Awesome location and price! I’m not sure about other rooms, but ours had carpet stains and couch cushions has food crumbs and stainsKristina at the bar was awesome! All the staff has been professional and welcomingThis is perfect for dinners, entertainment and night life

Darrel Bayer

Had such a great stay this past weekend! Everything was perfect from the moment we got to the hotel to checking out the next morning The staff is super friendly and helpful; they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay The hotel is very modern and trendy and our room was immaculate with a great city view

We got a chance to eat at the pop up restaurant Olivetta downstairs The food there was so good! The bar also had great cocktails; they definitely don’t skimp on the alcohol so it’s well worth the money

Scott M

Oddly enough, I was one of the very first guests to stay here I actually was the very first room service order – it was good We rented the entire hotel for a month long event just before they opened to the public

The staff is excellent and very nice people Even with our event and grand opening woes, they did a great job Great place to stay

This is a new hotel and overall I thought it was a really nice place with wonderful staff, and a good value for what it offered Like all LA hotels, the rooms aren’t huge, but they are thoughtfully designed with smart touches like drawers under the bed that store a luggage rack, a safe, etc I also liked the thoughtful amenities like a garment steamer, which I usually have to pack myself! (It’s so helpful for unwrinkling dresses and suits

) The interior design of the place is beautiful, and I love the gold hardware and black-and-white tiling in the bathroom My dad stayed in an accessible room and he appreciated the helpful grab bars in the shower I didn’t get to check out the rooftop because of the weather, and didn’t get to try the restaurant and bar, but definitely would come back to do so Oh, and the bed was super comfortable and I slept amazingly well all 3 nights of my stay!I have only two suggestions for improvement: 1) add additional towel hooks in the bathroom (there was only one, and the robe was hanging on it) to help with towel reuse and maximize sink storage space; 2) fix the wake-up call system — both my dad and I requested wake up calls to get to our early morning flight, but neither of us got one It was a good thing we had our phone alarms set!Overall I think this is a really nice choice for staying in Hollywood The staff was wonderful — everyone was super friendly and helpful —and the hotel was well designed and easy to access with a car For about $175 a night, I thought it was an excellent value If you want a large hotel with multiple bars and restaurants then you’ll want to look elsewhere, but if you want a smaller boutique style hotel that still has nice amenities, this is a great option

Pamela Inglis

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms very clean and clutter free The rooftop pool gives fabulous views over LA, whilst being a relaxing oasis in the centre of the cityBut the best thing about this hotel by far is the staff

Nothing is too much trouble, they are very efficient whilst being polite and very helpfulI would recommend this hotel absolutely!I will definitely be coming back

Marion

Lovely newly minted hotel Pool was of decent size with a nice view of the neighborhood The bar serves really good cocktails but too

You can also pick up coffee and breakfast from the restaurant downstairs and have a relaxing breakfast by the poolWish the double queen room was bigger as we had massive luggages Shower pressure could be better Service was smooth!

The history is magnificent, the pool and pool scene is among the top three swimming pool scenes in LA, the location is as good as it gets for a visit to Hollywood but terribly busy and can be a bit loud—tho they did a great job of sound proof windows, far quieter than your average motel I love this place All that said, the basic rooms in the main building are pretty basic

But the cabana rooms and higher end suites are just lovely The lobby is a work of early Hollywood Moorish Mediterranean architectural art, grand and intimate at the same time And the bars mix solid cocktails, the restaurants are really good It is incredibly touristy All the Hollywood Blvd hotels are And it’s only “hip” if a “hip” industry event is being held Otherwise, tourist city Not the best for people watching, if you’re looking for stars or the Beautiful People But I love it A Hollywood treasure, and if you’ve never stayed here, you ought to

Brian Bonaparte

Generally classy and fun Can get overwhelmed at times making the beautiful lobby take on a bus station vibeWe love to have lunch by the pool

The staff are lovely and perfectly welcoming to non-hotels guests who want to eat and drink thereThere is an, ahem, stimulating, collection of art in the bar that tickled us We’ll never look at bacon the same way again! The rooms are nice, particularly for that part of Hollywood (wink, wink)

Jill Kazaniuk

When my friend comes to town, we always stay at The Roosevelt Excellent service all around! From Christian and his fabulous daily greetings To the bartenders Raul, Met, Luke and Nick behind the bar pouring happiness

The rooms are on point and there are plenty of things to do near by I have never had an unpleasant experience here, not once The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is welcoming Looking forward to returning, keep up the great work guys!

The rooms are very nice and the bed is very comfortable However, the noise level when facing Sunset is pretty high, you hear everything on the street at night The TV in the room is impossible to watch if you’re sitting on the couch

Shower is fantastic though The service at the hotel is not quite up to par, imho – they’re not very proactive or eager to please The food at the breakfast restaurant is good, nice pastries too They’re only a few changes away from being great Good luck!

Jase

We were thrilled to get entrance to the Château The environment and decor was fabulous However the biggest Asset of this establishment is the people that work there

I stayed here for a few days while visiting friends and had a great experience The hotel is very clean and well run The staff is super friendly and helpful (especially the older gentlemen at the bar in the restaurant (Faruk?) he provided amazing service, was really great to chat with and clearly takes great pride in his work)

The rooms are spacious and I like the mini living room style set ups I enjoyed my time on the rooftop with views of the city while I worked The location is also great The only thing that could have been better was to get house keeping daily instead of only every three days (as I was only in there for a few days) Will definitely come back when I am in the area again and recommend to people

Julien Isaacs

One of the worst dining experiences of my life Completely empty restaurant on a Wednesday night Main food came 50 minutes after we ordered

Pasta was not warm Steak was like a brick So disappointing The staff seemed like they couldn’t have cared less and were just watching sports on TV Unbelievable level of customer serviceTo make matters worse, I vomited after the meal and my friend broke out in hives I wouldn’t be surprised if our food had been tampered withVery disappointing and I hope the hotel takes steps to remedy this awful service situation

Daustin Kratzer

Le Parc had come recommended to me by my brother, who had stayed there several times So glad I took his advice! Located on a quiet street, but within walking distance to some happening spots, this boutique hotel offers friendly and helpful staff, a wonderful art deco vibe reflected in its furniture pieces, and a modern, eclectic array of artwork adorning its walls The rooms were clean and decorated with a designer’s flare

The rooftop saltwater pool and surrounding cozy seating nooks provided a fun way to end the day while sipping a beverage and enjoying the awesome LA weather “I’ll be back!”

John Campbell

David Weinberger

Want to love it but I can’t Nicely furnished hotel in a solid location, but the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired Housekeeping seemed to consistently avoid my room for some reason, even after I mentioned it to the front desk staff

On top of that, there was also a leak from my bathroom ceiling 🤷🏻‍♂️ The rooftop pool and restaurant is nice but small, so expect it to be crowded if you visit at peak times

Greg Backstrom

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here when the water at our home wasn’t working for a few days The room was comfortable, the service was nice, and the restaurant is great The hotel has a sort of resort fee even though it isn’t a resort, but the nice thing is you get a credit for each night you stay that you can use toward snacks and drinks from their mini-bodega at the front desk

While there isn’t much that is walkable, there’s a lot within a short drive, and they provide a free Lyft ride to a nearby location

Susana Perez

The location is great The rooms were spacious and clean, overall However, the communication is horrible! Was never informed that housekeeping was upon request

Secondly, left some items behind called right away, stated they were looking into it Not one call back from my multiple calls I did receive a general email from Kristina, replied to her over a week Again, no word Take full responsibility for leaving $300 sneakers behind but a courtesy call back, would’ve been nice

Absolute perfection This hotel strives for greatness and goes above and beyond to offer impeccable and truly top-tier service The staff are extremely experienced, elegant, and sensible and make you feel both special and at ease the moment you arrive

From the valet desk, where they will greet you by name, to the pool, where they offer outstanding food and drinks, the staff seeks to satisfy your every whim (room service even went so far as to procure ingredients for a dish we requested) The Four Seasons LA is a centrally-located bastion of calm, an oasis within walking distance of all the charm and fun of Beverly Hills

Ryan Seangio

The Four Seasons Los Angeles was phenomenal and truly lives up to the brands standards The level of attention to detail and service is top notch! Special thanks to Nathan from concierge who went above and beyond to make us feel special From the moment we arrived we were greeted with glass of champagne, and escorted to our Wellness room which was just a few steps to the pool, and had a wonderful balcony overlooking Beverly Hills

Nathan also went out of his way to coordinate a special welcome amenity for us which was incredible This will always be my go-to stay in LA from now on!

Herah Syesy

The Four Seasons Hotel is a great place to stay if you’re visiting the city The location could not be better – just steps from everything that downtown has to offer, including all of its wonderful fountains! Sink sort of leaked water all over right side of bathroom counter and not great lighting, but still liked room We didnt use any of the food/bar or amenities so I cant comment to service, and location depends on what you’re doing, but the surrounding area was very nice

mike rhee

Best location to explore Los Angeles, close to everything A lot of places to eat and shop around Close proximity to tourist traps and else

Check in was easy, room was clean, decor was modern, everything worked in the room, elevator was fastBreakfast menu could be improved, due to their bakery items not being made in house, sometimes those items arrives later than early morning Valet personnel are very attentive, also text to retrieve the car is fast and easy

Eugene Lin

The hotel is very unique and artistic The ambience is really fun, and the rooftop deck is a wonderful place to relax Everyone working there seems like a character

For the ambiance and service in the rooftop deck, five stars Leroy was great Drinks were great, food was good, and the live music was a nice bonus The place where PE falls short is the actual hotel service I’d give it two stars given the price Our room had a climate control system that could not keep up with the heat (in April!) In addition, the TVs Internet connection didn’t work so we couldn’t watch any streaming services, and when they sent people up to fix it they didn’t know what to do The foldaway bed was very saggy and uncomfortable And the hotel staff didn’t even ask us how our stay was or if anything went wrong When we did comment about the TV, the person at the front desk simply said yeah we’re having a problem with all of the rooms For over $500 a night, I expect much better hotel accommodation This was like motel-quality room and service Parking was around $50/day and the valet service was always prompt and courteous The hotel is in a great West Hollywood location Walking distance to interesting nightlife Ideally to me I’d visit friends who are staying here and hang on the incredible rooftop deck, but stay elsewhere

Keith Anyon

My stay was amazing – starting with a warm greeting from the valet staff outside, everything flowed beautifully throughout The room felt like it was brought from Paris, with great accent pieces and very comfortable furniture There were lots of “extras” on-hand, from snacks and beverages, to a well-thought out minibar

The rooftop pool area was a must – the oversized lounges were just as welcoming as the staff Bursting with sunshine, it was great to catch up with old friends who were visiting, as well as make new friends among the other guests This is where the hedonism part comes in – but you’ll have to experience that yourself when you visit! Thanks to Thomas at Reception and George who took care of my friends and I while dining on the rooftop last night, for their excellent service!

Tay Car

Very disappointed I’ve always wanted to stay here since I saw the hotel on Netflix show I called and the person on the phone gave me one price for the executive suit then when I arrived to book on site at front desk he gave me another higher price

So since he quoted me the wrong price initially he gave me a discount for executive suit which was nice Then I arrive to the room and the sink won’t drain when I’m washing my face and kept filling up every time I would use it The bathroom lights kept flickering on and off all night like there was an electrical issue or old light bulbs that need to be changed These are normally things you would expect at a cheap Motel not a boutique hotel in West Hollywood It was like nobody ever stayed in that room or they do some maintenance on their rooms I called next morning and they only refunded me $150 on a almost $700 room Very sad

This hotel is located in Beverly Hills and so what NOT a big deal The rooms are very small

The bathroom is outdated The shower glass is dangerous it is not completely enclosed and swing in both directions no handle to hold onto to secure yourself when washing your feet and the tub was permanently stained The desk was nicked and worn The heat DID NOT work Instead of giving me a new room a small desk portable heater was delivered to the room That is not Beverly Hills service I stayed in a Beverly Hills hotel before and decided to check out another hotel I will NEVER return to The Sixty Hotel EVER I absolutely loved the valet staff they get 5 stars Not worth taking pictures

Cat FnW

Be careful of this hotelThey overcharged you and lied to you saying its additonal of whatsoever cost I made a booking on hotel official website showing all cost included(including occupancy tax and city occupancy tax)

After I checked out(they didn’t print invoice or email me invoice), I found the overcharge on my credit card and called the hotel They just made up stories about city tax but refused to refund I went back to the hotel website(luckily I registered and kept a record of the booking details) I found they were lying about this city tax and the hotel just randomly added additional fee to my hotel stayBesides, the hotel facility is quite old and room is tinyI would not recommend it to anyone unless you don’t care about being overcharged for staying in poor old hotel

My written review did not originally post so adding here:Hotel location is great, and price wise in comparison to some other hotels in the vicinity it is reasonably good value for moneyHowever, having stayed at a couple of the other hotels in the area (Beverly Wilshire & Maybourne) there is no comparison in service – the Sixty does lack in certain areas but is half the priceRooms were cleaned daily, but each time there would be something forgotten inside the room (cleaning product or cloths) or other items missed such as not cleaning the cups, not disposing of trash or not replacing water, coffee etc

The roof deck bar was supposedly a “must see”, I agree it is stunning for the pool, views, and ambiance – but the food was average at best, and the service was atrocious On two occasions after ordering drinks we waited 15-20 mins when there were not that many people on the roof area It became apparent that there was a “private event” ongoing on the other side of the roof area on this day which may have explained the slow service but there was a bar manager who was outright rude and spoke to me in a very abrasive tone as I attempted to follow up on my drink order that i’d waited 15-20 mins already for – I was told to “get back behind the barrier as we have a private event ongoing!” and “I need you to stand that side of the barrier” For context, the barrier was a small rope attached to two posts that was difficult to notice and I had crossed it by about 12 inches to ask where my drink wasFollowing this, I immediately asked to settle the bill, paid in cash, and left immediately It is also worth pointing out that these charges were then ALSO applied to the room bill upon check-out which was rectified by the front desk staff after I pointed this out and explained the above eventsWe stayed for 12 nights at a cost in excess of $7,000 so we really did expect a better all around experience from this hotel aside from just its convenient locationAll in all, if you want a “reasonable value for money”, convenient hotel with decent rooms (recommend the Wilshire Suites) then this place is ok if you expect service levels anywhere approaching 5* hotels then this is not the place A couple of the staff were friendly and accommodating but generally speaking the whole experience was below par with a couple of incidents to really put a downer on things

We stayed at L’Ermitage for two weeks; each moment was notable with the myriad of amenities at the hotel and its wonderful staff Delaney was incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary At the restaurant, Nayeli made both my daughter and I feel so special every day! With a rooftop pool, delicious and accommodating restaurant, and close proximity to shopping, food, etc

, you will always have something to do! We hated leaving and will definitely be back with my husband soon!

L’ermitage BH has monogrammed Frette pillowcases that they personalize with your initials and are yours to keep! I loved this place! We threw a last-minute party on the rooftop and the staff were excellent and provided everything we needed for a flawless event I will definitely stay here again In fact, I wish I stayed at the one in Florida instead of staying at The Breakers

So disappointed in our stay at the Mondrian this time Although the staff were lovely the hotel has lost its cool LA vibe We didn’t realize the pool area has now become an over 21 area after 1 pm Friday , Saturday and Sunday turning the whole outside area into a sleazy pick up joint for ages 21 to 30 which is great if that is want you’re looking for

But we had our 18 year old daughter with us and it would have been good to know this Also the lovely restaurant and hang out area was completely closed so really felt ripped off paying for these amenities we could not use We will definitely not be going back

Front desk staff are not polite, in fact very rude and dismissive upon check in and check out Cocktails at the pool were disgusting, gave a few different cocktails a go but all of them were terrible Don’t waste your time or money there when there are plenty of good bars around

Housekeeping did not replenish coffee, coffee cups or creamer, shampoo or body wash Nor did they take the trash out I checked in to a room that hadn’t been vacuumed, collected dust and hair on the bottoms of our feet and the bed sheets had a short curly hair in them (gross) Hallways and doors are in need of a renovation The best part: The room itself was nice and the bed was very comfortable All in all a very disappointing experience for the price and apparent reputationDisappointing and underwhelming sums it up

This Hotel’s pool area is fully open to the public We were full paying guests but had nowhere to sit or lounge around Instead we noticed Ubers dropping off individuals and they just walked into the pool area, no key or ID required

The view is not bad but they really really need to clean the pool, it was pretty dirty so that’s a bummer I agree with other previous guests that this is a party hotel It was loud DAY AND NIGHT Difficult to sleep and relax in the room with the obnoxious noise We also noticed two cockroaches in the tub but we took care of that ourselves so no big deal there I’ve stayed at 6 others in the area and this is by far my least favorite This hotel is not intended for people who want to relax and enjoy a nice clean pool No peace and quiet at this hotel Good luck!

Everything from the staff, the building, the cleanliness,

it was all perfect The rooms are unique and so well curated, and the housekeeping took such great care (something we’ve all missed during the pandemic, right?) The staff was always busy taking care of guests, keeping the gorgeous garden well appointed, being quick to handle valeting, etc We had a wonderful stay and hope to return in the near future I highly recommend this quaint and stunning hotel!

Loved this hotel Esau at the front desk was so helpful and treated us like family The courtyard with the fountain, fireplaces, palm trees, cacti and beautiful tile details was heaven and we barely wanted to leave

Everything in the hotel room was top notch Super comfy bed and sheets and cute sitting area and wonderful mini bar selection They also organized for us to go to the NeueHouse which was an easy 5 minute drive away as I had to work for a bit and we were very well cared for there

Angie Douvres

Loved this hotel! Great job providing old Hollywood romantic charm Staff was cheerful, welcoming, and Esau (sorry – 1 s or 2?) was especially helpful Cozy outdoor gathering space with fire pits and the room was outstanding

Would move in permanently Also, right in the middle of all things Hollyweird and in walking distance of food, drinks, etc Well done

I apologize for not taking more photos I enjoyed my massage at the spa it was absolutely delightful The massage therapist was very good

However I would say that they weigh overcharged for their services I very much enjoyed their food there breakfast is all I ate there and light bites for lunch at the pool everything was delicious The rooftop bar is fun however the pool is very small It seems much larger on their website in the pictures but it’s quite small The views from up there beautiful The staff is great Very good service Unfortunately though the drinks again are completely overpriced The bathtub was amazing in the bathroom the lighting could have been much better in the bathroom for being able to see myself as I was getting ready The room itself was nice but it could have been a little nicer and larger for the amount of money that they’re charging the small patio space was nice which is what they call a terrace but it also could have been a little bigger what some nice plants floral plants would have been nice it would have been a nice touch All in all I enjoyed my stay there

YR

I would definitely stay here again for the location and the rooms It’s a great decor and a beautiful environment in and around the hotel I enjoyed the stay very much

The cons here are the service and the pool area The staff at registration are not very friendly and accommodating and the pool is quite small and the sunbathing area was full and I had to wait about an hour for a spot there My biggest complaint was not really a fault of the hotels completely but I had some emergency business that came up and I needed to stay in the room an extra 45 minutes or so The hotel was very far from full so there was really no emergency to vacate the room right away There were literally at least 8 notifications from different members of the staff asking when I plan on leaving and each of them said okay when I asked for an extra hour I literally checked out and left 45 minutes after my scheduled checkout so I’m not sure what all the aggression was about

Front desk amazing, restaurant in lobby top tier, rooftop pool service 0 The service on the rooftop is horrible No greeting s no acknowledgment and I was there over half an hour and not serviced

It was like another world from the service and amazing hospitality in the lobby areas There was a women on the rooftop her name was I think Bethlaham she was fantastic but the other staff really didn’t mirror the luxury experience I had seen from others Not welcoming at all and we were there to celebrate a special occasion The rest of the staff was great but the rooftop pool servers team by so much

Recently completed a 1 night stay here We booked the “Deluxe, Guest room, 1 King” but upon checkin we were offered an upgrade to the “Deluxe Terrace” or the “Loft” I think the “Loft” would have been a little more luxurious, but we love a terrace so opted for that

The check in was quick and efficientThe room was great Very clean and simple looking, very comfortable bed We loved the separated shower and toilet rooms as well as all the toiletry productsWe spent one evening at the pool which was fantastic The lounge chairs looked new, had two towels covering the length of the chair, and a third towel was there for drying after the pool Someone quickly came over and offered us food and drink We ordered the guacamole- it was one of the best I’ve ever had I also had a cocktail which was delicious The team at the pool took great care of usAs far as elite benefits, the room upgrade and late checkout were the only ones offeredI’d stay here again in a heartbeat

Jenna Nicole

I love this place The service is amazing! better than any hotel in LA The night staff is also amazing and way exceeded my expectation

One night when I was getting ready to go out to dinner my dress zipper got stuck and broke! I called down to see if they maybe had a kit or something I could use and Jenny ( one of the night staff ) came up to my room and helped me with my dress for about an hour !! She was the sweetest They definitely go above and beyond for costumer service I would give this place 10 stars if I could
