The property is set at an amazing location, central to everything is Baltimore I felt immersed in the city with unmatched views on the harbor Accommodations were plush and comfortable

There wasn’t much more that could be asked for To put the icing on the cake Maurice and the rest of the Staff were welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that met and exceeded all expectations The communication, before, and during my stay left quite an impression He is certainly an asset to that hotel The one small critique I have for the property was a lack of TV in the living area facing those gorgeous Harbor Views

Our stay started off a bit rocky because the room we got wasn’t the cleanest The next day i wanted to check out early but Crystal at the front desk was wonderful She was able to switch our room and that just made everything 100x better

The room she moved us to was extremely clean and so much more comfortable we decided to extend our stay by one more day Without Crystal’s help I can honestly say we wouldn’t have stayed Great job in hiring a gem like Crystal She helped us sleep better and enjoy our stay while visiting family

My wife and I booked this hotel in advance for Friday to Monday and everything seemed fine We checked in between 9-10pm on February 18, 2022 with no problems So we proceeded to the room and everything seemed decent

So we took a shower to go out for awhile After getting something to eat and drink then return to the hotel about 1:30am only to find that our hotel door was WIDE OPENED with the deadbolt extended so the door could not close properly because of the extended deadbolt lock, so now anyone and everyone could enter and exit our room at their pleasure Thinking back as we were leaving our room to get something to eat 11:15pm that night, I noticed a couple of rooms down the hallway that was unsecured with the deadbolts extended so the doors couldn’t close all the way but I did not think much about those two unsecured rooms until we returned around 1:30am So Iimmediately go to the front desk to lodge MY COMPLAINT about the door being unsecured The hotel asked if anything was missing and nothing seemed to missing but I did leave several of my personal and business credit in my bag in the hotel room Now I’m extremely concerned about my personal and business financial security being compromised at this point A thief doesn’t need to physically have your cards but just take pictures of those cards and accounts Now at this point I’m trying get something resolved and I will have to notify all my financial institutions about what has occurred at this hotel We’ve now VERY VERY UNHAPPY GUESTS

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Baltimore in August 2022 I had a wonderful experience They took care of everything

My room was nice and spacious with cathedral ceilings that I’ve never seen in a hotel The decor was classy The tile in the bathroom was gorgeous I felt very safe as you had to use your room key to navigate the hotel like in the elevator I will definitely stay there again when I’m in the area

Peter Furdyna

The hotel and all of the staff were excellent We stayed the weekend of 02/04 – 02/06 to help our son and daughter in law with their 4 month old son while they attended a wedding in Baltimore He was getting over a cold which of course turned into a GI thing while we were there

The entire hotel staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, making sure we had plenty of clean towels and supplies to use the in house laundry(which thankfully was right across from our room) Checking out on Sunday upon announcing the room number we were greeted with smiles with the staff asking how the baby was Truly a welcoming hotel The restaurant attached to the hotel was great as well Insider tip, try the buffalo wings It’s tough to get a good wing outside of the upstate NY area, these were the real thing, easily as good as any you’ll get in Buffalo, NY Hats off to whoever executed those If you’re in the Baltimore area looking for a great hotel, stay here, you wont go wrong

Kylie English

We had a great stay here Everyone was very very friendly We loved the staff!!!! The hotel was dog friendly AND didn’t have any weight or breed restrictions which was amazing

Our room was on the 8th floor We ordered dinner and picked it up at the bar downstairs It was very good! I got the chicken Cesar salad and a drink Hotel was quiet at night There were a few hours I was in the room alone and I felt incredibly safe I can’t say this enough but the staff was SO FRIENDLY and cool I liked them all Whatever this hotel is doing please keep doing it We had a great stay here and will absolutely be back if we are visiting the area again

My new bride made reservations for this trip, as such, the room was not under my last name There was no social hour, breakfast, snack, or beverage offered purportedly due to covid It appeared that the dining space was significantly reduced due to the fact that the back deck for outdoor dining was condemned

There were multiple signs of neglect in the interior and exterior of the building This building has potential, but will take some work It would not have a bad experience for a $55 stay, but extremely disappointing for the price paid

KH Yoga Education

They are not ADA compliant I was turned away at the door due to my disability after a confirmed reservation in my husband’s name If you’re a person traveling with a disability, stay away from this place

They won’t treat you like a person I can’t speak to the inside of the room, I never made it But I highly recommend finding an alternative place to stay, anywhere else I normally only write about positive experiences, but I would never want someone else to be stranded They don’t want disabled money They will turn you away with an empty parking lot and little other revenue coming in

ilene levin

This is the worst place to stay They have no amenities They claim to have a sheep farm but that is a total lie

The place is completely run down and has not been taken care of They do not have a kitchen The patio doors do not lock and the patios are filthy with leaves, cobwebs, bugs, etc They also claim to provide a breakfast When we checked in, they gave us a small lunch bag with two store bought muffins, individual oatmeal packets and pretzels that they clearly bought from the grocery store They have a no refund policy for a reason because when you check-in, you want to leave right away

My bf and I came to town for the reggae festival and we’re very pleased with our stay at the revival The decor and atmosphere were on point and very homey/comfortable We ate at the rooftop restaurant which was phenomenal, had some coffee at the cafe, and were blown away by the speakeasy

The room was spacious and comfortable The bathroom had a privacy space with the toilet and shower which is always a perk We loved the valet service (thanks Walter!) The security was also a comfort (room key to enter after hours and to go to certain levels of the hotel)We will be returning and highly recommend

The Elwoods

We have stayed at many hotels in Baltimore while visiting family and Hotel Revival is one of the best It is a gem of a hotel The historic building has been beautifully updated and decorated

The room was clean and spacious and the bed comfortable The room was very quiet and had a lovely view of the Washington Monument and park We had an amazing meal at Topside But what sets the hotel apart from others is their top notch staff – concierge, valet, housekeeper, bartender, waitstaff – everyone was so friendly and helpful We could not have had a better stay! Thanks Hotel Revival

Joe Dagosta

This hotel was probably the best hotel stay I have had in recent memory You can clearly tell that whoever redesigned this hotel put extensive thought into every single detail from the lobby to the restaurant, bar, and the beautiful rooms The rooms here are absolutely massive, and I was surprised to find pour over coffee I the hotel room and some really nice teas

The bathroom was also huge, and the toiletries were great Everything was clean, and the room was pretty quiet at night I loved all the details in the room including the carpet, bedding, lighting, furniture — everything Even the restaurant space and the speakeasy had so many intricate details I 100% plan on staying here again if we find ourselves back in Baltimore

Perfect location for my needs The hotel needs work and quickly The phone in the room did not work! Couldn’t contact the front desk, so when we needed them we had to go down to the lobby! We had to ask 4-times to get body wash as the previous guests ripped the bottle of the wall in the shower

Awesome bartender! He was all by himself but kept up with everyone in a timely fashionLocation was very convenientThere was a wedding after party in one of the rooms It large l lasted well into the early morning hours The group was extremely loud; making it impossible to rest, sleep and relax! We called down to the lobby using our cell phones and they said there was nothing they could do as it was almost over and those guests were quiet That’s because management was in the lobby and not in the 3rd floor!!! Absurd

Jessica Pereira

At check-in, the gentleman was extremely nice and provided a warm welcome to Baltimore after a day of flight delays The hotel was nice with a clean lobby and nicely furnished room The bathroom left a little to be desired and the wall dispensers in the shower were broken off but it wasn’t a big deal

All in all, the actual stay would have been 4-5 stars, HOWEVER, when I arrived home from my business trip I found that I had been charged $108 and each of my colleagues staying at the same time had charges ranging from $90-210 with no reason or acknowledgment provided by the hotel at check out and itemized receipts never sent by email as promised I don’t know if they think that business travelers won’t be checking statements and that they can just throw random charges onto the room? Because of the shady nature of these additional charges and the time now spent on the phone with Marriott to dispute the charges, my company and our clients will be finding another hotel to use for our Baltimore travel needs

Brian Bittner

Spacious rooms with nice amenities The hotel is clean and the small sitting areas available both inside and outside are great to relax and chat or read It’s definitely designed to ease the weariness of travelling

The staff are cordial and very helpful The parking lot is very small but there is a good deal of guests from the airport with no cars – just depends on when your stay is

Best hotel experience from the moment we walked in until we checked out! This trip specifically was with our family and it was a large group for a soccer tournament Lobby was big and beautiful with lots of places to hang out as a team Pool was clean and the kids had a blast! Rooms were clean and one minor issue was taken care of right away

Only downside I can think of is rooms need some updating with outlets so don’t forget your charging blocks they do not have usb charging as many other hotelsThe staff, I could right a book on how accommodating and nice they were to not only the adults but the kids I truly felt like the manager was my personal concierge and nothing went unnoticed by this gentleman he was on point at all times! We wonder when he sleeps as he was always there The breakfast and all the amazing waitresses were fabulous, definitely worth the cost!!! Plus they filled up the kids water bottle every morning and the parents coffee cups! I can’t say enough about the staff at this hotel they were beyond exceptional and truly made our trip as stress free and enjoyable as possible!

Trish Anna

Everyone who worked here was so nice! The room was very large and clean The bed was extremely comfortable! My only complaint is that I was not aware that I would have to be given a voucher for my food credit since I am a rewards member and was not given one upon check in I didn’t get to use my credit my first night because I was not aware of this policy

The next morning, I asked for the credit , was told “ok”, and thought it would just be added on to my bill at breakfast I was told at the restaurant to go back to the front desk to physically get the voucher for breakfast I did not mention it while i was there I was unaware of how this worked at this particular Hilton property I missed out on my “complimentary” dinner the evening that I checked in which I honestly do not believe is fairThe room was quiet, clean, big, and nice Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly, helpful, and nice I cannot say enough good about them or the hotel! The hotel is secluded, also

Meredith Waye

Room was clean Plenty of outside sitting and eating areas offered Awesome Breakfast layout and Super breakfast staff

Well I will say this about this hotel…it was the best experience I’ve ever had in my 40 years of life from any hotel I thought it was pricey but let me tell you totally worth it I jiggle recommend this hotel

The staff was friendly and nice and very honest We came during a busy time so couldn’t get checked into until later Our room was still not available but they got us into a room but it wasn’t just any room We lucked up with the executive two layer suite for the inconvenience of waiting And I will tell now, no matter what room I get from this hotel I will most definitely be back and also plan for a stay in the further of the executive suite as it was absolutely gorgeous I have teenagers and nothing phases them but this room made they happy and excited which doesn’t happen much They absolutely loved this hotel Thank for a wonderful weekend My family will be back and I’ve already recommended friends to come here as well!!

Newly built hotel, modern decor, modern security features and great location As much as I enjoyed the property and its gym (the gym is dope) its location was great as well Located near a newish train stop, the hotel is supported by a “town center” design featuring a “main street” with restaurants, convenience stores, beauty salons and a boxing gym

A local library is steps away and the area is very foot-friendly Starbucks is in the first floor of the hotel for you bean junkies

Shadeaux Speed

I’m an Ambassador Elite and in Baltimore twice a month and this hotel is Fantastic edition to the City Near everything The anchor for the Town center project which has its own metro station and free parking

There are many restaurants and shops opened and new ones opening soon This is a New Hotel, and the Hotel staff are very attentive and, courteous, and professional They mentioned and thanked me for my Marriott status & business and upgraded me with an awesome upgrade to a suite Pics attached They informed me of all the amenities There is a very nice restaurant on property, with a really nice bar and atmosphere The Gym is very, very nice with the latest equipment Even for boxers The member club super nice and large Starbucks on property as well 25 minutes to BWI No traffic I recommend this hotel highly And will be back

TLDR – Great place to stay!Although we only stayed one night we feel the hotel was very accommodating We wanted a place to stay so we could get an early trip to the airport We got a great price to keep our vehicle for a couple days until we returned

Jackie, at the front desk, was extremely courteous and helpful to us The trip to and from the airport in ‘the cookie van’ was prompt and courteous The room was clean and modern The food we ordered from the restaurant in the evening was delicious and the service was greatsame with breakfast in the morning The cookies were a nice touch We’ll stay there again the next time we fly out of BWI

Joseph Elkins

The front desk staff sit “too busy” on their personal phones and lie to people by saying that they don’t have water bottles for guests that pay hundreds of dollars for poor quality beds in rooms with very loud air conditioners and doors/walls through which you can hear every tone some one flushes or is talking Disrespectful staff 24/7 available to charge you $3/20oz water bottle The only great aspect of this experience was the wonderful daytime shuttle driver who is extremely kind and professional

The hotel smelled like gas Spoke with rude Kyle at the front desk about it He stated management was aware as this has been going on for weeks and they were not going to do anything about it

He brushed me off to speak with the next guest that walked up This is very dangerous for the guest and employees to be inThe next day (Sunday) I’m coming out of the bathroom naked and housing keeping is entering my room at 10am I went to the front desk and spoke with a man who stated he was the manager (did not want to provide his name to me) explained to him what happened and why are they entering my room at 10am if check out is not until 12pm He confirmed check out was at 12 and stated house keeping is short staffed I told him there was not an excuse as to why they were entering my room so early He apologized and asked if I wanted coffee or a cookie Like why would I want coffee or a cookie when I was just violated by entering a room we paid forOverall the room was nice! Doubletree needs to do better with their staff

I dislike not being told by the app that I am paying not only a deposit but also was initially double charged for the room Check was contradictory She was nice

I asked her if door Dash would have an issue delivering and she said no Then after my card was swiped was asked if I was leaving and that the doors are locked at 9, this was 815 Means I would’ve had to walk downstairs to get my food, why would I want to deliver, go downstairs to get my food The person was nice but wasn’t at desk when I got there and had to wait a couple of minutes Would have been disappointing to have cold foodHad to hurry to order and luckily they got there quicklyMy hold on my card was the $191 for the room, charged next morning Plus $291 at check in She said cause I was a reward member I only got charged $100 for incidentals versus the $200 Yet I have almost $500 of charges on my card over 24 hours later Wouldn’t have stayed here if I was told this up front

The hotel itself is exactly why I trust Hampton Inn as an affordable, reliable hotel by the Hilton name For example, The Quality Inn next door overbooked but my reservation was perfectly fine at Hampton Inn It was a busy weekend but staff worked hard and the breakfast was decent

I could be picky about the breakfast but it was free and very needed after a day at a festival, offering prepared eggs, a choice of meat, cereals, waffle stations, fruit, yogurt, bagels, and juice Parking is a little busy but I didn’t have an issue The area is not terrible, with a grocery store nearby, but it’s not my first pick for a vacation destination All in all, this was a great choice for me and I enjoyed my time

Charell Elliott

I came during a difficult moment, MD UBE Bar Exam and from the room upgrade to the friendly smiles of the front desk my stay was nothing short of amazing I asked for a quiet floor and I did not hear a peep My room was clean, service was stellar and I will be recommending this hotel to my friends

The staff was so accommodating to my bar exam needs given the immense pressure that I was under The GM and AGM should be proud of their staff I can’t think of the young ladies who was working at the front desk when I was there Sunday-Wednesday but, they deserve recognition, including the gentlemen who was training They all went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant

Had a chance to stay in March of 2022 for a relaxing overnight The hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly and accommodating The views of the lake from our finally furnished room were outstanding and we loved watching the snow fall and swirl from our balcony

We had a chance to utilize the bar area for drinks and appetizers and enjoyed spending time with the staff while enjoying the comfort and views from the lounge area We didn’t have an opportunity to utilize the workout area, but took a peek and it is quite impressive We are excited to return once the restaurant fully opens in April Highly recommend the hotel for some of the finest, if not THE finest accommodations in the surrounding area

Nikola Susic

This hotel is absolutely stunning I was genuinely astounded by the quality of the place from the moment I walked in The atmosphere is modern, yet at the same time comforting, with a feeling of a lodge by the lake

Throughout my stay, I felt as though I was the focus of attention the entire time The staff tended to every need of my family and I, and my parents spoke very highly of the hospitality they experienced They genuinely saved my Christmas, because they put my parents in a good mood from the very start, which made dinner go much more smoothly than I would have expected I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and I will definitely be coming back to stay here in the near future If you are looking for a place to stay, I recommend you come here It is truly a hidden gem

Andrea Baines

Excellent! Had a gathering with friends at Merriweather Lakehouse Hotel and we had a fabulous time! The decor and ambience is delightful – fresh, stylish, contemporary with a warm feel The staff were also very warm and welcoming and totally felt in service to us – caring that we had a great time And a great time we had indeed! The cocktails are very tasty, good beer selection and the food — well, we were Super Impressed with what ‘bar food’ was

We chose to sit in the open, lively seating area near the bar and were SO pleased with the interesting choices and Delicious food – the fried burrata was amazing — and I don’t normally eat fried The grilled vegetable choice was done to perfection, and between the group, we had just about every item on the menu — and everyone was raving about what they had It was such a fun, uplifting, perfect time that we asked for a tour so a few of us could start planning functions there for organizations we are involved in 5 stars! Highly Recommend! Oh yes — and the view is beautiful, as are all the rooms And wait until you see the pool view — WOW! And it’s so fun to see all the old music posters from previous concerts at Merriweather Post Pavilion — a little trip down memory lane The attention to detail is apparent — from the stylish shape of the glasses, the silverware — this is a Marriott Autograph hotel that is truly top-notch!

I booked a short one night trip for my little girl’s first birthday party The staff was great and notice it was just my two girls and I so they helped me out tremendously Can’t thank them enough for being so kindhearted and professional

I would definitely recommend staying here when you travel Rooms are definitely as advertised and very clean I could smell the cleaning products Very nice establishment and breakfast was great I’ve stayed in plenty of Hilton hotels but so far this is my favorite stay Definitely coming back Thank you again

Was super excited to stay at this hotel and picked it because of its great location and proximity to the inner harbor The architecture inside and outside is so pretty & very historic The front desk manager (Ralph) however managed to take away from our experience on the very first day

He couldn’t care to talk to a customer who was waiting in the lobby for 20 min for a valet In his opinion, the customer should have come to him and asked for help instead of waiting for the valet When my husband asked for help because of the long wait, Ralph tried to justify the long wait My husband is a Diamond member and stays at Hilton hotels every week He knows the ropes and understands good customer service and quick resolution of problems Ralph kept trying to explain his point of view (regarding the long wait for parking) in an effort to argue his case and prove us wrong Ralph also made a mention of the fact that my husband probably didn’t understand his explanation very well! Having travelled the world and having stayed at some of the best Hilton hotels, I can unequivocally say that this manager represented the hotel chain very poorly!!!Here’s a tip for Ralph: When a customer is unhappy about a situation, apologize and fix it instead of justifying yourself and then coaching the customer about what they should have done differently!!PS Received an email & phone call with management who apologized and tried to make it right…appreciate the effort!

Jesse and Michelle are amazing hosts, very hospitable and warm We booked the whole place for two nights for a party event, and us and all our guests felt comfortable and excited to be there Breakfast was delicious each morning as we all sat in the sun room

The rooms are large, as are the en suite bathrooms The history of the house is fascinating and the grounds are gorgeous

The Inn was a great place to stay It’s easy to find off US 29 and my room was comfy, stylish, and very well appointed Also had a small sitting area, which added some delights

The hosts were friendly and took a lot of extra trouble to make sure that I had a gluten-free breakfast I am very grateful for such care There’s a fantastic ancient tree out front which is worth stopping to see My stay was in late October, but I have added going back in warmer weather to enjoy the patio and outdoor space to my bucket list Highly recommend this historic Inn

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! Friendly and upbeat staff Even the manager was really nice She freaked out when I showed her pictures of the hotel 11 minutes away at Howard Johnson’s

That place was a nightmare! Anyway, at Hyatt Place, my room 512 was very clean and well decorated Everything worked It smelled great and the bed was comfortable I was well rested and was able to check out at 1pm with no problem Definitely recommend 🙂

If I could give it a zero rating that’s what they would get Not sure why I was booked here instead of Marriott (both are the same price per night) The rooms are small, very dirty – the room I was originally booked in was the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen!! Carpet was stained

burn Mark’s all over the carpet the bathroom still had used soap and wet rags from the previous guests Asked to move my room and got another one on a different floor that was a little better the girl who handled my check in and room change was VERY NICE!! The free breakfast is just that it was warm to cool have to walk all over just to make coffee I will insist on Marriott next time

This hotel is not bad Unfortunately I do not think it lives up to the Hyatt name In general the room appears to be nice, but the bathrooms and the pool area could use some updating

The breakfast bar was okay but the selections were minimal They serve Starbucks coffee but the staff doesn’t seem like they know how to make it properly I asked for a regular coffee and then they asked me how much espresso shots I wanted… I am also positive I left with bed bug bites the next day I made sure i washed everything I took there when I got home I expected an exceptional experience instead got a mediocre one

The first night, we couldn’t get served in the bar due to apparent staffing shortage while the hotel was busy The bartender was not just busy, he was rude When we finally got seated for dinner, the server was great but a steak came out cold

There was so much noise both nights we couldn’t sleep The in room coffee maker was broken There is no service to help take bags to the rooms and luggage dollies are sparse The decor is extremely dated I could handle one of these things but the combination is atrocious I feel sorry for the staff Our room was $400 for two nights I had plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable, although the noise level was prohibitive of actual sleep The second night we tried to order room service; Door Dash was faster The facilities were clean

This was a beautiful structure and clearly was top notch maybe in the 90’s , however with all the amenities this place can still hold its own The bar and restaurant was absolutely amazing and the food was really good The parking area was plentiful and the pool was clean

My wife took advantage of the spa while I spent time killing ants back in the room on the 5th floor for the remainder of our stay Everything else was fine from the kitchen to the enormous bathroom with his and her sink I was kinda upset when I noticed a couple ants running across my dashboard upon leaving out stay-cation

Ian Weibel

This is such a beautiful facility and far enough outside Baltimore and Washington DC to avoid traffic I didn’t golf, but wanted to very badly The hotel staff from check in and for all our meals all week were amazing

They were always ready to answer any question and very responsive The room had everything I wanted in it, was very clean and the water pressure is great My only suggestion is get a room facing the golf course as the parking lot can be a little loud if you are over the lobby

Every single person we interacted with (bellhop, valets, servers, bartenders, concierge, housekeeping) was professional, enthusiastic, and helpful By far the best experience I have ever had with hotel staff-I feel like every person truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfectThe building itself is beautiful-full of marble and ornate columns

I appreciate that a lot of attention was paid to historical details and maintaining the feel of the original buildingOur room was nicely decorated and very quiet We didn’t hear anyone in the halls and we barely heard any street noise The hotel gym was a lot bigger than I expected and well stocked with machines and equipmentWe will absolutely stay again next time we are in Baltimore!

Loved my stay here! Everyone was so kind and friendly Of course the hotel is amazing but the breakfast was the cherry on top ! I ordered the veggie eggs; and they were loaded with veggies! The sweet potato hash (words cannot describe) reminds me of my great granny’s cooking 🥲 fair price/ great portionsOnly thing upsetting: I woke up 3 am dehydrated and went to the mini bar to find lack of choices and drinks weren’t cold

(It was too cold to run out)

We discovered a bed bug problem in our luxury suite (one of the spa rooms) which we got refunded for, but it obviously ruined the stay Especially because they were fully booked that night and had no contingency plan for relocating us My partner and I stayed here one time before that and both times the hotel service was not great

No fault to them, they were super kind and did whatever they could for our check ins and the bed bug issue The problem was that we waited in long lines for a single person behind the desk who was also answering phones for the entire hotel They just seem chronically understaffed and scrambling to do things for everyone in a timely manner It gives me such mixed feelings because the rooms are awesome and those jetted tubs are amazing (they’re honestly the top reason we came back, along with the large windows that make the room feel even bigger than it already is) It’s such a cool and well-preserved historic building I’d just be cautious of these issues when deciding whether it would be worth the cost of your stay Oh and if you do stay there, make sure you check under the mattress for bed bugs!

First the goodThey had last minute availability My flight was delayed 4 hrs, I called the hotel before my flight took off and let them know we would be arriving at 1a and asked if they could setup the crib before we arrived

They did this and also left us extra bedding and blankets The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful  They provide a free 24/7 shuttle to/from BWI and Jack, the shuttle driver, was excellent Our room AC worked well in the summer heat and the bed and bedding were comfortable I absolutely LOVE their soft down pillows Breakfast options were very limited but I did enjoy the oatmeal (I was able to add butter, coconut flakes, shaved nuts and cinnamon) and coffeeThe badIts definitely the most rundown Hyatt Place I have been to Its an older building and the furnishings are very worn, dead bug in the light above the sink, moldy shower tile, carpets and furniture stained, etc  No outlets at the desk and the outlets by the TV near the desk didn’t work The outlet next to the bed was difficult to get to The blackout curtains didn’t quite cover the whole window so light poured in and woke me up at 7am

I stayed at the Hyatt Place in Linthicum MD a few weeks ago and the staff was exceptionally kind The young woman at the reception desk with the long hair and big glasses is an asset to the hotel It was very busy and the rooms were not ready but she handled everything with patience and kindness

The room was very nice and clean and the pillows are great! I will definitely stay there again!

Tracy Moore

I wish zero stars was an option because 1 star is too many The hotel stunk and smelled liked pot It was dirty and in disrepair

My daughter was threatened by another guest because she thought my daughter was “stalking her luggage cart” when in reality, my daughter was just trying to get the one and only other cart in the entire hotel which just happened to be down the hall past the threatening guest The carpet in our room was stained, the enamel in our tub was chipped, the sink did not drain, and everything looked like it was falling apart We booked for 4 guests and the room had glasses and towels for 2 guests Also the towels were awful They were old and worn out We tried to buy bottled water in the “shop” and we were told to go to 7-11 We paid over $200 for one night I feel like if the hotel doesn’t provide a reasonable representation of what they claim to offer they should have to refund your money since we can’t get a refund if we cancel too late Fair is fair Save your money and stay somewhere else
