I’m still staying here! The staff and management are VERY KIND, and their attention to detail in care is perfect! They even lovingly accept my 97 lb Puppy and His non social antics! The cleanliness of the hotel is NEVER been something I concern about and only notice that it is always nice and smells good! They were solid and amazing on their pricing and they even put us in a room that met our needs exactly! I love it here

They’ve made my first moments in Houston a very sorry free one Thank you and namaste! us and our dogs

The front desk staff were always so helpful and kind Always had a smile and didn’t hesitate to extend my husbands stay when I’d go and do it for him because they already knew who he was lol House keeping staff were so friendly, always smiled, always waved and were great at maintaining a clean room The rooms were really spacious! 10/10 recommend

Felt really safe here too Wish there were more hotels like this one! Will deff be staying here again if he gets another job in the same area again!!

The rooms are clean and tidy and at an affordable price We stayed here for a few weeks, and didn’t have any issues with safety, cleanliness, or pests!! The owners are super friendly and accommodating If you are staying for a few weeks, ask the front desk for a room with a kitchenette (they only have a few rooms and you might get it if it’s available)

Aside from the two big pluses of clean and comfortable rooms, and great value, this hotel solves the two huge problems of shady characters hanging around (and concern about the safety of your car), or intoxicated people talking outside their rooms toll late into the night, by having bright lights illuminate every part of the enclosed parking lot and the hotel itself This was fantastic The best budget hotel ove ever stayed at

Really great stay at a great price My usual hotel was full up so we checked this place outFriendly staff, clean rooms and quiet for the most part

The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is there is no coffee in the rooms They have some at the office but it isn’t very goodBreakfast is a pastry but at this price we afford to go out and get something good to eatAll things considered we would stay here again

Tiffany Sullivan

The place is cleanThey tend to give you privacy and rarely bother you They have been super understanding snd very kind

Not once have they done anything to warrant less than a four start review The only reason we do not give them a five star is due to the price Its after tax 75 for a one bed and 86 for two beds On the weekends it 10 bucks

Staff is kind and calmAmenities include a free ice maker, a wash room, a microwave, and a mini fridge (unstocked)Everything is quiet and a smoking room smelled like a recent visitor smoked heavily in it but the smell was unnoticeable after a day of work

I had an assignment in Kingwood, TX for a couple months I was searching for places at a cheaper rate for a lengthy stay but clean and good customer service I spoke with the attendant and was told to pay a regular rate for 3 nights and after the 3 nights I was given a genuine weekly rate

At the end of the 3 nights I go downstairs and the manager/ possibly owner was at the desk She initially acted as if she had never heard of the rate I was attempting to pay Later during the conversation this rate was offered on certain rooms and the room was not available During this same conversation the night attendant should have not offered the rate because he was in training and quoted it incorrectly… the list goes on and on… I let her know I was quoted a price and stayed there to receive it and it wasn’t my fault an employee in training was left alone to run the front desk She did not bend on the price at all I made calls to corporate and she offered one night for the quoted rate Needless to say I kindly departed the facility Found a better lodging deal and enjoyed my stay in the area The Better Business Bureau is the next to hear from me So totally uncalled for and horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE

I’m going to give this 4 out of 5 stars Mainly because the price was a bit high for 2 queen beds Overall this place was seriously great

The front desk staff are very sweet and professional I couldn’t thank them anymore for their kindness and over all warm hearts This is what we really needed that night we had no where to go A smile and kind words can really change someone’s life Thank you all for everything Including the cleanliness, and free breakfast lol if we could afford it, we would have definitely stayed longer Overall, we were extremely satisfied

Tralfaz

Worst stay I’ve ever had I’m not sure why people give it a good rating Maybe they’ve never been anywhere else? I wanted to leave my first night of a 7 day stay

Sketchy neighboring people Riff-raff people up all night standing outside talking and smoking right outside my door You can hear people walking It shakes the floor The bed and pillows are horrible The noise from the traffic is extremely loud The room had 2 rolls of toilet paper that each had about less than 20 squares left on them The “breakfast”looks risky I didn’t even try it

Very decent for the price If you’re looking for a clean, safe area to stay in I recommend this place It’s newer and in a developed area with shops and a nice apartment complex adjacent to it

Every other hotel in the area was 15x the price I paid for this one on a weeknight The man checking me in was niceRooms have a spacious fridge and a microwaveThe four star is more about the details Room was clean from a glance but found stained sheets and a wad of gum on the wall The sheets were cleaned (could smell bleach/cleaner) but the stains showed (coffee or blood, not sure) Walls are very thin so bring a noise machine or a fan if you have issues with that Maybe ask for room 201 since it sits off alone by itself

Elizabeth Flores

I wanted to like this place, it’s fairly new and had a modern interior design which was nice But what was supposed to be a relaxing night turned into me literally getting NO sleep because the people above my room kept walking back and fourth in what sounded like heels I’m not sure if there was a gym above my room but all of the rooms next to me had no issues with noise…these people did this all the way until 5 am

There were also roaches at night that I trapped with a cup, in fear they’d end up in my bed Not a fun experience

Tyler Zynkhin-Jenkins

My fiancé and I stay here almost every time we visit my in laws The front desk is really cool They are very helpful and chill

The location is prime for Kingwood Tons of food around and the movie theater is directly across street I would give it 5 stars, but sometimes the rooms are a little humid and that doesn’t do well for me, but everything else is great especially for the low price!

The gentleman at the front is awesome! He’s very kind and helpful so he’s a pleasure to speak with The rooms are designed well with lots of space Updated style, wood floors and an almost rain shower head

Nice size TV and plenty of storage space You can tell they are well kept and clean The price was a tinge higher than I expected but it was definitely worth it Whether you’re looking for a quick stay before a flight or rest and relaxation, this property is a convenient and pleasant place to spend your time

I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay at the Mesa Palace Inn I had to make a last minute change to my room accommodations and I saw this place and a “now open” sign, so I decided to check it out The desk attendant was very nice and let me check in early with no problem

The room was very nice, all new decor, with a sliding “barn door” to the bathroom and an above counter, travertine looking sink Everything was clean and my stay was quiet I was very pleased
