I stayed three nights and felt very comfortable during my stay I feel like this is a great hotel The staff here was very helpful and friendly

The front desk was extremely accommodating and responsive to any request I ate at the restaurant for breakfast, had the yogurt parfait and waffles and it was great Went again for dinner another night and we got Greek salad and fish sandwich and it was good too The hotel grounds are well kept and it is easy to get to from the highway I swam in the pool and it was very nice So overall it is great!

Michael Kroeger

Very nice upscale venue Expansive grounds for a nice walk with an above average restaurant on the grounds The road in and out is not typical and a bit confusing on day one, but the more travelled the easier to negotiate

Staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful Interior was clean and neat as were the rooms Room was spacious and bed firm and comfortable Room had ample seating (sofa +3 chairs) to accommodate visiting guests Our traveling companions were not so lucky with only one chair A call to the front desk resulted in another chair delivered to the room 10 minutes later

Andra DelMonico

Staying here was a wonderful experience! I had my wedding here and everyone was super nice and accomplished every step of the way It was a truly pleasurable experience We booked several of the casitas for the wedding weekend and it was perfect! The rooms were clean and in great condition

The beds were so comfortable The main hotel is beautiful! We ate at the hotel for breakfast and it was impressive, Totally worth checking out!

Great resort for a family with kids although the rooms are a little on the older side All the people are very friendly and professional You’ve got tennis, golf, and several small pools with an overall relaxing environment

There’s a driving range next to the main clubhouse by the South course We played South, Island and Copperhead courses – and the club services team moves your equipment around to each course ahead of time Super efficient!

Ursula Cunningham

This place was spectacular!!! I didn’t get to enjoy the 6 pools, nor golfing but we will be going back in October The room was very nice, it was like home away from home We had a kitchen, living area, nice room and the bathroom was very nice as well

Going back to the kitchen, it had all the appliances and dishware needed to cook I thank God for my husband, for picking out a wonderful place for the second part of our vacation! ❤️❤️❤️

I loved the condo I stayed in Great WI-FI, beautiful property As an Airbnb renter, I feel like there is no respect shown to visitors who spend thousands over their stay

I felt like a prisoner in my very expensive rental Innisbrook would benefit from issuing a pool pass for guests, especially those who spend over $100 at a restaurant built right next to the pool Perhaps a lower membership package, temporary, allows pool(s) or pool Honestly you are accosted if you go in the pool as a renter and are forced to exit It is scary I spent 8 days inside taking occasional walks and ordering in I came to watch golf and go in the pool, considering there are several Are no pools for guests? ugh Sorry I feel like I wasted money that could have been avoided had management addressed the concerns of several guests who posted prior I am not spending thousands of dollars to take a dip It is ludicrous

The hotel needs updating It probably was very nice at one time The bathrooms are great, the meeting rooms were great (I was there for a conference) and the food was excellent

We did not buy the breakfast there because it was very overpriced The beach is a bit dirty but still enjoyed sitting by it I don’t mean dirty like trash, I mean dirty like it looks like lake water The temperature inside our room was hot The unit showed 65 but it was prob closer to 80 We sweat at night the last night I read other reviews where they had the same issue They don’t have a fridge or microwave but you can get a fridge if they have a spare one and you ask I found that weird It is 2022, hot outside, and the price suggest at least this amenity Would I stay again, absolutely if work is paying I would personally prob get a different hotel if I were choosing But it was still a good stay and I’m not opposed to returningPlease put some money into updates and this place will be worth the visit

Joel Gorrín Monzón (Joe Google Reviews)

My first impression of the hotel was not shocking It is not a luxury hotel but the reception was excellent, the entry process was fast and very good cleanliness in the main Lobby area The elevators are in very good condition and when you arrive at the room very good impression, very spacious, good view of the bay, good temperature and good smell, the best thing about the room is the bathroom, super spacious and comfortable

The only downside is that it doesn’t have a refrigerator but nothing so necessary for usMy Joe Google Rate is: 95%

When I booked, I was told I could check in early for $50 on the phone I had a surgery that morning When I arrived they charged me for and entire extra day for checking in early

When I did check in I was not given a parking pass and the parking person outside wasn’t there Finally he showed up and told us to just go in the garage THEN, I went to the room and it was the wrong room We had to walk all the way back to front desk and sit and wait for him to finally find the room that I booked THEN, before surgery I am required to take a shower, the shower is broken there is only one temperature, hell fire I tried every angle to take a shower and it wouldn’t even shoot out cold water, only hot Called the front desk they said there was nothing they could do So I had to basically burn my skin to shower before my surgery I was supposed to be sleeping before At this time I hadn’t had any sleep yet Also the pillows were rock hard They advertised room service for food and none of that was included I paid $700 for a day and a half and I would never go there again Also the carpets were filthy in the room and in the halls

Great hotel overall My family stayed for a long weekend and we loved the proximity to the airport and convenience of local restaurants and shopping Not a far drive to the beach either! The hotel is very clean, staff very helpful and friendly, convenient coffee shop in the lobby, very nice pool on the 9th floor with a beautiful view of the bay, and the beds are comfortable too! Our room had a coffee maker and mini fridge as well

We definitely recommend this hotel

A suitcase and a baby

Nice hotel but there must be a plumbing issue in the hotel Toilet barley flushed and tub didn’t drain Kinda disgusting to shower in dirty water

Corner room view was horrible and it sounded like someone was tapping on my window all night Room never got cold despite being on 65 Beds probably would’ve been comfortable if I weren’t hot as all hell Lobby is welcoming but the workers at the front desk clearly are uninterested in working Bar and work spaces make it convenient for after work drinks

Chelsea S

We were on the 11th floor… the hottest floor in the whole building There was no trash can liners or an ice bucket The ice machine on the 11th floor didn’t work

The ac was set at 65 but the temp of the room never went below 78 It’s a bit awkward that the rooms windows face the office building across the way and everyone can see in to your room And paying $14 to park every day kinda sucked However aside from that it’s a nice hotel The bar was decently priced and Stan the bartender makes a great margarita!

This hotel is one of the new hotels by Marriott The staff is pleasant, friendly, and they provide a warm welcome to anyone who walks through their door The rooms are modern and furnished with all of the everyday electronic conveniences we now desire

There is not a HDMI cable to stream from your laptop, so remember to add that cable to the list as well as the others you will need The hotel itself is top notch and if you get a chance, check out the stairwell I have never seen the exit stairwells look so polished as in this hotel Good restaurants are steps away and it is close enough to downtown without being downtown Overall I would definitely stay here again

Nan Gorecki

We have stayed at many AC hotels because they are nicely designed, new and clean They all have a proper bar We especially like the rooftop bars at many locations

The Tampa airport AC is in a new shopping area, it’s well lit at night with easy parking This AC has an extra perk, in Christopher the bartenderOur flight got in late the night we stayed at the AC, and we were on Pacific time, wanting a cocktail to wind down… the bar was closing at 11:00 pm, so we thought we’d miss our chance However, there were still customers at the bar when we checked in, because Christopher had stayed way beyond his shift to accommodate his patrons He was extremely gracious in light of his staying late, and made really good margaritasWe’d stay here again, especially to see Christopher Super nice person

Val Thaxter

Location location … everything you need is here … great restaurants, mall, airport Aaron the hotel director is absolutely amazing… so very professional and his entire staff is incredible

from the front desk to the housekeeping to the kitchen…the food was above our expectations… the pool and gym was great and they have guest washer/dryers which was so important staying here for 10 days Never once we had to ask for a thing 1st class hotel I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here at The AC Marriott when I visit Tampa ❤️

Great hotel, clean rooms, pool was cold but nothing a bit of sunburn won’t cure The staff was great and very polite Oddly, in the middle of the night, the water goes out

The hotel is pretty new and has lots of seating areas in the lobby for anyone who needs to get some work done The breakfast food options are decent and will range between $12-$15 There’s a great outside seating area with a fire pit

A++++++ THANK YOU JASMINE & RAMONA !!!! I haven’t reviewed a hotel in a whole long time but these two people at Marriott here really made me feel welcome They had all my room preferences taken into consideration and offered me so much during my check in 💙💯I really appreciate the wonderful, very clean, comfortable room you have for me

Not only did they take the time to rebook my next room for the rest of the weekend, Thank you Jasmine They also helped me with getting my laundry done by borrowing me a few quarters from their own pocket, thank you Ramona 🙂🙏You both really are great and kind, and they should have more people such as yourselves working or training others at property’s that don’t go all the way like you both have 🔥🤙🇺🇸💜Sincerely,Joe

Excellent experience Stayed here for a convention in January Room was super clean and everything was functioning

Amenities for my room were nice (the mini fridge was a lifesaver), although I wish they included a microwave Housekeeping did an amazing job on all three times Every member of the staff I interacted with was helpful and friendly Location is in close proximity to restaurants and more I had a great stay and I recommend this hotel to others who stop by

Bahnstormer

First off staff is very accommodating and just plain nice From check in to the pool or bar area we encountered only excellent service Facility from the beautiful foyer area to the pool, outside bar or the restaurants are all top notch

Workout room is stocked like a professional gym Room was new, clean and comfortable Just a win-win stayMy only gripe would be at the bar seating area out back by the water there are no large ceiling fans or to that no fans at all It got a bit hot out there at times Id suggest nice fans to make more use of that beautiful patio area

Brianna O’Daniel

I stayed here for a conference and was very pleased with how clean and comfortable my room was I was even upgraded to a balcony room for no extra charge The staff were very helpful when I reached out about the shower not draining properly

They planned on coming that night but I just asked them to stop by in the morning when I was out, and when I returned to my room later they left a note saying everything was fixed I would definitely stay here again!

For the price the hotel was great The customer service was good Whenever we requested something from the front desk, the staff would call your room to confirm you received what you needed

I loved having a laundry room that you could use a debit/credit card for and not have to worry about getting cash The view is amazing, we had the bay side view The room is spacious and it was convenient to have a full size kitchen and bedroom that is separate and private from the living room area We love the ability to go for a swim at 7am while having a drink at the pool The grills were a plus as wellI gave 4 stars for several reasons but mainly due to the room not being cleaned very well I did address this with the front staff and they sent someone to clean the area we were the most unhappy with The pool towels are limited so I would recommend bringing your own The room could definitely use some updating and we were a little disappointed because the pictures shown on their website looked betterRecommendations for the hotel is to put larger trash cans in the kitchen, add brooms/ mops in the rooms (Especially because we stayed 8 nights), make sure enough toiletries are provided based on the length of stay, purchase more linens, and update the rooms (The tub had peeling paint, furniture outdated and beat up, and cracked flooring)Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return

Crissy Knight

Overall loved everything about this place!! Atmosphere is great Much quieter than expected Being on the 3rd floor we heard no one above or below us

The pull out couch was very comfortable, happily surprised Our only real complaint, and it’s gross Actual dirty dishes were in the cupboard Easy fix we just washed anything and everything before we used it

Jennifer V.

Went for a weekend getaway for sun, a pool and water view This place did all that The grounds are beautiful and well kept

The poolside restaurant had super hardworking and friendly staff; food and drinks were great Pool area was small and could use more chairs as they are filled up really early The hotel itself is outdated but clean overall and had everything we needed We did request toilet paper and towels twice and never received them, but when our TV broke a maintenance worker showed up very quickly Unfortunately the free shuttle bus is very unreliable; upon arrival after waiting an hour and half at the airport we took a cab And upon departure we reserved it for 10am and it was about 40 minutes late, which caused a panic as we had a flight to make Over this is a great place for quick stay for some sun and fun!

Booked about 15 rooms here for an event downtown and was a bit nervous given the mixed reviews; however, everything was great The rooms are a bit older but mine was very clean and no one had any complaints Am diamond … executive lounge was nice looking and had some nice snacks, very good coffee, and good soft drinks

Wish it opened at 6 instead of 7 am but that was fine Complimentary breakfast for diamond members was quite nice Valet was quick Not sure why some have given less than good reviews Very good location Thank you for doing a nice job with my small group

Cristyle Wood Egitto

100% recommend this hotel Got upgraded to executive upon check in which was a pleasant surprise Great city views from the room

Bed was super comfy Nice toiletries Staff was all really friendly Valet kinda pricey but we self-parked and it’s downtown so can’t really do much there Great location So close to the waterfront, arena, Armeture, etc Has a Starbucks in the lobby and a nice restaurant/bar Would absolutely stay here again

Chemere Mathis

We traveled to Tampa to visit family & this was the perfect stay! The location was close to great restaurant & bars Valet was very convenient & professional The front desk receptionists were friendly & very helpful

Special S/O to Hashim that works the front desk ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He ensured our stay was enjoyable from checking in & during the remainder of our stay It was pleasure to work with him!!The only concern I have is the rate of our room that was increased by $300 for one night before we checked out when we were told a different price by the front desk I’m hoping management or corporate will help to resolve this manner efficiently as I enjoy being a Hilton memberUpdate: Lucas reached out to resolve my concern & honor the amount that was given by the front desk Thank you all!

I loved this hotel!! The staff were really pleasant and extremely helpful, especially Sonia and Dalton I liked the fitness center and the business center The business center is HUGE and would be perfect for a quiet place to work (rather than the room)

I only went in there on my last day and wish I would have checked it out sooner My husband had breakfast twice in the lobby and was very pleased We both had drinks at the bar on two occasions and I was not disappointed there either The selection of snacks and drinks for purchase in the lobby was much larger than I expected I really liked this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I am in Tampa

Beatrice Walker

The room is clean and quiet The food would have been great if it was brought to me hot instead of cold, the fries was hot thank goodness but the pasta dish was cold and it had to be heated up, I’m sure it was heated in a microwave and it was still just warm when I received it If I wasn’t tired and hungry I would have sent it back again but I was in no mood for disagreements with the chef

They only had one bar tender and one waitress They need to hire more help and perhaps your food will get delivered to your table hot if you ordered a hot dish The hot staff was nice I’m real particular about my food being served, if the meal is supposed to be served hot I want it hot If they would hire more help perhaps my food would have been hot instead of being in the kitchen and someone from the kitchen brought it in that should tell you something

Jaclyn Boeckx

The Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore completely saved my travel experience on a business trip from Alberta to Florida When I tell you this team is nothing short of incredible, there are no words to really explain how well taken care of I felt as a solo female travelerWhen there were issues with my credit card that jeopardized the booking, Pablo at reception was an absolute angel and not only helped me quickly and politely, but handled all of the paperwork and everything for me so I was able to get to work and waste no time

He updated me every step of the way and was incredibly kind and patient Pablo, you are the greatest and you saved my experience in Tampa Thank you! Lauren at reception, when my flight home was cancelled and my stay needed to be extended, made everything completely seamless and was so friendly, helpful, quick and kind This team is one of a kind and made the experience so easy and wonderfulJim at the Bay Breeze restaurant/bar – not only displays excellent customer service, menu knowledge, and everything you would expect from a dining experience; but also was a friendly, respectful and above-and-beyond conversationalist Not to mention incredible conflict resolution skills that made me feel very safe and confident enjoying my time thereThank you so much to this team, I can honestly say that the absolute best part of my entire trip to Tampa was the staff and experience at this Hilton location You guys are all amazing Keep it up!

We were there for our son’s wedding and had lots of family with us All of the staff were amazing! Kim at the front desk went out of her way to make us happy! All of the folks at the front desk were superstars: Kim, George, Ron, and Anastasia! Thank you for an an amazing stay! The beds and bedding were awesome and so comfy! Even our 84 year old mother who never sleeps well, slept like a baby! Wonderful experience!

My stay was great!!! I have to acknowledge the housekeeper Betty K, she made sure and ensured that all of my needs were met on time She extended her courteous gesture and visited every morning and I appreciated it

My checkout experience was also great!! Stephanie greeted me with a smile and made the checkout process easy Thank you both for my wonderful time at the Westin

What a horrible stay – wish we had chosen a different hotel for our weekend First we endured a ridiculously long wait to check-in because there was only one person at the front desk on a SATURDAY AFTERNOON Then we get a suite that doesn’t have a working bathtub (water wouldn’t drain), no body wash, no bathrobes in the room, and a defective television

Someone came up to “fix” the tub but it still wouldn’t drain in the morning, and when we called down again the front desk tells us they’re aware the tub isn’t working and it needs a bigger fix So they waited to tell us/fix the problem until WE called down to call about it We are finally switched to another room, but it, too, doesn’t have body wash or bathrobes, and now the AC barely works and there is a defective smoke detector that flashes bright green throughout the night When we call the front desk at 2:30am to let them about the smoke detector and how it’s now woken up our 2 year old, instead of offering to fix it or another more feasible solution, we are offered a room change – at 2:30AM with a toddler Ridiculous! The next morning, we stood around for at least 15 minutes before a valet attendant even acknowledged us to ask if we were waiting for our car even though we stood right in front of several guys just standing around chatting with each other It was only when my husband pulled out his wallet that someone looked our way and offered to assistWe were offered $50 off our room stay and complimentary parking for our troubles, but i just received my credit card statement and the parking was charged HORRIBLE experience and with so many other hotels to choose from in the area, Westin Waterside is the last place anyone should book

This hotel is AMAZING!!! If you are staying in downtown Tampa don’t miss out on this gem of a place in a former courthouse Upon arrival the staff was warm, welcoming and so nice Patrick and Kennie those kudos go to you! The valet guys were just as kind

We were taken aback by the beauty and history of this hotel along with all of the decor and details When we walked into our room it was CLEAN, modern, sleek and super comfortable We enjoyed the lovely pool which was perfect on a sunny Florida day Housekeeping came without being asked which was nice to return to a clean and refreshed room Location is great with restaurants nearby and walking distance to the convention center and arena Thank you Le Meridian for making our mini summer vacay one to remember We will be back to stay again once hockey season starts back!

Cool historic building Here for a company staff meeting and the service and food have been perfect Rooms are small as to bex expected in an old building but only sleeping in it makes it no big deal

Very nice furnishings and no old building smell Great to have an espresso bar available on the second floor Highly recommended for a corporate meeting location

The Hotel is very centrally located in downtown Tampa The Hotel’s vibe is unique as it is a remodel from a Federal Courthouse Building The strong point of staying at this hotel is the attentive, customer focused staff

Our room had several problems Fortunately, Evelyn, quickly rectified the situation and moved us to another room that provided us a good nights rest Michelle, who works in the restaurant, exceeded our expectations when my wife had a chocolate cake craving and there was none to be found either in the hotel or in nearby establishments She found a slice of chocolate cake for her and left it in a bag for her after work hours! Additionally, if you are looking for a good hotel restaurant meal with a trendy decor, The Bizou Brasserie was great

Great location, great room, and a service staff that treated us like family Robin at the front desk was very friendly, as if we had known her for a lifetime Wendell the Ops Manager was very hospitable and also treated us like family

Having unlimited food choices a few steps away was magnificent Then to have a higher end mall to shop at was also a plus The transportation company that transported us to and from the airport was also seamless Oh and I almost forgot the two young ladies that served us breakfast were nice also

We had the most pleasant experience at Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel! Family of four, we stayed only one night before our flight I accidently booked one month in advance The lady from Front Desk was able to quickly identify the problem and changed dates for us

Very easy! On top of it she allowed to check in earlier, which was very helpful We were so tiered driving from far away and our little one needed some rest It was all clean and stylish room Luxury feels and yet very relaxing environment in the hotel We loved the opportunity to go to shopping mall and choose from multiple dining options We loved clean and beautiful pool area in the hotel Check in and check out was super-fast and easy I would give it 100 points out of 10 available We were so happy and would love to come again!

I have been coming here for years If you stay for a few days you won’t be let downStill features one of the most elegant Sunday brunches in the area, although there are no real safety precautions which was a bit disappointing Food is fresh and well -prepared with a wide assortment of breakfast and lunch/dinner fare The buffet includes a free mimosa, unlimited coffee, hot or iced tea and soft drinks

As a venue for a wedding, it was a great choice Absolutely incredible dinner service, bar was great, and lighting was well managedFor the hotel/spa, sub-par

Pool is nice, but crowded Limited chairs and towels Charges for spa were supposed to be waived for wedding, but wouldn’t remove a small $32 charge because it was booked through a third party Not a big deal, but more of the principal of the matter Room service was running behind for a morning breakfast (scheduled) 21% gratuity is automatic and the price on the menu didn’t match the price on the bill Very unfortunate considering a gratuity is linked to serviceThe entire hotel needs a coat of paint and a pressure wash outside Multiple parts of the hotel either smelled of mildew or bleach The room was clean and well stocked, but the towels were rough The furniture could definitely use an upgradeRecommendation for management/owners, whoever is the hospitality manager for the venue/wedding operations should be put in charge of all the others operations as well Perhaps they would bring the service level up and we’d stay again

Went for spring break with my son to catch Yankee spring training A relative set us up with a 2 night stay From check in to check out was nice place

Could use better water pressure and room updates But beds were comfortable Food at hotel was solid And the surrounding areas have places to eat Was a too short trip He will return with friends next year

We stayed at the Epicurean after our wedding that was down the street It was absolutely lovely! We had a large corner room with a rainfall shower head! The staff were so nice in that they brought us a bottle of champagne and a fancy charcuterie board as a gift! All the staff we interacted with were kind as can be I loved the glass of wine on check in! I would definitely recommend this hotel! The area surrounding it is also so walkable, with Blind Tiger and other local eats within walking distance

I’ve been coming here for a very long time If you choose this place you for sure won’t regret itWorth the cost, wonderful food and drink Great rooftop bar! In a marvelous walking area with many many great food options s and bars Walkable to the bay Worked with event staff to put on a cocktail evening with hosted bar and heavy apps and their service was extremely attentive with great food The restaurant was great as well

This definitely a fun place! And customer service was outstanding! I love all the artwork and it was definitely close to downtown and everything that you would want, across the street from Burns steakhouse, they gave us a complimentary bottle of whatever we wanted because it was my birthday which was super nice and complimentary glass of wine when we walked in if we wanted that the bar in the room was fully staffed and equipped and it was great I can’t say enough we only had one shower towel but they corrected that, the place looks a little bit old in the rooms there was some watermarks on the ceiling and the shower wasn’t looking super new and clean and there was no door between the toilet and the bathroom and only one sink in our room so that was annoying but I guess we could have upgraded? The staff was just so nice I love the artwork, valet was amazing, it was a great day I would definitely stay there again and again and again I love that they had the wine area attached and again everyone was just super friendly I don’t know what I’ll say about this place I think that we could have explored it more and I didn’t so maybe next time, I would like to try the spot and I would like to experience the food two things which we didn’t I also think it’s a great value I think that the rooms are priced well and I can’t wait to go back!
