The room was large and comfortable The staff was amazing and attentive Their breakfast was great, custom made omelets along with sausage, fruit, bacon, oatmeal, muffins, orange and apple juice plus a wonderful host who got us whatever else we wanted to drink

Convenient location with Outback and Red Robin sharing the same parking lot There was a Target across the street, and the shuttle pick up for Disneyland is mere steps away from the entrance to the hotel Comfort and location were great and I felt safe walking around later in the eveningWith a vacations packaged we booked we got free breakfast and free shuttle passes, otherwise those do come at cost I don’t know if it was because it was the slow season but valet parking was not offered but it was fine because it was easy to find a spot to park I would have given 5 stars but we did have an ant problem mainly in the bathroom that staff quickly resolved after being notified of itI would definitely recommend this place and would come back again They comply with covid protocols and have a reduced staff So the room had a coffee station and mini fridge Large TV and desk area The king bed room has a pull out couch Great high pressure shower with option for handheld lower pressure shower head The pool and patio areas are maintained and beautiful Very beautiful and price couldn’t be beat with comparable places

Vince Reyes

Great service and nice hotel overall Marcy came to our aid to help my sick daughter by offering her rest in a room We are Elite Titanium members which allows us for early check in and upgrades

We felt that Marcy and the other staff (Elizabeth) go out of their way to make the guests feel like royalty Also the breakfast buffet was excellent Service was great and the food selection was great We were upgraded to the suite as Elite members which was very nice The pool could use warm water However, the hotel was great

I stayed at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Anaheim Garden Grove during a recent trip to Disneyland The hotel looked quite nice online, but it was slightly disappointing in person Our room wasn’t ready on arrival which was fine; we planned to spend the afternoon at Disney’s California Adventure

When we did get to our room, the bathroom was not well cleaned from the previous guests – hair in and around the tub, food crumbs in the tub and – wait for it – what appeared to be a pubic hair stuck to the ceiling above the sink! (Gross) The AC also wasn’t working well and a maintenance person came fairly quickly to look at it After a bit of tinkering, he assure us the room would be nice and cool but, alas, it didn’t get very cold at all Housekeeping isn’t available because of Covid, but you can request extra towels, trash service, etc, during your stay Of note, that service must be requested prior to 8am or you won’t receive services until the following day I did call for additional towels and had them practically thrown at me by the housekeeper who came to hand them off It was so abrupt that I thought she was getting something else! But no, no, just throwing my pile of towels and leaving quicklyThis hotel is decently close to Disneyland/California Adventure, but really not close enough to walk Bonus: there is a large Target directly across the street if you want to stock your hotel fridge with water, etcOverall, I’d say this hotel is just okay but if low price outweighs other options for you, give it a try but do keep your expectations in check

This hotel is run so well It looks and feels high end without the high end price The rooms were very clean, quite spacious (we had a 1-king room)

The shower was double wide which felt luxurious The free breakfast was good both days, lots of options for both hot and cold breakfast The staff were always kind, like you were fast friends anytime you ran into them I generally dislike hotel stays – nothing is as good as your own bed – but I’d stay here again without hesitation

Kirby Gray

This hotel was extremely cozy the lobby was wonderful I love the fireplace and the fountain in addition

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable We really appreciated all of the amenities like free parking, free breakfast and the spacious mini fridge and microwave in our room The location was perfect for us to visit nearby family and the staff was very friendly

The only thing lacking for us was the quality of the supplied shampoo and soap, but we were able to procure our own so it all worked out Thanks for a great stay!

CONS: I’m not normally one to complain online, but I would NEVER stay here again, especially for that price!!! It felt comparable to the cheapest hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed in Not what I expected from a Marriott facilityThe hotel maintenance was horrible!!! The room smelled like mold

Tub wouldn’t drain and the toilet would constantly clog The spa jets at the pool didn’t work either They did not have any fans in the bathrooms, so the room got extremely muggy when you took a shower They didn’t service the rooms, so you had to go get your own towels from the front desk on the ground level and there was trash and towels outside of the doors all over the hallwaysThe rooms were very small and we had our son with us and would like to have had privacy in the bedroom, but the curtains were sheer!!!There were only 1 or maybe 2 elevators working, mind you there are 14 floors of rooms to transport people and their luggage up and down constantly My husband and son used the stairs, while I had to ride in the the elevator with our luggage all the way up and back down, because it was the only way to have any available space to get in an empty elevator We were staying in the 6th floor, so I was unable to haul all of our luggage up/down 6 flights of stairs!!! Hotel was old and outdatedPROS: water pressure was good (though tub wouldn’t drain), A/C worked great! Friendly staff

Anaheim Marriott Suites in Anaheim, California is a good place to stay in town if you are coming for Disney, LA or other attractions This hotel is just couple of miles from Disneyland The hotel has nice spacious rooms with nice furniture and other amenities

They had nice swimming pool No meal or breakfast is covered by hotel Parking is spacious but you pay for it There is Starbucks right inside hotel which was convenient for breakfast, coffee etcThere is Target store across street There are nice dining places at near by areasThe fridge had a wooden cabinet door that had sort of loose hinge Thermostat battery cover was looseHotel staff was cooperativeAmenities: 4/5Cleanliness: 48/5Comfort: 47/5Location: 5/5

Santiago Guerra

Everything in my stay has been great, service, room, cleanliness I am not giving 5 stars just for the fact that the building and furniture in general it’s showing its age and it doesn’t seem like they care Everything feels very old, the elevators, the beds and mattresses, the desk in the room, the couch, etc

I didn’t particularly liked that there is no safe in the roomApart from that few minor stuff, great value

The rooms are clean and nicely furnished Our room also had a nice view of the Disneyland fireworks from the balcony It is also within walking distance of the park

Unfortunately there seems to be active renovations going on in the hotel which can be a bit noisy There’s also the issue of the on site dining options We went in for the breakfast buffet and were charged $56 for two people The quality was adequate, but for the price, the options were very limited I believe they had the basics, bagels, sliced bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, coffee, etc… However, for the price, I would have liked more options and higher quality I essential paid $56 for some scrambled eggs, bacon and a bagel Had I known the prices before we started to eat, I would have stayed far away You also have to pay for self parking and the shuttle to Disneyland if you don’t want to walk It is within walking distance like I said, but for the price of the rooms, parking and the shuttle should be included

Aubree Brown

Checked in April 1st around late night We had received great customer service from the front desk receptionist

I wish I had gotten her name, but she was extremely helpful and very welcoming and that is an understatement for the true hospitality that she had shown us that night She put us in the new renovated rooms and my god was I impressed with the room It was super clean, quiet, including all the needed necessities and more! We stayed over the weekend to go to Disneyland which was only minutes walk to the park Overall, I am extremely grateful to have had the pleasure to have met the receptionist and I look forward to my next stay here at the hotel

Sasha Lubkin

Currently under renovation but rates are excellent during construction Good size rooms, comfortable beds, well designed bathrooms Excellent customer service from Alexis when we checked in, she made me feel like a welcomed, valued guest

Only drawback to this stay was the room we were in had the TV off to the side from the bed and we’re the kind of people that tend to watch TV in bed and fall asleep with it on so that was a little less ideal positioning than we prefer but we made it work Looking forward to returning when the renovation is complete

Absolutely stunning hotel! The staff were so friendly, the workout room was clean and had lots of options! The rooms were large, well-maintained, and quiet!Just be aware, for the beds, they use a spring mattress so it’s SUPER bouncy The air conditioning unit is pretty quiet Also, breakfast is included and they were a little slow getting food out and ready for guests, but there is a lovely outdoor area to eat and relax! We’ll definitely use this location again!

Lukas

Rooms are large and nice, the beds are comfortable I have worked in the room for a bit every day with no complaints Staff is friendly and helpful and the location is also quite good, conveniently off the 405

However, one deduction: The breakfast buffet is a little lackluster and unappealing to the eye, even if the food is mostly OK The breakfast room smells of frying oil as the food is prepared in the same room, and the smell gets into your clothes The breakfast selection could be improved

Paola Zuniga

Me and my husband just spent three nights and everything was great, BUT during breakfast we were able to meet the wonderful Belinda, one of the kindest human being I have ever known She was patient and attentive with all guests and her coworkers and she is absolutely the reason I am leaving this review Thank you Kasia at the front desk too!

Rooms were clean, but looked a bit old Bathroom felt a bit old and had the drain clog a bit, but not terrible Location was good

Around the corner from Target Didn’t eat breakfast here but they do have a nice coffee bar It’s down the street from Disneyland which you can walk, but the park shuttles were easy to use and right in front of the hotel

Donnie Donnie

The service is amazing, nice little quiet hotel About 10 mins from Disney, the shuttle comes right in front of the hotel no hassle or worries Breakfast buffet was great, the food was really good and again super quiet and nice

The hotel is walking distance to target and other food places to eat I love the fact they had a refrigerator so our snacks were nice and fresh The pool and spa were empty and quiet, perfect to wind down after a long day of walking Definitely coming back

Mayra Colon

The hotel is very well located; very close to Disneyland You can go to the park on foot Parking is available for guests

They have restaurant that serves breakfast at a reasonable price and the food is good The first room we were assigned smelled like fish I went down to the front desk to indicate it and the employee kindly changed us to a new room The rooms are spacious and comfortable But the conditions show little attention to details The shower curtain grommets were broken The bathroom vanity shows signs of wear The furniture and curtains in the room already look old and outdated The phone base was broken, although the phone worked The carpets have stains

Anna Woodard

We stayed at the Westin and we were very satisfied with our stay This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were so accommodating and helpful The restaurants on property offer some wonderful dining selections and the distance to DISNEYLAND was only a 10-15 minute walk entering at Downtown Disney

I am all about cleanliness and this hotel exceeded my expectations Not only were the hotel grounds immaculate but my room was spotless upon check-in and loved how they came in to service throughout my stay as I know some hotels and resorts are not offering housekeeping due to the pandemic If and when I travel back to Anaheim I would definitely stay at the Westin again

S Flores

Beautiful hotel! The beds are so comfortable, best sleep I’ve had at a hotel I will be ordering some of your pillows because I loved them My kids loved the view of Disney California Adventure from our room

We also enjoyed our food at the Rooftop Bar The gentleman playing the guitar and singing really set the mood for an awesome relaxing vacation Our server was amazing! The only downside was the Rooftop bar hostess, she made us feel unwelcome, but the rest of the staff and the firework show compensated for that We will definitely be back next time we visit the Disney Parks

Sanford Sundara

The hotel was excellent It was very clean, staff was friendly, the entry was very welcoming with pleasant entry music and decor, the rooms had a very calming scent and aroma We ordered room service and the food was amazing

Location was also very key, within walking distance to Disneyland, surrounding shops, and restaurants nearby The beds were very comfortable and only wish we could’ve packed them home with us The only drawback, that otherwise would’ve made this a 5 star review, was a very very slow draining tub during out showers Upon investigating, it looked to be a huge clog from clumps of hairs through previous guests My suggestion would to add “check tub drains” during routine guest room changeover cleaning Other than this, our stay was fantastic

Pros: It was good because the place was clean and the staff was actually very friendly The location being so close to Disneyland is great too And the shuttle service was nice ($6/adult $4/child for all day service)

And the pool area was clean, and the hot tub was so nice Wonderful for the kidsCons: We have stayed at this particular hotel a couple of times previously and a few things have definitely gone downhillRoom service was non existent- no fresh towels no beds being madeAnd the breakfast was awful The made to order eggs used to be so good!! Now everything (especially the potatoes and eggs) tastes super bland (literally no salt being used at all), and you cannot custom order your omelet anymoreSo, we will probably not be staying at this property anymore since, the main reason we usually come here is for the good breakfast that is included- and we ended up eating out for breakfast a couple days in order to not eat the breakfast Which is super unfortunate!!

Melissa Parrish

This was an awesome hotel to stay at The room was spacious with a front room with a couch, dining table, and kitchen area with a sink, microwave, refrigerator, and then a separate bedroom The room was clean and nice

The only small complaint was there was some loud groups outside the room that could be heard in the living room area, even further away at one point and we could hear a kid screaming in the next room sometimesIncluded with the room was a great breakfast buffet with fresh fruit daily (pineapple, honeydew, cantaloupe plus other things) and made to order omelets There also was a happy hour each evening with snacks and free drinks from the barThe hotel is a couple of miles from the Disney parks, which was nice and convenient I would definitely be willing to stay here again as long as the price is within budget

Cindy

This was my first time staying at the hotel As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by the check in attendee they were very nice I really enjoyed the breakfast available every morning everything was served fresh and hot

All the employees were very nice and accommodating I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness my room could’ve used more towels but when brought to they’re attention they were quick to supply them They also gave us water bottles when asked for them Proximity to Disney is close too

VERY nice Surprisingly it was one of the cheapest places we could find close to Disney our last trip and I must say it’s the nicest hotel we have stayed in by Disney! Clean, nice BIG room! Nice lobby and great perks like a breakfast place and a restaurant for dinner It had gated parking which was great if you need to leave your car for a while

This will be our new go to hotel for our Disney trips!

reaper265

The property is amazing with a coffee shop bar and restaurant on site I booked a 2 queen suite with sofa pull out, basically a 1 bedroom apartment, it has a fridge and microwave which were very useful to my family of 5 on our trip to Disneyland The pool and spa were clean and refreshing for our mid day break from the park

Above all else for me, the reason why they have received 5 stars is the onsite management and service I’m not used to booking vacation stays, ended up having some mishaps in my booking process with a third party The Manger, Henry was very understating and very helpful on more than one occasion, total life saver I will be returning to this hotel on my future trips to Disney ART shuttle stop is out front witch brings you directly to the front gates of both theme parks, very convenient for my family and I

Ken Martin

The hotel was great! The pool was great! Although the pavement around the pool was QUITE hot when we were there The hosts at the front were very kind and very courteous The parking is $25 per day

Beds were quite stiff Just be aware of that The hotel was very quiet Of course, we had a suite with a separate bedroom, so possibly we just didn’t hear the noise outside the door But being on the top floor, it helped not have to hear noise above us as well All-in-all, it wasn’t a bad trip It was a pleasant stay

Hotel experience was great We were in town for Star Wars Celebration The Staff were super friendly

The rooms were a good size and clean Only recommendation is the carpet may need to be replaced There was a musty smell in the room Great location Able to walk to restaurants, The Dollar Tree, and Target Love the fresh cookies in the evening!! Special shout out to Jason for calling to let us know that we left some clothes behind We were able to swing back and pick them up before we left town We will definitely be staying at this hotel again 👍

J Smith

We stayed on the 4th floor and the room smells like musty old cigarettes From last night up until this morning there is no Hot Coffee available Staff at night was awesome, morning staff not so much

As a Diamond member I’ve stayed in many, many Hilton branded hotels and this is pretty close to the bottom of my return list Holiday has a nice hotel nearby I’ll be staying there next time I’m in town on business

Adan Verduzco

This hotel feels dated in comparison to most Hilton properties

its a drag that you can only use the main entrance and keys don’t work on side doors The other thing that sucked was the attention to detail my shower was dirty and had someone’s long hair still hanging on the shower wall not cool also room service never came to refreshen the room over all maybe under staffed 🤷🏽‍♂️ but I definitely will not be staying here again not worth the money for the room kind of motel feeling And the musty smell😳🤮

This was a really great hotel really close to the parks The beds were extremely comfortable as most Marriott brands are Nice bathroom although they only provided small bottles for shampoo and conditioner

We booked a rate that included parking, but if not you do have to pay per day They do allow you to keep the car parked there all day even after checking out so you can enjoy yourself in the park The breakfast was also included in our rate, but it was around $10 per item We purchased the bistro sandwich which was very filling and very delicious Would definitely recommend including this in your next Disneyland vacation

Devon Bateman

The hotel was located about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland and California Adventure Check-in staff were friendly and helpful however the cleaning staff did not meet my expectations The hotel was only cleaning rooms upon request

I requested cleaning every second day and when done, surfaces were not wiped down, towels were not replenished, in room coffee was not refilled and when requested only decaf was provided One day they didn’t even clean the room despite making a request The bistro restaurant initially had a limited menu when we arrived but eventually served the entire menu The food was good however at times it was very busy and service was slow during those times The pool, hot tub and wading pool were nice and towels replenished regularly

amanda vonder schmalz

We are Disney Magic Key holders and often drive up from San Diego for the day/night to go to the parks We have stayed all over Anaheim, and this was one of our favorite stays The hotel is ~15 min walk directly on the main road to the park entrance & conveniently located near a promenade of restaurants

The room was comfortable, updated & a decent size Nice bathrooms/showers Also was impressed with the pool compared to other places we’ve stayed But the standout of our trip was Joe who helped us at the front desk Little did Joe know, we were having a pretty tough week He went above and beyond to help us get situated at the hotel, gave us information about the shuttles to the parks & was just overall so kind His kindness went such a long way Thank you, Joe, for your hospitality – we will be back!

We stayed there for summer Disneyland vacation Hotel was clean, very spacious lobby and dining room Great food choices everyday

We rented the bunk bed suite and loved the partition rolling door for privacy Close to tram to Disney Relaxing stay although we went to Disney, beds were comfortable Did not use pool, but looked very nice Front desk staff was helpful and very friendly Will definitely stay again if in the area

Alexandria Rose

It was our first stay at this hotel We came for a family Disney vacation We are very impressed and happy with our stay

Breakfast had so much variety and changed every morning Very clean and the staff was nice and helped with whatever we requested We took the toy story bus which was about a 3 minute walk from the hotel The pool and hot tub was nice also We will be staying again!

Scott McDaniel

Overall we were happy with the hotel The staff was friendly Rooms were clean

It is next to The Disneyland parking lot that made it nice to ride the shuttle That was a big plus The one issue we had was breakfast It ends at 9:30 They start putting it away at 9:15 and stop stocking it at 9:00 And are not lenient or friendly about it Flat out they shut the doors at 9:30 Overall I would recommend just don’t be late for breakfast

We stayed here for 7 nights In April and had such an amazing time The staff was all incredibly accommodating and friendlyI actually had the pleasure of speaking with Robert (Guest services operator)on the phone before our stay and he was incredibly accommodating

My family was coming with me for a convention and we were going to Disney for many days during this stay My family also has many food sensitivities so he was very helpful in making sure that we had a microwave in our room and some other amenities for our baby Our housekeeper Hector was very efficient and did a great job Our room was very clean and restocked everyday The only downside with the stay was that there is no kitchen and only one sink in the bathroom but we were able to make it work It’s also a little further away from Disney(20 min walk) than some of the other hotels but it was so lovely that we’ll definitely stay again

Amazing hotel to stay at for Disneyland! I will not consider staying anywhere else for my future Disneyland trips Everything about this hotel was awesome, from the staff, to the room, and location I especially loved the ART bus stop right in front of the hotel that will take you to the park (not free, but very cheap and HIGHLY recommended to save your feet)

The pool area was lively and fun Also competitively priced and much lower than the competition for similar services

Excellent experience! The hotel is beautiful, elegant and modern The atmosphere is quite pleasant and refined The room was very clean, sophisticated and relaxing

it felt very much like a decompression chamberThe staff (everyone from valet, reception, dining, etc) is amazing They’re all remarkably friendly and accommodating Walking through the lobby after I finished a workout one of the receptionists took the initiative to candidly offer me a bottle of water And, though we didn’t have a dinner reservation, the manager of Parkestry (rooftop dining) arranged to have us seated with a wonderful evening view of Disneyland And, these are just a small couple of examples of the professional courtesy we experiencedI truly enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this hotel

My family of four stayed at this beautiful hotel from July 17 to July 20, 2022 This property is fairly new, modern, and beautiful Our family stayed in a double queen room, which was very clean and spacious

Our walk to Disneyland took approximately 12 minutes As we were at Disneyland from opening to closing, we did not have the opportunity to try any of the restaurants on the property Since it was literally steps away from the hotel, we had appetizers at the Cheesecake Factory one dayWe only encountered one con during our stay, which was the mandatory hotel valet service It is estimated that it will take 20 minutes to retrieve your car One night, we decided to drive to the parks and did not receive our car for 50 minutes In addition to us, there was one other gentleman waiting for his vehicle His wait was longer than ours and he began to complain Since our dinner reservation was approaching, I asked at the desk as well It wasn’t a really busy time at valet, the employees seemed to be socializing instead of working We noticed in the mornings walking by valet that the hustle was more evident when a supervisor was on duty In the evening, not so muchWe enjoyed the hotel other than this one valet issue, and we will return

Such a great hotel Their staff is super friendly and attentive They have a great pool with access to drinks at the bar

A hot tub would be nice though An easy walk to Disneyland The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable The bar is great and has excellent food Last but not least, Jessica, the bartender is as good as it gets She makes amazing drinks, is super friendly and makes it looks easy taking care of a full bar Give Jessica a raise!

First time staying hereWe had a two queen bed room Plenty of room and a mini refrigerator

The room seemed up to date to me and was in great shapeI didn’t encounter the housekeeping staff, but found our room nicely clean when we returned from our convention daysStaff throughout the facility were friendly and helpfulWe patronized the ice cream/sweets shop, Starbucks and their convenience store The prices were higher than back home, but I’ve never been to California before, so I don’t know local pricing And I know you’re paying extra for convenienceIt I return to Anaheim, I will definitely stay here again!

The rooms are really nice but the beds are pretty hard The food at the restaurants was great and the beer selection was good too Nice having a Starbucks and 3 places to eat in the hotel

Not crazy over priced either The lobby level pool was small but nice We had a great time here The shuttle to Disneyland was also great We will be back for sure!

Thinh Luu

Rooms was mediocre It was clean enough but we expected better from a 4 star hotel Front desks were nice and helpful

Real Starbucks right in the Lobby which was a huge bonus We reserved a King bed but only got a Queen bed Parking is ~28 a day for self parking All pools had no life guard Shuttle to Disney was ~6 for adults and a little cheaper for kids

Very nice and comfortable beds there The rooms are better than most and the front desk lady is super I have been there only 2 times and believe it or not

She actually remembered me along with the room that I had requested and did her best to get me the same type of room just by going from her memory of what I had asked for on my very 1st stayOnly down side with that hotel is and I completely understand the reason for this but you will have to leave a deposit of $20000 in order to get a room and that’s on top of the room charge Other than that I loved it

My fiancé, the kids and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend We came in from out of town and the hotel seemed to have good reviews online We arrive in the room and the sheets looked stained and dirty

We got a nonsmoking room but it wreaked of cigarette smoke We got a room with a bed and a sofa bed…But the couch was really dirty and gross as well They don’t seem to have high standards for cleaning I honestly wanted to leave but we just got in super late and couldn’t find another hotel at that hour I called the front desk to see if they could get us fresh sheets but they said to call tomorrow The guy unfortunately didn’t speak English very well eitherSo I had a very hard time at explaining to him what was wrong Needless to say, I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here If you don’t mind staying in a dirty room than by all means but if you want somewhere clean than don’t stay here

I was looking for an affordable motel for a staycation since I work from home I saw the Google reviews for this place, and wondered if they were false reviews THEY WERE ALL TRUE!The room was spacious enough to hold a nice-sized TV, a big desk, and a love seat, which I really appreciated

It was the perfect place to read And there was still a nice chunk of clear floor area which I was able to use for my workout! The place was super clean (I’m VERY fussy about cleanliness), and there was an extremely comfortable King-sized bed The shower was great — the water pressure was perfect, and there was lots of hot water — and there was a fridge hidden inside of the cabinet that the TV was onMy room was quiet, which was important to me — I didn’t really hear anythingMy view from the window was the back parking lot (I was on the first floor),but it was great that I was able to park close to my room each night And I wasn’t paying for a viewI was able to have a staycation where I felt completely comfortable with the room, at half the price of staying at the first place I talked to And the staff I met (front desk) was cordial and helpfulOne of the reviews I read said that this place is a “hidden gem,” and I TOTALLY agree

Stayed from Jan 20 to Jan 25, 2022 The room given to me was okay at first glance But from the first night onwards, cockroaches starts crawling on my bed, it started appearing everywhere

The next day morning I talked to the front desk, they seemed not surprised by complaints The front desk said they can’t change my room since I already lived there for one night and other rooms occupied (though not occupied in reality) I asked the front desk for control measures for my five-day stay They said they will spray cockroach spray but never sprayed Discount is not the solution Reality is what everyone should know!

Gave it a 3 Because rooms are decent for the priceTheyre good, not bad

I gave it a chance bcus of soo many good reviews But honestly the location is a bit sketchy Came here as a single mom with two kids, and i felt a bit worrieddefinitely would NOT recommend for a family Go for the higher priced at a location that makes you feel SAFE

From start to finish, this was a great stay We arrived around midnight and the late night staff opened up the lobby for us so we wouldn’t have to stand out in the cold at the late check in window The room was clean and cozy and the bathroom was HUGE! I’m the morning we went to breakfast

We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and cleanliness of the continental breakfast They even had breakfast burritos and hot coco ready to go! The location was quiet as well and everyone was very accommodating!

Small fridge, microwave, Ice bucket Small sized room but decor was good, cool bathroom sliding door & good lighting in bathroom, enough lighting in room as well, decent desk size & functionality to it, cool bedside lighting 2nd floor balcony with giant chess board giant, connect 4, Foosball, & giant stacking blocks to build tower game

Free Breakfast was 3 choice dishes, cereals, coffee, juices, & oatmeal Enough to please me personally but I’ve seen better free breakfasts at other hotels, but I’m grateful to have something period at hotels, especially free breakfasts (No oven, stove top, dishwasher, toaster etc or kitchen sink)

DON’T STAY HERE! I don’t know about the others in this brand but this particular hotel was absolutely terrible We expected to stay by the beach, but it was not close at all The hotel was not in the best neighborhood, kind of run down, dirty and scary

We arrived late evening and had to wait awhile to get checked in, although he was nice They don’t have valet parking and it still cost 10$ to park your own car The had a bar but the front desk person said it’s not operational The only place to get a drink close by was a run down gas station that looked questionable and only had a small window to order what you wanted The room said it was spacious but was not The TV faced the middle of the room and could not see it from the bed The bed was in front of the bathroom None of the lights worked except on lamp across the room We booked 2 nights and had to check out early because the location was not close enough to our family gathering and passing of a family member and time constraints So we made sure to checkout before the checkout time and I went to the front desk to check out and explained what happened and why we were leaving a day early and the lady at the front said ok no problem I will get everything taken care of for you I asked her for the refund of the day we were not staying and she said yes,yes no worries I will get my managers approval and send the receipt for your refund to your email address I asked her if I needed to stay and wait for her manager to approve it, she said no she would get it all taken care of and there was nothing to worry about So I left man was I sorely mistaken, it has been 12 days and Expedia who we booked through has been trying to help but to no avail The hotel is now denying my refund request, even after the front desk person assured me that they would refund the night I didn’t stay This was very misleading and shady People should not promise something they can’t follow through on! I will never book here ever again make it known how they do business Very disturbing they just want to take people’s money

We had a 2 night stay at SpringHill Suites The location was convenient and service was great We needed some things replenished and our remote repaired

Housekeeping and maintnance were quick to respondIt is a new hotel We stayed in a king size bedroom on the first floor The room was a good size, everything was neat, clean and organized The continental breakfast had a great selection of both hot and cold breakfast foods The only things that I didn’t like were the shower pressure and the bathroom light shines right onto the bed I also didnt like that there was not a light that was dim enough to keep on overnight I know thats just a personal preference but may be helpful to families with young children to know

This hotel is by far the best hotel that I’ve been to in a very long time Bill was so nice and very helpful and understanding when my clumsy self accidentally bumped my head and needed to rest before leaving my stay and he even offered to get me an ambulance just in case I couldn’t drive But I luckily was okay and resting did just the trick

Brittany that also works at the front desk/reception was so amazing and I wanted to mention just how kind and welcoming she was when I had first arrived for my reservation and every day that she helped me during my stay She made the process extremely fast and painless and had a smile on her face the entire time and I didn’t feel rushed or like she just was trying to get me out of there like other people/companies that I’ve unfortunately had to deal with in the pastThe hotel is also extremely beautiful, and has a really great vibe to it I also like the color scheme and I truly felt like the overall ambience was absolutely perfect and made me feel extremely happy and inviting It’s extremely clean both in the common areas and my hotel room I couldn’t of asked for anything better! So thank you again Bill and Brittany for making me feel very at home and extremely comfortable I will definitely be referring this hotel to any of my friends or family that are looking for hotels in the area or just a small getaway for the weekend and I will obviously still be returning myself as much as I possibly can Trust me you’ll love it here!
