cleaned Seemed little odd to me

Raquel Seymone

Great location, right across the street from The Domain for shopping and dining The rooms are well appointed, but smelled like pets – asked for something to help and they gave me the industrial room spray which only temporarily helped Those carpets are holding a terrible odor

Easy, free parking Complimentary breakfast is pretty basic Pool could you use more regular cleaning

I stayed in room 209 The sheets reeked of chlorine It wasn’t noticable during the day, but at night, it made it hard to sleep

One of the elevators was not working I liked the plants in the lobby It made the place feel much more comfortable The breakfast was good The shower wasn’t working I tried to pull the little thingy on the water faucet but it didn’t work so instead I just used the bathroom sink The toilet paper was too far behind the toilet which made it hard to reach The electrical outlets are kinda iffy Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’tIf I ever come again, I’ll bring my own blankets and pillows I think it’s genuinely a good hotel It’s just got some design flaws

Rodney Rodriguez

The hotel is very clean and beautiful with great breakfast but there’s room for growth especially in the service areaAccording to one staff member you need to request your room to be served otherwise they won’t clean it even if the do not disturb sign is not displayed at the door That’s exactly what happened to us, but once we addressed the issue they brought us everything we needed and the front desk gave us some treats

Rich Carey

There is only 1 working elevator at this establishment, which made for a crowded elevator ride, both up and down A couple that I visited with said that the elevator had been down for one entire week, even though it’s clearly marked that the service for the elevator has been scheduled With the currently working elevator, it would make a nasty shimmy when stopping at the top floor, which made for a scary/uncertain experience which was troubling

Within the room that we stayed, there was a very disgusting spot on the curtains, the buttons on the telephone in the bedroom did not work properly, there was a crack in the bathroom sink, the television set in the bedroom only connected to audio and would not connect to see what was on the screen, and the microwave oven was filthy/dirty/nasty We then reached out to the front desk and were told that the maintenance individual had already left for the night When we called back, there was no one available to pick up the call We then went downstairs and saw the front desk person sitting in the atrium casually visiting with another hotel employee When we went downstairs, with pictures, we shared with the front desk personnel what we had seen/experienced in the room and magically the maintenance person was still on sight to go upstairs and review the problems that we had reported I felt that the staff was very nonchalant and was overall not very helpful Also, we had been upgraded to the premium suits, complete with snacks and beverages, but were not made aware that the snacks and beverages would only be available at the initial check-in, and might only be replenished if we stayed more than four nights, since the hotel policy is that any room service/housekeeping only happens after a four-night stay I realize that a lot of things have changed since Covid, back in March of 2020, but I hadn’t realized just how much has changed

We had our family vacation a week ago for 2 nights 3 days Our girls had so much fun, the rooms are so nice and clean, the water park is huge We had so much fun! The arcade was the best, we did the escape room, did bowling night and we ate dinner there

Everything was just perfect for our mini vacation That my girl’s want to go backgreat great place for your family!

Jamie P.

The water park and outdoor pool area were both amazing! Our family had a blast! My review is more concerning the hotel and dining experienceFood and drinks were decent, but you will pay arena prices Highly suggest going to HEB down the street and picking up snacks and bottled water

The room (we had a 2 bed/2 bath) was new and clean, but a bit sparse in decoration I am curious as to why ice buckets are unavailable as it is hard to keep it solid with just a plastic bagHousekeeping did not make it into our room once during our 4 nights/3 days trip We were out of our room plenty of times for them to take advantage of cleaning and tidying up We finally just called down for fresh items to be delivered We had turn down service included in our VIP package but that never happened We also had housekeeping knock on our door the morning of our final day and ask when we were leaving Our package included a 2:00 pm check out so shouldn’t this be something that they are already aware of?

Lilly Defee

It was a great time The food was good It was a little pricey, but you expect that at places like this

When the food and service are good, you don’t mind the price so bad I would have personally liked more lighting, especially in the bathroom Makes it difficult for applying makeup I think the bungalows should have had a lower price if you are an overnight guest We all had a really good time Thank you!🤗🤗

Clean rooms Professional service Book this hotel and you will enjoy every moment To tell the truth I was a bit skeptical at first but I am proud that I made the right decision If you want to make a memory this is the place to start Trust me on this one

Terrie Kasemeyer

Stayed there for State Championship Baseball tournament at Dell Diamond The hotel was great Breakfast ended at 9:00 which was a little early for my schedule

Slight glitch when I discovered that housekeeping personnel on my floor did not speak English So communicating need for certain service was impossible But the front desk was very responsive and remedied my issue quickly All in all I will stay there again if I’m ever back in the area Convenient location

Pamela Sims

I don’t know where to start The quality of service we were given was second to none We arrived to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday, and the entire staff from management to housekeeping went above and beyond to make this weekend so relaxing, intimate, and special

Eli, the manager, clearly is so invested in making sure everyone has a great experience and a great part of that is his respect and relationship with the employees The entire staff that met us was so warm, so professional, and so friendly Our room was immaculate, peaceful, and comfortable Not only do I highly recommend Hyatt Place Austin/Round Rock, we will be back again Thank you Eli, Asmoon, John, CJ, and others whose names I’m trying to remember, for making this one of our best mini vacations in a long time You all are the best❤️

I could rave on and on about this place! Comfortable beds with soft sheets, gorgeous spacious bathroom with nice big bottles of JR Watkins toiletries, good grab and go breakfast with hot and cold options, coffee all day that actually tastes good, and just an overall clean facility (no carpet in the rooms is a huge plus) Our room did have a small cube fridge and microwave, which wasn’t clear when booking, but a very nice surprise The whole place is just super well put together, and we were thrilled with our stay

This place had absolutely everything I look for in a hotel I’m definitely hooked on the avid brand and will be a repeat customer if the prices remain comparable

Nicola Thompson

We literally just checked out, and this modern hotel is Absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed in…and yes, that is considering the high value hotels! As an Army veteran, I have traveled all across this country, and one thing that makes my stay the best is the customer The customer service here is second to none!!!! No matter what concern I had, they were prompt, professional, and kind while addressing this issue!Additionally, the breakfast options were amazing! My children loved everything they had to offer, and that’s rare 😁 The hotel is kept clean and stocked with some of the best snack option And the coffee was freshly brewed in a machine that literally grind up the coffee beans to order! Wow!!!!!!From Becky’s great welcome, the young man on 3rd shifts’ integrity and professionalism, housekeeping’s hard-work, maintenance’s kindness, to Erin’s generosity to my children before leaving, WE LOVED this hotel staff!!! Don’t be fooled by the low cost, you will be getting top notch service!!

Elise D

I booked this hotel for a work trip that I had in town I feel that the hotel was clean – check in was easy and every encounter that I had with the staff there was great! Everyone was very nice and friendly The breakfast was also nice

One item to note is that the room is TINY – even by NYC standards I could barely walk around the bed – which was not I expected It is also close to the highway so it was a little loud at night There are also no drawers for clothing or a closet in my room (one king)I liked the gym – I will say that it was well equipped and fully functional! A highlight of the property for certain! The other item to note is that there was no housekeeping I feel that is just ridiculous So everyone can be congregated at breakfast with no masks, staff does not have to wear a mask (which is consistent with CDC guidelines so no issue there) but you don’t have housekeeping because of COVID? That does not make a whole lot of sense and just looks like a cost saving effort on the hotels part It was frustrating to have keep asking for fresh towels/soap etc from the front deskIf you are going to reduce your rates to account for the lack of housekeeping, that is one thing – but to charge full fare for no housekeeping, I did not think was fairOverall, liked the property so I would stay here again though

It started with one hour early check-in which was the only good thing to say about our stay After that, we were notified of shortage of staff and room service is not available everyday This is a deal breaker

Having so many other options to stay, the reason we chose this hotel over AirBnb was room service and breakfast We did not get room service for our entire stay of 3 nights We put the garbage outside of the room and no one picked up the garbage Breakfast: didn’t have vegetarian option except milk and cereals No breads or bagels Juice machine was broken as if it’s a thing in hotels nowadays I haven’t had this bad experience at other Marriott properties 1 star is because of room size

The holloway family

The hotel is very old and stale The carpet is filthy We only stayed one night because we couldn’t get out money back, but had to cancel our other night because we could not tolerate the filth

I probably used an entire bottle of Lysol trying to disinfect the room Did I say the carpet is filthy, the bathroom floor was disgusting, the pillow cases were dirty Even the free lotion that every hotel provides looked 1980ish The rooms are super small I have stayed in a Motel 8 and that hotel was better than this hotel I’m not going to get started on the subpar breakfast Muffins smelled like play dough I could go on and on, but do not pay anything more than $75/night for this hotel Trust me, you will be highly disappointed I hope that my negative review will motivate management to fix the problem

Siva Kumar

The hotel was filthy and it seems like Marriott retrofitted an old hotel into its chain The room amenities did not work as expected The fridge leaked water in the room floors, the microwave did not work and the ac/heat were either too hot or cold

It could not be controlled We just stayed there for a night but it was probably my least favorite stay in a Marriott chain I would not recommend it to anyone

Marriott employees went above and beyond for us, I had my daughters sweet 16 here and it was the best day ever From the time I started planning it Jaelyn was very helpful and informative The day of the sweet 16 the guys that served and attended to us was super nice! The food was great and the decorations they provided looked amazing

The room was very spacious and dance floor was big enough for my whole family! Thanks guys again! I highly recommend having a even here!

I am a very satisfied about the exceptional service I have received at this property Last night my A/C broke at my home and rented a room at this Marriott property (close to my home) The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and quickly accommodated to our room by Ms

Sue Kunz, which was very pleasant and professional, and was overall very happy with how clean the room is The bed sheets are very clean and smell so good, too The staff are very professional at all times and will likely recommend this Marriott property to our family and friendsThank you!-Luis

I grew up in Round Rock and remember watching this hotel be built as a kid That said, it’s more than 20 years old and it’s starting to show While it’s still very nice and the lobby is updated, the rooms could use a refresh

Still giving it 5 stars because it was very clean, staff were nice, and the price reflects that it’s not the nicest, most modern hotel in town I also loved that it’s pet-friendly, as normally I have to stay at not-so-great places in order to have a pet-friendly hotel Would stay here again (Stayed here at Thanksgiving, 2021)

Excellent stay! The staff is extremely nice and attentive The room was clean and nicely decorated with a nice well-stocked kitchen area and full sized fridge Breakfast was quite good with a varied selection (especially on the weekends)

Overall I found the hotel to be very quiet except for a bit of street noise that could be heard through the windows

I’ve stayed here on a few trips through the area now It’s nice, the facilities are nice, and it’s often booked out I’ve noticed it’s a favorite of the Texas DPS as well, some how I expect the must have training nearby because all but one stay the parking lot had 9 out 10 vehicles throughout of officers staying the night

The breakfast is good, and there’s lots of food options nearby It will definitely be a favorite when passing through Austin

Beautiful hotel, at a good location for us Lot of artwork, memorabilia located in and around the building Our room was mostly nice

The patio was very nice to sit outside in the evening The pool area was very nice as well The lobby and breakfast area was well situated and comfortable Some breakfast items were not always available for long periods of time before they could bring more The staff was mostly helpful On the downside, the lobby men’s room was out of soap and tissues, for the 2 day that I was there This seemed to be story of most of the building Many of the hand sanitizers were empty We had to ask the front desk due to no towels at the swimming pool They got some out there in about 15 minutes Housekeeping was not doing daily cleaning of the rooms I assume due to the pandemic situation They have to sure what they need to do, but some plan as to getting towels exchanged, trash pick-up would have been good to know

I just spent the past week here for a work trip I appreciated the location, and I had plenty of space in my room The fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink were all super helpful to have

Unfortunately, the kitchen sink in my room leaked water My room was next to the laundry room, so I’m not sure if that was the reason for having NO water pressure in the shower- like water trickled out of the shower head, and the hot water knob on the bathroom faucet did not turn on The front desk worker was irritated when I requested housekeeping for each day of my stay The housekeeper did a nice job on the days that they came but my room didn’t get done one day even though it was on the schedule The one elevator’s buttons were stuck and hard to work and a lot of people’s trash was left out in the hallways for a really long time The gym was nice and not busy at all I’d stay here again if my company needed me to stay here again, but I will definitely vocalize my room issues in the future if there are any

This is an average suites hotel at best, similar to La Quinta Inns level This place is OVER-PRICED They charge like a 4-star hotel

We were looking forward to great experience after seeing reviews and were utterly disappointed I question the authenticity of some of those reviewsProblems: Beds & pillows not comfortable, pool unclean (our child developed skin rash!), dogs barking next door People leaving their garbage outside the doors instead of housekeeping staff going to rooms and picking We had not seen that in hotels costing half of what this Homewood charged usIn short, we would not recommend this place

Such a cool hotel!! My daughter and I stayed here for a night and both loved it The theme/decor is different from a lot of hotels you see in the area and was really fun The room was amazing, had everything we needed, and was really cute

Also the staff was very friendly and helpful both the night we checked in and in the morning when we left!

UPDATE 6/5/22: Two weeks after the stay, I realized my credit card was charged $46 two days after my stay for no reason (room was paid with points) My Marriott account, however, does not show any charges I called the property three times and GM Ellis was suppose to have called me back

He never did I did learn from a helpful front desk associate that their records do not show any charges either I am now disputing the random charge with Chase Check your bank or credit card statements for erroneous chargesPoor excuse for a Marriott property Everything is dingy from the lobby to the rooms Attempts to provide a modern ambience are overshadowed by lackluster amenities Will not be staying at another Aloft branded property On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and had great attitudes

Lindsey Ray

Edited to add: as of today, there is a pending deposit from AloftNot a great experience 2 nights of our 3 night stay we had no television

They came and looked at it and said they would fix but that never happened Our last night there, the shower head dripped and was hitting the metal drain pan I tried jusr closing the bathroom door but the rolling doors don’t close all the way A plastic piece of the door kept falling off but we could just put it back The chargers on the bedside tables seem like a great idea but they don’t fully charge even when on for 8 hrs Last day, our air conditioner couldn’t seem to get the room cool but maybe it was just so hot outside, it couldn’t keep upI told the lady at check out all of the issues and she was very nice and apologetic She said she didn’t have authority to really do anything about it and wrote it all down in a spiral and assured me someone would call No one did so I called a week later and spoke to front desk manger and she said we’d be refunded a night’s stay in 3-5 days Never happened I called again, still nothing Called and talked to GM,he assured me we would get the refund Never happened I have now left a couple messages and talked to a couple other people and while all mostly friendly, they are doing nothing I should have demanded it be taken care of at check out but I’ve honestly never dealt with such a shady hotel Our stay was Memorial weekend and still no resolution

Very beautiful hotel and great ambiance The front desk employees are very sweet and helped answer my questions Check in and check out was smooth and easy

The room was very nice and clean I had a small issue with my room card that was quickly fixed The hotel is also located in a great area in Austin I went to different popular places with my family and most of them were 13-20 minutes away

Chianti

Clean, comfortable and quiet! Very nice hotel that is well located to various restaurants and shops The one item that impressed me was the restaurant at the hotel A co-worker and I decided to have dinner at the hotel and Drew was the server who was very pleasant and explained in detail the various items on the menu

I felt like I was in a local restaurant versus a hotel restaurant I had the Tortilla Soup and the Fish Tacos which both were very good This was my first time staying here and when in the area again will definitely make reservations here

Dominic Nguyen

From start to finish, the Renaissance hotel did not disappoint Comfortable rooms, delightful pool, and very courteous staffIn particular, I’d love to mention about a gentleman named West

When I arrived, he noticed I had a fully packed trunk and he brought me a cart and brought it up to my room Very pleasant demeanor, and really sets the tone for my visit He didn’t ask me for this review, but I insisted that I wanted to shout him out

The atmosphere was nice and the hotel was very clean Beautiful hotel The staff were very nice and accommodating

Unfortunately the good review ends there We ate at the restaurant in the lobby Paid 68$ Each for 3 inedible steaks covered in so much spice and salt you couldn’t tell they were steaks The manager was the worst however We have a service dog with us He asked what job he performed which is illegal as hell We told him and he finally left but what the hell? Why don’t you ask a person in a wheelchair why they’re in a wheelchair? The next morning we put out breakfast door tag out before midnight Nobody picked it up If we hadn’t had to take the dog out and seen it was still there then I guess we wouldn’t have gotten breakfast and we had a meeting that morning The eggs were beyond over cooked So in general yes we love the hotel but the kitchen and it’s manager need some work apparently

Room was large, lovely and clean with a huge balcony and fireplace I loved it Service was generally friendly – the one drawback was the check-in process

The man checking me in at the desk asked too many probing questions about my personal life He read the details of my ID aloud and commented on my address saying he knew where it was, then asked who I was “getting away from” at home, along with repeated questions for my plans that night that were beyond what I’ve ever been asked while checking into a hotel I’m sure he was clumsily trying to make awkward small talk, but for the money I paid, I didn’t think this was great guest experience and it started my stay off on an uncomfortable foot Just gentle, hopefully constructive feedback Everything else was wonderful

My wife and I just stayed in the Archer’s Den w/ Balcony Suite between 6/11 to 6/13 The suite is nicely appointed The tub in this suite is phenomenal and excellent for couples to share

The Nespresso machines are a nice touch and we enjoyed using them Now for the bad Our suite was on the Rock Rose side of the hotel So for the 1st night we had to endure the music from the clubs on Rock Rose that only seemed to get louder after 10:00pm and then kept going until 2:00am We didn’t even fall asleep until 2:30am I went down to the lobby in the morning and politely asked to be moved to the same suite on the other side of the hotel which I felt had to be quieter The front desk staff were nice enough to acquiesce to my request They also had our bags moved to the new suite The 2nd night in the suite on the Nordstrom side of the hotel was very quiet compared to the 1st night Unfortunately the water pressure wasn’t great in the 2nd suite and the sprayer head barely sprayed even when redirecting all of the water in the shower through it Both suites had some intermittent cooling issues with A/C during the night I had to sleep on top of the covers due to getting very hot with the thermostat set in the 60’s When you are paying $60000+ a night for your suite, you don’t anticipate dealing with these issuesBest Advice: Make sure to ask for your room to be on the Nordstrom side of the hotel, so you can actually sleep (especially if you are getting any of the suites with balconies) If you are on the Rock Rose side, I recommend staying at one of the clubs/bars on Rock Rose until last call and then going to sleep at 2:30am in your room
