Meh

this place was fine We liked that it was pet friendly (though required a $75 fee), had a good breakfast, was generally pretty clean, and had 2 bedroom suites with full kitchens Downside is that there is a daily parking fee, very dirty hot tub, ripped carpet/general run down feel in room, and no cleaning service offered It wasn’t really cheap either so probably wouldn’t stay here again

Pretty good place to stay Stayed for a night before meeting up with some friends Comfortable large room to spread out in

The couch had some large stains on it that I covered up with a towel, no clue what it was from Nice place to stay overall thoughWhen driving up to it, it is a bit hard to find out where the entrance is It would be nice to have a sign or something that clearly notes the main entrance

I’m a Marriott Gold Elite member and 99% of the time I give a Five Star rating Not today It was a great check in with a special rate ( I needed to present a hard copy, which I did) and $90 was authorized for room and incidentals When I got up day of checkout ANOTHER authorization for $110 was on my card

( Thus pulling $200 in usable credit) I asked the manager and she said it was automatic I said “then why did you authorize $90 at check in for a special rate $62+tax room?” She said “because you had to check in?” Was the $110 authorized to let me sleep? She then questioned if I gave her the hard copy for the rate, saying there’s no checkmark? After she found it, there was no apology, or any positive customer treatment My 3rd Marriott in three days This didn’t cut the mustard Be careful at check ✔️ in Other staff was nice, but it’s an older hotel with some flaws I’ll also add- PARKING FEE?? REALLYthere are spaces all around it in the mall Not a good place to stay considering everything

The guy that works overnight at this location is amazing! We had to get a room for the night before we moved into our new apartment in town We were a little worried about leaving our U-Haul unattended in the parking lot overnight but the guy at the front desk did regular parking lot security checks to make sure everything was safe! Very nice man who also helped us get a lower rate by helping us sign up for the rewards The rooms were very nice as well

The beds were comfy and clean Our only critique would be the lack of a microwave in the room but that was hardly an issue!

JR

We stay here often, in the area it’s one of the nicer hotels and has a good price consistentlyThis place is clean, rooms are nice and well taken care of, and beds are always fresh The beds are comfortable but mattresses are soft, like super soft and don’t offer much support

Bathrooms are also up to date however you may see a bit of paint wear and tear on the vanities from being in a wet areaMain areas are clean lobby is very nice They serve breakfast but we’ve never had itThe staff is fair but nice The day girl finds her phone more important then the customer but that’s the new norm all over the placeOverall a excellent place to stay and one of the nicer hotels in the area

Abbey prives

Wonderful stay! Room was very clean and I had a great view of the mountains All of the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful Breakfast and coffee were ready very early which was an added bonus as I ran out the door for work early

There was also a plaza with numerous restaurants and stores right down the road Would highly recommend!

My stay at this property (6/12-6/14/2022) was fantastic The property was: very well priced, check-in & check-out was seamless, very clean room & common areas, the complimentary breakfast was an assortment of fruit, oatmeal, eggs, hot breakfast (packaged) sandwich/burrito, cereal, juice/coffee, etcThe staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Patty, the general manager

She came up to me at breakfast to make sure my stay was great AND provided a few suggestions of things to check out while visitingAs a seasoned traveler, I highly recommend this property

Jason Pratt

Would not recommendThis is likely the worst Marriott brand hotel I have ever stayed in The rooms are way out of date

They don’t offer an option for standard housekeeping The bistro is closed They don’t offer beer in the lobby at all The “Continental Breakfast” bar is a most pitiful collection of terrible-looking packaged junk foodOn the plus side… the coffee in the lobby is goodI know this is a college town, but there has to be a better option

Rich in Cody

Great hotel and stop on our trip!Staff was exceptional (check-in and check-out, dining), lobby and rooms were very clean Although this is an older Courtyard, it is very well maintained and the management knows how to run a hotel I have experience: I am a lifetime Marriot Platinum staying at Marriot’s since 1983

There are great services within walking distance An awesome bagel place across the street, a well run Carrabba’s next door and many other great stores nearbyDon’t miss this place!

Perfect spot for Truck drivers They have 10 spots for trucks and plenty of room The prices are very nice here for a king size room under $180

There’s a lot of amenities, a fitness room, a pool, a lounge and they have an excellent breakfast, and there’s a bar and restaurant in the hotel There’s also a lot of stores close by such as restaurants and shopping centers Best place my wife and I have done a reset Thank you Best Western staff members!

Valerie lascano

I stayed overnight to take my kiddo to an appointment at the children’s hospital We got there late and went straight to sleep The next morning we woke up to get ready

I had my kiddo in the bath tub when I noticed small bugs all over I immediately got him out of the tub and called front desk They sent housekeeping and the ladies came and saw all the bugs and said they were going to send maintenance An hour later maintenance never showed up and nobody else did either Needless to say I paid for a hotel and was unable to even shower or utilize the bathroom The pillows smelled terrible and the room in general was old Will not ever stay here again

Many thanks to Zak! Not only was he working the front desk, he took our order for room service and also delivered our food to the room If the hotel is understaffed, you would never know it All employees were super friendly and helpful

The lobby was very nice and our room was extremely clean We traveled with a small dog and loved having no carpet in the room Everything seemed very new and updated Overall it was a very nice place to stay

becky long

We found our room through a third party site but will likely stay here every time we visit Ft Collins Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable and the design was modern and very appealing The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing

Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable We felt very welcome It was wonderful to have Starbucks in the hotel so we could get good coffee first thing in the morning without having to leave the building and they were even open at 6:30 on a Saturday!

k d

Best hotel I have ever stayed at Nice deep pool inside and out Hot tub was great

The shower is AMAZING and actually have decent quality shampoo and conditioner (although very perfumey) but my hair isn’t gross like every other hotel shampoo and conditioner I usually try to use my own but forgot I usually have a hard time sleeping in hotels due to not very comfortable and lights coming in and loud but I did not have those problems here I actually got some decent sleep Highly recommend this hotel

The Remington Flats are clean, quiet, and comfortable studios in the Fort Collins area The owners, Doug and Annie, have supplied the units with everything to provide for well thought out needs We were happy to have air-conditioning during a hot weekend stay

We also enjoyed being within walking distance to many places including restaurants We’ll definitely be choosing Remington Flats over the multitude of older hotels in the area

This was the best vacation I have had and a great deal of it was because of Remington Flats! The location is perfect for walking everywhere No need for a rental car We were checked up on via text everyday which was super helpful and considerate

We added the romance package and it exceeded our expectations! Will definitely be staying here again May even make this an annual trip😁❤️

We recently had to stay here for 5 days due to our bathroom being remodeled The hotel is clean, inviting and has many amenities The best part about this hotel is the staff I have never encountered anything like this before but each and every staff person I encountered from the front desk to the housekeepers to security to breakfast staff has some of the most outstanding customer service around not only that they were all very friendly and eager to help

I wish I would have written down each person’s name the she is absolutely amazing person that I had the most interaction with was Victoria from the front desk

Scott LaCosse

The hotel is new and modern but I do have two issues with the room: 1) the air conditioner in the room is super loud, it will keep you up at night and 2) the shower has no door, it’s more of a half wall and the bathroom floor will get very wet As for the service, it was pretty bad I stayed there 4 nights on my last visit and my room was only cleaned once

I hate it when I have to constantly go and complain You expect these things to get done The next time I go to Loveland I will be going somewhere else

Marcy Ferchak

Amber from the kitchen was wonderful to our family Vincent was a great bartenderThe new guy Jim who is being trained on afternoon shift, was horrible to me

Told me to shut up after berating meBecause of this fact I will no longer stay at this hotel The managers did nothing about this incident, Jim should not be in hospitality

Fun, funky hotel with a caring and friendly staff All the character of an old hotel, including the thin walls, but we slept soundly in the luxuriously comfortable bed We stayed in the king room with a fabulous soaking tub, though not the old-fashioned ones that are only in two rooms

After that, we moved to a king suite with a nice shower, and a relaxing sitting room with TV There was a large TV in the bedroom, tooThis is a downtown hotel that is close to everything Be sure to try Amara Massage on the bottom floor!I want to emphasize how impressed we were with the staff They had an answer to every question and need, and they always did it with a smile!

chris gaudreau

Great hotel with a great location! Charming with excellent service Only negative is the walls are a little thin, but we had zero issues with it They do provide earplugs in the room automatically, but we never needed them

Ace Gillette in the basement was a great space We had a night cap down there and the bartenders were friendly, funny, and entertaining Would definitely return!

David Costanza

Lovely historic property in a terrific downtown location The staff were very nice and helpful The room was comfortable if a bit small – no chairs or places to sit other than the bed

I will say that the hotel is not quiet Between the train crossing about 100′ away (the engineers use their horns *very* generously, even at 3 am), the thin walls, and general urban noise, it is not a place for light sleepers That said, I’d stay again because the location was great and the people so nice

Comfortable and spacious room, quiet area with convenient access to good food, great work area, nice bed and shower Mobile Key didn’t work, but the old-school check-in at the front desk was refreshingly fast The kitchen was a bit dated, and all of the plates and cutlery were visibly dirty

They only provided a single dishwasher pod for a six-day stay Housekeeping is weirdly aggressive They knocked almost every day even when my ‘do not disturb’ sign was up, and one time knocked at three different times when I was in a work Zoom meeting On my final day, I had just gotten out of the shower and wasn’t dressed when housekeeping used their key and barged into the room hours before checkout, without knocking, and when the ‘do not disturb’ sign was on the door

When we arrived they could not find my reservation After a little back and forth the desk clerk gave us a reduced price We had a very nice room that was nice and clean

The next morning the higher charge was on the credit card So we got the manager and he very quickly and efficiently corrected it Thanks for making our stay pleasant and we will recommend you

P May

The reviews and being pet friendly was primarily what brought us to this La Quinta The hotel is definitely dated, but they did do a decent renovation for an older hotel The room was very clean, the sheets, pillows, and the bed were comfortable

The shower and bathroom were also clean I’m pretty picky when it comes to the places that I stay, so I was a little concerned but was surprised for such a clean environment We travel with our Golden Retriever, and I’m so grateful for the refundable $75 pet deposit after 48 hours, especially when we travel I would stay there again

Chirelle Pearson

Booked this last minute on a road trip Pricing was great for one night Staff was really nice & helpful

Hotel lobby was a little deceiving The rooms aren’t as nice Our tub was leaking water all night Rooms could use an update Sheets aren’t the most comfy, but it worked for a one night stay Complimentary breakfast was nice It’s buffet style with waffles, cereal, eggs, yogurt, biscuits & gravy, etc worth one night, but wouldn’t stay longer

Sabrina is spectacular! We had tried to check into the hotel next door, waiting 45 minutes in the lobby but the front desk employee was gone We were sent over to the Candlewood by IHG support who were horrible Sabrina worked as quickly as she could with all of the screw ups from IHG and got us into a room

An hour and 45 minutes later at 2:45am we were finally able to rest Sabrina, you’re our hero!!!

This hotel is poorly managed My wife and I were there for 2 weeks Not only did they try to say we owed them money after my wife showed them where payment posted at our bank, they never returned our $20

00 overages for each day They do not understand who to deal with people who have disabilities, especially a TBI They lie and do not understand how to deal with it Be careful staying here The are under State investigation for this

The breakfast staff was also very friendlyOverall the highlight of this stay is the mountain view You cannot beat it! It is beautiful!Overall highly recommend staying here*Forgot to mention that they do have cribs available if you are traveling with a little one

Erika Warner

Overall it’s a holiday inn express Decent rooms, very clean Complimentary breakfast is good with standard options

Pool has a water slide and a hot tub which was nice for my husbands back The real plus side for the stay was the hotel staff We decided to extend our stay for 1 day and the staff was very accommodating and extended our stay in the same room with no fuss Have to give an amazing shout out to Shane the regional manager We had a slight issue with our key cards which the staff fixed no problem but before they could assist us the front desk was attempting to resolve an issue of floor level with a hostile customer When Shane came out he politely dismissed the customer for being rude and disrespectful to the staff and asked her to find a different hotel for her stay 100% a manager that cares about the treatment of his staff

Shanna Nunez

We arrived super late, but the staff was accommodatingOur room was clean and well stockedThe suite was spacious and perfect for our family of 6, all at a fair price

We are a family that came through for a seminar There was a deal on rooms for the seminar so that was nice Indoor heated pool seemed clean, great for the rainy day during our stay! The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced

We upgraded to a first-floor room right by the breakfast area and pool, so we also had a great room No complaints worth mentioning!

loveGodloveLife09

Stayed here with 2 of my friends Our room was 2 queen beds, as well as the pull-out couch, desk space, etc The bathroom doors are cool, in that they are barn doors, that roll open, BUT it is VERY noisy at night, and not very noise cancelling, you can certainly hear the shower loud and clear, as well as anyone in their using the restroom

In the middle of the night, having to pee, the door is super loud, and even after shutting, you can hear it all BUT that is really my only complaint We really enjoyed our time, the closet in the room was an awesome place to store luggage and hang our clothes The room was clean The halls were clean The eating area was clean Breakfast was great each day! No complaints there We spent 2 nights here, didn’t hear a peep from the neighboring rooms The water was hot for showers The mini fridge is nice for keeping food/drinks cool Thanks for a great stay

Leila Nicole

This hotel was exceptional, the rooms were always clean, if you left your room for even half a day you would come back to a fully cleaned room The breakfast at the hotel restaurant and executive lounge is great, no complaints Comfortable beds, clean sheets, towels and overall comfortable

The hostesses all around were great, great customer service and genuine niceness If I am in town, I will definitely stay here no questions asked

Location is great Lobby looks great Room looks great

AC was terrible and days were in the 90’s Room was 77 degrees when we arrived, closed drapes and cranked AC, couldn’t get it below 74- and had maintenance visit and they gave us a box fan We got through it since we were only there 2 nights There is no refrigerator in the room We missed this detail when booking AND the ice machine on our floor was out of order so we went up a floor to fill ice bucket numerous times to chill things and I went down to gym to refill bottles with cold water So we can only recommend staying here during months you do not need AC Even the lobby was warm Oh and there was some kind of GOP event going on, blocked the entire lobby making it and the bar completely inaccessible to guests They put up a ton of signs outside, looked like a polling station on Election Day Parking is also a pain, you have to scan a paper hang tag to get in and out of the lot and put the tag on your mirror when parked Would be easier to leave tag in place and scan a room key or something Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, just couldn’t fix poor AC

We recently stayed at this property and have to say that it is one of the nicest if not the nicest Hilton properties we have had the opportunity to stay at The hotel is very clean, well kept and the people working there were some of the nicest, engaging people we have met in a hotel in a long time Everyone there was very personable and you could tell they took pride in their jobs as well as the property

Thank you to ALL the staff who made out stay so enjoyable!

Fabulously fun hotel! Record player in your room, vinyl library (although a limited selection, nothing new) A lovely terrace to lounge

Comfy chairs with tables and plugs in case you have work to do on a laptop The marble spiral staircase is so pretty The staff are super friendly and helpful (They brought a microwave to our room since we have dietary restrictions) Rooms were quiet and clean and aesthetically pleasing Great location in heart of downtown We walked to live music in the square and delicious restaurants

My trip to Fort Collins was unplanned My stay at the Elizabeth was to find a place of Serenity and peace, and a change of scenery before i could return home The hotel provided the serenity, peace of mind, and change of scenery I was looking for

The hotel has a fun and whimsical design which was beyond beautiful The on-site restaurant provided wonderful meals The hotel, restaurant, and room was very clean I would stay here again, if my travels ever bring me back to Fort Collins The hotel has parking in the parking garage next door The surrounding down town area is cute and quaint and very walkable The eventide late night entertainment district surrounds the hotel, and allows for a night out on footPS The hotel has record players in everyone room In the lobby is a huge vinyl collection that you can check out and take back tobyour room to play They also have a number guitars in the same area you can check out and take up to the room and play and then return at a later time This hotel is worth the stay, make it a must stay for you Make your own memories here

I called on my way here and the lady was really nice I booked in less than 5 minutesMy room is super clean, a lot of space

While I was here a thunderstorms hit us and the fire alarm went on The lady from the front desk took care of the situation very efficiently Hopefully was a false alarm and everything was fine but I have to say she did a great job, she took care of all of us I will recommend this place They really care about the visitors 😊

My brother, best friend and me were driving from Yellowstone on our way to Dallas and after 11 hours we were very tired On a quick Google search I found AmericInn and booked a room through Agodacom

The lady at the desk was kind and helped us check in without any issues The hotel is clean and tidy and the rooms are comfortable and cozy After camping for over a week, a long hot shower was a welcomed amenity Breakfast is included with the reservation and it was the good kind I’m talking eggs, pancakes, sausage, juice, milk, coffee, the works The wifi is free which was extremely useful because I needed to submit some work and needed a stable connection The guests were a fun bunch

I work in the service industry so I understand when there are things that happen that are out of your control, but there was an incident that occurred during our stay that effected our ability to utilize our room for the time we needed it the most The night staff was extremely rude to us upon check out stating we were not allowed to check out at 9pm (this may be a normal thing? Im not sure how the check out policy works) but her delivery was extremely annoyed and did not want to give me the time of day I asked if there was any possibility to get any type of reimbursement for the inconvenience and she cut me off half way through and said “no”

She did not apologize, she did not say she would consult a manager and get back to me, she just said “no” and proceeded to ask why I was checking out at 9pm because I apparently could not do so I then contacted a manager Monday morning to discuss the interaction and she accused me of cussing out her employee and raising my voice at her which I politely told her never happened Then she proceeded to let me know she would be checking the cameras and that she will still not be reimbursing me at all for our stay I’m not as upset about not getting any of my money back, as I understand there are policies in place But the customer service there is horrible Also, the breakfast provided was awful So do not plan to avoid buying breakfast elsewhere during your stay here if you do decide to book here would not recommend to anyone

I would give them 48 stars if that was an option Almost everything was great

The room was cold at night even after raising the thermostat, but I asked the night manager for a couple of blankets and he was happy to provide them They have a pool but no hot tub The breakfast is quite good, and the manager’s reception is a good opportunity to relax Overall, a very nice hotel

I frequently come to the Windsor, CO area 5-6 times per year for the last 2 years on business With one exception, I have always stayed at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Loveland The hotel is close to my business locations in Windsor and only minutes away from company headquarters in Ft Collins

It is a great central locationThe hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, quiet, and provides all the amenities that I require while traveling on the road The front desk staff is extremely pleasant, while maintaining a professional demeanor Although I never see the housekeeping staff, they have always done an outstanding job in maintaining my room in as clean a manner as possible, particularly the bathroom which I scrutinize very carefully in any hotel where I stayThe only meal that I eat here is breakfast and again, the cook staff are pleasant in the morning and provide great food allowing me to start my day on a pleasant note My rating is clearly 5 / 5 stars – Outstanding!
