I have never had this type of getaway experience before, and I’m a freaking flight attendant!!!!It was so nice, great surroundings, deceiving from the outside but a legit hidden oasis inside! The service!!!! I felt like I was being waited on hand and foot, but never bothered… it was the perfect mix of luxury service and chill!I recommend for any type of getaway, mental break, just generally a debrief! Really enjoyed every meal, drink, massage, and swim! I will definitely be returning!

Incredible experience!!! Such hospitality!! Absolutely the BEST Desert Hot Springs spa + resort, hands down Within the 15 minutes of arrival, we were already talking about when to book our next stay! If I could give them a 10/5 review, I wouldThis review is about a year late – we booked a weekend package for June 2021

This was an anniversary celebration for us, and we booked the Simplicity Grand Opening package that included the Spa King Suite (second floor with private soaking tub), the in suite Azure Signature 60 min massage, and the in suite Customized 60 min massageIt was our first trip since before March 2020 and we could not have picked a better anniversary celebration The staff was so hospitable + welcoming; the room was huge and the bed was SO comfortable; the views were amazing; the complimentary robes + slippers were cozy; the massages were the best we have ever had; and they made us feel so special + welcomed I am so glad this was our first getaway “post” pandemic, and it will forever be our future anniversary celebration (despite living across the country in NYC)!The food offered at the cafe was fresh and tasty, and we actually regretted spending a full day driving to Joshua tree/Salvation mountain because we realized we should have just stayed in to fully enjoy the resort I could not more highly recommend the value, service, beautiful spaces, and amazing hot spring water experience RUN don’t walk to book your stay here!!!

Allen Bogart

The day spa experience was great A wide variety of customization to cool down hot natural springs as well as a relaxing foot massage walk over spring water and rocks Lots of showers, towels, robes and shoes

The pool was very nice and very flexible from covered seats to seats in the sun It was easy to move around to the temperature you wanted to be in The room with a private tub was very nice and it was surprisingly large It easily fit two people and came with candles and incense on the side The in room sauna should be drawn before midnight and after 7am to be respectful of other guests and we had no issues hearing other tubs fill or any noise issues at all It was very quiet and serene at night I give a strong recommendation for this resort

Damaris Derecichei

This place was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Staff was so warm and welcoming! The facility was incredibly clean and lovely!! We were in the area visiting Salvation Mt and then later on Joshua Tree and had some downtime so we providentially stumbled across this wonderful place after a google search We felt so pampered and taken care of

They have great mineral springs, pools, saunas, and other great amenities Truly, the best surprise and part of our trip! (Thank you Luis for all your help! God bless you!)

This is was an amazing place Each pool is different one has cabanas to relax and enjoy next to while another has a spout pouring into it constantly providing wonderful calming sounds Rick and Indigo were wonderful as host they have dogs on property that do follow them to greet guest

They stay on top of any puppy messes which is really nice The last few puppy friendly places were not so people friendly So it was great that this place took care of their dogs too Between the cozy rooms, the views, the relaxing waters and puppy therapy They also have Massages and spa treatments I have not tried yet but will next time This is a must go to A side note this is a this is they are in the middle of a remodel and making it look it better than it does already and their garden is still young and still amazing The statues of people are a bit creepy Still a great place to enjoy and relax in themed rooms are fun lovely garden

I came out for a solo momma get away When I arrived I was the only guest Having the property to myself, even with the wind, was so serene

I was met by one of the owners upon arrival who gave me a walking tour of the grounds and upgraded my roomThe mineral pool and hot tub are perfectly accessorized to create a place you don’t want to leave Blankets with coffee and a book on the many lounge areas strategically placed to create an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation, seemed to be a morning choiceI wish I had longer I would love to come back and take a bounce on the trampoline and do yoga in the pavilion where all items needed to start or end your day with movement are locatedThank you all for making me feel comfortable and allowing me to roam free without my kiddos!

I had a great time at the O spa!! I stayed in the David Bowie room The decor was stunning and the mineral water pools and spas were so clean, soothing, natural, energizing, healing and earthy You can tell it is real local hot natural mineral water

Everything was very clean Good customer service too!I don’t think it is worth the claimed full total price of $400 a night or so but definitely worth it when it is discounted down to a total of like $200 or so that you can fairly easily find online (don’t forget to add the $35 resort fee that you pay on top of the booking price)I am looking forward to go again!

Came here for a day event with the Adventure Guides (part of the YMCA) The pools were very clean and nice, and the girls had a great time We had lunch in their ball-room, and it was decent

They have a bar where you can order adult and non-adult beverages Their rooms are very nice according to the other people in our group who stayed overnight The staff at the front desk were VERY friendly and helpful The bathrooms were nice All in all, this place was worth our time

DO NOT GO THERE FOR A HOT NATURAL MINERAL SPRING EXPERIENCE of Desert Hot Springs! I see this place like an upscale Motel 6I was debating to put 3 stars but decided to put 4 for the good customer service and priceYOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

The rooms are actually very nice with good amenities Great looking lobby and entranceBut huge disappointment when it comes to the pools, spas and settings There are A LOT of rooms so you really don’t have the intimacy that you feel in other resorts in DHS Half the rooms have balconies towards the pool and spas, so you can basically consider yourself constantly being watched when in the water THE WATER IN THE POOL AND JACUZZI IS MURKY!! So much so in the main pool that I was uncomfortable swimming in it The water smells also strongly like chlorine, and the heat is definitely artificial and not earthy and healing like you would expect in a real hot natural spring waterThe water is aggressive on the skin The bubble pool has clean water but the bubbles actually don’t do anything – you don’t feel them at all It is just a shallow hot poolI will definitely not come back here for a Desert Hot Spring experience but could consider coming back if I need a place to crash for cheap while treating myself a bit better than Motel 6

Review is for the spa/hot springs only We did not stay at the hotel Long story short, DO NOT GET A MALE MASSEUSE AT THIS FACILITY!I went to Miracle Springs Spa for a relaxing day with my friends

The spa host was extremely flustered when we checked in, and had trouble taking our information A little chaotic, but totally fine I understand there is a labor shortage and it seemed like she was working hardWe are given locks for the locker rooms and a towel each The locks were very cheap, but again, not that big of a deal Locker room/showers are good enough It feels like old decor, but everything appeared clean Complimentary soaps, shampoos, etc We used the hot springs while waiting for our massages A lot of them were taken up, but we were able to park at one with some shade and a decent temperature of water While accessing the locker rooms during our time at the hot springs I noticed one of the male masseuses giving a somewhat intimate massage to the new spa hostessFinally the massage, we get to the waiting room 15 minutes early, and end up waiting about 10 minutes until someone notices we are there Another 15 minutes go by (so 10 minutes after my appointment was scheduled) I get taken back by the hallway masseuse, Jesus, to have my ‘center’ massageI was appalled by the service I received He continually went too hard, and in areas I requested not to He did not respond when asking to move to another location, and he was unable to tell that my body was tensing up even more when he would massage ligaments and areas that should not be massaged He spent at least 10 minutes massaging my upper-thigh, and was not at all professional in his approach I had to request multiple times for him to move to another location before he finally stopped touching me in this location There was continued inappropriate behaviors on his part that don’t need to be detailed on Google I was not relaxed for a moment of this 80 minute experience, and feel more drained than when I walked in I have received many massages in my life, and after this one exchange I will never use a male therapist again

Truthfully idk if the owners are having friends post these reviews or what but they are seriously skewed The rooms and beds are decent enough and they have been redone to make them look decentThe courtyard with the spa, swimming pool, etc

looks great and invitingHowever the hotel is right next to a super busy roadMost hotels are so that’s not the end of the world… except the sliding doors that each room has does not hardly block out the sound at all So if you are unlucky enough to get a room facing the main road (about 1/3 of them do) good luck trying to sleep with all the road noiseIf they invested in sound deadening sliding doors or something then it would be far better place to stayThe other issue with sounds is the walls seem to be super thin as you can easily hear the TVs on in the room next door I know there are other guests in the hotel but I don’t want to hear their TV shows from my room!

Lillian Vince

The staff I interacted with were friendly, attentive and pleasant, so that is the only area I would rate high The rooms were unpleasant, and even though it seemed like everything was recently renovated, my room was dingy, and in disrepair in places No extra pillows or blankets provided in the room, which was odd and make for an uncomfortable nights sleep

Cool blue lighting makes everything feel like a hospital Little things like having to move the nightstand to plus a phone in are also annoying Paper thin walls— you can hear everything from every corner of the hotel Management needs to spend more time repairing and improving the rooms before they focus on movie night in the pool area

M

Cockroach infestation After going out to dinner we went into the spa located inside our room and noticed a dead roach in the water We got out to shower and that’s when we noticed a big roach walking along the lower wall

After turning on all the lights in the room more cockroaches started to come out We noticed nymph and adult cockroaches (different stages indicating an infestation) We decided not to stay there and notified the front desk (requested a refund) We drove (and called)around at midnight trying to find a hotel and after over an hour of looking Hilton was able to accomodate us We were told to return the next day to speak to a manager about a refund We left our email with the manager who stated she would CC us with the request but she never did I called bookingcom to confirm my refund would be processed and they did Note: we noticed all the vacant rooms had the lights turned on- to hide the roaches when a guest checks in at night (indicating they are aware of the problem) Avoid staying here it is not worth potentially taking roaches home with you

We stayed here a couple years ago and had a fantastic time Loved how they decorated all the spaces inside and out We were in Joshua Tree a couple weeks ago camping with friends and had to stop by and show them the place

The owners were there cleaning up after a wedding so got to chat with one of them She was very nice and loved sharing about the future changes they were planning

The Black Sheep

This is truly your giant slice of heaven served to you on a desert platter Me and my girlfriend have stayed they’re twice last year as I treated her for her birthday and we had such a blast Your room even has a outdoor bath and shower in your private backyard quarters

The facility and grounds are amazing Soaking in the grotto is a must The small pools and tubs are great too

The food at the restaurant was healthy and delicious The staff were super helpful Now comes the rooms The rooms don’t quite live up to the overall resort itself so that is why I’m giving an overall rating of 4 stars Don’t get me wrong they aren’t awful but It’s clear that they have done a lot of work to the entire site so my hope is they will eventually get to updating the rooms If you’re looking to get away with your significant other to unwind and recharge then you really can’t go wrong

Alexa Meyers

My new favorite place to stay in Palm Springs! The warm mineral water pools are a huge plus and lead to such a relaxing getaway There is also a cold pool which is very nice on super hot days I stayed for 3 nights and every day I went to the pools, my partner and I were able to have our own natural spring water pool since there are so many

The staff is amazing and so kind It was my birthday and they left some welcome fruit & drinks in my room upon arrival The food & drinks here are amazing My favorites were the Acai bowl & the breakfast burrito! We did a sound bath, yoga, and a tarot card reading which were all included in our stay We stayed in one of the Capone Suites & I really loved our room I will say it is one of the older buildings on the property (Two Bunch Palms has tons of history) & was more dated, but still very clean I loved how central the Capone rooms are to the entrance of the hotel, reception, the Grotto, etc so I definitely recommendOverall, such an amazing stay & will definitely be returning

dottie williams

Our visit was to join a friend for the day We didn’t have a room to discuss The grounds are beautiful and well maintained

Our friend is a wonderful source of information & history about the spa The whole area is calming, very relaxing A peaceful place to enjoy a dayWe had a lovely lunch at the organic restaurant Food was exceptional Service delightfulIf there was a way to just spend a few hours I would definitely do it And I read in some past reviews about no water bottles in the rooms Did you know that the area where the spa is has the best water Just grab a glass to find out Enjoy

10/10 experience staying at Miracle Manor Every room was so clean and I loved the design/aesthetic to the entire space We spent so much time at the pool/hot tub (which are amazing) and lounged around the pool on the comfy, spacious patio

Sergio, the manager, is phenomenal He made us feel welcome instantly and gave us recommendations for things to do during our stay This place is magical

Deanna Jordan

This place was truly a miracle The mineral water, the mountain views, and wind energy were so healing and provided the perfect setting for mindfulness There is a great space for yoga, and the guests were all quiet and respectful of one another

This isn’t a place to come and “turn it up” in the pool or binge drink; instead, come here for self-care, quiet intimate time, healing, and mindfulness The staff was so kind and helpful- just top notch hospitality I cannot say enough good things about Miracle Manor!

Mathilde Sanson

My sister and I came through town We stayed two nights and the room was super clean, lobby was nice and clean and the desk staff was friendly I spoke with a woman named Jamie at the desk, she was very warm and fun to chat with and very helpful with navigating the area when I asked her for directions

She was extremely helpful with our check in and everything was smooth Will stay here again when we are in the area as my sister is a truck driver so we come this way often Fantastic staff, clean room, what more can a lady ask for! Oh and super safe!

Kimmy M

Stayed w hubby while on vacation A woman named Jamie checked us in, super friendly and professional Helped us get settled in

I asked if she is the owner and she stated no that she was the front desk clerk I applauded her on how absolutely professional, kind and caring she was, I joked with her she should be the owner or manager due to her professional nature It was a long drive for us and we were exhausted I got top notch service from Jamie She even gave us recommendations for a quick dinner Will come back again as she was the best Room was clean and stay was nice, quiet and everything was smooth Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean I hope the rest of your staff is as good as Jamie was 5 stars

C P

I enjoyed my stay despite a few minor hiccups The room was spacious, clean and decently appointed I wasn’t expecting a luxurious stay, but the bed was comfortable and the mini fridge was a little bigger than a college-kid fridge, so I had plenty of room for my drinks and other things

I think where the hotel can improve is in clarifying the breakfast situation (pandemic, of course) since you have to ask for it at the counter and there’s a sign but the wording on it wasn’t very obvious The more concerning issue is that the security door on the lower level doesn’t actually lock I didn’t have a chance to bring this up to the management, but it was definitely a concern for me since I stayed close to that exitLast, one of the staff at the check in was really not very friendly, but the other lady was very nice I understand maybe she was frustrated but there’s a way to show hospitality, and being friendly is pretty much the easiest way
