Looks like new construction but if it is, why is it so dirty and scuffed up already? Walls scuffed, filthy elevator, dirty floors We have stayed in quite a few LaQuinta Inns over the past year bcs we have done a lot of traveling and they accept dogs We have always been happy with these hotels, but this one has a weird vibe and dirty

We were very happy to find a pet friendly hotel with a reasonable pet fee ($23), perhaps, when we got to the 1st room that Leonard checked us in, the heater thermostat control didn’t work He was very nice to Switched us to another room, but that room didn’t look like it was completely clean at all The covers were stained, The mini fridge was Filthy and had an old yogurt inside, and the microwave was also dirty

There wasn’t a blow dryer available in the bathroom, but I found a pair of dirty socks instead The staff was nice and the breakfast was okay, but I don’t think that we’ll be staying there ever again in our way to Dallas

Simple 5 stars but minus 2 because problems with Platinum Elite breakfast Hotel only gives a 10 dollar credit per room and not for 2 persons as couple

After complaining at the frontoffice they correct it Breakfast is good but coffee for 4 dollar extra to pay with breakfast is not right The hotel is full service and beautiful What a great pool! The room was exactly what the pictures showed Clean and comfortable The reason I picked this hotel, is because it’s “Pet Friendly”

I travel for work and stay in Choise Hotels all over the country I have a 6 yr old Toy Yorkie that travels with me I am usually charged a pet fee of $10-$15 and I’m happy to pay that This motel charged me $35 for my 25 lb dog I told the guy, that I stay all over the country in Choice Hotels and am only charged at most $15 He was not helpful at all I will not stay at this Choice Hotel in Odessa, TX again!

I don’t think house keeping vacuums the floor because when I walk on the tiled portion I feel dirt on my feet Room was big and comfortable but when I arrived AC want on and it took overnight to cook off Breakfast was good except when parents let their kids mess up the waffle station

Girl working breakfast was friendly and apologized for these rude guests Front desk was unable to print a 2 page pdf for me and business center computer is so locked down you can’t log into Gmail Ice machine on 3rd floor seems to always be broke Other than that, comfortable stay

I asked for butter to cook the next few days, a sponge and some soap because I am pretty cleanly I can’t use a dish without washing it first in places like this The front desk staff, Nixon, and Amber were so great and made me actually feel at HOME

100% recommend especially for long term stays The cook is so good the food in the morning was way better than most hotel breakfasts and they were open later!

I can see it’s nice and new but after getting into my room the finish work was terrible The caulking in the shower looked like an old dirty house Base boards not done right in the bathroom had screws driven in the top to pinch it to the wall

Paint looks like it’s melting off the wall above shower head Now I see what quality you get when they pop these hotels up as fast as they do Looks like it could be nice but sloppy work Bathroom floor wasn’t swept Toe nail clippings laying on the floor in the corner Kind of gross for what should be a nice place

Front desk lady name Deandrea was so welcoming and very friendly I have small children with me and was excited for the pool for them Pool was clean and towels were available for us Rooms were clean and spacious Breakfast was fresh and delicious as well! Much better experience from the 1st stay!! Hotel is pleasing to the eyes, clean! Pool was clean and kids had a great time, not too deep so I had peace of mind The lady who made my reservation over the phone was very patient and friendly with me (we were disconnected multiple times due to dead zones) I believe her name was Miss Deandra So nice when she checked us in, very friendly with the kids offered a noodle pool toy, always greeted everyone cheerfuly when we passed by the front desk

We rented a suite and it was spacious and very comfortable, I would recommend a blanket for the pull out sofa bed Plenty of options to eat in the area The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the lady kept it stocked and she also was very friendly and attentive!!

Staff was very friendly I’ve never had an issue with any Fairfield hotel but I was very upset with this one I didn’t like that our first night after check inn we uncovered the beds and there was hairs and crumbs on the bed meaning the sheets were not changed from the previous stay and we found cookies on the bottom of the bed meaning the floor wasn’t vacuumed

the staff was able to move us to a new room and everything seemed fine until I went into the restroom there was ants crawling all long the walls and in the shower and sink!! Also only booked with Fairfield because I called the night before and asked if we could use the pool and they said yes we get there and they advised us the pool is closed!

To begin, we have stayed at this Homewood suites here in Odessa once before in June 2021 and had a similar experience to this stay in July 2022We travel with dogs and appreciate the dog area for potty and also a fully stocked poop bag dispenser 👍Our family LOVED this location very much 💕Rooms are excellent and very clean! We LOVE the kitchens in the rooms as they allow us to eat healthy on the road as well as store food for pups 🎉 The front desk staff has been AMAZING and we have met several different staff depending on our arrival time I have spoken to Javier on the phone and met Kaylen at night and CiCi in the AM and they were so kind and helpful I was driving in from Arizona and a 11 plus hour drive and truly appreciated their hospitality so much

😊Breakfast is very plentiful and coffee is delicious! I am so thankful they have the flavored creamers for the coffeeAll around great property and excellent hospitality from the staff!!

The breakfast could of been little more varied each day or switch it around some days It had same type of “main breakfast” for the 4 days of my stay Very friendly & informative people on where my rooms were & other stuff U can’t assume people know the hotel Liked the complimentary coffee & tea pots they had by the lobby Different flavors That’s always a great gesture by the hotels U have it available all day & night Sometimes you just want something when you’re in a hurry to work or come back to hotel from a long day at work(my trip was business) but even if it was family trip I know me & my wife like that gesture Gave it 4 cause I think the breakfast could of been varied little more daily

Location was good Bathroom door lock was broken looked to be possibly blood stains on the carpet The attitude I got when leaving with my service dog was completely uncalled for, I made the reservation online and checked service dog nothing was said when I got there and walked through the lobby with her and got my key but on the way out this morning the attitude for not having a piece of paper (that was never told to me was needed) and a sign on the door (also never mentioned before at any hotel I had been to)

From reservation process to check in to quality of the room, the experience was exactly what I would expect from a Hampton – expert front desk personnel (Reuben in particular he was amazing and VERY helpful), clean and comfortable room, good breakfast available Upon arrival, Reuben was so kind and helpful plus he made an extra effort to have my room ready a little earlier than normal check in We were there for a graveside service for my wife’s sister, and Reuben went above and beyond to make sure that we had a peaceful stay
