So, I can’t say anything bad about the comfort of the rooms because they are what I would expect The issue is that the wireless network is terrible when in the rooms Neither my phone or my computer could get a strong enough signal to stay reliably connected when sitting at the desk or on the bed

Had to setup the side table at the door to get an OK signal (3 bars) that did not drop out Once connected the network was pretty fastI stayed at the neighboring IHG property (they are physically connected) the last time in town and had the same problem so was hoping it would be better at this property and it wasn’t Have to find another hotel to stay at in the future

We really enjoyed our visit here! Some of the sites were kind of small or a challenge to park in if you have a large camper, but there were plenty that would be fine The pool was nice and the whole campground was very clean I felt it was well maintained and we had fantastic neighbors (that is luck, but they pull in great people)

The restaurant was tasty and there was karaoke on Thursday, plus a live band on Fri and Sat night The campground is right next to a great park for kids so that was a bonus We picked this campground for the location to nearby attractions and are certainly glad we did!

Fantastic experience! Our King Studio Suite was one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in Everything was clean and in good working order, and there is a ton of space in the suite The staff have been friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and very well maintained

The indoor pool and hot tub are open from 5am to 11pm and are also in great shape We will definitely return to this location, and recommend it to friends! The King Studio Suite has a king bed, pull out couch, and desk in the main space The kitchen alcove has a table, sink, coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge (no freezer, oddly) The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with glass doors

The room was pretty standard fair for the price range Very clean and comfortable, we all slept easy on the beds And four pillows to a bed, what a treat

Breakfast was good with lots of help yourself selection The place truly shines with its employees Everyone was fantastic, but Millie at the front desk was exceptional, they have a great employee there The location can’t be beat There is a grocery store and many restaurants in walking distance, a state park very close by And a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains The kids loved Hopefully we can make it back sometime Thanks everyone there

Of all the Hampton Inns, actually all the Hilton properties that I’ve ever stayed at, this was by far the worst First, my digital key didn’t work – maybe it was my phone, but all my other app features worked just fine Front desk ‘reset’ it, still had to use key cards

I’m a Hilton Honors member, yet I had to ask for my water (Never asked for the snack, so that was not received) Not a deal breaker, but why do I have to ask? I think a crucial insulation step was missed during construction I understand ambient hotel noise, but the level coming through was unlike any other property I know hearing showers running is common, however the toilets flushing and people talking in their rooms down the hall, not next to me, were loud and clear Lastly, this is the deal breaker, the room was dirty, not to mention the common areas including elevators If the room was vacuumed it was not done well, shower had remnants I will not mention specifically because I cringe at the thought Overall and in most every way, the most disappointing Hilton experience in years

The Genetti is awesome I was visiting with my boyfriend so he could show me his old stomping grounds from when he was in college He said “We have to stay at the Genetti!” I am so glad we did

It was clean, the staff was nice, the price was reasonable and the breakfast was fantastic Not some defrosted garbage Real eggs, real homemade home fries, etc I was sad I never made it to their restaurant, but we only stayed the night Also, shout out to Lorena I had forgotten my necklace, which was made by a friend who is no longer with us, in the room and Lorena was right on the case She took care of it quickly and professionally She got my jewelry back to me and saved me a tremendous amount of heartache We will definitely be staying there again when we pass through next time It has a lot of old world charm and class that you do not see anymore 10+ stars

We usually use the Genetti when staying in Williamsport PA It’s an older hotel But, I love the charm of the place

Prior to the pandemic, it was super easy to get room service etc We were not able to do that during our recent visit We were able to order door dash and also order from the restaurant at the lower level for take awayThe hotel staff and everyone we encountered were friendly, helpful, and courteousThanks GenettiWe appreciate you

My Fiancé and I are staying at the Liberty for a few months while our out of state move plans are finalized The employees are personable, nice, and the entire place has been so accommodating The accepted our cats and have been up front with everything

I would say the only place I can see an improvement is the washing machine and dryer The dryer is a little out of date and I’ve had to spend a little more coinage to use it to dry a small load of laundry The vending machines have also very much so seen better days, but again, not horribleOther than that, this is definitely a decent place to stay if you’re looking for an extended stay area Thanks so much for being great!

The most unprofessional place I’ve ever stayed at Walked int, the employees were on the phones, we did not get greeted As we were trying to check in, the girl who must have been leaving was really distracting the lady trying to check us in

Made her go check her work schedule and proceeded to call the other employees “assholes” and continued to swear in front of my husband and IThe room was fine, nothing special, you have to check into the Econolodge to get into your room at the Liberty Lodge At least it was clean

Kerri Wilson

Great deal on room Had a clean room when we got there They allowed us to check in early since we arrived early

Since we had our door open, the housekeepers would come by, as they were cleaning other rooms, and ask if we needed or would like anything The parking lot was blocked off enough that the kids could throw a frisbee back and forth and only had to move for a few vehicles coming through in the middle of the day It was great

This hotel would be perfect if the rooms were updated I found 4 spiders in the room but no ants or bed bugs The room was dusty and the carpet was tearing

The bed had to be 15 years old with a big dip in the middle of it I wouldn’t stay here until they update the rooms but if you’re passing through the area for the night it’s not a bad option

Jessica Cardoza

I can’t complain about the staff or the cleanliness, both were great But the breakfast… We arrived for a two night stay and woke up to prepackaged bagel, egg, and cheese sandwiches that I assume are warmed up in a microwave and pre made spinach quiche that tasted like a sponge (and the cereal/fruit/extra stuff)

At that point, call it a continental breakfast and trash the rubber food But, update the websitesI stay at hotels with breakfast in order to save time in the morning This morning after double checking to see if now that the hotel seemed a bit more full, maybe they did the upgraded breakfast they used to offer (they didn’t), we went to the Buttery Biscuit about a mile away We have to stay there at least one more time due to the other Marriotts not having the size room we need; I will be leaving time to go get breakfast in the event they continue this trend Again, the staff and cleanliness were not an issue at all!

Otis Gudlyfe

The room was clean and the bed was decentWe had 2 rooms and it took several tries to get working key-cards for one

never did get a working key-card for the otherThe coffee at breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had at a Marriottbut at least it was cold (this at 7:15 when the coffee was put out at 7By far the lowest quality Marriott stay I’ve ever had, and I’ve been a Platinum member for 7 yrs

Really liked this hotel Very clean, with large nice looking lobby and bright breakfast area Eggs and bacon, and waffles available; coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24×7

Saw people using the pool Also, there’s Sheetz gas/ convenience/coffee shop right accross the road – easy and very convenient to get a sandwich or snacks any time of day Nice bonus

Rachel Long

I come to the area twice a year, I’ve stayed at this location before but this time it made me cringe I know the bedding was not changed There was too much hair in it along with what I’d guess was mascara smudges

I pulled off the fitted sheet, called the front desk for a new one only while waiting I looked at the mattress pad and flat sheet they were stained The comforter was ripped and the bed skirting had who knows what on it I know they had a busy weekend but come on! I’ll spare the pictures The young girl at the front desk was nice at check in

Christine B

I stay at Comfort Inns all the time when I’m on the road for work This was the worst experience I have ever had I was woken up at 4am by the staff out in the lobby talking at the top of their lungs

I finally called the front desk and Brittany answered the phone I asked her to PLEASE ask them to keep it down She said, “I’m sorry,” then hung up on me They not only didn’t stop their extremely loud conversation, they actually got louder and it went on for hoursI’m exhausted The staff is rude and inconsiderate Also, when I went to pack up my dog’s food bowl, it was covered in ants
